The staff was excellent - very helpful, excellent English. The resort is well maintained and provides quiet respite from Bali's traffic. There are two swimming pools and the water doesn't heat up. For me, a cool swimming pool is important The room was very comfortable with a view of the pool. Quality linen provided Bottles of water, not plastic, provided everyday. The hotel restaurant served good food. They also offer room service Prices were OK.

We had a great 5 night stay at Chesa Canggu. The staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were spacious with many thoughtful touches, like drying rack for swimwear. Beautiful pools and gardens. Room and poolside food service, as well as the brand new onsite restaurant, Thara. We were lucky enough to enjoy the opening night at the restaurant, which offered delicious food. Great location, near beaches, shops, and other restaurants, though very private and quiet, too. Highly recommend 👌

Lovely rooms and hotel. Comfortable beds. The staff were so friendly and nice. Pools were very clean and plenty of loungers. We didn't eat in the restaurant but coffee/drinks by the pool were very good. Location was excellent, 2 mins walk to shops and bars.

The rooms were very clean and nicely designed. They have multiple pools, so pools weren't overcrowded. Very good location, between two main streets. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance.

The hotel is new, and in a great location. There are two pools, so there is always enough room on the sun loungers (you don't have to worry about people reserving them). Every room has a view of the pool which gives it a nice feel. The staff are super friendly and will remember your name. The only downside (which is not the hotel's fault) is it's situated on a road which has yet to have footpaths built, but it's so close to the heart of Canggu you're only walking on the road for a short period of time. I would 100% stay here again.

The setting is stunning and the villas beautifully designed and furnished - in perfect harmony with the surroundings. The infinity pool area is gorgeous - overlooking the gorgeous valley, and the breakfasts were delicious. The floating breakfast is also a special touch by the hotel.

Wonderful location with fabulous staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We did a couple of trips arranged by Willy which were wonderful. I don’t think there would be a nicer place in Munduk. The infinity pool set amid the beautiful rice terraces is unbelievably wonderful!

Le song is a wonderful property. The room was immaculate with everything supplied for the guests comfort including a yoga mat Tidied every day The view from the deck is extraordinary. I lay on the surprisingly comfortable couch for one whole day filling my eyes and just relaxing The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. It was the best place we stayed while in Bali! The staff was so helpful and friendly, and the facilities was so great. The pool was fantastic and so instagrammable, the room super clean and the food amazing. Apart from the breakfast which was delicious, we ordered dinner a few times and it was just as great. The cocktails were simple, but their non alcoholic options were quite fancy! Lastly, one day we ordered the floating breakfast and it was the highlight of our stay! Next time we visit Bali, we'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing value for the cost. An absolute steal! We were in the newer section on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Absolutely gorgeous room with balcony where they brought us the most beautiful breakfasts, awesome bathtub to fit two people and great shower with huge shower head, the most kind helpful staff who made us feel at home and go out of their way to be helpful. Service was out of this world. Free shuttle around town. I cannot emphasize enough that this hotel absolutely rocks. 20 out of 10 stars.

Very kind and welcoming staff, beautiful place design with the pool and vegetation. Very good customer services, you feel really taken care of. Clean and beautiful rooms. Perfect location, near all the restaurants and town center, but also quiet . There weren't many vegetarian options in the restaurant menu (I liked the ones that were already available) and they introduced a vegetarian breakfast when I stayed there, so I'm grateful.

The hotel is nicely decorated, has a calm atmosphere, refreshing and clean pool, great breakfast, daily afternoon tea, bottled water for the room and also a refill station near reception (great for people trying to reduce their plastic waste!), friendly resident cat, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. Location was good, about a 15min walk to the monkey forest and plenty of food and drink options nearby. We'd gladly stay here again.

Amazing hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. They have wonderful infinity pool with the view over the forest. It is very peaceful here as opposed to crowded Ubud. However, if you want to go to the Ubud center it is a few minutes drive, they also offer a free shuttle service. Their service is the best, rooms are always spotless clean. They offer the brekfast that is included in price which is served all day long - which is great if you plan some early morning trips.

We were the lucky ones to be the first guests at their brand new villa, Soka. It was my birthday, and the team did not hold back: decoration in the room, cake with candle at bed time. It is an amazing property: the shared pool is wonderful, and comfortable. Relaxing music on the background, a great place to read a book. The villa itself is out of this world. The private infinity pool, rain shower, bath tub. All out of a magazine. Breakfast is really good, and served at a slow pace. Plenty of options included in the rate (fresh juice, coffee/tea, croissants, fruit platter and a la carte item of your choice). It’s 10min away from town, and a handy shuttle takes you back and forth to a drop off spot just by the Ubud Palace. They come and go 4 or 5 times a day, and you can reserve a spot via WhatsApp or at the lobby. We had a wonderful time, and wouldn’t look anywhere else when coming to Ubud again!

The staff were the standout, which is saying something as the hotel is beautiful and does everything right. From before we had even arrived, the staff were extremely communicative and friendly and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a wonderful 3 nights there. The food and drinks were excellent, with a great selection. The pool area is beautiful and the other facilities such as the gym and spa were excellently equipped. I used the gym twice and my partner had a couple of treatments at the spa. Both were excellent. Our villa room was stunning. Well decorated, well stocked and with a beautiful view of the jungle from the private infinity pool. We were a quick 5 minute shuttle ride into the town centre. The hotel puts on a shuttle service which we used. The WhatsApp communication was great for organising things and the staff were quick to respond and always accommodating. We loved everything about our stay there and would definitely go back.

From the moment of reservation to the very departure to the airport we all were surrounded with sincere care and support! Every personnel here had their first priority to make our stay the best of the best in all possible ways, and the same time giving us enough privacy. The hotel itself exceeded all our expectations!~ Room interior, garden, infinity pool, signature balinese spa, roof top bar with complementary afternoon drinks… And we could use all these facilities except for the room even after checking-out. Tablespoon restaurant offers a variety of well-being oriented menu, and there was a live music at dinner time. Ah, thank you for a nice decoration of our room for the occasion of my mom’s 80th birthday! Very touching and memorable gesture that my mom highly appreciated!~ She actually placed this hotel the best among all other more expensive high brand hotels we stayed in Nusa Dua in Bali, LA, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong-Kong, Seoul, etc.

This was our final stay after long 3 weeks in South East Asia, and we are glad we chose Adiwana. The staff are simply amazing, from check-in to check-out, they were ever so friendly, polite, hospitable and highly professional. There were a few staff members we interacted with during our stay, all were amazing, just to name a few, Puspa and Sibi were great! The pool villa we got was perfect, private, cosy, amongst the wild it was all contemporary. The pool was amazing, the complimentary mini bar, top notch. We will happily stay here again!

Beautiful room and comfortable facilities. The infinity pool was great as well. Very nice staff, very good English too. They helped us book a driver for our transfer, and he was the best driver we had! The restaurant food was pretty good, but not as good as some other places.

Feeling of old school jungle glam, being in nature, away from the business of Ubud center but still just 5’ away in a Grab ride. The infinity pool flowing into the jungle.

The room was spacious and comfortable and looked over the infinity pool and forest. The staff here are exceptional and could not have been friendlier. Ely’s restaurant was excellent. I loved the complimentary afternoon teas. Free shuttle into Ubud. Even though it rained during our stay, we enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the peaceful surrounds.

Pics just don’t do this place justice! Infinity pool? Yes, absolutely! Spacious rooms? Yes, definitely. Manager, waiters, chef…you guys should teach others (mostly others in US and Europe) on hospitality, service, good attitude… I knew your country was beautiful, but people are even better, and you presented yourselves as Bali’s finest! WOW. What a resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The resort is idyllic, the pool is just stunning and there is something magical about swimming in an infinity pool in the middle of the jungle at night! We were also offered a guided free walk down the ridge walk into Ubud - with collection at the other end. Highly recommend if they are running this (season specific). The food is also first class, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in

Pure heaven. A lot of resorts in Ubud claim to be luxury and all for the guest, but are actually tourist traps where they over charge you at every opportunity. This is not the case with Chapung SeBali - the resort is pure luxury, private room overlooking rice fields, private pool and incredible facilities (spa, infinity pool over the mountain side, restaurants and shuttle servce to Ubud) and all of the extras you may want to indulge in are reasonably priced, excellent service and excellent quality - a rare hotel in a very tourist area where you are treated like a guest and not as a walking credit card. Would infinitely recommend again.

The Chapung Sebali resort was a terrific jumping off point to explore Ubud and a great Oasis when it was time to relax. We are a family of 6 and their family Villa housed us all luxuriously. It is a small resort and never feels crowded. Our entire family had a very reasonably priced massage. The beautiful pool is open to the public during the afternoon so it is lively with guests from resorts in town with lesser pools. You can also have privacy in your own villa pool. Don't miss the great 45 minute and scenic walk to Ubud along the path that leaves from just out front.

This is one of the few properties where you can actually get everything you need: shopping, amazing food, spas, great service, and an epic pool area. When people are looking to have a great poolside experience, they come to Chapung Sebali whether you're a guest or not. I will definitely be back next year.

Hotel is very nice, the pool villas are beautiful, the nature surrounding the hotel is also very nice. Good food for breakfast and plenty of choice for snacks at the pool.

Everything, from the amazing view (it's better than what you see in the pictures) to the daily performance at night, to the welcoming staff, and the infinity pool, their prices are generally good for food and drinks.

What a delightful place to stay! The room was large, beautiful and very comfortable! It even had a water cooler/heater to refill bottles or make tea and coffee. The pool was so clean and relaxing. We could walk to Devil's Tear and Dream Beach and several restaurants were also within walking distance. Breakfast was made to order and was an excellent start to the day. We took a snorkeling trip to Manta Bay and Crystal Bay. Be wary of the waves! I got seasick and fed the fish!! The staff were amazing, always with a smile and so helpful! Thank you so very much!!

We were so impressed with everything. We were greeted by friendly & helpful staff. Our villa was spacious, comfortable, clean and we had beautiful towel art & flowers on our bed when we arrived. The gardens and pool are so lush. Breakfast was delicious each day and we loved the coffee & fresh fruit. It was easy to organise a taxi and scooter thanks to the wonderful staff. We loved our stay and wished we could stay longer! Highly recommend this place and cannot wait to go back.

The villa's are lovely, well looked after, very clean, everything working, aircon was great and the pool area was a great place to relax. The location was perfect, very quiet and yet walking distance to great beach clubs and good coffee or Warungs for dinner elsewhere. We are a family of 6, with 4 teenagers, (wide age range) and the villa suited all of us. The staff were very helpful and thoughtful, always available when needed.

We had a fabulous stay at Akah Cottage! The cottages are well maintained with comfortable beds and very clean! The pool is beautifully situated in a lovely garden and exudes an oasis of tranquility. Potato Head is a great location for seeing the more social side of Bali. It's in the heart of Seminyak, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. PH is clean, the decor is awesome, and the pool has beautiful view of the beach. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making me feel right at home despite me being thousands of miles away. I enjoyed my stay there and visit again.

The Island suite were large with great wardrobe space and a big bathroom. The breakfast was great with a very good choice. Great pool with amazing staff to help with everything! Good for going to all the lot shops and restaurants. Great sunset bar on the roof!

Potato Head is honestly my favorite hotel on the island, and I've been going to Bali often for the past 15 years. It's quiet, clean, warm, and the service is impeccable. Staying at the Royal Purnama was absolutely incredible and completely worth the money for luxury. Adults only and very private accommodations. The atmosphere is above and beyond luxury. They checkin daily to make sure there is nothing more that can be done to improve our visit. We met management at one of the happy hours and she enlightened us in so many ways about the culture and the development of the resort. She even took amazing pictures for us in the infinity pool. Beautiful sunsets, crashing waves made for great photos. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. The bartenders at happy hour poured healthy pours and told us lots of stories and gave us helpful hints. The food was fantastic and the breakfast Tropical Playa Smoothie is out of this world. They offer lots of specials and the menu is extensive. It was worth every penny to upgrade to a villa with a private pool and cabana. We didn’t want to leave the villa and stayed there the majority of the time. The pool was clean and chemicals checked daily. The kitchenette was perfect for lunches and the mini bar was a nice addition. The villas furnishings were in perfect condition and the outdoor bathroom was spacious. The huge bathtub was a real treat. Absolutely we will return and encourage others to do the same.

The restaurant is extremely good. The food is of high quality and delicious. One of the best restaurant in within a hotel. The room is clean, tidy spacious. The pool in the room is clean and nice. The staff are very helpful and nice. Just one minor point is that the main swimming pool next to the restaurant is a bit small. (but who cares when we have in-room pool!)

While the property is somewhat remote it is very self contained offering superior comfort and service. We had a one bedroom unit with pool(a real 30 metre pool not a plunge pool) surrounded by high walls for privacy. The bathroom is large and modern with sunken tub and rain shower. We loved the spa services which were a bargain compared to US prices. Restaurant was excellent and staff are top notch. The only slight negative(not for us) is that the nearest beach town of size is about 25 minutes by car.

The view of the ocean, the pool and garden was superb. The food was excellent with a great menu. All staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Rooms and pool were amazing, everything was comfortable and relaxing.

We stayed in a spacious and luxurious four bedroom villa facing the crashing waves. The common room is spacious and comfortable. There is a wonderful private pool with many reclining chairs, tables, etc. You also have a choice of two hotel pools and restaurants. The spa offers massages and treatments. You could not ask for a nicer staff!

Location was great. Close to many excellent restaurants and Bingin beach. Grabs always came within minutes to take you anywhere else! Pool and loungers were top quality. We just worked our way through the resturant list and everyone was great. Banana lounge next door is really yum and you get a discount. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast is huge! Recommended the banana pancakes.

Fabulous little hideaway in a beautiful location. We loved the garden, the rooms and the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The little beach is a short walk down the cliff and is stunning. We hired a scooter which was easy to get around. A couple of restaurants were recommended and they were fabulous, Banana Lounge next door was a great spot to chill out at and drink cocktails and swim. Laggas was an incredible Asian fusion restaurant. Really lovely location and so quiet and calm yet nearby to every thing.

It was an excellent weekend getaway for our family. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. The pool staffs were super nice. Down side, the food and beverages are too pricey.

The staff was incredibly friendly, they let us check in early, I had told them when I booked that it was my sister's birthday, when we arrived to the room they had personalized "Happy Birthday" greetings written on the window, and a delicious chocolate cake set out with card. Restaurant was very good, we got spa treatments which were wonderful! Pool area is beautiful. Room was large, huge bathroom and very comfortable beds!

Our whole stay was perfect. From arrival till check out, the staff was so nice and always there for us. The hotel looks beautiful, the suite is very big and got every comfort you need. I adooore the decor which has a vintage and elegant charm with the antiquities (old phone, phonograph, radio,et.) and the chandeliers. The mangrove garden has a beautiful terrasse where I ate all my meals. Food is good. They will serve the food anywhere you want to seat. The team hotel is sooooo polite, helpful and efficient. 3 nice pools. My room (baroque #7) was by the pool and spa. Big studio with balcony and safran draperies and high ceilings. Comfy bed. Very nice garden with mature trees, flowers, bamboos. One of the best decor, site I stayed in. Safe as solo female traveller.

The food was excellent; Jimmy the manager was always attentive; all the staff were friendly. There was so much space - love the landscaping and the abundance of outdoor seating options. There were 3 pools so we had one pool to ourselves pretty much all the time. With only 22 rooms, there was never a crowd anywhere in the property. Their shop has Bali-made jewellery. And another highlight was the vintage car ride with Agung to Jimbaran Beach and back!

Breakfast exceeded our expectations. The pool was wonderful. We spent lots of hours reading, relaxing and swimming in the pool. The afternoon tea was excellent. We ate in the restaurant a couple of nights, and the food was terrific. We also enjoyed sitting watching a couple of movies, Ladybird and a film about Balinese culture which while a bit old, we learned a lot from.

The hotel was beautifully situated in gardens. The 3 pools were separated into different areas of the garden making you feel as though it was your personal pool. The restaurant was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The whole place was like stepping back in time, with very tasteful Javan decor.

Relaxing experience, very good resort with good facilities to enjoy even more. The room is nice, especially the infinity pool with the amazing view of Ubud. The restaurant and the spa are all you need while staying here. The staff are very nice people who are professional and give you solutions to upgrade your trip. I'm definitely coming back when in Ubud.

What an amazing stay! We stayed in Wibisana room. Staff all warm and welcoming and very polite. Amazing resort with lush green trees making you feel like you are in the jungle. Room had a breath taking view that absolutely stunned us. Lovely infinity edge pool. Room was cozy, nice bed, big bath and shower and plenty of room. Had a Balinese massage which put me to sleep was so good. Tried a wide variety of meals in restaurant which was fine dining and beautiful. Y the pool. Had way too many cocktails as they were really good. Nice and peaceful area away from the busy Ubud centre. Staff very helpful to arrange taxi and day trips. I chose this as my fancy birthday hotel. Very pretty main infinity pool at the restaurant/reception, and amazing pool villas overlooking the valleys (on the highest ones, where we were, you have the best jungle view but look down partly on other villas’ roofs as well). Perfect for my husband’s and my romantic candle light dinner on our private terrace when the kids (baby, toddler & preschooler) were sleeping. The massages were very good, too! We also attended a nice Balinese themed bbq. Breakfast was yummy a la carte, and all of the staff were really friendly towards my family even though it’s all clearly geared towards couples. The room was really comfortable, with some very thoughtful touches. All of the food we had at the restaurant was brilliant. The pool and beach areas were ideal! Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The area was quiet but still close to lots of bars and restaurants.

BREAKSFAST was AMAZING, Many choices and was soooooo fresh and tasty !!! Own beach right infront with comfi beach bed !!! Rooms is big, and bed are comfortable. Super friendly stuff and helpfull. There is a pool, nice one, but not used as the beach is right infornt.

We had 5 wonderful days here, the location is fantastic only 5-10 minutes walk from jetty, it’s very close to Turtle beach and away from the busy part of the island. Breakfast was Australia cafe standard and delicious. The room was simple but sufficient, cleaned and decorated with fresh flowers every morning. Our aircon didn’t work on arrival, issue was promptly addressed and the unit was replaced within 24hrs. The pool was clean and of a good size. The building and the infinity pool are probably the best attraction of Canggu. The staff is incredibly welcoming and supportive. The restaurant serves amazing food at all times, breakfast is great. Nothing can be improved here, best stay in Bali.

Wow, we had the BEST time at this hotel! After our other booking canceled last minute, they were so kind to fit us in and honestly, we’re so glad they did. The resort is absolutely gorgeous—seriously, the infinity pool and the views were next level! The gym was amazing too. Our room was super clean, and the beds were so comfy, we didn’t want to leave. The staff was super friendly and really made us feel at home. And the buffet breakfast? So good, definitely one of the highlights! Honestly, we didn’t want to leave after just one night!

Attractive garden environment with lovely pool and private location of a variety of different rooms. We had a Suite again which provides a large area of accommodation. The dining area overlooking the carp pond is a delight and all staff are always smiling and ready to help and advise on guest requirements. The swimming pool in the garden is a lovely place to spend the afternoons. Has always been our favourite place to stay in Ubud.

Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The welcome massages were amazing! I wish I had booked for a full massage. Breakfast was delicious with decent coffee. All the staff at the property were welcoming and informative. The afternoon tea by the pool was a lovely treat. The location is set away from the main street so it is quiet and relaxing.

The boutiquet hotel was green lush quiet oasis not far from busy Ubud centre. Breakfast was from a la carte menu, everything we tasted during these 4 days were delicious, they had special menu for kids. Pool was warm an clean, separate shallow area for kids. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, nice small fish bond. Room especially bathroom was spacious and clean. Spa was very relaxing and interior had real Bali vibe, a lot of natural materials used.

I loved everything. This is a truly beautiful family run hotel and gorgeous place to be and stay and everything is perfect. The staff are so friendly and professional, the grounds and pool beautiful, the rooms spacious and comfortable with exquisite bathrooms, breakfast is delicious as are all meals and location is ideal in the artists quarter.

The villa was like a small paradise, with a private infinity pool overlooking nature. The bamboos and the sounds of birds were simply magical.

The architecture of the buildings and the beautifully kept garden, nestled in the Jungle made this place very special. The staff were very friendly and upgraded us to the honeymoon villa with private infinity pool overlooking a jungle clad ravine. Location wise this place is off the main strip and as such was nice and quiet however good restaurants were just a short walk away. Would certainly stay here again if we come back through Ubud.

Friendly staff, pleasant gardens & pools, good breakfast. The pool in the large Pool Villa was lovely and private and we enjoyed this sanctuary away from Ubud’s busy streets.

The whole resort is beautiful, the most incredible gardens all around and the staff were amazing. Amanda was particularly helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the private pool villa and it was excellent. The villa is spacious, super comfortable bed, private with a beautiful garden and the pool is really nice! I had a fantastic treatment at the spa as well. The breakfast was nice, and the accomodation is away from the main road so really quiet and peaceful, but also close enough to walk for dinner etc. so I found the location to be perfect.

Beautiful, tranquil resort just minutes away from busy Ubud. The private villa with pool is the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate with nature. Friendly staff, great food. Nice waterfalls close by.

This property is tucked away in Ubud, so getting anywhere will be a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour, plus traffic. Expect almost 1.5-2 hours to get to Canggu/Seminyak. However, it is very quiet and quaint. The area is safe and wonderful to walk up and down the rice paddies. Staff were super kind. Wish the pool and gym area was bigger but honestly, it still did the job. Food is good and lots of healthy options. Highly recommend booking a massage and a yoga nidra session.

Loved this little Gem! I stayed in the little house with its own pool. It was Private and Beautiful. The bed was really comfortable. Loved the hotel had flowers on the bed and also in the bathroom. All the little extras like the fruit basket was much appreciated. The food was good too! I needed to chill for a few days and it was perfect for relaxing. Thank you to all the staff. Sumer and the front desk crew, the cleaning crew was so efficient. Everyone at the hotel wanted you to have the absolute best time. So sweet. Had a massage and it was really nice too! Loved the breakfast in the room. 🙏 thank you .

An Unforgettable Escape Amidst Rice Paddies This property was nothing short of amazing! Its stunning location nestled within the rice fields provided a truly tranquil and picturesque backdrop. The resort facilities were outstanding, and the range of activities on offer was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the wonderful dance show, the adventurous waterfall cycle ride, and the incredibly relaxing spa facilities. The daily shuttle to Ubud was, as always, a great convenience. The food from the restaurant was simply incredible, a real culinary highlight. However, what truly elevated this stay to the next level was the staff. Their attentiveness was exceptional, and their genuine warmth and care really made my experience memorable. I can't recommend this resort highly enough for a truly special and unforgettable getaway.

Villa was exceptional - clean, well appointed and quiet. It felt very luxurious. The staff were wonderful and friendly and always very accomodating. The villa is in a fantastic location - about 3 mins to the beach/beach bars, 3 mins to the lawn and maybe 5-10 mins to the “centre” of Canggu (thought it felt like all the good stuff is within 2 mins of the villa!) The pool is great, the breakfast and afternoon tea was delicious (and they offered vegetarian options). Highly recommend this accommodation for a couple who wants a bit more of a luxe stay.

Everything was perfect - location less than 5 minutes walk from the best surf beach and beach front bars & restaurants in one direction, and 5 minutes walks to great shops in the other direction. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautifully designed, with private & sunny areas, and the pool perfect. Restaurant food was delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Best spot in Bali.

Eco Luxe offered complete privacy with their individual villas, from a large sized pool and daybed to a comfy bed and couple sized bath. The staff were amazing and helpful without a fault because it needing to organize transport, to picking out tourist spots or even selecting breakfast for the following day. The accompanying restaurant was great with a generous happy hour that always left us satisfied. The villa is in the heart of Canggu with you being walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

It was an amazing stay. They provide everything a person needs for luxury stay including welcome treat, afternoon tea with delicious pastry, private pool and so on. Location is the best. You are in 2 min distance from the sea. Staff is kind and helpful. I would explicitly highlight the 24/7 breakfast option in SARI caffe, their smoothies might be the most delicious ones that I have ever eaten. The restaurant itself is 10 out of 10 with friendly staff, yummy food and ambiance.

Top location! Beautiful views from the Infinity pool, looking at the water. So peaceful and serene. The huts also faced the sea and at night you could hear the waves. You can walk out of your hut onto the sand into the beach. Good meals and also a few restaurants close by.

Imagine living in a cute villa exactly 20 little steps away from beautiful calm crystal clear water. Also enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool right at the beach! Absolutely loved the experience and people who created it, thank you Blue Harbor Team! Can’t wait to be back :))

The most gorgeous resort not far from the port. Stunning infinity pool just outside the restaurant/lobby and the beachside villas are just to die for. The beach also gets sunrise and sunset which was such a treat. Nice breakfast where you get to select your order and food/drinks to order all day. The room was very spacious and comfortable. What I like about the property is the hospitality of the Maya Team, the grand architecture (the lawn, infinity pool , garden pool, the spa area was heavenly).

One of the best hotels/resorts I have ever stayed in. The location is amazing, the infinity pool views are spectacular and the food is really tasty. We stayed at different hotels in Bali as we travelled around and this was by far THE BEST.

Staff were very nice, warm and friendly. Always greeted us and never failed to smile throughout. Breakfast was made available to be sent to the room! Not buffet style, but perfectly fine as there was a very reasonable selection of food. The hotel provided free photoshoot service of about 20mins. With one free softcopy picture given. If more shots are selected, there will be charges incurred, but perfectly fine to contribute to their business. Free shuttle made available to and from the hotel at designated time slots. Drop off is at Ubud Art market which is roughly 15mins away. Air conditioning was good throughout, water pressure for the shower is adequate, mattress is just nice and not hard nor springy. Cleanliness of the room is also top notch. Minibar provided is also topped up daily, and it’s all free of charge! Has an infinity pool right in front of the bedroom. And from the room, the view is phenomenal as we can see out to the greenery of the forest.

The Sebali Resort is a beautiful hotel with a small number of rooms and a nice distance away from the bustle of Ubud. The valley view room was spacious and comfy and has a fantastic view from the infinity pool. The staff were all friendly and always on hand to help whenever we needed. The food was good and the menu big enough to eat multiple nights in a row if you choose. They also have a combination of local and international options incase you don’t want local food. Finally the extra activities on offer were fantastic. We tried the morning yoga with Putu as well as the morning walk to a local village and rice paddies (I believe he was called Pak Ketut!) We also had a 60 min couples massage which was brilliant and set right in the jungle. If we were to come back to Ubud we would certainly come back to Sebali!

+ extremely friendly staff, helping on everything (scooter rental, photographer session, yoga booking) + extremely clean (several leaf clean ups of paths, pools, etc.) + nice extra activities - example: yoga class was almost private (only 4 people), outside where you heard the waterfall, allowing for simply a great start into the day! + delicious breakfast (fruits, eggs, nice pastries, etc.) + great rooms with a very nice small pool and the right mix of sun exposure and shadow under the trees

Beautiful hotel that fits right in with the jungle surroundings. The staff were warm and wonderful and the room was spacious and very clean. The private pool was wonderful and while it was a little cold because they use fresh river water, it was incredibly refreshing to end our days in the pool as we gazed out at the jungle canopy, listening to the river down below.

The Rock bar is an epic restaurant overlooking the ocean. The food was outstanding, and the infinity pool was unreal.

We stayed at Ayana Villas as a family of 4. Amazing week at Ayana! The property is just beautiful with over a dozen pools, and more restaurants than we were able to visit. We also used the spa, gym and thalasotherapy pool. Our villa was perfect, a great size and beautiful pool, view etc. most importantly, the staff was just amazing and almost as everyone we spoke to was long term at Ayana. Nothing was too much to ask for and the app was super helpful. Our concierge/ ‘butler’ (Bagus) was amazing…our kids loved him! Thanks Bagus! Would definitely go again.

It was just amazing the view from the ocean pool from the main pool. The lobby the entrance. The room view everything was just exceptional. The lift which goes to the ocean pool is just amazing. The huge property three days should give at the property is just amazing. The view is breathtaking from every side of the hotel. It’s just fantabulous.

The resort was so luxurious, the variety of pools was amazing, there was so much to see and do. The kids club at rimba was ideal for my two toddlers. It’s all modernised and happy went off with Nannie’s to play for a few hours. Ocean beach pool is breathtaking as is the rock bar at sunset. There are really good water slides in the kids pool but a little too big for my toddlers. We loved watching the monkeys and the sunsets from our balcony too

Ecozy is such a great place to stay. It’s close enough to walk to restaurants, beach, clubs etc., but also far enough away to get some peace and quiet from the chaos of Canggu. The staff are amazing and s friendly. The food is also very good and the breakfasts very generous. My wife and I had the villa with our own private plunge pool which was so nice to relax and enjoy. The main pool area is also very nice. All in all great value, great service, very clean and safe.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure you have the perfect stay. The breakfast was really good, with lots of options suitable for vegan/vegetarian too. They have a small public pool, but we had a private villa, which had its own pool, so didn’t really use the main guest one, Our room was clean and really comfortable.

The staff were so nice and very helpful, they really made our stay perfect and the best part is the breakfast until 5pm, a very good breakfast of 3 courses of our choice with a drink!! Really one of the best hotels where we stayed in Bali, we booked the deluxe room with a private pool and had a floating breakfast served in our pool. We totally recommend this hotel!!!!

We would like to personally thank the chef of Backstage Artawa for his professionalism and attention to guests needs and comments; every one in his team deserves to be commended, huge thanks for the best memories! The hotel itself is only 3 years old, great design, lots of open areas, space, 4 swimming pools, the infinity pool was a pleasure to do laps in - clean, quiet and shady. Hotel's location is not perfect, one may say it's a bit far from the main shopping etc areas, but it's also an advantage as it's quite plus it's very pleasantly elevated and then the hotel provides a reliable (and free) shuttle service and, in all honesty, thanks to the excellent facilities, including the hotel restaurants, one hardly needs to leave the premises.. : )

Beautiful room with view over the pools. Loved the bath and the bathroom area. Bed was huge and very comfortable with fluffy pillows. Excellent breakfast offering; very helpful and friendly staff. Choice of three pools plus a kid's pool. The adult pools all had plenty of sunbeds and shade.

Our kids love to play by the pool and beach. Unfortunately the beach was not as nice as it showed in the pictures, not very clean. But the hotel pool was nice. I spent most of our time stay at the pool by Atomic 7. Their crews are very friendly, and Big shout out to illa, she was very nice and friendly. Helped us to make reservations for our dinners. Will be back for vacation again.

Great breakfast! Rooms were large and well equipped. Beautiful balcony and view of the gardens. Pools are nice but very hot, no shade in the main pool. The lap pool is nicer with shade. It’s a little bit out of the way, we used a blue bird to get around.

The property was stunning right next to the ridge walk in town but not in the hectic centre. The staff were so incredibly lovely and helpful as well. The room looked straight into the jungle tree tops and it was so luxurious with private balcony in the breeze king bed aircon and amazing bathroom. The temple surrounding and traditional architecture was also stunning. It was a sanctuary in such a busy town. They had the yummiest breakfasts in the morning and we couldn’t wait to come back and nap in the cave daybeds next to the jungle infinity pool.

Ibah is an absolute paradise. The villa was so secluded and in sync with nature. The beds were sooo comfy and pillows luxurious. The bathrooms have everything you need and just being in the villa was so relaxing. You immediately start to unwind as soon as you enter the grounds of Ibah. The view from our infinity pool was just stunning and took our breath away. The food was amazing for breakfast- the nasi goreng was my favourite. The staff are so friendly and generous, we would love to come back in the future. The location is perfect, you can walk to ubud centre within 15 minutes but it still feels tucked out of the way.

2 bedroom pool villa- spectacular view. Lovely little pool to relax in. Plenty of space and a gorgeous veranda with Day beds. Main pool was very peaceful. Afternoon tea and Happy hour served at the pool. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Easy walk into Ubud centre and to the trail.

We had a pool access room and it was amazing! The staff at the whole resort are just the most friendly people who can’t do enough for you. All of the resort pools and restaurants are stunning - especially Ocean Pool and Sami Sami Restaurant. The resort app is so easy to use for restaurant bookings and tracking trams.

Everything that is included is impressive. Especially the ocean pool which is right close to the famous rock bar. Amazing views and pools. And at the same time not crowded at the pools.

The whole property seems to me like a romantic place. The Rock bar idea is just astounding. A top-notch bar! A swimming pool just outside our room gave me a little cold though. We stayed at Rimba but we often go to Ayana where we ate and shopped.

A very good hotel, international standard. The view is good. The swimming pool is fun and it has sand too. The room is big and clean. It is just 2 minutes walk to Trans Studio and the mall.

Off course the room ...i like the room very much, it was more than my expectation. Breakfast are delicious too, and it were too many options, that I cant take all of them :-)....just a suggestion, how if Hotel serve many options of Sundanese food for the breakfast...like "ketan panggang oncom", I like the meal very much... Unfortunately I cant tell u my experience of pool and spa, since I haven't try those facilities. But overall, I like the hotel service very much.

First time to this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Staff is very friendly and the service is very good. Breakfast at the beach club is something I enjoyed and the food is very delicious - fresh juices and fruit and menu to choose from. Our room has a balcony and overlooked the lagoon pool. Stunning pool which was at least 100m long - swam there as much as possible (there’s also another pool by the beach). Room was very spacious and clean with big bathroom and huge bathtub. Hotel next to lots of buzz and activities. Included the beach club La Brisa and the lawn. Highly recommend

Incredible place and amazing service, we didn’t want to leave. Spacious rooms and thoughtful touches throughout, like a yoga mat in the room. The two pools and areas to suntan are perfect - the lagoon pool is massive and almost empty when we were there, and the beach club pool is much smaller but the lounge beds are great. Excellent food, nice large gym with a free class each morning and reasonably priced spa considering the hotel. Our only niggle was that despite the hotel only seeming to be half full we were out in a room in the back corner looking out over a construction zone next door.

Amazing beachfront location with a great pools. The breakfast selection was the best we had in Bali and very tasty. Close to many restaurants and beach clubs like La Brisa which is literally across the road. It was a perfect place for few nights of relaxing by the pool, would definitely recommend!

Having spent a few days here every year before the coronavirus pandemic, I visited Conrad Bali for the first time since the pandemic in May this year. My fears that things might have changed for the worse were completely unfounded. It was like coming home after a long time away. Without exception, the entire staff is so friendly and courteous and always eager to meet the needs of their guests. Even before my arrival, I was contacted by Mr Nanta, the hotel's curator. My request for a quiet room was fulfilled to my complete satisfaction, and I even received a very generous upgrade. Mr Nanta also visited me personally during my stay and repeatedly asked whether everything was to my satisfaction. As always, the time at the hotel passed far too quickly. The massages at the Conrad Spa were among the best I can remember. The spa is also beautifully designed and even has its own large infinity pool. I also consider the hotel's location to be a great advantage. You only have to cross the road to find everything a tourist could need. On the other hand, on the beach side, far away from traffic, you can walk or cycle for miles along the beach promenade towards Nusa Dua.

Pools were great, great view and location next to the beach. My family spent a lot of time in the pool and the pool side cafe was great and provided great service. Very relaxing next to the pool with coconut trees and the view from our room was amazing too. Good breakfast and dining options. Great service by staff and everything was very clean in the resort. Excellent Spa and amazing people at the spa too.

There was a generous breakfast spread, with a large variety of foods. Lunch at pool was good, dinners at the 3 restaurants was nice, but on nights when buffets were setup they were average. Pools were great and clean. Staff were extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating. Ample pool loungers, and pool towels available.

Amazing place. From the arrival, you feel you're in 5 star place. My room was overlooking the pool and the ocean. The room was perfect, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the balcony area. The pool was amazing. Pool bar food was fantastic. Staff were exceptional and very friendly. We tried sea food restaurant food was fantastic. Very nice resort for anyone who wants to have a quality holiday.

Amazing service, staff was wonderful. We had chosen half board and both breakfast buffet and dinner were fantastic, even for vegetarians. We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay, with several fabulous Spa days. The pool was also a dream - I would recommend the rooms with pool access, it is worth it. We had a pool breakfast one morning, which was such a treat!

Kind and professional staff, we had a couple of minor issues (e.g. aircon dripped at one point) which they immediately resolved, just lovely and friendly throughout our stay. Room was comfortable and quiet, had everything we needed. Breakfasts were very good too, and we ate in the restaurant one evening which was absolutely delicious and great value. Pool was clean and peaceful - it all contributed to a perfect end to our Bali holiday! Thank you Wasabi!

I was lucky to have an amazing triple room on the top floor on a last minute deal. Extremely comfortable, spacious, lovely big terrace with daybed (all rooms have this). Clean and stylish bathroom. The pool area is lovely and there’s a delicious restaurant on site with amazing Sushi. The location is perfect right in the centre of Pereranan and really near the beach.

Place has really nice rooms, very clean, and amazing balconies on second floor, where you can just go outside and chill during super hot hours and not being afraid that you are under the sun. Pool is very clean, always provided towels and shower, so when you back after the beach you can wash off the sand. Breakfasts are amazing, very nice. Also are has a lot of great options for food, place just across the road - Roots, really nice fresh food. Beach is just 7min walk. hotel also has a place for parking, so you can get yourself a scooter to explore Bali and have scooter parked nearby.

We were really sick when we arrive at Wasabi Hotel and We spent 48 hours sleeping in this hotel with the Bali Bely unfortunately :( But one thing we can say is the hotel is really quiet compare to what we tried 2 years ago. People are really nice and friendly ! Close to the beach Swim pool looks nice and Wasabi is also a restaurant ;) You can walk to the beach easily and it’s close to the Shelter restaurant ( amazing restaurant we went 2 years ago !!!) Don’t miss it

The staff is super nice and accommodating. They even paid special attention to us since I told them it was my birthday that day. The room was very clean, with AC, quiet and confortable. The pool is really cute and open all the time! Perfect for an evening dip. Great location near the beach and with lots of nice restaurants and cafes options nearby. We were here also last year and we are happy again to stay here. So nice inside resort pool, outside infinity pool, great stuff, always willing to help, clean and spacious room, breakfast is AMAZING! We got nice surprise from stuff and manager Dewa for our honeymoon. In the evening live band is playing and great atmosphere is always on :)

Staff is friendly, the breakfast was good, the room is cozy and clean. They have 2 pools, one facing the street at the entrance and the other more private in the middle. The front pool has a pool bar and is nice for people watching. The beach is right across the street, they have chairs, tables and umbrellas, they also serve food on the beach or by the pool. It's a 6 min walk from the ferry harbour. There's no cars on this island, you either walk, rent a bicycle, or get on a hourse carriage. This hotel was perfect for us.

We loved our spacious private pool villa, but we also loved the sociable hotel pools, the live solo guitarist by the pool, the tasty breakfasts. Wonderful location with a private beach and infinity pool looking out towards the volcano on the mainland. Jack and his staff were amazing. The bungalows are clean and secure with views of the sea.

Anvaya was the perfect location for my brother's wedding. We travelled with a group of family and friends staying in varying room options. I booked two lagoon rooms. They were amazing, comfortable and well located. The free mini bar, replenished daily was a bonus, i didn't realise this when i booked. The pools are clean and there is ample seating around the pool. The breakfast was fantastic, the view to die for.

Hotel is such a Vibe, its a large complex with the Deluxe rooms being at the front of the property with a quiet pool, Premier rooms are closer to the beach area with several pools. Lobby is big and beautiful the whole property is and its very pretty with low lit lights in the evening. Property is very clean, they supply glass bottled water, all staff are very nice and helpful. Great location, in the best shopping strip in Ubud. The infinity pool is magnificent. Lovely breakfast with good selection. We loved the free yoga sessions and afternoon tea as well. The rooms are big and the balcony too.

We stayed 3 days at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang Ubud. The stay in this hotel was amazing. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The whole area and rooms are very clean and beautiful. We really liked the infinity pool with a view of the forest. The Restaurant was very good too. We enjoyed the time very much and would love to come back.

Excellent location right by monkey forest with tons of excellent restaurants right outside the hotel. The staff is amazing especially Ibu Ari and Ibu Yunika - they went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The infinity pool there has some great views and the breakfast was decent as well. The rooms and bathrooms are pretty big - almost twice the size of our rooms in Paris. All in all this place is fantastic.

The pool is amazing with exceptional view. The scenery is peaceful and you can’t stop looking at it! There is even a little gym near the pool that I liked very much with the same view. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. There are many options for breakfast to choose from.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was big and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. The pools were beautiful and the pool bar super handy! Very well located in Ubud. there are many restaurants around the hotel and free shuttle service to Ubud.

Exceptional hotel the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with great views overlooking one of the pool. The garden areas are immaculate, the pool area is also perfect. We used the spa for a couples treatment this was a delightful experience and recommended. The staff can’t do enough for you, the restaurant is small but more than adequate, the food was good.

Our room (Koru Suite with Yoga) was beautiful. It was spacious and we loved the outdoor bed, bath and patio. We had the upstairs pool to ourselves. The downstairs pool was equally beautiful, it was just a pity it rained so much during our stay. Breakfast was great (once we worked out the system). Yoga teacher was fabulous, free activities (offering and boreh making) were fun, too. The staff were so kind and thoughtful. The location has short walks to plenty of restaurants and spas.

It was an amazing experience! We booked the honeymoon package, and everyone was very polite and accommodating. There were complimentary snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch. The infinity pool, the food, and the massage were absolutely the best! We’ve always wanted to experience a flower pool and a floating breakfast in an infinity pool, and we’re so thankful they made that happen for us. Thank you to everyone who showed us kindness and made our first visit to Ubud truly memorable.

We just loved this hotel. Really relaxing environment, friendly staff, beautiful infinity pool. We had a problem with our room and they quickly granted us an upgrade to a villa, which was a plus. I loved the outside shower, makes perfectly sense in Bali. It's not close to the city center, but they have a free shuttle service that works just fine. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Love this hotel, the rooms, the staff , the building and amazing breakfast... the design of this building is superb, little details that will amaze you. Yoga classes in the morning, art gallery, very nice pool and pool side area. The A La Carte breakfast is superb. The restaurant on level 3 was very well designed and the food was so good. The communication with admin is through WhatsApp which was very convenient. Love everything.

If you are scared from animals and insects this place is not for you. We had a snake in the outside area but the staff came for help. Overall, it is a beautiful place and we really had a great relaxing time. Tis cafe is the sister company and we went there for lunch, I loved it. You have a swing and an amazing infinity pool with the view of the rice fields and souvenir shops.

Wayan and the rest of the staff were very warm people that provided the exceptional service whilst maintaining guests privacy. View was incredible from our villa, which was also afforded more seclusion than the rest. Infinity pool is clean, relaxing, and a decent size. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty, with a variety of options available. Awesome location, away from most of the busiest/touristy parts of Amed, with a shop right on your doorstep. Overall, an amazing place to relax while visiting Bali/Amed.

Clean spacious rooms, great view, terrace, friendly staff. The pool was nice, but maybe too deep for relaxing pool time - wished I had a floatie! There were a few restaurants that you could walk to from hotel which were all decent, but do except to drive a bit for more options.

Take the Ocean View Villa/Bungalow it has the best view, very beautiful. The scrambled egg is very good not too dry just perfect. The pool is BIG 3 meter deep WOW but there is also children pool and less deep area. The location is great and Wayan very friendly and helpful. White sand Beach is near.

Having deluxe room with pool access at Egon building is such a perfect picture of holiday when you got kids who love to be in the water all day. We loved that the cozy bungalows and infinity pool are nestled on beautiful, lush grounds making you feel like you're in a remote jungle, but they're actually only a 1 to 2 minute walk to a main road with shops and great restaurants! Aji and the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive.

Location was very quiet but close to many eateries, shops and busy town. Loved the infinity pool. Very clean rooms. Staff very friendly & helpful.

The villa was absolutely amazing, the layout and cleanliness were superb, big pool, kitchen equiped with everything you need and even a barbecue available! Very nice and comfortable beds as well as the bathrooms. We definitely suggest it! The pool club is really nice as well and the restaurants of the hotel , we had a dinner in Akar that is amazing! Staff is really friendly and helpful!

The slightly off the beaten track location meant the hotel felt really chilled and, with its stunning position overlooking the sea with the infinity pool, it was blissful just sitting there. The pool was lovely. All areas were clean Helpful friendly staff. Only a few bungalows, so all very quiet and safe and pleasant. Lovely big shower head on hot strong shower. A couple of minutes up a track was a massage place and a little grocery store, then a little further on, restaurants and more little shops.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. They organized the pickup from the ferry and several taxi rides. All worked very well. I LOVED the staff, everyone was extremely kind and accommodating! Food was great and the view from the infinity pool is the absolute best- I'd never stay anywhere else on Nusa Penida!

The hotel was tucked up in the hills with a nice view of the sea and an infinity pool facing the sea. It was very quiet and relaxing and away from the traffic of tourists and cars/ scooter bike sounds. The rooms looked like cottages and the bathroom had a nice shower with an open roof. The fridge was stocked with water, coke and sprite. Breakfast was amazing. I got a dragon smoothie bowl and a plate of papaya it was delicious.

Gara Gara Seaview is a perfect location for your stay in Nusa Penida. The view from the infinity pool is amazing. The staff, the owner in incognito (😊) and the hotel manager will do their best- even beyond to make your visit worthwhile. You can take all kinds of tours- the driver is great- and you will see you need that.... We did not dare to drive the scooter... As the locals say: broken beach, broken roads but no broken hearts. The breakfast is also really good. We hope to come back! Thank you for everything!

Private infinity pool was beautiful and well maintained however there was not control of jets in the rooms itself. Had to phone reception to turn on at times. Night time service was fantastic including staff lighting mosquito coils at night. Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Restaurant was fantastic although it was a bit pricey. Free inclusions such as yoga and rural walk were fantastic value add. Ala carte breakfast was amazing and can be enjoyed in your own room Overall we enjoyed our stay at Amora and would recommend.

Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Room was fantastic, comfortable, clean, all amenities provided. Private pool was perfect for relaxation, as was the outdoor bathtub. Service from the staff, every single member, was friendly, welcoming and efficient - they were awesome. The view from the restaurant was spectacular, and the infinity pool overlooking the jungle was just out of this world. There are only about 15 villas on the property, so almost certainly you'll get some alone time in the pool - I never saw more than 2 people in there at once. Free shuttle bus to Ubud town center every two hours between 10am and 6pm, and free shuttle return from town to the hotel every two hours from 10.30am to 6.30pm - this service was seamless and super handy. Free 15 minute foot massage provided plus a welcome drink, very nice. Complimentary afternoon tea at the restaurant daily. Really I cannot say a single bad thing about this hotel - I LOVED it and I didn't want to leave. Highly, highly recommended.

The main shared pool has an amazing view over a valley of jungle - a great place to chill out after a days exploring. Our villa was spacious with big windows to watch the sun rise. We had a floating breakfast in our private pool which was lovely. It's a really nice quiet area on the outskirts of Ubud centre- which is perfect. You can walk into the centre from the hotel on a ridge walk and then come back to the peace and tranquility of the villa. There are also some cute restaurants nearby and rice fields. The views are out of this world. It's good value for money for a bit of luxury.

Spectacular villa rooms with private pool. The villa was really spacious, had everything you need. The bed was big and really comfy. Having the private pool was just so refreshing, being able to enjoy the morning sunrise in the valley and even to have a late night swims to cool off after a long day. The views from the villa was really relaxing and to be able to enjoy the surrounding nature with luxury. They do bring breakfast every morning to the room which is a great bonus, and was pretty good as well.

Everything exceeded our expectations (except having no hot water for a day, but from what reviews I've read of different accommodation over the Nusa Islands, this is not unusual, and with such warm weather, it was manageable). Stunning view of the seaweed fields that pop out the water during low tide and turn right back into a crystal clear beach during high tide. They even had a shared infinity pool right by reception overlooking the water. Staff was def the friendliest and most helpful out of all the places I stayed in Bali. Since the location is just a few minutes off the Yellow bridge (where most activities are across on the Lembongan side), there were 2 guys working that offered to give my partner and I rides over the bridge for free and was even kind enough to take us all the way to Mushroom beach. Its about a 10-15 min scenic walk to the villa from the bridge. All in all, I had a fantastic stay at Aurora. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely everything! Location couldn’t be any better. Just next to the ocean with infinity pool and small, cosy sun deck with loungers. All rooms facing an ocean. Also there’s plenty to do around. Loads of restaurants, massage salons and a few beach clubs. It’s a family run business. They really help with everything organising scooters, snorkelling trips, shuttles and even got me a T-shirt with their own logo when I asked for it. Owners are super friendly and smile all the time. Our rooms were cleaned even when we said we don’t need it. You will hear the sound of waves even through closed doors and sunsets are one of the most spectacular I’ve ever seen due to the colours of the sun and sky.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Drinks from the bar and mini bar are very well priced. The pool outlooks onto the tidal seaweed flats of Lembongan/ceningan which is a great part of Lembongan history. You can also see the inlet of Devils Tears from the pool and the balcony. A small business with only 4 or so people working over the two nights we stayed. Everyone was always smiling and more than happy to help.

When you go to Selong Belanak beach you can take a free shuttle, this worked great for us. And the food was amazing, a great mix of Indonesian food with a touch of French finesse was a great mix!

Stunning location nestled in the hills in north Bali, very attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from check in to check out. Superb food for dinner and breakfast, very high quality that went beyond our expectations. The villa was perfect, very spacious and beautifully laid out with everything thought through and a complimentary mini bar. Heated swimming pool was also a bonus, as it was a little chilly in the evening! It was lovely to relax in the pool as the sun set. Would definitely recommend!

A superb stay at this wonderful hotel. We had a spacious room, balcony and a big toilet/shower area. In fact, the shower was the best I have ever had! The roof top swimming pool was never busy and has wonderful views out to sea and the surrounding area. The pool itself, is user friendly, with a splash area for kids. We tried breakfast once but it wasn’t to our taste but there are plenty of other options close by. All in all, a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Plenty of room in the family room. Queen Bed and two single beds. Updated bathroom and clean. Good pool on the roof with plenty of pool recliners. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Fabulous location, friendly staff, rooftop swimming pool was a perfect spot to watch the planes. Had a great view from the 4th floor restaurant for breakfast, nice breeze as it is open plan. 5th floor also open, with seating for lunch or dinner. Lovely breakfast included. Short walk through walkway to beach. A nice stroll along the beach or path to Discovery Mall. Also a short stroll along road to the Lippo Mall. Great warungs and restaurants all around. Reception phoned for a taxi for us to head to the airport.

This is a beautiful resort with lots of lush green space plus the beach and ocean. The staff here make it a special holiday, they are all friendly, helpful, kind, smiley and professional. Our Ocean view room was beautiful, immaculate and had every facility we needed, the bed was huge. The pool area is fabulous, it's like a small waterpark but it has plenty of quieter areas. Lots of sunbeds with shade at the poolside, the grass areas and on the beach. The gym is good and we enjoyed a morning yoga session. Breakfast at Grain was amazing, a huge buffet with so much choice, it has to be experienced to believe it! Grain also does themed buffets each evening. Paon Bali is a more formal dining (though very relaxed) restaurant, serving delicious Indonesian food. Recommended. There are lots of other eateries, Shore and Breeze are great for day and evening food on the beach side and have good Happy Hours. The Deli is great for special coffee and treats! Our favourite day was when we discovered Elara. It's special place. We chose starters and Mains to make a sharing table, it was served beautifully and was delicious. We had their signature cocktails that were an experience, and then spent the afternoon lazing on the beautiful beds by the private infinity pool. You must try Elara, we loved it.

The rooms are spacious - we had a moderate one, with a view of the garden. They were cleaned every day and the bathroom was great, nice shower and separate bath. There are 5 restaurants and beautiful swimming pools everywhere. We loved the water slide, loved the Elara pool and cabanas as well. Spent quite a bit of time on the beachbags down in front of the Breeze bar (beach bar). It was a very restful place, nothing to do but swim, eat, drink and relax. We particularly enjoyed the delightful Japanese restaurant Hama Sei.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the one bedroom villa with pool which was lovely. Very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, pools with hydroslide, gym and general facilities. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

We felt so relaxed leaving here! Plenty of pool space, it never felt too busy or like you had to rush for a pool chair. The ocean water nearby was surprisingly clear. The staff were always smiling and genuinely helpful and kind. The beds were firm and comfortable. Nusa Dua is the best spot in Bali in my opinion! Alora adults only restaurant was so relaxing- sitting under the moonlight being serenaded by the singer and guitarist while we ate dinner was a highlight. Good bountiful breakfast buffet (go early)!

Fantastic “as good as” private beach; delightfully helpful staff; very good dinner options; a good spa and a large and fun swimming pool with a swim up bar. The staff upgraded us to a private villa and pool free of charge. A special mention to Keren, who arranged for us to extend our stay in another superb ocean view room, taking great personal care and time to arrange this for us.

Very import with the level of decor the staff and the infinity pool

The staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming and friendly. Location was great - close to great shopping areas, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic and such a beautiful view. The room was very comfortable, including the bed and the aircon worked amazingly well, as did the wifi. The pool areas, in particular the adult infinity pool was absolute paradise. Overall, a really special stay and I would definitely stay again!

The hotel is away from all the hassle of Ubud even though it is a very short walk to city. Once you enter the hotel, you feel like you are truly in paradise. Location of the infinity pool is just amazing. And the Staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. can’t wait to come back.

Infinity pool was a plus at the end of the day with the rice fields beyond. I had to stay longer for my visa extension and they arrange it very easy.

This place is simply stunning; all Villas are built in traditional Balinese style overlooking a beautiful garden. The pool is an infinity pool overlooking the jungle. We had the most magical time here - one to remember a lifetime. It’s slightly further away from Ubud, but they offer a free shuttle service.

Impeccably maintained. Very Balanisian architecture and feeling. Very spacious room and comfortable bathroom. Includes your own private balcony. Has mini-fridge, safe, and something I rarely see, a multi-out electric outlet on the desk so you can charge multiple things without having to unplug other things, and try and make your cords reach. The restaurant food was good. The infinity pool is a gem.

This place is paradise! Our family (husband and teenage son) have stayed twice and each time the staff and property have been exceptional. Every detail from the reception, staff, daily breakfast, spa treatments, beautiful infinity pool, tranquil ambiance, and jungle views makes this place a MUST! Breakfast was brought to our balcony every morning. We were able to sip our Balinese coffee watching the sunrise over the jungle. We enjoyed the spa treatments each evening after a long day of tourist activities, which are easily booked through the hotel. If you're looking for a perfect place to getaway in the heart of Ubud, this is the place for you!!

The staff are extremely friendly especially those that were in the reception. They were helpful and got out of their way to assist us with our laundry. Great location with nearby restaurants, warungs, malls etc. We also liked their infinity pool --- perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Amazing place! Very beautiful villa, big pool, quite neighborhood, tasty unlimited breakfast, bicycles and snorkeling equipment rent for free. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, can organize any activity (like diving, snorkeling or horse ride) for you. Highly recommend!

We have absolutely loved our stay at Kaleydo. The resort is simply stunning! It is a peaceful place and the staff are exceptional at attending to your needs and making you feel at home. The Villa’s cater for everything you need and are kept exceptionally clean. They are spacious and very comfortable. We have loved our delicious breakfast served each morning on our deck overlooking the pool. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We are so grateful for how well we’ve been taken care of. We will most definitely be coming back.

We loved the location, quiet but very close to all restaurants/Main Street, you can also hire bikes and snorkel equipment which was great. Lovely breakfast and pool. The best part though was the amazing staff- everyone who worked there was so lovely and attentive and made our experience amazing!

All staff were very polite and professional, always trying to assist and make our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast served to your room every day was a nice touch. The pool area was clean and well maintained, the perfect place to cool down after a day on the beach.

The little bungalows in the lush garden right next to the beautiful pool. The peaceful feeling. The massages by the pool listening to the forest noises. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The family that run this business are exceptionally lovely and helpful. They serve a delightful breakfast, either by the pool or on your verandah. The passion fruit from their own tree, are scrumptious. They also have us a first taste of home grown durian. Centrally located, within easy walk of nice Warungs and also high end Asri Dining. Krishna took us on a great guided walk through the rice fields. The owner was quick to respond to any requests or issues. Good pool. Would definitely recommend

I booked and last minute Stay at this hotel and actually was the best thing that could have happened to me. Khrishma is locaties a bit outside of Sidemen but easily reachable with a scooter. They welcomed me super good and I was immediately relaxed. The room was do spacious and cosy. Everything was super clean and the staff is Nice. A big bonus for me was the inhouse restaurant and Breakfast which you can use while sitting on your terrace. The swimming pool was clean and has a Nice setting. Looking for a Stay in Tulamben, come to Khrishma! 10/10 recommend

The property is hidden in a tiny tropical forest, right next to the road. It’s a green cocoon, in which several bungalows are shattered. The room is very spacious, bright and clean. Amazing view on the garden and the swimming pool. The staff, which is the owners family, is very friendly and helpful. You can rent bikes, ask them to help book a taxi, or do laundry. Sounds of nature and forest life are all around you.

If you are looking for a quiet and restful stay then this hotel comes highly recommended. Great value for money. Staff were wonderful.

Pretty much everything!! The staff was just lovely and helpful, very inspiring humans to be honest! Everyone was very attended to details and pleasing. It was hard to say good bye to them. I travelled with my 2yo and he had a blast there, in the pool and everyone was very friendly to all of us! I just preferred to move to another room closer to the pool for my baby and with a nice bath, that was my "issue" which is like a joke compared to all the inspiring people we met there who made us feel very welcomed.

When we arrived Sri upgraded us to our deluxe room which we was very grateful for. The pools were lovely, one pool getting the sun until roughly 3pm, the other is mostly shaded all day. There was multiple options at breakfast to choose from. The location was further from the centre, however we didnt mind this as it was quieter and you can hire bikes to go in that takes 10-15 minutes. Thank you Ubad retreat for our stay!

The staff are lovely, so inviting, and extremely helpful; They treated us like family, and arranged for us to have a motorbike during our stay. There were 2 large relatively clean swimming pools, the rooms were well supplied with a fridge and well functioning AC, hot shower and comfortable bed and pillows (yay!), they supply water daily, and there is a restaurant on site open all day. They also provide an extremely generous and delicious continental breakfast with many options and fruit with each one! There are also some really cute social cats and a dog (who keeps to himself) on property! :)

The perfect location if you're looking to explore the rural and authentic side of Bali. Stunning views from our villa and private infinity pool. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The food was all delicious, especially the outstanding 4 course breakfast which we had included with our room. Most days we used the in-house facilities such as the spa for massages, and the private gym. We also booked various excursions through the hotel and their contacts, which helped us to explore Bali in ways we never thought possible! We would recommend Lempuyang to anyone looking to explore East Bali - 10 out of 10!

Amazing hotel with a stunning view and a spacious room. The entire hotel was well taken care of and really clean. The pool area is great and the garden has various spots to relax/settle down. Furthermore, the restaurant is amazing. From breakfast to dinner everything was tasty and the variety didn’t disappoint either. Lastly, we have to mention the spa, which has a great view with professional staff.

The staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to give service and answer any questions. The villas were spacious, clean and comfortable. The gardens, pool and restaurant were stunning, with a great view of Mt Agung. The food was excellent (with superb breakfast) and the spa treatments were wonderful. We were blown away by the service and luxury of the hotel, can't wait to go back.

Desa Hay is absolutely stunning! Lush green and a beautiful pool. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower / bath were enjoyable. Staff were so friendly and attentive - it was raining during our visit and they organised a yoga class on site for us and were on hand to organise drivers into / out of town (as it’s 10 mins away). Restaurant on site was also nice!

Amenities, concierge and services were perfect. Proper 5 stars hotel standards. Had my dedicated driver for the 5 days I stayed at the hotel, who brought me to local market, street food places, the beach, restaurants and to my daily commutes. I had daily massages organised in my suite. The private swimming pool and outdoor bath tube were great. Vegetation is beautiful. Concierge booked me spa, restaurants and bars on demand. Communication was very easy.

We ordered food to our plunge pool which was phenomenal. Location was very good to! We used the GRAB app to get around. Was very happy with our stay, amazing massages, very clean. Can’t complain.

Very good breakfast with a lot of choices and the restaurant in general is highly recommended, the dinner was great too. The staff is lovely, very helpful and always smiling, they even packed us breakfast on the last day.

Gorgeous clean and comfortable rooms that all seemed quite new. Our room opened up onto the pool which was great. The whole place looked just like the pictures, absolutely stunning looking over the pool at breakfast each day. One of our favourite breakfasts of our trip also with great pancakes. Food for lunch was also really good. It’s far enough away from the busy streets that it was super peaceful at night too. It was walking distance for us to the main strip but we often just ordered a grab scooter each, which was super easy.

A good and affordable stay in Kuta with fabulous location! We are a family of 5 (3 teenagers) We had 2 Bungalows that were nice, an extra bed in one of them to get the third kid in it, which worked fine. Great Breakfast buffe, 2 large pools, but the best ting about this place is the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bungalows and all the resort was kept clean and tidy. We were also able to keep our bags at the hotel a few hours after checkout due to a late departure and we were also able to use the pool and pool towels after checkout, very helpful!

An absolute oasis in the centre of a busy town. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well looked after, the pool area with two pools and a small swim up bar are excellent and you can order food / drinks throughout the day. I had a delicious room and it’s its own small bungalow with a huge room, extra kind of dressing area and a large partly outdoor bathroom and enclosed garden area. In the property and pool, it’s quiet & peaceful and absolutely lovely.

Second time staying here. Last time we were in a pool villa which was fabulous. This time we were in the Regency villa which was even more amazing. Having first come to Bali in 1991 I love these older low rise hotels that still resemble Bali of old. It’s got everything you need, beautifully cleaned room every day and the pool. Walk out the front and it’s all there. We love this place and the staff are so nice. Beautiful main pool and gardens too

Fantastic location, close to the beach, shopping and Bars. Rooms are comfortable and well cleaned. Have a great selection for breakfast and all staff are friendly. The pool and gardens are very well maintained and the pool bar has good specials on cocktails. We had a wonderful 3 week stay and would recommend this resort.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Novotel Suites Yogyakarta Malioboro. The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. We stayed on the 9th floor, the breakfast was in the 8th floor and the Pool and Bar was on the 10th floor. The breakfast was a buffet with a large selection of very good food. The room was cleaned and comfortable. The pool was large with a infinity pool overlooking part of the city. There is also a bar beside the pool, the staff were very friendly epically the bar manager (sorry I cant remember his name) he talked to us and took some good photos for us on our last night. Some nights they had some music. The location was perfect. 15 mins walk from the main train station and 2 mins walk to JL Malioboro street.

Everything was perfect. Location is very convenient, both as a starting point for trips outside the city and just to walk around the Malioboro area, rooms are spacious, well designed and kept spotless, rooftop pool was big and clean, with a very nice adjoined bar with extremely polite and accommodating staff, same as everywhere in the hotel; breakfast was plentiful, with all kinds of food. All in all, a it was a perfect stay.

Everything excellent! Location, staff, pool, breakfast buffet, rooftop restaurant , bar, room size perfect , clean bathrooms … I can’t think of a nicer stay in Central Java, and I’ve been to this area on 5 trips! Kudos to the friendly staff!

The room was really large and the bed was comfortable and we loved relaxing at the rooftop pool and bar! Especially loved the amazing cocktails (try the pink lady!). The hotel was really well priced and perfectly located within walking distance to Malioboro Street and taxis were a breeze to get to the temples and other tourist sites. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming and the added security measures meant we always felt safe! Thanks for a great stay!

Honestly I’ve done a lot of travelling in my time and this was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Truely immaculate. The staff were so friendly and spoke great English. We loved the pool with our baby son and it was never busy so we were able to enjoy. Being connected to a mall was also so convenient, despite being in a metropolitan area it felt like a cozy stay, it was never busy and we never had to wait at the front desk. A real escape while being in the city.

Walking distance to Abracadabra at Mu Bungalow, highly recommended for sunset dinner!

The place is tranquil, despite being close to a lot of nice restaurants. Always room at the poolbeds, even though the place was fully booked. Also enjoyed a nice massage next to the pool. Went to see the ocean at the sunrise, and there were a bunch of monkeys there. Really exotic and nice!

We loved our stay here!! The staff were so lovely and helpful. The gardens are so lush and pretty. The pool is shaded by a huge beautiful tree. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I liked that our room was connected to the kids but could still be closed off. The breakfast was really good even our picky kids enjoyed it. It’s such a peaceful, quiet and relaxing setting. Just a short walk to the beach and then down lots of stairs! That is the same for everywhere in this area though. Not many shops around but there are restaurants/cafes in walking distance and a couple of mini marts.

Cleanliness 9/10: nothing to be worried, but some bugs due to be around a lot vegetation and opened bathroom. Shower: 7/10: Only a little of hot water - not a problem for us though. We stayed 4 nights at the resort and only have good things to say. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. rooms and facilities were all first class including a private beach and infinity pool. We ate at all food locations at the resort and everything was fantastic.

Me and my wife went to Bali Indonesia for our honeymoon. It was our first time in Indonesia and we definitely were looking for a resort that has the comfort of home but also brings us a fantasy of living on our little island. The Bulgari resort provided both those desires in its entirety! Our premier ocean villa was breathtaking, and it was one of the largest resort rooms we stayed in for a couple size. The resort itself has all of the amenities you could think of for a 5 star hotel... Infinity pools right in front of the Indian ocean, luxury spas, and fantastic restaurants. But the villa itself was so beautiful that we seldom wanted to leave it! Our own in villa infinity pool and in villa dining was definitely top notch. The breakfast included package where you could go to the buffet or in villa dining will leave you full for dinner! They also provided tours all around Bali which we thought was more than adequate for our honeymoon trip. Lastly, the service is on another level. I'll say this, I have never been pampered, looked after, serviced as well as I did on Bulgari resort than any other trip I ever had! You really can't go wrong with this resort. Just go and they'll take care of the rest.

The resort is well kept, the moment you arrive, you’re greeted and welcomed with a drink. The staff are amazing from the receptionists, to the butlers to the restaurant workers to the bar to the pool crew; every single person made sure you were well served on your stay there. They went all out to give us an amazing experience worth the price. My wife and I are definitely coming back and staying longer. Couldn’t think of a single improvement as everything we experienced was thoughtful and tailored to make us comfortable during our stay there. 10/10 would recommend! Go spoil yourself there.

This unique Hotel is located right by rice field with very beautiful views. The free breakfast includes selections of authentic Indonesian dishes and western breakfast options, the dinner with authentic Indonesian cuisine is very delicious. Meals are served in the courtyard under a pavilion next to the pool. The entire setting provides a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they speak English well enough.

Free bikes to use, beautiful to bike around the area. Breakfast was amazing, loved how they added a portion of traditional snacks to it, made my day ! Dinner at the restaurant was amazing, several delicious traditional dishes (and a lot of food) that change every evening. An oasis of peace, a lovely pool and exceptionnal staff! What more do you need?

From the moment we arrived, everything at Marriott Yogyakarta was zen🧘🧘‍♀️. We were greeted by Cia and her colleague with tamarind and ginger drinks — such a nice local touch that made us feel instantly welcome. Check-in at the M Club was super smooth, and the staff there made us feel like VIPs the whole time. The service was so personal and friendly that we didn’t want to leave the lounge! Our room was amazing — so cozy and comfortable that I actually took a photo of the mattress brand because I’ve never slept so well in my life. The infinity pool and cabanas were just what we needed to unwind. Breakfast was another highlight — the variety was incredible, and the French toast was the best we’ve ever had. We also fell in love with the local gudeg — sweet, savory, and so unique. What really made our stay unforgettable was the people: Gracia, Irly, Keke, Syifa, Fiya, Alfa, Nanta, Cia, Shania, Vivia, Claudia, Hanan, Tara, and everyone else. You could truly feel their kindness and passion in everything they did. We honestly left feeling like we were saying goodbye to family. Hotel, pool, amenities as well as the local area makes it a perfect choice for family vacation. Shopping mall next door gives a lot of options for kids to play and have fun. The same for parents. Hotel room was clean, bed very comfortable and staff friendly. They took great care of us all. If I go back to Jogja, this will be my preferred choice. Pool is clean with shallow water for kids and some water fun. It is also deep enough for parents to swim. Breakfasts have wide choice and wifi in the room is superfast too.

The fitness center was great, When I came there the weather was cold, it was raining season. But the pool didnt have a heating one or I just failed to ask but either way it would be great if there is a heating pool. All the workers are friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the stay. There are various types of breakast cuisine which was also nice.

Spacious, clean and with a beautiful outside/in bathroom. You can rent a scooter to go to the beach, we went to secret beach 15 min aways which was a small but pretty beach with some local Warungs where we had a nice lunch and a fresh coconut.

This place is nothing short of enchanting. As soon as we arrived a wave of peaceful energy washed over us. The grounds are gorgeous and well tended to. Bed is the coziest we’ve had on our trip. The outdoor bathrooms are luxurious and stocked with eco friendly organic products. The massages (and especially facial) were incredible. Staff were very attentive and always sweet. Sauna.. cold dip.. yoga space.. pool- everything was perfect!

The host was super friendly and helpful as we suddenly had to be driven to the hospital. The pool wasn't swimmable but without asking an extra bed for our daughter or a complimentary massage was offered. The dinner and breakfast was great as well. The staff super friendly.

Perfect place to relax and restore - calm, quiet, spacious, beautiful! The food was delicious, the massages (and sauna/plunge pool) were wonderful and the bungalow was very comfortable.

Amazing place, if I could put more than 10 I would do it. The best place we stayed in 4 months of travel. The family is so welcoming and always there when we need something and happy to help. The pool is also amazing eith enough chairs for everyone. Very quiet place (only 6 bungalows). The food at their restaurant is very good and affordable. The free breakfast is great and include a coffee, a juice and a fruit plate. Everything was so clean. You can walk to dream beach and devils tear from the place and it is close to many restaurants by walking. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely run family business with a very nice garden, relaxing pool area and quiet surroundings. The bungalow is spacious, bed is comfortable and the shower has a good water pressure. The breakfast choices are simple, but delicious. The staff/owner are friendly and responsive. We stayed 5 nights and would love to come again.

The people from Penida Sunset were super kind and helpful! Especially Gary & Dewi! The bungalow park is beautifully set up with a clean infinity pool with sunset view over Crystal Bay Beach. Besides that the room and bed were very comfortable. We liked everything of this stay!

We were welcomed with a cold face towel and refreshing juice which was much appreciated. We enjoyed watching the sunset while swimming in the infinity pool. The views were spectacular! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was served quickly and the menu was organised. The pool was clean and a lovely way to spend the afternoon after a morning out. We had plenty of shade around the pool. The villas are great for families.

I stayed two nights in the family two bedroom bungalow and it’s amazing. Spacious with nice view of the ocean. Felt very private and quiet, yet so close to mushroom bay for easy beach access and all the eateries. Having two swimming pools is also a plus bec you feel like it’s a private pool since you can avoid the crowd. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Also, make use of the transport service offered by the hotel. It would have been cheaper and more convenient than doing it yourself.
