Amazing property in the city. Staff so warm,friendly,helpful. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The incredible beautiful infinity pool was my favorite activity at the end of the day.

The hotel is located in the city center. Rooms are nice and convenient. The breakfast was really excellent, infinity pool at the 9th floor with bar, small but convenient gym. Best choice for not long stay.

Room was great, very spaceous and clean. Rest of the facilities as well, infinity pool is a plus. The breakfast buffet is amazing!

Pretty much everything else, staff were great, casino was fun, lots if shops and restaurants, different pools, but very hot with mot much cover around main pools

The Fili Hotel has some excellent facilities that really made our stay memorable. Our room was super spacious and spotlessly clean, and the sea view was just amazing! The pool area has stunning views of the hotel, the sea, and the nearby bridge, which is really cool. Plus, there's a mall, a casino on site, and plenty of places to eat. The breakfast buffet is packed with tons of options. The best part? The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We totally recommend the Fili Hotel for an unforgettable experience!

Great location and excellent service, I’d definitely stay here again. I had a wonderful stay the room was suspicious The view was amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the pool area was relaxing. And lastly, the hotel staff were super friendly.

Very courteous staff, Clean hotel, best breakfast , gym is very well organized and clean.. I would also thank CHRISTINE ( Front desk Receptionist ) she’s the best easy check in and check out. Very fast elevator and the pools were superb and very clean

The staff at the Lex really make this hotel they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, especially Sherwin on the front desk so helpful a great ambassador for the hotel! The room was very comfortable and the pool and pool area were very nice. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is in a great location with many amenities on the doorstep. I couldn’t say enough about how good this hotel is, I extended my stay twice here the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Cebu city and I’ve stayed in quite a few!

Laundry very cheap, gave in the morning and got back in the evening, smelled so good. Water provided every day plus dispensers in the hallway. Excellent value. Good wifi. Beautiful view. Shower curtain to separate from the toilet. Amenities in the bathroom and lots of towels.

We’ve stayed here twice whilst passing through Cebu City , it’s a new , great hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us on both our visits, very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is a great bonus. And we used the gym and pool which is included in the price. The beds comfy and big. Wifis great. Secure hotel. Everything you need. Great hotel.

The hotel is excellent, very friendly staff. I really appreciate a clean room and bed and this was all excellent. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were like new fresh white linen, all excellent. I really appreciated the laundry service that ranged from 80 to 110 pesos based on weight. Great rooftop pool and I made use of the gym many times.

The breakfast buffet is superb! Not just that, the staff are also approachable. Anything you can ask of in a hotel is here. I love the idea of the location being away from all the noise of the city streets. I had an early morning dip at the pool and it's relaxing as I wander through the city view.

There are alot of misleading accommodation options in the Philippines. Diane's exceeded my expectations which was very welcome after walking out of a very disappointing place. Very clean, well maintained, spacious rooms. Food and drink options within and a short walk away. The gym is well equipped and the pool is very refreshing with great views of the harbor

Breakfast was good and plenty of options. Staff helped organize rides to the next city, decent pricing. 711 below which was convenient as well as a small and delicious pizza place.

I booked this as a budget stay, but it was better than half of the expensive hotels I stayed in. Good security, staff were very kind / helpful, great location, very clean and quiet room / facilities, pool was great (also very clean), it was also very social (social areas on different floor to rooms). The building is a few metres from a small shopping complex, with a supermarket, 7/11 and restaurants, cafes. Very convenient! Would absolutely recommend.

The hotel is perfect for a couple of nights layover in between islands. Very modern, lovely pool, staff are great. We had a very comfortable stay and gave us a good reset to continue our travels. The washing and drying machines are really big, there’s even a complimentary iron. Lots of bars, restaurants and 711’s nearby aswell. 100% would stay again

We like the homey feel of the room, the greeneries and pool from the windows view. It was clean, water was really good.

Facilities - gym, pool, dining restaurant, coffee shop. Room had complete amenities.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Holiday Inn Cebu City. The rooms were exceptional, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The daily cleaning service was excellent, and everything was always kept spotless. I also loved the smart TV which made it so easy to watch Netflix and unwind after a busy day. The bathroom had great lighting and came with all the essentials, plus thoughtful extras like cotton buds and a razor, really attentive touches that made our stay even more convenient. The buffet breakfast was another highlight. There was a good variety each day, and everything tasted great. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. Their hospitality really made the experience feel special. We truly had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose Holiday Inn Cebu City again. Highly recommend!

The arrival experience is perfect, they are all welcoming and friendly. Special mention to Sir Pierce from Front Desk, he's very welcoming, we had a smooth check in and he is so friendly. To FO Princes as well, for being so attentive in our request. To Fo Marie for her friendly approach and prompt response while we had a problem with our WIFI in the room. Last but not the least, to the housekeeping team for the clean and warm room. It really feels like home. Before I forgot, RA Franz really helps us in delivering our request even if its very late at night. Overall experience, 100%. We are celebrating my birthday and it was all worth it that I celebrated my special day here. We will surely come back. Kudos to the whole team.
