Amazing location and grounds. Infinity pool on rooftop is a view of a lifetime. Food is amazing and staff is very helpful. Definitely will be coming back amazing vibes! Golf course is beautiful

The hotel is lovely. There is a big pool, lots of choice of good all-inclusive restaurants, and lots of bars with a very good range of drinks. We liked the rooftop bar with infinity pool the best. Most of the staff were extremely helpful. The weather was perfect. The transfer to hotel from airport was very straightforward and inexpensive (this was done through Booking.com and much cheaper than using the hotel’s service for this). Our trip was for 9 nights which was about perfect.

The staff were super welcoming, attentive, always willing to help or provide assistance, Jack, Emanuel, Mauricio to name just a few of the people that were super courteous upon our arrival. The resort itself is one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at, a mix of modern/Zen like feeling, with Gym, Spa, four different types of pools, one rooftop infinity pool, juice bar that you can conveniently enjoy after your workout. I mean there wasn’t anything that I would change. They even offer two jewelry stores and art stores which I did make a few purchases from each store as memory to our trip, this place was truly amazing making it a memorable place to stay that combined both outdoor and indoor living combined throughout the whole resort. I give this place 5/5 stars for the overall experience, I will definitely be a returning customer, I have travelled to Cancun over 15 times and this place has blown me away and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else moving forwards except for this place, oh and did I mention that this place is pet friendly?! ❤️🥹

Everything about the resort was perfect. We couldn’t fault a single thing, the experience from check in to check out was incredible from check in to check out. This resort is more than just a hotel, it is an experience. Our room was incredible and the private pool was heaven. Each staff member went above and beyond when serving us, they were all so kind and friendly!! The pools and beach were incredible, and the selection of restaurants was great. The smell of the whole resort was also just so luxurious.

Everything!! Food, service, activities, pool, room and the beach were all exceptional. I can’t begin to describe the spa. It was the best experience I’ve ever had. The hydrotherapy and pools were amazing not to mention the lovely massage.

What an amazing stay at TRS Coral! Everything was perfect from the quiet, luxurious style of the pool and rooms to the special restaurants. The employees were the BEST! Guillermo remembered all of my family’s names and was amazing at making our stay special and fun. Carlos took great care of us at our bali bed by the pool and anticipated all of our needs. Pedro at Capricho was a wonderful server and so nice. I lost my phone and Henri drove all over the resort to help us find it.

Resort was lovely but not perfect. Beach clean. Butlers Mel& Linda amazing and helpful. Roberto from el dorado restaurant couldn’t be more attentive. Jesus at members pool always made sure we had a drink and remember our name. Carlos juarez pool butler always made us welcome every morning. Food and service at la adeltie and el gaucho needs improvement as left our meals. Builders right outside room had noise all day

We have enjoyed our time here over the past two weeks. Ulises - the waiter at the TRS pool bar - has made trip so relaxing and went out his way to ensure we always had anything we needed. He also made an effort to get to know us and have conversations each day. We really appreciated the service and friendly face by the pool each day!

I love my stayed l, love the room, the service was great Ferni and Roger at the pool and beach were very helpful and make us feel welcomed at all the time their service is great. Pool and food it’s great.

Excellent resort with excellent service. We had a group of 6 people - 2 adults, our two college-aged kids, and two of their friends. From Carlos, Ulises, Noemi, and Alex taking care of my family at the pool. To Meg and Christopher as butlers. To Guillermo running all the pool exercise activities, remembering everyone's name. And Henry Damian the bellman who happily drove me all over the resort at 3am to find my daughter's phone.

We loved the grounds, activities and shows. The food was also excellent. The Preferred area was the best with the separate pool, lounge area and daily food in the relaxation area along with the butler service. The staff was amazing. The recreation staff - Ericka, Santiago. The pool attendants - Joel, Victor, Elias. Coco (open 24/7 - Enrique. Pool Bartenders - Demitro & Miguel. Waiters at the restaurants - Isreal, Fernando, Angel. Butlers - Ana & Gustavo. Housekeeping - Martha. Thank you each and everyone. I know there were more who made our trip special and I thank you all.

The resort was beautiful and very relaxing! Our butlers Duran & Gerardo were so helpful and very friendly! They helped my husband to decorate our hotel room for my birthday! The food was good.. the only thing that I was upset about was the romantic dinner on the beach.. it was by the pool. I was disappointed because we were promised by the beach but when we got there they said Nadia plan for the pool and it would be an extra charge. When I contacted Nadia she told me “it was supposed to rain” but other than that everything was great!

Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

The most beautiful resort I’ve been to, the staff was so welcoming, nice, helpful; our room was not only beautiful but it was clean and cleaned daily, the sheets smelled amazing not like other hotels where the bed sheets smell like bleach. Beach was amazing and a walk out. All the food was amazing and drinks were packed and not watered down at all. Everyone from our butler to our housekeeper to the restaurant personal and pool boys were so helpful, nice, and courteous.

The property is super clean and the landscape is very well kept. The pools are amazing and the staff is very nice. The beach is walking distance and even on the beach the staff is super nice.

Room was good but had no balcony or area to sit outside. Staff was excellent and the property was very clean and lush. Our room were on the other side of the main road which wasn’t the best. The beach and pool area is not great. Water is tuned up and murky the dock is not great and the pool is more like a wood Len box that could use an upgrade The restaurant was a really nice setting and the food was excellent.

I loved the details made in the outdoor area. Private beach with a pool, restaurant and comfortable "beds" on it. Many activities for guests to enjoy. The bus stops just outside the accomodation. Would come back here again. Also preferred the beaches on Isla Mujeres from the ones in Tulum, Cancun and Palma - there was seaweed, because the season of it already started, on North and Central beach of Isla Mujeres there was none, so it was another plus to stay in this accomodation.

This beachfront property is absolutely gorgeous! I would come back here for the location alone. A private beach where you can enjoy your breakfast, lay in the hammock, or jump in the pool. Absolutely stunning!

Me and my partner stayed here for a few days and we really liked it here! There is a beach in front of the hotel and a cool pool. There is also a really good restaurant! If you want to be able to move a little bit around the island you can rent a golf cart. It’s not really fast but it is safe! The staff is really nice too. Our shower door was broken when we arrived and when I told them they suggested to move us to another room but we said it was ok if they just fixed it. They were really nice. The room we had: a jungle room was really clean and the lady who cleaned it was really nice. Every day we were excited to see what she made out of the towels. We once had a heart, a swan,… it was so pretty. I put some pictures so you are able to see it.

Beautiful boutique hotel on North beach. The infinity pool was amazing. The included breakfast was really fabulous!

Casa Del Jaguar was in a perfect location, on a beautiful beach and near town so easily walkable. The hotel is well kept, our room was clean and comfortable and well appointed with robes and slippers, and a nice balcony overlooking the beach club. The food in the restaurant was very good but service was a bit slow. The cocktails at the bar were perfection, absolutely delicious. The service on the beach was also terrific. We loved the beach club, the beach and then dipping in the pool at the end of the day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice property in a great location on North beach in Centro Isla Mujeres. Easy access to the beach, with a really nice small pool that was also right on the beach. The beach itself has day beds, and is pretty busy. Room was okay, maybe a little dark but nice modern decor and pretty comfy. Staff, especially Lucia at breakfast was, awesome. Good food and drinks available for a cost at lunch from the Oceans Beach Club on site. I would stay again if visiting the Island.

Lovely clean rooms, drinking water provided. Quiet pool area (we had it to ourselves pretty much every day so the kids could enjoy themselves and make noise). Huge portions for breakfast (which is included). Great location - 100m to beach and short walk to the town. Lovely beach beds including service from the bar and restaurant. Reception staff are incredible - very helpful and can arrange all sorts for you.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location cannot be beat, the rooms are spacious and clean, the beach clubs have some of the best food on the island (a special shout out to Oceanus for their incredible dinners), the pool and beach areas are lovely and the staff is exceptional. Kudos to the management team for putting together such an amazing group of people. If you like large all inclusive hotels this is not your place but if you want an upscale boutique hotel that caters to your every need and treats you like a VIP check this one out!

The property is so open and airy! The infinity pool is so clean and inviting. This resort only offers eleven rooms so I never had to jockey for a seat by the pool - I actually never shared the sundeck with more than two people during my entire stay.

Wonderful hotel! The property is amazing! We booked an ocean view room and the view was stunning. The property also has an infinity pool with just as gorgeous view as the site’s photos. If not better! The hotel is connected to a lovely restaurant, Kin Ha, that has a gorgeous dock and water front lounging area. It is very nice as the best loungers are reserved for hotel guests. The breakfast that comes with the room is excellent. You can eat at Kin Ha or go to Mayan Club at Playa Norte (the downtown busy part of the island). The staff were all so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I liked the no edge (infinity) pool. I loved all of the Talavera and traditional details. The entry is beyond beautiful. I liked the plants. Thank you to this boutique property for being pet-friendly and including a big breakfast each morning available to you until noon! The room was just perfect as well, all you need. And last and most importantly, the staff are fabulous! The beach club, Kin Ha, below staff are exceptional. Shout out to Carlos at check in and for any want we had. Shout out to Juan and Sol at Kin Ha beach club!

The infinity pool was beautiful and right outside our room, so swam in it at night…really nice! Kin Ha was great and practically connected-we enjoyed jumping off the pier and the good food/drinks. We like the location but is 15-20 minutes from the main north beach and food options, but the local food places nearby are all great too! Our room had a beautiful ocean view! AC was great!

One of the best locations on the island. Presidential Suite is expansive, large clean beautiful private pool, million dollar views. Staff is very friendly and professional. Included breakfast has 8-10 options and is freshly prepared and delicious.

Quality, quality, quality! Cannot stress how wonderful this resort was! From hospitality, food, and wonderful staff. The pool butler Guilman was an absolute gem. Always willing to take awesome photos while my wife and i were utilizing the wonderful pools! The butlers were nothing short of amazing from dinner reservations, to giving directions around the island! Absolutely amazing, made our honey moon extra special! Will be back soon for sure!

The water and sky is amazing! The pools are fantastic. The service is spectacular and very kind and friendly. The restaurants and bars are beautiful! The food is beautifully presented and tasty. the entertainment team is well organized and there is a lot to do or plenty of beautiful places to relax and do nothing.

Impression Isla Mujeres was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was so relaxing and the food at every rest and poolside was the very best I’ve ever experienced at an all inclusive resort. The rooms were perfect: mattress was comfortable, amenities were spot on! The servers, guest relations, and hospitality impeccable. Amazing! The plunge pool suite was beautiful with a view of Playa Norte from your own private plunge pool. The staff is amazing! The hotel is part of Guru beach club, so the staff reserved a beach bed for us everyday. The restaurant is also very good. The hotel is walking distance to the shops and restaurants on hildago street. 10/10 stay would definitely stay again!

The Lotus is a great little place on the best beach in Isla Mujeres. Staff is extraordinarily accomodating, friendly and helpful with any needs. Would reccomend the plunge pool rooms. Great patio and the pool overlooks the beach. Place is very quiet in the morning and evening. Rooms were clean and AC works great. Close to Centro to walk but far enough you dont get the noise.

I liked the fact that the property was small, did not care for the fact that the general public was permitted to use pool area and really did not like that smoking was permitted on property and in POOL!!! I also thought the continental breakfast could have been better. The staff was wonderful, our room was wonderful.

We have stayed at Lotus several times and we love everything about it. They are located on the beautiful beach but within walking distance to the market area for shopping and restaurants. The beach club which is part of the hotel has a nice pool with delicious food and drinks. The staff is amazing, they are very friendly and work non stop keeping the hotel clean and comfortable for the guests. Alexander the General manager is awesome, he spoke to us everyday making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Lotus Beach hotel!

I have never had better service in my life and I felt like I left with 4 new friends! Alexander, the manager, Ulysses, Donna, and Juan were so friendly! They made our vacation so enjoyable! The food and drinks were delicious! The complementary breakfast look like a work of art! The view from our private pool was priceless! We could snorkel right out in front of the property and town was just a quick walk away. It was absolutely perfect in my eyes and I cannot wait to come back! Miss you all! <3 Angela

For a start, the location was perfect. While one cannot swim in the sea (undercurrents etc.), you are right at the beachfront and can go to sleep to the sound of the waves. It is very safe and the hosts, Beatrice and Gerardo are a true pleasure to deal with. The infinity pool is beautiful with the perfect depth with views of the ocean. I stayed a week and decided to spend my last 3 nights there before my flight back home. Yup, I am going back from Isla Holbox. It was quiet, peaceful and the hosts did whatever they could, to make my stay comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Beatrice and Gerardo for this beautiful establishments. Solo female travelers, choose this place to stay. You will not regret it!!!!

Beautiful view, nice pool, big place with everything you need. We rented bikes for the stay and you can easily get everywhere. Some also rent scooters or golf carts or take 100 peso cabs. Pool and other amenities were good and rarely used by others when we were there. Some say it's not good for swimming but I swam twice daily and enjoyed it. If you have something solid on the bottom of your foot like a water shoe or sandal with a straps, you can easily walk out and then have the ocean to yourself.

Fabulous villa; amazing terrace with pool opening straight onto the beach. Enormous shower, huge comfy bed & absolutely spotless. Staff were super friendly & helpful.

Stunning view of beach from bedroom. We had a ground floor unit so just walked out the door to pool and beach. Very spacious and clean. We liked location however it is a rocky beach which is not easy to swim in but stunning. It is a 35 minute walk into ‘Centre” of Isla Mujeres and North Beach Or 100 peso 5m taxi ride. Shops located close by, and brewery too. It was excellent to have a big water provided! Great communication from host and early check in possible which was excellent.

Location is great right on the beach. The beach is wonderful for walking and collecting shells and sea glass. You can swim but it's rocky and the surf can be a challenge. Lounge chairs available on the beach, or you can use the facility pool which is beautiful and clean. Hammocks in the shade are also available for naps or reading. Playa Norte is about a 20 minute walk if you want to fight the crowds and enjoy that world class beach.

The staff were amazing there was a male and female house and garden keeper they did everything to make sure we had a great time from english plug to an iron and also keeping the pool area clean aswel as the pool …. Great service thank you i will be coming again and using the same hotel soon enough

The room was nice and clean with a spacious bathroom and nice swimming pool. Even though the apartment is not in the center of the island, the location is still good because there is a big supermarket (Our room had a fridge so this came in very handy!) at 5 minutes walking and some nice restaurants at 10 minutes walking. Also, if you'd like to take a taxi to the center or the northern beach (really nice beach) the main road was also very nearby from which you can easily get a taxi for 100 pesos. Wifi connection is also good in the room.

Good location! Away from the touristy crowd ,clean pool ,huge comfy bed! Local restaurants and supermarket nearby. Friendly and helpful host . Will be back !

Cozy room just off a refreshing little pool. Good wifi, good TV, very comfortable bed. Staff was very accomodating and communication regarding any concerns was very quick.

Easy walk to Playa Norte Beach and ferry dock. Great food options and entertainment. No pool, but no problem

This hotel is a very short walk from the ferry port and is on a busy road with lots of bars and restaurants and shops. We had a balcony which was fun to look out from. The room was fairly quiet though due to good double glazing and very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, WiFi and air conditioning worked well and good bathroom with powerful shower. The hotel is a short walk to a beautiful beach. Staff were helpful and offered us bottled water, beach towels and stored our luggage. We really enjoyed our 1 night stay and would return.

What a great hotel! Friendly, attentive staff, clean comfortable room and a great location! Of course being in the middle of all the action there was a bit of noise at night but nothing a pair for earplugs couldn't help! We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street, great for an early morning coffee or evening spot to have a drink and watch the street below! The hotel was located right near all the restaurants and bars and a short 5 minute walk to the beach! Beach towels offered by front desk which would really nice. Mini fridge in the room worked well, kept our drinks cold, the A/C also worked incredibly well to keep our room nice and cool. The bed was comfortable, only had a top sheet on it but we were given a comforter and a few extra pillows when we asked the front desk. All around a wonderful stay at Imperla Hotel!

Nice hotel in the midst of "downtown" Isla Mujeres, just 2 blocks from the ferry and near lots of good restaurants, souvenir shopping and golf cart rentals. The room we stayed in was nice and clean on the second floor, with a small balcony for people watching. (There are steps to climb FYI.) Good hot shower water with decent pressure. Good AC. No coffee for the coffee machine so bring your own ground coffee or buy some in the convenience store just below the hotel. We also bought a jug of water there to fill water bottles and for the coffee. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable and the rooms are soundproof so night noise did not disturb us. Highly recommend!

Perfect location near bars and restaurants and only a few minutes from the beautiful Playa Norte. Walking distance to the ferry to Cancun. Decent size bedroom and bathroom, clean room and balcony overlooking the pedestrian area. Very friendly and helpful reception. Hotel is well situated next to restaurants and bars offering excellent food options. We will definitely be back in the future.

The hotel is beautiful, accessible and very clean. With lots of food options and everything was delicious. The spa is amazing! I highly recommend. Our butler Aaron was very attentive, helpful and communicative. He made our stay very comfortable. From 1 to 10 I give him 20 stars! Also, our server Isai from the adults infinity pool was awesome. He had our drinks flowing. Angel from the Mar buffet was also great. We loved our first visit to Majestic Elegance and hope to go back. Thank you to all staff for the wonderful experience.

Likes - Room We had an oceanfront, plunge pool room. It was fantastic. The view was great. The pool was so nice. Buffets in both Mar House and Flavors So good and the made to order omelettes and noodle/rice bar were so good. Such a great selection of all types of different foods Pools/pool bars Wonderful pools with great drinks Service The waiters and waitresses were willing and ready to give us anything we requested

This resort is gorgeous all around. We loved it. The only draw back from our perspective was that Majsetic books so many weddings. So many huge groups of people that take over sections of pools, beach etc. The pools are fantastic so it was easy to move to other pools to relax. We met a lot of fantastic people the whole week.

This is our new favorite resort! We had a rooftop plunge pool that was stunning and private for relaxing. The staff were all phenomenal, friendly, and the entire team wants you to be enjoying yourself. Food was the best we have had at an all inclusive! We will be back! We loved our butler, Tete! Bartenders were wonderful as well. We really loved Enrique, Martine at the adult pool bars. Alvero was amazing at the show bars and the craft cocktails at the main inside bar. Maid staff did wonderful and shows were fun!

Went with a group of girlfriends. Loved the beach- its waiter service while hanging there. Loved the cleanliness of the beach. We were always able to get chairs. We enjoyed the different dinner options and were able to eat somewhere different every night. I feel like property could play more beach time pool party music a bit louder and maybe allow it past 5. We felt the desire that we were supposed to leave pool at that time.

Location, Location, Location! The hotel is right on North Beach, one of the best beaches in the world. Just walk out and you are there. It is also just steps away from the myriad of restaurants and bars on Miguel Hidalgo. Beds were extremely comfortable. The suite was not available, but the standard room on the ground floor was just fine with easy access to the pool, pool bar, and beach.

It’s right on the beach, there are two pools if you like it. But the sea is so beautiful, clean and clear that you don’t even need the pool. The hotel is on the best beach on the island and it is on the end of the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants.

Great customer service! Pool was clean and warm! Loved that the beach was so close! Kids can go from the pool to the beach all day!!

We went on spring break and being able to walk out and never worry about chairs and umbrella was perfect! The pools were nice and the kids enjoyed going from the beach to the pools.

The beach is so beautiful. The pool is small but very nice and it was great to have a room with an exit to the garden and the pool.
