The pool villas are always wonderful! You won’t find a pool villa in Patong with a big sun facing pool like that, trust me. The staff are super friendly and the facilities are perfect!

Everything about this accommodation is amazing. This is my favourite place to stay in Phuket. It’s super clean, the pool is always clean. The service is amazing, the food is good. The most comfortable bed. The pool villa is actually private too. The aircon works great and doesn’t smell like mould. It’s worth paying the price to be in a super clean and comfortable accommodation

The property and rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area and pool bar/restaurant. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and the tour of our pool villa was a nice added touch! The whole resort was very clean! The walk to Patong beach from the accommodation is about 20 minutes and definitely easily done! The buggy up the hill to the lobby was a nice treat at the end of the walk though! We went in mid Feb and the pool was quiet and made it a little more special!

I really liked the infinity pool overlooking the City and it being so close to the beach.

Great location that’s not too far from the main strip where everything is a 10 to 15 minute walk. Good hotel for the price and has a rooftop infinity pool. There’s a spa directly next-door and a pretty cool coffee shop that makes great smoothies on the other side. Hotel offers a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner.(very pricey). The breakfast menu has tons of options, but is overpriced for Thailand. Nice hotel however depending on where your room is located, your view can be very disturbing.

The pool was the main reason that I booked a room in this hotel. Ultimately, the pool did not disappoint, as it was on the roof so was not shaded by other buildings nearby. The location was ok, since it was just a short walk to get to Bangla Road and the entertainment areas. Also there was a bar just alone the road where the pool table is free and the girls in the bar are pretty good pool players... so on a night out, it was good to stop and have a few games of pool with them.

I am solo traveler this is the best hotel in the patong area if you come with family must visit this hotel. Pool area is quite big and room size are also good. If you are indian please contact to Rick from front desk he will guide you what you can do in Phuket. All the things are near by like restaurant and 7 eleven. Yoga was amazing and dj party in the hotel pool area. All the staff are good and politely.

Great location, close to everything and far enough away that is was also peaceful. The roof top restaurant was beautiful for breakfast and Nada was an amazing host every day. The staff at the front desk were also amazing, very helpful and just a pleasure to see every day. Ocean views from the roof top where the pool is located. Will be back soon.

Location was great so close to beach, bars and restaurants. The reception and lobby area was always spotlessly clean with what seemed like someone constantly mopping the floor which was always so shiny. Sound proofing was good couldn't hear any road noise from my room and the rooftop pool and bar were good also.

-Location is very good, less than 5min walk from the nightlife , and everything you want around -Hotel and room very clean and modern -Staff is lovely and amazing, they are very helpful and caring if you need something. Great place to stay just far enough away from the craziness you’ll find great little family restaurants bars there’s a 24/7 convenience store across the road if you need to get food cold drinks for your fridge. Pool was amazing definitely recommend a room with pool access too easy. Will definitely stay again thank you

We had a walk in shared pool from the patio which was excellent. The room was good. Breakfast was fine, although the choice was not huge. An adequate hotel, but not outstanding. Choose a pool access room if you can

First of all, the location is very good in my opinion. Far away from Bangla noise, but close to the beach and night markets. SevenEleven and many restaurants are nearby. The room is nice, very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you don’t want to go to the beach you can always enjoy the swimming pool in the hotel. Breakfast is nice, but every day the same so you can get bored after a few days. But in general, I can recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel, lovely friendly staff, clean rooms and pool. The rooftop top has amazing views and a bar which serves cocktails and other drinks. Only one thing I did not like is the unnecessary extra plastic straws given with ordered drinks, paper alternative would be best however it seems all of Phuket add lots of plastic straws to drinks :(.

We had a wonderful stay at JourneyHub Phuket, Patong Hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and well managed. We stayed with family in 3rd week of March, 2025 for 5N/6D. The staff is polite, courteous and helpful. Most of the Chefs are from India, so you will get Indian food options in Breakfast Buffet and in dinner also you may order Indian food. Food quality is very good here. The Hotel has Infinity Pool, Bar, Gym and Cafeteria at the roof top. Some times you may find that service is slow to get drinking water or tea bags. The Hotel provides complementary one way drop till Patong Beach on specified timings. Overall good for family stay in Phuket.

The pool is reallyyyyy niceeee, you should go to the pool during sun set hour. The staffs are extremely supportive, very nice and kind. 10/10 for this trip so I highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. We are heading back to phuket before we leave and likely will be booking journey hub again. About 15-20 minute walk from beach and close enough to night life to have fun but far away so you can have a quiet nights sleep :) let me add the rooftop pool and patio was AMAZING. My room was on the 2nd floor, small single bed with TV, air-con, Wi-Fi and a kettle with tea and coffee. Room cleaned daily and a fresh bottle of water provided along with tea and coffee. Swimming pool on the rooftop. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly and welcoming. Great value for money.

It's my second visit to Phuket and last time I stayed in 3 different hotel. But this time, this hotel has amazing location, Decent spacious & clean room with balcony and superb rooftop pool with super reasonable price. 7-11, market, good pubs, restaurants, beach and almost everything is within 1KM. Initially I planned to stay there for the first day only but extended my stay there for all 5 days in Phuket.

The location is excellent, the bed was very comfy, WIFI was good, room was clean. The view from the pool is nice. The size of the room was big, kettle and tea, hair dryer was in the room.

It's surprisingly quiet (not silent, but quiet) for the location - right near Bangla Road, the night markets and boxing. The rooftop pool has great views and is open until 9pm. The staff are soooo kind and very helpful!

Everyone was really good with accomodations If you wanted them to clean your room a little later there was no issues, they provided fresh new towels and fresh water each day etc. You also had the option of them doing your laundry for a little fee. The facilities was nice and you had the option to go swim at a pool on the rooftop.

Walking distance to everything such as food spots and Bangla Rd. But tucked away in a quiet peaceful spot. Relatively clean, small issues with plumbing maintenance, double bed is two single beds pushed next to each other, but nothing that ruined the stay.

Amazing buildings and rooms, gorgeous pool and bar area. The only down fall was the restaurant across the road it was over priced and the food was quite average. Some staff spoke limited English but overall we were able to get what we were after in the end. Lovely cocktails by the pool! Short 15min walk to beach very easy to get to, but the hotel it's self is quiet and peaceful tucked around the corner off the main road. I would definitely go back!

Loved it here! Just under 2 weeks, had a deluxe pool view room, but bathroom was very dark so couldn’t see in the wardrobe... Perfect location for everything (if you do the trips normally you’ll get picked up last and dropped home first) The Thai Boxing Stadium is on site and provided 1-1 Muay Thai training lessons and watch the fighting (do the VIP seating) Pool was clean and always nice temperature, the breakfast was standard and open early so you could eat before any trips! Would definitely recommend!

Hotel was fabulous, i had upgrade to deluxe suite with the padi rice outside, was so peaceful and quiet, room was amazing, so comfortable, huge beds, loved the finding of umbrellas and beach bag in the wardrobe, nice surprise! Pool was lovely, nice and relaxing, never too busy and a big pkus you can use it day and night wirhout a problem. The little security man is lovely he will go find you a tuk tuk if you need one, nithing is too much trouble.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was very standard but big enough. The pool is beautiful and massive. The buffet breakfast was excellent, the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere inside and out. The staff were friendly and easy to understand. The hotel is in a great location, it's right next door to boxing. It is only a 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely visit again, it's great value for money.

Very clean. Nice stuff. Pool is very nice and clean but looks dirty because it's painted red. Beds are big and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers are nice and clean. Hot water, lots of pressure. Individual bed lights and outlets. Very big spacious rooms. Little balcony to dry clothes. Free towel to use.

Better than 10/10. Exceptionnal quality/price offer. Very convenient with shops around (7/11, pharmacy, change counter, restaurants and street food...). Beds are so comfortable. The swimming pool is very quiet and always clean. All this thanks to the lovely staff and manager. There's no way I can stay somewhere else in Patong. Kop khun krap 🙏🏼

Our balcony overlooked the front which is the better view.

Amazing!!!!! Can’t get over how amazing the staff are and how welcome we felt! They would bend over backwards to ensure you had an amazing time! So professional and the room was so lovely and clean and modern and comfortable! The pool Is clean and the food is delicious! 12/10!

This was an awesome little find that we took a punt on and it payed off. Full apartment facilites including a proper coffee machine with real coffee beans, the hotel had a roof top pool happy hour at the bar, amazing room service which was very helpful for the days we got sick. Beach at the end of our street and walking distance to all the hustle and bustle, but tucked away enough for us to have a nice quiet and relaxing stay.

Good location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and one street behind restaurants and 7/11, so far away enough from the street noise. Accommodation looked as described, it was handy having a kitchenette to have food in your apartment. Two separate air conditioning unit for bedroom and main living area. Rail outside on balcony to dry clothes, plus chair and tables. I was remote working and got internet speeds of 100+ mbps. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure too. Pool area got sun until approx. 4PM before it was blocked behind another taller building. Would recommend staying here!

Nestled on a quiet side street this is a gem of a hotel. A boutique hotel and serviced apartments with spacious rooms ranging from 40 sqm to 100 sqm & also a two bedroom suite. Very friendly and attentive staff, decent breakfast spread & two pools. Restaurant offers decent variety of food although a bit expensive. The centre of Patong (Jungceylon shoppung mall and Bangla Road) is about a 10-15 min walk or 5 min by Tuk Tuk costing 200 Baht one way.

Location was brilliant only a 10/15 minute walk to bangla road and patong beach. Breakfast was very nice with a wide choice. The room was very big and clean and nice view overlooking the pool area. The staff were friendly (BIG THANKS TO Snooker), professional, and always willing to help, making check-in and any requests quick and easy. The facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a relaxing pool area, and a cozy restaurant with great food. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and public transport, yet peaceful at night. Considering the quality of service and amenities, it was excellent value for money. I stayed at Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket for four nights in a pool access room, and it was an outstanding experience. The room was clean, spacious, and the direct pool access added a special touch to the stay. Boyd at the reception was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The staff overall were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is in a great location—close enough to Patong Beach and the lively nightlife, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a pool room for 7 nights. The accomodation was spacious and clean and the facilities all very comfortable. Staff at the pool bar were so friendly every day giving local advice - Sunshine, Honey and Selena. Food at buffet was quality although this could be slightly improved for the service explanations. Staff at reception always welcoming and attentive. Room service flexible and high standard. Would 100% recommend if you want to be close to Patong but also on the nicer side of the streets in the area

The bedroom was very modern, clean and comfortable. The shower was really good. Towels are provided, as well as towels for the swimming pool. The sunset from the rooftop pool is beautiful. The swimming pools heats up throughout the day so is a nice comfortable temperature. The hotel is in a good location. Can easily walk to nearby restaurants, shopping centre and to the beach. It is up a slight hill though.

The breakfast great. A good variety of foods. We ordered lunch and snacks and drinks from the pool bar. The pizzas were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great rooftop pookl, beautiful sunset . We spent a day at the pool and one evening at the pool.

Having travelled Thailand for the last month this was one of the top hotels we stayed in. The roof top pool looks very high end (and the pool itself is larger than the photos show) - spotlessly clean, very comfortable sunbeds and a swim up bar. The whole hotel and all its facilities look brand new. The rooms and large, very comfortable and like the rest of the hotel, spotless. Good location in walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean, and there was a lot of space. We really like the pool (we didn't like the noisy beach, so we chilled by the pool). The gym was small, but it was enough. The hotel is located further from the beach but for us it was okay. Right next to the hotel was restaurant with delicious food and on the opposite was good cafe.

A wonderful clean and quiet hotel. Excellent location. Two 24-hour supermarkets, 7/11 and Family Mart, are located a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The beach can be reached in 5-7 minutes at a leisurely pace, and Jungceylon is a 10-minute walk away. Free drinks such as tea and coffee are always available at the reception. Beach towels can be borrowed. The friendly administrator speaks English. The room is clean with quality cleaning, good bedding, a kettle, cups, and drinking water. No deposit is required upon check-in. The hotel owner, Alex, is a friendly and kind person who is always ready to help guests. I was hospitalized for 10 days after being hit by a motorbike. Alex came to pick me up from the hospital, brought me to the hotel, and helped me with everything. Thank you so much for your help and support, Alex. I will definitely come back!

To helping book tours suitable.for you ( i had a bad knee, and limited mobility)The room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. We had a really great experience staying here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us book tour of the city at a really good price. The place is withing waking distance of the beach and stores like 7-11. As for the rooms , they were very clean and well maintained with good and fast WIFI. Ing the receptionist was the best of this hotel she is very kind, sweet, helpful, with a genuine interest for her guests asking about how are we and our day. Our stay was great in all aspect. The staff was very helpful and always ready to support in case of any need. The rooms were clean and all amenities were luxury branded. The pool was very clean and the breakfast was so much diversified. The location of hotel is so central and close to the patong beach. We enjoyed a lot and we are looking forward to coming back again!

We tried their lobster dinner on the top deck, which was scrumptious with gorgeous views. Regular rooms on the first floor open up to a patio right on the pool. I highly recommend this hotel! Great experience!

The rooms are small. Had room with axis to the pool but no stairs to get out of the pool. The food was not good.

Our holiday didn’t get off to a great start, flights delayed then cancelled, lopping 1 day off of our vacation , and lost baggage by airline. front desk staff took up the task and within 2 days we were reuinited with our bags. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel backs onto a lovely clean stretch of beach, ideal for strolling on, simple clean pools , lovely restaurant on roof terrace., unbelievable array of food for breakfast, 10 minute walk to shopping mall, and some really good restaurants. Would definatley return here.

Rooms are well equipped, minibar with sorts and beers free. Not too noisy, while direct vicinity to main Patong road. Very nice restaurant for both breakfast and lunch/dinner.

La Flora will be my place to stay on any future trip to Phuket. I believe we enjoyed the best room in all of Patong Beach with a private large swimming pool and direct access to the beach. The daily sunset views were just majical. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Breakfast and room service food were excellent. Bedding and bathroom amenities were first class. It was a holiday to remember. The location of the hotel cannot be beaten.

Great hotel. On arrival we got a drink which was very welcoming. We had a room on the 9th floor, which had a great view and it wasn’t noisy at all. The room had everything necessary and looked quite modern. Good deep pool where you can rest from the heat of the city. Amazing buffet breakfast with a great variety of options. Nearby are a lot of shops and good cheap massage salons.

What can I say about my stay here, it was excellent, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, the location was great everything in walking reach, banana market, Bangla road, patong beach, the service at this hotel was exceptional, even the cleaners were always polite and smiling and very hard working keeping the hotel immaculate, the other staff day and night was just the best hotel staff I have ever seen very friendly always smiling and happy, you can get drinks in the hotel bar 24/7 which was great if you like a drink like me, and from 7am you can order a great breakfast cooked by a great chef, the boss is a very nice man always happy to say hello, the rooms are extremely clean and modern and the shower is huge and powerful, comfy beds, you also have a mini bar in your room, I mean actual rum and beers and snacks for you in your room, which was great, I missed leaving this hotel, and will 100% be coming here for my next stay soon, thank you for all the day and night staff (the girls) for taking care of me, all the best from sukh singh, (Mr sangsom 😂)

This small, inexpensive hotel proved to be a perfect choice. Booking a one-night stay at the last minute for $31 for three adults was easy. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient to the Banzaan market, a nice mall, a Mauy Thai boxing ring, great restaurants, Bangla Walking Street, Patong Beach, and just for exploring the area. The staff provided amazing service, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was nice and clean, offering a comfortable space to relax. Everything about this hotel contributed to a positive experience. It offered great value and exceeded expectations for a budget-friendly stay. The staff were so nice and amazing ❤️ with recommendations. They also let us check in 2 hrs early at no charge. I had to check out of my other hotel at 12pm and a wait for a late flight at 11:40pm (23:40). I would definitely recommend this hotel for those seeking affordable and pleasant accommodations.

Stayed here for 2 nights with 2 friends. Location is perfect. 5 minute walk from the main strip and 10min from the beach. Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. There is a tourist lady outside the door who is very helpful we booked our boats and tickets to a lady boy caneret including transfers picked up at the hotel for next to nothing. Rooms are spacious with air con and warm shower. Mini bar fridge that you have to pay for but is still very cheap. Would deffo recommend this hotel for location alone!

Location is near by to all needed places for us - bars, restaurants etc. It is very lively outside, therefore you need to be aware of possible noise. We had room which windows was directed to the street, therefore, next time would chose pool view rooms type. Pool was nice and nessecary in these weather conditions.

Had an anniversary trip to Phuket. Swimming pool was good. No food available in this hotel. Wi-Fi was good . Service by Meena and her team was good . They gave one umbrella per room when it was raining. We took double bed with swimming pool view which was good. We took rental bikes from the next door rental. Room service was good too!

Everything is great at this hotel. Very central location near Bangla Road and beach, lovely staff, great room and bed, balcony. Value for money is incredible. It’s perfect for female solo travellers, I always feel safe there, 24/7 security at the door and easy to walk on foot to everywhere.

On arrival, we were made to feel important. Staff including cleaners all were very welcoming. Main pool is warmer than pool access rooms pool, but still great. As we were celebrating our Anniversary our room had petals & arty towels on it on arrival and a cake arrived. Location is perfect next to markets, Hardrock, hooters and 10min walk to Central and main shopping centre and Bangala Rd. This was our 4th visit to Grand Mercure, we first went as it opened and will be back again.

This hotel is really good. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was slightly hard for my taste but I still slept well. All the staff were professional and helpful. The pool and poolside bar were amazing. The cocktails at happy hour made for a relaxing afternoon. I would recommend this place

Our first time in Thailand and staying at the Grand Mercure Phuket Patong in a pool access room and fell in love the hotel and the staff that we're looking at booking again for next year. Wanted to give a big shout out to the staff in the pool bar, Craft Bar & Chou Chou for their service and keeping us well looked after. Dao, Pla, Kate, Mind, Tuktan & Matoom sorry if we missed any but you all made our holiday so much more enjoyable.

First of all, Amazing property!! Definitely something you expect from a 5star and def had the staff training for it! Was an amazing property with great facilities and the location was really really food, just 10 mins walk past all the life and parties to Bangalore road! -The location is excellent. You have a 7/11, tour guides, massage places, malls, halal food options (fancy+street food), Patong beach, and pharmacy everything within a radius of 1 km. Bangla road is just a 5 minute walk. -Good view from the room balcony (not beach) -Quiet and peaceful. It’s close enough to Bangla Road but away from the noise. -The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They make sure everything is taken care of. -We stayed for 4 nights and had a really comfortable stay. Overall, a really nice package in the given price range Bonus: There was a tour guide lady with a stall right next to the hotel entrance named “Amity Center Tour”. we booked all our tours through her, she was reliable and gave us good discounts so it was super convenient to book tours throughout our stay.

Room was spotlessly clean,comfortable bed and decent bathroom with lots of hot water.Bottled water restocked every day,mini bar in room had same prices as restaurant eg 70 Baht for a beer.The reception staff were always helpful and they even provided a shower room with soap and clean towel for free as we left in the evening but checked out in the morning.Nice little inexpensive restaurant right next door,quiet and off the main road. Very happy with our stay.

Our 12 night stay was delightful. The location was convenient for what we wanted - within 5 min walk to the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach towels were provided daily, they took care of taxi reservation to the airport. Although the rooms are plain but very clean, woth great air conditioning, excellent WiFi, and included daily housekeeping. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a budget place to stay. Well worth the price.

This is an amazing and unique hotel. The pool was excellent and never busy. I loved that the room looked put to the pool with easy access and sun loungers directly outside the room. The staff working here were friendly and always happy to help. The location was excellent with multiple amazing restaurants and bars nearby. Far enough from Bangla Rd to not be too noisy but close enough to walk for the action. The rooms in this hotel were so quiet considering the location. I absolutely loved this place and want to return next year. Thanks for making our holiday beautiful and memorable.

-Good location close to beach/main roads, but still not noisy -Really cool room design and hotel aesthetic -Two towels provided (pool & shower) -Laundry service next door -Clean Rooms (that still means a few hairs and stains on sheets/towels in Thailand) -Cold pool (some guests might not like that, I did). -Firm beds, but not hardest we have had in Asia. -The place is not a 10/10, but considering the quality of some places that get rated as such, it deserving of a 10 this time (probably a true 8.7).

This place is absolutely crazy good! If you are into bikes you will see a whole bunch of weird (but interesting) models even in your room! I am very amazed. It has a pool that rarely did anyone use it although it was high season and all the rooms fully booked. Me and my partner enjoyed the pool only for the two of us for about an hour!! We only drank a few beers in the bar, the staff are quite nice and the beers just hit the spot after a long hot walk! :-) Highly recommended.

Peaceful at night, so no issue for sleeping. Nicky (the owner) is an amazing person with a warm personality, coming by every day to meet all the guests. Overall, we loved the atmosphere of this hotel and how welcoming Nicky and the staff were.

The garden pool area was excellent, the infinity pool was our favourite. The hotel was across the road from the beach which was very handy We spent our second week in Patong at a Hotel Resort located at the other end of Patong beach which just did not compare with the Graceland Resort despite being more expensive.

Everything was great at Gracelands. From the cleaners, room service and even the gardeners, super friendly and polite they have a pump to blow up pool toys here so don’t get them inflated on the streets. Aircon is great and quiet. Beds are big and so comfortable. Buffet breakfast every morning was great. Staff would leave towel arrangements or balloons almost every day, so thoughtful. We had Sunset Pool Access, bit expensive but to be honest, big spacious room and having the pool at your door is worth it.

We had a sunset deluxe pool access room which was spacious and convenient. The staff are always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The pools are fantastic and the poolside dining is suited to all ages. Would definitely recommend for families

Buffet breakfast was so good with allot of options. The taxi services inside the hotel was good too but may need to barging alittle.

This is a cracking hotel for families. Great swimming pool for the kids. Highly recommend hiring the water scooters. They are great fun. The paddle board one is better for younger kids.. my 9 year old boy couldn’t control the other kind. Food was great in restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also at poolside bar. Lots of kids activities although never made it to any of them. Not a great fan of the local area. Didn’t think it was great for kids particularly at night.

This was our second time staying here and I Like how the Hotel maintains it’s values and prioritizes each detail to fulfill all clients. Starting with the nice happy staff, cleanliness, rooms very compfortable, a delicious breakfast with many varieties and always adding something new, an entertaining schedule with activities for the kids each day, nice big pool area with affordable prices to eat at pool restaurant and a very quiet place to stay in the middle of busy Patong. I can add many more but I can say all in all well worth the stay and that’s why we returned and will again in the future.

I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback from my recent stay. Firstly, I was very impressed with the luggage carrier service. The staff were incredibly helpful and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, I absolutely loved the swimming pool area. It was beautifully maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The services around the pool were also commendable, making my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for providing these excellent services, which truly enhanced my stay.

Very good hotel for the price! Pool was awesome, very relaxing and clean. The buy one get one free happy hour cocktails at the pool bar were fantastic. Billie and the other bar staff really looked after us. Location was great too, close enough to walk to beach and Bangla road. Breakfast was basic but enough to keep you satisfied. Within walking distance of the beach if it’s not too hot next door is a convenience store & 3 doors away you can drop off your laundry for next day return. It’s all about the pool…Our room had pool access & also full sun on our balcony for most of the day. I recommend a pool access room because you will always have seats. Free shuttle twice a day to the beach. We asked for a late checkout & were able to for $500Baht extra.

On arrival we had a few problems with the wifi and pool. These were promptly rectified by the very helpful staff. Our room although abit on the small side was very clean and very comfortable. I emailed the hotel and asked them to organize the hiring of a scooter which they did for me. The cleaner never stopped and was always smiling.

Easy to get to, room was immaculately clean, it’s got a pool, beach towels at reception. Water and snacks in the room, shower hot, bed comfortable and it’s cheap as chips. Just book it.

Location is definitely a plus, central of Patong. Single floor (on the ground). Large tub, large bed. Clean towels are abit rough on skin, but ok for me. Good place for those with large family (multiple rooms booking). Just like a chalet stay, minus the bbq pits. There's a small pool, but didn't use it.

There was a deck upstairs with a small pool and a large common area to relax in. This area was air conditioned as well. The hostel was minutes from the beach and close to all that Patong Beach provides. Just excellent! The bear motifs were cute too.

The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The deluxe premium room is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures, very spacious, clean and well equipped. It was a pleasure staying there. Being located close to the beach, all necessary shops and attractions are located nearby. The roof top pool area is great with an amazing view of the beach at sunset. We booked some trips through the in house travel agency and all of them were amazing and worth the money. We can't say the same about other trips we booked through outdoor travel agents.

I stayed at Beyond Patong Hotel for three nights and was impressed from the moment I checked in. The receptionists, Ms.Chu Tar, and Mr. Mario were very friendly and provided clear information with warm smiles. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a great sleep throughout my stay. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view, perfect for taking photos and relaxing in the evening. Breakfast provides a variety of Thai and international dishes, all delicious and nicely presented. Special thanks, I will definitely return to this hotel again when I come back to Phuket.

We got the pool access room and it was very nice to be able to open the door and the pool is there. Great hotel, in the center of Patong beach, but far away enough from the street noise, poolside bar is perfect place to stay calm in the day heat, they have a snack menu, but also restaurant with indian cuisine has a very delisious meal. The hotel Staff is absolutely lovelly. They finished the gym these days - little, but sufficient. Breakfast on the roof floor is delicious and with good diverse selection of the food. Beach towels for free all day. We spent there two awesome weeks (two rooms with the pool acces) and we have nothing to complain about :)

Great location. Staff very attentive, close to amenities. Lobby and rooms all very clean and comfortable. 2 very good size pools both with bars next to them for food/drink. Didn’t try food but great menu, cocktails very good. Didn’t get the woman’s name but the kind lady with braces who served us at the bar at the smaller pool provided great service.

The resort was beautiful, pool was big and so nice with pool bar, music and excellent service. Staff were ao friendly and helpful. Very clean, and buffet breakfast was good. Highly recommend this resort!

The pools were always super clean and fun to swim in! They offer a range of pool toys for kids as well which were fun for all ages to use. The staff were always very helpful and happy! The location was about a 10 minute walk from Patong strip which was perfect for us. Heaps of convenience shops next door.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is fantastic with nice sun loungers. Our bed was very comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. Toiletries and water were provided daily. Towels changed daily and pool towels provided. We booked our private taxi with the hotel and received a good price and great friendly service. The location is perfect. Nice resturaunts close by and easy walk to Bangla road area, whilst still remaining quiet at night in the room. We would 100% return.

Nice hotel close to the beach, restaurants and Bangla road but in a quiet alley. The rooftop swimming pool was great for a morning dip and sunset in the evening - it was often our private swimming pool! Staff were friendly and always keen to help if needed. Overall a great stay.

Location was amazing situated right in the heart of Patong Beach - nightlife and beach in walking distance. Lots of restaurants, shops, pharmacies and convenience stores near by. Room was spacious with tea, coffee, jug, fridge, lockbox, beach and shower towels, shampoo, conditioner etc. Roof top pool with lovely views, friendly staff and daily house keeping. The breakfast selection was the best of any hotel I have stayed at. From the usual suspect to antipasto to salad to Indian food.

Breakfast here is another level, I feel like I didn't even try 50% of the stuff there was. So many choices including foods from multiple cultures (thai, hindi, western). Pool area in hotel is also very nice, multiple pools, bar next to the pools, deck chairs to chill in. Really nice. Rooms were nice and clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Bed was really really big. Room had shower and bathtub. Balcony with pool view looks really nice because hotel yard is decorated really nice with nice attention to details.

Beautiful swimming pool but not enough Sun loungers. Need to be down at the pool really early to get one as many people put there belongings on them and then go out of off for breakfast. Even though it says not smoking around the pool, lots of people smoking. No one enforced the rules. Also lots of glasses and bottles allowed around and in the pool. Breakfast was great but again no one enforced using tongs and often not enough tongs around to use. The people cleaning tables used the same cloth on every table. Didn’t see any cleaning products used.

The rooms are big and very comfortable the beds are comfy the pool area was great had the Thursday night buffet huge choice the breakfast buffet has the works and some thing for everyone the staff and security team everywhere were wonderful all the staff were wonderful the room service and menu was great everything is kept clean and the pool is amazing clean and the pool area is comfortable and fun we enjoyed our stay ALOT

It is a party hotel so if that is what you are looking for it is 5 star. We found that we did not use the pool as it is next to the bar with loud music late into the night and it kept us up as our room was next to the pool. But service was good great people. Just not what I was looking for I was wanting. Relaxed resort feel.

I took the deluxe king suite for 11 nights and it was spectacular. Clean clean clean, room was always done on time to perfection . Property has a pool a restaurant... they could change up the breakfast menu but I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the staff at Lub d for making this vacation spectacular

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is exceptionally clean. I stayed in the room with pool access, which was perfect. Tom makes the best cocktails at the pool bar.

Wonderful location, right in the middle of Patong, but surprisingly very quiet in our room. Our room was lovely, spotless, and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on, (we took a photo of the brand of mattress we loved it that much) And the pool was just awesome, so clean, in part sun part shade, perfect temperature and great pool bar with happy hour. and fantastic room service.

Good central location right across the street from the beach. Pools and pool activities such as the happy hour foam party, DJ and burgers were fun. Although not free, the breakfast buffet was excellent. My only complaint was that there was very loud daily construction... Definitely check if is still occurring before booking.

Deevana resort & spa was super beautiful as soon as you arrive. The pool near reception area was very beautiful and has a bar also, and we loved that there was another pool on a different side which has a kids friendly play area and swimming pool to suit certain children’s age groups. The staff were very lovely & ensured our room was always taken care of.

One particular staff member had her family staying at the hotel, her non disciplined son was running riot screaming punching guests, also pushing other small children in the pool whom couldn't swim. Instead of being corrected he was smiled at and thought it was a big game. Support staff having family visit as long as it's recognised there are other guests staying too.

We were upgraded to a pool view room, which was really nice. The room has everything you need. The pool area is lovely after a long day of walking around. We enjoyed the plated breakfast ;) The location is really good

We absolutely loved this hotel, very modern and spacious rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast buffet was nice and the location was perfect, right on the beach and right in the heart in Phuket only a 5 minute walk from Bangla road. The swimming pool was lovely and huge with a swim up bar which we enjoyed.

The reception staff friendly. Breakfast was good but suggest you consider Western visitors as well. Enjoyed the swimming pool on the 8th floor.

Very central location, few mins walk to the beach, steps from the mall, Bangla Road, night market, and conveniences such as food, laundry, massage, ATMs. The street noise did not bother me. Rooftop infinity pool is the highlight, perfect for a panoramic sunset view. Plenty of loungers available and pool towel provided. Breakfast was convenient, but lacking in quality. Front desk staff were not always helpful. I appreciated the bathrobe and daily bottles of water that were provided. The air conditioning in the room was always on and not temperature controlled, which was too cold for me.

Thailand was beautiful and staying at the Gig Hotel was excellent! Me and my son stayed there in November and I have to say everything from checking in to checking out went smoothly. Yes you will need to put a cash deposit upon arriving but will get it back so long as you don’t have any incidentals. The infinity pool on the rooftop was awesome and also have a great workout room and sauna up there. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive also location was great. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Thailand!

We picked the hotel for its rooftop infinity pool which did not disappoint but unfortunately the front desk staff were somewhat cold and the room was a bit of a disappointment therefore only 4 stars. Another gripe was only 2 tiny pillows for a huge king size bed. Don’t be so stingy. Plus in a few places it needed a lick of paint.

I actually didn’t not choose this hotel before trip. My initial hotel was disguised as hotel by Agoba but was a nasty guys apartment. We refused to stay, so I had to find new one. The Gig Hotel was like a 100 yards away, and what a treasure it turned out to be. The price was amazing for this hotel first off. The room was extremely clean and not old or worn out. The bed is on firm side, but I slept amazing and quick all 11 days. The service was really good at front desk, restaurant, pool, and cleaning crew. No problems or issues. The pool might be best in Patong Beach. It was an infinity pool on roof. The sunsets up there are amazing. We were floored our first visit to pool, and it is hard to put into words. The breakfast buffet has limited choices and short time frame, but menu changes daily. We actually looked forward to breakfast ever morning though. The food was great. The location is as good as it gets. It is literally 100 yards from Bangla Rd, and probably 250 yards to beach. Food choice, massage parlors, and convenience stores even closer. The greatest part is you near the action, but far enough away to feel secluded. The hotel is behind building on main roadway. Truly a hidden gem.

The hotel was on the busy Bangla road but well soundproofed. The room was quite homely and British in style. We had a fridge and were able to get ice for evening drinks from the bar below. The pool area was very pleasant and shade was available. The pool was an ample size for short swims and had a shallow part and a deep part. Bar and pool bar staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a good selection of British and Thai food available. The beach was a 15 minute walk away in the morning (but took much longer in the afternoon and evening due to heavy traffic).

Felt like a home away from home. The facilities here are perfect with a big pool, lots of lounging areas, 2 pool tables, a bar, 2 restaurant areas (1 menu) and the food was delicious! Comfortable rooms and in a good location!

It has a beautiful pool with restaurant hidden in the back of the hotel, Alsso a full gym located upstairs overlooking the pool. The rooms are all updated with comfortable beds an nice towels. The restaurant has some of the best Thai dishes as well as a full English breakfast with banger sausages.

The big screen with sports at the pool is amazing. Pool area is quiet and relaxing. The room (Studio) was nice. Location to the beach and walking street is great.

Stayed here about 10 years ago for a few weeks. Only a short stay this time but the staff are great. My room was big and comfortable, pool area spotless with a huge TV screen so was able to sit in the pool and watch the Rugby League :) - a first for me. Legendary breakfast and amazing meal of rack of lamb the night before laden with crunch vegetables. Also used the Air conned - gym which seems perfectly equipped, I used a sturdy treadmill for about an hour. Wil definitely return.

Stayed here for the wife’s 50th. Perfect place just off the Main Street. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced too. Patong Beach close by along with bars and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was spot on aswel with a good selection on the menu. If there is anything that you need printing from emails, just ask at reception and they will sort it out for you. The guy at the pool bar always had a big smile and was no bother to him bringing your drinks And food to you whilst in the pool or to the sun beds. All in all it was a brilliant holiday. Thank you to all the staff !!!

We were given a room on the 7th floor, the bed was huge and very comfortable and the room and bathroom overall were very clean. The staff were very friendly and the pool area was also clean. We only ate at breakfast once or twice and there was a variety of options from pastries and bacon to noodles and pasta. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and they offered free beach towels to take with you. As well as free towels for the pool just ensure you return them.

What a great find this was! Glad I read a bunch of reviews and picked BB Bed & Burger. I liked every single thing about this place. First and foremost, it has the best customer service of any place you will ever stay, bar none—and that’s saying a lot in Thailand. The staff did everything possible to assure a perfect stay, especially the manager, Ernest. To give you an idea: I had to check out at 5:15 AM to catch my plane. I’d told Ernest I would just leave the key in the room, but when I opened my door, he was standing there to carry my bag down. Unbelievable. I picked a room with a balcony, which had two chairs, a table, and a decent view of Patong Beach and the ocean. The room was large, as was the bed, and the bathroom was huge! Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice towels and bed sheets, and four soft pillows. The room’s well-equipped, including a big TV, mini fridge, coffee set-up, another table and chairs, and a safe. The building seems quite secure, so I didn’t even use the safe. Location probably couldn’t be better: completely quiet side street 60 meters from the beach road and a couple minutes from Bangla. 7-11 on the corner and countless restaurants and street carts. Aside from all the Thai places like Sabai-Sabai and the cheap/delicious street carts, my nearby faves were White Beach Bistro for brekkie, Big Boys’ for lunch, and Roma and Tandoori Flames for dinner. Stay here. You’ll be glad you did.

Affordable Price Location very for and professional Staff Excellent Value & Wonderful Service Near Patong Beach I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, especially considering its affordable price. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Patong Beach—which made everything very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Scott, who went above and beyond to assist and support me. While I can’t remember every name, the entire team truly did their best to make my experience enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the washroom could benefit from some minor improvements. This is not a luxury hotel, but it definitely offers great value for money and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay with excellent service.

Our stay at Big Boys Bed & Burger was amazing! The place is very central, but still nice and quiet. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was super comfortable – perfect for relaxing. The best part was the great service. Ernest, the manager, was always there and took care of everything for us. Another highlight: the burgers! We rarely had such good burgers – made with high-quality Australian dry-aged beef and so tasty. Everything was perfect for us. A big thank you to the whole team – we will definitely come back!

Right in the middle of the pathing beach area, very close to patong beach and bangla road. Super comfy bed, staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they even made sure there were staff available at 7am to bring our bags down. Restaurant below hotel serving the most delicious burgers. Great value for money in the perfect location. I would 1000% recommend staying here and I will rebook again if staying in patong wanting to be within walking distance of beach, restaurants, bars and the must experience Bangla road.thank you so much to the staff they were fantastic. Don’t expect 5 star facilities but for people on a budget and for those wanting somewhere close to everything this is the place to stay.

I stayed in Big Boys for 11 days. My stay was quite comfortable and met my expectations and even went beyond. The location was exceptional. Patong beach is in 1 minute reach and everything you need is in a very short distance; bars, restaurants, pharmacies, money changers and etc. Although at the center of the nightlife, it was not loud and noisy. Also the staff were amazing. For instance, the safe box ran out of battery and they were so quick to fix it and replace the battery. Every time I needed a new towel or room cleaning, they were there in less than 5 minutes. Scott and PK as the supervisors are doing a great job daily and the rest of the staff were always very kind, smiling and extremely friendly. This place is definitely my primary choice if I come back to Phuket.

Beautiful hotel with Sino Portuguese style. Close walking distance to everything, but far enough away from Bangla road and all the madness. My wife and I went to Cambodia for 3 days and they were kind enough to hold our luggage in a secured locked room, free of charge.The beach is a close 10min walk down the road but they also have two beautiful well maintained pools and poolside bar, which is a nice alternative to the busy beach.

Cha at the poolside bar made us the best pins coladas I’ve ever had in my life. She was so cute and hospitable. Our room was so close to the pool and everything was so close by. The beach wasn’t too far of a walk either. The food close by was amazing!!

The guy working at the pool, Juk is great. He works with a smile and makes amazing coctails. Our experience was really nice and we are definetily coming back. I can really recomend this hotel, expecialy the pool bar. Fantastic experiance. Love it!

Lovely clean hotel. The roof top pool is beautiful. Staff so nice, we arrived earlier than our checking time and they kept our luggage and we could use the roof top pool with free pool towels, that was very nice to start our stay here. Great breakfast choices as well.A short was to bangla Road and the beach. The Banzaan fresh market is right behind it with street food in the evening. Very good location. The shopping mall is also across the road. I would recommend it. Best stay we had.

Great service of receptionists, kitchen and cleaning staff and the lady who sells tours and excursions. Guys are doing their best for the guests. I appreciate positive attitude. Not my first time stay at this property and I'm back for a reason. Very convenient location, close walking distance to all amenities and entertainment areas - approx. 10 min walk Patong beach. Everything was great. The only minor issues were the pool area, not very relaxing….supposed to be an adult pool, at times it was full of kids also sun-beds not very comfortable. Breakfast although it had something for everyone, it was bland… not quite sure what was happening with the bacon 🤢

The hotel is in a very good location. A short walking distance to the beach, Bangla road, shopping centres, convenient stores, etc. The swimming pool is not huge, but good enough to relax and cool off during the day. The WiFi is fast. The room condition is a little bit too old, but very clean. Our housekeeping lady, Prae, is exceptional. She makes sure the towels are changed daily (as we want) and we get 4 new bottles of drinking water everyday. The bed and pillows are comfortable. All hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is ok. Our overall experience is good.

A clean, spacious hotel in the middle of Patong. 5 minute walk to the beach, and Bangla Road. Breakfast was tasty and the balcony was a great place to chill as it overlooked the pool. Pool was perfect to cool off in. AC in room was a blessing on the humid days. Def recommend a pool view room.

Love this place! Can’t even think of anything bad to say - the staff were all lovely, the room was big and clean with a good sized balcony, location is great (very close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants etc. but not too close that we could hear any noises at night) and the pool/pool area/pool bar is perfect! We’ll be staying here again next time we go to Phuket :)

Great location, walking distance to everything. The rooms were large and clean, were actually more modern than the photos in Thai style decor. The pool was fabulous, sparkly clean with ladders & steps. Pool bar operated during pool hours with happy hour every day and restaurant open till late

The breakfast has been upgraded from last time all good. The service is the same high quality. The pool was great even with the rain.

We have stayed here several times over the years, and always find it adequate, but you must bring earplugs, as the noise from Walking street can be quite a lot. The location is fantastic! next to walking street and the beach, so you can't beat that part.

Right on the beach. Decent pool. Relatively quiet compared to its proximity to Bangla. Room was pretty spacious with a sea view. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Option to have the aircon running when leaving the room is always great anywhere in Thailand.

Loved the location, room was spacious and very clean. Made me feel like I was in Thailand with all the great wood carvings on the walls and the staff were incredibly and genuinely happy and helpful. Pool was surrounded by tropical rain Forrest and was always super clean.

The room was 10mt from the beautiful pool. So close to all the fun including Bangala Road and the beaches. The Tropica also has a cheap and amazing buffet breakfast.

I loved it so much, our room was amazing we had a perfect view of the strip, and could see the beach and had unobstructed views of the mountains. My kids loved the pool which was always clean and not busy, we loved the staff how kind they were and helpful, they always had a smile and happy to see us. We loved how close we were from bangla walking road. I cannot wait to book another stay at aim patong in 2025.

It's a nice hotel which is very near Jungceylon Mall and food market where you can buy a meal for only 50 Baht, very affordable! Nice rooftop pool with a good view and clean but has a strong smell of chlorine. The staff are nice, they smile when you approach them and willing to help. The room is clean, comfy bed and cleaned everyday with new sets of toiletries/tea/coffee. The con is some walls of the room is dirty. But overall, it's a clean room. The hotel is also near the beach and bangla road around 10 minutes walk which is a good exercise and not that tiring.

The stay was good. Room was nice and spacious and clean. We had a fan room but wished we had A.C. we thought it looked a little sketchy when we first saw the location through a short alley I guess you could say but was good because it was quiet. Nice close walk to many bars and restaurants, namely Bangla Street. Went to a club there called Infusion. Awesome club, we had a great time! It was annoying though because every 2 seconds walking down this street are people approaching you asking if you want to see a ping pong show. We did our research ahead of time and understand from other reviews that this is a complete scam and they tell you it's free cover you just need to buy a drink but then they hit you with a 3500 baht bill. The hotel location was also good because it was a short walk to patong beach.

Its not 5 star, but for what i paid it was perfect. Its clean and sweet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is cleaned daily. I felt safe here, being on my own. So much so i came back here a 2nd time and booked another week. Its well located, close to a big mall and Patong beach. I enjoyed my stay here.

I've stayed in Hacienda with my friends for 5 nights. Hotel was very cheap, staff is polite and helpfull. Rooms are clean, spacious (they clean room every day and you get coffe and water daily). It was very relaxing, I really enjoed it. Location is very good, only 10 min walk to the beach, it is basically near everything. If I ever come to Phuket again, for sure I will choose Hacienda.

The owner is a very nice and friendly family. Staff responsible for technical maintenance and cleaning was also extremely helpful, polite, nice and friendly. We were very welcomed at this property and loved every second of our stay. The apartment is huge, quite comfortable. Although not 100% new and fancy, but very cozy and maintained with love. 1 min walk from the main street, it was quiet and pleasant. Nice balcony, beach towels for free (fee if you lose them), complimentary water in the fridge, safe in the room - everything you need. Would love to return!

I had an amazing stay at Gasthaus Fong Kaew! I truly felt at home, especially thanks to Marcus, the owner, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. It was a beautiful experience right in the heart of Phuket. The location is perfect—close to the nightlife scene, yet my room was quiet and peaceful, so I could sleep very well. The room was clean, spacious, and decorated with beautiful Thai design. It was big enough, well-organized, and I really appreciated the comfortable atmosphere. I will definitely come back again! My stay at Fong Kaew was excellent. I have no compliants. Location: Perfect! Right in the center of major locations, Phuket Beach, Bangla Street, the mall, restaurants, shops, multiple massage parlors, Bazaan, etc. Nice 20 minute walk to night market. However, the location is quiet and I did not have my sleep interrupted, ever, by the bars around the corner. 7-11and currency exchange right at the corner. Cleanliness: Very clean. No issues with the A/C or hot water. Housekeeping does a great job. Safety: Never felt unsafe, there was no unseemly traffic, no loud riff raff or arguing in or around the property. Staff: Extremely helpful, laid back, not intrusive. Amenities: Standard and just fine. Wifi service was great.

Great location in heart of Patong's Paradise Complex. Easy to walk to food, shopping and beach areas. Apartment is huge with own entry, outside terrace, kitchenette, separate sleeping area, large toilet and shower. Daily cleaning to high standards with extra towels for trips to the beach. Nice firm bed for great sleeping. In room safe to keep valuables locked away. Strong fast wifi makes it easy to stay in touch with family and friends. Host and staff are very sweet and caring, making sure all needs are met. A very good option if you prefer a private guest house over a big hotel. Great for longer stays!

Everything was excellent. Marcus, the owner, was super friendly and careful, also helped with transfer from/to airport. The next apartments were renovated at that time, so Marcus arranged for minimizing the noise. In fact, the noise didn't bother us much. The room was big, comfortable, clean and had a very interesting interior, something in traditional style. The bed with hard mattress was pretty good. All was equipped with everything necessary, including two battles of water. The cleaning was done on request. Apartments are on the 3rd floor with long and narrow stairway, not a prob, but maybe this can be important for someone. Location is really good: quite street, nearby there are the famous Bangla Roud, Patong beach, a big shopping center Jungceylon with lots of various shops, entertainments and other stuff, 7-Eleven and so on. Laundry next door. There was a rooster which woke you up around 5 am every morning but - this is Thailand. 😁 We had an amazing time there, thank you, Marcus and your team! Highly recommended

Small family run hotel with all shops and amenities to hand. Feels very safe and the owners are very friendly and most helpful, nothing seems to be a bother. French, English and Thai area spoken, Small pool, dart board & pool-table are located near the well seated bar/bistro area, small yet varied selection of meals are offered from 8pm-12am. A cosy environment that makes you feel like home! The owners are very easy going and helpful, the staff very polite and the rooms are spacious and equipped enough. There is beautiful common space with a pool, bar & billiard. It's a 10-15 min walking from Patong center and right next to the hotel there are bars, food stores, super market etc. So if you are looking for a convenient value for money good accommodation it is highly suggested!

Reminded me of Thailand from 25 years ago. Rooms are big, perfectly clean, comfortable, with a nice terrace and pretty views. Quiet at night, no loud music or clubs. Would stay again and again.

Simple but with all the things that you need in a spacious and confortable room. Bottles of water everyday, good air conditioner, and confortable bed. The shower had good water pressure. The staff was super friendly and helpful. One lady even helped us to contact a transfer company when they were delayed, without we even asking for. If you want to stay in a calm but central location, this is the place Bonus... the restaurant in the corner of the street qas excellent and super cheap.

The rooms were very clean with daily cleaning provided. The staff was extremely cheerful and helpful, we ended up talking a lot with them and had a very good time. The place is very quite even though its very near to Patong beach and Bangla Walking street (Both within walkable distance). There are many 7-11s in close proximity. There are manu restaurants, spas, souvenir shops nearby. The staff helped us with cheap bike rental They also helped us with first aid supplies when we needed it

A decent hotel, close to the bustling areas of Patong. Very good breakfast; we regretted not including it from the start. Very friendly and kind staff; we had no issues. When we requested cleaning, it was always done. A beautiful view from the balcony; we had a great time sitting there in the evenings. However, there are small ants there. A good modern TV; you can watch YouTube. The gym is small, and there's a pool on the 8th floor. The room itself isn't very large, of course, but overall, everything was good.

There was lots of variety at the buffet breakfast. The location was ok, a fair (15 minute) walk through very busy streets to the beach, close to large shopping centre. The roof top pool, fitness centre and bar were good and used by our family. The connecting rooms with one double and two single beds were perfect with two teenagers.

Clean and tidy hotel, service was amazing, staff very kind and helpful and let us check in early for free due to my partner being unwell, Really good facilities, pool on rooftop with plenty of sun beds, Gym was really good size and good restaurant too.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast as expected. Spa brilliant hotel also has a happy hour at the pool then in the evening at main bar.

Great hotel with exceptional staff. Lovely pool area with pool bar. The gym was also well equipped. I stayed in a 2 bedroom royal executive suite, which was superb and massive for my family of 4. Perfect location close to all the action. Wide variety foods for breakfast, enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious and functional for a family of 5. The bed was comfy, the water flow was steady, has a cool view of the pool and the tower. Our room is near to the pool which the kids enjoyed the most, where I enjoyed DJ Lalalin's set. The staffs are awesome and all smiles but I got to give credit to Mr Adul who greeted us when we came, and guided us during our stay. He was so helpful and courteous. My wife likes the housekeeping staff as well.

The location was ideal for our stay in Patong. 👌 The restaurants (Skyview), pool, and poolside bar were awesome. They had great deals for happy hour every day, too 😀 The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Very good value for money for our family of 4.

Lovely room and staff, we got a free room upgrade which was a nice surprise. Nice restaurant downstairs too, and also fairly good value laundry service (although we didn’t use this). The rooftop pool is also nice, just not much of a view from the pool itself.

The staff were super friendly and the guy at the counter ran after me to give me some money I accidentally left on the counter. The room was nice, comfy bed, and good bathroom with a bath. I didn't use the facilities like the pool and laundry service, but they seem good. Restaurant downstairs is handy too.

This place is five minutes walk from the beach and ten minutes walk from the main nightlife but in a quiet area. So cheap and the rooms are comfy with good Aircon and free water and toiletries. Pool area is big enough and plenty of sun loungers. Will definitely stay again.

Quiet suite with afternoon sun , great balcony for entertaining. Close to amenities , lunge pool for chilling back rooftop. A short stroll to the beach for swimming or exercise .

Over the years I have stayed in more than 10 different hotels in Patong. This was my 2nd stay at Days Inn, and once again it was pleasant staying there. I really enjoy the pools on the roof,- both the swimming pool and the pool table. Besides the hotel is in a (very!) central location. Bangla Road is just some footsteps away, and it took 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach.

It’s overall a good hotel. Clean, comfortable good sized room (deluxe room). Balcony with a decent city view. Nice bathroom with ample shower gel and shampoo. Shower worked well. Friendly staff and good room cleaning. Location is perfect and yet no disturbing noise from outside at night. Neat rooftop swimming pool with decent view and pool bar.

This is Day’s Inn and as such this is not an upscale, luxurious hotel. However, it is an excellent mid level hotel. The location is extremely central, yet at the same time my room was very quiet. The staff is excellent friendly and helpful. Excellent housekeeping! Very comfortable and pleasant roof top pool! Great value for very little money! Suggestion: for a great and very budget friendly dinner-go to No.6 across from the hotel. Great food!

Have come to Patong 8 times now & stayed in many hotels in Soi Sansabai they are all good but Orchid Risortel is the best so far. Very friendly happy staff, spotless clean room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast in the morning, the chefs are also very happy & friendly. Great location in the middle of all the action. Super clean and wonderful housekeeping services. The rooms are spotless and updated. Hot shower all the time and AC was ice cold ! My room preference was with no window because it was very quiet and able to sleep as long as I wanted any time of the day or night. Great restaurant on the mail level with very good food and service. The rooftop pool area is wonderful and there was never anyone up there so I had it all to myself when wanting to relax for a swim. Staff was very friendly and check in took literally 1 minute and I was headed to my room.

This hotel is conveniently located in the next block up from Bangla walking street. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, tour desks, JungCeylon & Robinsons shopping centres. The hotel has 8 floors of accommodation and a pool on the roof. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and efficicient. The included breakfast is cooked individually and served in their dining area/bar which opens onto the street. We will stay there again when we get an opportunity to visit Phuket again.

The Orchid Resortel is the perfect hotel for Phuket. In an amazing area and very close to Bangla Rd and all the action. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs and a pool and sauna on the roof. Everything you could want and very reasonable prices.

Surrounded by all the commotion of Patong, it's amazingly how this place have managed to tuck itself so well away that you hardly hear the noise of the nightlife when you go to sleep. It's an oasis in the middle of the Patong inferno. The courtyard is beautiful, clean and shaded by the big trees. The breakfast patio is like an exclusive porch where they serve a real English breakfast. The rooms are clean and well kept. AC is quiet, but efficient. Comfy bathroom and medium size, medium soft double beds - and all rooms have a large balcony where you can relax in the morning before it gets too hot. Laundry service on site. 2 minutes to walk and you are right on the Patong beach. Turn left and Bangla road is around the next corner. It's all there. And still, when you decide to call it a day, no one will understand where you disappeared to. It's hard to find. Even the taxi drivers don't always know where it is. I guess that's why it's so quiet. There is no better place to stay in Patong.

The location is excellent and a quiet oasis from the noise of Patong Beach on the end of a small alley. The room was very spacious and very clean. The bed was somewhat soft as I like a firmer bed. Good wi fi connection. Kitchenette was well equipped with china and knives, forks and spoons, refrigerator and microwave but the sink only had cold water. There is a lot of counter area in the bedroom. I was surprised to see a pricing list of the rooms inventory but the front desk explained they have some guests stealing items, even the TV. Prior to checking out they now inspect the room for any damages or missing items. There was plenty of space to park my rental car. I did not take breakfast. The balcony with chairs and table were great overlook the trees and parking area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Excellent location conveniently close to Banzaan Fresh Market and Jungceylon Centre. Also within walking distance to Soi Sansabai and Bangla road. About 5 mins walk to Patong Beach. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean with brand new fluffy towels. Very good buffet breakfast. The pool and pool bar also very convenient and clean.

Have stayed at the best western around 5 times now, it is an amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Great rooms an a amazing pool up on the 7th floor,close to the food markets and the shops and night life. The Reception staff are so amazing always have a nice smile and happy to see there guests, Aun Nichaporn checked me in so helpful and is fantastic at her job a real credit to your hotel. Beautiful hotel lovely size twin room good size bathroom very clean and all staff attentive from reception to housekeeping and tour operator, booking tours through hotel was easy and the tour operator recommended some great tours for us. Only a 20min walk to Patong Beach. Breakfast very nice and a wonderful roof top pool bar. Safe in the room also for belongings. Quite a spacious room. We had a lovely stay.

I loved the staff, very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. The location is perfect being so close to the sea, one minute sunbathing by the pool and the next you can be on the beach. The food from the poolside bar was great.

my room was spacious, clean and comfortable. it had excellent air con, daily cleaning, two bottles of water a day, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. I loved the balcony overlooking the beautiful lush garden. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Pool relaxing and clean. The food in the restaurant on site is excellent. Location, perfect for exploring Patong, short walk to the beach and far away from busy areas. As a solo traveller I felt very safe.

We loved our stay at Patong Palace Hotel. Firstly, it's a miracle how peaceful this place is when it's a stone's throw from a busy, touristic street. The room was huge. We enjoyed the large balcony for fresh air and morning exercise. The bed was comfy. And the shower is the best we've had in Thailand so far. The pool is large and kept perfectly clean. And the location is ideal - only a 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from Bangla Rd with many restaurants, bars, 7-11 etc nearby. The hotel's a bit dated, but well maintained and excellent value for money.

The staff firstly were super friendly, always helpful, I had a couple of unusual requests and they helped me out without expectation. The breakfast was just ok but there’s lots of it and great coffee. I did have a pad Thai in the same restaurant and honestly it was the most delicious tasty sumptuous Pad Thai I have ever tasted. It was so good I ordered it a few times more in my stay. Location excellent if you want to be close to the action although it was quiet and while at the pool you wouldn’t know you were so close to town. Great Value and the staff made it better value.

We had a very spacious villa. Two bedrooms with a bathroom each upstairs and a large lounge, kitchen and dining area downstairs. Also a third bathroom/shower. One bedroom had a small balcony that overlooked the pool. Breakfasts were great - various food was available and supplies were always replenished when low. Different dishes were served every day and plenty of fresh fruit was available. We enjoyed the pool and found all staff helpful and responsive. Our housegirls were just the best. They sprayed the upstairs and downstairs and we had few mosquitoes.

The place was clean and so was the room. We were upgraded to a room with pool access which was very nice. The pools was awesome. Staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful.

We booked a two bedroom villa and loved it! The staff is very helpful and friendly! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, fridge and TV. One bedroom has a large balcony. The kitchen has all utensils, fridge + bathroom. The location is good, quiet and very close to all restaurants, bars, massage places, 7/11 and a big mall is about 15 minutes walk. Patong beach was too crowded, the water was oily due to too many boats and jet skis, so a nice hotel pool was very useful (or it was easy to get a taxi and go to different beaches).

The room was larger than average. It had a queen-sized bed, large bathroom with shower and bathtub (one of the reasons we chose this hotel), mini fridge, TV, room service and pool view. The buffet breakfast was adequate. Staff were polite. It was in a quiet position, away from all the noise, bustle and confusion but close to the veach, shops an restaurants.

Very good bang for your buck type of place. Rooms were huge, location was 6-7 minutes from beach and 2-3 minutes to a 7-11 and food options, 10-15 minutes from bangla.Very great central location. Staff/owner was ver nice and welcoming. Internet was strong for the most part (few cut outs). The property also has some kittens and cats that will sometimes come in and hang out which was a + for me. Don’t expect any “amenities like a pool or something like that, but for the price this is super high value

I spent 25 days at Elegant hotel and I am very satisfied. Location is just perfect where all around is walking distance but the street is not busy with trafic so away from the noise. The beach, restaurants, shops are very near and Smart bus stops across Indigo hotel which is few minutes walk, so easy to come from the airport or go to other beaches for just 100 baht. It is so comfortable that rooms have kitchen for qick food preparing. Cleaning is daily and bottled water provided. The hotel is doing it's best after reopening and I saw evry day some things are improved and fixed, the elevator is functioning now. Marsha, the manager in charge is very helpful with anything you need, she helped me a lot. For budget stay at Patong The Elegant is good choice.

We stayed for 7 nights in a pool access room. Great room, excellent access to the pool, helpful and friendly staff, and amazing breakfast included in the price on booking.com. The resort is in great quiet location, but super close to the beach and walking distance to the madness of the busy areas and bangla road. Request a room away from the water fountain feature though, it’s very loud and kids love to play in it. But the staff were amazing and helped us move to a quieter room away from the fountain after our first night. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good choice for staying in Patong. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast basic but with good variety and good coffee. Rooms are spacious. Pool could be bigger but for us it was enough.

This place has very convenient location to get to patong beach, stores, and markets. Hotel rooms are clean, they have everything what you need and what is listed on hotels.com site except hair dryer. For hair dryer you have to go to reception, which is very inconvenient. My suggestion to the management is to spend some money to buy hair dryers for all rooms as it's done in all hotels. Also white towels provided in room are not really white, and a bit outdated. Hotel staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. They helped us to resolve a few issues with diving shops and watch repair shop. We are very grateful to people on reception serving 24/7. Overall, it was very pleasant experience. Thank you.

The owner was present and very friendly to us, as was all the staff. Despite being just off Bangla road our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. My brother and I thought it was a fantastic location, right near all the bars and clubs, street food markets, pharmacies and super close to the beach - everything we wanted was within a short walk. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that.

Excellent location, just 50 metres of Patong Beach Walking street, Bangala Rd. Also you have the opportunity to use the beautiful rooftop pool of the hotel next door. I will definitely be staying there next time I go to Patong Beach. Big comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in a air-conditioned room. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a lift , so no need to walk up and down stairs.

I stayed in room 2 at the back of the building throughout my 6 nights and it was very peaceful and quiet. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and towels were changed on a regular basis or whenever I wanted and I had two bottles of water at no cost placed in my room everyday. The bathroom whilst small was perfect for myself. Kettle was also provided and the A/C worked perfectly. Bed was very comfortable and I slept perfectly well. The location could not be any better and it took me 7 minutes to walk from the front door to the Aussie Bar on Bangla road and there is a massive choice of other places to eat and drink within the close vicinity. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I come back to Phuket in the future. Thank you for making my stay worry free and entertaining.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Tanjong House. The room and bathroom were spotless on arrival and were kept so clean throughout our stay with daily room cleaning. The biggest stand out to us was how friendly and kind the staff are. The Family are so welcoming and always greet you with a smile. There was nothing that was not great at this stay. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, with a much softer mattress than I have so far found elsewhere in Thailand. The sheets feel luxurious. The wifi was fast (I got 92 mbps). Water pressure was great. I stayed on the back side of the building. Not much of a view, but because it looks over a dead-end alleyway and has taller buildings around, it was very quiet. I'd hear thumping of stereos in tuk tuks occasionally, so if you're an especially light sleeper, you may not experience the same level of quiet as I did. I sleep like the dead, so nighttime sound (and I'm talking from 10pm onwards here, I didn't stay out late) was not an issue despite being just a short walk from Bangla Road. AC was more than adequate. For the price, I can't actually imagine a better value stay anywhere in Patong.

The staff are amazing,so friendly and so comfortable to communicate , very clean rooms , all around steps to get , bars , shops , clubs … but in room very quiet, you can sleep without any noise from outside . Very nice place

Super warm and polite owners, always available to have a small chat and give tips on the location and what's to do around. Thank you for your great welcome :) ! For the room itself, a soft mattress and comfortable bed, spacious room extremely well cleaned whenever you need it, a good pressure in the shower and on spot wifi signal. The AC worked well too. It's located near the city centre, 10-15min walk from the beach and even if Patong is a crowded and noisy place the street of the hotel is relatively calm. You can additionally find a 7eleven store, couple restaurants and laundry services in that street.

Just off Nanai street, probably a 15 minutes walk to Jungceylon and 20 to the beach but if you want some quiet and a comfortable stay this is hard to beat.

The staff is amazing. They make everything for make you a perfect stay. The bungalows are big , clean with a nice terrace. The kitchen is well equiped. A small but nice pool comes to complete a perfect location. You have restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. For us is the location where we will stay again if we will go again in Phuket.

This place was actually so amazing. I loved it so much. It was spacious, quiet and had everything you need. The staff were wonderful, the price can’t be beat and it’s far enough from town to be quiet but still within walking distance or a quick grab ride. The pool was great, the air conditioning was cold. The patio was amazing and they even have an extremely cheap laundry service. I wish I could take this hotel around Thailand with me. If you’re considering this hotel, reserve it!!!

* Room: The room is very big. It could fit a family of 4 if there is another bed, which is very comfortable for a solo traveler like me. The A/C is very cold so I have to turn off after a while; however; it's a little bit noisy from the outside unit. For the lighting, it's okay at night (not too dark). Overall, it's very comfortable ^_^ * Facility: The room has everything you need. The table below the TV is huge so you could put everything on that. Plus, there is an extra table and chair nearby the door which is very convenient when you need to eat something or simply take a seat. Most of the hotel only have bed so you have to stay in the bed all time. Therefore, the extra table/chair do help a lot. * Water: very strong * Wi-Fi: The internet speed is very fast, which is over 100 Mbps as far as I remembered. Strong signal, too. * Cleanliness: The room is clean and the bathroom is also very clean. So no worry about that. * Staff: Mr. Luca (the owner) is very friendly and welcome. Great size room. Simple check-in process and staff very helpful, we were shown to our room and shown were everything was. The location is fantastic for night life as it is only a 15 minute walk away from Patong beach, which means you can walk easily. Surrounded by bars and restaurants, however the hotel is on a back street so you do not hear the bars at night which is great!

Great location and very friendly staff. You can walk to patong beach and the night market from the hotel. They do offer a shuttle but I never took it. I stayed in the 1 bedroom villa which was really nice and would definitely recommend it because it has all the amenities and an infinity pool. There is a very steep hill but you can get a ride to the bottom so walking isn’t necessary.

First of all you enter into an outdoor setting where you see your private infinity pool. The staff guides you in your room and Shows you around. Everything is modern and beautifully made. The shower is AH-mazing, Took 3-4 showers a day just because it wa so nice. We had a packed fridge with free drinks and fruit as well. This hotel is LITERALLY everything you could ever want....and MORE. Cons: every other hotel in your life will be a disappointment after staying here

The staff team is amazing and professional. Very kind and helpful in our activities planning. The selections and the quality of the breakfast buffet could be improved but so far so good. The interior building is a bit old but very clean and comfortable, the staff doing very well in cleaning. The Swimming pool is brilliant in condition and size. Love this swimming pool very very much. Had 2 lunches at poolside restaurant, fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. Overall very pleasant experience and would love to come back again.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived...our room was spacious with a fab view and deck over the pool area. The staff are just beautiful, always smiling and eager to help. The place is lovely and clean and pool are pool side bar are fantastic. We will definitely be back!!

We liked the room because it was by the pool. The pool was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the standard of cleanliness was brilliant. It is a quiet oasis in the heart of Patong and we will definitely stay there again.

The hotel has the perfect location on Patong beach. The room was spacious also the bathroom. Balcony was comfy with nice view to the beautiful garden. Pool was also fine. The hotel has few cats which I really liked as I’m a big cat person. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is clean in the entire property. Wifi is strong works perty well. Breakfast is quality.

Our stay was comfortable and easy access to the beach (5-min walk) accommodations were clean, service was good, breakfast was good with plenty of black coffee. Pool looked inviting (rain days) but do not have opportunity to use. Upon arrival the staff was pleasant and very warm welcoming us with free cold drink(beer). Departure at desk was not attentive and barely said thank you and did not offer assistance with taxi/ transportation.

Let's start with very nice and friendly staff , I meet the owners also and they were helpful, and wanted me to have a good stay .... The location is a few minutes walk from the beach , which is good , there is a nice pool , tasty breakfast, good laundry service AND many easy to walk too restaurants .....I would stay here again for SURE !!

Clean & quiet within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants & shops. Friendly staff & beatifully kept gardens made it a great view by the pool

The room was very clean. Lots of space. Bangla road is 1 minute walk. But no noise from bar. Rooftop pool and bar/restaurant are beautiful. The food is super. Staff very welcoming and polite. Early check in at no extra charge.

The rooms are great, the pool and bar are very good and even though it is close to Soi Bangla you seldom heard any street noise. Mim and her team were always very helpful. The food I had in the restaurant was excellent although I didn't try the breakfast.

When the taxi approached the hotel, I thought Oh, fudge! Poor location selection on my part. A party animal I am not. However, it proved to be a very enjoyable stay with room L03 being extremely quiet, and on the ground floor. The pool serves it's purpose and was never over-crowded. Mim on reception is a friendly and persausive lady and very informative. Apparently all the Jacuzzis, with the exception of the penthouse, are merely for show and do not work. Not that it bothered me as I'm not a fan of them. All in all a good stay.

Very friendly staff, exceptional location. Couldn’t hear any noise from the busy streets below. Excellent facilities with a nice roof top pool and restaurant.

Amata was perfect for our needs. We had a pool access room and it was very clean. The breakfast had alot of choices and food was really nice. The rooftop pool is great to was sunsets.

Two pools were great supplied towels for pool and beach very clean friendly staff and close to everything highly recommend this hotel stayed there previously

The room was big and furnitures are new. There are 2 pools. One of the pool is at the roof. So, it is better to go there for sunset or sunrise❤️ The breakfast is also so good and they give you welcome drink and discount for the massage. Location is so good . It is 5 mins walk to Bangla road. We really like everything about this place. Thank you for everything 💓

Like having the roof top pool area. Free water in fridge in room. Bed was comfortable. Good aircon. Big room, big bathroom, big bed. Little balcony area was good for drying clothes/swimming costume. Close to large popular food market - great for lunch/dinner. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, Bangla Road, Simons Cabaret. 7/11 across the road and plenty tuktuks.

Lovely Bedroom with plenty of space including a balcony and good sized bathroom all very clean. very comfy and spacious bed. rooftop pool was a nice inclusion and decent location although not totally central still manageable.

A pleasant hotel in a very convenient location - just next to Malin Plaza market, Patong beach within walking distance. Air conditioned room with daily cleaning service, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Relaxing rooftop pool. Great value for money in my book!

The property is clean and well-maintained, with a great location. The toilet is spacious and clean. We stayed in the suite room on the rooftop, which has a pool right in front of it, but it was not crowded. The room also includes a living room, making it excellent value for money. The public bus station for Phuket Town and the airport is close to the property.
