Hotels with Infinity Pool in Funchal

The hotel was in a great location. The pool and outdoor area was relaxing, clean and well decorated. The apartment was spacious and clean. Views from the pool area were great. Staff were friendly and very helpful - communication via WhatsApp was very easy. Morning pastries was a treat as breakfast isn’t included.

Our superior apartment was really big and spacious, it was super comfortable like a one-bedroom home. The rooftop bar and pool look amazing and was great to relax there with attentive staff checking in occasionally to take orders for food and drinks - reserving the pool area for hotel guests only was a lovely touch. The food in the hotel restaurant is really good quality. The details and aesthetic of the hotel is very impressive.

Beautiful hotel with great roof top pool and bar. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly at all times. Rooms were perfect. We loved the food in the hotel and appreciated the fresh croissant left on the door each morning. There was always room round the pool and the location was great for exploring Funchal. Hope to be back!

We had a lovely stay at Three House hotel. The staff where very helpful, gave us advice of visiting spots and places to eat. The room was very clean. Every day we had new set of towel for pool use and room. Coffee and tea choice where good and also where refilled if running out. Loved the juicer and smoothie maker in the room with made our breakfast top notch. The roof top heated pool, sun loungers could be used at any time in the day. Have enjoyed our morning swim.

Lovely apartments for a stay, good location and great pool and rooftop area. All equipped and super clean! The staff were very helpful and friendly, attending to our needs and requests. They explained everything and gave a tour upon arrival. The WhatsApp message option is brilliant and a great way to communicate if you want to. The free pastries each day were such a lovely touch too. Supermarket is 2mins away as well which was brilliant. The views and the pool area were beautiful. Stay in, go out, its entirely up to you. Highly recommend!

Prime location in a heart of the old town. Hotel is well designed. Food in the restaurant is delicious and is not overpriced. Infinity pool with a view, hot tub and pool bar. Staff is super friendly.

We came for the carnival and the hotel was in an excellent location with everything being a few minutes walk away. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff amazing. The infinity pool at the top of the hotel had amazing views. The breakfast buffet had a great choice.

Great Hotel in the heart of Funchal. Location if perfect, amazing amenities, spacious rooms. The infinity pool on the rooftop is a gem. The restaurant Tipograhia is a must. Dont miss it. Very accommodating staff. 5 stars.

The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Funchal. The rooftop infinity pool was lovely for swimming, with views of the town all around.

Amazing roof top terrace with infinity pool, bar and good quality loungers. Pool was warm. Room was very comfortable, clean and high quality linen and towels. Also, enjoyed the bath. Staff generally very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with amazing choice and selection.

The location of this hotel, right in the centre of Funchal above a shopping centre, is superb for eating out, history, shopping, park, etc. It is no surprise that the hotel has won prestigious design awards - it takes a little while to get used to the lighting but it is a lovely experience. The rooftop infinity pool and jacuzzi with bar area overlooking the town is great. Staff are excellent and very professional (also loved the robot waiter!). The breakfast buffet was among the best I have experienced in 50 years of extensive travel. The Vine may be a bit pricey but it is well worth the treat.

The location was perfect. Right in old town and walking distance to the harbor. Parking was easy as they have a lot beneath the hotel. Very modern and clean. The pool was great and the view of the city from the pool was perfect.

Location perfect, breakfast perfect however it says outdoor pool Adult only by end up with kids in the pool.

We spent a very enjoyable week with breakfast and dinner included in this hotel.Charming staff. Very clean, rooms well appointed, extremely comfortable beds, could do with bigger towels. They charge for the safe.The food was good not outstanding. could do without the pigeons when sitting outside. Lovely pool and good indoor pool, plenty of beds with cushions and umbrellas available.Nice outside pool bar. Had excellent massage.The shuttle bus works well, but please book with reception.We had a very pleasant stay. access to Netfix on TV would be a bonus as not too many English channels.

The hotel ticks all the boxes - the facilities are a bit dated, but kept in shape and clean. The pool is amazing and so are the sport and other leisure facilities. The staff is always available and kind - very professional, doing everything for the guests to have a great time. Breakfast buffer and pool cocktail bar food/drinks are amazing. Not least, the views are amazing!

A lot of possibilities to park the car near hotel. Good location with nice view, not very far from the strip with restaurants. Nice swimming pool with the good view. Cool night bar. View from the room and bathroom. Indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi. Could be a good option for winter stay.

What a great hotel,stayed for one week June 6th-13th.Lovely room,food,staff,pool & fantastic place to relax.Very hilly so if you like walking you’ll love it.We went into Funchal town to the Shopping Mall which was nice plus loads of discounts off clothes,perfume etc. We paid for bed & breakfast which was eat as much as you want buffet style then theres food at the pool bar if you need it later in the day.We ate at the Paladar restaurant every night,great menu & first class service. We will return one day as its a definite 10/10.

Fantastic resort! The staff were all incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the infinity pool looking over the sea is just gorgeous. One of our guests had a birthday during the stay and the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, card and a bottle of bubbly in the hotel room that day, which was a really lovely touch. We also had our room upgraded to a suite, which was absolute luxury!! The hotel is also a pleasant walk into Funchal (around 20-25 minutes with some hills, which includes walking along the coastline). One of the best hotels I've visited in years and I will definitely be coming back again!

The Hotel is very well located about 30 minutes walk from the center of Funchal. I stayed in a room with a sea view. The bed was comfortable, with a firm mattress. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel has outdoor saltwater pools and indoor pools. The breakfast is very varied and with multiple choices. The buffet dinner, with a variety of meat and fish dishes, vegetarian, fruit and desserts. The breakfast and dinner restaurant had a beautiful view of the sea and gardens.

Staff were brilliant, very friendly and couldn’t do more for you. Food was very good - both the buffet restaurant and the two other restaurants linked to hotel, Italian restaurant and traditional Portuguese restaurant. Hotel facilities were very good, indoor pool with jacuzzi & sauna and then the outdoor saltwater pools.

The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. Access information was clear and received well in advance of arrival. The host is very responsive and helpful on WhatsApp. The views are the selling point for this apartment. The infinity pool is great for cooling down after a day out and, again, taking in the views over Funchal.

Great hostess and very helpful. Location is good and the apartment was excellent and very clean! It also has a nice balcony for lunch or coffee or just a cigarette! There is a pool on the roof Which we didn't use because we visited during winter! But it was lovely! Highly recommended...

We loved the location for checking Funchal out. We rented a car but when we stayed here and wanted to explore around Funchal we mostly walked everywhere. The pool and terrace view were awesome. The staff were very helpful and kind! Has everything you need in one place would definitely recommend to friends and family.

It was very centrally located and a lovely apartment. The manager Sarah was very informative and friendly. The plunge pool.

Super Nice apartment 10 minutes walk from Plaza Madeira and 15 to the Sea. 5 min to bus station. The apartment had everything you need. Small rooftop pool to cool yourself down in. The only thing that was a bit disturbing was the sound of traffic outside during the nights. You might need ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping. I will come back

This apartment has not yet so much reviews because ist really new. The apartment looks great and is very clean (the pictures are real and the apartment looks exactly like you can see). -very comfortable Beds - big plus for the Balcony with an amazing view + access to the Rooftop with a spectacular view - the apartment isequipped with everything that you need: bed, small kitchen, couch, wardrobe, microwave, fridge etc - outside you have access to a small garden and a wash machine - the location is great: 5-10 min by waking: supermarket, mall, city center, bus stop etc - the owner, Sarah, is very friendly and helpful. She send us a lot of good recommendations: good restaurants, cool bars, ideas for "must see" etc. We was all the time in kontact and I had the impression that I have a friend in Madeira and I could call her everytime that I need BIG THANK YOU Sarah! 😊 May we see again and enjoy the pool 🤩

Unsere Unterkunft war einfach hervorragend! Die Küche war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet – perfekt zum Kochen und Backen, mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann, und noch mehr. Das Ambiente war wunderschön, mit einem tollen Pool und Sonnenschein den ganzen Tag. Der Service war ausgezeichnet: alles war bestens organisiert, und wir haben rund um die Uhr schnelle Hilfe erhalten. Ein großer Pluspunkt war der eigene, sichere Parkplatz im Innenhof. Ein kleiner Makel war das etwas feuchte Badezimmer, aber insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt absolut top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The property is a 15 minute bus ride from the centre of Funchal, in the Santo Antonio area. We really liked this as it felt like being in a very normal suburban area, even if this area did bring the world Ronaldo! If you are looking to incorporate a visit to his childhood club or the small pitch where his house once stood, then you could barely be better situated. There's an excellent mini market just down the street and the bus service makes getting in and out of town cheap and easy. The property itself has lots of outside seating and a fantastic swimming pool. The kitchen is really well equipped - it had everything we needed. The bed was great, shower was excellent and our children shared the sofa bed - no complaints from them. Overall, this was a perfect place for us.

Great location, free parking, easy to access the premises. Terrace with the nice view. The kitchen is well equipped incl the coffee machine and dishwasher.

I really like this place very quiet and you have everything you need to stay comfortable i would stay here again in the future highly recommended ...
