The staff was super friendly and gave great service!! The room was clean and had a very nice and open design. Had a nice view of city hall and Dodger Stadium in the distance where I could see lights beaming from at night. The light controls were a little confusing to figure out but came in handy for when I wanted the room to be bright, dim, or dark for bedtime. Great hotel amenities like helpful valet parking and a rooftop infinity pool. Amazing experience overall! I would definitely go again!

Great location and Great Staff!!! I really enjoyed the rooftop pool deck. Everything was a class act from dropping off the car, check in, pool service, and the bar. Had a great time chatting with Miguel, Esteban, and Jason at the Bar. I will definitely be back.

I spent two days over the weekend in a cabana at the pool of the Conrad. Lauren and Raven’s attentiveness and anticipation of needs was immaculate. From spotting a need for a towel to bringing a fresh cup of ice once mine had melter, they were quick as a bunny. The grilled cheese was one of the best I’ve had and the fries were like McDonald’s but better. 10/10 would go back again for the experience the pool gives and the service that was provided.

We liked the interior design of the hotel (both of the common areas like the reception, restaurants, terrace, and bar, but also of the room), the attention to detail and friendliness of staff, the food (both breakfast and dinner), the heating outdoor pool, the turndown service.

The apartment had good facilities for leisure activities: a hot tub and a large swimming pool; gym and a pool table on the same floor. The roof had an amazing view and you could also have a barbecue there. The apartment had enough space and everything you need for life. We slept well, building was quiet. Parking was convenient, free and check-in was smooth.

Wonderful landlord, Ben is amazing, so helpful. We have stayed in there apartments he owned, they are all perfect. The pool on roof one is stunning and the view of LA downtown is amazing! The apartments are very clean and tidy. This is our second time staying with Ben’s property within half year. We will definitely come back!

The apartment and everything about it was excellent. Even tea and coffee and a few starter buts were available. The washing machine and dryer were very useful, and detergent was provided. The king bed was well comfy. The host communicated amazingly. The terrace and pool were lovely. The hotel and apartment were very secure.. Convenience store, starbucks and restaurants within 5 mins. Located approx $20 taxi from Hollywood Boulevard, $25 to Universal. We used Lyft taxi app which was very convenient and also did take away delivery..Thank you

Ben, the host, was prompt at responding, great with directions and very thorough in showing us all the amenities. The gym and pool access were awesome! Beautiful views from the high rise apartment, full kitchen to cook in was perfect (though, could use some additional baking dishes for the oven, there were only stove top pans, which I made work well enough). Bath tub was huge, great water pressure in the shower, and a super comfy (firm) bed.

The apartment was excellent. Very clean, spacious, and equipped with plenty of towels and kitchenware. In addition to the queen bed and flattening sofa, there was an inflatable air mattress in the closet. Views from the high floor we were on were great, made for a nice fireworks viewing on the 4th. The pool and lounge facilities on the lower floors were also very nice, bit of a luxury feel.

My second or third time staying here. Property is well located for the west side with great access to UCLA, Hollywood and Beverky Hills. In some areas it is showing its age. The pool area was still being renovated but the pool was accessable. The rooms are comfortable and the vibe is chill.

This was our favourite hotel of the trip. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Rodeo Drive. The suites are spacious and beautifully designed, and the bathrooms are exceptional. I loved the makeup mirror with lighting and the separate dressing area. We stayed here while getting married, and everything about the experience was exquisite. The staff treat you like royalty! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Housekeeping and turndown service were flawless. The rooftop pool and views at sunrise and sunset are spectacular.

Excellent hotel in quiet area. 10 minute walk to Rodeo Drive. Room was spacious and spotless. Pool area was so relaxing. Have been to Los Angeles more than 30 times, Will only stay at this hotel in the future!!

European style, sophisticated interiors. The art and finishes perfection. Staff always looking to make your stay exceptional and comfortable. The new pool is woderful. Bar/food area not open yet, but we enjoyed nonetheless. This is a very grown up hotel. Lovely and perfect locale in upscale Beverly Hills.

Believe all the great reviews! Very clean, spacious and comfortable! Lots of space to lay out our luggage. Love the microwave, the fridge, the iron and ironing board. Also got some pour over coffee filters from the friendly gentleman at front desk to use with the electric kettle. He even upgraded our room, that was nice! He had an adorable cat hanging out with him. Loved that there was a vending machine just in case you needed snacks or drinks. Also loved the secure gate that closed at night. Parking was awesome and convenient. The rooms seem to be well kept and possibly recently renovated. The interior was very modern. The bed was very comfortable! It had a desk and a separate table to eat at. My only regret was not staying longer. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The guy at the front desk was so nice! He said it was his first day and he was super accommodating and helpful and so friendly! Made small talk and was helpful in explaining the hotel and area. Motel is updated you can tell. May have been older before but is remodeled for sure now. Nice finishings and clean. No carpet, which to me every room should be that way! Flooring is the nastiest thing a room can have, so this helps. Beds seemed to be simple and clean. Room had a mini fridge and coffee maker which is nice too. Some don’t which is an odd surprise but is something I do find traveling. Bathroom was clean and updated as well. It’s honestly a nice modern, remodeled room, especially for its price. It’s kind of untelling when you pull in, but don’t let that turn you away. It’s a nice place. Also, they lock the gate at the entrance of the parking lot at night too. Which I think is a plus anywhere! Made me feel safe w my car and the stuff inside. But doesn’t really seem to look or feel unsafe anyways. Also noticed there is cameras outside all over so that’s a comfort too. Definitely think this is a nice little remodeled stay if you’re driving through or visiting maybe even. I’d stay again for sure

This property not only met but exceeded all of my expectations. We were very impressed by the owners and the way they are so involved with creating a beautiful, comfortable and affordable motel. Finding out that it was built by the family who still operates it and seeing the pride they take in it was wonderful. I will choose to stay here whenever possible. A few specifics: Bed and linens were SUPER comfy. Entire room was spotless! Furnishings and decor were modern and beautiful. Plenty of USB ports throughout the room Attractive lighting that was dimmable Property was secure and we felt totally safe. Quiet, (probably helped by the no children policy) I liked that we were offered tea and hot chocolate because we don't drink drink coffee. Gated private parking lot Rates were very reasonable Great location with easy access to good affordable restaurants, a Target and a Ralph's grocery store.

We were looking for a place in Glendale that had self-parking and this place has it’s parking lot behind a gate. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. No coffeemaker in the room but they offered pour over coffee pods and electric kettles. The mini fridges had freezers to refreeze our ice packs. There was an ice machine and laundry. Shower had 2 shower heads. Giant tv screen with lots of channels. Fancy fireplace. Comfortable bed, bedding and pillows.

Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Looks newly renovated. Good Italian restaurant about 350 feet away. Helpful, friendly staff. Microwave, refrigerator and kettle in room with paper and plastic cups. But you need to bring your own coffee and tea supplies.

The Metric was a fantastic stay! This was one of the cleanest hotels. We stayed here for a Dodger game and it was very close to the ballpark! A little over 1 mile. Their staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Check in and check out was very easy, most of the steps you confirm via the links they send you through text message. Not too hard to find and I really loved that the parking felt safe and secure, especially getting back in late night after the game. The room had a mini fridge but no microwave. The bed was a little too soft for my personal preference but still clean and comfortable. Very spacious bathroom/shower and the room was very modern and like new. We loved the coffee machine in the lobby. My 2 year old loved that it made hot chocolate and my husband and I loved that it made delicious espresso drinks. They have a very small ice machine but the staff was kind and understanding enough to let me fill up my small cooler for milk while we traveled. The morning pastries provided were very tasty, I just wish they had a bread alternative to choose from. There were muffins, sliced sweet loaves, and various croissants. I felt SO safe at this location which can be a little hard to find in some parts of DTLA. Luckily we had a room at the very end of the hall, my toddler is still learning how to control the volume of her voice. We would absolutely stay here again.

The clean fresh entrance set an amazing tone. The room was clean and comfortable especially the bed. The bed was probably the most comfy I have slept in a hotel in a long time. The coffee and breakfast was a very nice touch. I liked that the pastries came from a program that is helping people get a new start. Also, the coffee machine made a delicious vanilla latte, way better than standard hotel coffee. Also, perfect location for a walk to the Bellwether music venue, it was nice to have a secure lot to park in, too.

Modern, clean and convenient hotel. Staff and service are outstanding! The Front desk sorted out for me with a reservation glitch and helped with every other minor question or request. Room was quiet, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Nice amenities. Loved the baked goods for breakfast and all the coffee/espresso/chocolate/tea options.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Modern, very clean, nicely decorated and safe. We were always happy to enter the hotel again to smell the subtle scent everywhere in the building. Coffee, tea and water from 7am to 10pm, delicious breakfast from a local non-profit bakery. The owners were very friendly and always happy to help. The overall concept of this hotel is just perfect. A parking garage behind a gate, a lobby within the building (not on the ground level) and the obvious effort and love that went into it. If we decide to visit LA again, we will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was awesome. Clean and very modern! Lovely and helpful staff. Great breakfast of coffee and baked goods (which is actually supporting a good cause; very sweet). Good refreshment facilities. Room very clean and modern with consideration into what people like when staying in a hotel. Very secure check in and entry system. Quiet area. We would stay again.

This was a beautiful hotel located on the UCLA campus. My family and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the LA area. The college campus has beautiful buildings and manicured gardens for walking. We were there during winter break so it was pretty quiet and buildings were not open. When we checked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were provided with a list of restaurants in the area and a map of campus. The lobby has seating for relaxing. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the pillows were very small. Otherwise the room was comfortable and big enough for a family of 4. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant one night. Staff was friendly and polite. Food was delicious. We parked in the garage under the hotel. Price was about $40 per night and allowed in and out privileges.

Location in the middle of the UCLA campus was perfect for us. The campus is pretty and safe and the hotel is only a short walk to the restaurants in Westwood Village. Hotel itself is very pretty, modern, and clean. Beds were comfortable. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Plateia restaurant was excellent, definitely recommend trying it. The hotel is a "no tips" establishment, which was refreshing.

Location : Right at the front entrance of UCLA. Walking distance (10 min) to the main street, where the shops and restaurants are. The neighborhood feels safe and vibrant. Its proximity to The Getty Center (10 min drive) is an added bonus. Service : Staff are always helpful (no gratuity needed at the restaurant) Deco & Amenities : Very modern, clean and comes with everything you need. Breakfast : There is an a-la-carte restaurant on the 1st floor. Price is very reasonable and food is nice.

Actually, we would like to thank the staff and manager who helped us on a previous reservation on March 1st. We had to cancel last minute because my father suddenly became very sick and passed away. The manger messaged us to express sympathy and refunded our reservation cost. Obviously, we had no problem deciding where to stay this time. Luskin's location was excellent and location inside UCLA. I was also an easy walk out of campus to Westwood. They were able to accommodate us for early check-in. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and great free WIFI was available throughout the hotel. We had a great breakfast in their restaurant. We will be back.

The Luskin Hotel is amazing! It may be part of a conference centre but it was homely, friendly and classy. We loved our stay! The location right on UCLA is fantastic, morning walks around the campus were the perfect start to the day. Our room was great, big bathroom and super comfy beds and pillows. The restaurant downstairs was lovely for breakfast as was the bar for an early evening drink. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again when in LA.

Hotel and room was nice. 3 of us in one room which was large. Our room was looking out onto car park and you can hear the cars on the dual carriage way which was busy day and night, even with window shut. Had a pool and pool bar. Pool towels provided. Shuttle every hour to universal from hotel which is free. Breakfast available but as we were at universal for two days, we did not have breakfast. There is nothing around the hotel to walk too or see but very convenient for universal.

They played movies at the pool for the children, passed out pool noodles. First night there we sat by the pool, ate dinner and relaxed after our long drive in.

Family movie nights at the pool, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved the modern 70s decor! Beautiful lobby. Poolside bar food options were great. Shuttle to Universal was convenient. Car felt secure in the self park area. Walking distance to the Brady House!

This is an incredible hotel! The whole place just has an incredible vibe about it. The courtyard area is beautiful and not too crowded. The Front Yard restaurant was delicious and priced well. Our room was trendy and very clean. We loved the location as it was out of the main area but within a 10-15 drive to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. The pool looked great but we didnt swim. Theres also a really cool bar that opens up to the pool and the inside lobby.

Chris I where here for our nephews wedding, (Vineland) staff where all great, a lot to do in this area, Warner brother’s, universal studios (get the VIP pass with tour guide, private 6 hr tour of the area just to name a few. 5 day stay great. Back yard restaurant for breakfast and dinner very nice setting, pool bar and pool were nice

We only stayed for one night but it was a great experience. The staff were beyond accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Valet was quick, the rooms were sound proof because we didn’t hear anyone out in the hallways or out by the pool and our room window was right next to the pool and spa. I will definitely be back!

Everything was great! Staff very friendly. Located in a quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from universal studios. We arrived shortly before check in and our room wasn’t ready. Not a problem we just had cocktails in the bar while we waited. An hour later our room still wasn’t ready so we got upgraded to a pool view room with balcony. The balcony was amazing. Sat out there every morning.

Everything went great from the start of booking, it was easy and convenient! The hotel was super cute and clean. I could literally see my reflection in the floors they were so shiny and clean. All staff was so polite and helpful. The food and drinks were amazing. Room service was bomb! The pool and spa was amazing even though it rained I still used it. And last but not least the room was so beautifully decorated and clean. I took so many pics.

Location was good. Dinner was fantastic! Bar service was great. Pool area was very cute and clean. The coffee was tasty and they had easy grab and go breakfast items that was a nice touch. Valet parking was very convenient. Gym area had lots of equipment for the small space.

I love that it’s a smaller boutique hotel, offering lovely details like the breakfast on the go, the lively bar/bistro to gather for meetings and fun, the small but luxurious pool with hot tub, and the always friendly and helpful staff.

Loved the vibe! The Check-in was so easy and seamless, they took all of our bags up, room was awesome (amazing shower pressure!) so pretty & cute. The free breakfast was great, the server brought us mimosas on the house! And the pool servers were also excellent. Pool is beautiful and mellow, not club vibes which we appreciated! The house car offered us free rides within 2 miles, which was perfect for our dinner at Koi.

I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are large, the bathroom shower and tub are incredible, the private room patios are beautiful, the pool is definitely one of the larger roof top pools in LA, and the staff are extremely friendly and outgoing. I can’t wait to go back.

Perfect hotel for gateway vocation! Great location and close to everything we wanted to visit in LA. Very comfortable bed , nicely decorated big room, huge bathroom and amazing view from the balcony. The pool is big with wonderful city view! All staff are very friendly and helpful, concierge and front desk staff are always welcome and nice! We got an upgrade for our booking which was really surprising and amazing! Complimentary breakfast with different options was really good! Definitely will come back and stay again at this beautiful hotel. Highly recommend!!!

This hotel’s location is perfect, right by LA Live, the arena, and tons of great restaurants. I was there for a convention, and it was super easy to navigate around. The food was excellent, and the large area surrounding the bar made it a great spot to relax. The pool was very nice, though I do wish the pool bar had a bit quicker service. Overall, a great experience!

Room 1290 had a MASSIVE end of the floor double balcony. Loved the pool experience. VERY welcoming and Jesue took great care of us and the parade of cocktails and snacks we required. The tiled alcove was perfect shelter for us pasty canadians and provided a wonderful view of the hotel and pool. Cabanas look great but cost a LOT so if you can grab an alcove, do it.

Staff were fabulous, especially Alex (part of the reception team) and Leo (concierge team) they were so helpful and kind. Food was really lovely, portion sizes huge though! great choice of restaurants with outdoor seating too either on the Boulevard or by the pool. Room was very spacious and clean with all amenities you would expect of this class of hotel. Would highly recommend

There are few places in the world where I can relax as much as here. From the cleanliness to the friendliness of the staff, from the wonderful pool area to the magic of the fitness center, Beverly Wilshire is top rated for me. Try their breakfast, outside and facing rodeo drive, it’s the he best way to start your day. Apart from being unable to give me an earlier check-in (requested 3 months ago, and I asked for noon instead of 3 PM) our stay was memorable.

I love this hotel! I took a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and it was fabulous. Highly recommend to try the sunflower dessert and their affogato at their restaurant. Would definitely stay here again

The beds were really comfortable. I liked that the room that i got was on the same floor as the pool. The pool was great, there were lounge chairs and the water was nice and warm.

Friendly, warm and just lovely place to stay! We had a mini-vacation on a business trip and we loved the friendly front desk staff and quick check-in, heated pool, clean and spacious rooms. Everything was lovely.

Great for families on a budget with an average buffet. It was close to the outlet mall, which is the main reason why we stayed there. Lots of stores nearby (target, Walmart). We didn’t use the outdoor pool but it did look clean and well maintained. The wifi was strong. Parking was $12 daily.

Newish hotel. Everything is still fairly new. Modern design. Nice breakfast spread. Main courses change daily with the same staple, bread/bagel, oatmeal/cereal, juices/coffee/tea, banana/apple/orange. Grab some extra if you’d like snacks/drinks later Gym and pool are great additions if you just want to enjoy a slow day resting The only complaint would be the thermostat doesn’t seem to be strong. Temp is always 2 F lower than the setting

The rooms are very nice and well taken care of. They have a pool and fitness area that were pretty nice to use in my free-time. Breakfast also had a pretty decent selection of options and they have a bar that’s open at night. I didn’t get the chance to use the bar, but it seemed pretty popular.

We had a fantastic stay at a Kasa Sunset near. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with Hollywood's attractions within a short distance. The service was exceptional, with a convenient textable number for guest assistance. The staff was friendly, responsive, and ensured all our needs were met. Our room was clean and spacious, featuring a large closet, beautiful kitchen, comfortable living area, and a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable for a restful night's sleep. A standout feature was the lounge and luggage storage options. We could store our bags until 6pm after checkout and used the lounge to wait out unexpected rain in the afternoon. The hotel's double security measures provided peace of mind, including an outside gate and secure front door code. One suggestion would be to provide a water bottle or install a drink vending machine in the lounge due to the lack of nearby convenience stores. Overall, our experience was excellent. From the convenient location to the exceptional service and amenities, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hollywood.

I loved everything about this experience. The virtual check in and out is so much better than actual lobby because you dont have to worry about getting dressed haha you can just be comfy and do it all on your phone. Parking was easy to find and access and lots of space available to park so we parked close by the hallway entrance to the elevators which was good because we didn't have to walk a lot with out heavy luggage. They had trolly available by the elevators just in case which was thoughtful. Room was close which was awesome and door was easy to open and room was clean with complimentary water and snacks which was sweet. Modern cute little studio perfect for quiet and relaxation. loved the view. would be nice if windows were clean and slightly less tinted to see the view better but its okay. Very private, convenient, fun and cool experience. Love it a lot. Will book more for whenever I need to visit hollywood again.

I stayed at The Hotel during a recent trip to LA, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, just minutes from downtown and close to several major attractions like The Grove and LACMA, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great city view. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the front desk staff were always polite and helpful. I appreciated the little touches—like complimentary water bottles and fast check-in. especially at sunset. There’s also a small fitness center which was good enough for a basic workout. My only minor complaint was that parking was a bit expensive, which is typical for LA, but still worth noting. If you're looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in LA that balances value and style is a solid choice.

The hotel was very accommodating to our requests. We had a top floor room with amazing views. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed as well as being very clean. Parking was very convenient and was worth paying for due to road parking being very minimal. Also there was no actual staff members, customer service through text and email was exceptional. Thank you for our amazing stay, we will definitely be returning!

Super tiny room but a fun concept. The only bummer was that there is no pool. The morning breakfast and coffee were beautiful.

I tried another hotel but ended up coming back to this gem of a place. Wish there was a pool and a rooftop area, but other than that, everything is amazing. Felt like coming home when I walked into the room--Citizen M is my happy place.

To Start with i was MOST impressed with this hotel FRIENDLY, helpful & reassuring when our train was hours late. Easy to get to from Union Station. Lovely hotel over all. Room was CLEAN & spotless with a surprising number of neat touches for a physically small room. one could EASILY be comfortable for weeks there at need. the bed was amazing. thats the great stuff. I do have 2 suggestions. not everyone has good balance & i believe there SHOULD be a small grab bar inside the shower. i made do with using the h2o control bar but would have preferred a real grab bar. the bathroom was awesome in its MODERN clean lines too.. its Not the hotels fault i have vertigo & could not sleep next to window but there could have been an outlet for my hubby where the lamp was. you might want to add that. the bad. & it was VERY bad. asthma attack inducing bad. the entire hotel SMELLED STRONGLY of Perfumed products. the lady at the desk when i asked what the stench was said it was their "Signiture" scent. ugghh for a n ultra modern clean hotel - they somehow felt the need to drown the place in perfumed products. i had to sit up most of the night just to Breath. & this was AFTER i was forced to use my inhaler.. downstairs reeked of the smell as did the hallway. (we hoped it was the carpet- it wasnt) the the smell never went away in the room.-- I REALLY like the hotel but unless the stop the perfuming everything we CANNOT go back.. am very sad about that

I absolutely love CitizenM hotels, and this Los Angeles location has become my favorite! It’s much larger than the New York one and offers more amenities while still keeping the modern, stylish vibe CitizenM is known for. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—when I realized I forgot my charger cube for my speaker, they were kind enough to charge it for me at the front desk. That level of service really stood out. My room was spotless and super high-tech. I had the best sleep ever—the bed was so comfortable, and the blackout curtains were so good I didn’t want to get up! (Seriously, I need to know the brand of those curtains.) I also loved being able to control everything from the iPad—lighting (which changes colors!), TV, and room temperature. It was easy and fun to use. The hot breakfast was a great bonus, and the bar and lobby area were beautiful—perfect for relaxing or hanging out. We stayed at the DIAMOND BELL INN & SUITES in Bell for four nights and had a suite with Jacuzzi tub. The property was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and courteous. The area was also quiet and near many markets. Will be booking this property again.FREE wifi,FREE parking,FREE breakfast.

Diamond Bell was an awesome stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. A short drive or medium walk away are food and shops where you can pick up any necessities you need. Pros: Free Wifi, Free Parking, Free "Breakfast" (Coffee, Tea, and Pastries). Cons: No safe in the room

This is not a fancy place. It IS a great place. Seems like a safe area with nearby stores and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to park right outside the unit. The whole place is single-level, which is great when you have lots of stuff to tote! Everything worked. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

A lot of the reviews I read about this hotel prior to booking had complained about the run down state of the location it is in and also that there are a lot of Hispanics in this area. Well pretty much anywhere you go in the US you will fine a lot of Hispanics and as I am lucky to speak Spanish I don't have a problem (although the majority who are in the service industry speak English with no problem) and everyone that I have encountered on my holidays to America have been super friendly and helpful. I would agree that the area in general isn't the best to look at but it is very well placed to access the freeways and was close to Long Beach where I wanted to go. Loads of good restaurants and shops in the area and the man who checked me in was very helpful with advising me on the nearest chemist as I had hurt my wrist. I was travelling on my own and I didn't feel unsafe at any point. My room was fine, nice comfy bed, all important fridge & microwave and a decent bathroom. Parking was ok too. For the cost of the room I couldn't complain and I have stayed in much dearer hotels in "better" areas in LA and paid a lot more for a lot less. Would def stay here again.

The room was perfect for my family, as we loved staying there. After sightseeing the full day out, It was relaxing in the room. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot pool. Perfect. The morning breakfast was too good. The breakfast timing was 6 to 9, which is good if someone wakes up late. The staff would continously refill even at 9 AM, so that the late comers wont miss anything, which is remarkable.

It was nice, clean and the area felt safe. All of the employees that we encountered were friendly & helpful. Our rooms were very nice - loved the little kitchen area! We only stayed 1 night but wished we could have had a longer stay. Also my family enjoyed breakfast. It had so many more options than other places we have stayed. My son loved the pool most of all.

Newly built. Everything works. Pool is indoors but sunbathing is outdoors and works nicely. In spite of a standart american breakfast it is surprisingly delicious. Rooms were big clean and comfortable. 24 hr coffee. You can park underground and directly take the elevator to the room. Outside lounge area was pretty nice to hang out. But overall a very good experience

From the moment you step into this facility it has a fresh clean smell. It totally, totally surpassed my expectations in all aspects. Spacious clean rooms. Outstanding front desk customer service. Super easy check in-out. Will recommend to everyone to stay here. Clean pool and spa area.

It was so fun and excellent. My family had a good time. The dishes were not spotless we had to wash before use and we noticed there was hair in our sheets, but overall it was a great experience. The pool was heated and we were able to enjoy outside food and drinks in the patio with the fireplace on. And our guests loved it. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helped us when we needed it. Thank you
