Dette hotel giver virkelig god værdi for pengene, og vi vil klart anbefale det. Værelserne er rene, pæne og har alle små altaner. Poolområdet var dejligt, og det var rimelig let at finde en solstol. Maden er god, men meget ensformig, hvilket blev lidt kedeligt i løbet af ugen. En snackbar ved poolen eller stranden ville have været et stort plus - Det savnede vi. Personalet er venligt, og især Mahir fra poolbaren gav os en rigtig god oplevelse med sin gode service og positive energi. Vi ville helt sikkert overveje at bo her, hvis vi rejser til Alanya igen.

Our stay was lovely. Hotel has a great location, clean and nice rooms, food was delicious with great variety in every meal. Staff was really nice during our stay. We also loved that there was a small gym and pool area had baby pool for our daughter to play in. Wifi connection was flawless in most of the hotel vicinity.

The staff is very nice, especially at the pool bar. Food is quite good, except for the soups. Pool correct. The beach belonging to the accommodation is far away, but there is a shuttle bus that will take you there quickly. Sisha is very good, but it is paid. Good value for money

We were first allocated a pool view room which was not too happy with so the next day were moved to a sea view room and it was perfect. The balcony opened out onto the marina. A 1 min walk from taxi stands, 5 mins from bars, restaurants and around 10 mins to the beach. Hotel was clean, breakfast was fresh. Staff were lovely. Would deffo book again, perfect spot to explore and experience Alanya from rather than staying in a resort.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the center. It is around 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel is really clean. The room was cleaned every single day and the towels were changed. There is a nice pool. The breakfast and its service were excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The view from the room was just amazing straight to the port. It is a highly recommended hotel.

Very well located. Rooms are clean and extremely well designed and comfortable. Nice habour views and a good pool. Halfboard food (breakfast and dinner) is tasty and elegant, with many choices. If you like a more varied diet, then this is a good choice as most cafes seem to serve mostly bread and meat type dishes. Freshly cooked fish as a choice is served almost every second evening.

everything is great the location is on a high spot where you will get a great View. the breakfast was the best i had in all Turkey they are serving one day Omelet and one day pancake the reception Mr. Ersoy was great and wanted to help. the pool area is nice don't look for any other location simply take this one

Amazing hotel - you want for nothing here!! Staff are so kind, friendly and attentive, beautiful rooms and amazingly comfortable beds, amazing food, lovely wine. Included in the all inc. is everything you need - drinks (very good and good options), ice creams, cakes, fresh fruit provided all day, fresh waffles or crepes at the pool on Saturday afternoons. I will definitely be returning here and highly recommend. It was such a relaxing hotel - I usually head for the beach on my holidays but we did not leave the pool where we had everything we needed.

This was the best hotel we have been in Alanya so far. It is modern, stylish and very tidy. We got a room with a perfect view to the sea! Pool is not so small but just good enough for us. Breakfast is very good, lunch is moderate and dinner is great - although it gets a bit repeative when you spend 10 days like we did. Service is mainly good and friendy, only couple of exceptions but they were not rude or anything. Location is perfect: everything is within walking distance. Only on big negative thing: sound proof is zero so you better have good earplugs to sleep (like we did).

It is a good clean all inclusive hotel with a good friendly staff. All was comfy tasty and easy to access during the whole stay. Pool bar is a good place for good evening talks. Can "the barmen", he is quiet good in his work. I would definetely stay there again.

Homemade flat bread with cheese and meet made in fire oven between lunches and dinners and breakfast, also teatime cakes and cookies, so you are never hungry. Also have its own private beach with free sunbeds 10 minutes walk from hotel. Free shuttle bus to the beach. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

Food variations was great, there were no labels but staff was helpful. I recommend to shop souvenirs at the hotel, because it’s about 8-10km distance from city and taxi isn’t cheap(15€) prices at local bazaar is really high. If you want to buy some groceries Migros is at 10 min walk from the hotel. At hotel and in the city(except grocery supermarket) everything is priced with Euros.

Beautiful hotel with a sleek clean design where you can relax and really enjoy yourself. It is great value for money. The food selection at the buffet was superb, with lots of healthy and more indulgent options. The beach is nice, especially in the morning, and the pool area has a great atmosphere. The staff is very professional and friendly - I would like to thank the pool bar bartender Yasin, the receptionist Furkan, the waitress Pinar, and everyone else who made my stay so enjoyable.

We stayed at this lovely hotel to celebrate our 50 th birthdays. Helpful staff , clean modern room, amazing shower. The food was great. Lots of amazing salads and desserts. Fresh omelets and waffles. Birthday surprise of a cake , bubbly and fruit bowl. Pool area nice but we spent most days in the sea. Visited caves and the castle area. Would recommend to anyone. Missing the place already!

The room was very clean upon arrival and staff very attentive, throughout our stay we were delighted with the food from the Buffett and never disappointed. We enjoyed our days relaxing by the pool which had an adequate amount on sun-loungers. We've spent a great time there. We want to thank again Gizem and her team for their great attitude, attention and care. Our room was very spacious, clean and with wonderful sea and mountain view. Food was tasty and various. Kids were absolutely delighted with the pool slide, while we could enjoy morning turkish coffee. Beach is 5 minutes away!

The hotel is clean, fresh and vibrant. Upon arrival, the reception staff were warm and welcoming. I am on a cycling holiday. Sabina and Banlihan escorted me to an area reserved for bicycles, sporting equipment ect. Such a relief when you know your belongings are safe and secure. Kaila is most fortunate to have such fine ladies. My room was large, clean and comfortable. I had a private balcony and little extras like a rack on the wall to dry my clothes is a really nice touch. I try my best to eat light but the pancakes and egg fryed bread was too much for me to resist. Also, the choice of having an omelette or fryed egg is such a nice change from the 200 or so boiled eggs ive eaten during my trip to turkey. Dinner was delicious too. Nice selection of chicken and beef stews, veggies and desserts. There is a decent sized pool and an exquisite sauna I got a the half board deal. For what i paid per night, one would think the hotel would charge double. There was a selection of languages spoken at reception including; English, Turkish, German, Russian, Dutch*

Wonderful reception upon check-in especially Mr Mustafa the manager ,he was an amazing hospitable person. The hotel is less than a block to the waterfront very nice and comfortable across the street from a taxi stand and has good food which can be included in the price of your stay.. internet was 6-7 Mbps , so not very fast but it was stable. Rooms are large comfortable storage for your clothes some drawers bathroom was spacious.. Rooms were very clean and done by very nice ladies. They supply water daily, a nice perk. Some of the rooms have Ocean view and the patio has two small chairs and a small table also a wall-mounted drying rack for your clothes if you want to wash them out. The hotel is in good condition elevators stairways everything seems to be very functional. I enjoyed the breakfast and the dinners and there was plenty of selection. There was lots of vegetables and salads and after dinner there's lots of desserts.. like I said in my other reviews the only people I found unimpressive with the bar men I found them to be unhelpful and even ill mannered. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to the area that wants welcoming reception nice food and a clean and comfortable room. Thank you again,Mr. Mustafa and the Kaila Hotel staff..

Very nice good value hotel. Comfortable room, good food, very nice staff, great location for swimming, adequate fitness center. There is a free serviced beach about 5 minutes away. There is a full service spa onsite. The room is pleasantly furnished with a large wardrobe closet to put things away, desk and chair for using laptop. Large mini-fridge. Nice bathroom with large shower. I had a balcony with a nice view of the mountains and small view of the sea. There is a taxi stand across the street to go into Alanya or you can use Uber. There are buses running along the sea 2 minutes away. Wifi is good. The large spiral staircase and trim have beautiful marble. The food was varied. Fish almost every day. Different kinds of scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast with large variety of cheeses. Machine coffee good. Desert cakes delicious

This property is gorgeous & in the perfect location! It is directly across the street from Kleopatra beach & right down the street from one of the popular caves & the cable car! The property itself was clean, modern, & fun! I had a balcony jacuzzi room! When I’m in the area, this will be my go to! Also every staff member in the hotel & restaurant that I encountered was very nice. The free breakfast buffet every morning was also very tasty. Thank you to everyone!!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised to find that one of our rooms had a wonderful full sea view and a jacuzzi on the balcony. The hotel itself is perfectly located just a short walk from the sandy part of the beach and close to various supermarkets and eateries. The Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful, ready to answer all our questions and providing an iron when needed. The hotel restaurant was nice, and I especially appreciated the freshly baked ciabatta bread served every morning at breakfast.

Hotel has a perfect location, in the very center, close to the beach with its own beach, and close to Antalya castle. Very friendly personnel, and the restaurant is excellent, we mostly had dinners in the restaurant. Amazing value for money! Great selection of wines. We forgot a book in the hotel and they were very kind to send it to us by cargo. Would defintely stay there again.

Ingredients in the breakfast were excellent. Wish they could include potato fries in the breakfast every day. Presentation of tea and coffee could be improved. Wish they could do filter coffee instead of Nescafe powder coffee for breakfast.

Firstly when we arrived we've got a smaller room with a smaller bed than I booked. The room I had booked had one single bed + one extra large bed(I payed for it a bit extra), instead we've got only one large bed. However we went to reception, explained our situation and they changed our room immediately. Staff were helpful, can speak both English and Turkish languages. Breakfast was tasty. Both rooms were super clean, same as on the pictures. Location is great! Design of the hotel and a beach are very cool (perfect for taking nice photos). Wi-fi works everywhere and connection is great.

A stylish hotel with individuality and charisma. It was an aesthetic pleasure to be inside and in surrounding pool and garden areas. Room was comfortable, tastefully decorated and quiet. Olga was a graceful hostess. Massages in the Spa were heavenly and Mirza offered a great service.

The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. I ordered a transfer to the airport through the hotel. I was satisfied with the transfer. The beach is beautiful, suitable for both adults and children. The pool is clean and safe as it has an optimal depth. I swam in the pool in the morning and evening. The hotel area is small, but very cozy, green and clean, well laid out. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. I liked it all very much. For my taste, this is the best hotel in Alanya. This is an adult hotel, the minimum age limit is 15. Children are not allowed and pets are not accepted. If you want to listen to your head, if it's not just to have fun, this is a wonderful hotel where you can relax with classical music and violins. The employees are respectful and caring to each other and to their customers, the rooms, towels suitable for daily use and the bathroom are immaculate, the pool and area are clean, the food is delicious and varied. Vegan menu available, peaceful and spacious place with antique style. I recommend it if you don't want an entertainment hotel and a place with excessive noise and children. Personally, I do not consider the children and the extremely noisy environment to be a holiday.

Excellent hotel, which I highly recommend! This was my 3rd stay and I’m sure, not the last one :-) I like their food, customer service, how clean and comfortable the hotel is. The location is great too- the beach is just across the road, shops( Migros big store including) and restaurants too, and it’s only 10 minutes away from the city centre of Alanya (bus stop is nearby). Most of the guests are from Europe. There are also two German Shepherds dogs- they are amazing and very friendly! Had a really pleasant stay again- thank you very much for everything! Special thanks to lovely Olga on the reception- you are the best! Also the Spa manager Mirza is very good and balinese girls who will give you the best massages ever! And of course the Chef- for delicious meals every day! Thanks to the guys at the bar for lovely coffee and drinks. All the staff deserves a praise there, to be honest- great team, well done! Staff: they are the main strength of this hotel. It's out of this world, best i've seem so far. Everybody is polite, always smiling, always looking to help you in any way they can. Special thanks to Muhammad at the main restaurant. All inclusive concept: important to mention, that they make cocktails for free at pool bar. This came as a nice surprise upon arrival. Food is really good, plenty to choose from, fish and seafood at least 2 times a week. Room: bit worn, but very clean. The make up your room every day. Water pressure is good even on the 4th floor. Common areas: nice and clean. You have to fight for sunbeds at the pool, but i call this natural selection. Common toilets also exceptionally clean. Beach: cleaner than an average beach in Alanya. The snacks are there if you need them and you can drink water and some juices even after 4pm from the machines. Beach boy is nice and working hard all day, deserves a tip. Bus direct busline to center is close and costs 18 TL as of today. They even let us to stay after chek-out and enjoy everything (pool, hammam, food, drink) except the for the room more than 6(!) hours.

I would highly recommend Xperia hotel : the location is excellent. The food /allinclusive was very good. The cleanliness of the hotel and the pool and the territory of the hotel were excellent. It is exactly as it is in the pictures. The staff is friendly and helpful . The only inconvenience we felt was that one should HAVE FINISHED their breakfast, lunch or dinner BY the hours indicated in the hotel time table.

This is a great hotel, not a lot of rooms but amazing. The location is right in the middle of the city. It is a short walk to the gardens. The food is just average with some traditional foods. The staff is so nice and speaks really good English. The service is good. The pool gets a lot of sun and the beach chairs and umbrella are nice too.

Det ligger perfekt på stranden men har även pool, poolbar och många solstolar. Receptionen är den del som fungerar sämst. Inte för att de är dåliga men kunskapen i Engelska skall vara bättre i en reception. Matsalen och dess personal gör verkligen allt för att du skall få god mat. De lyckas med detta. Poolbaren är bemmanad med 4-5 personer men de lyckas inte med konststycket som deras strand och beachvärd Husein lyckas med. Fånga allas uppmärksamhet, leverera mat och dryck hela tiden samt faktiskt rädda livet på badgästerna. Detta så vi faktiskt hända i fredags (läs 22/7 kl.11.15) Då Husein släppte allt rusade ut i havet och räddade en kvinna som sögs längre ut och under vattenmassorna. När det var avklarat fixade han dryck och mat till alla på stranden precis som inget hade hänt. HUSSEIN en fantastisk person, resurs och alltid med ett leende till alla.

Everything was great! Great Customer Service, great games and events organized by the hotel! A lot of great attractions were made ready by the hotel and they made sure the transport was sorted out from the hotel to the place of event and back. I can say a lot of great things but do not want to overload with information, visit this hotel and you will not regret your decision!!! Very nice staying at the hotel 08-15 Oct with my friend. The staff is very helpful, all smiles and nice. The food is excellent, many dishes to choose from, tasty desserts etc. The waiters make you feel a special guest. Clean, cosy, not too big. Nearly every evening there is a various kind of entertaintment for the guests nearby the pool. The beach is 3 minutes away, the very busy street to cross though. Well-worth staying, hope to come back again.

I really liked the food in the snack bar and the main food hall. The Hotel and my bedroom was clean. Staff are very nice and welcoming, they helped us out a lot when we needed directions or information. The games in the garden are very fun to play like Table Tennis and Darts, there was also a pool table The TV had mainly Turkish language channels and a handful of English speaking news channels.

Miss Cleopatra Hotel is a place where every guest is treated like a VIP. The hotel administration is extremely welcoming. I arrived with my daughter at 2 a.m. and was offered an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after a 38-hour bus journey to Alanya. The service is exceptional. The Turkish breakfast is absolutely mouthwatering 🤤, with a great variety of cheeses and olives. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach. There are plenty of local shops and an old bazaar nearby where you can buy fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our room wasn’t very big, but it was cozy and included all the necessities such as air-conditioning, a TV, minibar, a hair dryer, etc. The interior was modern and light, which made it feel even more comfortable. The cleaning team was fantastic! My daughter loved how they folded towels into the shape of an elephant—so lovely! We stayed for 10 days, and each day was filled with a relaxing atmosphere and warm, caring service. I definitely recommend this place and will come back next year with my friends.

What wasn't there to love about this wonderful hotel! Upon arrival, the team gave me such a wonderful welcome, my room was of a very high quality with a nice balcony to sit outside when needed. Once I was settled in, I headed over to the restaurant for dinner & the grilled fish was out of this world! I had dinner at the restaurant nearly every evening, the food was very good! Also, a massive bonus - The hotel is located a minute's walk from Cleopatra Beach & in a prime location for all the top activities you can experience in Alanya! The team made sure my stay was great; offering so much assistance & were just generally wonderful - I was always happy to see and chat with them every day. The location is superb you can hear the waves lapping on the shore as it is very close to Cleopatras Beach which is also very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is very good and indoor pool and gym adequate. The food was OK however you were not allowed to take it out of the dinning room.. The only negative was no tea or coffee facilities provided in your room..

There is some space in front of the hotel where you can park your vehicle but it street parking .Very friendly staff ,especially Ali,Abdulah, Cechit . The chef Halim cooked excellent Turkish food .

After getting out of water you could enter the hotel in 2 min which saved us time not having to spend time on being washed and taking transport. For those going by private cars, parking though can be a problem since the traffic police warns the drivers who have their transport parked near the hotels street.We do appreciate the variety of main course food, sweets and salads. Thumbs up to the buffet tasty all included meals. I gotta mention the backyard pool (The meaditeranian sea can be very wavy sometimes) The pool was cosy and no hotel window could view that (I liked it) The cosy garden added to the joy. After all, rooms were small so the beds were directly exposed to the cooler, which should be considered for families with kids on choosing what type of room to request for on arrivl, plus such a pitty that rooms didn't have refrigerators (8TL though was not a big extra charge for a refrigerator)

The rooms were modern and well equipped with everything necessary. Small balcony with nice view. The cleaning lady provided us with fresh towels every day. With the all-inclusive package, you can get drinks at the bar almost anytime, and the pool was also very nice. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. The only thing missing was real orange juice for breakfast instead of the ready-made ones. Apart from that, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mustafa, who was very welcoming and very talkative. We really enjoyed these small conversations. The location is great as well – right in front of Cleopatra Beach and only a few minutes by car or bus to the city center.

My friend from another country and I wanted to meet eachother in Alanya. We searched for a nice place and this hotel caught our attention because of the nice reviews and the nice price. Well, we can confirm everything. Our room with sea view (Kleopatra beach was in front of us) was super clean and also quite big. Everything in the hotel modern and beautiful. The food was very nice, some dishes were the same, meanwhile other dishes were changed day after day. I also liked the fact that the chef was in the restaurant seeing if people was satisfied. There were two bars in the hotel, one in the back where is the pool and one in front at the entrance and with all inclusive formula you could order beer, wine and cocktails as well. But the staff of the hotel was probably the best part. The hotel is not big and the people who worked there knew you and were so kind. I never experienced so much kindness from the staff in hotels, from the barman to the receptionists (special thanks to Ali, to the Chicago guy and to others which unfortunately I forgot their name). They made me feel like if I was part of their family. I definitely recommend this hotel for who wants to come to Alanya! Thank you very much Celine Hotel!

I really don’t know where to begin. When we arrived in the middle of the night, the checkin progress was smooth, we even got offered a little something to eat and drink. Our room was on the top floor and had the most amazing view, right over the beach. The food was always fresh and tasty and there was sooo much to chose from. There was always meat, fresh fruits, deserts, etc. Especially for me as a pregnant girl, it was like heaven! Sometimes the hotel even had an entertaining program for the guests which was wonderful too! The location, especially regarding the beach was great. The beach right in front of the hotel had wonderful fine sand, just be careful when walking into the water, as the big stones were a little slippery. But you can easily walk to other parts of Kleopatra beach if you want it all sandy. There was a supermarket just around the corner of the hotel which was very convenient. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. At night you could hear the live music from the hotel next to ours but honestly it wasn’t too loud and we’re not super light sleepers. Now to the staff: everybody was so nice and helpful and a special thanks goes to Cetin as well as the cleaning ladies. It was so nice to see people work with so much passion and sometimes we’d find beautiful surprises on our bed :) All in all it was the perfect holiday for our babymoon and we would be so glad to hopefully come back, next time with our baby :)

Bed / mattress comfortable plus blackout blinds so you can have a good sleep. Nice balcony with view into beautiful park. Friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant downstairs is ok. We initially booked for 2 nights but extended our stay for over 1 week. Would happily stay again, great hotel and excellent price for such a good service / facilities / location. Only downside is that it hasn’t got a parking but there is a cheap underground parking across the road so it’s not a big deal.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean and everything is still very new, because the hotel has recently been renovated. Our room was spacious. Plenty of space for suitcases and big closet for clothes. We had the park view and it was very nice to drink our morning coffee on the balcony :) The only negative thing was the lack of breakfast, because the restaurant/cafe is under renovation at the moment.

The best thing is the location of the hotel. Its located near the harbour, near the beach, near the Grand Bazaar, near alot of shops, restaurants and cafées and near the bar street. The rooms are very spacious but pretty basic. The claening is OK. The view from the balcony was just towards another nearby building and the backside of a street, so it was not a good view. There was a very small safety box in the room but I was asked to pay 3 euro per night if I wanted to use it.

Karikatur bi hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. Room was new, big, and the balcony with a garden view was amazing. Staff was really helpful and even helped me to print out my documents. The location of the hotel was perfect! Only minus was the WiFi, since during my first night there it didn’t work at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Location: a few minutes walk from the boat port where you can go on a boat tour. Many places to eat around. Lovely park in front. Staff: Nice, helpful staff. They ran out of eggs for breakfast, but still went the extra mile to make an omelette. Room: the is room is very large, had a nice balcony, and overall was very clean. Alcoholic beverage options were not at a level you would expect from an All-Inclusive hotel. There are so many other things with extra fees (like ice cream). Package options could be improved so the guests will make an informed decision when they are booking.

10 out of 10 for this hotel. I stayed there during the Pandemic in Sept 20 with my husband and two kids and I have to say the whole experience was amazing. The kids really enjoyed their stay there. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful especially. I have to mention Tulgahan in reception who solved my query within 1 minute and also (Besem?) who is the lady who works in the children's play area and does the kids disco. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I would be staying there for sure next time I go to Alanya. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools with two kids pool, one of them has a shade which was ideal for my lil one. The beach was literally behind our room, we could hear the waves. The hotel has really taken in consideration health and safety, in the restaurants and outside masks and sanitizers were available every where. Thank you to all the staffs and Labranda Alantur.

I hate to give Labranda anything less than 5 stars, as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but there were a couple of things that took it down from a perfect score. Positives: location and beach were stunning, systems were all in place for towels, beach, pool and food that worked well, food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful, room was quiet, I was left alone unless I was seeing engagement. Things to improve: Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not adequate. It is almost impossible to book the hotel shuttle - before I left I tried calling for three days, emailing, messaging on here and Trip Advisor before I finally got hold of someone through Facebook. On the way home, I went to guest services four times, but they have limited hours and aren't even always available during those hours. They were very helpful when I finally got hold of them, but it shouldn't be so hard! I basically spent the whole morning on my second to last day trying to sort it out, when it should have been able to be done in 5 minutes. Overall though,I had a delightful stay and was very happy.

Es hat mit freundlichem Personal direkt bei der Einfahrt angefangen und ging rüber zur Rezeption mit Empfangsgetränken und schnellem Check-in. Wir hatten ein grosses, helles Zimmer mit Balkon, ebenso grossem Badezimmer mit Blick zum Pool und Meer. Man hat vom Bau her gesehen, dass das Gebäude nicht neu war aber ordentlich saniert wurde. Ein großflächig angelegte Hotelanlage mit viel Grün und mit wirklich vielen Strandliegen, egal auf den Grünflächen oder am Strand. Viel freundliches, gut eingeschultes Personal die die Anlage in Top Zustand hielten. Essen & Trinken fast durchgehend und abwechslungsreich (mein Favorit gegrilltes Fisch). Ein buntes Publikum an Gästen…Ach ja, und die vielen Katzen ♥️ Wir haben unser Hotel für Badereisen in Antalya endlich gefunden ;-)

Having stayed in the hotel next door but one previously that cost ten times as much I was a bit reluctant to stay here. What a fabulous surprise. This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to holiday in alanya. Close to the beach. Close to bars and restaurants and on the main strip too!! This hotel is spotless. Pool fabulous. Staff amazing. Food fresh. Cannot wait to return.

Loved this small hotels location as it’s in the heart of Kleopatra beach area. It is spotlessly clean with a good pool area with its own bar. Staff are excellent and are extremely helpful (needed to make a phone call but they did it for me). The young lady on reception is to be commended for her helpfulness and her cheery personality and the continuous smile on her face. Food is typically Turkish yet the European traveller can easily find something to eat as good choices on offer. Food was excellent. We were a group of 10 staying and not one of us could fault this hotel in any way.

Hotel near the beach, clean room and bathroom, nice food (although a bit repetitive: breakfast had a vast choice of cheese, although the fruit was always melon (I guess because of the season), swimming pool. Very helpful staff.

Check in was super smooth, and this man in the reception greet us in the best way! And showed us around the hotel, and gave us possibilities to upgrade our room, we that and was happy for the room and the spacious deluxe room for 4 people (we were 3). Hotel is super close to everything in Alanya center. Food is good, and variety is good. Best thing about the hotel is that you also can be in the mother hotel Xperia Saray Beach Hotel for intertainment, eat, swim in the pool and at the private beach. Animation team manager Adelina is very kind and gave us informations about everything. Hotel staff vere not very kind for those who don't speak their language. But Adeline makes our stay more comfortable by being nice and friendly all the time.

Many Xperia, but this one particular is in the township has pool and everything else you need food verity- Food different every day verity but again we love Turkish food and lots people from EU, Dutch, Germany, Russian -Euro Asian-very few British people we loved it! Formal casual dress for dinner-but if you’re interested walk towards the beach Cleopatra that’s got everything you need but it’s wavey and quick deep in sea. Very unique sand-magnificent. A-walk abit further Alanya municipal beach that’s more family with kids walking further into the sea no problem - market area and harbour, lighthouse A big thank you to the staff- speak very limited English/ Afrikaans -the manager (speaks multiple languages) who did everything change our room arrangement for our 5 year old - we have to now go to Antalya- definitely recommend this hotel

I had a great time at Grand Bali. It is a modern hotel close to the beach and located in the centre of the bustling city. The staff was exquisite, big shoutout to the guys at the front desk and the cleaning staff.. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The only remark is that AC was directly in front of the bed, so it's certainly not a good option during hot summer days to have AC directly in your head. For light sleepers, ask for rooms that are far from the street at night, it's very noisy. Turks like to go full throttle even at 3 a.m. The food was excellent, veal, turkey, chicken, soups and salads. Oh, a plethora of salads. Literally, everything your heart desires. Only one thing that was inconvenient... no salad labels... had no idea what was in all these salad mixes, so I really had to throw away food that i didnt like. Put labels on it. The beach is very close, 5 minutes on foot, a large grainy sandy beach with many bars that you can choose from. The hotel has its part of the beach and beach bar, but it's not included in the concept of AI, which I had found odd, but okay, it's clearly stated in the terms and rules. The prices are sffordabke and the beach staff is great. Overall, it is a great place for a holiday in Alanya, where people can relax and enjoy.

Amazing and relaxing vacation! Wheather was perfect. Very friendly staff. Pools were very nice and you could always find a sunbed for you, because they don't allow people to reserve them for hours of no use. Beach was nice too and walk there was very pleasent with all the cats around. 😊 Our family room was spaceous and clean. We slept well! Food and drinks ok, did not stay hungry. The Turkish hammam was a very relaxing experience.

A Wonderful Getaway at Club Big Blue Suite Hotel Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel in August 2025. The staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, helpful and welcoming-every reaction from the reception to the restaurant was accompanied by warm smiles and attentive service. Shout out to Mira! Great location - close to the mall & beach, delicious variety of food, plenty of pools and over all, great value for money. Highly recommended. Would return.

The staff was soooo kind and attentive. We arrived early and they had our room already ready and we left in the evening and they let us stay by the pool until our tranfer arrived. The room and the property were all together very clean and well-maintained. There were theme nights every other night, so dinner didn't get too repetitive. And they have one very lovely beach bar about 7 minutes from the hotel; excellent drinks and food.

The hotel was good. The food was okay. The hotel rooms was pretty clean and tidy. The night activities was fun a few times but boring the other nights. The massages was also good. Most of the worker was really friendly and sweet. There was 3 pretty big pools and the water was clean. The reception was very helpful. Overall it was a fun experience and I’d definitely come and visit again!

We booked the sea view room on the left side, looking to the beach in the second level. Normally our room was up for a maintenance, but the manager shifted this maintenance so that we were able to use this room. The overall condition of the hotel is modern, since it has been renovated not long ago. The bar in the beachfront is clean, well organised and serve delicious food and cocktails. The breakfast is also served at the beachfront bar/restaruant. The pool in the court of the hotel was clean all the time and the water has been quite cool even with 34°C outside temperature. The manager Banu has been nice and friendly to us, we had a personal chat with her, greetings to you from Kim and Nicolai :-)

I’ve read a lot of previous reviews and what I think people don’t understand is that they booked a three star hotel. There’s a reason they don’t have five stars. 🤷🏽‍♀️ They change the sheets and towels, and do some cleaning every three days, but they make the bed, sweep the floor and empty the trash can every day. We expected a slightly chabby hotel, but were pleasantly surprised. It’s modern, nice and with cozy rooms. The bed is comfortable. Sure, the shower leaks a bit, it’s noisy now and then and there’s a few issues here and there, but you’re on vacation, you’re at a beach hotel, it’s sunny, it’s warm - SMILE! 😄 Bliss Restaurant & Lounge has good food, nice furniture and a friendly staff. 🍹🍽️ Hamas and massage is great, situated next to the hotel. The beach has free sun loungers for hotel guests. They also offer nice cabanas, but at an extra cost. (Worth it!🤭) We are super happy with our stay and would love to come back. 😊

We really enjoyed the beach — the sand and water were lovely. However, one note regarding the beach service: the staff should maintain a more professional boundary with the guests. Our waiter, while perhaps well-meaning, was overly familiar and couldn’t quite “read the room.” For example, he would sit down on our sunbed without asking and even tried to join in on our card game. While friendliness is appreciated, this felt intrusive and out of line. The hotel’s terrace was another highlight. It’s a beautiful spot to have breakfast, lunch, or relax in the evening while enjoying stunning views of the sea.

Hotel is location is perfect for a stroll along the beach, reception staff very friendly and good in advice on travel if not sure to navigate. Decent breakfast, lunch/dinner/drinks not overpriced and very delicious food. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. I came with friends. It's quiet and peaceful, which I appreciate. The food is good and there's a different selection every day. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff is very friendly, especially the bartender, Fatih, who constantly maintained a positive atmosphere. There's always room at the pool. The only downside is the paid sunbeds on the private beach. I'm sure we'll have fond memories of this trip.

This hotel way beyond our expectation. The whole staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, from check-in to the restaurant and bar. Meals were plentiful and tasty and the open bar also offered a great range of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. There were premium drinks to be paid extra, but honestly, we did not feel the need to. The whole all-inclusive expecience was a very honest one, especially considering its price. The ambiance was also very comfy and inviting by the pool and the bar. The oom and bathroom were spacious,comfortable and clean.We could find safe street parking right in front of the hotel.The location was excellent to visit Alanya. I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely staff and spotlessly clean throughout with staff cleaning all the time. Good foods which changed every day so not monotonous and plenty of choices my only gripe is that being diabetic all the desserts, and there were loads, were too sweet for me, an occasional sugar free one would be helpful. The room was good, clean and mostly modern, not enough electrical points for me, good size shower, balcony with a sea view, perhaps more shelve space would be better too. Location is good near the beach and town centre with lots nearby. Only negative point for us was the 2 hours drive from the airport. This is an adult only hotel so I have to ask why is the toilet designed for a 8 year old. I have never had one so close to the ground and note to management, you only use the toilet paper when you stand up. Don’t have it located 20cm from the floor. One thing that deserves 5 stars or even more is the Spa. OMG we had a special package for sauna, water treatment and full body massage for a special price of just €25. It was so good we booked 3 more massages for the rest of the week, worth coming back just for this alone, never had one better, really good. Overall a great holiday and we are considering coming back for Christmas

We came here after our travel agency became insolvent while we were on the plane and our original hotel was not even trying to help. In the middle of the night we came here and were offered help by the VERY friendly staff. They even provided a little snack for us in the night. Apart from this our room was modern and very beautiful and clean! Only one bed was making noises. But as we had a 3-bed-room we just left this one without usage. The food buffet is rather small but you get everything you want and almost everything tastes good. And even the things that don’t may be more of a personal preference and not being used to certain spices. Also the buffet is changing every day so you won’t be bored by the food. Basic drinks are also included in all-in, which is very good. Moreover, the staff is very very friendly. Emre and Fatih always make us laugh :). All in all, you may not expect a luxurious hotel but the price is really worth the hotel and we are completely happy to be here.

Separately, I want to say about the staff) very pleasant, kind and friendly guys, always ready to help. My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Here everything is thought out to the smallest detail. This is the second Angelique Hotel we have stayed at and we both loved it.

It was an amazing stay at Anjeliq hotel just by the water, with an amazing sea and castle view, uniquely decorated place including rooms, very friendly staff, especially bell person Widi, bartender Sude, front desk people Semra and Nergiz were very kind and helpful. And also all the waiters in the restaurant were kind.

The decor was very unique and nice. Bed was really big and comfortable. Loved the location and the jacuzzi on a balcony with incredible views! Restaurant very nice with delicious food !

With its location right on the beach, unique decoration, Chef Serpil's delicious breakfast that smells of the Aegean, smiling staff, and a spotlessly clean environment that smells of amber, you are guaranteed to catch the Mediterranean spirit. It was very enjoyable to experience this environment with the family accompanied by pleasant music.

Great location with 2 nice pools, inside and out

Well, our stay went amazingly (not a paid comment,but everything was just great XD). At the beginning we had some troubles with booking and payment transactions, but the staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, so everything got sorted out :) Thanks a lot for that! The hotel staff was great, the facilities were cleaned regularly, everything was kept nice and neat. Food was very good. The menu planned wisely for a week so it doesn't repeat itself much. There was a wide variety of dishes including meat, fruit and desserts every time and some special/themed foods couple around twice a week. The staff at the bar gets special thanks! Always smiling and friendly, ready to chat or suggest something new. There were some entertainment program as well. Pool games, aqua aerobics, darts, for kids: mini-disco at night and kids club at day. Nothing exceptional, but considering the small size of the hotel area, guys did their best 🙂 Some outdoors sport activities would be amazing though. Waterslides were open like 3 times a day, and that's a lot. The location is nice, everything is nearby. It takes around four minutes to get to the Cleopatra beach through the seaside park/alley. Close to tourist attractions and a small market, also bars and night clubs were quite nearby. All in all, would highly recommend this hotel especially to young adults and couples. Planning to come back next year ❤️

Great hotel close to a beautiful beach. The staff is very nice and helpful, delicious food every day with something different, for me it’s a 10/10. The rooms are clean with a beautiful view. This was my first time at this hotel and definitely not the last. Everything is close by, and the city offers plenty of attractions at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

Rooms are modern spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious and everyday there's something new. Also the location was great.

Hotel is very close to beach and in the heart of Alanya. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of cafes and restaraunts, bars and shops. Also in 35 minutes on foot you can find an amazing port with a lot of lights and fountain. I also liked a SPA in the Hotel, the food and staff. My number had a stunning view to the city and mountains. And also there are many beautiful and mice cats on the hotel territory. You also can drink any tasty and sweet alcohol cocktails or coffee and hot chocolate.

We arrived and there was a little bump in the booking but we managed to fix it. And after that it was just perfect. The staff was perfect and especially Kaya -the all around boy in the reception- was so good. He will be a good manager one day. The hotel has all inclusive which I did not know was in my booking. And normally it is awful but I must say: the food was really good and it was clean in the area. Good choice of drinking etc. and again: very nice staff. We downgraded us from a room with jacuzzi to a room whith balcony. A good choice. Overall including the incident at checkin it was perfect and I am already planing my next stay there.

This hotel is great! I was very pleased! (Relatively to the price /nightly rate in September 2023). Of course, everything has to be evaluated up against the price. You must understand that you get what you pay for. If you are a person that want luxury and no flaws. A newly refurbished room, want a very clean room, with room service every day, you must pay more, and book another much more expensive hotel.

The location is very good, the breakfast was also good, the prices was the most cheap for that time that is good too. The windows view was also awesome.

You get clean room with towels and private bathroom, with working WiFi in room! In this price . Yes furniture are old but this is budget option. As solo travelling I will recommend this and will use again.

Location, the fact that was new and clean, close to the beach. Staff was nice and polite. Big selection of drinks and snacks included. Hairdresser Savaş was very professional, Spa was super relaxing. Food was delicious.

We were living in A duplex room, which is located on two floors. This is a good option for families. There is a door 🚪 on the first floor, so the voices from the 1st floor don’t disturb others, who live on the second one 🙂 the 1st floor room was modern and looked very good, the another one is little, but still good enough for sleeping) the hotel itself is beautiful with lot of lights and modern interior. The food was delicious every time, with good choice. Also, we liked that there is a very short walk to the beach.

I have to say, I was reading before the visit revues on booking.com and was little bit worried about the hotel. But after, entry, it exceeded all my expectations. Beautiful hotel, fantastic stuff and very good food. Hotel is connected with beach via tunel, very smart move. Everybody was always helpful. Value for money 100% yes.

The woman at the front desk has beautiful eyes. Very nice hotel. Helpful staff. Professional place. What you would expect from a hotel. They really care. Near the Beach. There's a shuttle that will take you to Gazipasa or Antalya very cheap to see all the best beaches.
