Thurs-sun couldn’t get pool chairs at either pool, pool service was barely existent, food orders took a long time and we couldn’t get any reservations at the restaurants This might have been an extra busy time as the Monday was a different experience and much calmer, friendlier and helpful.

Beautiful room and clean with amazing views of the pool. Choice of restaurants. The pools were really beautiful and was not too crowded

The property was excellent for families. Multiple restaurants, grab and go pantries, mini golf, spaces for kids to play, multiple pools. Two area with water slides, lazy river, and a toddler pool. Very close to Epcot and a shuttle to Disney.

Loved the pools also free shuttle to Disney. The shuttle runs at specific times we did use Uber quite a bit. Pools were clean and nice. The staff were also very helpful and nice.

The pool view, the pools, River Falls, High Velocity, the beauty of the lobby and throughout the hotel and conference center. Great place to stay.

Amazing hotel to experience WDW, as it is located very close to the attractions and is much cheaper than staying in property. The complimentary breakfast is good (but nothing stellar), staff is very friendly and helpful, and rooms are fairly large and well equiped for a budget hotel. The pool is nice and clean, great for winding down when you're too tired to go the attractions.

The bunk beds were a great choice for our family. Beds themselves were comfortable and the hotel was clean. Staff was excellent. Lots of decent breakfast options, my kids loved the Mickey Mouse waffles. Pool was clean we enjoyed our swimming time and the hot tub looked nice!

Loved the property the pool needed to be cleaned of the palm tree debris but other than tht it was a great stay. The breakfast and staff was amazing, enjoyed the chicken fingers and salad at the bistro bar . Wonderful stay will definitely be back !

The location to restaurants and variety of food, even open late night, the shuttle was awesome back & forth to the World Center for Chosen Con, and the friendly, helpful staff was a plus. I enjoyed the comfortable bed with all the nice pillows. Even my view to the pool was beautiful. I will definitely be back soon. I didn't go to any of the amusement parks, but they are very close to this hotel. So that's also an extra plus if you're coming with family or children to go to disney world.

The location is amazing, close to the parks, stores and restaurants. The main pool is also very nice and well maintained. They have a Starbucks inside the hotel which is a good alternative if you don't want to pay for the hotel breakfast. In general, the hotel was clean and staff was nice.

We had an exceptional 10 days stay at the hotel. The personnel went above and beyond our expectations! The hotel is clean, has a lot of amenities. The pool is great, clean and has a nice sundeck. We also used the gym which has nice equipment, the free towels were a great plus! The shuttle buses to the WDW resort and to Universal are really convenient, easy to get food delivered as well. The room was cleaned every day, the cleaning staff was really nice too! Honestly, I would come back again if there's a chance!

Once again 4S Orlando made our time memorable. Everything was great. The only area of improvement is the pool service. We had to look for attendants and request towels for the chairs, and also had to stay alert to catch an attendant to order from the bar. This happened at the lazy river, main pool and adult-only pool during our stay. In the past, attendants were proactive and anticipated our needs. On the positive side, kudos to the SPA team, we had a remarkable time during our sessions and the team supporting the FS app chat and Whatsapp, their prompt responses made our stay very smooth.

This hotel never disappoints! At a time when employees are hard to find, you never felt anything lacking in service or quality at this Four Seasons. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The food was amazing! Whether it be at Lickity Split for a quick bite, ordering poolside, or sitting in Cavello, you were in for a great meal. The pools and lazy river continue to bring us back time and time again. A “must stay” if you have the opportunity!

We had the most wonderful stay at The Four Seasons Orlando. It is a beautiful property and the only true five-star resort in the greater Disney World area. The rooms live up to Four Seasons standards, are luxurious and comfortable, and the attention to detail is on point. We particularly loved the fantastic and expansive pool area (s). Poolside food was great as well. Probably the easiest transportation to and from the parks as well. Thank you Four Seasons for a memorable stay.

Everything about our stay was top notch. The staff is so friendly and attentive and every interaction with them was pleasant and added so much value to our stay. Our room was lovely, clean, and the bed was so comfortable, I miss it! The dining experience at Ravello was fantastic, if you have kids, the character breakfast is a must, better than any other at Disney and the food was well prepared and of excellent quality. The pools are amazing and you really don’t need to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. A luxurious treat, we will be back!

Gorgeous property! Extremely well maintained and clean. The staff is outstanding and goes above and beyond. Restaurant on site Capa is incredible with the best views. Really appreciated the quick response to our travel needs with their black cars- huge perk. So nice to see the same employees time after time! Favorite part of my stay was the lazy river, slides, and adult pool. Fun, then relaxing - best of both worlds at one resort.

The negatives are small details, overall it is a very nice property.

The house was spacious, the backyard was private and the pool and hot tub were fantastic for young kids. There was even a bonus playroom with air hockey!

The location, family orientation and the property configuration allowed for privacy. The kitchen/dining area was super for family time. TV’s in each bedroom was great. Private pool was a big hit with all of us.

Loved having multi bathrooms since we are a large family and having a pool and private water park!!

Beautiful home, responsive owner, property safe and in good proximity to theme parks.

The resort is spotlessly clean, has magnificent gardens and is very central to parks, malls & access to motorways. The apartment was very large with two double bedrooms and 2 double beds plus bed sofa, plus 2 large bathrooms both with bath & shower. The staff are outstanding and was greeted by all including the gardener. Plenty of towels for both room and pool provided plus basic soap cleaning tea coffee facilities were also there. Lovely pools which included lifevests for kids. Great to use as a base or stay around the pool all day.

I stayed at various condos around this location and this was the best for Staff, cleanliness, size of the room and very quit. My Wife and I liked the screen in porch. The staff was very quick to respond to all our needs and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was very nice and the water heated perfectly particularly for February. The pool water was treated properly and the water did not burn my eyes when I open them. Well done.

We were 4 adults and 1 child and our stay was fabulous, the apartment was spotless clean and very spacious with plenty of room for all of us, very quiet for a peaceful rest and included all equipment we needed. A/C worked very well, no bugs inside and we enjoyed the resort facilities very much (free parking, pool, jacuzzi...). Location was great with supermarkets, outlets, Disney parks, etc all within 5-20min drive.

Excellent location. Close to the Disney Parks, shopping and groceries. The apartment was very clean and we had everything that we needed including filters for the coffee, salt & pepper, soap for the dishwasher. They came to clean it in the middle of our stay. The place is quiet, peaceful and we enjoyed the swimming pool, mini golf and park for our 4 year old daughter. We will return in the near future

Check in was quick. Diego at the desk was very friendly and informative. It was like a home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen was great. Multiple pools on the property was very nice and convenient. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept in when in a hotel setting. Very clean and spacious.

Great sizeable room on the 11th floor overlooking the pool and nightly fireworks display. Comfortable beds and great Smart TV for relaxing after a long day. The free 3 drinks and food for 2 hours each night was an added bonus. The pool area was great with a sizeable pool and free towels was welcomed. The daily free breakfast was very nice but the experience was a bit manic with so many people and children there, particularly after 9am. The on-site Pizza Hut option was a great . The staff, particularly the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Sean and Kevin.

Perfect walk to Disney springs. About 15 mins. Great food at breakfast, snack, and dinner. Free drinks! Loved the heated pool and clean hot tub. Pizza Hut available in the lobby was a must for late night. Pool bar friendly and broad! We plan to be back.

The food, pool, Disney transfer, free drink, and popcorn were all fantastic! The dining options were delicious and varied, the pool was clean and relaxing, the Disney transfer made our trip so convenient, and the popcorn was a delightful treat that added to the fun atmosphere.

Such a gem of a find! Will definitely stay again. Rooms were large and clean. Fireworks view from Epcot was awesome touch. And all of the food and drink amenities were so wonderful! The pool and pool service was also excellent. Staff was Disney friendly! So worth it.

We stayed here last January for our 50th Anniversary and were so inspired by our experience we booked another stay for my birthday weekend. The room has a sunken tub, stand-up shower, kitchen area, and washer & dryer. The resorts stunning pool, hot tub & tiki bar creates the prefect setting to unwind and relax. Families will appreciate the activities for children including a kiddie pool and playground area. This resort is in close proximity to parks, restaurants and shopping areas.

Great value for a 2br condo-type rental! Staff was lovely, some activities for the kids, good pool, a little poolside restaurant/bar the second half of the week, spacious rooms, nice kitchen with everything we needed. Screened in balcony nice for evenings!

It was in a good location and close to a few known restaurants near by. The pool was amazing and also had a movie night out at the pool which was Disney themed. They had daily games and crafts on the agenda. The rooms had been upgraded. Staff were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend. It is a 3 level condo and had no elevators

Absolutely loved this hotel, friendly staff, loved the clean, beautiful pool and close to lots of restaurants(we went to Cheesecake Factory and really enjoyed it). The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Everything was amazing. It was clean when we got there, quiet all night. The pool was always clean and warm. I couldn’t say more about how kind the staff was.

Location couldn't be better for Orlando attractions: 10-15 mins max to everything!

We liked the size of the suit. Very spacious and clean. Having the full kitchen and laundry machine in the room were excellent. We enjoyed the beachside relaxing area. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We appreciate the pools area were open until 11pm. We were able to use the area after returning back to the hotel late at evening.

It was so beautiful, lush tropical plants lining the pathways. Modern clean, the amenities were too notch. Two pools, mini golf, bbqs, tennis and pickleball courts- and ice cream poolside, what more could you want!!!

Our room was conveniently located by one of the pools. The daily activities make it a fun day at the resort if you need a rest day on your trip. The movie at the pool was awesome. Everyone was friendly.

Overall, the location was excellent—just a 10-minute drive to Disney. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was a great bonus for the kids, and being right next to Old Town Kissimmee made it even better since we could simply walk over for dinner and entertainment. We always enjoy our stays here and look forward to coming back again.

Check in was super easy, they gave us a free gift and upgraded our room to the newer ones by the pool. The room was very clean, the location was perfect, staff responded quickly to our requests and delivered anything we needed to the room. Absolutely wonderful stay and would do it again!

Awesome place to stay while on vacation especially with a family of 5 and it really does feel like home! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom accommodations with everything you could need to have a great vacation, including your own laundry! Loved our location in front of the pool G10. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool with the slides and the hot tub. Located close to Disney and the 192 which has many shops and restaurants. Very Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was comfortable compared to most others. Highly recommended and will stay here again! All staff were friendly and helpful.

Property closed to everything you would need from groceries to restaurants and Walmart, both pools very convenient to any place you might stay on the property they have movie night by the pool and fun yard games like chess, mini golf greens not huge though, volleyball and a playground .

Great location for an Orlando and theme park visit, near highway, restaurants and a Walmart. Spacious for a family of 5 (one child slept on couch bed). Kitchen has the basic tools for cooking. Two pools with life jackets for children of all sizes. No kiddie pool but there are water slides and an area for children to splash around. Tennis courts, miniature golf and other activities for children (did not use).

Staff was friendly but late night staff did seem to care to be at work or even care if someone came in to complain. Loved the pool was open late again but would still be nice if the back pool could also be open late for those who want to have a relaxing night swim.

Extremely clean, great pool and laundry! INCREDIBLE STAFF! Big shout out the most incredible staff member Precious! I had to quickly book after a negative experience at a unhygenic resort down the road and was calmly welcomed and reassured over the phone and during check in! Will only stay here during my trips ! I found several of the other hotels are dated and unfortunately not very clean. This was a welcome surprise to be so modern and clean all over!

I don't mind resort and parking fees for an actual.resort, but this is on par with a new Hampton Inn. $20 resort fee, $11 parking,$30 per day breakfast would all be acceptable if the pool/parking/breakfast was "resort level", but they are clearly not.

We were comfortable- it was clean - they accomodated our request for ground floor- pool was clean - price was excellant - had shuttles to the parks - would highly recommend!!!

My wife and I spent a week in January. Property is extremely well-maintained and has a great walking path around the big lake. It had two beautiful pools, but unfortunately it was cold and we did not go in. They do keep the pool and I was very warm temperature, so there were people in the pool though. We had a double unit and it was amazingly big and well decorated. Beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. Staff was very friendly in every area. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely everything! The pools were amazing! The adult pool was so beautiful, and peaceful. The landscaping was perfect and we loved the lake, and the live poolside music.

We were very happy with everything. Clean and everything was fairly up to date, kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Our room was much bigger than i expected. The pool area was nice and the perfect place to relax. They offered great food and drinks at the pool as well. Nice and close to the resort was a variety of awesome restaurants and a Target meaning we didn’t need to venture far. Parking was very easy and secure. Located in a clean safe area. To top it off we could see the fireworks at Disney! Highly recommend.

My grandchildren had a blast at the pool, and the children's activities—along with the poolside entertainment—were engaging, enjoyable, and so much fun. The hotel staff was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. It was a truly memorable stay!

The staff was fantastic- from bell service, to front desk, to grounds cleaners. I also appreciated the large layout of pool lounge areas and having a separate pool for adults. The balcony was larger than I expected and was fully furnished.

This is a lovely hotel on a beautiful, tropical property. The pools are so inviting but usually on the cold side. More seating area is needed around the pool. There were no chairs available by late morning. Great pools for kids and adults. The hotel bar is way too small needs to be 4 times bigger than it is. Hotels of this size typically have very large bars which are prime places to hang out yet this bar had so many people standing and overflowing the area. Location is convenient for any of the areas theme parks.

The pool area was amazing. Waterfalls, waterslides, several acres of pool. Even an outdoor movie at night over the pool.

I traveled with my son and two of his friends. They spent most of the time in the pool, going kayaking and exploring the hotel. Very nice hotel grounds and beautiful pool area. I rented a bike and did the bike trail. Wish they enforced people holding chairs better. Food by the pool was great and delivered fast. Highly recommend this hotel!

Property has nice rooms and pools!! But in comparison to all the guests that visit, it seems small! Pools get crowded. I had trouble finding an available lounge chair by the pool. Otherwise it is a beautiful place to stay.

They had multiple pools, a poolside movie, game room, pool tables, courts for pickleball, tennis and basketball. Multiple restaurants on site, a gift shop as well as a market for last minute conveniences as well as some delicious food choices. I felt the cost of our room was definitely affordable for all they had to offer. We stayed in a newly the imagined King suite in Tower II.We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful resort! It is updated, very clean, and has an amazing staff who go above and beyond to make your stay great. Several restaurants with good food and drinks. Parking is gated and even though you pay a fee it gives you peace of mind. Pool is great for the kids and relaxing at the same time. Get the cabana! They do a great job on service, you get a TV and fridge, and you can make a whole day of it at the pool and feel super relaxed.

So clean and fresh smelling. The staff were so nice no matter who you talked to. Dinner at The Venetian was spectacular. The room was so spacious and looked out over the pool which we were grateful for. Love the pool and especially the waterfall. Protected me from the burning rats of the sun.

Not at the Vistana but at the Fountains Resort, my husband had taken his shirt off and put it on a lounge chair at the pool. It was primarily children at the pool so we knew it was the pool attendants that had taken the shirt. We have been to FL many times, but noticed with the increase of immigrants that work at the resorts there have been a lot of theft. So, just to let you know, it happens no matter what resort you stay at in Orlando. Beware of thieves. They also work in groups and they watch you when you walk away and leave things unattended.

Come here every May for birthday and Mother’s Day. Been 6 years now. Great location to Disney springs and parks. Large 2 bedroom unit. Nice pools and snack bar. Plenty of chairs. You need to get down early if you want a cabana. First come first serve. Pool was a tad cloudy. Plenty of restaurants near by too.

If you want to relax on a well maintained property. Come here! Multiple swimming pools and hot tubs to keep you and your children happy. Especially the waterfall pool. Gorgeous plants and wonderful staff. My husband and I loved this resort so much we promised to come back yearly. This whole resort was spotless! Love, love, love this place.

We like the location a lot. It is right next to Old Town (bars, souvenir shops, rides) but it is still very quiet inside since the windows are facing the pool area and woods. Rooms are very spacious, great for a bigger family. The pool is open until 11 pm. Teresa at the front desk is very helpful and gave us some local recommendations.

I did like that the property had a very tropical feel! Was extremely close to old town the amusement park actually walking distance. And It was very safe. I did think the rooms were a little dated, but they were also tropical at the same point. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was outstanding. The pool hours were morning until 11 PM which was very nice. The pool area was extremely clean and kept.

The Suites or Resort NEVER disappoint! This is heaven on earth! Great accommodations....warm pool....kiddie pool and a hot tub! Friendly people and amazing staff all just a very short walk from Old Town.....shopping.....dining and great night life.

This hotel does not provide breakfast but does have a snack area with assorted snacks and a few frozen foods. My room had a kitchenette which was convenient. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. Gas stations close by as well if you are driving. Hotel provides a shuttle to Disney in the morning and return shuttle in afternoon and at night depending which park. Staff at front desk were very friendly. Weather was great. Hotel also has pool and bbq area.

This hotel was clean and had a nice pool it was close to the parks and many restaurants close by. It was so nice to walk win dixie to the grocery store and make meals in the kitchenette, the beds were nice and soft and the rooms were nice with no odors or signs of bugs! they even had a free laundry room which was great!

Activity staff was cheerful. Recommend this place for those that don't want to do disney and have no car. Plenty of things to do at this place.

STAY HERE! Just an absolutely beautiful resort with pools, slides, bars, restaurants, arcades, miniature golf, and activities throughout the week. Theme parks are a $10 uber ride away but you could just stay there and skip them to be honest. We had Walmart deliver groceries to our tower and had breakfast in our room daily along with park/pool snacks.

The villa we stayed in was amazing; very clean and spacious. We loved the pools and the lazy rivers. We loved the path around the resort that goes by all the different towers, pools, and outdoor activities. The ducks, fish, and turtles were awesome too.

The room was perfect and very comfortable. We loved it, the pools are great and we enjoyed the poolside food and drink delivery. The property was clean and felt secure.

We were on 9th floor, tower 5 facing pools. Exactly as pictured. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Bed was very comfortable! Everything on property is accessible with a wheelchair. We stayed on property and had a wonderful time. Pools close and everything quiets down 10pm to 8am fir a restful night.

The pools excellent with the slides,my son loved it same as me. The food and drinks by the pools really good as well.The room was very clean and quite at night,and it was nice too.It was my son's birthday and at last minute i had asked if i can order a cake and they helped me out and delivered a cake to my room and was a surprise for my kid which i really appreciate.The hotel is super beautiful .U dont have to leave the place for nothing.Variety of foods,nice sports bar (my son loved the pasta there).I went 3 times to the Hickory stake house rest!

It was very comfortable and there were 4 very nice pools to choose from. The room was big enough for all of us. Also, we were able to see Disney’s fireworks show from the front balcony. There was a very good musician at the Gardens pool. And Fernando, from Brazil, was so helpful in getting us pool towels when we were at the Dunes pool.

Exceeded my expectations. The resort is beautiful even better than the Expedia pictures. We stayed at the property for 11 nights. Pools were awesome. My kids spent hours in the sand pit next to the main pool. Activities were poolside and in the activity centre daily. I never ate at the restaurant. Staff was friendly room was very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and all our needs were dealt with immediately. I’ve been to Orlando six times and this place is comparable to the Sheridan vista villages. I would definitely return.

Conveniently located near Disney World. We had a two bedroom unit and it was perfect. There was plenty of space for 5 of us. The unit was nice, clean, and updated. We enjoyed the big pool too, there are several pools on property including two kiddie areas, the big pool with the cliff water fall was so fun to play in. There were also other activities on property to do like mini golf. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Second time we have stayed at mystic dunes. They were doing some maintenance to their pools so the pool hours were a little confusing, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the beds are comfortable. We would recommend.

It was perfect for my family! The pool was perfect and part of our building so it was easy to get ready and go to the pool.

The swan reserve is amazing! This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is great.. everyone is so helpful and nice. Very nice pool/bar/restaurant. Definitely a more adult hotel/pool but we traveled with kids 9 months to 10 years old and they all loved it.

Great hotel and walking distance to Disney Swan and Dolphin resorts where you can take the water taxi to Epcot and can walk to the Disney boardwalk area. Walkable to the grotto pool complex, which is large and beautiful and has poolside drink and food service. Also walkable to the small beach area and Swan Paddle boats and playground area for kids.

Went to the Pool bar and had lunch. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a pool bar. Olivia was my bartender and she is a beast! Super friendly and informative about the menu and other attractions nearby. Miguel was also very kind and helpful when I needed anything. Would recommend to all to stop in.

Arrived at 4 pm on a Friday and check in line was quite short. They upgraded us to an Epcot view room which was just lovely. The gym was well equipped with a nice view of the trees that surround the grotto pool just across the road at the Swan. My sister stayed at the Swan and the walk from our room to the grotto pool was much shorter than from her room. The ceilings were much higher in our room at the Reserve than at the Swan. And we appreciated the smaller size of the hotel- you cannot get lost, unlike the Swan and Dolphin.

The rooms are exceptionally modern and luxurious, earning a perfect 10/10. The pool is stunning, featuring unique tiling that sets it apart—definitely one of my favorite pools. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the Swan. Rooms and property were very nice. The pool is great and the poolside food was delicious. Love the location close to the boardwalk shops/dining too and the transportation to parks was so convenient. Would for sure stay here again.

The location was great - loved being able to walk or take the boat to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The pools were very nice, rooms were nice, staff was friendly and helpful, restaurants were good, coffee shop was super convenient, disney store/planning store was awesome. All around great experience!

We love to stay here! This trip the pool was being refurbished, but we had access to the pool next door and it was closer to our building. It was just as relaxing too! Everything is very clean, quiet and very safe! We love the steps that are taken to ensure our safety! It's also very close to everything we like to do and very easy to access. It is close to everything, but very quiet too!

My daughter and I spent a week here and had a wonderful time. The property was clean, the front desk was very helpful. The pool was being resurfaced and getting ready for summer during our stay but we had access to the property across the street. The pool was completed right before we left - due to open the following day - and it looked great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped, and the ac blew nice and cold (super important during those 95+ degree days). I would hghly recommend and plan on returning in the future

The room was spectacular (2 bed condo). Very large, well equipped, very comfortable, high quality furnishings, balcony, everything. Kitchen was beyond expectations. Beds were comfy. Huge bath, good shower. All in good condition. The pool at Cypress Pointe was cold, but the ones at the hotel next door, which is just a 5 minute walk were warm. The cafes/shops were well equipped and did decent food if a bit pricey. Plenty of loungers and tables by the pools. Would return.

Welcome packs for the kids, the roon was excellent clean and very spacious for the 4 of us. Received an welcome coctail/drink at the pool, very relaxing and quiet ambient even though hotel had some construction in the geoud floor. Would stay here again anytime when in Miami.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows are very comfy. Turn-down service everyday is a plus , it is nice to come back to a clean room after a long day outside. The pool access to the next hotel is good. DIY laundry is nice especially if you are staying more than a week. The ice machine on every floor is great during summer. CVS and 7/11 across the street.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Check in was rather difficult. There are two different areas to check in without clear direction when you enter, where to go. Very elegant lobby area. What I did not like is everything was so far away. Had to drive to the pool. The main pool was closed and was difficult to enter the other pool. The pool and pool bar closed at 5 pm on a Saturday. Was not sure why that happened. Seemed odd.

Everything about the property was honestly amazing. When we arrived at our villa, we were shocked at how spacious it was. Despite how big the resort actually was, it never felt overcrowded no matter where we were. The complimentary shuttle that picks you up and brings you around the resort was EXTREMELY helpful as most amenities were not walking distance from our villa. The restaurants on site were all delicious and we loved the lazy River and mini golf! We also loved the private pool that each community had (most days we had the whole pool to ourselves!) We will definitely be coming back!

The Resort was clean and the rooms were nice. The Pool bar was never open and the Water Park closed every day early. Very disappointing for my Grand children. No daily planned activities for children or pool side fun. Hats off to the security team who assisted me with a dead battery.

Great villas in close proximity to water park which is great for the kids, when we went it was a bit cooler and the water park and splash pad pools aren't heated so we weren't able to use those as much as we would've liked. A lot of other pool options available that were heated which helped! Drinks at the waterpark were quite $$$$$ but great resort for families, nice quiet rooms, also had parks for kids to play at. Close to disney attractions and easy to navigate.

Pool area and Lazy river was exceptional. Grounds kept great. Units are spacious and comfortable. Hard to get around in your vehicle, best to call the shuttle since the resort is huge. May be hard for people not in shape. You need to throw out your garbage in a dumpster that is a 8-9 minute walk or take your car. Parking lot by Lazy River is about a good walk unless you have a handicapped sticker. We stayed in the alphabet buildings (bldg K)

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and respectful. The location is convenient for anyone planning to visit the Walt Disney World parks. The hotel also offers a nice pool, an indoor bar with a pool table, and plenty of games for kids.

Very relaxing kids went to Disney and I relaxed by the pool. I would have liked to have a drink while at the pool but the bar does not open till 4p. If there was room service I did not know no menu in the room.

This hotel was close to Sea World and the Vineland outlets. Breakfast had lots of options and was very good. The pool was nice and clean and had lots of seating next to the pool. Would stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed this hotel. Everything was great, from the Jean at the front desk during check-in, the arcade, breakfast, pool and laundry facility. Only negative thing I would have to say, which is me nitpicking was the lack of sufficient towels by the pool. Other than that, this hotel was excellent.

I loved the subtle Disney theming throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Very sleek and modern with pops of color. We only stayed for 1-night after our long drive from NY before checking into our Disney resort the following day. I’d stay here again for longer stays in the Orlando area. Very spacious and close to lots of restaurants and shopping! My littles one loved the pool. Nice and warm in the evening!

This is a great location for families going to the Disney properties. The check in process is easy and Armando is an excellent host. The hotel is clean, free breakfast, nice pool, and the rooms are nice and roomy. The beds are comfortable and you have all the amenities including a mini fridge and microwave. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Let me mention the pool, we spent an entire day at the pool. One is a huge kidney shaped pool with restrooms and a restaurant right on site. The other pool opens at noon. It has a huge slide and a lazy river. It is a great place to stay. I would stay there again. Close to Disney, shopping, eateries, everything.

We spent the whole day at the pool. My daughter had so much fun on the slide, the lazy river and the pool. I enjoyed myself as well with a cocktail from the bar and a nice book. Time well spent! The room was big. We had everything that we needed. The hotel is close to many restaurants, shops and attractions.

I love staying here because we know it's going to be clean! The cleaners are the best, so make sure you tip! They even take down the shower curtains when someone checks out. The rooms are large too, which is nice when you're staying for an extended period of time. Staff was very friendly. The lazy river has new hours and is open longer! Downside was that the pool was cold, so we opted to go into the large pool.

Second time we have stayed here and will stay again when it gets warmer so we can use the pool and slide! The room was clean and nothing looked nasty or smelt nasty, beds had fresh sheets and extra pillows! Love the little store that is in the hotel, even though it is a little bit pricey... Has restaurant, pool side bar, little store with anything you could ever need! The staff has all been nice so far!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TownePlace! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and updated. The pool area was very nice, and we also enjoyed the little arcade and restaurant inside. Free breakfast was a nice added feature with a decent amount of options. They do offer Disney and universal park shuttles, but the times were very sporadic, so I wish there was a more convenient schedule for that, but overall very pleased with our visit and would stay here again!

It’s was nice clean safe location quiet and peaceful. The pool was so warm and beautiful and I love the customer service. I would definitely come back again for another trip. Breakfast was good me and family enjoyed it well.

Other then the price that went up more then said on the booking it was a really nice stay! The pool was fun and was the perfect temperature. The staff we nice and breakfast was delicious love that its an all you can eat at breakfast!

The property is beautiful and well maintained, breakfast had a good selection and the pool is amazing. While my room setup was perfect, the room looked like it hadn't been used for awhile or wasn't cleaned properly. The baseboards were dirty with accumulated dust and some of the lights didn't work. However, I would stay again.

Walkable to Disney Springs. Rooms are a great size and clean! Can see Epcot fireworks from balcony! Would stay here again especially bc you get magic hour promotion for Disney too!

Everything, it was an outstanding hotel. We used the pool and the poolside bar service which was fantastic. The pool was amazing for our son who could stand and walk around most of it because of the great lower depth. We had food at the Bluezoo which was great and the location was amazing!! You can get to everything, and the options of either walking or getting the boats were great. Just overall and outstanding visit, well done.

Pool was a little dirty but there were a ton of people so to be expected. Staff did work to clean it. Beds are not very comfortable, we had a king and both of our backs were hurting. Other family had same complaints. But that aside the food was great, the kids had a blast and the resort was very clean aside from the pool.

Love this is close to Disney springs and has multiple pools. Also the options for dining is a good variety. During our stay this hotel was very busy, multiple conferences and groups. The pool restaurant and attendant could not keep up with the crowds. So wait times for food and drinks was long and sometimes you didn’t get your order.

The location was absolutely amazing! It was an easy and safe walk to Disney Springs. We were able to walk through the neighboring Saratoga Springs resort too and enjoy the beautiful views of Disney Springs. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we spent a day at the pool with live music and delicious drinks! We plan on returning to The Hilton LBV in a few years- it was wonderful!

Cleaning team was excellent with trash/ towels changed 3 times a week and a full clean on a Thursday if staying longer than a week. Washing machine/ tumble dryer available 24 hours a day at a very reasonable cost.

Good location, rooms were spacious and clean. My kid loved the big pool and swimming. Pool was very clean and had pool toys to play with. I would come back again with the family.

This property was very close to Disney. There were two strip malls within walking distance. The rooms were very spacious and the full kitchen and bathrooms in each room were perfect. This is not a fancy place to stay but it was very clean and the staff members were very attentive. We had a few minor hiccups (missing a shower curtain, slow draining sink) and they were taken care of promptly. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We didn’t visit the parks so we often had the pool to ourselves during the day and it was always clean and well stocked with towels. Would stay there again.

Wow, what can I say? Excellent from the beginning to when we checked out. Breakfast was excellent, I especially liked the little egg quiches. Pool was clean and clear, cold, but it was still earlier in April, and hasn't had a chance to warm up yet. Restaurants and stores were in walking distance. Safe, peaceful, family friendly hotel that me and the family will definitely stay again in the future.

The room was clean and inviting. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good every day. The pool area is clean and clean towels are provided. It is not too far from the parks. There is a shuttle but we didn't use it.

Good location. Good price. No elevator. No room service. Our mini suite had 2 beds in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. When the sofa bed is pulled out there isn't room to walk to the kitchen area. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. The other beds are not the most comfortable either. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo but the steps to get into it have no rail and are step and slippery. The pool and hot tub were nice. The staff was very nice. There were 6 of us. They brought extra towels and toilet paper. The little fridge worked great.

We have stayed here a few times. It is a great value for the price. It is an older hotel so it’s not perfect but for about $100 per night it’s worth it. Free parking and breakfast. Quiet at night. Staff is friendly. Pool is small but it works for a quick dip or laying out to tan.

The two-bedroomed apartment had everything we needed and as a bonus the balcony had a view over the pool-area. Very quite at night although the pool was open until 11pm. The reception staff could have been a little more forthcoming although it was 11pm their time and 5am in our heads. To be told what block we are in is OK but after a long flight the mind is willing but the body is weak so a little more guidance would have been appreciated.

The room was very clean and I think had been modernised. We were by the pool ground floor. Loads of room and the location was close to Disney which was great. The grounds were kept really smart. Loads of room for parking. Our only issue was the windows were quite thin which wouldn’t be an issue normally but we were next to the pool and it was quite noisy on a night with kids until around 10pm. But yeah the rest of the resort wouldn’t have that issue. Overall 5 star!

The resort is located in a good area, 15 mins being the farthest location from any of the Disney parks. It's also in a good spot from other entertainment places. The pool is a good size, and the hours are long enough that there are times you could enjoy the pool area by yourself or group you are with. The staff was super friendly and made sure we were happy checking in throughout our stay.

This is our second visit to world quest, to be honest we were a little underwhelmed last time stayed. But due to the excellent rate we got for over the Christmas and new year period thought we would try staying again. And boy are we glad we did. Pool was easy accessible for my wife who is partial disabled our room was so close to the pool but noise was never an issue rooms were incredible good sizes an absolute bargain

The condo/apartment was huge. The beds were so comfy. The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool was soooo warm and hot tub really hot! Staff really couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly and helpful. 7 mins to Disney 11 mins to Walmart So many restaurants and shops close by walking and driving. Free safe parking All facilities on site free.

The setting is beautiful - on the edge of a lake (with boats to borrow), with a wonderful view. There was a pool, and jacuzzi that also overlooked the lake and were excellent. The apartments were very clean and excellently fitted out - with almost all you could need. They were quiet and cool in the hot weather too! We love the fact that the resort itself was quite small, and so felt personal and quiet. We were only 15 minutes drive from the Disney world, and there were shops and restaurants even closer!

We stayed for one night and it was the perfect place to stay after a day at the theme parks. The rooms were spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. Its in a great area with plenty of restaurants near by. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The concierge was really nice too. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area! 5 star experience

We chose to stay here for a second trip became our first visit was so great, we are glad we did! Everything is so clean, the rooms are great, the beds are comfy, the arcade is fun, the pool is awesome, the pool bar, the convenience area in lobby, this is the best hotel for us.

We loved the property. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Tiki Bar at the pool serves food and drink until 11pm and the bartender was great! It has a great pool and 2 jacuzzis.

We had a fantastic time here as a family of 6. Pool was fabulous. Pool staff great with the kids. Used the Applebee's a few times kids eat free was a great deal. We really liked the Saltgrass Steakhouse nearby too. Tiki bar was fun. Only used the shuttle bus once as the times weren't convenient for the evening shows. Thanks for a great time.

Perfect resort for a family trip. So close to all the attractions but plenty to do just on property. Had no idea before going that there was an Applebees attached and that all kids under 13 are free! Old town is a great area. Quiet and easy to get to. You dont have to deal with rt4 traffic on the way to and from parks. Hotel is clean and well kept. Pool area is wonderful and the best we have seen in all the low budget hotels we have been to over many years. AND they have the BEST pizza we have ever had at the pool bar. Its pricey but worth it. Breakfast area is well laid out and not crowed. Food is ok with all the basics. They even cook your Mickie waffles for you. We are up in that area once a month for 4 days and will definitely be back.

Varied breakfast that included eggs and meat. Breakfast room had plenty of tables and led out to the pool area if you wanted to eat outside. There were gluten free bagels in wrap. The waffles were made by staff and were always ready. The pool area was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. We received housekeeping service every day.

A very good free continental breakfast that was included in the price. The room was quiet, had a perfectly working A/C, the parkiing was free, using the pool was possible 24H and the pool bar was good enough. The surroundings were excellent and felt very safe.

We have stayed here for part of our holidays for 20 years. The location is great - opposite Old Town - and the hotel is bordering on luxurious. Very clean rooms, fully equipped and serviced. A very good choice for breakfast but not kept well topped up this time. Lovely pool area but sadly the pool is not now HEATED - a big no no for us.

My stay here was really good. The rooms were clean. The Disney shuttle was always on time. The pool was clean. The restaurant staff for breakfast was very friendly especially Mineta who took care of us during breakfast. She really made us feel welcome. It felt like a family member was looking after us. My kids absolutely adored her! All other staff at the restaurant were super friendly, always smiling!! The Location is great for all Disney Parks and it is a short walk from Disney Springs. Very good hotel for families with small children. My kids enjoyed the Pool area.

Great hotel with an awesome staff. The bar server Ashley at the pool was an absolute delight. I let her know I was a team member and she chatted with me for a few about what to expect. The burgers/fries and pizza was awesome from the outside restaurant. We had dinner at the inside restaurant on the first floor. It was superb as well. She made everyone feel special that was with us. It was 2 of the kids birthday. The kids had a blast and so did I. Lounging in the last river is a great pastime. The pool was very very clean. I am definitely going back. This place is a hidden gem. Very short walk to Disney Springs. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Victoria at Shades Pool bar / restaurant really made my wife's birthday very special day and gave the best customer service imaginable (request her if you come). The rooms are all very clean and the pool with the lazy river was a hit with my kids. Everything is stroller friendly which made bringing the baby very easy. I highly recommend this Hotel / Resort.

Location near Disney Springs was a big plus. The lazy river and pool area was also nice, with one exception. The restrooms and bar area are quite a distance from those lounging beside the lazy river pool area. I would suggest a mini bar area with restroom availability located in this area,

It was one of the cleanest most beautiful hotels. The pool and lazy river were perfect and the pool bar was fun.

My experience by the pool was amazing, and a huge part of that was thanks to [nathalie]. She has such a warm personality and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She always had a smile on her face, checked in at the perfect times without ever being overbearing, and made sure everything I needed was taken care of right away. You can really tell she cares about her guests and loves what she does. Her positive energy truly made my pool day unforgettable—she’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back just for the service. Thank you for making my stay so special!

Love this place. We go every year over the long Labor Day weekend and enjoy the nature walks, the golf, the ability to use both location pools and of course the lazy river. The hotel is wonderful, clean and the people are always so nice and friendly with service. If any draw backs, there are two. 1. Wish there were more places to eat on site. 2. Noticed this year behavior at the pool seemed to be on the bad side. People were hoarding the floaties and got a bit rowdy.

Stayed one night. Was a late checkin with no issues. Place looked good from what i seen at night and morning. Pools. Stores and restaurant. Buffet breakfast was good selection and taste. Friendly service at desk and buffet. Room was clean. Didn’t have time to walk the outside area so not sure what was around. Stayed the night and left for port canaveral the next morning. Wifi was free and worked pretty good too. Would return.

It was a very nice place to stay. Quick and easy check in and check out. The front check in staff we so nice. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, but cold. The hotel is in a great location, near a bunch of stores and restaurants, and close to all of the amusement parks. The only thing I found weird was the location of the fridge and coffee maker. It was next to the bathroom sink. The toilet and shower are separated but its still right off the bathroom. It is very unusual.

We arrived very late but was greeted by friendly staff. We received a room on the parking side which was away from the highway, but rooms are very quiet. Rooms are clean, nothing fancy but very comfortable and everything you need. Housekeeping keeps rooms clean everyday. Pools were nice. The value you get at this property cannot be beat! We had a great stay!

Really fun and enjoyable hotel. Both bars are fun and the pool area is fun as well. The only downside is you can hear interstate traffic while you’re trying to sleep. Awesome hotel but you’ll need some white noise to really sleep well.

This was a fantastic family hotel! We had a great 4 night stay, only thing missing was heated pool , the pool was freezing!!

The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day and as requested. The staff was awesome...very friendly. The breakfast selection was good too. Coffee was available 24 hrs. They do charge for daily parking though which we did not know ahead of time. The pool was nice but it's not heated so the water was cold in late April. Hot tub was great. Great location though and definitely felt safe which is important for my family.

The hotel was well placed for the parks and for shopping. The room was fine, a few little issues like lights not working. But in all perfectly fine for the cost. Main pool was lovely, if not very cold. Jacuzzi was really warm but needed a good clean. Breakfast was brilliant, eggs and a meat option like sausages. Fresh to cook waffles and a range of fruit options. Plenty of seating and never overly busy. In all a nice stay for a mid price suite.

What a fantastic trip to celebrate our son‘s graduation. The staff did an amazing job making us feel at home and providing special touches like a handwritten note. We enjoyed our meal at the rooftop restaurant and the DJ by the pool. All the top-notch amenities you would expect from a JW and fantastic view of the fireworks.

We rented a Cabana through resort pass and it was wonderful. The staff were extremely attentive, and the experience itself was exemplary. Anything we need, our sever Marssia was able to accommodate above and beyond. She was extremely helpful, so kind, gracious, and we would love to come back just for her service alone. The adult pool was calm and inviting, the staff for the cabana made us feel so at home, it was lovely. I would definitely return here at the JW.

Pool facilities and staff were also exceptional. Guest services was phenomenal and professional. Overall experience was fantastic.

But it is a non-smoking building so you cannot Smoke on the balconies or in the pool area so you have to go outside either in the parking lot or the back of the building. Lots of dining and shopping options as well as Fun Spot America is right across the street.

The hotel was huge we were on the 8th floor with an amazing view of the pool. The pool was nice and clean and they had good food. The bartender was great too. Great experience.

We had a wonderful stay from check in where everyone was so friendly and helpful, to being allowed to have a late checkout because I wasn't feeling so hot this morning. The pool was wonderful, the food and drinks were wonderful, the kids absolutely love the arcade. Breakfast was delicious and did not feel like your normal lacking hotel breakfast. So many options offered. Even photo ops throughout the hallway. The gift shop was perfect for both a Disney gift and an emergency trip for indigestion. Thank you guys for a wonderful weekend

This resort is in a great location. I wish there was some sort of supervision at the pool besides when it is time to close. It was overcrowded and not one employee was out there. There is one small bar by the pool that could have used extra employees at the peak times. The rooms could use some updating and the pool should be open a little later than 9. You are not allowed in the hot tub after the pool closes. This isn't the resort I remember years ago when I stayed here. It seems to have went a little downhill. Overall our stay was nice.

The place was clean, spacious, and quiet. It's conveniently located near Disney parks, Disney springs, restaurants, shopping etc. We liked that we were able to purchase Disney park tickets at a discounted rate. The Pool area was clean and there was more pool area for all to share and a hot tub. We didn't like that they allowed people to play music at the pool. The staff was friendly and they responded when we needed something. We would go back to this place. It's great for families or individuals. There are so many good things we could say about this place.

Overall, a good resort with a great pool and patio surrounding the pool . The cabana at the pool offers good food and drinks. Gym was also good for us.. Housekeeping were efficient in cleaning the unit and responded to any requests that we made.

It’s a beautiful property & close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is really nice with poolside bar. I love everything about this resort

The stay overall was good. My daughter loved the playground, bounce house, and pool and we had a fun time together. I do caution other travelers that this resort does not have an elevator so I don’t recommend rolling luggage. Also, we stayed in 226 pool view and it was cool for my daughter to open the curtain and see the pool and play area. But, the door to the hotel room isn’t flush with the door frame and it felt slightly unsafe and the room was hot during the day. I would definitely stay again because it was still a fun place to stay at with my daughter when we need to unplug and relax.

The pool and play area was wonderful. A swan broke in the pool area and the hotel replaced it the next day. I would have enjoyed the music at the pool but it was off this trip

I’m currently staying at Magic Resort and Kids Club Orlando and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff have been very friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with anything I need. The room is spacious, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a day out in Orlando. Even though it’s a family-friendly hotel, it’s also great for adults traveling without kids. The pool and common areas are beautiful and inviting. I’m really enjoying my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando.

Highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Orlando area.

From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. Desk clerk was helpful and efficient. Room was clean and bed comfy. Everything worked. Pool was nice, helps with having sat too much, driven a lot. Breakfast was great, selections helped me eat low carb. I stayed two days, and housekeeping was all I could ask. Letitia got a tip for that.....shoulda been more! The folks I encountered at breakfast, in the lobby, in the pool.....all were nice. No negative stuff late at night.Security officer on duty. I will return anytime I am traveling in this area.

The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the hot breakfast was very good with a good selection of foods. We did not use the pool during our stay but it was a nice sized pool and looked very clean. Staff were very friendly. And about 10-15 minutes drive from the Disney parks. Would definitely recommend.

At first glance I was worried given the age of the building, the broken roof line, and broken pool furniture Then, the hotel staff exceeded expectations. Staff could consistently be seen cleaning and wiping things down. Each morning we were seated to a fresh clean table for the continental breakfast (eggs and meat each day included). Every morning the pool area was cleaned by maintenance. Our room bathroom was cleaned and our bed was made each day like clockwork. Ample free parking. Easy “back road” to the parks. We will stay here again.

Location was excellent. Price was great, staff we so friendly and helpful. Room was very well equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, although the safe was ooo, and beds were so comfortable. Pool was so warm with towels provided. Access to the ice machine was a bonus and the breakfast was always well stocked with lots of choice. Very comfortable all round. I would advise getting to breakfast early as it did get busy but there was always somewhere to sit.

The room was large. And the beds are very comfortable. It was very clean, and we got room service ( the beds were done, and we got new towels). It was located relatively close to the Disney parks (approximately 10 minutes drive), and there were several restaurants at a walking distance. Facilities at the hotel were very nice. A large pool and a good-sized hot tube. We were allowed to use the pool area after check out. They also offer pool towels. Wifi had a good speed all around the hotel.

Super super close to Disney grounds and for a quarter of the price you can’t go wrong. On-site parking really convenient. Pool and hot pool both really nice ans clean and well maintained. Helpful and friendly staff if any issues. One thing it would benefit from was included breakfast at a cost instead of having to come down and reserve every morning

Good location walkable to Disney Springs Reasonably quiet. Decent pool, we were visiting at the end of January so the sun did not hit poolside too often. Breakfast had plenty of options. We had booked a king-size but they weren't able to offer this on arrival but after negotiating the front desk offered us free breakfast for the entire stay

Their dedication to guest satisfaction made me feel valued and appreciated. The room was fantastic, with a beautiful view and great amenities, including hot water and strong water pressure. Theres one small issue with the hot tub and pool next door at their sister property (the jets do not all work and the pool had lots of dirt in it) aside from this… I can’t wait to return, thanks to the exceptional care I received!

One bedroom suites only have 1 window and are very Dark and depressing if you’re not facing the pool. All 1 bedroom balconies are set back, so get very little light. We did ask to move and were moved to a pool facing room which was slightly better. Pool area lovely. Wouldn’t stay here again when there are so many other options in Orlando. Resort fee a bit of a ripoff but you don’t have a choice. Good location near shops and dining options.

Our stay here was enjoyable. The only thing is the pools need an upgrade along with the splash pad at Hilton cypress grand vacations . Other resort pools and onsite amenities are much more up to date . Basketball court was cool, and playground and a few other onsite games .

Wow!! Amazing experience! HUGE 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite at a great price. The ground were beautiful and the pools, hot tub, lounge chairs and mini golf were in immaculate condition. My kids loved the poolside Bingo and won candy during the games. There also was a movie rental at the front desk, daily activities and more. We all had a blast and loved our time at Hilton Vacation Club :)

The property is being updated so they were loud working on the building we stayed in no one told us that we got woken up to the construction. Bathroom sink was slow draining and hot water took a while to heat up. The grounds are pretty staff friendly pool and hot tub nice use of property across the street cool volcano in pool overall great experience, with minor issues

Asked for late checkout- got approved until 11:30, was locked out of my room at 10. After getting back in and getting another key so I could stay by the pool for a few hours until my flight - I was again locked out of the pool area at 11:30 even with the new card. Frustrated so I left.

Front desk person was very nice. The room was ground floor like I asked. The room was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The area was clean and in the middle of many places to eat but wasn’t crazy crowded. The pool was huge and that area was clean as well. The price we paid was unbelievable, I’ve not paid that for a hotel in many many years! Oh and there wasn’t a bunch of people just hanging out in the parking lot. It felt very safe. I also noticed they have a washer and dryer that you can use as well. Kinda cool

I was so impressed with the value of this hotel! It's easily the nicest and cleanest hotel I've stayed at for this price point. Everything looked very new and was in great condition. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub was so nice and such a great place to be while relaxing in-between going to the parks. The location is perfect, I really love being near Disney springs and all of the parks, I don't think you can beat this location, all of the amenities available, the price, and comfort of this hotel. I have found my new go-to for staying in Orlando!

Check in was super quick and front desk each time we spoke to them were welcoming and helpful. Balcony overlooking the pool. Comfortable beds. Fantastic swimming pool and chairs/beds under umbrellas for shade. Having a Starbucks on site and laundry.

Great hotel. Within walking distance of many restaurants. Lovely bar area and spacious pool area. We had the pool to ourselves on some days.

The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and the toiletries were better than expected (none of those tiny shampoo bottles here!). The black-out curtains were amazing, and the noise-level is non-existent. The TVs were big and easy to use, the mini fridge is a beverage fridge but with enough space to store leftovers. The 2 pools were great! Especially the main pool with the slide for the kids!!! This was the highlight of our stay.

It was a good -option- in a pinch. Very clean, very nice pool and area for toddlers.l with a slide and those waterfall thingies. No restaurant or pool side service or anything like that but very clean. Overall, a very good option when the other places that DO have the above mentioned extras are booked

The stay was okay, the kids loved the pool. The breakfast was always busy in the morning. And grown up guys were smoking and hanging by the pool.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Could use more silverware in the room. Rooms clean, dark, and quiet. Very spacious. Breakfast a little different every day, which is great! Pool was nice and clean. Hours were grsat to enjoy after a long day.

Super clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, and at breakfast time everyone was very attentive, greeting everyone with great joy. The pool and hot tub were delicious. One of the best stays, especially in front of the World's Food Truck.

The hotel was beautiful, great amenities, staff was always friendly, so much to do on site it was hard to leave. Pools, Waterpark, Dry Skating , Mini golf, Paddle Boats, Movie Theatre, Arcades, Gift Shops, Laundry Room ( Free * ) We will definitely be back.

Great place lots of fun sucks they didn't tell me we had to pay 25$ a day per person for water park but there's lots of free pools also

My only disappointment was, on a day that I decided to stay at the resort, to relax a little, and enjoy the facility, I wanted to shoot some pool, and to my surprise, no pool table at all. Very disappointed!...Please consider installing at least one or two pool tables, because I'm sure that there are others that would enjoy it too.

We loved this place! It was clean, inside and out. The grounds were kept beautiful. Always felt safe and comfortable. We were in building 3 which was ideal.... pools, hot tub, awesome picnic area with grills, shuffleboard, tables and a jungle gym all shaded by late afternoon. Our balcony did not face the pool but was over the parking lot facing a little fountain pond with a wooden bridge and gazebo. Perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun and sunset. We will definitely stay here again!

We had such an amazing time in our Vacation village. We booked 2 rooms. One of my husband and I, and the other to my two grown kids. The rooms were tied together with a hall outside. It was nice to leave our room doors open so we can still be together. It was so nice. We had a view of the pool. The pool was so clean and so big.

Property was beautiful, condo very clean, kitchen was stocked with cups, plates, silverware and cooking pots and pans, even had a roll of paper towels and soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. Only thing I would say “needs work” is the jet tube in the room. It was pretty out dated and jets could use a deep cleans. But we had no plans on using tube anyway. Overall we will definitely book the property again for another family vaca. We didn’t get a chance to visit all the pools but 7 pools is definitely a plus with the kids.

There were many pools to near all the buildings. The paltgroynd was near a pool towRds the front of the property and we stayed in the back, so we dis have to drive or walk over. The room was clean and very usable for a 3 days getaway with the family.

This trip was nice. Everything was clean. The check in process was easy and fast. Received room service. The breakfast was ok. Too many other places that we liked to eat at instead. The coffee was good along with the OJ. I loved the shower, it has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash if you forgot it. The room was very clean.

Our family of four had an amazing time staying at the Ette Hotel for two nights! This is a true 5 star hotel. Soon you walk in the lobby, you will be impressed by every detail surrounding you. The hotel is luxurious and comparable with the four seasons hotel on many aspects such as cleanliness, staff hospitality, etc. we had dinner, lunch and breakfast in the hotel and food is amazing! Bed is super comfortable. I love everyone there especially Emily who served us the food was so kind and cheerful and attending details! The location is so close to Disney and all shops and restaurants. I cannot wait to go back!

I absolutely loved this place! It is so clean, charming, & beautifully decorated. The set-up and design of the rooms was so thought out and not a single detail was missed. The room had amazing linens, high-end bathrobes, toiletries and slippers. I was offered turn down service with fresh water every night and my room was always nice and clean when I returned at the end of the day. I love that's it's family owned - the owners did such a great job at making me feel at home. The restaurant has incredible food and service was superb. My only complaint is that the drinks are overpriced and the continental breakfast should be free. I paid $25 for my daughter and all she had was a box of cereal and an apple. This hotel is every bit of it's 5-star rating.

Best hotel I’ve found in Orlando. Modern. Clean. Quiet. Cozy. Excellent service. And a Michelin star-rated chef in the restaurant to boot. All hotels in Orlando I’ve stayed at are tired and stale. Ette was such a breath of fresh air to feel like I was staying in a classy and metropolitan hotel that wasn’t 30 years past a renovation need (apologies for the sarcasm towards the Orlando hospitality industry but Orlando hotels writ large are way past due for a makeover). Thank you, Ette, for the delightful experience. I’ll look forward to visiting again.

We were so happy with our villa. It was updated and clean. the villa was perfect for our family to have 2 bedrooms and a kitchen as well as laundry. They also have a convenient shuttle to the marriot world center where you can use their amazing pool and shuttle service to the Disney parks. Front desk staff was friendly and super helpful. Only complaint was that housekeeping for a 5 night stay was not included.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartments in a great location. Spacious and well fitted, the apartment was just what we needed. Enclosed balcony with a view across the golf course was practical and pleasant. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus, as was the washing and drying machines. We didn’t go to the main Marriott resort, but the local facilities were well maintained. Nice to spend early evening in pool without any children. Resort conveniently 10 minutes from Disney parks and other local restaurants and shops.

Love the location and convenience to Starbucks, food, shopping. The pool with the slide is our favorite part and is what keeps us coming back. The pool is always clean and clear and refreshing! And the pool side service was stellar!

Check was amazing. I got in very late but they were very accommodating. The biggest downfall was the pool. I waited over an hour and never got a pool towel. There also was no seating at the pool. Get there early if you want a chair.

We loved this hotel, after getting there we decided to just stay at the hotel and relax because it was so nice. Staff always walking around the pool asking if you want drinks or anything. The only thing is the pool was freezing like not even refreshing just u comfortably cold nobody was swimming in it but there is a second smaller heated pool. Also the drinks and service there was a little expensive so if you stay at the hotel maybe get your own drinks in you room and snacks

I thoroughly enjoyed the view from our room on the fifth floor, which overlooked the pool area beautifully. The pool itself was a highlight—well-maintained and very inviting. The staff were attentive, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.

A friendly, clean hotel in a good location close to all the theme park action on Orlando. Nothing too special about it, but it is well run, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep in the huge bed. Parking is provided. Breakfast, which was not included, was fine and we found it a convenient place to stay. There is a pool and a bar but because we only stayed one night we didn’t get time to check them out. If you’re visiting the theme parks with a family and want good value then this would be a reasonable choice for you.

The good, the hotel is a great location. The staff were absolutely amazing, and very helpful. They have a pool with a slide, that my kids loved and a snack section in the lobby that was excellent. House keeping was amazing on had everyone restocked when we got back from the park. The only downside was this is an older hotel. It is clean but definitely a little less appealing to the eye and they said room service was available but it wasnt when we were there. I would stay again.

This hotel was what I expected for the price and based on expectations from previous reviews. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They always made us feel welcome. The breakfast was fantastic! The location if visiting Disney was also great! Walmart is with in walking distance across the street. The pool was not heated, the hot tub was nice and hot. The pool area was a great place to relax. The hotel it self shows its age and could use some updating. But overall we were very happy with our stay and would return for the very reasonable rate, wonderful staff and the great breakfast!

It was okay. Everything was okay except that the TVs channels were going out and in so signal was a bit bad. Water temperature was good. Pool was a bit cold but ok. Hot pool was great. Breakfast was good and delicious. Stuff was wonderful it helped me with a situation I had going on and very attentive . Location was an okay thibg.

For the price of the hotel granted that it was 30 minutes away from universal studios it was a place somewhere for us to sleep, the beds were good quality there was a mini fridge and microwave, The pool in the hot tub were very nice, the pool felt like it was heated the hot tub was great The staff was very nice. For an older hotel you can expect things to be worn down and out of date but for somewhere to crash that's not too far away from the parks that also offers free parking free breakfast it's exactly what we needed and worked out perfectly

This hotel is a great value. Breakfast was good. My room was clean and everything functioned properly. The gym and pool were great and they had a weight scale for competitors. All the equipment in the gym was great and functioned well. The parking and exterior area is clean and safe. This hotel is in very close proximity to great restaurants and bars.

Excellent Hotel, the staff very friendly, the guys at the front desk were extremely nice, the one in the morning shift and the one at night, hotel conditions were good, it was clean had breakfast included, the pool area nice and clean and it is close to Disney. Totally recommend.

The family enjoyed a staycation. The staff is friendly. I have two separate bookings but they manage to let us continue our stay in the same room. We don't have to check-in & out. The room (Wellness with Two Queen Beds) is nice, comfy, and clean. The kids love the playground, and the pool. The pizza restaurant is delicious too, for a good price!

It was awesome all the personal from checking in ,Room service,the fenomenal breakfast they had a lot off to choose from, the pool was a great experience never over crowded and free cabanas and plenty of them . My husband is doble amputee and we forgot to bring his shower chair and the provide us one. That was awesome in less then 10 min it was in our room. The Girls at bar where we ordered food the were friendly and very welcoming. We had a great time and we enjoyed every minute of it. Will come back for sure❤️

The playground is great, the room is nice and modern, a nice pool, a beautiful shower. The breakfast is normal, add ice cream for breakfast and the kids will be happy!
