Hotels with Infinity Pool in Punta Cana

The facilities and pool areas are excellent. There are more animated areas around the pool bar and more quiet areas depending on what you wish. The staff was very kind. They allow pets and they were very friendly with our small dog. We've got a room on the ground floor with access to the pool, it was excellent because we were able to be next to our dog without bothering other clients.

Some of the employees were unforgettable...rooms, beach, pools all very nice. Restaurants were not the best and the hours were disappointing not all restaurants were open all the time. Pools close too early for a tropical place. Pools all close at 7p. The nightly shows in the main lobby were outstanding

Beautiful, well kept grounds with plenty of activities for families. We LOVED the water park and the infinity/grotto pool. Food is plentiful and variable but the quality and flavor leaves much to be desired. Not horrible, just not great. Expect to be on island time during food and drink service...nothing arrives quickly. Beach is clean and beautiful but LOTS and LOTS of seaweed. We kept our swimming to the pools and snorkeling off a party boat excursion we found right off the beach. All in all we had a fantastic vacation and would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family!

The staff- outstanding, especially Natali, the Preferred Club butler- professional, friendly, welcoming and hard-working. The resort- gorgeous grounds and pools, beautiful rooms, clean beach. The food- something for everyone and every meal was delicious. The buffet had endless offerings. We especially liked Fusion and the Seaside Grill. Entertainment- for a smaller resort , they went all out, very fun for our little ones, too.

This was my first all inclusive resort experience. What fun, with a stunning beach, various pools and diverse dining options. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. My friend and I booked a preferred junior suite pool view, which comes with a personal butler (see photo, we loved Albert so much) to help with the smallest detail. We also had access to the preferred lounge (premium liquors) and pool (which was much quieter than the main pool). There’s also a water park, which was fun. This is a great place for those who love sun, water and great vibes.

The resort was great. Beautiful beach Nice pools Jacuzzi could have been a little hotter. Food was a great walking distance from our building. Rooms felt a little outdated. The balcony with the Jacuzzi didn’t feel inviting. Our room view was a construction site. The water park was a little boring. Didn’t have any music or live entertainment. It was a nice area to visit. Pools close around 6. I wanted a night pool or a foam party.

Overall, great trip. This was our third visit to Dreams Onyx Punta Cana. We go every October. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned and restocked daily. Pools are clean and plentiful. There is a variety of live shows and nightly entertainment plus activities daily at the main pool. The food was good. We found something we loved at the buffet and a few of the specialty restaurants (Bluewater, Capers and Tamarindo-Mexican). The Taco truck was open this time around and we LOVED that.

Dreams Onyx was a fun spot to stay, the cleaning staff, bartenders, and wait staff were very kind and approachable. I thought for an all inclusive the food ranged from okay to pretty good, not incredible. The pools and beach are really nice and there is an activity every night, some higher quality than others. Our room was very clean and the resort grounds were very well kept. Overall, for an all inclusive vacation this was worth the money and we would come back. Thanks to the Dreams Onyx team for a fun week, especially Sterling at the pool!

We LOVED our experience! The place is very clean and the people are wonderful! If you’re looking for a great time and great food this is the place for you! Our room was a swim out to the bar which was pretty cool! We loved our mini fridge! The pool was very nice; we loved the lazy river that went around the pool slides!

He is very kind and always willing to go the extra mile to get you what you need. If you go to this resort which I highly recommend look for Felix for your poolside needs.

We loved Ninja and Crhistian at the pool! They were very helpful and kind to us our whole trip. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The food was amazing for an all inclusive. We had issues with our AC and they helped us right away. The servers were very attentive, and we were shocked that they remembered our names. It was a 10/10 i and I would recommend this resort to my family and friends.

A super safe location with mostly friendly staff. All of the food waiters were incredible and understanding with my food allergy. The pool waiters were hit and miss but overall everyone was lovely. The room was large and spacious, clean and cool.

The entertainment staff mike jordan, Taira,speedy and the pool and the lobby bar waiters the pool maria and luisa lobby junior and his staff were great. I didn't like nothing.

The facility is great, variety of food choices to choose from.. Sports pool, lounge pool, water splash for kids and another for adults. Quite a number of activities to keep you occupied. The daily night entertainment was a plus, . All shows were exciting, different and breathtaking . I was highly impressed.

Every single staff member I encountered, and I encountered alot, was pleasant, happy to help, genuinely excited to enhance my experience. This property has wonderful amenities/activities for all ages, various restaurants/bars, many pools to choose from and beautiful beach. Nightly shows were very interactive and fun. Everything was very clean and food options were great. I look forward to returning!

We went with a large group for a destination wedding. The wedding on the beach was beautiful and the reception was fun! We stayed 4 nights at the resort and had a great time. I loved that there was a preferred pool for adults only. In the afternoon the staff came around with snacks. The fruit skewer was so refreshing. There were several dining options and the buffet had something for everyone. The beach was beautiful. I would stay here again.

The resort was clean, staff was attentive, beach was beautiful. However, when ordering drinks by the pool bars service was slow.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, stores, banks, etc. The staff is lovely, super friendly and helpful. One of the biggest assets they have, in my opinion, is that their pool is open 24/7, that was a plus for my family and I. The pool is also the most perfect depth, temperature and size. The highlight of our stay was our waiter Kiuston and his crew, him and his team really made us feel like family. We looked forward to spending time by the pool because of them. I hope to be back soon.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained, the pool was amazing. Loved the delicious cocktails… best Mojito I’ve ever had!! The rooms were lovely, wonderful view over the pool… everything was very clean, staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in a fantastic area… close to two shopping malls, supermarkets and very easy to get an Uber.

Nayrobi, who works at the bar, is awesome. So kind and so helpful. She made us feel very comfortable and is so funny. This hotel is amazing. Clean and beautiful. You won’t regret it. The pool is perfect and the location of the hotel is close to everything.

Breakfast was great. The variety of food items was perfect. The lawn area was ideal because I wanted an area to exercise and run. The pool and the chairs were cleaned and well maintained. Servers came out to assist us with drinks and lunch which was excellent. I had a wonderful stay at your resort I hope to return soon. Thank You.

I visited with my 2 sisters for our first "Sis-caytion" and the resort was the perfect place for this special occasion. We bonded, dined, relaxed, partied, took beautiful pictures in this picturesque resort and explored Punta Cana! The staff named us "The Destiny's Child" lol. From the warm welcome, to the great entertainment options, cleanliness to the wonderful staff! I can say this is definitely worth the money. I expected a lot considering the expensive price but quite frankly it bit my expectations. Rooms and environment was cleaned around the clock, security was on point. They had something for everything. For an all inclusive, the quality of the food and drinks were 5* restaurant quality (especially if you eat at the restaurants). The breakfast buffet was amazing. We ate ate and ate until we could eat no more. The resort is so beautiful and honestly, whatever your vibe is, there is something for you. The staff- work like robots, so efficient and always on the job but always remain so friendly, happy and always willing to help or make you laugh. I hope they are getting paid well enough (because they deserve it). When you want peace and quiet, or if you want to party of meet people, they had something for you. I normally don't leave reviews but I just had to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had a lovely stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I especially want to recognize the receptionists, bag concierges, maids, servers, and chefs, all of whom contributed to an exceptional experience. Thank you for your outstanding service – it truly made my stay memorable!

Just back from 11 glorious nights in this amazing hotel. It has beautiful gardens that are perfectly maintained and the whole place is spotless all the time. The choice of food available is great, from the buffet serving all you could ever want to the 5 different restaurants that you can use any night makes for a perfect holiday. The staff in these restaurants try and make every meal Special. In the French restaurant they bring your food under a cloche and do the big reveal to every customer all night long. They are friendly and very helpful. The food is amazing , huge steaks in the steak house and delicious dishes in the Asian. Could not fault any of it. The room was clean and well presented. Bed was comfy and the room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels left to use. The pool Scene allows plenty of options from quiet areas to lively swim up pool bars. The staff in these bars work so hard to make your holiday memorable especially Sebastian in the infinity pool area. Makes up special cocktails that are delicious. The sea is just a short walk down over the sand. We had some sea weed for a few days but it was soon cleared away and never stopped us swimming in the beautiful warm water. At night time the entertainment team work hard to keep all the guests happy. They do a great job and every night from 9pm every night there is some form of production, all were very good. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of the world, would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived and were shown to the lounge and had everything explained to us. Everyone introduced themselves which was nice and they offered us food and drinks straight away. All of the restaurants on site were amazing and they all had their own quirks. Really tasty dishes at all of them with a lovely atmosphere. Entertainment every night was fantastic, really talented performers every night that got the audience involved and made the shoes memorable. We were preferred club members so got to enjoy extras such as the lazy river and infinity pool. The features at the hotel were all so beautiful and all of the pool areas were so relaxing. For our honeymoon we had champagne on arrival which was a lovely extra. I also celebrated my 30th birthday whilst out there and they displayed a sign on our door and left a delicious cake in our room. I feel that overall the staff go above and beyond to make your experience memorable and we thoroughly enjoyed our week at Secrets Royal Beach. Thank you!

Stunning resort, one of the nicest pools I never saw, due to my view being obstructed by a row of empty cabanas!! Such a shame that the company puts the look of the pool ahead of the CUSTOMERS experience. I believe the phrase is “ Fir coat and no knickers” Such a simple fix to massively improve the overall customer experience!! Put the cabanas where the sun beds are, and put the sun beds poolside!! So simple yet so hard to get the management to put customers first!!

We went to Secrets Royal Beach for our honeymoon. And we loved it! We upgraded to Preferred Club and definitely thought it was worth it. The room was nice and clean, we have a private pool outside the room which was fun, the preferred bars have the exclusive alcohol types which we enjoyed. The resort is spacious and there was always a place to relax by one of the multiple pools. The staff were all beyond friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Excellent service, we felt like VIP the entire time. The food was great especially at El Faro for dinner, the infinity pool was very relaxing and they had servers there for snacks and drinks. Don’t think about it too much and book it.

I stayed at this resort for 1 week in May. I wanted to do something really special for my daughter and grand daughter. We stayed in the coral section and everything was perfect. The entire staff was awesome and the resort absolutely beautiful. This will be a return place for us in the future. I have stayed at several of the Sandals and I think this resort exceeds Sandals at a much more reasonable price.! The beach and the infinity pool were exceptional and we always had a wonderful chair without having to go early to save one. The food was also delicious.....

Foods are not exceptional other than the stackhouse restaurent. I expected to delicious foods for being a 5 star resort. Drinks are also okay, nothing crazy. Stuffs are good and friendly. Coral level experience with the pool access and ocean front room is amazing. Lots of activities for kids too. Beach is also super clean.

This resort is beautiful. I love the scent in the lobby of Iberostar resorts! Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating with an exception or 2. My only downside this a 4 rating, was the shower was difficult to regulate, either too hot or just tepid and trying to communicate to the staff without translators and a smattering of high school Spanish was challenging. The did was plentiful, and good, but not outstanding. The pools are gorgeous with plenty of seating in sun and shade. I would visit this resort again! Punta Cana is paradise!

The food was really good and everything was close by - the beach, the pool and the private dining area.

We had a very good experience at Dreams Flora. The pools are really great. The bars are good. The beach sand was really nice. The ocean was ok. The resort layout is really pretty. They have adjoining rooms which is awesome for families with kids. The hibachi show was better than other resorts we have been to. Lunch at the Seaside grill was excellent. Dinner at the restaurants was pretty good. Cancun seems to have a slightly higher quality of food. The Buffet was not amazing, but it was good. This resort is very pretty, has great pools, and is a very nice value.

The property has a very nice lobby, a big theater where they have every night a different performance, a pretty good restaurant with many choices, bars in the pools, at the beach… big pools, enough sunbeds at the beach, different entertaining programs throughout the property and day… all in all our stay was good, but to be honest we wouldn’t go back a second time.

We had a wonderful holiday at Dreams Flora even though the weather was somewhat mixed. Its a lovely hotel with great facilities and food. The only disappointment was the Seaside Grill where the service didn’t match everywhere else in the hotel. We did Preferred Club which was good value and we enjoyed the perks that brought. Special mention goes to our pool concierge at the preferred family pool (Kelvin) who was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. He even organised a lovely surprise on my birthday which was a nice touch.

The resort was lovely and overall the food was really good. Shame that restaurants closed on rotation buf it didn't spoil our holiday. We must give a shout out to our Butler Wily. He was attentive, helpful and always had a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was exceptional. A big thank you to Alberto in the preferred adult pool bar. He made every visit fun and was the life and soul. His cocktails went down well too!

A very lovely place with a mix of family, adult only, quiet places and more lively bars/pools. The seaweed on the beach is terrible, although we are told is seasonal. The staff are lovely and very attentive. Rooms are great. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc. Very impressed with the quality of the food. Would highly recommend the French restaurant for time away from the busier areas. No restrictions on drinks anywhere.

well furnished and spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, big fridge, AC (bedroom only) and large hammock in porch area. The staff team are friendly and helpful - they helped us book an excursion for a really good price including transportation. There is on site parking and plenty of street parking, the swimming pool is a good size and you can always find space to lounge around the pool. The local supermarket is less than a 5 min drive, with plenty of options.

Very quiet, safe, and beautiful resort with a large pool and kind, helpful professional staff! Stores-including a large supermarket, small restaurant, bars, and other stores are available within 5-8 minute walk, very safe and secured neighborhood where people keep their doors unlocked, the area around is very beautiful with many other hotels and condos around. No loud music during the night time and relaxing atmosphere. Important thing is plenty of hot water in shower, while in many other hotels hot water is only available for about 5 minutes , while in Bavaro green it was available non-stop.

This was a nice hotel on a good size property nice pool and jacuzzi,Definetly served its purpose as I was at the beach all day and clubs at night had a nice comfy bed with wifi to call home. Hotel is away from the entertainment and attractions a car/taxi definitely needed.pizza hut a chicken spot and some hole in the wall restaurants in walking distance

The kitchen is fully equipped for a small family to enjoy cooking meals and eating together. The living space is cosy and bedrooms are spacious enough to also chill in (there's only the bed though). The view of the pool came with a comfy hammock and it was nice to be able to use the small table and chairs to have a drink in the evening.
