Super clean. Lovely details make you feel home. A super friendly host and a super communication via WA. Perfect roomlayout and nice view with the morning coffee. Even washing powder was in there! The shared poolarea is also very nice:)

Beautiful apartment on 31st floor. Incredible views over the city. Spacious, clean, tidy, and comfy. Rooftop pool was cold and refreshing with a great view.

The check-in/check-out instructions were easy to understand and the process was quick and easy. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchenette was equipped with basic items like cooktop, fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery and plates, which was enough for us. The swimming pool in the complex was also a plus, especially for families with kids. Overall, we had a great stay. Will definitely recommend.

Very beautiful appartement, clean and a beautiful view. Swimming pool is nice with a view. I will come back again.

I really enjoyed staying at Beacon Executive Suites. The view from the infinity pool was breathtaking. The apartment was really spacious, clean and had all the necessary facilities. The host was very lovely. Although we didn't meet the host in person, but their communication was very efficient and smooth. I would highly recommend this place and I will certainly come back to it should I make a visit to George town again.

Had everything we needed. Great pool. Good location 10 mins in grab to the centre but have the easy of a pool with the kids at a good price.

There are nearly a dozen floors for parking and more than a dozen levels of housing above it. We had to park at the top most level for parking and the flat was located in one of the lower levels of housing. Nevertheless it still had superb views. There's also great views from the top where they also have the pool and child play area. You have to validate the QR code and collect keys first before proceeding. You get two set of keys which can be nice. The flat was well maintained. The host was easy to contact for any questions. Wish I had the time to explore the gym and library.

The apartment was extremely spacious and comfortable. The view was outstanding and I truly did not want to leave. I used the infinity pool and steam sauna. The vending machines were cool. The location was great.

The apartment was very spacious, and the view from the room was fantastic. I was also pleasantly surprised that we had an additional queen bed when booking.com said I booked for only 2 queen beds. The property is well equipped with many facilities such as an infinity pool, gymnasium, vending machines (through some don't work) and even a sauna. The check in and check out process was also smooth and hassle free and the instructions provided by the staff were clear.

Beautiful condo still living. We were on the 26 floor, and we had a fantastic view . Very quiet unit clean and large enough for almost 8 people, and we were only 2 🤣 . Clean safe and an amazing swimming pool with a stunning view on the 11th floor with a basketball field gardens kids swimming pool area with water sport activities and and and plus has empty space for a very good opportunity to own your cafe+ business in the twin tower . ❤️ good location 10rm to downtown are .

Comfortable for a family group of four with private rooms and good common areas. Kitchen and laundry were convenient too breakfast and snacks etc. Decent pool and gym area for relaxing after a day in the Penang heat with good view from infinity pool. The building appears to have quite a few vacation rentals so pool was busy at the end of the day but not a problem. Nice to have bakery and convenience store in the same building.

The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The toilet was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, every bedroom had its own unit, and even the living area stayed nice and cool. A water filter was provided, which was convenient. The facilities were great too, my family enjoyed swimming at the pool. Self check-in was smooth and easy. Parking was included. Two lots for the 3-bedroom unit, which was really helpful.

I liked that there was a lot of space and this was a really good value for money. 3 bedrooms and each with an bathroom. The staff were very accommodating and met us as we were checking in. This comes with access to the pools and the gym. The room has a really good view located on the 19th floor. Quick staff assistance and answers when needed.

Location, pool, washing machine and water filter!! Great choice of food at Old Winston Coffee Garden just 5 mins walk.

View was great. Hot water shower excellent ! Non-slip tiles in bathroom a little worn but good grip ! Host very prompt in reply and smooth check - in and out. Accomodative to slightly later check-out ( but the wait for lift terrible ! ... especially if you're staying on the lower floors ! ) Conevenient and very well-stocked conveninence stall downstairs. and Pizza / Psta / Burger place ( if you go to Penang to eat western food ! ) Very easy to call for Grab ( but no malls within easy walking distance...the 2 malls I thought were next door turned out not to be malls at all but just Level 1 & 2 F&B and small shops ! Local "streetfood" place ( Shen Fu Cafe ) was about 300m away across a very busy traffic junction ... not safe for old ppl to walk or anyone disabled. Wonderful place if you are just going to enjoy the view, the pool and the gym...and occasionally go into town. WiFi was good. Apartment well- equipped with usual appliances expected like kettle, fridge, complete sets of crockery, complimentary bottled water (4 big bottles ! ), aircon and fans , hairdryer, iron, ... also microwave...though no cooking allowed. Useful extension plug for charging phones, batteries etc with 3-pin and USB sockets

The service from the Comfy team was exceptional 10/10!! One of the most efficient & professional teams I've experienced from apt rental. Response was prompt. The apartment was really spacious , great views & everything we needed for the 6 days stay. Especially helpful to be able to do laundry, with big balcony to dry. The tv had good choices via cable. That kept our family entertained in the evening. There's good restaurants ( Princint 10) next to the apartment. Good if just want to meet with friends without driving out.

Very clean and the view is spectacular from the balcony. The property is spacious and can accommodate a big group of friends and family. The person in charge was super helpful and very professional.

The property is amazing. Exactly like on the pictures. Spacious, spotless, the kitchen is fully equipped with whatever one can need for cooking. And the wooded design is amazing. Kids loved the apartment and the pool. Very close to the beach. The beach is white sand. The host was very helpful when we needed their assistance. Would definitely recommend.

Before arriving, the arrangements could not have been easier, thanks for that. The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the wifi excellent and the living room had a great view from the balcony. The pool was also a lovely way to spend the afternoon. All staff at the complex were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We were a party of three, myself, husband and adult daughter. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. We spent a relaxing short break. The kitchen was well equipped and the decor beautiful. We enjoyed the pool area and we were a stones throw from the beach. There were shops and cafes within walking distance.

It was clean, wide, and it has great view. The swimming pool was also excellent, especially for kids. The location of the apartment was convenient. It is closed to nice supermarket, and nice restaurants.

Really cool, brand new building with amazing facilities. They have a gorgeous infinity pool, with an underwater gym as well as a full indoors fitness centre with amazing views. There is a rooftop also on the 42nd floor with panoramic views of Penang. The room is basic but nice.

The hotel is massive and the 11th floor has so many activities that make it worth your stay. From an infinity pool, a two-storey gym, climbing wall, even a small running track. We actually wanted to stay one more night just to enjoy the place

Easy and smooth check in process. The security guards in the building are approachable and helpful. Wonderful infinity pool and gym. The pool was empty first thing in the morning and at midday, so perfect for those who like to swim lengths. Amazing views from the window. Easy and cheap to get grab taxis to take you into the city.

Day of arrival we were given clear instructions where to find a key and how to self check in. Everything was clear and easy. There are 4 elevators which work fast so waiting time is very minimal. Suite is located in 40th flore. You get exceptional view from the windows. There are all the necessary amenities in the room. There is 24 hour gym with new equipment, infinity pool, sauna, basketball court and many other things to do free of charge on 11th flore.

The amenities on the 11th floor are fantastic. An infinity pool, a couple smaller pools for families, a cork running track, great fitness facility with cardio machines, cable systems and free weights, sauna, steam rooms, and various places to relax or work (good wifi in most parts of the area for digital nomads). The room was comfortable, with excellent AC and good security. Self check-in was easy. Support from staff (via WhatsApp) was prompt and responsive. For our purpose (to check out the street food scene in Jelutong) the location was great. We were 600 metres from the vibrant market and hawker streets.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sunset views from our balcony each evening, which made our time here truly unforgettable. The location was convenient, allowing us to explore the area easily while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. My kids can play at Rooftop Playground and amazing infinity pool, basketbal court Also very nice and love the Gym and Rainforest swiming pool. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and scenic getaway, the guard is responsive at Tower B1. New apartment, easily accessible to town and bridge. Apartment is equipped with light kitchen and washing machine. Beds are clean and comfortable. Excellent sky view at Level 42. Beautiful sunrise overseeing Penang Bridge at Level 11 infinite pool & jacuzzi area. Double floor gym looks good though we have no time to use it this time.

The location is perfect. The unit is very clean. Comfortable beds with 5 star hotel quality clean bedsheets and towels. Good quality shower place with nice smelling shower gel and shampoo. Kitchen accessories are complete (knives, forks, spoons), good quality water filter machine, clean refrigerator and washing machine. Great set of LED Smart TV. Would be best if the owner can include a steam iron on top of the given garment steamer (which did a great job anyway) and a teapot on top of the mugs and bowls and plates.

The house was very spacious, bigger than we expected. The furnitures, electrical appliances, and utensils were all in good condition. The view from the window was also lovely, facing the sea. The condo is located right next to Lotus, there's also a 24-hour mart and shops at the ground floor which was very convenient. The area in which this condo is located is beautiful and peaceful, quite a high-end neighborhood so it was peaceful and away from noise and traffic. It's also just a short walking distance to Straits Quay, where there's a shopping mall and some nice restaurants and bars facing the sea and a beautiful yacht marina. We will not hesitate to book this unit again. We had a wonderful 2-nights stay with family including children.

Gorgeous, gorgeous unit. Spacious, clean, and complete utility. Friendly doorman, easy check in, and beautiful view.

There was no breakfast. We bought our own. We have family in Penang and they came to spend time with us, very enjoyable. Enough mattresses for all to be comfortable. Had a great time catching up.
