The staff were helpful and efficient. Cleaning staff were very good. Pool area was lovely, clean and relaxing. Plenty of sun lounges for everyone. Area was quiet at night and the size of the hotel and pool meant it was never too busy and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had nothing in it but we just took a list to reception and they supplied what we needed. There is a small grocery shop in walking distance. We had made a mistake in our booking and they were very helpful to fix it for us. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice complex with apartments and pool in the inner yard. The apartment was clean and functional. The entrance was directly onto the inner yard and the pool, which was very convenient. The breakfast included was quite good. The staff was friendly and WiFi was efficient. Free parking in the back of the complex seemed safe. Beach was only some 15 minutes walk away. If you want to stay away from all inclusive crowd, than this might be a good alternative, like it was for us. Will stay there again when next time in the area.

Nice and clean room with a pool view. Comfortable bed. Decent swimming pool. Simply, but tasty breakfast.

The room was spacious, and perfectly cleaned everyday, staff were always nice with smile. The location is right next to the big road but the inside garden with a pool was very quiet. Their breakfast was served with daily local dishes, and I liked their omelet and pancakes. It was fun starting a day with one of staff in German practice.

Lovely, clean modern apartment on 2 floors, pool outside front door and restaurant and cafe on site, and around 20 mins walk to beach and supermarket (that sells alcohol)!

This is paradise. Perfect location to explore the beautiful coast, the beaches and the island. Very close to everything. The pool and garden are amazing! We felt in heaven! Lush! Luxury! The decoration and the room was also top. Fridge. WiFi & air conditioning. Breakfast excellent with all the local food. A total treat for the senses to stay in this place. Relaxing, quiet. Nice host, giving us privacy and very kind when welcoming and in the checking out. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay in the island. The island is worthy to visit and we believe this is the best place to stay!

Breakfast was delicious and well prepared by the ladies. Parking place in front of the house. Pool and relaxing area is perfect! Close to the beach and some restaurants nearby. Sonia is available for any questions/requests all the time!

The place itself is cool, with a laid-back vibe and a beautiful yard with a pool. However, the family apartments we stayed in definitely need some renovations. The bedrooms are good and comfortable, with A/C in working order. The host is great and very helpful. It’s close to the beach, although I’d recommend exploring other beaches on the island.

The owner Michela is such a nice and warm person, always willing to help and have a friendly chat. You quickly feel at home there. The hotel has a shared dinning room which is lovely to meet other travelers and even has a pool and massage offer! All the staff was very professional and kind.

Nice resort in tourist area in the island . Clean , good food and nice amenities. It was raining the day we were there so we didn’t get to use the pool , just wish the indoor pool opened longer hour specially on rainy days. Room was clean and big with beautiful view . Just wish they have coffee maker in the room.

Nice property. Stayed during low season so many of the facilities weren’t really in use such as pool bar and beach bar but I imagine they’d be nice. Has a good indoor pool to help out during the colder months.

We had the most amazing stay here over New Year. Food was incredible, staff were lovely and friendly, and the hotel is beautiful. Our maid, Hajere, was brilliant and left us the most beautiful towel art. We had lots of fun playing tennis, darts, and walking along the beach. You can't really swim in the outdoor pool in January, but the indoor one is fab!. Thank you Iberostar!!

It was an extraordinary service that we received in TUI Blue Palm Beach Djerba. We greeted warmly and the receptionist guy just informed me on arrival better that I went for dinner first because the dinner would be closed in 1,5 hours. The cleanliness was amazing. They also have money changer desk where you can exchange to Tunisian Dinar. The pool and beach were amazing. The food was immensely spectacular and complete. They changed the menu everyday, which was brilliant. The pool and beach were immaculate as well. A good choice for stay in Djerba

The hotel is located at 25 mins ride from the airport. Taxi drivers know it. Very nicely located with a private beach and two swimming pools. The service is excellent every where: the restaurant in particular, the gym and all the sport activities that can be easily booked through an app. For the all inclusive (drinks included!) it's a buffet restaurant: an excellent variety of local and international fish and meat dishes. Salads are available as well and an excellent variety of fresh fruit. The staff is super helpful and very kind and professional.

We passed a very good time in the Hotel. The room is fine and all the service as well. In the hotel you can enjoy the pool covered, external and the beach. They have also the animation for the child. We went in all the restaurants and the food was super fine, specially the breakfast! The staff was super friendly and professional!

Gut: sehr schöne Poolanlage und wurde auch immer sauber gehalten Schlecht: man hat kaum eine freie Liege bekommen. Es wurde schon immer ganz früh reserviert und dann doch nicht genutzt.

The sea is also nice, but you must go a little distance to reach it. The animation team is really kind and friendly too and you can have a lot of fun with them. Espacially Yaya is a very nice person. You can talk with him and have a lot of fun together. It was a really nice vacation and we recommend it for other couples.

I recommend with all my heart. The food was delicious, with a lot of diffrent cousines so anybody will have something for him. The pools and sea were amazing to swim in. When it comes to activities we’ve had lot of them because of amazing and friendly animation team esprcialy Mr.Yaya

Our stay was simply fantastic! The building of the hotel is well-designed and the rooms are very modern, spacious and comfortable. The food is incredible – such a huge variety and everything is fresh and tasty. We were spoiled for choice at every meal! The pools are clean, beautiful and perfect for both relaxing and having fun, not to mention the fact that beach activities were also available whenever we wanted. The whole place is spotless, the staff super friendly and the atmosphere truly relaxing. We had such a great time there! This hotel is highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff, from the very start at reception then Kids club animators, restaurant staff were fantastic, food was just perfect, five stars! Pool was huge and clean, beach and beach bar were perfect too, at the end the reception on check out were amazingly welcoming and friendly. We travelled in many many countries, and we were almost never met with such a warm welcome and careful hospitality, it feels something especially when you are in your country, thank you.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and although we were a bit hesitant in the beginning since it had just opened, the place exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean, spacious with great decor and comfortable bedding. It was so nice to sit in the balcony and enjoy the sea view and the breeze. The staff were super helpful and kind. The food was delicious and one could choose from a big variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh vegetables and fruits. The beach is less than 1 minute away from the room, and the water was stunning. We spent our days at the beach, and enjoyed an extraordinary sunset there, simply magic! The pools were also great. Thank you for a great stay, and we will definitely come back for a longer stay !

Best structure I have been in my life for quality of the service, food has been amazing, especially private dinners in restaurants you can basically do every night. We tried a typical Tunisian dinner, an Italian one and my favourite was the fish dinner, all the time they gave us for free wine even though it was not included in our half pension. With half pension you can basically have free food almost the whole day anyway because already at 3pm a snack bar full of things is available, and after a large breakfast you do not really need to eat till that time. Pool is amazing, the beach in front really nice and the organizer every day at 11 and 4pm organize volleyball matches, we really enjoyed that part as well. The gym is not huge but well equipped, if you want to visit the islands taxies ate always out of the structure and really cheap. The best of the best is the prices in the low season, we paid around 100€ per night for 3 people, close to nothing considering food was all included and at 7 we could take advantage of the free drinks as well

It took them ages to prepare our table at breakfast or even clean the ones used and there were abundant flies. The accommodation is superb and our dinner which was included, very tasty.

I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a calm and great stay. The suite is spacious clean and wonderful. The balcony is spacious and intime as well. I was there with my wife and my 3 months kid. The salted pool is very nice!

Nice stay, i highly recommend this hotel. The pool is amazing, they have 3 different ones with sea water, phosphorus and sweet water. We had a wonderful time at TUI Blue. The bar, the food and the pools were all excellent. We particularly enjoyed the evening entertainment. The entertainment team, especially Nassim and Mohammed, always created a great atmosphere and organised numerous dance sessions. We will definitely be back!

As a beach hotel this was lovely. We had a sea view twin, all inclusive. The whole hotel was spotless and well maintained, the staff were lovely, it was very good having an indoor pool to use in winter which is also adjacent to the sun terrace overlooking the pool and the beach. We were there for 3 days and while we were there the food was varied and tasty including a number of Tunisian specialities. The staff were helpful and personable. it's bang on the beach. there's a nice paddling pool for smaller kids.

The food was very good, and the chefs were friendly. The hotel has a private beach and offers both an indoor and an outdoor pool, which we really enjoyed. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with good air conditioning. A ping pong table was available, and the staff even kept it open for us at night, which we really appreciated. The bartender on the main bar with the day shift was very friendly. Reception staff was also friendly.

The staff were really friendly and a special shout out for Sayad Aloui who made our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and he made each lunch time and evening a pleasure. The hotel was a little tired in places, but overall very clean and comfortable. All in all very good value for money. The pool and beach were lovely and there was constant entertainment if you wanted to get involved. The food was adequate and the beer was fine.

The interior is authentically decorated and the outside has a pool and walkway to the beach - only metres away with white sand and blue sea. It’s easy to get a taxi to the local town where authentic Djerban culture can be experienced. There is live music/a disco in the bar every night but also the option to eat quietly in the restaurant. I can’t recommend it enough!

it is located on a clean beach and has a nice swimming pool. the staff are very friendly, including Fatima at the front desk who spoke excellent English and always greeted me with a smile. there was daily housekeeping and the breakfast was extensive.

The beach with sunbeds was just near hotel, perfect. Pool with sunbeds always available. Good breakfast. Beautiful interior design. I liked that there was a spa in hotel! Not expensive, 20-25eur for 1h full massage(depends on type). Didnt like Hammam tho, but loved the massage after hammam. Hammam was additional 20eur, would not take it next time, but massage totally worth it.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Najwa made sure that our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is located right next to the beach and features a little swimming pool. The entire hotel feels less like a hotel and more like a private home. I much prefer this to the larger hotels.

this is a charming building within the centre of the pedestrianised suq area. it's quiet at night and in the thick of it during the day - a great location. our downstairs room was attractive and with a courtyard view was very quiet. The courtyard with jasmine was lovely for sitting and reading and having breakfast - an oasis. The staff were charming and helpful and the continental breakfast was adequate to start the day. the decor throughout was very Tunisian - tiles and whitewash and blue doors.

This was my third time staying at this charming, historic hotel and I have to say - it gets better every time. This time I came with friends and we booked 5 rooms. Staff were very responsive to my messages when I had concerns about there being someone to greet us with our later than expected arrival. The front desk is manned all the time. Breakfast was fabulous and served in the central courtyard area. The rooms we had were very spacious and everyone's beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly, spoke English and French, and were able to make suggestions for us. They made our stay super easy.

Najib at reception who speaks very good English was there on arrival and thankfully on departure too. He looked after me o well. Even arranged a car to take me round the island. Super location in the heart of Houmt Souk. Love the authentic ornate decor of hotel and the rooms. Simple and clean throughout. All rooms face onto courtyard where one has breakfast. V peaceful and homely. Don't expect to be dropped off in front of hotel as no access for vehicles in central Houmt Souk. However, hotel only a few minutes' walk from main taxi rank and all locals know where hotel is, so ask around.

The ambience of the property was superb. I felt “away” from my normal life. But I was looking for a different experience. Djerba is a great place if you prefer a more contemporary holiday with good shopping in a clean safe environment. I wanted an adventure. The owner was extremely accommodating and allowed me to cancel 2 nights of a 3-day reservation and I am very grateful. That is good service even though he could have said “no”. I did stay there one night and rested comfortably. It was quiet, the hot water was “hot” and the facilities were very clean.

All the staff at the hotel, including those at the reception (particularly Mr. Bassam Ben Attia and Mr. Fathi from Zarzis, who were very welcoming and super friendly while being very professional), restaurant, animation team, cleaning service, pool, and beach, were outstanding ! They treated us with exceptional politeness, genuine smiles, and a high level of service. The hotel itself is beautiful, well located, safe, and impeccably clean, offering all the facilities one could need. We loved strolling around the property and participating in the various interesting animation sessions that were led by dynamic, energetic, joyful and super hard working young men. The food was truly exceptional; we relished the diverse, delicious, clean and super freshly prepared meals throughout the day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and deeply appreciated the experience. The hotel is big. They know how to keep you entertained. They have all the facilities you can think off. My favourite was the pools one huge 1. Second the quite pool third was the indoor which I loved using hardly anyone in there. Then they have the little kids pool. Best of all was the slides for all ages. I loved it. The beach is beautiful lots of activities to keep you busy or relax and watch everything happening around you. The food was delicious a lot to choose from. I have a fuzzy daughter she even liked eating there. The entertainers were brilliant lovely show every night. They were really good with the kids too. We came back yesterday after ten nights stay. Missing it already. Will love to go back again

I highly recommend Hotel Fiesta Beach, it is a well-located hotel by a beautiful beach. Every day you can count on many attractions, animators make sure that guests do not get bored. Everyone will find something for themselves. Attractions by the pool, attractions on the beach. For active people, volleyball matches are organized every day, you can also use the hotel gym where you can always count on the support and professional approach of the trainer. After training, to relax, you can go to the thermal pool. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The only thing that needs improvement is the rooms, which clearly need renovation because they are worn out and often some things do not work. Our room stank of sewage, only after buying powder and unblocking the pipes we managed to slightly reduce the smell. Additionally, we had a problem with the shower working

I've been in Fiesta Beach during August 2024 as couple with my wife. We did enjoyed the resort for everything, starting with the gym we went every day for morning training ad Malik was a perfect personal trainer and soon become our friend, keep going forward this way! food is in line with our expectations, we didn't want to exaggerate so we could find also healthy food to balance our meals with a lot of choices international. The sea wow! was amazing, we come from Italy, so we know the Mediterranean sea, but the Djerba/Tunisia side is truly amazing! in the resort you have also the possibility to enjoy the quiet pool or the big pool with animators ecc. Every night before dinner there were animations, dancing and show at the night. well done. I will recommend this resort!

Beach is only 3 min walk 4 pools to keep you fit and enjoy the sun. Indoor pool was really good hardly anyone there. We stayed in this hotel last year too loved it that’s why we returned. Only difference was that I noticed that they overcooked the meat, fish and the pizza every meal time which was disappointing as a lot of food went to waste and the shower cubicles were small in this room and last year. But apart from these two things I loved my stay. But thing is the sunrise on the beach in the mornings. Will miss it. I would love to go again and again. I would recommend to everyone to go and have relaxing holiday.

The staff were generally excellent - friendly, chatty, and accommodating. Special mention for Aicha at reception, Fairuza and Murad the floor staff, and Willy the highly energetic lead animator. Facilities: The pools (3) and waterslides were very good - ample space, clean, and well maintained. The gardens were also beautiful and well taken care off. Direct beach access. Lobby, restaurants, and common areas were clean, tidy, and elegant. Animation was fun and not intrusive. Buffet meals and all inclusive drinks: Very generous, well prepared and organized, if a bit short on variety - particularly at lunch.

The place is amazing, comfortable and clean. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. The only downside is the food, not delicious and there's no enough choices. Otherwise everything else is good

Rooms tastefully decorated, with the best bed I have slept on in the whole of Tunisia (I've stayed in 10 hotels countrywide). Breakfast plentiful and varied. Pools great. Spa a real treat.

I spent 3 night in the hotel. It is very clean, staff very polite and helpful. Rooms are relaxing and well decorated. Balcony with sea view is excellent but still can hear the relaxing wave sound from garden view rooms. Breakfast buffet is tremendously amazing. A credit for this hotel.

We only spent one night in djerba and really loved this hotel. It's beautiful, clean, and a friendly staff. The beach is gorgeous and grounds are superb. It's one of the best experiences I ever had. The restaurant took a request and prepared a special dinner for my boyfriend. The breakfast in the morning was the best I had in Tunisia. Loved the omelette station. It was just a great time, and I wish I stayed there longer.

Beautiful hotel on the beach with amenities and good people. Room was clean and specious. Hotel is close to old city center and Midoun. Simple and quiet get away island. Ulysse is the destination in Djerba for my future travel. Good breakfast buffet and restaurants Dhuha in guest relations was so kind to give us an early check in and a welcome drink made us feel home.

The staff is amazing! Everyone is very polite and happy to help, going an extra mile for the guests! The animation team is very good too, fiendly and not pushy if you don't want to participate in the activities. Even though there is not much to do in the area, it was not a problem because there are a lot of activities like zumba, aqua gym, petanque, volleyball, water polo, mini golf, cabaret, disco, karaoke, etc... The food was good. There are 3 swimming pools and a spa center. All in all, good value for money, we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely come back.

It was clean, we stayed here for a week and was a bit worried after reading the reviews, the food isn’t amazing but you will always find something to eat, they had lots of meat dishes, freshly prepared pizza, I had omelet for breakfast every day cooked in front of me. My son had freshly cooked waffles, pancakes. Staff in the bar were lovely especially upstairs. , 2 big bars, 3 swimming pools. The people were lovely and did not hassle you to join in activities or do excursions. We had a really nice time and would definitely go back. We were the only English there.

The entertainment was amazing. The team so friendly. The show change everyday.

I had a great experience at Vincci Helios Beach and truly recommend it. The hotel is located in a great part of the beach and catered to all expectations.

We are very happy about our stay at the Hari Club Beach Resort and highly recommend this hotel. This is a “Family-style” resort with very clean amenities that gave us a lot of bangs for our buck during our vacation there. The entire staff was helpful and kind. The service they provided always excellent. Agents at the reception desk, waiters, bartenders, cooks and cleaning crew: Everyone was always attentive, ready to fulfill our requests and taking time to converse with us. The entire animation team was a joy to interact with. Always smiling and chatting, asking questions to make sure our stay was nothing but great. The activities offered were fun. We would have liked local music to be played by the pool, but we might not be the norm. We really enjoyed the food. A wide variety of options and very copious, from soups to salads, vegetables, main dishes and desserts. We certainly didn’t go hungry! As non-smokers, we never stayed too long in the lounge area, but there are plenty of outdoor spaces poolside to enjoy the various drinks (and snacks) offered. We had a quiet room, by the beach, which was a great location. The only issue, being far from the main building, was the weak Wi-Fi signal. But for a good signal, a quick walk to the reception area was all that it took. The hotel is well-located, a 10-minute taxi ride from Midoun and the Bourgo Mall, to go shopping. Thank you everyone at the Hari Club! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we go to Djerba again, we will be back!

Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est d’une incroyable gentillesse, très serviable et accueillant! Tous les jours le buffet à volonté changeait. Et celui-ci était top pour découvrir les spécialités Tunisiennes. L’hôtel n’est pas neuf (gros bémol : la salle de bain) mais pour le peu que nous sommes dans les chambres lorsque nous sommes en vacances, ce n’est qu’un détail. Le plus important est le rapport qualité/prix qui est très correct. 518€ une chambre pour 2/ 7nuits/ en all exclusive, foncez!

Nous avons passé un moment formidable en famille. L'équipe était aux petits soins avec nous : animation (Alain,Tito, Shaima, Mino) spa (Ammar et Sameh), restaurent, (Walid), réception. Piscine intérieure bien chauffé ce qui est très appréciable en hiver. Hammam et massages de bonne qualité. Lit bébé est disponible sur demande. Chambre était spacieuse et propre. Excellent séjour! Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande.

We’ve been in Djerba for only 5 days and we booked up at last minute. Food was amazing, excellent variety at the buffet, mainly traditional Tunisian food. The all inclusive included only soft drinks but with a little extra $ you could have local alcoholic beverages but honestly didn’t worth it! (Tap beer and strong liquor are not good) You end up paying to get bottled beer. Nice bar service at the pool close to the beach. General cleanest is excellent at the room, bathroom room and buffet. With less then 20 dinars you can go everywhere on the island. Would definitely go back to Mouradi Djerba!

Excellent stay. The staff was very courteous and professional A special thanks to Ms. Arbia, Mr. Wassim, Mr. Sami (front desk) and to Mr. Khalid at the bar. Would definitely go back to stay there. The hospitality was amazing. On my return I forgot my laptop power cord in the taxi and didn't realize it was missing till I was at the airport doing checking. Ms. Arbia went out of her way to have the taxi deliver it back to the airport. Thank you so much to all the staff for all their professional services and to make my vacation truly memorable. The one word of caution to American tourist would be at the resort you will find cats roaming about the premise. Which is unusual from an American perspective. Other than that....had a good time.

the hotels strongest points were the entertainment, location, and cleaniness. Rooms and bungalows were immaculately clean, the hotels offers a complimentary carriage that takes you to the beach which is a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. The entertainment was amazing also, there was a range of entertainment through our stay including in the day. The staff were great and communicated with the customers efficiently.

It’s really good hotel, especially they had an amazing animation team, but now they don’t work anymore. It was amazing time with them
