Our suite was very nice and comfortable for the price. It was very spacious, clean and complete. It had a full kitchen, dining table, a desk, a bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub. The WiFi was also very decent. It even included a Coffee-break with a small breakfast in the morning for no additional cost.

The best part of my stay was the staff who was so helpful and amazing; from the front desk gentleman always going above and beyond to be helpful and informative, to the cleaning/wait staff and the kind security guard who stood out with me every morning to wait for my Uber. The rooms/apartments are clean, comfy, spacious and accommodating. I was able to cook for myself most of my stay, in the fully equipped kitchen. I felt at home.

The staff was friendly, the suites were amazing, spacious and clean! The beds with four pillows, each were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were huge. The rooftop terrace was beautiful.

The flats are huge, plenty of space to hang out. Everything spotless and clean, even the elevator was scrubbed with soap all walls and floors twice a day. There is a small but nice gym. breakfast was a it minimal but okay, there are cereals and fresh fruit, great honey and yoghurt which was good. Roof terrace is nice to hang out on. Welcome on desk very nice. very comfortable beds.

We stayed at Nana Vida CDMX primarily because we loved their Morelia location. We stayed 4 nights and loved this one as well. The first thing I want to point out is their staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. They also spoke great English. From our arrival the front desk girl offered us a beverage and gave us a tour of the hotel. They have a snack bar, complimentary mezcal, and a coffee bar with nespresso, cafe de olla, pan dulce, and hot water for tea. They have a great rooftop with tables and chairs to enjoy the amazing view. We loved that the hotel and rooms were decorated with items made from local artisans. There’s a QR code in the room which spotlights the artisan. our room was very spacious with a beautiful window that opened to the street. Even though it’s a busy area the noise was not bad at all. They do offer ear plugs if you need them. The bathroom was spacious and had hot water. The hotel is also located in a great spot to walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The staff is always attentive and offers you a beverage upon your return from checking out the city. We will definitely be coming to Nana Vida CDMX. They also give you a nice gift at check in and check out. Amazing hotel.

In the beginning of March, my wife and I stayed for 6 nights at NaNaVida in the heart of Roma Norte. Initially, we were worried because we did not see any hotel signage when arriving. We rang the doorbell, walked up a flight of stairs to a hotel staff that was attentive and friendly. The clerk on duty immediately gifted us upon check-in at the hotel. The rooms were spacious especially the bathroom, with great internet, plenty of charging stations, drawers and an armoire for our clothes. The hotel is quaint with a coffee bar and a rooftop lounging area. In a lounge area there was a cabinet for candied goodies, topped off with tequila and/or mescal tasting, and a bar refrigerator for water and/or coca cola. There was a cute little closed courtyard in the morning with self serve muffins, baked goods, coffee, and tea. The staff was terrific! Alex, Zyan, Julian, and Michelle were so helpful with restaurant choices, sites to see, etc. We felt very safe walking to local restaurants. Olivia was an excellent housekeeper. The cherry on top was a departing gift for each of us. Thank you for making our Mexico City stay one to remember! We hope to return to this lovely hotel in the future.

**Rating: 5/5 - Best Stay Ever for a Female Solo Traveler!** I stayed at Nan Vida CDMX for 7 nights and it was absolutely **excellent**! I did a lot of research to find a safe, welcoming place as a female solo traveler, and this place exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, flexible, and genuinely happy to be working there. They even gave me an early check-in and were always available to help with any request. The welcome and goodbye gifts were such a thoughtful touch! The location is perfect—super easy to walk everywhere, with fantastic bars and restaurants nearby, yet the hotel itself is peaceful and quiet. It truly felt like home, and I was lucky enough to meet other solo female travelers during my stay. We explored the city together and always felt safe and well looked after. If you're looking for a place where you feel comfortable, welcomed, and well-cared for, this is it. I can't wait to return—it was the best stay I've ever had!

Alex was awesome! He was very welcoming and friendly; he recommended some of the best restaurants/meals we had in Mexico city. They seemingly have a rotating staff of three people who switch every 8 hour shifts so there is always someone available; different staff on weekends. They give you a key chain with 3 keys (front gate, main door, room door). Front gate gets stuck easily so you have to wiggle it a bit. Breakfast was very nice: included some basic continental options starting at 7:30am but then a new local mexican breakfast made fresh to order each morning (starting at 8:00am). tea/coffee available in the dining area all day. You can use their kitchen/fridge whenever needed. They have a water filter in the kitchen which was very useful for refilling our day bottles. Nice garden area outside where you can have your breakfast if you ask but you will be eaten by mosquitos. Very friendly kitchen staff. Tip jar on the kitchen table. Wifi was good. They also have a bar where you can help yourself with an honor system lodger. Tissue box and shampoo/conditioner  were provided. Also a filtered bottle of water is provided in the 4 room. The neighborhood felt safe and it was pretty quite. Easy uber access to the misc sites. Several convenience stores and food options within walking distance.

We had an amazing time in Casa Comtesse over the holidays. It’s a cozy bed and breakfast with only 8 rooms which makes it feel more like a home than a hotel, but with excellent service. Excellent location in Condesa, next to a ton of restaurants and bars, walking distance to Chapultepec and Roma. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts! Every day there was a breakfast special cooked to order. They also provided us with breakfast to-go when we were leaving early. Free mezcal tasting, cute little bar and happy hour every day. Cozy room, comfortable bed, excellent housekeeping.

Everything about Casa Comtesse was exceptional! The building is beautiful and the location is so convenient to restaurants and the metro. Also, I felt VERY safe in the area around the hotel. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. The room I stayed in was so comfortable and very peaceful. Loved the bath amenities of the room too. The breakfast was delicious every morning, very accommodating to my dietary preferences. Having a 24/7 espresso machine and filtered water was great too. :) Would stay here again in a heartbeat when visiting CDMX again!

Casa Comtesse aligned with us, as people. The B&B is an art gallery! Every where you turn, there are stunning photographs, paintings, one of a kind prints and sculptures. The decor is unique. The backyard and front entrance are embraced by beautiful plants and flowers, comfortable seating areas that are amazing to read, write and meditate in. We stayed in the El Oriente suite, which had an entrance area with a mirror, ledge to leave keys and items, and a desk with two chairs. We had a seating area facing a massive window (entire wall!) overlooking the garden. The light that greeted us every morning through the trees was magical. Our bed was massive and comfortable. We had a sufficient amount of towels and linens, the water pressure and temperature was great and the bathroom size just right. The coffee maker in the room was a huge plus to help start the day. Breakfast was awesome; a variety of options (pastries, coffee, tea, granola, yogurt, fresh juice, ham and cheese) and included a daily local special. The staff here have amazing attitude and are dedicated to their craft in hospitality. Everything was explained in great detail and questions always had an answer or suggestion for support. The mezcal bar was a beautiful touch - don't miss a tasting of local libations to learn and live CDMX style!

Everything was amazing! The house is very welcoming & it's full with art & a Mezcal bar. The breakfast is delicious with everyday another option. You sit together with other guests on one big table, which is super nice to meet new people. The staff is super helpful & friendly. You get an Mezcal tasting of the owners own Mezcal, it was a great experience. Rooms are very clean & bed is super comfortable. Location is the best in the heart of the Condesa region. Really recommend this place!!!!

Beautiful property. Comfortable beds and rooms. Tasty breakfast. Service is a little uneven: one day they forgot to clean our room; breakfast servers didn't always know where to find supplies. Be mindful that the hotel has no amenities (gym, pool, etc) and that it takes 30-60 minutes to get downtown depending on traffic. Overall, a good stay.

Wonderful boutique hotel tucked in a quiet street in Tlapan. Historic building has been exquisitely restored with all the modern touches. Ammenities are excellent and the bed was super comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Continently breakfast is extensive and tasty. I tried the new dinner menu and loved the tuna filet. Super reasonable and quiet.

We spent 3 nights at the Hacienda, we loved the unique style and modern features. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable and great shower. The staff was very sweet and friendly and the value for price is great too. perfect location for a get away way from the city center and away from the crowds, quiet, comfortable and relaxing.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. So close to shops and restaurants, but you're tucked away from the major highway/traffic. The staff was very accommodating and so attentive to our family. We personally enjoyed how quiet and safe the location was. The rooms were perfect for us with 2 small kids. The daily breakfast was a great way to start our day, and the staff in the evening extended their bar hours for us. I cannot recommend this location enough- my only issue was with the parking (very limited), but the hotel was able to move vehicles around quickly to make sure we could get out on time. We cannot wait to go back!

We booked two nights at this property in the Santa Fe district of Mexico City through AmEx and the experience did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and all the 5-star amenities, including motorized curtains and turn-down service. The property is immaculately clean and safe and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The property sits in a commerce area, very close to a mall with many eating options and some limited shopping. The hotel boasts a spa that was closed during our stay (New Years Eve/Day). There is no pool or gym, which we knew about ahead of time. All in all, highly recommend this property, especially for the price

Live Aqua Urban Resort Mexico City is a fabulous oasis right in the middle of the busy city. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and assisted by the concierge, who helped us get checked in and familiar with our room features. Our room was huge, modern, and overlooked the vibrant city streets below. The bed was incredibly comfortable — paired with blackout curtains that made it easy to sleep in without realizing morning even arrived! The bathroom felt like another suite on its own, with a separate tub and shower, double sinks, a TV, and a lounge area to unwind. The amenities were top-notch. The gym is fully equipped with everything anyone could need. I didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the extensive treatment menu made it look like a perfect place to relax during a future visit. Dining was another highlight — delicious food, attentive service, and a cool open-kitchen concept where you can watch chefs prepare your meal. The bar also served excellent drinks. Conveniently connected to a mall next door, we enjoyed browsing great shops, restaurants, and even had the option of catching a movie. Overall, our experience was flawless from start to finish. A truly superior stay — we will definitely be returning!

Historico Central is an absolute gem in the heart of Mexico City. We knew the location would be good, but the hotel stay far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and it is very easy to walk to all of the great sights in the city. Central is really the key word, close to everything. Check in was simple and friendly. The staff really made us feel welcome. The room was well appointed and very clean. We had a comfortable bed and the shower has good water pressure. Even though the street is close, our room was quiet at night. No noise issues. We did know that breakfast would be included, It is a good breakfast with lots of options served to order. Not a buffet. We did not realize that there was a 24 hour cafe with sandwiches, snacks, sodas, water, coffee and draft beer, all included in the room stay! There are a few alcoholic beverages that the cafe charges for, but this is still a great amenity! Bottled water is stocked in a refrigerator near the elevator on every floor, so we never ran out, and the mini fridge also has water and some other beverages ready to go at check in. We always had the things we needed. Everything about our stay was memorable and we will definitely return to Historic Central again if given the opportunity. This was really a wonderful stay.

Stayed for six days the last week in May. It’s in the heart of the central historic district. The hotel has a lovely open atrium with live plants on one wall. They serve a delicious breakfast every morning in the dining room with friendly servers. All day you can get expressos, sandwiches, salad, beer, and wine at no additional charge. It’s all included, tips are appreciated. It's the staff that really take it to the next level. Elizabeth, Didier, Roberto, they always greeted us with joy and warmth, happy to answer any questions we had. Several doors down from Salón Corona a fun taqueria. Right around the corner is the pedestrian street Avenue 5 de Mayo. 10 min walks to Plaza de Zocalo, Metropolitan Cathedral, Temple Mayor, House of Tiles, Torre LatinoAmericana Tower, Palacio de Bellas Artes and Alameda Park. All must sees! We stayed in two rooms on the second floor. 211 2 Double beds Nicely appointed, comfortable beds. 204 King with balcony Pros: Comfortable bed, balcony view of city street. Cons: Loose toilet seat Shower leaked. When getting in/out shower head would spray on floor. Main curtains didn’t close, only thin sheers closed. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again. It’s a 5 Plus experience.

We had such a wonderful stay. We came to see the city. The hotel is so close to so many great restaurants and key locations in central area of the city. It was an amazing experience! The staff was incredible … always courteous, helpful, and friendly. The morning breakfasts were made to order and always delicious. The cafe upfront was open all of the time and offered free beverages and food. The hotel itself I believe is relatively new but made to feel rustic and didn’t feel out of place … All modern amenities. After a long day of site-seeing, the room was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Our room had a rooftop balcony with a great view of the city. We plan to make regular trips to CDMX just because there is so much to see and do. Historico Central Hotel will be our home away from home while we are there.

My family loved to stay at Historico Central Hotel. Their service was one of best I ever experienced. They serves fresh apple and free welcoming drinks every day. You may give a tip to the Hotel coffee shop for their free service. I liked their classical interior. The staff were so much kind and supportive with smile as much as they could. They served Mexican style breakfast with other dishes, fresh fruit, and drinks. I loved their dishes and fruit juice. My family also enjoyed their fresh coffee. The servants well treated guests with kindness and professionalism. You may enjoy breakfast with comfort when coming to the restaurant earlier. I respect their expertise and loyalty. The hotel is closely located to cultural and historical places in a waling distance. It has good and attractive restaurants near it. The room was so clean and the quality of their amenities is good.

We stayed 6 nights at the Historico Central hotel - Our stay was very comfortable and although our Spanish was terrible, it did not matter as we were always made to feel welcome. The Historico Central is a nicely finished boutique hotel in a great location that made it easy to explore many nearby sites on foot and with easy uber access to anywhere else. The beds are very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean and functional, but a bit uninspiring - the decor in the room is plain. In contrast, the lobby and main atrium space are very nice places to dwell, with comfortable seating and abundant natural light. the included breakfast was very good with locally inspired choices cooked to order and a good selection of extras. Service was amazing, the staff were super helpful in arranging any extras we wanted,; tickets, etc. There is a 24 hour coffee/beer/soup and sandwich bar at the entry with most items free for hotel guests - this was an amazing bonus and much appreciated! We also did the walking tour offered by the hotel and it was really great!

Book this hotel! We loved it. Sadly it was just for one night at the end of our Mexican adventures, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. Upon arrival the staff were super friendly, check in was easy, and our room (a family room with two doubles) was perfect for us. Plenty of space in the room, a coffee machine, a bathroom with two sinks and the best shower we had in Mexico! It was a quiet room even tho it’s right next to the zocalo square and cathedral which has very loud bells! There’s water in the rooms, and water available to help yourself to in the hallways, as well as free apples. Breakfast was ideal….lovely fresh fruit bowls with granola and yoghurt, and a hot Mexican breakfast with some lovely pastries and coffees. Best thing about breakfast tho, is it’s served on Balcon de Zocalo, the hotels famous restaurant. The views are insane. Worth a trip to even if you’re not staying there. The final plus is that the hotel offers complimentary food and drinks all day when you’re a guest. Paninis, cold drinks, beers, soups…incredibly useful and it’s an oasis of calm in a busy city. The reception area also smells divine!

Zocalo Central Hotel is perfectly located. The view of the cathedral and surrounding buildings from our Zocalo view room was quite impressive. The views of the zocalo from the 6th floor restaurant are gorgeous with an open air balcony that is perfect for taking in the sights. The zocalo view room with the king bed was spacious and comfortable and the staff was outstanding. Thank you, Eduardo for being so kind and helpful!

Staff at the front desk and helping with luggage are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to welcome you. We had breakfast included which you have in the 6th Zocalo balcony restaurant with its spectacular view of the Zocalo. The Cafe Central on the ground floor provides free snacks and beverages all day in addition to the fridge of free water and apples on each floor. Our room on the 5th floor was quiet, very clean and lovely. The camerista was very friendly and left candy on the pillow each day which is a nice touch. I can't compare with the other comparable hotels around the Zocalo in terms of pricing and service but we really liked this hotel.

I really enjoyed my breakfast on the balcony! The view and weather was perfect. The service was also impeccable with great staff and prompt attention. I really enjoyed my a la carte breakfast but they also had a buffet available as well. The room was also really nice and clean. The cafe was also really great for plenty of snacks, coffee, and tea throughout the day. The location is also really excellent for going to visit sites close by and coming back to refresh/rest before dinner!

The location was amazing, my room was always clean with fresh towels and sheets the fact that they have the coffee area 24 hrs open is amazing. The restaurant for dinner was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service amazing.

Beautiful hotel with art and amazing view into the Zocalo square. I had a quiet room without any view but very spacious and two beds. It was a lovely welcome with a glass of champagne, the use of the old elevator and some pastry in the room. Everything was clean with very friendly and helpful personnel. The location is amazing as you are in a safe zone with easy access to the centre square and the main sights. Breakfast was amazing with its view from the rooftop terrace and lovely personnel.

Where do I even begin. We book the Gran Hotel online just because of the famous Tiffany ceiling and its proximity to the Zocalo. We arrived and the first to greet us was Isaías and his smiling face as he helped us with our bags and got us checked in. He was so attentive right from the start giving us champagne and telling us all about the history of this beautiful hotel while helping us to our room. He was helpful throughout our stay with recommendations for places to go and eat, all of which were great! He was professional, kind, and friendly and someone who really takes pride in his work and loves connecting with guests at the hotel and making their time in CDMX and the hotel special. The hotel was clean, quiet and close to everything and absolutely one of the best hotels in CDMX. The room was spacious and quiet, the amenities were great and everything was very well maintained. The hotel had a lovely lounge that was accessible to guests 24/7 and a lively rooftop restaurant and bar with epic views. A wonderful time was had by all and we will be back!! Highly recommend this hotel and the staff are the best you will find !!

We stayed 6 nights at Gran Hotel Ciudad de México with our daughter and absolutely loved everything. Our room overlooking the Zócalo was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and tasty selection. The hotel restaurant was also great, offering delicious food and a breathtaking view of the square. It’s also a lovely spot to enjoy a drink, especially at sunset. The staff was really great—friendly, helpful, and professional. The location felt very safe, with plenty of police presence around. Nothing negative to say—a perfect stay!

The staff were sincerely kind - they were helpful and took time to answer all my questions without me feeling rushed. It was real luxury and they made me feel like a valued guest. The breakfast buffet was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was SO good and the selection was incredible. The view from my room couldn't be beat - I was able to watch the concerts in the Zocalo right from my balcony. Room service was excellent and fast. The bed was comfortable and the shower had AMAZING HOT water pressure. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and in fact, I look forward to staying here again. This was one of my favorite places I've ever stayed, and I travel often. This hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel special and valued.

AMAZING Hotel!! Staff is wonderful, very attentive and welcoming!! The beautiful guest lounge had free amenities (coffee,tea, water, cookies, desserts, snacks)to enjoy as you wish. The roof top restaurant was spectacular delicious and affordable. Our king room was so beautiful and comfy. The AC was wonderful, bathroom very spacious and always had hot water to shower. So looking forward to coming back.

Very comfortable room, excellent service, a leaking shower got fixed the same day I reported it, I love the 25 meter pool to do laps, my husband was very pleased with the gym equipment, convenient to southern Mexico City place of interest, great food. I ran 3-6 miles on different days at nearby park El Batán, very safe and clean.

Terrific location, close to traditional areas of Mexico City, like San Angel and San Jerónimo. Le Pain Quotidien, Starbucks, Office Max and pharmacy in the same campus. Walking distance to El Batan park where I was able to run 6 miles in a shaded trail. Lap pool on the rooftop. Excellent morning buffet till noon, great restaurant. Gym and yoga room. The room very clean, spacious, great working desk for room for 2 people, just ask for an extra chair.

My stay at the hotel was great! The room was orderly, clean and nicely presented. Air conditioning was present, room temperature was nice at arrival. Hygiene was good at the room, pool and gym. The breakfast was fantastic, a lot of options (warm and cold). Friendly personnel.

We had a wonderful time here. It’s a beautiful hotel in a safe area and is connected to a mall with a Starbucks and restaurants. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the rooms and amenities were beautiful, clean and modern. We really loved the location. It’s close to Mundo and great restaurants. We plan on staying here again.

Excellent Hotel!!! I have stayed here 4 times now and it's everything you expect from a hotel of this well known chain. Modern decorations, low noise rooms, super clean, very comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet. We had a course there, the space and sound was great, I think the only thing that I would recommend to them is to check one of their projectors, but other than that everything has been excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Flamenco in Mexico City! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city with plenty of markets nearby, making it easy to explore and experience the local culture. The room was super clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining it every day. The entire hotel was spotless, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff was very polite and always ready to assist with anything. One of the highlights of my stay was the modern and well-designed bathroom. The shower was nice, modern, and worked perfectly, with great water pressure. The toilet was quiet and completely separate from the shower, which was a big plus. There was also a separate lava bowl area where I could comfortably wash my face and brush my teeth. The room itself was well-equipped with a very nice table-shelf attached to the wall, perfect for placing small items. It also had a big TV, an iron and ironing board, a coffee machine, and a fridge, which made my stay even more convenient. Every day, housekeeping provided two bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food, including fresh fruits, making it a perfect way to start the day. Overall, Hotel Flamenco is a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with great amenities. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Mexico City!

Fabulous location, very clean, comfortable, and great value for travellers. The hotel is very well located in Centro Mexico City and next to the main subway station Pino Suarez which was quite convenient in visiting other areas of the city. Our rooms were modern with a rainforest shower, soft close toilet seats, while housekeeping were attentive and thorough. Amenities include a large exercise gym, a rooftop terrace, a computer center in the lobby, 24-hour hotel security for the front entrance, as well as a lobby restaurant that was opened from breakfast to dinner. The Head of reservations was Saul who we met at the front desk last year to being this year's reservation manager and helped us with our 10-day stay. He was polite, courteous, professional, and always had a smile. Congratulations to the hotel in promoting him because he leads the lobby staff and was everywhere from behind the front desk to on the lobby floor helping customers with their lugguage and questions. Veronica and Miguel at the front desk were also very attentive and professional. Thank to all for this wonderful stay!

The entire staff were absolutely amazing! The front desk and the guys that stand in the front were exceptional! They were so friendly and helpful! The waiters during the breakfast time were very attentive and welcomed us in every morning and made sure we were always ok. The cleaning service were amazing as well and left everything so clean and well made. The breakfast was amazing as well. We were very impressed and definitely coming back to this hotel.

We had a great 3-night stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The Deluxe King Room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit — overall, a very pleasant experience. The only downside for us was the breakfast. Before booking, we noticed many positive reviews about it, but we later realized that the buffet is likely more appealing to South American or local guests. As Canadians, we were hoping to see more familiar breakfast items like tomatoes, cucumbers, salami, olives, and a variety of cheeses. Instead, the buffet was heavily focused on local cuisine, with many tortilla-based dishes, rice, and meat options — which are not typically part of our breakfast habits. That said, if you enjoy local Mexican flavors, you may find the breakfast excellent. It just didn’t match our expectations. Still, a solid 9 out of 10 overall.

We spent one week here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly and the facilities are modern and clean. The included breakfast has a lot of options. We went to the restaurant on the top floor once, the service is great and the prices are very reasonable. Room is well-designed with regards to the lighting in each area, also it had a fridge and safe. Shower area is huge with overhanging shower head. Some reviews mention a firm mattress, but that's a matter of preference as we prefer a firmer mattress. The location is great if you plan to walk to the historic centre or use the metro to get around to different neighborhoods as the Pino Suarez station is extremely close. We were thinking of staying in Roma or Condesa, but there is a lot to see in the historic centre so we were happy with our choice, although it's not at all difficult nor time-consuming to get between neighborhoods especially if you use Uber. We mostly used the metro and metrobus. The hotel faces a small park so it's surprisingly quieter than expected in spite of being close to a busy metro station. We used Uber to/from the airport and it was only about 15-20 minutes and between 100-150 pesos. Overall Hotel Flamencos was a great value and we were very pleased with our stay.

We spent 4 nights at the Hotel Catedral in Mexico City. The location is absolutely fantastic and is right in the heart of Centro Historico and within walking distance to a number of attractions. The hotel was very smart and clean, with excellent customer service from the staff. The room was very comfortable and had a balcony with a great view over the city. Bathroom was good too. The breakfast was exceptional and had a huge variety of Mexican and European/American foods of really good quality. The staff were very helpful in booking taxis and also giving us breakfast to go when we had to leave early. The hotel also runs lots of excursions and tours however we did not utilise these. Free coffee and bottles of drinking water which was very helpful. There are two very nice terraces to sit out on, and a restaurant which we ate at once and had decent quality food.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, located immediately behind the church in the central square in the historic Zocalo district. You could not ask for a better location. As well, the hotel staff were very helpful, answering questions and arranging taxis, and the buffet staff were very helpful / attentive. Also the hotel is kept very clean. The buffet breakfast has a range of items, with some western selections, but mainly local food (I would rate the buffet as "Good"). The hotel is located on top of the ruins of an ancient pyramid, and has a glass floor in the lobby area where you can see the ruins, which is really amazing. The restaurant in the hotel provides a wide selection of food at a reasonable price and is open quite late. The one negative is that none of the staff speak english, which makes ordering a bit difficult if you don't speak spanish.

The hotel location and facilities were exceptional, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The bar terrace was very good with good drinks and views, the hotel staff were all friendly staff and the breakfast was great. The room facilities were also great, with great sized rooms, comfortable beds and all the modern facilities. I was also there during the dia del muertes celebrations and the hotel did a fantastic job in decorating the hotel and also welcoming the guests there for the formula 1 event

Perfect location near the Zocalo across street from the Cathedral. Friendly and helpful staff. Bowls of chips and cookies in the lobby a nice touch. Entrance/exit on both sides of hotel. Basic but clean rooms. Good water pressure. Amazing buffet breakfast. Separate restaurant option. New tower almost completely open (stayed in older section with a balcony - a bit worn but still good). Glass floor in parts of the lobby with ruins below! Several excellent restaurants nearby.

It was clean and well run. It was in a great location. The staff were attentive, helpful, and professional. The rooms were modern and had nice accoutrements. Good shower. The 5th floor terrace bar was a beautiful view. 1:30pm checkout time was nice and relaxed.
