I loved everything about the hotel, the central location was perfect. The hotel itself was stunning and the staff are really great. The rooms were great with really good blackout blinds and comfy beds and very quiet no noise from the street below. The pool and the rooftop is the real star. It was gorgeous up there. It’s like a small plunge pool and the sun lounges and bar area wrapped around the rooftop. It is just stunning. The breakfast on the 14th floor was beautiful. I would stay here again easily it was so wonderful.

Great hotel with a great location for exploring Madrid where a lot of interesting places and good restaurants are within walking distance. After a day with sightseeing, it is really nice to sit down and relax on the rooftop. The rooftop pool can hardly be called a pool because of its limited size, but the area is good anyway. Breakfast is nice with a fantastic view and also incl. a la carte options. Good service by the staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Dear Hotel Madrid. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a real highlight, and the rooftop pool was lovely, although quite small. The only downside was the external stairway access to the pool, as someone afraid of heights, I found it a bit uncomfortable. The lift only goes up to the bar level, so you need to take the stairs the rest of the way.

Absolutely perfect location, with a Metro station and bus stop just outside, gorgeous boutique hotel, with rooftop pool and bar. Rooms were spacious for a city and clean, free coffee and tea, and refillable water stations all over the hotel. I think the bar and restaurant are outsourced but the food in the restaurant was excellent and the bar has fabulous views over the city. The Staff at this hotel were outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely return

Great location, stylish rooms very friendly staff. Esther on reception was informative and very nice during check in and also checked me out. Maria at breakfast was also very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Roof bar, terrace, pool and restaurant all have wonderful views over and across Madrid.

The great room and the awesome rooftop with the pool. It was great having a person managing the pool to avoid people reserving transats without using them.

Great experience at the hotel. It’s in a very safe area of Madrid and felt comfortable walking around by myself. Very close to the metro station to get around and see all the sites. The rooftop pool and lounge are very nice as well. I was staying during a heat way so it happened to be very hot this particular weekend. Very close to some great restaurants and coffee shops. Very clean room and large bath towels in the room. Also the A/C works great as well.

We booked a room last minute and arrived with short notice, all the staff were extremely helpful and polite, we were gifted a free drink on the roof while we waited for the room to be prepared. Rooftop pool was great and the lifeguard working up there was very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, smelled great and was very modern and clean. Bed was the comfiest I experienced in all my travels throughout Spain.

The rooftop pool is small but the views are incredible. Hotel is conveniently located to the Parque Retiro and Metro stops. Breakfast isn’t impressive but the coffee is delicious. Lovely rooms and the neighborhood wasn’t loud or crowded which we appreciated.

Staff were excellent, so friendly. Our room was so quiet it was amazing. Breakfast was good with an extra small menu for fresh cooked food for even more choice. Pool was refreshing with great views from that height. Location for stuff to do in Madrid was spot on.

location was fantastic being next to Gran Via. the room was tidy and bathroom very good. view not great from the 6th floor but if you want a quiet room this works fine. gym was a temptingly good standard and air conditioned. staff were all very helpful. terrace was great although did not use the pool. breakfast was fine and again staff were pleasant and helpful.

Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Starting with the room it was spacious, had a super big bed, nice shower and bathroom and the room in the morning had no sun getting in. No noise from the street. Perfect location. Nice pool and nice sun deck.

The experience was overall very good. From the very beginning, personnel were very nice and professional, we checked in in no time, and we received all the necessary information about additional facilities and services. The room was spacey and clean, and the view from the window was great. We used the swimming pool area a lot. There were some beach loungers you could use (if it was not too crowded), and you could rent towels from the hotel. The water in the pool was rather cold, but in the heat of summer, it was perfect for cooling down (and the pool was never too crowded).

Great stay in Madrid. Nice big room, with comfy sofa bed for our son. Hotel is next to a metro station (circle loop line) so easy to get around Madrid. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool was a bit small and the water quite cold though If looking specifically for a hotel with a pool then you might be disappointed with the Claridge’s pool. Everything else was great…

Hotel was very modern, clean, lovely staff and wonderful pool terrace with a jacuzzi pool and welcome shade area. Sun loungers were really comfortable. Excellent, extensive and well equipped gym. Bathroom was spacious and modern. Good size fridge in the room which we used as a cooler for other drinks/snacks. Beds really comfy. Good sized TV which was particularly good for watching the Olympics.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Generally everything was very clean. The pool and sun terrace is also a really nice space, and we enjoyed relaxing there in the afternoon and cooling off in the pool before going out in the evening. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning and it was very nice (buffet style with lots of different options). The hotel is in walking distance of Parque de El Retiro, which we enjoyed a lot.

Center was walking distance and good metro connection. Rooftop pool is small but great to have, including the views and drinks there. Nice breakfast terrace outdoors! Staff was great to listen and take us serious, when we had to miss a pool opportunity, due to a private event there. They went above and beyond to make sure we have an enjoyable stay.

Staff was excellent. Room was smaller but on par for much of Europe/Nyc. Good value for price and very well located. New rooms/very clean and laid out in a way that made good use of limited space. Pool area was busy but always found space. Cons- no pool towels or shower rugs available one day. Floor to ceiling windows in room looked on courtyard so no privacy. Recommend for shorter stays-room could accommodate 2 carryon bags but a fitting a full size bag would have been tough.

Javier and Herbert where great with us!! My husband and I we enjoy the pool and all the great services that Akeah has for you. I regret all the time the pool was close. Very convenient location - Noviciado metro just across the road, walking distance to Puerto del Sol. Best pillows I have ever slept on - just the right size, shape and softness. There were hangers for coats. Friendly reception. When we arrived there was an issue with the curtain rail which had already been flagged by the cleaners, and someone came to fix it within minutes of us moving in. Nice restaurant and bar with outside terrace. Good range at buffet breakfast. Also rooftop pool though we did not get a chance to make use of it.

Rooms are a bit small, but they are really comfortable, clean and equipped with anything you need. Rich breakfast and amazing roof top pool. Perfect location, walking distance from the main attractions in Madrid. I have traveled for work, hence I was by myself, but this hotel is definitely child friendly and perfect for family stays.

This is our favorite hotel we stayed in Spain. We had a room overlooking the pool with doors/windows that opened out over the pool court yard. The room was so big, clean, comfortable. So quiet. The restaurant was yummy….we had breakfast and dinner once. It is close to the main attractions well within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby on the side streets. Of course the staff was exceptional professional welcoming. Stay here.

Truly wonderful hotel! Huge rooms that were always clean and luxe. The service was really great too. The pool area in the middle of summer was so great, we ordered drinks by the pool and relaxed after a big day of Madrid touring. We requested a late checkout to accomodate our afternoon flight out of Madrid and the hotel kindly gave us ample time. Thank you so much for having us!

Delightful stay in Madrid! Everything about this property was delightful! From the helpful, friendly, courteous doorman and front desk staff, to the spacious & beautifully decorated room and pool area. Communication prior to arrival & arranging transportation was seamless. We arrived around 9:30 am exhausted from our overnight flight & the staff greeted us by name & said “we’ve been awaiting your arrival!” Easy walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Everyone was friendly, helpful & spot on for dinner reservations. Would happily stay here again!

This was an amazing little hotel. Clean and quiet in a great location. Convenient to the train station for our day trip to Toledo. The pool area was a beautiful oasis in the heart of this bustling city. Rooms were great and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. We loved our stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was very spacious, modern, clean, stylish and in a perfect central location footsteps from Sol. Christian and Maria were very friendly , professional and helpful. It was also great to have a balcony overlooking the buzzing street below.

This apartment exceeded my expectations; updated/modern in a historic setting! Very family friendly, it was extremely clean, provided a full kitchen with all the amenities you would need, had a very comfortable bed, and clean towels provided daily. It was centrally located in Puerta del Sol, so you could walk to stores, restaurants and many historical sites. A few minutes walk to taxi, bus or train if you want to explore outside the area. There is a market and large department store adjacent to the building for all your needs. Christian was very friendly and helpful, providing us with anything we needed, including suggestions for things to do and see, directions to get there, places to eat, and more. I highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Madrid.

This property was above our expectations. The location is in the centre of Madrid and within walking distance to everything. Sol Metro station is just a 2 minute walk away. The accommodation is spotless clean, with very modern decor and very friendly and helpful staff with communication regarding our trip 2 days before our stay. Maria was very helpful answering any questions regarding the area and recommending good restaurants where to eat. Would 100% return to this accommodation.

Christian was right there to show us the apartment and also he gave us wonderful tipps for breakfast and shopping and restaurants. He was always available and extremely friendly. We just felt very cosy and welcome. Thank you for everything, dear Christian! The apartment is wonderful, beds are very comfortable - very nice duvets and pillows, great bedding, very clean, good WiFi, nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The location is great - everything is in walking distance.

Hotel - amazing! It's hard to believe this is the oldest hotel in Madrid. The renovations that were completed make the space feel modern but still pay tribute to the history. Rooms - amazing! Very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Location - amazing! Walking distance to many interesting neighborhoods, excellent restaurants and bars Staff - amazing! Incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. I would be remiss if I didn't specifically mention Alex at the bar. His cocktails are true works of art, and the conversations were even better. Thank you all for a truly wonderful stay. We have found a new home away from home when we travel to Madrid.

The hotel was amazing. The service was so kindly and friendly. The location is perfect, it’s so close to everything in Madrid. The food in the restaurant was so tasty and the bar is with an amazing atmosphere in the evening. Rooms are large and comfortable with a lot of space and very nice view from the terrace. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance from popular attractions and museums, restaurants and cafes, but at the same time on a quiet, calm street. The hotel has its own rich, interesting history and traditions. Service, staff and attitude to their visitors at the highest level. Comfortable clean room with everything you need. In the evening, you can enjoy wonderful live music in the hotel restaurant in a cozy atmosphere. I want to thank the hotel staff for helping to organize a surprise for my husband's birthday.

The staff and the services were exceptional, everyone from concierge to reception to room service. They were friendly and helpful. The concierge were with me on watsup all the time. Nuria and the other staff were amazing and so helpful. Oh and the welcome lemon cake was soooo delicious. Deff would go again

We stayed at the Artiem Madrid, a modern and quiet hotel located just outside the M30 ring road for a couple of days. Bus line 21, which runs frequently, takes you to the city centre in about 35 - 45 minutes. The staff gave us a very friendly welcome, and the elevator was fast and convenient. We had requested a room on an upper floor, and this wish was heeded. Our room was spacious, though the view was not particularly attractive. The beds were two single beds pushed together. The bathroom was quite large, a little improvement might be a grab bar in the shower, but basically everything worked perfectly: air conditioning, fridge, kettle, safe, TV including international channels and Wi-Fi. Breakfast was excellent, with hot dishes available on request. A special feature of this hotel is that in the breakfast area snacks and drinks are offered throughout the day and evening, most of which are included in the room rate (e.g. pudding, sandwiches, soft drinks, wine, coffee). We had a very pleasant stay at the Artiem Madrid and highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, located in a quiet area of ​​Madrid, peripheral but well connected to the centre. It offers many high-level services. Modern style that respects the environment and the well-being of customers, with well-kept and extremely welcoming spaces. Large and spotlessly clean rooms, equipped with many comforts and attention to the customer (the choice of not filling the minibar but of leaving free access 24/24 to the "green" restaurant area, with hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, salads, yogurt, desserts available to guests at all hours, is notable). Great attention to detail (pillow menu, sweets, kettle with infusions, notebooks-diaries, etc.). Large and very comfortable beds. Worthy of note (and praise) is the choice to allocate the total amount of a "solidarity" room to Caritas and other charitable non-profit organizations. The strong point of this magnificent hotel is the staff: very kind, very professional and very attentive.

Very cosy and clean hotel. With very welcoming staff at the reception. The bed is very comfortable and the room is nice and spacious. Coffee and tea in the room was great. Bathroom is clean and shower works perfectly. Air conditioning has a ajustable temperature and I could switch it off at night. Free drink and snack at the bar was a lovely surprise.

The breakfast is varied and delicious. The availability of free alcohol, different types of coffee, nuts, snacks, sandwiches, desserts, and mini pizzas 24/7 is amazing. All the staff are friendly and helpful. In particular, Eneida from the hotel staff made the stay unforgettable with her warm smile, kindness, and sweetness. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Having a gym in the hotel is also a great option. The availability of protein powder at breakfast for those who work out is a very thoughtful touch. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport. While it's a bit far from the city center on foot, it's easily accessible by metro. I'm certain I will choose ARTIEM Hotel again on my next trip. I loved it. Highly recommended to everyone.

There were so many great touches to the hotel that I thought made the stay fantastic. They have a 24 hour gym with circuit training routines available for you to make your own workout. There was also a ‘gym in a bag’ option where you could do your own workout in your room! The breakfast was great, really fresh and lots of variety! All of the hot food was made to order so really fresh and tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable with little touches such as the pillow menu, box of sweets and a glass water bottle where you could refill for free downstairs. I loved the sustainability push at the hotel with a focus on reusing and not wasting water! There was a great free snack area with refrigerated drinks and food, as well as a free coffee machine and water dispenser. This will be my new go to in Madrid!

Room - absolutely lovely, high end finishes, excellent shower, special touches like wine glasses, we had a roof terrace with pool towels provided. Very quiet too. Bed very comfortable, great air con. Location - absolutely couldn't have been better, in the centre but on a slightly quieter spot. 1 min from Puerta del Sol. Breakfast - delicious. So much choice and the staff are phenomenal. Modern, luxurious and very cozy hotel amazingly located for anyone visiting Madrid, especially for the first time. Walking distance to shops, Km Zero, restaurants and Retiro Park as well as Prado and Reina Sofia Museums, Puerta Alcala. The staff is super friendly and very professional. Always ready to assist and give suggestions/recommendations. Housekeeping is impeccable and flexible with your needs. We stayed in the Penthouse suite with jacuzzi and enjoyed every moment in a high quality building with excellent amenities. Best breakfast buffet ever!! There is a great restaurant inside the hotel if you don’t feel like going out. Super clean with a nice calm classy atmosphere. You can’t go wrong. I will always stay here when in Madrid. Highly recommended!!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel – everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, and the location was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere made me feel truly relaxed and pampered. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Regina was exceptional in every possible way!. Great and safe location. Walkable to any point of interest in Madrid. It's located next to a metro station and buses pass nearby. Room are very spacious with comfortable beads, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet served is awesome. Staff members are marvelous, very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

We travel a lot in the US and Europe, and Hotel Regina is now in the top ten of our all-time favorite hotels. We had a splendid stay in this superb property in the city center of Madrid. The location is fabulous, our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast outstanding, but the staff of this modern and fresh hotel deserve the most praise. From the fabulous front desk staff to housekeeping, to the bar and breakfast room personnel, everyone made us feel so very welcome. They recognized us as their guests within a day, and seemed truly eager to help us with a smile. Fabulous bonus: private roof top garden where we brought our drinks from the bar for a special happy hour.

Great location! Walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Only downside was the small, very crowded pool and a tiny gym.

We didn't do breakfast. We loved the location because we could walk to the main sites we wanted to see, i.e., El Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen-Bornemizsa, the botanical garden. On a quiet street that invited walking throughout the old neighborhood. Loved that the hotel is located by two restaurants we enjoyed, so no complicated searching for dinner. Everything about the room was comfortable. Spacious, good lighting (so many hotels have given up on reading lights) and water and coffee in the room. (We're Americans who wake up to big mugs of coffee, which meant that I had to ask for 3 time more coffee capsules than the usual 2 the housekeeper left for each of us.) Luxurious without being fussy or stuffy. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location for getting around the City easily & there was had a good choice of bars/ restaurants all close by so no big walks when going out in the evening, couldn’t fault the hotel or the staff, both excellent. Our room was spacey/the bed was more than comfy enough for us & along with the bath/shower in the bathroom there was the added bonus of a big separate walk in rain shower which was great. Breakfast was nice with a decent range to suit all, the bar had a good choice of drinks & was a welcoming site after a long day out exploring, they also put a on few afternoon snacks tea/coffee in the afternoon which was ok.

Catalonia Las Cortes is a perfect hotel in Madrid. I've just returned from 2 nights stay at this beautiful hotel. I was upgraded to the Imperial Suite which was amazing in size as well as beautiful periodical furniture and modern fixtures. The room is spotless clean, the staff is very kind, location is perfect with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and walking distant to most of the city's attractions. What more one can ask when visiting a city. It was my second stay at this hotel and I'll definitely return when visiting Madrid again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. I liked everything about this hotel. The location cannot be beaten, it’s a 15 minute stroll from Plaza Mayor and you pass many great restaurants on the way. There are great restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel! It is an easy stroll to Del Prado museum and to the metro if you want to go further afield. The rooms are spacious and quiet, well maintained and the bathroom was equally good with a large walk-in shower All of the staff are friendly and courteous and breakfast is very good. All in all a fabulous stay. Highly recommended.

Fabulous room, beautifully decorated and furnished and well equipped. Very quiet, slept very well in an extremely comfortable bed. Great position for getting around Madrid and near 3 metro stations. Staff very friendly and helpful, bar and restaurant food excellent. Really great breakfast offering set us up well for a day of sightseeing. Complimentary chauffeured minivan to take us to where we wanted to go (airport and station excluded) was useful at start of each day. Nice rooftop bar, pool small but refreshing.

This is an exceptional Hotel. The service was impeccable! The restaurant was excellent, with a great quality menu and variety. The pool and rooftop bar were perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The location is walkable to most key attractions, shopping and the food district. Everyone, from the front desk to wait staff and hotel services, made you feel welcome.

Pros: - Good size modern rooms with wooden floor and views over Plaza de España - Walking distance to all major attractions and 5 metro stops from the Bernabéu stadium (metro stop nearby) - Rich breakfast budget - 24hr decent Gym - Swimming pool - Great rooftop bar (Gingko bar) overlooking the city - family friendly Cons: - Busy area - Need a dedicated drop off/pick up taxi point - Bathtub and open rain shower next to each other does not give a luxury feel All in all definitely a hotel to recommend to all.

I had an amazing stay at VP Plaza España Design. The pool and gym are both fantastic: modern, spotless, and perfect for a relaxing or active break. The service was impeccable, with staff who were always helpful and professional, and the rooms were spacious, stylish, and perfectly maintained. Everything about this hotel feels high-end and thoughtfully designed. I can’t wait to come back, highly recommended!

I stayed at VP Plaza España Design last week and loved everything about it. Perfect location in the heart of Madrid, a spacious and quiet room, and an incredibly comfortable bed. The staff were warm and professional, and the breakfast was excellent. The rooftop pool with its stunning city view was the highlight — can’t wait to come back!

Check-in was super quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We even got an early check-in without any issues. Very helpful and kind staff, especially Pablo! Very clean room, cleaned daily. Perfect location right at Plaza España and Gran Vía. Shops, bars, clubs and restaurants all super close. Had a gym, pool and spa, even though we didn’t use them. Price was great (probably because it was off-season). Worth it.

Amazing location - 5minute walk to the palace. The hotel has parking which is a massive advantage! Easy to park too! The staff were amazing. Very helpful and polite. Beautiful room on the 16th floor. Amazing views. Restaurant and pool were great too. So pleased we stayed here for our 2 day trip to Madrid.

Alba was my second Room Mate hotel and a really good experience. Location — very central, just 5 mins from Sol and Calle Mayor, and 10-15 mins from the palace and Atocha–Almudena rail station lots of small bars, cafes, restaurants and shops very nearby. Rooms — we stayed in a ‘penthouse’ room, essentially an attic room on floor 7 at the front of the building. Good size, very quiet internally though a bit of street noise if you want to have the window open. Very comfortable beds, smart bathroom, good facilities. Impeccably clean. Hotel — very smart, clean, fresh, nicely decorated with a lovely quiet bar in the evenings. Good small gym in the basement (one request — the heaviest free weights are only 8kg — need up to 20kg ideally, please!) Breakfast — a very wide range of help-yourself food and drink, very tasty and available 7 to midday. Staff — super-friendly, helpful, smiley, always happy to help. Overall — couldn’t fault anything

This is a beautiful, luxurious hotel in the old town, near the Plaza Mayor. All the amenities (including tons of electrical outlets!) were exceptional. Our room had a sweet Juliet balcony overlooking the street — which was romantic, and not as noisy as you might expect, given the touristy location. The attached bar/restaurant is cozy (if the Sangria is a bit expensive) and we highly recommend the morning breakfast buffet. It was the largest we’ve seen in Europe, perfect for Americans used to a big breakfast!

The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major attractions, great restaurants, and vibrant neighborhoods like La Latina and Huertas. It’s also close to Brown Bear Bakery and Ambu Coffee. For the price which was very reasonable- just book here - you won’t be sorry!!

The super staff were always friendly and helpful, the decor is fun and interesting, the breakfast is full of homemade treats, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the location is central, all of it is just perfect. In fairness, we stayed at two exceptionally elegant five star hotels in Seville and Granada before we got to Madrid, so this place inevitably felt like a step down from those places and yet was more expensive (because of being in a big city), so that colored our perception. The room was quite comfortable - great bed and a nice bathroom, etc. I will note that the lightbulbs are incredibly dim in the bathroom - a pet peeve of mine - it would be so easy to make them brighter!! We had breakfast included - the server was very friendly and accommodating. The food wasn't anything to rave over and obviously sticks to a tight budget for ingredients, but it was decent enough and the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating of our gluten free diet. We had an early morning departure and they packed up as gluten free "picnic" breakfast for us to take to the airport which was much appreciated. There were a LOT of other Americans staying at the hotel - I think the Tripadvisor formula steers people this way.... It was not my favorite neighborhood in Madrid, but it was convenient....

We were messaged in advance by the hotel with how to get there which was very handy. The hotel itself is in Central location. Bars and restaurants near by. We were greeted by a friendly man on reception at check in who showed us to our room. We had free tea and coffee and free champagne ( Ching Ching) and chocolates . The room was very clean and very well designed for a small room ( that you would expect in central Madrid) and amazing Artwork throughout the building. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We would stay again definitely.

Perfect central location for a couple of days exploring Madrid. Clean, friendly staff and comfortable, quiet room. Some night sensor lighting that work on the stairs would be my only suggestion.

Our room was clean, well-decorated, comfortable, with lots of natural light, and well-stocked with coffee and tea. The receptionist sent us very clear and detailed instructions on how to find and access the hostel (it was easy). The receptionist was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Although the walls are a bit thin, we found it overall very quiet at night. We had requested an interior room, and had gotten one. Nice! Great location for seeing the center of Madrid. Reasonably priced. We would stay here again.

The place is simple but very clean and comfortable. Modern decoration. Amazing location. Good hot shower with great water pressure. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They even give free bottle of water per person every day. Value for money!!

This lovely hotel is located in a really excellent location in the heart of this lively city, with short walks to a number if subways and again short walk from the famous Plaza mayor. The hotel is in the fourth floor, with both stair and lift access. I had booked a single room and was pleased to find the bed was in fact a large single bed. The room was clean and well stocked with tea and coffee, along with complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. It also had a safe if needed. The room had a small ensuite and a balcony to look out over the street. Brenda on reception was very professional, extremely helpful and was a great ambassador for this nice hotel, she couldn't do enough to help me. All in all I would thoroughly recommend.

I had a very nice experience staying at INNSIDE by Meliá Madrid Valdebebas. The pool, solarium, and view were fantastic, although the pool is not heated. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, has many surrounding supermarkets, and offers excellent restaurants where we enjoyed some really nice dinners. Free airport shuttle service.

All round an excellent property. Very close to the airport but at the same time the hotel is in a pleasant neighbourhood with several restaurants which gives the place a much better vibe than typical airport hotels. great rooftop bar and pool. Nice touches like free coffee in the lobby. and free use of minibar. Shuttle service to/from the airport was very reliable. I had a whisky on the rooftop bar, this was very reasonably priced at 7EUR for a double whisky. Breakfast very good.

It is just simply the perfect airport hotel. It bridges all the usual amenities you want (shuttle, clean bright rooms, good food options) with a bright, fresh, and Madrid feel. The swimming pool, sun deck, rooftop bar, and restaurant are all really really nice. The style in the rooms is really modern and stands out, both for affordability and ease. As a solo traveller it’s great.

The decor/stylish and friendly helpful staff. Food excellent and rooftop pool and bar great relax space. Our last night we upgraded to unit with deck and absolutely blown away Huge beautiful design perfect way to end our camino jouney. I will be back Highly recommend..

The Artrip is a nice simpler option for those not needing lots of hotel amenities (gym, bar/restaurant, pool, etc.). The location is a couple blocks from a Metro stop, which is the best way to get around Madrid, and has many choices around it for a morning cafe/snack or other eating/drinking needs. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet with the windows and shuttler closed at night, as it's on a busy street which is loud with them open. We enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying again if we returned to Madrid.

We had a beautiful, comfortable, and quiet room w balcony overlooking the street (bed was super!). All the hotel personnel were friendly and helpful, and the reception folks and owner gave us great recommendations for restaurants in easy walking distance. The breakfast included a wide variety of high quality choices and the coffee machine is available at all hours. This is a family owned business and one of the owners introduced himself and we had a fun conversation about the history of the building and the neighborhood. We would love to stay here again!

For a two star hotel, this gem of a place offers a phenomenal service to its guests. The staff are just fabulous, and such an asset to the business. Javier, in particular, is a happy, friendly young man who goes to great lengths to provide as much information as possible to every guest. The map with directions to places to visit, plus the additional booklet from the owners, is just a brilliant idea. Housekeeping was exceptional, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. My room was a good size, with a small (useable) balcony to the front of the hotel and was very comfortable. I liked the separate shower, toilet combo...a very clever use of space. Tea and fresh water available in the room, with more water, coffee, tea, biscuits and wine downstairs in the small lounge area. Loved the local art on display (and for sale), such a wonderful way to support local talent. Great location, with plenty of amenities close by.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was very spacious - very clean, comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The air conditioning (much needed) was super efficient and quiet. The staff were lovely - spoke very good English and were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is a 2 star rating but feels much more than that. Little extra touches of coffee available in the small dining area and a welcome glass or fizz were really appreciated. We also liked that you could only enter the hotel main door with your own room key which gave added security. A great stay!

Great location, friendly staff, quality breakfast and free coffee service, spacious & clean room, comfortable beds, etc. Everything was perfect!!! Would come back to Artrip if I visit Madrid again. Only thing, Wifi connection was unstable from the second day. However, I did not have time to check with the staff. Maybe issues with my devices?
