Room 1008 view was not the best. Room 1001 was excellent views. The bar and infinity pool area is amazing.

This was a fabulous hotel with beautiful open rooftop bar and infinity pool, nice gym with a view, and excellent helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Great Location. Centrally located. close to all attractions at riverside. Check in was quick. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was good. Infinity pool on the terrace with captivating views. The Italian food at Firma was good. Enjoyed our stay. Recommended.

Room was very large and comfortable. Highly recommend the rooftop of the hotel, a great bar and a great infinity pool with a view.

Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Brisbane. Easy walk along the river into Brisbane cbd and also a short walk into James street that has great shops and cafes. City cat right outside which can take you down the river. The hotel is relatively new or been renovated which was great, it was nice to stay in a modern hotel in Brisbane for once. Rooms are large - plenty of space with a sofa. Bathrooms were excellent as was the products. I enjoyed looking at all the photography around the hotel. The pool and pool area is small. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Fantastic location. If you want to be left alone in glamorous digs by the river, this place is it. They even upgraded me! The pool is lovely. Food options to your room are amazing. Only wish you could get meals/snacks at the pool. Otherwise, simply outstanding. Love all the art by Vincent Fantauzzo!!

I loved this hotel, the only problem I found was if I wanted to use the pool, I had to go through the rooftop bar, packed with people to get to the pool area itself.

Thie staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The mews breakfast restaurant is absolutely superb, with a fresh made bespoke breakfast selection available... again the staff are just amazing people. The rooms are well appointed, and the rooftop bar and pool offer stunning views of the river and city. So many eating and drinking options are on your doorstep,this is highly recommended.

Room was clean, but dusty in some areas. Was disappointed about the pool. On the weekends they hire out the cabanas to non-hotel guests that hotel guests aren't allowed to reserve! Double dipping and the high paying hotel guests have nowhere to sit and the pool was very busy with noisy drunk outsiders. Not relaxing whatsoever and I chose this hotel specifically for the pool. Otherwise, classy hotel with excellent service and beautiful rooms.

We loved the pool, the pool bar and the live DJ! The massive bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast the next day was amazing. Check-in and out were both super easy too.

From being able to check in 2 hours early to checking out everything was seamless. We were pleasantly surprised with a room credit and 2 drink vouchers. Rooms were clean and functional and king size bed amazing ....the pool was too crowded and noisy to be enjoyable abd i think they rent space at the pool to the public ....location is great -can walk everywhere...we will be back .

Pool and gym were excellent, lovely pool bar as well. Breakfast fabulous - lots of options for all of us. Location was also very convenient.

Close to CBD shopping , room always clean, friendly staff happy to assist with all requests. Draw back was pool access too many unsupervised children jumping & screaming in the pool whilst trying to relax. Badly behaved children made this part of the experience less than desirable. Washing machines noisey in early hours when we were trying to sleep

Rooms are very spacious, very clean, modern & soundproof. The most comfortable bed. Great pool & sauna. Staff are very welcoming & friendly. Great location in the Valley, close to train station & buses, woolies metro and plenty of dining options.

Great location - 5 minutes walk from the train station. Easy parking. We booked last minute and the staff were all so lovely and helpful. The apartment was lovely and clean, comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen. Free wifi and smart TV. Great spa and pool - gym looked good too but didn't use it. Roof terrace was great - amazing night views.

I can't reccomend Kooii apartments highly enough. We had an Urban view 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect, clean, spacious & easy access to all amenities the hotel had to offer. The people on the front desk were always willing to help and were very friendly. Resonably priced stay, the roof top had incredible views and the pool / spa, gym area was fantastic. Definitely staying there again. Close to the entertainment district and retaurants.

Central location was good. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a lovely bonus. Air con was a life saver as temperatures rose. Great views of the city and storey bridge. Ability to book occasional parking was helpful. The washing machine and dryer was great when staying for a month.

The views were amazing, it was my highlight of the stay. Also the pool ! A spectacular view to go along with it. One of the best views I’ve seen. I for sure will be booking again on my next trip back to Brisbane.

Amazing view of the city from our room and from the roof top pool. Perfect location - just a short walk to Fish Lane where we went for dinner and to the galleries and museums at south Bank.

The location is amazing, perfect view and the extra facilities, like free parking and pool were a great bonus.

The beds was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in The decor and the design of the hotel was so beautiful The pool area was a highlight. The pool side service was amazing. I wish that poolside service was as good throughout. Other places of the hotel and the food was fabulous highlighting the great food from poolside.

Hotel is very stylish and spacious. Rooms were designed very well. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. The pool was the star of my experience. Poolside service and food was very expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. The gym was very clean and had lots of equipment. Food was some of the best I had ever had. The hotel is in the perfect location right in the middle of the Main Street. Definitely worth it!

The Calile Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, great vibe and a perfect central city oasis. It has everything going for it. Great location to amazing cafes and restaurants. Beautiful pool area, gym and spa. Only thing I would say is that because it's kid friendly there are A LOT of kids, especially in the pool, so if you want adult time then it's maybe not for you.

Wonderful hotel with great staff clean modern rooms, great pool and excellent Greek restaurant next to the pool for dinner and breakfast. We might just return to Brisbane, stay here, walk around the block and remain at the hotel, it’s great. Food is excellent and staff are going out of their way to ensure we are looked after

The hotel is beautiful - the design is clean, fresh and relates to the city. Staff were very friendly at check in, and made our stay really special for my husbands birthday. The pool is wonderful and absolutely worth spending time there! Rooms are large with wonderful and thoughtful amenities. We did not travel with our child, but the hotel is very kid friendly especially the pool.

We had a 2-bedroom unit on the 9th floor before flying out of Brisbane airport. We were met by friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Had washing/drying facilities in the room which is handy for families with young children. Good outdoor recreational area with bbq facilities, seating area, pool and exercise room. The Portside precinct has plenty of places to eat and an IGA across the road or Woolworths only a short walk away. The eat street markets is a 19 minute from the hotel which is worth a look. Plenty of food stalls on hand. Would highly recommend to others.

Great two-bedroom apartment. Extremely comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The kids loved the pool and recreational area. The location is fabulous! There is a great restaurant/cafe on the reception level called "H"—loved the food and staff. A stylish bakery is across the road and only a few metres from an IGA. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

I love Hotel Jephson. This was my second time staying, and it's such a great spot. The rooms are so spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. And i really love having my own balcony. It's in a great spot, so many good restaurants nearby, including the Japanese one attached. The bathrooms are a vibe, love the marble work.. I always feel so comfortable staying here, very convenient location, close to the river, I walked into the city and it was a gorgeous walk along the river. And the ferries and trains are also so close. Absolutely recommend this place.

Staff were friendly, professional, helpful with useful information, even when faced with difficult customers / situations (I observed 2 x situations which were handled professionally with kindness and respect). Free parking Hotel and public areas were clean, tidy and smelt lovely. Shower was fabulous Bed was comfortable TV & Wifi worked well Useful information was readily at hand. Room was well equipped - lots of tea & coffee, lots of milk in fridge, lots of hangers, and towels Room Decor was pleasant

Lovely clean modern rooms. Quiet. Great WiFi and a/c. Balcony a plus. Excellent location to be able to walk to the shops/restaurants or use public transport to travel around. I also recommend the Serenity massage place across the road. The restaurant downstairs delivers to your room which is really convenient.

Pleasant, large room on third floor. Good sized balcony and good bathroom. Decor was business hotel like. Comfortable king sized bed. The room had a jug, glasses, mug and tea, coffee and a couple of ordinary biscuits. The staff were friendly and helpful. Toowong shops are nearby. They have a range of restaurants and two supermarkets. Not a fine dining area though. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the nearest ferry wharf - chugging up or down the Brisbane River is cheap (50 cents) and pleasant sight seeing.

stayed in the family room and it was perfect for our needs. my husband is a wheelchair user and the normal bathroom was fine for his needs fir our short stay. we brought along our own shower bench and he was able transfer through the large shower door without issue. room was quiet and the staff super friendly and helpful. excellently positioned for our trip to suncorp stadium. just 2 trains stops away, although we did drive because we get parking beside the stadium and it was a shirt drive even in afternoon traffic. 3 accessible parking spots in the small parking garage but also a ton of free street parking in the area.

This hotel is centrally located near the Brookside Shopping Centre precinct, with easy access and plenty of parking including a security parking section for guests The ambience and decor of the public spaces is modern, and stylish with a fun vibe. Our room was super clean, spacious and quiet with a comfy bed. Breakfast was included in the rate, and this was a small continental buffet served in the bistro. The hotel also features a huge bar and restaurant area which is popular with locals as well as hotel guests. Although busy on the Friday night that we stayed, there was plenty of space for everyone inside and out. Our rate also included a complimentary drink each at the bar which was mych appreciated.

This was my second stay here and it has become my favourite when in Brisbane now. I usually stay at South Bank for the location but I have found The Brook to be so friendly and easy I’m going to keep coming back. The parking, while not under cover, is so easy, close and free - much better than navigating layers of underground parking and paying a lot for it. The pub/restaurant attached is perfect at the end of the day and for the free breakfast in the morning - it’s not much but a nice way to start the day. The hotel and rooms are new, clean and very comfortable. Room service is free and the waiters just bring up your order as if you were in the restaurant - perfect! The best feature though, and main draw card, is the staff. They are all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They make me feel very at home there and nothing is too much trouble. This is why I will keep going back!

The comfy bed, so good after travelling for 2 days from Europe. The block out curtains , large shower area and did Imention that comfy bed !!!! I got all my washing done , dried and packed in the convenient laundry on the ground floor. The Brook includes a continental breakfast , which had very delicious raisin toast and cereal, fruit and yoghurt options. Dinner is within the building and Nightcap give you 10% of any food and a complimentary drink. There is, a large shopping centre within 100 metres and the train station a short ride away. The staff were exceptional and friendly.

As a solo traveler visiting Brisbane in the first time, the whole experience with the hotel is heartwarming and extraordinary. The staff was kind, amicable, willing to help and handling things beautifully. My room was spacious, comfy and with a vibrant view of trees and animals. The hotel is in a rather safe residential area, about 12 minutes away from the train station on foot. There is a huge mall right across, which has supermarkets, retail stores and restaurants galore. Also I love the bar downstairs which has friendly bartenders, servers and amazing food and drinks as well. Again, kudos to the nicest crew. I will definitely come visit again if back to Brisbane someday.☺️

This hotel is a relatively new and renovated establishment. We absolutely loved staying there. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. You have the hotel on the ground floor, with the bars, tab,dining etc. The free breakfast is a bonus, with lots of variety. We had a family party in the party room. It was perfect for us, as we were staying upstairs. We also made us of the shopping centre which is across the road, and a nice place to shop. Our car was securely parked in a special area. We enjoyed staying near our family who live in a nearby suburb. It's a great choice for the suburbs of Brisbane.

Motel was good but very disappointed that we were not informed before arriving that there was major building work in progress and the pool was filled in. We booked this Motel months ago and one the reasons we booked it was because it advertised a pool. We would of cancelled and booked elsewhere if we had been informed.

Lovely property! Parking space for each room and the people running it were absolutely fantastic full of great advice knowledge and so forth friendly and kind! Offered a shuttle to the airport and overal was just great had a clean pool clean rooms looked just like the picture

Only downside was the pool was not able to be used while we were there. Absolutely beautiful place, we could not have asked for friendlier or more helpful staff. An absolutely delightful place and will certainly return
