The staff was excellent and assisted us with anything we needed. The view was breathtaking and amenities were on par. Chilling in the pool taking in the view of the sunset over the valley was exceptional.

A good breakfast Eggs, Coffee and sausage etc. Excellent matress on all the beds. Location a bit remote but that made it more natural/ nature feeling. Wonderful hot shower which can be hard to find in Colombia. Fully stocked refrigerator in each room. Great service at night for coffee, tea etc. Would stay here again when we visit family in Quimbaya.

This place was a great place to spend a few days away from it all. The staff were friendly, meals were decently priced, and the grounds and facilities were very well kept. The room was spacious and comfortable. We took a taxi to the property from Montenegro (20 mil COP) and uber back to Armenia (33 mil COP), and while the road was a bit rough, it wasn't the worst road we've been on and the drivers didn't seem to have any issues with it.

Nice comfy hotel. friendly staff and breakfast is good to get your day started with energy.

Very clean the rooms. The staff amazing. Specially Camilo. Always on top of everything we asked for.

The hospitality, the food and the service rendered. Loved that the had free roaming dogs, the nature surrounding the area.

We had an amazing two night stay at Kawa Retreat: The most impressive point was the very personal, warm, highly attentive and professional service - special thank you to Eduardo and Jorge who even organized an incredible birthday breakfast and dinner and were incredibly friendly and helpful! The views from Kawa into the valley are incredibly beautiful, our room at Kawa was spacious and clean, the outside areas are wonderful with lush green gardens, a sauna, a jacuzzi; the area is really quiet and relaxing, and the drinks and food are delicious and of fine-dining quality! A BIG THANK YOU to the whole Kawa team! Muchisimas gracias y hasta pronto!

This is without doubt the best place we have stayed in Colombia, the views are incredible and that coupled with the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made this hotel extra special. Located a 5 min walk through a jungle pathway to the town of salento this hotel is an absolute gem. Rooms were spacious, bed was massive and extremely comfortable with stunning views of the lush mountains. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful with a variety of fresh fruits and a choice from a menu of options. We also had dinner one evening which was really tasty. The staff were always smiling, attentive and couldn’t do enough for their guests (special mention to Luis, Albany & Johnny). I asked the manager Luis if they had English breakfast tea available for breakfast and within 2 mins he had delivered tea bags and milk to my room. He also helped us to arrange trips, a shuttle to the airport (which I would recommend as it’s the same price as a taxi and the taxi struggled to manoeuvre its way up the track to the hotel). Overall a wonderful experience which we would highly recommend.

The location is incredible, like a mirador in itself. The view from the bed and the balcony really is very special. We also had some colourful birds land on our balcony one morning. The hotel is run very efficiently and the staff were all so friendly and helpful (both in person and over WhatsApp). The breakfasts are totally delicious, with good options and lots of the food comes from their garden. We had dinner and cocktails at the hotel one night, which were all great (although it’s definitely more expensive than eating in town). We liked having the fire in the evenings in one of the hang out areas too. The walk into town from the hotel was easy and we felt comfortable coming back in the dark after dinner in town a couple of evenings. Salento was very busy when we visited (due to public holidays), so we were extra grateful to return to the relaxing setting of the hotel after exploring. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

This small hotel checks all of the boxes. As others have written, rooms and bathroom are small, but that is in keeping with the historic nature of the building. We’d rather have small and authentic, than large and new. Staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast was terrific (the best fruit we’ve had in Colombia!). Shower was fantastic. Location and views from the public area were amazing. We were also able to avail ourselves of all of our welcome “gifts” (cocktail, 1/2 hour massage, jacuzzi) and all were great.

Cocli Hotel is very well located, within a 5 mins walk to the town square where you can catch the Willy Jeeps to any points of interest. The rooms were clean and minimalist with comfortable beds. The bathrooms all had spacious showers and ample hot water. The welcome amenities such as the drink and the jacuzzi were a nice added touch. There is a spa on-site and the staff were all so lovely and accommodating. My partner and I traveled with friends and everyone loved their stay. Breakfast was served in the main open-air lounge terrace with a lovely view of the town and the mountains.

Wonderful staff - Jorge was amazing. The location was great and the view we had from the entrance to our room was stunning - we kept our door open to enjoy this view most of the time. The inventive cocktails were a treat, views from the outdoor dining area wonderful to see first thing in the morning at breakfast. Location of the hot tub was very thoughtful, private but with a view.

I had the fresh fruit which was so varied and delicious with granola and yogurt, this was superb and I also had the omelette with tomato, ham and onion which was also so fresh and tasty; the coffee was also superb:) My husband had the fresh fruit followed by an omelette and also amazing pancakes, freshly cooked with maple syrup :)

The pools are excellent, they have jacuzzi and everything is excellent will definitly go back. So much to do with the kids they have thought of every little detail. They are very kid oriented and freindly

Nice stuff, kid friendly. My son loved the water park, the big pools and the train. I went with my parents and my husband and they loved it as well.

Excelente amenities and service. Very clean and beautiful. Only downside was that the pool was a little cold so my daughter (4 years old) didn’t stay in as long as she would have otherwise.

The breakfast was outstanding mainly the fruit station, the pool park for kids was awesome as well as the little train made everything easier to meet every facility faster.

A very cozy small hotel you will feel at home. Brake fast was tasty but simple, which was enough for us as a family of 4. Staff was extra helpful and kind. Salento is a stunning small village full of vibrant restaurants, bars. Coffee places and 20 minutes from Valle del cocora the natural park of the tallest palms in the world and the most beautiful coffee mountains I have ever seen. We definitely recommend this hotel with kids. We booked an extra night because we loved it so much.

We had the private suite and were blown away. The room was spacious, bright with a fantastic view and the jacuzzi was well placed down some stairs. We loved the super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was well done, tasty and quick considering the number of guests. Very clean, only 10 mins walk to the main square.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel! The property is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly kind. Our room was a bit small but perfectly functional, with an absolutely breathtaking view of the mountains. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options for those who prefer savory or sweet choices. A special mention goes to Carlos and Luis, who both very friendly and respectful. They gave us tons of helpful information about places to visit and local restaurants. The hotel is just an 8-minute walk from the center, which makes it peaceful and slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of Salento—ideal for relaxing and waking up to the sounds of nature. We highly recommend this place, and if we come back to Quindío, we’ll definitely stay here again! Hasta Pronto!

Great place to stay. Location is perfect and really peaceful but close to everything. The staff are excellent and managed to turn our massive washing around in an afternoon. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is huge and they clean your room daily with fresh towels. Shower is hot and powerful.

The property was beautiful and situated in a quiet street, but still close to the town center. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast was delicious and recommendations from staff were very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

The view from our room and the terrace was captivating; we spent hours just gazing at the valley, watching the parrots, woodpeckers, swallows, and tanagers. But besides the great view, we appreciated the hotel’s commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness. It’s a short walk to the village’s restaurants, and the hotel is very comfortable and quiet, and completely avoids street noise. The room was well laid out, very comfortable, and perfect for the two of us. The shower was superb. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were flawless. We would give them an “11” if we could!

Location was perfect. Property looks amazing as you arrive in the car. The lobby opens up to a great view of the mountains. The rooms are incredible with the view, hot tub, mini bar, TV, big bathrooms etc. we stayed in the Mountain View Suite. Amazing room! All of the staff we came across were incredibly helpful and polite. Rooms were very clean and well put together. Location is great, best of both worlds having unobstructed valley views and then being a 3 minute walk to the main colourful street and also some great restaurants for food. Greta choice at breakfast from pancakes to empanadas to a sandwich along with drinks and fresh fruit.

The room was large, very sleek and modern and beautiful. The floor to ceiling windows that opened were an amazing surprise. The view was exceptional, the birdsong in the morning and evening was exhilerating. The staff at the Front Desk and working in the breakfast room/kitchen were so friendly and so helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and the coffee, of course, was fantastic. The area of the hotel was special: it was in a quiet part of town but only a 5 minute walk to the action of the Street of Artisans and the Central Square from where all the Willy Jeeps (transport) were stationed. I couldn't have picked better accommodation. It was always a tug-of-war to stay in the room and enjoy the view/vibe or head out to enjoy the colourful, vibrant town of Solenta.

Amazing views from our junior suite and the hotel terrace. Our room was comfortable with a nice bed, AC, balcony, and tv. The room and bathroom were clean and looked like it had been recently renovated so felt new. We loved the whirlpool after a day of hiking and the ability to enjoy the views while having a soak. The location is nice and easily walkable to anywhere in the salento town. Breakfast was tasty and nice range of food offered.

Very lucky to have a warm blanket on the bed, as it’s quite chilly in the room. In the morning there was free coffee for the guests. There are many restaurants and shops all around. The Willy jeeps leave for Cocoro Valley just outside, on the main square. The hotel has lovely interior decoration of antique telephones, sewing machines, a camera, and other artifacts, paintings, etc. There’s a fridge which guests can use, as well as a gas burner (which might also be available for guests to cook food). There’s a table with benches next to the kitchen area as well as an outside balcony at the end of the hall with attractive seating. The same family owns the supermarket situated just downstairs from the hotel.

The room was very clean. The staff were helpful. There us a small kitchen and fresh coffee in the morning. Great value for money. Nice terrace to drink your morning coffee. Very hot water in the shower. A big supermarket right under the hotel.

Great to have clean clothes when traveling. The town is a true gem. Instantly relaxing after days in Bogota. The vibe is so laid back that we hated to leave. The suites are separate from the older part of the building and very modern. Breakfast was fruit, cereal and choice of eggs and pancakes (pangueques).

If you can afford it, stay in one of the suites. Our suite was on the 5th floor and had an amazing view through many large windows of the valley and the mountains. We had a jacuzzi in room as well which was great to use at night. The hotel is located very conveniently to the Main Street and just a few blocks from the plaza. But, it is all either up or down hill. Good exercise! The only disappointing thing was the included breakfast. Tasteless coffee, not good for the coffee region; plated and not too tasteful fruit; limited egg preparation and with white bread toast. This is all served in a buffet fashion with a waitress taking your egg order. I guess we were spoiled after being in a fabulous B&B in Cartagena with a beautifully prepared breakfast in a garden!

Location: one block to all the stores and restaurants. Great customer service, Alejandra, the receptionist, was very attentive and cordial. Also, the waitress and cook. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The bathroom had a good size-shower. Love the yellow and blue colors.

The room was clean and much more spacious than I had expected. The jacuzzi bathtub was really nice after a long day of hiking. The Wifi worked well and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

The Hacienda is great. Upon arrival we got a free upgrade to a bigger room and the infinity pool with a scenic view is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the owners also happened to be at the property while we were there. They made sure we are comfortable during our stay. They also arranged for us to have a driver who for a good price drove us around the Valle the Cocora and Salento for a day.

Very beautiful place that is well located if you are doing turístic activities around the area. The Hacienda itself has a great tour called journey of coffee that shows how an ecological coffee farm is organized and ran. It takes about 3 hours. We enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. If it weren’t because of the main road that runs about a mile from the property, you would hear only the birds, which sign all day long. Around the restaurant area there are several humming birds that are a joy to watch and to photograph. All the bid pluses really outweigh the issue of the noise of the trucks. During the day you get used to it and at night you can use earplugs. It’s not really loud. It’s just in the background all the time. There is a nice infinity pool and nice common areas with balconies with great views of the landscape. It’s a great place if you just want to relax. There is a sauna but we did not visited it. Overall we recommend Hacienda Combia and we would come back if we are visiting the area in the future.

Or walk to nearby restaurants. Incredibly warm staff but not invasive. Delicious breakfast including fresh milk, butter and eggs from the farm as well as fresh arepas, beans and tropical fruit. Coffee and water always available. Quiet relaxing atmosphere- incredibly peaceful. They provide rubber boots for walks nearby. Helped us with organizing activities and transport. Really top! Nice hot shower as well. You can request lunch and dinner ahead of time. Comfortable bed.

Amazing location in the valley and only a short car journey to Salento (20 mins walking). The room was spacious and clean and had everything we could want. The property has an incredible terrace overlooking the horses and mountains and was a lovely place to sit and have a delicious breakfast. Diego and all of the staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful. The horse ride was a particular highlight and will be an unforgettable experience. We rode up through the mountains, guided by Diego, to see incredible views and to learn about the Colombian landscape. We didn’t come across anyone else on the whole 4 hour ride - it felt very authentic. This was only my second time riding a horse and I felt very comfortable as the horses are so calm and well trained. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

The location was amazing. Surrounded by green mountains and tons of animals (dogs, horses, cows, etc). The staff makes you feel right at home. Diego and the rest of the crew are so friendly and welcoming. There’s delicious breakfast every morning that comes with the booking. They offer delicious lunch and dinner every day for a very reasonable price. The showers are nice and the rooms are cozy. They offer an amazing horseback tour. We rode horses across rivers and streams and deep into the mountains where Diego provided some history and information about the area. I 100% recommend this place to anyone thinking about going to Salento or Cocora Valley. I wish I would have been able to stay here longer. Great place to relax and unplug. Believe it or not, I think it’s also a great place to get some work done if you’re able to work remotely. I had to get some schoolwork out of the way and the front porch provided a great atmosphere for that.

Great property in a lovely location. 45 minutes on foot from Salento or a short Jeep or taxi ride away. This is a perfect place to come and reset from all of the chaos that some of the bigger cities in Colombia offer. Coming here was one of the best decisions that we have made on our Colombia trip. The elephant rock horse ride with Diego and Guillermo was an unforgettable experience which I could not recommend booking enough. The staff are all lovely, highly attentive and are happy to help in any way which they can. The breakfast is amazing and hearty and both times we ate dinner, the food was spot on. We’d recommend the trout in garlic paired with a nice glass, or bottle, of vino blanco! The hot chocolate at breakfast. Amazing! We did the Cocora valley loop trail in 4hrs (inclusive of a stop). We hike quite regularly, this trail was great, at times not so well signposted but we got round after a detour or two. We’d class it as a moderate trail, with two pay booths along the way and also facilities to buy drinks etc if needed. We walked from the reserve to Salento and picked a Jeep up to take us to the trail head. Finca Ocaso was the coffee tour that we took (also via Jeep from Salento. And Filandia is a trip well worth recommending especially on Saturday or Sunday when the locals are all out- just be sure to book your Jeep from Salento in advance as this service can sell out pretty quickly. 10/10 for Reserva Guadalajara

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The reserva is beautiful, surrounded by nature and close to the magical Valle de Cocorá. The staff was so friendly and I really felt taken care of. A big breakfast that was very delicious. They really had tought about a lot of details that really make you feel good, feels like an absolute luxury in a real countryside place. I also ate dinner for three nights, the fish in garlic sauce was especially delicious and one of the best plates I ate in Colombia. Sandra and Jeny are great cooks and very sweet people. Don Diego is really a great host and makes you feel very welcome. It was easy to move around with the taxis, that the people at reserva will kindly order for you when needed. They even helped me get a service for washing my clothes after getting all muddy in the nature! It was also a safe area, felt comfortable moving around as a woman travelling alone. I really couldn't recommend enough staying here, it was absolute peace during 5 days and I hope to go back one day.

The included breakfast was good. Plenty to eat and served by friendly staff. The location within the pueblo was great. The rooms and bathrooms were updated/ modern and the hotel was very clean.

This place is perfect. Beautiful view from the room in a beautiful green area 6 minutes to Salento by foot. The rooms are beautiful and clean with a daily room service. The breakfast location had a stunning view and it was prepared by the owner himself, perfect for vegetarians. Good coffee, scrambled eggs and delicious homemade jam. Further, it is really quite, not a lot of people. The owner was really friendly, gave good tips and he speaks several languages. Be aware that it can get quite cold and rainy in Salento. There are additional blankets in the room.

The views are stunning, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Carlos advised us to do the Cabonera tour with downhill mountain biking, instead of doing it by jeep/hiking, and it was an amazing experience. All the other recommendations (which coffee farm to visit and restaurants) were great as well. Rooms are clean and kept nice and tidy. The place is just a bit out of Salento (5-10min walk up the hill), but this gives the benefits of the view, enjoy tranquility and still be able to enjoy the town and vibe of Salento.

Margarita and Ignasi were superior hosts- so warm, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The property is a 10 min walk out of town down a lovely dirt road with beautiful views. Our room was beautifully appointed , with a cozy bed, great view and comfortable shower. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented.

The view of the hotel is breathtaking. Location is good. 10 minutes walking from Salento center. Breakfast was wonderful. They serve delicious scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, fruit juice, coffee, bread, cream cheese, cereals etc. Cristina is a great host. She is very helpful with your questions about restaurants, coffee farm tours, cocora valley tours etc. Overall we loved this place!

The couple who run the place are incredibly kind and always happy to help, whether it’s with recommendations on what to do or anything else you might need. The views are absolutely stunning, offering the perfect balance of being immersed in nature while only a 10-minute walk from town. The shower was the best I’ve had so far in South America—pure bliss! Everything was spotless and smelled amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place!

You need a swimming cap for the pool, they sell it there ($1.5 dollar - 4000 pesos). I didn't see this hotel availability on the travel sites. Call directly and ask, I found a room in person the same day of my arrival. And they give you a discount if you are traveling from another country.

Location is perfect near coffee shop and beautiful green park. Rooms very fancy and clean, I liked it a lot. Pool always available and other social areas were also available. Restaurant also good, amazing buffet breakfast. Staff very friendly. You can take a taxy or bus just in front of the hotel. It's a safe area.

It was a welcome break after a long bus journey. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to have a swim in such a clean pool. Armenia felt so friendly and so safe after Bogata. It is worth spending a couple of days in this area as the shop owners and restaurants are so welcoming.. The hotel was able to look after our bags before we left. A very nice stay.

I checked in late (about 10 PM) and this was no problem. The front desk person was very helpful and also the bell man. He showed me where to park in the basement and took several pieces of luggage to my room. The hotel is totally handicapped accessible at every level except the swimming pool. Very open and airy. The next morning I met the gentleman at the front door who was originally from Palmira but had worked for 40 years as a dealer in Las Vegas. I think his name is Felix. Anyway, he told me a lot about this area and I plan on visiting Palmira when I leave Cali. Very nice hotel and I will stay here again on my next trip the Armenia. I found Air Panama flies to Armenia from Panama City with a stop in Medellin.

I had a great stay at Armenia Hotel. The location is excellent—right on a main street, next to a great coffee shop and a large city park, which made exploring the area really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I especially loved the spectacular view of the mountains from my window. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The location of this property is the best! felt supper safe as a female solo traveler, the view from the balcony rooms is incredible! The staff were so so lovely. I thought breakfast was perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I would say the walls are thin, you can hear other people and local dogs, the birds will wake you up early so id bring earplugs. Bed was comfortable and there were soap and shampoos. Wifi in the main seating area was perfect. I worked a full day and sent several emails, room wifi was spotty, there was a storm.

Staff was great — from the hotel owner to the restaurant team and reception, everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and made even better by the amazing view. The location is prime, right in the center, making it super easy to get around. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely staff, clean rooms and of course- the beautiful view. The Mirador is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast, an evening read or to watch the rain over the valley. We chose a standard-double room and it was perfect for a two night stay. Included was a comfortable couch, clean bathroom and shelving space to place& hang belongings. This room did not have a view of the hillside but we enjoyed the rooftop view. Would stay again on our next trip to Salento.

The hotel was what I expected. It has a good location since it is close to the bus terminal. There are some street food vendors around so you can go out get a burguer or chicken a la plancha. The neighborhood wasnt a city like place. There are small shops and drugstores around though. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very nice. All in all, a excellent choice for people just traveling and wanting to get a good night sleep.

Staff answered our questions and helped when needed for routin things. Hot water in the shower. The photos were much better than the room itself. Window opening outside.

They had 24h check-in and the staff was really welcoming and friendly, I haven't seen a lot of the place or the town, but the hotel is really nice and clean. I arrived in the night so being out on the street for longer is not preferrable, but I was let in immediately and felt safe and comfortable inside the hotel.

It was clean and modern and comfy. Free coffee / hot drink dispenser. Staff were helpful. Location fine during the day.

Really clean and comfortable. The room was small but had a comfortable bed, a working TV (a rarity in Colombia), small bathroom......ideal for one person especially at the bargain price. The interior of the rooms and hotel are painted in bright vibrant colours and was a short walk from nearby plaza de Bolivar and banks etc. Perfect for a stopover before heading to Salento. The bed was quite firm which I liked but not for everyone.

I had to find a room last minute because my airbnb fell through. Found Hotel Cafe Color online . I was going to stay here for 1 or 2 nights but decided to stay several days. Great location, friendly staff clean rooms and quiet. I'll definitely stay again!

Posada Martha Tolima is the hidden gem of Salento! Our room was creatively decorated, clean and spacious...very unique and comforting and great bed. You climb a colorful tiled spiral staircase to get to the second floor with an open balcony to view the back court scenery. You can also breakfast or work from the second floor with a view. Breakfast is individually prepared each day from a list of 10 meals selections. It's fast and good and their coffee is some of the best that I have had in Colombia. The staff is super friendly and helped w lots of our questions and were particularly helpful with our transportation issues, This place is more of a home than hotel. We felt very safe and welcomed here. They have a common den for just hanging out or relaxing with a book, laptop or cleaning your cell phone, The WiFi was great throughout. There are collections hanging everywhere. We particularly liked the wide display of ceramic Colombian churches. . Logistically, they are 1 1/2 blocks from the Town Square, just far enough away from any noise or traffic which was modest at best. We would return here in a heartbeat and highly recommend a stay here.

Martha and her staff were exceptional. They make you feel at home and we even extended our stay by an additional 2 nights. For the price, it is great value with a delicious breakfast and she even gave us room service. Great hot shower, convenient location and she is really sweet and helpful. Muchas gracias Martha para todo!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this pretty B&B and Salento itself! The owners were so nice, helpful and welcoming that I had that wonderful feeling that I was visiting my family. The breakfast was nice and very homey. They even gave me the boots and the rain poncho for the Cocora valley hike. I definitely recommend that place because of its owners, perfect location (close to the centre and the bus station), value for money and a very warm feeling :)

If you are looking for an off-the-beaten-path location, this is it. It is in the middle of other farm lands, quiet, and spacious. The property is well kept, safe, and offers exactly what we were looking for during our trip to Eje Cafetero, quiet time, rustic and nature location, good service, affordable, and close to Filandia. The staff was great and welcoming. They had a welcome drink and a bonfire in the evening, as well as bicycles and a pool to be used.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel should invest in better kitchen utensils (pans, tissues, cutlery). The staff should check the room before check in to ensure that rooms are completely clean and in proper conditions. We had a slight issue with our room with a small animal leaving behing some waste but were immediately assigned another (better room). Food was great.

Loved the surrounding lush green countryside, and the daily walks into town (2.5 miles). The staff was over-the-top friendly! Our room, on the second floor, had a private balcony with chairs, and a hammock for relaxing. Lacking a filtered water station, and water in rooms is not potable.

We had booked a room without a view and changed it upon arrival to a mountain view, I ended up extending for two days as the view, nature and calmness was lovely. It's very centrally located but by the "edge" of the central part which makes it very tranquil and quiet. The staff was very helpful, and the location provides coffee/tea. The room was clean and made every day. We had a lovely stay and great value for the price.

Great staff, and once I upgraded my room to a balcony that looked over the valley, it was great. The location is close to everything, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Modern and very clean.

We had a great stay at Hotel Tumbaga88 in Salento. The location is perfect, the staff very welcoming. Since we arrived very early they made it possible for us the check in much earlier than the official check in time. The rooms are very clean and beautiful, the room has a perfect view. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will come back!

It was beautiful and quiet. We had the place all to ourselves for 2 days. The staff was attentive and we had access to a pool, sauna, pool table and jacuzzi. We felt like we were in our home.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a couple of days. We were pleasantly surprised by its proximity to the Coffee Park and how relaxing the place was. The hotel staff, including Valentina and Luis, were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. One night, our little boy fell ill and they went out of their way to help us with bedding and other things. We were impressed by the comfort and design of our suite, as well as the cozy chilling area. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. We had a great time staying at this hotel, but we wanted to offer some suggestions to make it even better. The internet was a bit intermittent. We also wished there was a bar with more options, but the wine was delicious! It would have been lovely to have some ambient music in the evenings and more games for families to enjoy, but the cosy atmosphere more than made up for it. Despite these small suggestions, we still highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway. The staff were wonderful and always ready to assist us, and the comfortable suite and chilling area made us feel right at home. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

A beautiful, peaceful hotel where the staff are very friendly and professional. We have stayed in many different hotels around Quindio and this was one of our favourites. No loud music, good food and nice atmosphere. The staff left out marshmallows to roast on a small fire at night time, which I thought was such a nice touch! Lots of birds around the hotel and very close to visit parque del cafe.

The location was very peaceful, and in the nature. The breakfast was nice, and the warm water pool was awesome.

Hotel is very private and beautiful. We felt save and comfortable. Luis was very kind, respectful and always ready to help. He assisted with contacting a restaurant for dinner delivery. Nancy made a delicious breakfast each morning. Even though the hotel is on the highway, the rooms are quiet.

This place was amazing, pictures don’t do justice for how amazing it is, Luis was here the whole time we stayed and he was amazing, very attentive and extremely nice.

The place is cosy and charming. I wasn’t happy with the keeper and front-desk staff asking for money upon arrival for “taxes” and also refused to provide a receipt for the payment when we had cancelled the total amount already. Also breakfast is supposed to be available from seven but he insisted it was from 7:30 which didn’t suit our plans to catch our flight on time. Then he said he could do an “exception” and would call us at 7 am when breakfast was ready but failed to do so until we went out at 7:15 as we couldn’t wait anymore. The rooms could have a small table and chair in the indoors area. It was lovely to see hummingbirds flying around in front of the terrace. The spa was really nice too

It's a beautiful place with fabulous views and is very well cared for. The swimming pool was an additional treat. The balcony with hammock where you could sit and watch the birds was lovely. The lady on reception was pleasant to deal with. We loved the restaurant and the evening meal was one of the best we had in Columbia. Breakfast was great too. We liked being near to the restaurants and shops. It was nice to interact with locals ....the ice-cream shop was amazing too.

We enjoyed how peaceful it was and seeing the horses grazing the property everyday. The view from the pool was lovely and all in all we loved the atmosphere and the helpful, friendly staff. All the vegetation around us was beautiful and it was so nice to be a short walk away from two fantastic restaurants.

Where to start?! This place is truly amazing. Has lovely views, comfortable aircon rooms, hot water showers and very helpful staff. There’s also a swimming pool and an area to chill and hangout. My kids enjoyed also the playground, hammocks and variety of lush and fruit trees.

Very nice location very close to airport ( few flights in and first I heard was at 7am when I was already awake). My room was part of a 2 room building. Very clean and with an outdoor shower (protected by large leafy plants). Plenty of hot water, comfortable bed, and good functioning AC. Nice pool with great views. Excellent and friendly staff. Room service for 2 ice cold beers = 4 minutes.

Great location with an easy walk down to the centre and main shopping /restaurant street. Breakfast was delicious: fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, cereal, toast ,coffee/tea.

Great location just on the edge of town - 5 min walk from everything. Staff were friendly and helpful - host was very responsive to all messages. Comfy and spacious room. Lots of information about things to do, restaurants, etc. and they offered to help book any tours for us.

Wonderful stay in Salento. Great location and comfortable rooms. We want to especially mention Erika who took great care of us by welcoming us and making delicious breakfast every morning. And she even made sure we could use their water tank for showering (much needed after the Cocora valley) when there was no water available in the village. Thank you for the lovely time!

Staying at La Caracola made our time in Salento extra special. Erika was very nice and helpful throughout our time there. She had great patience for our not great understanding and speaking of Spanish. The room was an ok size and the bed quite large and comfortable. Everything was very clean and breakfast was great as well.

We were not sure at first with all the antique collections we would like it, but we gave it a try and have no regrets. Everything was supper clean and it was interesting to investigate every little detail. The pool and all the amenities are great for kids and a very tranquil. Staff, specifically the manager was awesome.

The staff was super attentive, were ready for our arrival, the room was extremely clean, beds wet comfy, spacious bathroom, the breaks fast was delicious the amenities are great including the ping pong table, we loved our stay and will definitely come back

Cecilia was the best with me and my family! She was very friendly and the food delicious. The finca, the rooms and all the facilities are great. It is truly an amazing finca cafetera :) Very recommended!

El Balso was beautifully located surrounded by coffee and banana plantations. Very quiet, secluded and beautiful grounds with lots of bird life

This hotel has only 14 rooms and is located in a very good area of Armenia. The rooms are very modern and clean with an industrial design and very cosy beds. We had a room with a giant terrace facing away from the busy street so it was very quiet. There is a spectacular roof top terrace with a cool bar overlooking the beautiful hills of Armenia,go there for sunset! I have to point out the outstanding staff(esp breakfast attendants)they make your stay the most wonderful experience! I can not stress enough their hospitality. We will definitely come back here!

It's quiet though it's on a busy street. The bed is comfortable. Their mini-bar includes a variety of full size bottles of liquor, if that's your thing. The air conditioner works great. Espresso maker with Quindio coffee. There is no breakfast onsite on Sunday but is provided at a cafe down the street with good food and good service.

Breakfast is amazing, the view from the rooms is amazing specially with the Quindio coffee in the room.

The terrace in the room was big and very relaxing with a lovely view to the forest, all members of staff were friendly and very helpful…

The property was very scenic, clean, and beautiful. The staff made a huge impact on my stay. The views were amazing as well. It’s an amazing hotel to release stress.
