The roof top pool and we were allowed to utilize it until our room was ready, but couldn’t enjoy the pool because we were really early and couldn’t put on our swim suits. The pool area was very nice

Very nice and modern hotel, roof top swimming pool with great views. Other services like sauna and fit classes that we did not try but they were available. It is located in the design district with multiple restaurant options nearby. The lobby is large and inviting, there is a pool table to kill some time. Very nice facilities. When arriving by car, there is a valet service (around 50dlls/day) to leave the car, very convenient.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooftop pool and weekend parties were amazing — the vibes were up the entire time! I also appreciated having quiet time to enjoy the pool by myself early in the mornings; it was clean and the lounges and umbrellas were always tidy. We loved the area too — it’s close to so many great spots and attractions without being too noisy/busy. Room service was done everyday. Highly recommend!

Modern, clean and good location. Check in was easy and there was a room available when we arrived so was offered the room early. Daniela at the check in desk was so informative and great check in host who was welcoming, alongside the other staff who offered help putting bags into our taxi and opening the door and exit and entry, and always with a smile. The room and general areas of hotel was clean, good amenities and the tech in room was high standard with chromecast on the tv. Pool was nice to hang around, clean and maintained with a decent bar not too pricey and with good views.

Great location in the heart of Wynwood. The hotel is stylish and clean with a fun, artsy vibe. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar are a highlight. Staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect spot if you want to explore the area.

The only thing that disappointed my family is that they kept the pool closed too long. We stayed when Helene’s wind was very intense. But it was only intense for one day….the next it was like nothing ever happened, perfect weather, but the pool stayed closed all day. Not happy considering we chose to stay there because there was a pool for my kids.

Location felt safe,close to transportation, metro rail , people mover and trolly. Good view from 22 floor with 2 balconies.The suite was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a Keurig for coffee in a large kitchen space with a refrigerator and microwave. No other kitchen amenities. There was a restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner and a bar in the lobby. There were also many restaurants in walking distance . I didn’t use the pool but it was outdoors on the 6th floor and look nice.

Excellent accommodation in the best Miami district. 2 min walk to metromover and metro (direct transfer to the airport). Safe and clean neighbourhood, close to restaurants and shops, breathtaking views from the balcony. Swimming pool clean with great view. We will definitely come back.

The room was incredible. Great Day. That was super comfortable. The layout was great for a Group setting, and the view is incredible. Ward, breakfast was pretty blended. Coffee is horrible. And the pool areas. Not very relaxing. Overall, the room was definitely worse. The price.

I loved this hotel. I was able to sleep throughout the might without being woken up by slamming doors or talking. The washer and dryer were free to use, but they dont have detergent. The 711 was like a minute walk, and a publix was like a 3-minute walk, which is where i got detergent to wash. It was a close walk to the mall and the little strip of bars amd restaurants. The pool is open from 8 am to 8pm. Breakfast was privided amd its your average hotel Breakfast. We stayed here for our cruise and the terminal was close so we ubered there.

Loved it here! I’ve been to over 100 Marriott’s and really enjoyed my stay at the DUA Autograph Collection. The room was beautifully designed—comfortable, homey, and tastefully decorated with a subtle, sophisticated touch. I particularly appreciated the decor’s balance; it wasn’t overly bright or fake. The rooftop infinity pool was marvelous, offering a serene spot to relax with stunning views. We also enjoyed the lounge area with music, which provided a great atmosphere for unwinding. You can tell that Leadership at this place is doing a great job by how welcoming and friendly the staff is. Everyone treated us well and were welcoming to my fiancé and I. We’re already planning to rebook a next stay!

The front desk was absolutely phenomenal and very helpful! Everything was very clean and I felt secure. The rooftop pool was beautiful and the food was good. The views were amazing. The staff by the pool were great hosts!

I liked the property but the rooms need more. There needs to be a sofa or somewhere else to sit for 2 people. Of course there is no fridge to put left overs, just a fridge full of drinks you pay for. There needs to be more hooks and places to hang your clothes and towels. We had to hang them over pics on the wall and random art on the wall so they could dry. Other than that it’s a great location and huge pool! Fabulous waiter at the pool. Didn’t like the DJ at all, loud obnoxious house music all day. Miami music SUCKSSSSS. Every song is a remake like we’re fist pumping at the Jersey shore.

I really enjoyed my stay here. They really try to keep the upkeep of the property clean and pristine. The pool is amazingly beautiful and big. Awesome views of brickell and Miami. You can even see parts of Miami Beach if you look closely. My only knock is that I stayed on the side of the building that faces a big construction site which made for loud mornings and terrible views. Next time I stay, I’ll request a room with a balcony and different view. All in all, this is a great hotel with friendly people and good vibes.

I had an amazing stay at Dua Miami Hotel! The pool and sauna were absolutely fantastic, providing the perfect spot to unwind and relax. A huge thank you to Adelina and Ileana for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. I absolutely loved my room – it was comfortable, stylish, and had everything I needed. A great hotel in a fantastically convenient location. We were upgraded to a suite and that was fantastic to have the extra space (we had a lot of luggage!) WE could walk everywhere locally and felt safe. IT was too cold to use the pool but it looked beautiful, and the gym was well equipped and large. We would definitely come back.

Staff is super friendly and I loved the location and our room. The pool and bar are also amazing.

We liked the room a lot. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was big and modern. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The location was good. Lots of food and shopping options close by. The staff seemed very nice and accommodating.

Very welcoming check-in desk. Helpful, attentive and friendly. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. We enjoyed our balcony view of the palm trees and lake. TV’s in every room with updated technology. Kids enjoyed the activities such as pool, ping pong, large chess board. Pool was nice and we ate at the pool bar. Lots of drink and food options. After leaving, we thought we should have booked another night.

The front desk was Beyond professional/personal. It meant everything to us. The actual villas, Beyond perfection! I'd love to stay here forever. Not one complaint. Even the guy who drove the shuttle was helpful/friendly. The pool area was the writing on the cake because the villas/staff alone was the cake, icing, and ice cream. Grills at the pool, pool tables, and other games. Can't wait to visit again. It was 100%better than the cruise.

Location (nice, quiet neighborhood), market close, Dolphin mall close. This place was as described. Pool was heated and open untill 11pm, pool area nice! Views amazing!! We loved it! Hotel staff were very friendly! Room was very spacious, clean and everything in there was perfect.

- Spacious, modern rooms. Nicely decorated. - Lots of equipment in the kitchen for cooking and eating. Microwave, oven, toaster, mixer. Tableware, glasses etc. for 8 people. - The balcony with lake view was gorgeous. We had a very rainy week but with the balcony, we could still sit outside and enjoy the view. - The pool is pretty big and therefore also good for exercise. - Pool billiard, foosball, mini golf are great.

Great for a family with kids: we had a large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The kids loved the pool area (pool is heated!). Added bonus: free bbq facilities on site. They even rent out beach chairs and umbrellas! They really thought about everything one might need. Cleanliness: great. Staff: super friendly and helpful. Would love to come back!

We stayed here after our cruise, got to the hotel early and staff were super friendly. If there is a room available, you can check in early for a fee. We had drinks at the bar and they were delicious. The rooms are HUGE and the shower was amazing! Location is perfect near the airport, and Shuttle started running at 430 am. We had enough of the sun so we did not spend time at the pool area but I could see it was very nice. Super clean and beds were comfortable!

It was a beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The rooms were ultra large and luxurious with a very comfortable bed. It has an outdoor pool and excellent food at the Miranda restaurant. The service and food was high quality and among the best we’ve had in Miami . It’s nice and close to the airport and runs a 24/7 shuttle service that is free of charge. We appreciated this when we took the shuttle at 3:30 am to catch our flight home.

This hotel is outstanding! We booked a king room and were given a free upgrade to a suite! High ceilings, beautiful furniture, incredible bathroom with walk in shower and plenty of shower heads. floor to ceiling windows everywhere! adjustable bed, and wonderful amenities. The pool, bar and restaurant are all top notch as well. We were able to use the free shuttle to get to the airport in the morning which was a nice bonus as well. Definitely do not hesitate to stay here!

Great location at the airport. Good shuttle service. Beautiful spacious rooms. Very large nice pool for swimming. Good breakfast and restaurant. But above all: very nice staff. We say thank you very much and will be happy to come back.

Fantastic Views of the water. The lobby was luxurious and the food was very good. The location is right next to the metro mover, which takes you everywhere you need to be around Downtown. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they give you some champagne when you get there. The pool is nice and I like that bar on the pool deck. It has a washer and dryer and they provide the pods upon request if you need more. Great place to go to if you visit Miami!

Location was excellent: close to a monorail station (free transit to the city centre and other highlights). We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths: beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome: salt water and big enough for swimming. We also appreciated the pool bar service.

Loved two bedroom suite-it was very spacious and perfect for our family. Overlooked pool and had partial ocean view as well. Food in the on-site restaurant was good (excep I wouldn't recommend the nachos which were basically cheese whiz over a grocery store bag of tortilla chips, but everything else both for breakfast and dinner was very good!). Staff was pleasant and professional. Would stay there again.

The location was amazing and so were the facilities, especially the pool!! The whole hotel exceeded my expectations, my room was incredibly clean and beautiful with a great view, comfortable bed, great sized balcony and I felt very safe there as a young solo traveller!! They also had a great system where you could text a number with any question and you would get an instant reply!

We met V at the hotel who assisted us with everything from the first day. She was so kind and helpful! In general we liked our stay at the hotel as breakfast had healthy and excellent cooked dishes and the pool on the 11th floor had an amazing view.

Convenient to Miami cruise port. Modern quirky design. Great rooftop pool and seating. Compact but practical rooms with a great shower ! Great bar area in the foyer with lots of atmosphere.

Stayed one night and have to say all was excellent. Clean spacious room, great location near a bunch of restaurants of all kinds, walkable area, terrific pool and spa, nice bar, great service and a check in from Wilda via text to be sure all was good with our accommodation. Breakfast was good with nice variety. All this at a Hampton Inn!

Convenient freeway access, shopping and restaurants available. Beautiful, modern hotel with indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, and full breakfast that was delicious. Wish the mattress was more supportive and the shower water pressure was higher. Overall, highly recommend.

The apartment is located in a modern block in the Design District. We particularly liked the pool and the view from the pool deck. The bed was comfortable and the apartment modern and spacious.

Apartment was perfect for family with teenagers it was clean & beds comfy. Location was really good to walk to design centre. Roof top pool and pool area really good with view over Miami.

I loved the condo. It had everything we needed and it was easy to work remote from there. My parents were in the hospital at University of Miami Hospital. It’s only about 10-15 minutes there, depending on traffic. Beautiful pool. Small Gym. Nice club house with a pool table and couches. The staff at Nomada Residences are amazing and great to work with. So kind and compassionate.

Top notch place to stay! Free parking in the garage 24/7 access. Security 24/7. Roof top pool, work out facility, bbq area, pool table. Great view of the city. No complaints.

Enjoyed the stay at the Intercontinental Hotel Miami. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is amazing. The bellhops greet you with a smile and are ready to help as soon as you arrive. The front office Director Pier Raccuglia provided exceptional customer service with pleasant engery. IHG is blessed to have him. Larry in the Oli restaurant was friendly and makes the best omlettes for breakfast. Rosie at Toro bar has a great personality. Edgar & Maria at the Blue Water Pool bar were nice and accommodating. Edgar makes great drinks. Will definitely stay here again!!!

This hotel continues to impress us with its friendly, helpful staff. This time we were particularly impressed by Claude at the front door who helped us straighten out a room problem we were having. The Ole breakfast is still amazing and the service is wonderful. Yaimara was our Ole server 2 mornings and she was so sweet and friendly. Coffee and juice arrived quickly and the buffet was good. Our last morning we were served by Illeana who remembered us from a year ago and gave us each big hugs when we said goodbye! The rooms are nice and the pool area is so spacious.

Really enjoyed the large spacious bathrooms! The beds were comfy and the room felt clean. We spent some time in the outdoor pool which was fun. The staff was incredible and professional. The breakfast buffet was okay - I thought it was a little overpriced for a very basic buffet. Overall - we had a good experience and would stay again

Location, cleanliness, staff and amenities in the hotel were great! It was comfortable in the room for a solo traveler the iPads for lighting blinds TV was great. Shower was great everything up to date great view from the room. I enjoyed my stay here it was very comfortable. The bar on 2nd and roof top and pool was so nice. Staff was knowledgeable and nice.

Great location in Brickell and easy travelling distance from many of the sights in and around downtown Miami and the cruise port. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was immaculate and the hotel overall is very well kept and modern. We loved the rooftop pool and bar which were nice and quiet for us in the evening. Upon check in the staff member gave us some valuable info about local transport options which we found extremely useful.

We enjoyed our stay. Front desk and pool bartender were so helpful. Housekeeping was real friendly and professional as well. We will definitely be back here to stay. Shopping,Dining, Movie Theater just steps from this hotel. South beach being so close to property a plus. Thank You!!

I decided to stay here when coming to town to see a game at Loan Depot Park. It was a one night stay and wanted somewhere close to airport with a pool. Well, can't get much closer to the airport and the pool was nice. People say there is lots on noise but your right on a busy road and planes takin off literally right across the road. Honestly sitting in room watching airport was entertaining. Staff was great and all areas were clean. Great value with free parking. Would stay again.

A great hotel near the airport. Shuttle bus will pick you up and drop you off as necessary. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean. Comfy. Nice cozy pool. Very satisfied. Yay!

This is a very nice hotel - very clean, well laid out, and full of useful amenities including onsite (and complimentary) laundry facilities, a gym, a pool, and a little store where you can buy food. The wifi worked great. There is a restaurant next door that is very good as well. The room was beautiful and comfortable with a reclining chair and kitchenette. This is an excellent place to stay especially if you’re staying several nights so you can take advantage of the amenities.

The hotel was very clean. The staff does an excellent job at maintaining a high level of cleanliness. The room was very nice with a fantastic view. There were only 2 downsides we experienced. One being no parking lot surrounding the hotel. The hotel did offer valet only parking in its garage, but at an overnight fee of $35.00. We did find a street parking spot a block away for free though. Secondly, the outdoor pool was cloudy. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. Other than those two items, I’d still recommend staying at this hotel.

I highly recommend and rate this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated ideally for exploring all areas of the city. We did walk to the bay and the shopping centre. Plenty of ride share options etc if needed. Transfer time to the airport isn’t too long. The hotel is immaculately clean. The room the very clean and airy. Pool available. Good breakfast.

We had a one night pre-cruise stay . The hotel is ideally located to explore the city using the bus stop outside the hotel or using uber . The price of this hotel which include breakfast was very good compared to other hotels that are slightly nearer the port, plus there is the added bonus of complimentary hot drinks in the lobby. Check in was friendly and quick. Our room overlooked the pool area. Everything in the room was clean and commutable. Good breakfast choice. Overall a great stay and we will definitely stay here again when we next cruise out of Miami

This is a very nice apartment hotel. The hotels has two buildings, towers 1 and two. in tower two there is a lobby as well as the pool and indoor playground for kids. The apartment we had was clean, spacious and with comfortable beds. Besides, it had kitchen utensils, washer and dryer and everything we needed for our family vacation in Miami. The hotel has a great location and it is close to several restaurants, a Publix and a Walgreens. I recommend this hotel to everyone, it is a lot better than other places I have stayed while visiting Miami .

Quite comfortable, though not luxurious. Full kitchen. The rooftop & pool are nice, especially after dark for city lights views. Very friendly and competent valet (George). Not a prime location, but the area is safe and pleasant.

The apartment was a nice clean apartment with everything we needed and anything we didn’t have we could just ask at the reception downstairs. The staff were very lovely and accommodating too. The view from our window was okay, another building of apartments blocked our view. And the penthouse view was in another apartment block opposite us so we had to leave our apartment to go to the penthouse. The pool was quite small but it was never busy.

The building is small but has all the amenities. The one bedroom suite had everything we needed including olive oil for cooking and a detergent for the en suite washer. The blender came in very handy for making smoothies for the kids. The only complaint was that our bed didn't have a headboard and the pillows would get in the gap between the bed and the wall. That was a bit annoying. Everything else was great. The kids loved the balcony and the pool. My father enjoyed the gym. The front desk stuff was very nice and helpful

Breakfast was a little diffeeent everyday, with many choices in a lovely, large light filled room with various types of seating. The TV didn’t dominate. Pool & spa (!) area also varied seating choices and elegant except for the views. You could take your breakfast out there in the Florida sunshine! In a.m. it was peaceful and quiet. Staff were super nice!

Stayed two nights after a cruise. Was able to check in a little early infection was available. Spacious room, comfy bed, nice view from the 10th floor. Free daily breakfast and even offered a to go bag when using their airport shuttle service. Hot tub was wonderful. Cool pool though - but great for hot n cold plunging. Publix and fast food places walkable from hotel.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The pool area was clean and inviting. Loved the yard size chess and connect 4 games. It added a fun touch! We got in late at night and only stayed until late morning before driving on to Key West, but overall we enjoyed our stay and felt it was a good value.

Really everything was great. The location is right in the middle of Brickell, on top of the mall. Pool is spectacular, sun hours aren’t perfect but you can make it work. Restaurant by the pool had great food too. Gym was more than adequate, dare I say good. Room was awesome, spacious, incredible view, nicely sized balcony.

The hotel had a beautiful and modern design with spacious, clean rooms. The location was ideal — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Staff were generally helpful and check-in was smooth. The rooftop pool and gym were definite highlights, perfect for relaxing and staying active.

Chose this hotel due to its location and pricing. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room due to less than stellar reviews. Our room was very clean and the balcony view was excellent. The pool and fitness area was beautiful and clean. I witnessed staff changing lounge chair cushions after each guest left. There was a cold plunge, hot tub, relaxing pool and a lap pool along with a large room with fitness equipment. John’s hospitality was excellent and he greeted us at the front door to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay again.

Amazing Hotel at Brickell . The lady at Ft Desk was so friendly and gives us a room at the 18th floor facing the Bay with an incredible views and huge balcony . Everything works , the bathroom also has a view to the Bay. Nice Bar and Bar tender . Also thank you so much for letting us have a late check out on October 8th , I don’t remember his name he was so nice! Maria from room 1801 . We arrived late evening to a quick check-in and glorious view from the eleventh floor. Our room was comfortable with a modern bathroom. Since the restaurant was closed, the concierge suggested a fantastic restaurant across the street where we dined waterfront outside. Breakfast was delicious - a Latin twist to eggs benedict. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that I wish we discovered the rooftop pool sooner so we could have enjoyed it before we checked out!

Nice property, the pool was amazing and the view was nice as well. Spacious shower fits two at a time. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The restaurant’s food was surprisingly good most hotels don’t have good food.

The Cuban restaurant food was very good, the service even better ! Seems appropriate for business and is near airport. No free breakfast, but there is a restaurant in the hotel and a McDonalds near by. Other restaurants in the area, but not so much within walking distance. Overall we were satisfied.

This hotel is very convenient, very close to the airport 10 min drive, very clean rooms, nice pool, staff and front Desk very nice and helpful at all times . We enjoyed our time at this hotel . The pilot restaurant on the six ,food is amazing and Cesar was very kind. The only issue we had was the AC didn’t work the first night, but we were accommodated to another room quickly . I will come back to this hotel in the future if needed . Thank you very much.

Great hotel at a great location with wonderful staff with pool and restaurant bar

I've always been satisfied with my stays at the Wyndham hotels. I can not speak for the breakfast, bar, gym or pool area as I didn't spend much time on the premises. What I can say is that the property as a whole was immaculate. From the lobby to my room, it was really clean and smelled fresh, which was a life savor because I had checked out of a hotel right before checking into Wyndham due to mould odor that triggered my chest congestion. The room contained a safe (a dresser draw) fridge, hair dryer, iron and board, no microwave for those who may need. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff body was friendly and attentive. I'd always say that staff don't have to always show their teeth to be friendly, polite and responsive. Most of my interaction was with front desk where I found Anna, Rojas and the senior lady of them (forgot her name) to be very helpful and detailed. Overall Wyndham have never disappointed me. I would stay here again and recommend. The images may look a little blurred as I screened shot them from a video I had. I did not take any still shots.

My only complaint would be we had terrible WiFi both in our room and on our patio. We were in poolside room 115. We actually had better service walking way out by the pool, than in our room. Other than that it was just the rest and relaxation we wanted!

Club access lounge had great breakfast and wine time. Hotel was super clean and staff were all friendly. Bar and restaurant were a little pricey but good overall. Outdoor pool was heated and clean. Loved it here.

Amazing location, just a short drive from all the main attractions. The room was spotless, very spacious, and the view was simply stunning. What I appreciated the most was the pool — even in July, it never felt crowded thanks to the two separate pools that help guests spread out. We also really enjoyed the attentive service: we ordered delicious food and drinks right by the poolside, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Hotel was more upscale than i expected. Smelled like coconuts and sandlewood when i walked into the lobby. The lobby was beautiful and the hotel is setup very nicely, You wont find yourself walking very far to get where you need to be. Pool was really nice, food at the pool was really good and fresh. The beds were nice and comfortable, Ice cold AC, bathrooms were very clean and this is coming from a person with OCD. Room service was fast, coffee was fresh. Not many pastry options lol. I dont ever leave reviews but i will be coming back here soon.

Very clean, loved how they cleaned our room everyday. The pool was amazing. Food service on the pool area was fantastic. Hotel area is also great. It’s like 2 buildings away from the aston martin residences. If you care about the room view definitely ask for a higher up floor.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Alex, at reception, was exceptionally great with excellent customer service and displayed excellent management skills. Thank you, Alex. What a far cry from our prior accommodation, Touchstone San Francisco, where we were asked to take our luggage and leave, this was around 9pm, if we were not happy, and the owner stated unequivocally that our payment would be forfeited, only because we asked to move us to a room away from right next to the elevator. The iwner from Touchstone can learn a lot from you Alex. At Eurostars, the room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable and was cleaned daily. Coffee replenished daily and good quality coffee. Housekeeping was great, quick response with immediate service. Overall, all staff we encountered was eager to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, a few steps away from attractions, wholefoods and restaurants. Irrespective of construction taking place, there was nothing to complain about. They offered luggage storage at no additional cost. Alex assisted us with an earlier than normal check-in and check-out. I would recommend this hotel and would return to stay when in Miami again.

I liked pretty much everything. Location is very good, not far from water and market there, good distance to the airport and I was able to reach many interesting places by foot which seems like a rare thing in Miami. Despite the area being pretty busy the room was very quiet, bed was very comfy, AC working nicely, big bathroom where everything worked correctly. Considering other options on booking for a similar price it was an exceptional stay, I give highest notes. Worth mentioning was the staff on the ground floor, very helpful, very professional, generally I never heard that something cannot be done- they went above and beyond the call of duty to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The vintage style of the hotel is stunning and adds such a unique charm to the experience. Everything was spotless, which made me feel comfortable right away. This is nice hotel near the MIA airport. Staff nice and helpful, no complains there. Room spacious and very nice to have a kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was decent, but not great, but I liked they offered plates and silverware, and not only disposable ones, which I hate. Pool is a bit small for the hotel's size. Most laundry machines out of service. Security could probably be improved, as anyone can enter elevators, pool, and other spaces. Overall, at about $200+ a night, it was a little overpriced.

All was super in the Hotel and the shuttle was super excent Jorge the driver make us fill like family. The breakfast was amazing beter that i restaurant buffet. I stay for only one night but see the swimming pool and it looks amazing too. The shuttle service was super awesome

We stayed here for the day following our cruise in/out of Miami. Our flight didn’t leave until later in the evening and we really just wanted a place to take a shower, maybe use a pool, and lay down for a little while. We were able to get off of the ship much earlier than expected and arrived two hours before our reservation. Jennifer Ramones at the front desk was amazing and let us check in early. She even arranged for our complimentary shuttle to the airport later in the day. I would definitely stay here again between cruise/flight.

The hotel was very comfortable but a bit old. The rooms are in a very good size and had a lot of space. Jorge was an excellent driver to the airport. The pool was very nice but a bit dirty. The ladies in the front desk were very nice and helpful. . See you next time. . .

The hotel was spotless, huge really nice lobby, pool was perfect, we had a kitchen that was fully stocked, they even had drinks and treats for Mother’s Day in the lobby.

First, the view was amazing! It was the best hotel I ever stayed in Miami. I always stay in south beach but never downtown. For now on, I will stay downtown Miami every time I visit. The location was great, I can walk to everything. While I stayed we had access to the pool and hot tub next door. Simply amazing. Absolutely love the hot tubs. The pool was great as well. The view at night was breath taking. The lights from the building was very beautiful. If I can afford it again, I will definitely stay here again.

We were quite happy with this property. Upscale but not obnoxious. Our room had a view of the bay, marina and Miami's amazing skyline. Service from the valets and bell team was impeccable. It's not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. We enjoyed the 5th floor bar (bartender Ranier was great!) which opens onto the pool area. Very nice pool with a bar and great views of the marina.

Great balcony with city view but actually has water view too!!! Great location for different modes of transportation to go anywhere!! Loved the pool! Great breakfast!! And loved that I could use my resort fee towards things like did in drink in hotel!! Will definitely be back!!

This property is located very close to downtown and is right next to the water. Great views! The staff were super friendly, and want to specifically call out Mr.Yazdi Patel who helped out with our shipping logistics (we were there for a conference). Great facilities - superb outdoor pool and bar area and a pretty good gym. The gym can get crowded at times. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant if you are a vegetarian..barring a couple of sides they have nothing. And pricey too! Overall very happy with my stay.

Refurbished hotel with a modern style. Large room with plenty of space for baggage. Comfy beds. Quiet area, ideal for sleeping. You hear the planes but it is not a big deal, since Windows are sealed. Views from the room and the restaurant are so beautiful. Breakfast is just great - variety and quality. It is one of the best breakfasts I have had in USA. As I said, the views from the breakfast room are a good way to start the day. The pool area is lovely, ideal for resting. I was very happy at the hotel.

Foran apparently 2star hotel by an airport this was a great stay. staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was a great selection with plenty of staff replenishing right to the end of service, the pool was great with the option of bbq grills and there were a few easy options for cheap dinner nearby. the beds were very comfortable and the room was a really good size for the money. I can’t find anything negative to say!

We loved the breakfast, it was different each morning! We also loved the pool and fitness services. There was warm water for drinking which usually is rare since mainly people drink cold water. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing too - always very polite and helpful whenever and whatever we asked they were patient with us. We were overall very happy with our stay.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was a little better than average, and it was nice to sit at a shaded table at the pool. The hallway surprisingly had not been cleaned great, but the room was perfect. We’ll definitely stay here again when cruising out of Miami.

The suote was very nice and roomy. We stayed for five nights and they didn't clean the room until after 5 every other day. With four people, we ran out of towls because we only had three sets. And the Wifi didnt work two of the days. The breakfast was very good and the pool was nice. We'd stay again.

Shuttle bus from airport to hotel was terrific. Emilio was one of the best drivers and had all the 'knowledge' , he was a great guy. The hotel is only 5 mins from the airport. The rooms were spacious and had microwave, coffee maker etc. Shower was huge. Bar staff and check in staff were friendly and helpful . Outdoor pool was good with large changing rooms.

This hotel is located very close to the airport, so it’s perfect for your stay with that in mind. It has a lovely pool, snacks, a bar, breakfast! The size of the room and the bathroom was much bigger than expected, the toiletries were of high quality and the bed was super comfortable. We were very happy and had a very comfortable night’s stay after a long journey. We were also able to get a lift to a bus station nearby with the airport shuttle, and had a very enthusiastic and happy bus driver.

Staff was exceptional accommodative, room service clean the rooms every day, breakfast every morning and free shuttle to the airport, the shuttle drive was so pleasant and helpful, clean well kept swimming pool and a gym with lots of equipments, would definitely recommend this hotel

For a mid priced hotel airport, this is the bar to which others should be judged. Comfortable, clean, the staff are amazing and super helpful, they have a great bar, a pool table, an ample gym and an outdoor pool. I even met the legend that is Reb Beach, on my first visit, would defo recommend

The room was large, and beds were comfortable. Nice open shower and bathroom. I did not use the pool area as it was only an overnight stay, but it was a very large pool, area and deck looked inviting. I enjoyed watching the airplanes fly by in the morning before we checked out.

The Amenities Pool table, swimming pool, XYZ bar, and the lounge area was great.

One night stay for airport transfer. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Great location close to airport and a few casual dining places. Room was quiet, comfortable and fairly basic but clean and with all appropriate amenities. Pool area is decent with sun and shade. Perfect for our needs - would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I must say that the service and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The pool area with its stunning view truly added an extra layer of enjoyment to my overall experience at the hotel. I found myself returning to this spot time and time again.

We arrived very early from a cruise ship and the front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shared that we could enjoy the pool, etc. until our room was ready. Also explained the free trolley to downtown, and its stop across the street.

The room was well laid out. It was comfortable and very clean. No comforter or extra pillows to take off bed, which we liked. Sheets were spotlessly clean, and the bed was well made. Quick service at checkin and express checkout. Close to free metro mover. The pool area was nice, and welll maintained. Nice little snack coffee bar in lobby.. The servers were good. Nice setting, but menu was somewhat limited.

Staff was amazing and accommodating, facilities were clean, pool and gym were nice, and very conveniently located to all kinds of things to venture off and do.

We stayed in a double queen room, large and spacious with comfortable beds. The room was very clean and had a bath which was handy having young children. Large impressive lobby upon entry to the hotel. Front desk staff were polite and very helpful. Hotel is in the heart of Miami and about a 20 minute drive to South Beach and 10 minute drive to Miami Port. Great Wifi access throughout hotel. Large and delicious selection of breakfast options in the restaurant buffet.

Hotel manager nick was fantastic. Checked in at 10 pm and our room was unavailable until nick intervened. Dinner on the house while we waited. Didn’t like the room initially provided. Nick searched and got a better one and personally greeted us as he opened the door to the new one. Gave us a late checkout as well without hesitation. Very professional. Everything he took upon himself to make amends. And he did. ( Nick even personally tried to find me some over the counter medication over the phone when i could not. ) Thank you. I will come back. By the way, the hotel lobby is quite spacious, comfortable chairs with nice view of the river. The in-house store, with muffins, cakes, bagels, pizza and fruits and orher assorted goodies is quite handy and complete. We bought 11 slices of their cakes to take with us! Rooms kept clean and were spacious as well. Hotel well located downtown next to lots of good restaurants. In the end, what mattered most here was the hotel manager. Congratulations Hyatt, you can be sure this Regency is in good hands. He took a very delicate situation where the hotel had made a horrible error and turned it into a pleasurable stay.

Though we did not have a car there was good parking. We did not have time to use the swimming pool or workout room. This was a stopover on our way home.

We stayed here the night before our flight, but now for sure, if we return to Miami, we will return to this hotel. Everything was wonderful, starting from the welcome at the front desk, the room which was spacious and comfortable, the bed was good, the bathroom was good and for those how planning to stay a few days, there is a kitchenette with everything needed. Good American breakfast, great Wi-Fi and due to time constraints, we did not use the pool at the hotel.

Front desk was extremely kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool area was nice and water was warm. They served a nice breakfast. Honestly there was nothing wrong i could say about our stay. Will definitely be returning.

Enjoyed dining in the Bluefork Restaurant. Supper was great. Afterwards walked to nearby Target & bought some snacks for the evening. The pool looked inviting but arrived too late for a dip. Staff were friendly and helpful. They answered questions about the area. A great stay.

The staff was super friendly and made check in easy, and even allowed for an early check in since I got there early, even though I wasn’t expecting for it. The pool area was very nice and the greenery outside made for a nice atmosphere. It was a quiet location, and the shuttle to the airport the next morning was very convenient.

Convenient dining choices on property. Pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and also nice welcome to Miami close to airport. Firm mattress where we prefer softer but clean room. We’ll be back!

Stayed here for a night post-cruise and it was great value. We got a suite with two beds and a pull out couch that accommodated our group of 6. Staff were very friendly and airport shuttle was convenient. Pool area is plain with very old furniture that was falling apart and the hot tub wasn’t hot/working. The rooms were great though, well appointed with good furniture.

The airport was so convenient with the hotel shuttle and distance. The staff was extremely helpful and made great recommendations.Poolside, we thrilled watching flights overhead.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the members of staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was convenient for exploring the area. My only disappointment was that the swimming pool from all indications appeared to be unavailable, which was a letdown as I had been looking forward to a swim. However, everything else was fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Staff was great!! We got in from our cruise at 9am, had no where to go or to put our bags. The front desk rushed our check-in for us, taking care of our bags while we walked around, the room was ready around 11:30am (regular 3pm checkin) Very accommodating! Shuttle to airport and back was convenient and easy. Clean, bed was comfortable. Pool needs a little updating.

On the other hand, unfortunately hated the horrendous smell by the pool where the side drains are surrounding the water... they are desperately needing some maintenance. Kind of off putting when you're sitting by the pool and the stench is unbearable. But the view from the roof and everything else the hotel offered made up for it.

Within walking distance to Brickell City Center with shops and restaurants and also close to metromover to easily get to other areas of downtown like Bayfront Park. Room was clean and modern. Hotel has great amenities - pool, restaurant, bar, outdoor patio area. Would definitely stay here again and would stay longer. We were only there for one day before our cruise and it was convenient to get to the port in the morning (the hotel has a 3rd party shuttle service or can easily get an Uber/Lyft).

A few days visiting family in Miami. Not enough room at the house, so we stayed here. Nice Suite hotel. Big rooms with kitchen and separate sleeping areas. Whole place was clean. We had a great stay, the room was comfortable and clean, we loved the pool. One thing I will say is it would be nice if there were more umbrellas outside by the pool to lay under but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel is excellent rooms are spacious and clean,the breakfast is good and facility is quiet, pool is good for family time not crowded. Transportation to the Airport is free and to cruise port is affordable when booked via hotel. I recommend this excellent hotel for future stays.

PROs: -Classy, modern relatively new hotel near Doral and MIA -Decent exercise room on top floor overlooking airport and downtown off in the distance -Excellent restaurants nearby plus a good Fresh Market - my personal favorites are Bulla, Dragonfly and Divieto -Dinner options in the AC restaurant seemed more expansive than at other AC hotels I’ve stayed in -Free parking and I’ve always had a car so I can’t comment on the airport shuttle CONs: -The breakfast is kind of expensive at $20 before tax/gratuity -Hotel charges an advance one night rate prior to arrival when they are sold out which makes it difficult to show on the final bill for expense report purposes. So you need to remember to ask them to refund the advance purchase upon checking in - so it’s just an added thing that I felt I had to take care of -There was some confusion with getting my $10 Marriott elite member breakfast credit to go through -Pool is shared with the Fairfield Inn next door and it’s just small and not as nice as other AC hotel pools I’ve been at -Rooms facing west have a weird window tint to them and it makes the room feel very dark during the day so instead I asked to be facing east with a traditional window So all in all a good hotel but I’d rather have a free breakfast and a nicer pool

This hotel meets the Mariott standards in all points, except for two things: - This is NOT an airport hotel. It takes about 25-20 minutes to reach the airport. The free shuttle only runs from 7ham to 10h pm. We moved there from South Beach for our last night so that we would avoid paying a taxi to the airport. We had to pay a taxi anyway because the shuttle was not running. The price of the taxi was the same as if we had stayed in South Beach - the pool closes at sunset. we were stuck there with no activities for kids. We wished we stayed in South Beach instead. While all the rest was perfect, I would not return because of the location, lack of information about the shuttle and swimming pool closing early.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The room space is well designed with plenty of room for luggage. Ample parking space and convenient location close to nearby shopping and restaurants. The only issue was the scent used in the lobby. It is very overpowering and discouraged us from dining in the restaurant or sitting in the lobby area.

Well run Hotel in a safe area near the Miami International Airport. I travel there frequently for work. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The hotel is well-maintained with a beautiful pool and is convenient to restaurants, the airport and even a grocery store nearby.

room was awesome. though a 1 bedroom was said to be available for us, it was nice to learn when we arrived that changes were made to accommodate us in a 2 bedroom suite. My family and I were shocked and it really made our a nice ending to our two days cruise and weekend stay in Miami. We took a ride to the store via uber and then we hung out at the pool and then had dinner at the hotel restaurant. My family was really surprised and it really wrapped up our vacation in a very special way.

We stayed there because we lost a connection and were expecting just a place to sleep. It exceeded expectations in every way: - comfortable room - nice pool; our kids loved it - breakfast was outstanding. It was included in the rate and even had an omelette station! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for the pool and proximity to the airport with a free shuttle. It was great, nice big room, good breakfast with child friendly options and helpful staff. Various options for dinner from the small shop in reception as well as outside from food carts. It does exactly what it needs to do as an airport hotel and seems to have a high turnover of guests.

Buffet breakfast was satisfactory.Really nice and hot. The gift store was well stock with everything we needed n forgotten at home. Shuttle service was great and on time! Pool was clean.

The refresh of rooms at the Fairfield is welcome. I really like the new clean style furnishings, comfortable beds & linens, amenities and spacious quiet rooms. Reception team are great - focused, efficient and friendly. Pleasant overnight stay. Dinner at Catch of the Day over the road was super!

This was probably the best vacation e we have ever had. The staff was very accommodating. Clean clean clean. Amazing. Spend the extra and come here. Food was excellent. Drinks impeccable. Felix at the Hibachi restaurant was a true entertainer. Can’t say enough about this place. We will be back.

Shuttle is very convenient. Target is walkable. Perfect place to stay night before a cruise. They offer shuttle to the port for like $15 per person. It’s clean and breakfast is ok. They let us check in early which was awesome and they staff was awesome

I loved the indoor pool because i thought it was going to rain but my fiancé ,my 3 year old, and i wanted to get in the pool still. So that was perfect , breakfast was nice , lady that works there also helped me with breakfast.

We got to the hotel way too early to check in. The front desk was very helpful to let us in to the pool while we waited and got us shampoo to use to shower off. They also helped us book a tour for the Everglades that afternoon. And stored our luggage for us. They were very accommodating to a group that hadn’t even checked in yet. We had to walk to dinner but we made it to Dennys and had a great night. Breakfast was good and very filling.

Pick up was perfect! Never had that before! The indoor pool was great especially after a 10 hours flight. Just great! Breakfast was great. The plates and bowls were no plastic! There was a waffle iron! The return was as goid as the pick up! The view of room 210 on the golf course was terrific! Finally after 15 years we found our hotel after a flight from germany to miami! Thanh you very much!

I always stay here when I come to Miami ! Shuttles to the airport and cruise terminals! Quick Uber ride to pretty much anywhere you want to go. Awesome buffet breakfast downstairs. Excellent food in the downstairs restaurant and for sale at the mini mart in the lobby. Awesome gym and pool also. Rooms are clean and perfect and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Definitely a fave for me!

The hotel was very clean and the size of the room was perfect (had a king size bed) It has a little pool and restaurant where I enjoyed a beautiful sunset. It has free airport shuttle 24/7 that goes every 30 min., so that was great The staff was super friendly as well. Even though it is close to the airport, I slept well, and couldn’t hear the planes that much. All in all a hotel I would book again if I have an early departure or late arrival again :)

The staff was what really made our stay. They were all very friendly and helpful, from helping me print out information for a tour, to adding an extra day when travel plans changed. The pool area was comfortable and clean, with lots of seating, a nice break from the heat. I didn't get a chance to use the exercise room, but it was bigger than I expect for a hotel. I would stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times while visiting family in the area. Always good service at check-in. The hotel is always clean and comfortable. We use the pool, and it is a nice area, clean and comfortable.

The free airport shuttle was fantastic. Yerlandy was a great driver, on time and friendly. It was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel and so glad I did. Comfortable beds and clean pool, although it rained so I didn't use the pool.

The property was very clean, the rooms had all basic amenities such as microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer which was perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfect. The pool was fabulous. There is also coffee & chocolate tea at the lobby 24/7 which we enjoyed. Breakfast was almost the same every morning but it was delicious and there’s a wide variety. We arrived really early and the wonderful staff gave us an early complimentary check in which we really appreciated.

It was a great hotel for our overnighter. It had a free airport shuttle, with a friendly driver. We arrived at 7:00pm, & were happy to just walk next door for tacos. Spacious, clean room & very comfy king bed. The breakfast room was lovely, & the buffet was excellent! A really nice pool & lounge area, as we had a 6:00pm flight & were able to hang out for a few hours after checkout. Staff were really friendly & helpful too.

I can suggest King pillows on king beds, ours were standard and only four. Restaurant and bar are great. Breakfast is standard. Small pool. outdoor courtyard is in need of a facelift, only 2 chairs.

We stayed there since it is convenient to appts with UofM hospital. The pool was very warm, the breakfast was hearty and the beds and showers were great.

I booked 4 rooms for my family of 12.. Rooms were very clean . Love the room decor and the area . Lovely staff very professional and understanding the only mis communication was about paying for parking on the property.. which the price could be adjusted at least 15.00 dollars instead of 30 something dollars and change and we see the price displayed for 14.00 dollars my only take away and the pool was not open due to unknown reasons..

Pleasantly surprised that this old hotel is updated and very well maintained. Hotel had amenities like food, services, restaurants, pool, free shuttle service and more! Free shuttle service is available from Miami airport and from the hotel. All you have to do is be in the designated spot, wait for it to arrive and they pick you up - they came every 15 minutes. Cane Fire Grill (onsite restaurant) had delicious food and good staff service. MIA Pantry's (onsite convenience store) had everything you will need! Super glad we decided to spend the night with Miami Airport Marriott hotel! Highly recommend this hotel!

As usual, the front desk agent was very efficient and courteous. My grandson really enjoyed the pool. The internet was fast and stable for my virtual meeting.

We got a huge 1 bedroom suite upgrade and we arrived early for check-in at 2pm no problem. Clean rooms! Quiet AC! Nice large walk-in shower! Great hot breakfast included with lots of table space including outdoor enclosed patio. Nice pool and exercise room. Security elevator using room key card to go up adds layer of security against possible intruders. Convenient and spacious bar area with several TVs for sports. Extremely close to airport with free shuttle if needed. 18 minute drive x-way no toils to the Dolphins lot 95 garage park & ride for NFL games. Half hour to the beach. Best $ value in the area for 3 star hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here! I booked the king suite for my mom and I which had a bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room. It was perfect for us and we both go our own private space! Both beds were really comfortable and we each had our own television which was nice. The bathroom was nice as well! The hotel itself was great! There’s a lot of artwork that we enjoyed viewing and the restaurant and outdoor area (and pool) were a great touch! The staff were great too! I forgot his name now, but there was a black man at the front desk who was super nice! He made our stay enjoyable with his jokes and engagement with us. The location of the property was also perfect. We were only minutes away from restaurants and stores like Taco Bell, Ross, and First Watch. We will definitely be back!

The location is perfect for those needing the airport, and the free shuttle service was a major plus. Breakfast was also varied and fresh. We would definitely stay here again! The only minor point was the staff member responsible for the breakfast area, who I found to be not very friendly or attentive. The staff did everything they could to get us in to our room with early check-in. Convenient to the airport, comfy and quiet rooms. The staff, especially Eddie Morales were friendly and helpful. Power outage handled well by staff. Lobby area dated and could use a freshening. Would stay again. Did not use pool or gitness area. Comlimentary breakfast served from 6 to 9:30.

The property is a bit dated but more than adequate for a few nights stay. The rooms were a bit small however the bedding was very comfortable . There is no shuttle available to the airport . Breakfast is included and a good variety was offered. The pool area is well maintained but I didn’t swim because it was a bit cold the days I spent there.

I liked the pool, I loved the breakfast restaurant buffet! I enjoyed the iguanas and the lagoon in the back by the pool. The room was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed myself. The tri rail station is also right across the street. With $6 a day per person you can literally go anywhere and back. This helped when we wanted to adventure all day Saturday and then when we went to the dolphins and patriots game we didn't have to pay the taxi 90 bucks! Still got back at a decent hour and had time to eat and make our flight back home! It was great!

We needed 1 night before our cruise and wanted something convenient to both the airport and the port, the Sheraton fit the bill. The value was excellent in that they have a pool and restaurant. The room did show it's age, but was clean and comfortable.

The shuttle was perfect. The room was very big. The breakfast has many variations and the staff was very friendly. The location is perfect, and the swimming pool puts the cherry on top. It has a Starbucks store inside the hotel, and they store your luggage very well and carefully for when you want to explore places.

Pool was welcoming clean room front desk friendly. Housekeeping friendly but all said they don't speak English. Didn't like only one microwave to use in a small room in the front of the hotel. All rooms need basic microwave.

Properties located right off 95 in downtown Miami making it incredible convenient and easy to find. There’s a lot of traffic in the air which means plenty of people and energy. Definitely busy and vibrant spot. The atmosphere at the hotel was great the lobby at music plane which added to the welcoming by and the staff or friend in professional one of the highlights was a beautiful view of the Miami river with boats passing by a nice touch that added to the relaxing ambience. The property itself is well-maintained, clean and clearly cared for after a long day. I really appreciate being able to grab a drink at the bar and have a bite to eat perfect way to unwind. They offer shorter to the port of Miami for $12 per person one way while they would be. It would be nice to have a return shuttle as well. I appreciate it convenience and reliability of the transfer to the port. The area as a professional vibe I noticed many business travelers around I was I was also given a early check in hours before the standard time which made a big difference and started my stay on a positive note. I have to check out they securely stored my luggage while I waited for the shutter another thought who touched and made the experience smoother. It was a great stay with excellent service inconvenience location. I definitely consider staying again.

Our stay was very good. The hotel was VERY clean. I spent a lot of time looking for a hotel that was not gross. I was very surprised just how clean everything was. I was traveling with a group of 7. We booked 2 adjoining rooms for a park and cruise. The rooms were very nice. The beds were comfy. The pool area was very nice and the hot tub was very much needed after a long road trip. Things to note if you are considering booking here. Continental breakfast is not included with all rooms. One of our rooms had this included and one didn’t. This was my error as I did the booking online. The hotel was kind enough to waive the fee for my error. The other things to consider is this hotel must be right at the end of a runway as it is right next to Miami airport. Every 5-10 minutes a plane will fly over very low. It was very awesome to watch in the hot tub. We stayed on the 4th floor and did not hear them in our room. We did have friends staying in the top floor and said they could hear them, but were not bothered by it. If you are a light sleeper or would be bothered by that, book a lower floor. If you have kids who love airplanes, this is the hotel for you. If you are a mom (or anyone) who needs a CLEAN hotel. This is it. Also. We did park our rental van here for the 8 days we were on our cruise. We did see a security car on the one night we stayed. Our van was safe and secure when we returned.

everything was exceptional, the front desk staff helped since the beginning answering all the questions we had, for breakfast there was a huge variety of food, the pool was in remodeling condition, so they offered us to use the regency hotel pool, it was next to Sonesta. the location is very convenient we had amazing food in a Cuban restaurant that is just crossing the street. we want to stay longer; we didn't want to stay in the airport for 2 hours so front desk staff offered a late fee to stay up to our flight check in time and we used the shuttle, so it was very beneficial and safe. English and Spanish speakers in the hotel is a plus. Definitively we will back soon =)

The breakfast buffet was very good. Dinner the night before at Tradewinds was excellent. (Thank you, Jorge, for your wonderful service!!) Our room was immaculate and cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The decor was fun, and the whole feel of the hotel was inviting. We spent the night in Miami because we chose an overnight layover rather than spending a whole day traveling. The Sonesta was the perfect place to stay, and the airport shuttle service was outstanding.

I usually avoid hotel restaurants as they tend to be very overpriced. Their restaurant was a bit nicer than expected and reasonably priced. I could swim some laps in the ~16 metre pool in the morning. Everything was comfortable. Bed a bit soft for my liking, but that's a personal preference. I would stay there again if needing an overnight stay near the airport.

A short Uber ride to downtown and to the cruise port. We did not use the airport shuttle as we Uber’ed from another hotel in Fort Lauderdale. We enjoyed our stay.

The Pullman is always our go to in Miami. Elegant and comfortable, with spacious suites and a beautiful pool area that has a gorgeous sunset view, after our first visit became our favorite. The food from the bar restaurant is very good,and the breakfast buffet in the main dining room is unequal. Affordably priced,would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay for an overnight or a longer stay. They also provide airport transportation and there is a shuttle service that can be booked for a transport to the cruiseport.

Whilst in Miami for a short break or transit, this is my hotel of choice. The location is excellent, close to local shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool area is extremely relaxing. Check in is always smooth and the staff are very friendly. The shuttle bus to/from the airport runs like clockwork every 30 minutes. Breakfast is really good, with lots of options. The bar area serves food options throughout the day and evening.

Room was clean, comfortable and had a view of the pool and water. Stayed one night before heading out for a cruise. The shuttle service was efficient and driver was courteous. Everyone single one of the staff members were amazingly attentive. The restaurant staff was wonderful. From Michael the host to the waiter Mr. M and the staff refilling the buffet items. They were patient and treated everyone with Grace and Respect. I booked another night for a return stay.

I love this property. I love the lobby lay-out, the wide entrance, the spacious parking lot, the pool deck area, the restaurant and bar. My favourite part of this hotel is the blue lagoon view that I get to enjoy from the high rooms. From this hotel, you can enjoy a shaded walk under tree canopies to an area with a Starbucks, a Chipotle restaurant, and other popular restaurants. About 300 metres, you can also find a shopping plaza with Burlington, and a supermarket. Walgreen and CVS are also within walking distance in the Blue Lagoon area.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. We booked a two bedroom and actually had 3 bedrooms with a bonus room. The rooftop pool area was beautiful and the lounge area with a pool table, board games and books. This place is top tier. The location was perfect and walkable to dining and night clubs. This was our first time staying in this area and we would definitely stay at this property again.

Absolutely love this property! We had a three bedroom two bath unit with washer and dryer full kitchen, super clean super comfortable great views of the Art District. One bedroom plus den was large with 2 TV's, stainless steel appliances, comfortable beds and pillows. Rooftop pool is large with lots of couches/chairs giving it a luxury feel. Location is a few minutes walk from 2nd Ave with Wynwood Walls and restaurants/shops along the street. No convenience stores nearby. Trader Joe's is about a 10 minute walk, but GrubHub delivery of beer/sodas/etc. was even more convenient. MIA plane traffic is close enough to hear but decreases overnight and wasn't an issue. Washer/dryer worked well. Would stay again.

I did enjoy my stay here; I will say the pool area was nothing like the photos. There was no seating around the pool and the pool itself was dirty. The second downfall was the parking situation, you had to pay every time you would leave and return.. I did love the lighting in the deluxe room. I do believe room prices here should not be 250 a night.

We had a great day but paid extra to book a pool view room however, the pool was out of service. And the patio was very dirty and filled with garbage. The breakfast they offered was $36 US per person which was very overpriced The location was great

The property is nice looking and friendly staff. Although, I selected this hotel for the pool, but was notified after checking in that the pool was out of service. The pillows are too hard. I would recommend offering a few different types of pillows. Also, the bathroom could be cleaned better to remove the hair from the floor.

The shuttle service was excellent in getting to and from the airport for the Metro. The staff were all courteous, professional and super helpful. The restaurant and bar offered good food options. The location is excellent. It's right outside the airport and movies, shopping, and other restaurants are within 3 or less blocks. The hotel smells amazing! Excellent parking. Beautiful pool area.

Having issues with stand by flights we booked very last minute a double queen bed for 2 adults and 2 kids. Good value for money, free shuttle bringing us to the nearby location from Miami airport, comfortable, nice staff, very nice pool with stunning view on landing aircrafts and with lots of bath towels available, ideal for a short stay waiting for a flight to keep kids busy, fairly nice breakfast included in our Booking.com rate. All in all perfect deal, bravo.

Had a great stay. Quality of late night room service options was less than expected. Pool service was less than expected, took some coaxing and not as attentive as you would expect. Had to chase them down a few times even when they weren’t busy. No fruit trays while in the pool as advertised which was disappointing.

A truly great stay. Service was outstanding from valet, check in, house keeping, pool attendants, pool servers- All provided great service. Hotel is in a good location near to the brickell action and walking paths on the water. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean hotel with an amazing pool and outdoor area. However, the rooms are very outdated and the service could be better. This hotel overall doesn't feel as luxurious as other Four Seasons I've stayed at.

Loved my stay, my room was great. The bedding is the best thing. The pool was wonderful and the Sunday Brunch delicious!! Will be back soon!

We had 1 bedroom suit which was brilliant had everything needed beds were comfy breakfast was nice we stayed here for night before cruise it was perfect for us miller's in car pack walmart 5 min drive there is a pool but we didn't have time to use it

The property was clean and very peaceful. The gym and pool was available. It was certainly a getaway. A very lovely place. I enjoyed my stay

Very affordable place to stay for more than a few days. The place was very clean, even though they are doing some remodeling and upgrades which will make it even better for future stays. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a small kitchen which was very helpful in order to cook my food in the room. The A/C was excellent, very cold and comfortable for me. Easy and plenty of parking available. Very convenient in the heart of Doral, everything from shopping to food was very close by. A beautiful Doral park only a few blocks away to exercise, walk and playgrounds for the kids. I was very satisfied with my stay and recommended if you’re looking for an affordable comfortable stay.

It was a really easy and convenient experience. Fast check-in and check-out. We did not stay too long and did not particularly use any facilities extensively. Mostly needed a place to sleep, take a shower and have easy access and parking. All this was available. The room even had a small kitchen in it, which we only used a fridge and a microwave from. Was not very long commute to Miami Beach. Although maps showed 25 minutes whereas in reality it was closer to 40 minutes (South Beach). The only real small complaint could be the breakfast. I was kind of hoping for something bigger, like some eggs and bacon, waffles etc. But it was only some coffee, muffins, some yogurts and an oatmeal from a packet you could cook in a cup of hot water (provided as well). Ah also some small yellow ants in the kitchen, which we've noticed only after couple of days... Could do without those as well.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk associates were extremely courteous. Friendly and helpful 😊. I'm sorry I didn't get their names. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable 👍. The pillows were normal size not like the small hard pillows at other hotels 👎. The water pressure was good. Everything in our room worked well👍. I like the shampoo they offer. It has a nice scent and leaves my hair soft. They should offer conditioner. The tub should be changed as it is scratched up and has a crack on the wall 🫤. The burners need to be changed as well, they are rusty. The morning associate Mina 🤗 🌹 was a blessing

Everything was good, very clean and comfy, Room has kitchen, a desk if you have to work and internet was very fast, 100% recommended. Location is perfect and there are a lot of restaurants near so you can go even walking
