Very nice hotel with good energy and atmosphere. The rooms are cozy and the big plus for me was the Bluetooth speaker that allows you to create an even better atmosphere in your room. The spa and pool are perfect. There is even a cold mountain stream next to the pool. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff and the owner Andreas were very friendly. I will definitely come back when visiting this area again.

Beautiful setting under the mountains. Exceptionally clean and room was beautiful. Staff were welcoming and friendly and not too obtrusive (which can sometimes be a problem as a solo traveller). Sauna was amazing, the pool was also a perfect temperature. I enjoyed hiking around the property. The buffet style dinners were very well cooked and enjoyable and breakfast was also very good.

Beautiful hotel and amazing warm staff! They provided transport to and from the train which was so helpful. Everyone was so nice and friendly. You have an assigned table for meals which is convenient especially as a solo traveler. Pool views are breathtaking and spa area is so enjoyable. I liked wearing the robe and slippers rather than having to dress for the pool. Gondola ride to amazing views and easy hike is included with Leogang card given during stay and covered my train ride onward to Salzburg. Would love to stay again one day!

Hotel SPA is amazing and the heated rooftop pool is divine. The dinner exceeded all expectations, the breakfast is also excellent. Freshly prepared smoothies and energy shots will prepare you well for a full day in nature. You also get a card for the Asitz cable car, where you can enjoy a lot of different activities in good weather.

Great location, facilities and food. Access card for the cable car was provided in the cost of the room, as were all of the hotel activities. Pool and spas are really nice and relaxing. The food exceeded my expectations, it was really good with lots of options for breakfast and dinner.

There is really nothing to complain about here. My wife and I stayed for 5 days - a long weekend and we were really very satisfied: very nice staff, rooms, breakfast, dinner, tasting barbecue evening, wine tasting, covered parking for cars, heated bike room (bike lift), bike wash, sauna, swimming pool - we will definitely come back. I love you!

Stayed for 2 weeks, everything was great, amazing staff, great food, nice pool and quality sauna/wellness facilities. You can't beat the location, all cable cars to the mountains are super close.

Location of the hotel is just excellent - in front of the ski/bike lift. A biker's paradise. Friendly and helpful staff - it is a family run hotel. Hotel is not big, therefore very cosy, with personal attention. Half-board is highly recommended - the 5 course dinners are just excellent (vegetarial options available). Breakfast is great with lots of organic selections. Great terrace overlooking a valley and mountains. Spacious clean rooms with comfy beds.

We liked everything: the breakfast was excellent as well as dinner. We also enjoyed the soup and the salad buffet after coming from skiing. We love the detail of always having the same table for our meals and to be identified by family name, and not room number. It was also very useful to have a list of activities for the day.

Great location, very clean, good food and buffet bkfst. Will definitely come again. And yes good SPA and bar.

We had a great time staying in this beautiful place. The service was outstanding, always someone to service or help you out. 5-6 course diners with great food. The spa looks amazing allthough we did not use it because of the heathwave, so we have to come back for that. Definitely a must for people who love to relax in luxury.

we liked absolutely everything. it is a magnificent place, by a gorgeous lake with beautiful views. the hotel is brand new, exceptionally well kept and beautiful with remarkable amenities. we loved the infinity pool. the staff was amazing and service is impeccable.

Hotel was top, nothing to add or to remove, If Sauna and Pool can work longer as 19:00 it is benefit as current working time is limiting us, as we ski until 18:00 and then arrive in hotel we need to run for dinner ( until 20;00 ) and we cant use any facility in hotel as Pool and sauna is already closed.

The hotel looked ever better than in the pictures. One of the best hotels I’ve visited. The swimming pool was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff was very nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we had a nice balcony with mountain view, common spaces are also very welcoming and cozy. Breakfast was beyond delicious with so many options, the views are breathtaking and the small little village was a dream. Everyone is kind, helpful and polite.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, with the standout feature being the customer-oriented staff. Petra, along with the entire team, was incredibly kind and attentive to all our needs, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, and it's ideally situated just a few hundred meters from the slopes - perfect for skiing. The combination of the friendly staff, convenient location, and excellent dining truly enhanced our entire experience.

Everything was perfect from the start of our weekend until the end. We loved the design of the hotel, the rooms and above all that Petra and her team were just exceptional with regards to friendliness, being very attentive and just making sure that everything was perfect during our stay. It is definitely THE hotel to stay in Fieber Brunn and the Kitzbühel area. When you stay there make sure that you also visit their restaurant, the S4 Alm just a 10 min walk from the hotel. Great food and great service!

Great that bunk beds are in a separate room so that if you have younger children, you can out the to bed and stay up to eat or have a glass of wine on the balcony. The location of the hotel is great, very close to all the attractions in Salbach. Exceptional breakfast. Free cable cars and some other attractions (like the swimming pool nearby) with the joker card. Nice storage space for mountain bikes. Free parking. Very helpful staff.

When going to Boutique Hotel ANYBODY you're going to fairy tale land - Saalbach Hinterglemm is truly great for all these who loves mountains. The hotel itself is clean, new, comfortable, breakfast was splendid (I think one of the best I experienced). But ofcourse if you're coming here you're not coming to sit in a hotel room - you're coming to experience mountains. ANYBODY gives you Joker Card which enables you to use all the cable cars, pool, public transport and pleny of other attractions in the region. For this price this is really gamechanger - the stay was a bit more expensive than it would be in Tatra mountains but the fact that you can go everywhere for free is changing everything. Also - reccoment this place (Saalbach) for families - there are playgrounds everywhere (including mountain tops) and in Hinterglemm there is a playground that is probably the best I've ever seen. Well - I hope to come here one more time and explore more.

Our stay at Anybody Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the ski slopes, making it incredibly convenient for a day on the mountain, and also close to the city center, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops and souvenirs. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast—simply sensational! A wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to all tastes, from healthy choices to indulgent treats. Also a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. It was the perfect way to start each day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with recommendations or any requests we had. We can’t recommend Anybody Hotel highly enough and will definitely be back on our next trip to Saalbach!

The breakfast was incredible! We ate so much every morning. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The sauna/steam and pool area was very relaxing. The ski closet was so convenient for storage. Parking was easy and affordable. The rooms were so clean and fresh. Loved all the views from our rooms and common spaces.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and everything was perfect. Our room had a beautiful terrace, and the rooms are modern and brand new. The spa is just amazing, with a wonderful pool to relax in. The location is excellent, the staff extremely attentive, and both the breakfast and the restaurant were absolutely outstanding – a 10/10 experience!

This is a nice property to stay at. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The entire hotel is clean and modern and has garage parking. The restaurant had a great selection of food and everything we had was very good. Included breakfast was great, including individually prepared dishes. The staff were great, very friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to help.

The owner went out of his way to offer and explain what was available with the free tourist summer card. I was only there 24 hours but was able to take 3 cable cars and a lake cruise for free. The Hotel is located in the best place in town, getting out of the Hotel with your ski straight to the lift. Staff are great. Breakfast is very tasty and diverse. Rooms are big, room for 3 adults is fine. Great Spa with Sauna and pool. Ski room that warms your shoes and gloves over night. Close to restaurants, grocery and shopping.

The stuff was very friendly, which was very nice. The rooms are modern and clean, I also loved the pool and sauna. The hotel is situated in the centre, so everything is in a walking distace.

The room is tidy and the view is beautiful. There are saunas, a steam bath, and a small swimming pool. They are friendly and helpful with special requests, such as gluten-free or vegan meals.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in so far. The hotel is wonderful, the location is fantastic, the services are top-notch, and the staff is truly professional, flexible, helpful, and always very kind. The pool and wellness area are exceptionally well-maintained and managed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and extremely welcoming, and the bathroom was exceptional. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast, both of which were top-notch.

The castle is amazing. It's a beautiful, romantic place, everything is clean and neat, the room was really spacious, the bed comfy, bathroom clean, everything spot on. The swimming pool and sauna are great as well. We were welcomed by Daniel at the reception who was really nice and friendly.

We liked the room; it was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, but its quality greatly depends on who is serving it (a huge thank you to Tanja). They also offer real cappuccinos and latte macchiatos for breakfast. We enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool as well. The dinner was amazing, featuring a five-course menu. Special childmenu was also available and tasty.

I knew about this hotel because my father had stayed there in the late 1940s when it was a prestigious driving club. The property is luxurious with nice amenities, expert staff, and in a stunning setting. Even though it rained when we were there, that gave us a perfect reason to enjoy the amazing spa with heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The food and service in the restaurant are excellent.

It was a unique experience for us. The hotel is reachable by the Schmittenhöhe Cable car ( the using is free after You check in at the station Info point), with very nice view. The hotel itself is at 2000 m high, we have beautiful weather to see all mountains around from the panorama terasse. The room was amazing, modern, elegant style, with a view to the mountains. Diner was delicious , the personnel was kind and helpful. It was calm and peaceful during the evening and night, very few guests were there at this time ( we spent here 1 night), no other tourists (only 2 bikers and a hiker stopped for a beer in the restaurant). The breakfast were amazing and variable. The panorama was fantastic, as the weather was perfect, we had the chance to see all mountains around by sunset and sunrise as well.

Amazing place to be! View breath taking! I am not the person of many words this hotel made me even more speechless! Very good size of the room and bright with natural light. Comfortable bed and bedding, perfect pillows to snuggle too. The bathroom is the perfect size while walking in a double shower and the double sink is just extra comfortable! Water pressure as you like! Couldn't ask for a better stay! The staff are very polite and helpful always smiling. The whole place smelled new, clean, tidy and definitely looked after. Feeling very special at the hotel ! You like hight standard? This is place to go.. we will come back! Delicious food all very fresh.

The hotel has a truly unique location on a mountain, above the clouds. The rooms are spacious, modern, very bright, and offer stunning views of the lake, the city, and the surrounding mountains. Dinner and breakfast were included in the stay. Dinner was hearty and delicious, with a starter, main course, salad, and dessert, and there was also the option to order extra food. The staff were very welcoming. Parking is available for an additional fee, both covered and uncovered. Even though we booked a room without a lake or city view, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room overlooking the lake. We also received a discount for our next stay, which was a very nice bonus. From the hotel, there are many hiking trails starting right at the doorstep. During dinner, we also witnessed a lovely gesture from the staff as they congratulated a guest on their birthday with a complimentary treat

Everything was amazing, the room si very modern and spacious which for a hotel at about 2000m is a nice surprise. The breakfast was ok, the staff was nice and welcoming. I would have liked the space in front of the balcony to be accessible so you can see the view better during the day and the stars above during the night. But is a really nice place and it definitely worth the stay up there.

I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kaprun.

This place was so so clean and neat. The hotel and the garden is very well kept. The view from our balcony was just beautiful. Such lovely and fresh breakfast with a broad variety of choices. Situated really close to the Sigmund-Thun-Klamm, restaurants, and a supermarket. Last, but not least, the kind host Michael was very attentive and showed us great hospitality.

Very warm reception by the owners who were helpful and friendly during our stay. The room was clean and well equipped with toiletries and welcome snacks. We loved the balcony with views of the mountains, and the underground bar area. The hotel itself is very cozy and nicely decorated.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast has an excellent selection of food and great coffee. Every corner of hotel is beautifully decorated and gives cosy feeling. The bar at hotel is excellent for larger groups because you can hang out with your friends and take a drink together in the evening. The host Mikael is very pleasant and helpful whenever was needed.

We liked that the apartment looked modern and cozy, and the cleaning was thorough and detailed. The breakfasts were absolutely fabulous and a great way to start the day. The suite was so spacious with 2 bathrooms and a bathtub on the terrace outside with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet is so delicious! Prosecco is included and you can order eggs and pancakes fresh. You can also make your own fresh juice. We also like the sauna area where you can add a scent to infuse the water and make the sauna steamy. Amazing restaurants in Kaprun in walking distance like Hillberger‘s Beisl. Skibus a short walk away. All in all, an excellent relaxing experience, this was our second time and we will be back!

We spent 5 wonderful days at Avenida Panorama Suites, where we were greeted with great kindness by Mr. Reinhard accompanied by Princess Lindy and her teddy bear. We were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade, a spacious apartment with a view of the glacier, heated floors, Rituals products, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso capsules and bottled water on the house. The reception and breakfast staff were professional, kind, smiling, friendly, a warm atmosphere! Delicious and varied breakfast, individual ski locker room, heated and spacious…what more can I say, everything was perfect! Thank you for everything, you are a fantastic team of professionals!

We had a one night stay en route to Croatia. Our room had a lake view - although obscured by the rain on arrival. The receptionist seemed unsure of a few things - turned out she was new, so understandable. Frustratingly, we could not get the in room sauna to work, nor could the receptionist help. The manager addressed this very professionally in the morning and we were able to have a quick sauna before departure. The breakfast is good and was complimentary re our sauna issues, but pricey if paying 25 Euros for it. The room was comfortable and clean, but the in room tablet did not work and the streaming channels on the TV could not be accessed - none of this was explained until the following morning. The manager was apologetic and extremely helpful, but better staff training wold help avoid some issues.

We recently stayed here for a night during our Austria road trip. The hotel is run by the Martin family with the daughters and son of the patriarch manning the reception. Both check-in and check-out was quick. We were alloted a room on the second floor. An elevator to carry luggage to our room would have helped, but note that except one, none of the hotels that we stayed during our 3 week trip had an elevator. The room was quite spacious with a separate area to keep luggage. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit flat as is the case in most Austrian hotels. The linen was spotless and clean. The bathroom was modern, however the shower area was quite small. It had all the necessary toiletries and white fluffy towels. The morning breakfast was excellent with a varied spread. Sepp was quite helpful in mapping out the sights to be visited. A Tea/Coffee maker in the room would have helped in the morning. The lighting in the room was insufficient & dull putting a strain on the eyes especially at night. We would rate this hotel a 9 out of 10 and will willingly book again if we visit Kaprun a second time.

The location is excellent! The hotel is around the major trails around the Glockner Alps. The hotel is very cozy and welcoming! The personnel went well beyond what was necessary for our comfort! The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options of fresh fruits and vegetables and great baked goods! Don't forget to order hot chocolate along with your breakfast (no additional fee necessary!). The hotel is highly recommended!

To describe my stay in one word: perfect! A spacious and clean room with a separate sitting area where you can relax comfortably and a balcony to match. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. From the room (and from my bed), I had a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel pools are easily accessible from the hotel via a covered walkway and are wonderful for relaxing. The breakfast and dinner were high quality, and the staff during dinner was very attentive and helpful (with a special shoutout to Armand, who waited on my table!). All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was really great and they had us a table at the bar so we could have breakfast with our dog! The free mini bar was a good thing. The place is good and well-thought. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ski room is with lockers that work with the same card as your apartment. Comfy spa space with a really good sauna - I enjoyed that a lot. The breakfast is absolutely great, we enjoyed it every day - many options and products are good. Appliances in the room are high quality and you can find everything you need there, both for a kitchen and a bathroom. The warm floor makes the place very warm during winter time. We had a studio, it was well equipped despite the small size. The ski shuttle service is absolutely great as it takes you to the closest ski lifts. But also there is a public ski express every 20 minutes, and it will take you about 5 minutes to get to the lift. Also, there is a restaurant and a bar available.

Breakfast was exceptional with a lot of different choices. The room and kitchen were very clean. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The included regional Joker card and location of the hotel are ideal for hiking trips. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions on how to access our room were well communicated. There was an issue with our room where there was a smell in the drainage in one of the bath rooms. However, the staff was very helpful and eager to upgrade us to another room should the smell persist another day. The staff neutralized the smell with a product and after a day there was some rain which completely cleared the smell.

We had a very clean spacious 2 bed apartment. Lots of parking and room to lock up bikes. Great location. Bus stop right outside. Breakfast was really good. Nice freshly made eggs every morning. Good selection of other breakfast foods. Outstanding customer service from Anna Marie and Florence. My daughter left her bike helmet on the bus one day and thanks to the efforts of the staff, the bus driver dropped it off the next day and it was waiting for us in reception when we got back to the hotel later that day. Amazing . Would definitely recommend this hotel .

Everything was exceptionally clean all the time. The room was soundproof and very comfortable. The view was pittoresque. The staff was all the time very helpful and nice. The breakfast and dinner was exceptionally tasty, of good quality, and a lot of varieties.

Location couldn't be better. Right next to a ski lift and only 5 mins walk to one of the main lifts too. Excellent breakfast with fresh omelette, scrambled egg and bacon plus all the continental breakfast items too. Fresh coffee machines and fresh juice.

Dinner and breakfast are exceptional with plenty of healthy choices. Room is spacious and clean. Very nice room temperature and bed. All staff are super friendly.

Beate, Bernd & their team are super friendly, obliging & helpful and welcoming. You almost feel part of the family! The service offered was quite simply exceptional- nothing was too difficult for the team and everything offered with a warm smile. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, varied and again all my dietary needs and requests were met. All super clean and comfortable too. My stay here was a joy from start to end.

I had a lovely room with a balcony and beautiful views. The owners Beate and Bernd did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of fresh, local flavors. The location was perfect: quiet and yet right next to one of the cable cars and the bus station for transport to the Schmittenbahn. The lake, restaurants and shops are all in walking distance. I will come back!

Although there was no air-conditioning, the warm weather outside wasn't very noticeable inside the room. It also could be aired sufficiently with the windows. Travelling by train, the location was perfect in distance to both the railway station, the city centre, and the mountains to start hiking.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful hosts who are helpful and kind and always up for a chat or a game of table tennis! :) They gave us good recommendations and the hotel was situated in a perfect location. Overall the hotel was great. Modern, great sauna and outdoor pool. FABULOUS reception - welcome prosecco and moment to chill while filling out the forms. Parking was easy and views of the rooms lovely. The dinner was delicious - the menu stayed the same but with so many options, it was easy to have a great meal! And one of the bar tenders - a lady - makes great cocktails!

We had the two bedroom penthouse house and the pictures did not do it justice, really stunning room with amazing views. The welcome from the staff was wonderful, Melanie couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were great as was breakfast

Nice, friendly and kind staff, frankly this was over the expectation. Big comfortable room with private sauna made our stay cozy. Pool is and gym are quite small, but good enough. Food was just amazing. We truly enjoyed our time in Glemm.

There are many things to like about this place. Starting from the entrance all the way through the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, happy to help you with anything and everything. The facilities are amazing. The rooms are big, with a big bathroom, separate shower, separate toilet and a balcony with a breathtaking view. The gym is amazing, used it every day. Indoor - outdoor heated pool and a great sauna. Food is amazing. Will definitely return here in the near future.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff was very friendly. Fondue Dinner was a great experience. The swing at the balcony was sweet for relaxing. Also enjoyed the warm pool and to swim outside after a long day to relax.

Excellent hotel all round, impossible to find a fault! One of the best breakfast buffets ever, everything fresh and good quality (al least 10 types of juices and smoothies, for instance), tasty and interesting dinner (half board), good wine list and signature cocktails. Amazing pool (25 meters for the outdoor one), and I was on my own most of the time. Ski bus reliable and fast, we never waited much.

The rooms are spacious with beautiful views of the mountains. The spa was an unexpected treat--so many fantastic steam room and sauna options. We also loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The restaurants were quite good and the breakfast really exceptional. Staff were very nice and seemed genuine. The shuttle into town was quite convenient.

FUN 3 Superior apartment, (2 adults and two children 7 and 10 years old) exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped, clean apartment with two spacious bathrooms, separate toilet, underfloor heating and a spacious terrace. The room was warm on arrival which was nice after a long journey. Parking directly in front of the house. The room is nicer and cozier than in the photos. Key handover was contactless (you are not limited by arrival time ) using the mailbox and access code at the door of the apartment house- it couldn't be easier :-). You will receive instructions on the day of arrival via Whatsapp. Absolutely ideal communication for those who maybe don't speak English well. Adrian will write everything down for you. The centre of Kaprun is about 10 minutes walk away. Under the Kitzsteinhorn glacier to the cable car about 8 minutes by car. We go to Kaprun regularly, it has always been a hotel, but after our experience with this accommodation we will only return to this apartment, where we make breakfast in peace after waking up and have breakfast at the table overlooking the mountains. We recommend this accommodation.

Very nice, modern and comfortable apartment with nice view on the mountains from the terrace. It was equipped with everything what we needed. It is located in very quiet part of Kaprun. It is only 10 minutes walk to restaurants and Billa supermarket. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. There was no problem with our late arrival, check in was easy with a code for a key box that we received from the owner. I can recommend the Appartments Kitzsteinhorn.

We chose the accommodation only for one night. The room was small but well furnished, nice and clean. The shower is large and comfortable. You could park in the underground garage. There is a wide selection at breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful.

Nice location Friendly staff We missed one day due to some circumstances and the booking was non-refundable. The accommodation exceeded our expectations! Perfect accommodation if you want to come with your dog - there is special part of hotel where guests can stay with dogs, there are beds and bowls for your dog. We booked this accommodation on the day of our arrival, as we had to cancel our planned camping trip last minute due to bad weather. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings and the excellent location. The rooms and common areas are modern and tastefully furnished. The garden, located at the edge of the forest, offers a peaceful seating area by a small lake, a large grill, and a playground for children – perfect for relaxing. The overall atmosphere is very friendly, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. We especially appreciated the rich breakfast buffet, which was constantly replenished. And if you’re lucky, you might even be treated to cheerful accordion tunes from the owner himself, making your morning even more delightful. We were extremely satisfied and would be happy to return in the future

We loved everything! We visited in July so I can imagine it gets more busy in winter but even with quite a few other guests, the place was quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect, we were only there for a day and a half but managed to visit and enjoy quite a few of the activities in the area - highly recommend the Lärchwand Aufzug (the most beautiful place!! + make sure to take the bus or walk down to Furthermoar Alm for an amazing Alps experience and delicious food!!), Sigmund Thun Klamm, Kaprun and Zell am See. All these are less than 15 mins away by car. The rooms were simple but clean with comfortable beds and the bathroom seemed to have been refurbed not too long ago. Check in experience was similar to an Airbnb process, worked really well. We arrived around midnight and it was appreciated that we didn’t have to stress about it as everything was ready and just needed to pick up the keys based on perfectly detailed instructions shared via messages here. Breakfast was really nice too with a lot of options for cold and hot food with fresh baked items. We would love to return in the future!

This was our second time at Baranekhof and it was just as fantastic as the first. A lovely, family-run place with a warm, traditional atmosphere. Everything is very clean, the staff are super friendly, and the location is perfect; peaceful yet close to many activities. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety. Highly recommended!

Location is perfect if you want to go for skiing, 10 mins walk to the main lift or 1 min by car. Parking is free and plenty of space for visitors. Breakfasts are good, fresh, nice variety. We were given a complimentary upgrade which provided us with a larger sitting area and a beautiful deck with a view of the town and mountains. The bathroom was spacious with floor heating, heated towel rack and a lovely bath and shower unit. Again, immaculately clean! The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast is included and had everything you could ask for: Eggs, sausage and bacon, various breads and rolls, all manner of cereals and yogurt, cheese, cold cuts and excellent coffee. The restaurant also serves great lunches and dinners. The menu is small but what they do have is wonderful. The staff (family owned business) is warm and welcoming and are happy to help. For skiers: There is a very nice, clean ski room with boot heaters for your equipment. Also, the shuttle to the ski lifts is very close buy (just make sure to read the bus schedules as they go to different locations in the Kitzbuhel area.) Located within easy walking distance to town center, shopping and restaurants but on a quiet street, NO late night drunks to disturb you. Since this is a 3 star hotel don't expect saunas, pools or a large lobby and bar (they do have wine, beers and liquor in any case.) The price is more than fair and I highly recommend it! We had a spacious, comfortable room with fabulous views. Our room was quiet - a huge plus for me since I'm a light sleeper. Charming, quaint, family-run hotel right in the heart of Kitzbuhel. Loved the heated towel rack and heated tile floors. Hint: put your nightclothes on the towel rack before bed - divine! Close enough to walk to the ski lift, and near the shopping and sights of Kitzbuhel. If you are moderately mobile, and are not overwhelmed with luggage, it's walkable from the train station. Very accommodating owner, Christian and his wife, and staff. He worked with us when our plane was cancelled (airport workers strike) and was instrumental is lining up private transportation from the airport. The hotel is a short train or car ride to several day trip destinations. Excellent restaurant - never had a bad meal and we ate every breakfast and some lunch and dinners there. Generous and hearty breakfast. My only suggestion is maybe to add a crockpot of oatmeal for the winter months - that's always a good start to a cold and/or long day. HIghly reccommend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Spacious room and bathroom with excellent shower. Delicious breakfast. Nice loaner umbrellas in each room if needed. Perfect location in the center of town but not right on the square. There was a festival going on and a hotel on the square that we almost chose had a band stage directly in front of it that played into the night. We were glad we could easily walk over to the festival but then head back a block or two to a quieter location. We would also recommend their restaurant.

I travel alot for work, and the Gasthoff Eggerwirt is a jem. The owners maintain an exceptional level of cleanliness in the spacious and comfortable rooms. Service was always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and traditional. Location was perfect for exploring Kitzbuhel. I will stay here again. Thanks Astrid!

Beautiful hotel in a great location for the slopes and just a 5 mins walk down to the centre of Kitzbuhel. The staff were all excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was great - wonderful choice at breakfast and great evening meals. The New Years Eve gala dinner and party was great fun. The wellness centre and pool is also very nice and wasn’t too busy. The ski and boot room is exceptionally good with plenty of space.

All three were a good as it could have possibly been. Especially liked the ski room and the location. The pool the spa and bar were all amazing.

What a beautiful hotel! Situated right next to the gondola station making access to the mountain for hiking so easy. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them - they were able to help us out with the loan of a phone charger and a fan for the room as it was so hot whilst we were there. The room was lovely, a good size with its own terrace and plenty of storage space. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times - the menu was not extensive but the food was very good - again, the staff in the restaurant and bar made us very welcome. The indoor pool area was comfortable with access to a small garden and sunbeds, the pool itself was refreshing and the wellness area was extensive. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily book again!

There are regular buses in the morning which is a five minute ride to the Hannenkahn. we hired a locker at the Hannenkahn station and left skis and boots which was very convenient. The Entrasser is a very comfortable bed and breakfast hotel with a very nice breakfast including hot and cold selections.The rooms are well appointed with modern bathrooms and ours had a balcony with a view of the Hannenkahn. There is a small swimming pool and a newly refurbished sauna. The owners are very helpful and friendly

Spent three nights here with daughter and son-in-law. Thanks to Klaus and Bettina for their friendly welcome and attentive service. Breakfast choice was huge and delicious gluten free bread provided for my daughter and I when our intolerance was mentioned. Rooms clean and comfortable with modern bathroom facilities. Easy walk into town and large car park at the front of the hotel. Small swimming pool and sauna in basement. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

A wonderful stay! Very comfortable room and a great breakfast. The owners were very welcoming and I particularly enjoyed the fact that they made me my own pot of decaf coffee in the morning :). The pool was very relaxing. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the centre but a bus stops just around the corner. My daughter enjoyed the pillow especially!

An excellent hotel that is well located between Leogang and Saalbach offering you good options for a different ski region every day. It is not in a lively town such as Saalbach or Zell am See, but we were not there for the town. A combination of old school building with modernised elements, it offers spacious rooms, nice views, super comfy beds and pillows. It has what you would like to get from a mountain town hotel. The SPA top-floor is super cozy and well executed. Even if the sauna felt crowded the whole area felt excellent for chilling after a day of ski. Breakfast was outstanding with a big choice and fresh produce. The team was super helpful too, on the last day we asked for a late checkout or at least the opportunity to change our clothes after a final session of ski. They were very kind and allowed us to use the rooms until 15:30.

Rooms are furnished more like an apartment than a generic hotel room. Beautiful view from rooftop deck that looks over the town and mountainsides. Only drawback is surface parking located a couple blocks away but that was never a problem. Extremely safe neighborhood and town.

All of the staff were very friendly and professional. A special thanks to Antoneta who assisted us at breakfast for being so friendly and taking care of us (especially our toddler!). The breakfast is 5 star level and you could spend an entire day just sitting on the terrace of the restaurant just taking in the views.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast is superb and the staff are very polite and helpful. You could not ask for a better view from the infinity pool.....just amazing. George from hotel check in, is an excellent asset to the hotel. He is very friendly, polite and knowledgeable of the local area. During our stay, he was extremely helpful in many ways and made our trip a true success. I hope to deal with him again when we return as it is always a pleasure to interact with people like him. This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel and we did not regret it. The staff is highly professional, friendly and polite. The rooms (panoramic double room) has an amazing view, is well equipped and comfortable. The infinity pool on the roof is downright spectacular. There is a super equipped playroom for small children that our toddler very much enjoyed.

I loved the breakfast and the pool/sauna area. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge selection of food and drinks. Also the relax area with the pool and the sauna was top level, with different types of saunas. I loved the Finnish sauna with a view on the village of Kitzbühel. I really appreciated the fact that the sauna and pool area closed late in the evening.

We were very satisfied with the level of services oferred by the hotel. The location of the hotel is very close to the city centre and bus stops. The neighbourhood was very quite. The hotel's personnel was very friendly and attentive to our requests. Our room was cleaned very well. My family was very happy with spa, which includes two saunas, jacuzzi, heated open air swimming pool and room with water beds.

Hotel was amazing, with its outdoor hot pool and sauna. Furthermore, It is very close to the ski areas, and offers a ski room to store skiing equipment. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and room simply looked amazing, with a stunning view and very clean. I will definitely come back again.

The property was fantastic, everything from the very clean and well lit secure garage for the car to the spacious, very clean and spotless room. Bakery attached is very nice with a wonderful selection of foods , and also gifts for taking home. Receptionist was very helpful with tips on where to go and local dog rules. The wonderful ornamental cows on reception were loved by the kids and the lovely bottle of wine given on arrival was a nice surprise along with a dog bowl and treats for pooch.

The location was beautiful and convenient, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-maintained.

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation. The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to do and close to many of the activities included with the summer card. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the hotel staff went above and beyond, offering assistance even outside their regular working hours. The secure underground parking on-site was a great bonus. The apartment matched the photos exactly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find one of the rooms had an ensuite bathroom, in addition to a separate shared bathroom and toilet for the other two rooms. The apartment was immaculate, and daily cleaning was provided. Our group of six adults and a two-year-old had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the balcony. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was very modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean – honestly the nicest place I’ve booked in years. We stayed for three days while doing some active outdoor family stuff, and it was perfect for that. The place is part of the summer card program, which was a huge bonus – free public transport, beach access, cable cars, and more. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. We were even able to check in early, and everything was already sorted, including the summer cards. Super smooth experience.

We stayed in a large two-room apartment, and it was very comfortable. The biggest plus was that the Summer Card was included. The apartment had two washrooms, comfortable beds, and a nice balcony. We asked for the Summer Cards to be ready before arrival and the staff arranged everything in advance. Communication was quick and friendly. Location is excellent – just a few minutes to the lake and the main shopping street, and there are plenty of halal restaurants close by. There are also free parking spots at the hotel (around six). The city and whole stay gave a bit of a luxury feeling, similar to what you find in hotels in the Middle East. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in Zell am See was absolutely fantastic – a solid 10/10 experience for our family of four. The apartment was brand new, spotlessly clean, and highly functional, offering a great level of comfort for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We especially appreciated the Summer Card provided at reception, which gave us free access to all the cable cars in the area – a huge bonus that added great value to our stay. The hotel is located very close to the main bus station, which made it easy to reach attractions further away. A big advantage is that buses start their routes from this station, so we always found seats – something that can be difficult at later stops. The beautiful lake is within walking distance, perfect for relaxing strolls and enjoying the scenery. We also made use of the underground hotel parking, which was very practical and convenient. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Zell am See. It’s a perfect base for exploring the region and enjoying everything it has to offer.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable (the mattress was on the softer side). I have to mention the spacious sauna, which was amazing after a whole day on the slopes. There was a ski room in the house, and my ski boots were dry and warm in the morning, which was a great convenience. Breakfast was standard, but the dinner was exceptional. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. I will definitely come back if possible and will gladly recommend this place to my friends.

Everything! The room and balcony were both spacious and bright, the hotel was charming and, most of all, the owners were fabulous! We immediately felt right at home with their hospitality and our only wish was that we could stay longer. The comfortable bed, hot showers, tasty breakfast, cozy bar, and ample parking also added to what made this the perfect base for our Zell am See adventures. The room was very clean and spacious enough. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, it was a pleasant stay. The apartment's location is very good, as it is not far away from the lake, but not on the main street with loud noises, where the place was located in a quiet quartal. Also, there is a small bar in the house, where you can buy a cold beer and drinks.

Words can't describe comfort & hospitality. Suzanna, Mario, and Kotaiba are all so lovely and friendly. They do their best : Breakfast was so delicious 😋, rooms so clean, balcony so relaxing 😌 , All with a smile. 😃 The only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay much longer and get to know them better. Wonderful family skiing holiday. A Lovely comfortable and stylish 4 bedroom penthouse apartment with balcony in Kaprun. There was a trendy bar/restaurant connected to the hotel where they gave us a complimentary Aperol Spritz. Items on their menu were a little overpriced, though. The sauna was clean and had showering facilities with towels provided. The room itself was beautifully characteristic and traditionally Austrian, with wooden beams and art on the wall. The bathroom was clean, spacious and had the best smelling soap in the shower. Bed was comfy. Balcony had a decent view of the Hahenkamm. I'd highly recommend staying in the Goldener Greif because it's location is central to everything in town, and it's only a four minute walk to the main ski lift. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, it's across from the Londoner (if the night life is your thing), and there's lots of shops and other amenities nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in the heart of Kitzbuhel - 5min walk from the main ski lift, and close to great restaurants. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful (big thank you to Tibor from reception). Central location with access off the main street. Excellent views of the Hahnenkamm mountain and piste from our room and the breakfast room and the hotel is only a short walk to the lift station. Breakfast is excellent and served in a lovely traditional room which is immaculate. The Hotel bar and restaurant is adjoined by a door operated by your room key, it is more modern, lively and a very enjoyable space to eat and drink until late. The Hotel and bar staff are excellent.

The most charming hotel in the heart of Kitzbühel. The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly, the room maybe not the biggest but beautifully decorated with plenty of traditional wood work and a great view from the balcony. As I was travelling by bike, they let me park my 'bike' in the lounge, where it was safe and dry. The location right in the heart of Kitzbühel was super practical for an exploratory stroll through the small town with all sorts of restaurants, bars and stores right at my doorstep. A great stay at a wonderful place.

Juices, variety of coffee, eggs, bacon ,baskets of breads and buns, yougurts, boil your own eggs, cheeses and meats. Epic breakfast. What's not to like???!!! We had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel. Ski room downstairs was secure and warm! Great place for ski and boot storage Our room had a lovely view from the balcony (do yourself a favour and book a room with balcony!). Parking lot is 100 feet away, or you can park at hotel and not worry about the car. It's a 7 min walk to the main lift (gondola) or take the free RINGBUS to any lift in the are...seconds from the hotel. Seriously....stay here! We saw lots of other hotels but this one was just PERFECT. Again, thank you Claudia for such a great stay. You really left positive impression.

The Gamshof was so charming. The rooms were wonderful, with amazing views from every balcony. Our adult kids had rooms facing opposite directions, and we faced a third direction - all views were fabulous! The reception and bar area was wonderful and our host so friendly and helpful. The honor bar allowed us to have another beverage on our balcony after a late dinner. And then to top it off, breakfast was delicious. We didn't want to leave. I can't wait to return. Highly recommend.

This was our fourth visit to this hotel. We love the unpretentious cosy feel of this traditional small hotel. The view from our balcony on the second floor was great of the mountains. The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The self service breakfast was good and there is an honestly bar which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Hotel Gamshof was absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal, near to the lifts and the main town. The breakfast was always tasty. There is a very cosy bar and lounge area where you can drink, eat or just chat until 10.30. The staff were so helpful, they provided advice about slopes, hiking, restaurants and even gave us tips on where to get discounted ski gear. The rooms were spacious with lovely views. The hotel is clearly well-known in the town as everyone seemed to know it and speak highly of it. We wanted to book for 2025, but the week we are going is fully booked :( so we have had to book nearby. I'd advise booking Gamshof now to avoid disappointment!

The location is perfect, just on the edge of the town centre. The staff were so friendly and very welcoming. The room had great views of the mountains and was clean and comfortable with a very reasonably sized balcony. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of options. Again the staff were attentive and helpful.

This accomodation exceeded our expectations. Besides the fact that it was great value for money, a few aspects we would like to mention are: - the fact it had free parking was really convenient -the bus stop was super close so you could pretty much get anywhere and not have to use the car -breakfast was absolutely delicious, also the atmosphere in the breakfast room was cozy and nice with candles; the hosts were so nice and would ask if you want cooked eggs besides what you could find at the buffet. We appreciated how the tables were set and how the food was arranged. - the bed was comfortable, the room was nice and warm, the bathroom as well -everything was very clean -the ski room was super convenient (also the ski-boots room) PS: we visited at the beginning of the skiing season and our experience was the best we ever had! Beautifull and comfortable accommodation with great view from balcony. Breakfast really rich and tasty (appart from buffet you can have egg by your choice and very good coffee). The staff is very nice and friendly. We could park motorcycle under the roof.

Me and my fiancee stayed for 7 days in january at Pension Schmittental. We were very satisfied about the lodging, it being great value for money. The pension is not very big, but very cozy, we especially were impressed by the decorations on the coniferous trees in the garden, and the lighting in the restaurant in the evening. The staff was very helpful and polite. We enjoyed the breakfast. The room was cozy and clean. The bathroom had a hairdryer, which is always good. The last day we had to leave at 05:30 am and we asked for a taxi and were pleasantly surprised that Rudi, a member of the staff, offered to drive us personally to the train station free of charge for which we are very thankful. In conclusion we would whole-heartedly recomend Pension Schmittental if you are looking for an affordable, cozy and quiet accomodation for your ski vacation in Zell am See. A tip: if you have a ski pass, the bus is free:)

Bathroom was clean and comfortable though the shower corner is a bit small. The breakfast was excelent with variety of food choises. We stayed here for a last minute autumn break (out of ski season), really nice location with great views, located around 10/15mins walk from Kaprun where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. There’s a train stop just over the road from the hotel, a direct local train from zel am see, so really easy transport! Good running/hiking routes. The spa and pool were unreal! Nice buffet breakfast as well.

Hotel is nicely decorated. Rooms are great with nice view on the mountain. It is very nice hotel, 600m ,easy walk from Areitbahn which brings you to the top of the Ski area. Skibus is 100-150m away. Hotel has nice ski storage. Several restaurants around. Swimming pool, relax rooms and saunas are nice and free to use. The breakfast is expensive, but gourmet with served dishes. I'm not sure it is worth money for e.g. seven days stay (because after few days I just want something simple for breakfast), but for 2-3 days I would take the breakfast again for sure.

Super cute hotel with very friendly staff always willing to help with everything we needed. The family room we stayed at was huge and fully renovated. The location is very convenient right at the center of Zell Am See and only 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The breakfast was very good with many options available and the hotel restaurant was very good as well. The pool even small was super fun for our daughter and the sauna a very nice extra.

Excellent location in Zell centre next to skibus (to Kaprun, Saalbach) and nearest lifts. Room was comfortable and had enough space. Even though there were several bars next door our room upstairs in the other side had no noise. Lockers for skigear were functional although they would have not fit two snowboards. Pool area and sauna were great for relaxing and the nudity culture was no problem for us. Breakfast buffet was excellent in quantity and quality. Ticket service worked w/o problem.

The hotel is in a good location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the train stations and near the pedestrian area with food and shops. Hotel has a great location. Room we stayed in was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast that hotel served is ok, nothing special. Dinners are much better and in my opinion very well prepared. You have a large variety of appetizers, salads and soups to choice and then you can choose the main course, which were amazing and very tasty. Location of the property can’t be better, easy access for ski bus or the lover tram station and it is in Kaprun city center. Garage parking is excellent, it is tight, we had a SUV and had no problems parking. Spa are pool area are excellent.

Great breakfast offering. Also thoroughly enjoyed the saunas and the outdoor pool. Rooms are equipped with very good shower and bath facilities, and are generally very comfortable. But what was best about this place was the friendly and relaxed vibe. The staff were very nice, everyone from the lovely women at the front desk to the cleaning staff, and the locals who drink at the bar were lots of fun to drink with, particularly one guy who very kindly gifted me a bottle of a very tasty chocolate chili schnapps he makes himself.

It is way better, cosier, and fancier than the photos. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. Furniture and appliances are of high quality, and it's extremely obvious how much attention and care the host has put into this house, not just as a summer rental, but as a proper home. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. They even provided a big printed guide with everything you need to know about the accommodation, as well as attractions and restaurants in Zell am See. The view from the villa was terrific, you can see the lake and green mountains from all directions. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it feel like home. All equipment and utensils were spotless. Beds and pillows were super comfy, and the excellent sound isolation made us sleep like babies. The main bathroom had a big bathtub, a rainfall shower, and a double sink, giving it a luxurious feel. The other bedroom also had an electric sauna, which was a nice touch. I strongly recommend this villa, it’s definitely the best value for money you can find. Whenever I come back to Zell am See, this is where I’ll stay.

My stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful! The room was beautifully clean and cozy, which made it very comfortable. A big surprise was the large artificial fireplace, which added to the cozy atmosphere. The view from the window was breathtaking, overlooking the lake and mountains—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is also excellent—close to the town but still peaceful. Right under the hotel, there’s a bus stop with regular buses that go directly to the ski resort, making it ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay with great access to all the attractions.

The property was awesome! Close to train station, bus stops, Spar for groceries, restaurants, pharmacy & shops. Walking distance to CityXPress cable car. Instructions to access the property were clear & straightforward. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfy, fireplace in the bedrooms were a nice touch and provides extra warmth if needed. Apartment was spacious. Extra towels were provided so it’s great for long stays. Balcony provided a lovely view. Toilet separate room from shower Bus stops to Kaprun and Saalbach were easy strolls from apartment.

Location is great, close to gondola and town (restaurants, bars, supermarket) room is spacious. Lounge and kitchen area is nice, clean, comfortable. Staff are poliet and friendly.

Das Hotel ist ruhig am Ortsrand und direkt am Skihang gelegen. Vom Zimmer hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und das Bad sauber. Der Wellness/Spa Bereich ist schön groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Sehr schön ist auch der kleine Spielplatz direkt am Hotel. Außerdem gibt es genügend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Was uns sehr verwundert hat, ist das Verhalten einiger Hotelgäste. So haben wir nach dem Ein-Checken auf dem Zimmer festgestellt, dass es nur Bademäntel für uns Erwachsene gab, aber keine für die Kinder. Auf unsere Rückfrage, sagte uns das Personal, dass sie kaum noch Kinder-Bademäntel haben, weil die ständig gestohlen werden... Im Sauna Bereich lag eine benutzte Pampers Windel einfach so auf dem Fussboden. Obwohl dies nicht erlaubt ist laut Hotel, sind morgens trotzdem Hotelgäste mit Badelatschen zum Frühstück gekommen. Am zweiten Abend war der Pool quasi nicht benutzbar, weil Kinder von allen Richtungen in den Pool gesprungen sind und die Eltern waren offensichtlich nicht da. Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Für die Kinder gab es jeden Abend Fischstäbchen mit Pommes oder Nudeln mit Tomaten/Bolognese Sauce. Ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre toll. - Wir fanden es im Zimmer sehr warm und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, die Temperatur / Klimatisierung im Zimmer zu regeln. - Wir machen oft in Österreich Urlaub und im Sentido gab es zum ersten Mal kein Abschiedsgeschenk

Hotel nicely decorated. Minimalist feel with washed woods, tasteful fabrics and nice linen. Staff friendly and food (buffet style) offered a reasonable choice for dinner and breakfast. We had a junior suite (501) on the exec level. It was nice with a large balcony and floor to ceiling windows. When sitting on your bed, a nice view across the roof of the hotel to the mountain opposite the ski slope. Bed super comfy and soft good quality robes too. Now to the small points worth noting: Didn’t have nice complimentary toiletries which you come to expect in a 4 star hotel. Only squeezy wall mounted bottle. Also no air con that we could discern. Not a problem for us as cool outside but I can imagine it getting stifling in the summer. Didn’t really think the extra for exec level worth it. The complimentary things were limited in the lounge and the mini only stocks soft drinks and a couple of beers. Being high is nice but we were on 5th floor and our balcony looked out across the roof top of the 4th floor and the car park. Didn’t try the other amenities of the hotel which could have warranted the price we paid for the room.

Stayed at The Seehof for a ski holiday recently and it’s a gem. A small hotel with a big heart and it’s in a fab location. It’s a boutique style hotel, close to the town centre and overlooking the lake. It’s within walking distance of the Schmittenhőhe ski gondola station City Xpress and all the shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. We were lucky to have a balcony room overlooking the lake, so the views were delightful. The railway passes the front of the hotel and the station is only 2 minutes walk. There is a little noise from the trains but hardly noticeable if you have the windows closed. There is a good choice for breakfast. Choices of juices, cereals, bread, hams, cheese, eggs, bacon, beans and delicious coffee, also various teas available in a very comfortable restaurant. We also ate at the hotel a couple of nights and the food was top class. My wife is a coeliac and they were accommodating with gluten free options, this was done with confidence and no problem, which is very reassuring for anyone who is coeliac. The owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly and I hope to return to stay at Hotel Seehof again in the future. There is a ski locker in the hotel, we used the ski shop lockers next to the gondola station so we could walk in our shoes but it’s not that far to walk in ski boots. All in all we had a fantastic week.

This is a superb hotel, a real gem. Just returned from a week family skiing trip. The hotel is privately owned and run and this makes it so special. The personal touches and attention to detail really makes a difference. The whole team are friendly, attentive and fun. Our rooms were welcoming, clean and warm with great views of the lake. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice, nicely presented with great service. Dinner is great home cooked, tasty and nicely presented in a great atmosphere, with plenty our choice, served by a fun and friendly team. The location is great everything in the town is in walking distance and the ski runs are minutes away. There is nothing I can fault about this hotel and the team which run it. It is not a 5 star luxury boutique hotel, but it is a hotel with soul and charm and is 5 star in service and welcome. Thanks for a wonderful week. I would highly recommend and we will return.

Ski trip. Through Crystal Ski. Read reviews before booking ..... pretty mixed. No need to worry. LOVELY hotel, rooms spacious and clean, breakfast great, plenty of choice from: bacon, eggs, hams, cheeses, fruit, breads, cereal, yoghurt, juices and hot drinks. Vast choice and perfect to set you up for skiing. Hosts lovely. Very friendly but not overbearing. You MUST book an evening meal - good value compared to other local restaurants - but MUCH nicer (gastro chef onsite) - prawn linguine pasta / Thai green curry- must try. Lovely. Great location - ignore the 'train noise' - we were on the front (amazing view) and it never bothered or woke us - in fact it made the week better - the trains were clean and quiet and a talking point. We've skied for 20 years, all over Europe, and only a few places we'd go back to - this is one. Ah, plus the skiing - Sell am See, Saalbach Hinterglem both great, plus Kaprun - definitely go to Kaprun for 3 from 6 days - high altitude at 3k metres - great conditions and runs. What a great week we've had at the Seehof! Beautiful hotel with great staff, great food and great views. We had a room with a mountain view, gorgeous. Bed was comfortable, bath and shower in the bathroom. It was amazing. We took a boat ride on Lake Zell, a trip to the great Grossglockner Alps and to the village of Hallstat. Stunning views! Weather very hot and sunny all week. This hotel is highly recommended, the owners are lovely people and very helpful and the breakfast area has great views towards lake Zell. Booked from UK as a package with TUI. 7 nts plus flights, transfers etc last min was £740 as a solo traveller/single room. I had a really positive experience thanks. Arrived about 8pm to a warm welcome. Swift check in. Room 39 rear facing over garden, church, village and mountain. Initial thoughts were v small BUT it was fine. Good storage space, reasonable shower room and a nice big balcony. Basic but v clean. Single bed my hopes weren't high but no: it was very comfy. Location of hotel is FANTASTIC the photos do not lie. Fan, kettle and good wi fi in room. I slept mostly with the patio open. Could be a little noise from the train and church (bells start at 7am but have a v pleasant tone). Earplugs provided but I didnt use them. Restaurant and bar not open. Breakfast room nice with a lovely view, breakfast looked really nice but I'm not convinced of the quality of products. But hey look what I paid. Staff were always nice with the breakfast lady exceptionally chirpy and pleasant as were the two cleaners I saw daily. Some of the other guests may have been a little challenging for the hotel staff. One night I heard a conversation where they were having to reprimand them (the guests) for their behaviour. A difficult task but seemed well handled! I'd stay again. Hopefully better weather next time. As a guest I got a Sommerkarten (Summercard). What FANTASTIC value this is. Free travel bus trains within the WHOLE Salzburg region and travel on most lifts.

The room was big enough for our group, it was very clean, new towels and toilet paper were changed every day, the cleaning staff came every day. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very polite, very helpful and we felt very comfortable in this hotel. The breakfast buffet is very varied, you can find anything you want. After skiing, you can refresh yourself in the bar with an after-ski snack. Dinner was delicious and tasty. Access to the ski area is easy, from the hotel's garage, and this fact adds to the value of the comfort. Thank you for making us feel comfortable during our stay.

Good points about the hotel: 1. Very well maintained and staff were very friendly 2. The room was very clean and are nicely decorated 3. The food was delicious and of good quality. Good variety of food for breakfast buffet and 4 courses meal with salad buffet for dinner 4. There is a heated ski room which is located at the entrance of the slope which was very convenient for ski in/out 5. Ski pass can be purchased at reception Not so good points: 1. the room that I stayed in (110) was facing another part of the building which blocked all the natural sunlight. 2. No tea or coffee making facilities inside the room which I think was a drawback for a 4 stars hotel. 3. It will be more appealing if they can include some Austrian dishes in their Menu 4. the ski room wasn't ventilated well enough and the floor could get very wet by the end of the afternoon. 5. The lifts inside the hotel weren't connected to all floors, we have to take the first lift to get to reception from the carpark, drag our luggages across the reception area then physically lift them up a flight of stair before getting to the elevator to access our room. This luggages dragging process repeated when we leave. 4. Onsite parking costs 10 Euros a day, valet parking is free but the car was parked quite far away from the hotel and reception has to arrange someone to drive your car back every time you wanted to use it Overall, a nice ski in/out hotel

Lovely welcome from reception including a glass of iced tea on arrival. Excellent food choices available. Delicious food every day. Daily Specials at breakfast eg. smoothies, rice pudding, salmon were a nice touch. Manager always offered us an English menu for dinner at breakfast time which was helpful and much appreciated. Evening meals for adults were delicious and high quality. All staff spoke English which we appreciated as our German isn’t very good! Small touches such as a bag of towels that you can use outside of the hotel eg. at a spa. Location next to bus stop is useful for those who want to travel without a car. Lots of activities available within 15 mins of hotel. Our suite was very spacious and the outdoor terrace was lovely to sit on. Even though the hotel is close by a road, there was minimum noise due to the hotel’s elevated position. Our stay was nice and quiet.

Hotel was great! Even with our 130 am check in we enjoyed a much needed glass of champagne. Hotel is fantastic for families, couples, and those with pets. If you choose you can spend your entire stay busy with the many facility ammenties. With the Goat Stall just up the ski slope we can ski home shower change and hit the apres into the evening. The outdoor pool is great and the spa is wonderful. Breakfast is REALLY good and the staff including Michael and Dominic are really attentive.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. The towel basket, bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch. The bathroom was a comfortable size and the toiletries were good quality. The swimming pool and sauna were excellently maintained and well designed. The breakfast was tasty offering a large variety of foods.

We had a half-board stay, and the breakfast and dinner buffet were superb (if you're a meat eater!). We stayed in a suite, which was very spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating, they provided a kettle and a fan for the room at our request. The spa is lovely, but please be advised that the sauna/steam room area is a nude area. Children are asked to leave the pool by 6 pm to allow for an adults-only time which is very considerate.

Just be aware that hotel is a ten minute walk outside of town and walk is uphill(not too steep) but would definitely recommend using taxi from train station if you have luggage.

We loved it! This place was beautiful, clean and close to where we needed to go. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We used the pool and sauna. We really appreciated the welcome cards that gave us free rides on the bus, cable cars and attractions. We also made use of the free bikes. Breakfast was delicious. A great place!! The only issue we had was a noisy neighbour one night, the tv blaring keeping us awake

Everything was great. Location as expected close to ski gondola. A few minutes walk to Zell centre. Had contacted hotel before arrival. Staff and hotel owners helpful with our additional requests. Great breakfast buffet with chef cooking to order. Relaxing lounge bar. Had dinner in hotel twice during stay - great quality. Facilities at hotel were excellent, used pool and sauna several times during stay. Wonderful trip will return to hotel St Georg and Zell.

Fantastic hotel. Location 2 mins walk from ski lift. Amazing breakfast with chef doing fresh eggs and omelettes. Basic but perfect room for sleeping between days on the slopes and apres. Very nice little pool and sauna area. And a very secure ski/boot room. We had friends staying in other nearby hotels, all more expensive and all with less facilities. The staff were all very friendly too. Even made us a pack for our journey home as we left early. Stay here.

The small outside pool was very cute! The personel was also very accommodating and we where allowed to sit in a separate area with our dog for dinner!

We had a great time at VAYA Post right before Christmas, a spacious room with a view, delicious dinner menu, and an attentive and professional staff made our stay truly relaxing. As beginner/restarter skiers, we were also conveniently located to the ski school/rental next door.

Breakfast and dinner buffets are lovely. The hotel is modern and clean with nice decor. Room is beautiful though the extra sofa bed a bit hard. Staff are friendly and helpful. The wellness area is nice.

Room was very comfy and well appointed (we had a room in the main building). Very good selection at breakfast. Dinners were tasty and with varied choices for main courses. Staff were all very friendly and helpful - both before we stayed and during our visit.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The street it is located on was quiet but close enough to walkig path to lake, restaurants and shops. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The coffee was especially delicious.

The property was great. Very kind and wonderful staff, provided us with free summer card which can be used in most of the attractions, which saves lot of money. Clean, lovely spacious room with large balcony and views of the mountains, comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was superb, rich and tasty. Free parking and wifi. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks a lot!

Very nice hotel for skiing trip with sauna, which you can book at the reception and have a time for your company or family. Nice breakfast, comfortable rooms. It's not far from Areitbahn ski lift, apress ski bar. Around there are few places with a good food. Also there is free parking behind the hotel. Quiet and safe neighborhood and nice views through the window.

The room was very large, with a nice balcony with mountain views. Friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was abundant, good choices of food and good coffee.

Amazing location right in the centre of a beautiful town. Easy to park everywhere around. Several places right behind the corner to go for dinner. Very pleasant and helpful stuff. Everything was very clean and the room was cosy and comfortable. And the breakfast was the best part of our stay: we were the last one eating there and there was plenty of food of different types and the gentleman was keep on refilling.

The owner Pablo was very helpful always trying to satisfied any of our requests , the ski bus stops at the front of the property , it was around 5 minutes to the ski lift . Breakfast very good a lot of choices and all clean. Many restaurants around of the property, amazing view from the apartment. We will definitely go back soon.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Lovely Polish family running it. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was superb and the little kitchen was great to put your own things in and you could have a little wine there. The shared bathroom was very big and stocked with creams, shampoos etc., we had an en suite and that was great also. A lovely terrace with furniture and a BBq and it was right in the quiet village with super restaurants around.

The hotel has lots of little extras to make you feel comfortable. the rooms are great- big, comfortable and very clean. The wellness spa and gym is brilliant and has everything you need. Shame there is no pool but understand why there isn't. Best hotel we have stayed in and we have been to many all over the world. Can't wait to go back next year and would love to go back in the winter.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel in September 2013 and we cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment you walk in the doors there is a calming, relaxing feeling. The staff are extremely friendly, the decor is tastly picked and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect in such a gorgeous moutainous setting. Our room was very large with one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The shower was open to the rest of the room which does not provide much privacy if you are looking fo such...but we didn't mind. the most amazing part of this hotel was the food!!! It was literally the best we've had in Austria and rivals anywhere for that matter. It was gourmet and every bite was flavourful. Definite skill and passion was put into the meals. Even the breakfast was superb. I cannot wait to go back!! We talk about it almost on a weekly basis! HIGHLY recommend.

Breakfast - excellent. Room - very good, spacious and clean. Location - excellent with great view of a mountain from the windows. Balcony - nice surprise. Sauna on top floor - unexpected nice surprise. Staff - very helpful, especially as I needed to print out my return flight boarding pass. Sent reception an email and they had it ready in a couple of minutes. The was a nice garden with chairs and it seemed illuminated at night, and also a bike hire unit, but i didn’t have time to experience those myself. Sizeable car parking area (for self drive or hired vehicles) and only a few Kms, under 10 mins, to drive to the nearest town for supplies and petrol stations.

We just had lunch here, so no experience in the hotel. We had the choice between the terrace and sitting inside. The terrace, however, is next to a busy road, so that didn't appeal to us. The service was friendly and adequate. I had the pike-perch filet with parsley potatoes. The fish was very well cooked, with a delicious sauce. Good potatoes and nicely grilled vegetables. My husband had the grilled fish dish (with scampi, grilled white fish, calamari), everything cooked to perfection. All in all, a very nice meal. The hotel, from what I saw, seemed nice, although one point of criticism: some parts of breakfast were still standing in the buffet area, uncovered (fruit, yogurt). Not a nice thought, with the flies buzzing around, when you're eating this some 20 hours later.. Other than that, would recommend this hotel for food.

I stayed at the Saliterhof for a business trip in June. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are very nice. The hotel has great view of the mountains. The restaurant is excellent; I think I ate there everyday. The wifi is good. I will definitely stay here again.

Great spa area with sauna and hot tub (make sure you ask them to keep it closed so it's hot!). Friendly staff who were happy to help with requests like robes and keeping our milk in their fridge. Plentiful breakfast, with a variety of buffet items, plus you can choose how oyu'd like your eggs and coffee each morning. We ate in the restaurant once (à la carte) and the food was AMAZING - definitely try the goulash!

Lovely comfortable hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. Great breakfast. Most of all loved the rooftop hot tub and sauna - great to ease any skiing pains, with a great view from the hot tub. Location was just perfect, so convenient. Rooms are well soundproofed from any noise at night

We stayed for one week in Zell am See and had an amazing experience at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the breakfast – freshly made eggs prepared to your liking, great coffee, plenty of fresh fruit, and a wide variety to choose from every morning. The wellness area with a free sauna and whirlpool was a great bonus after a day out exploring. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile – it made us feel right at home. The location was also perfect – just a short walk to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy beautiful views and nature.

It was a pleasure to spend a memorable ski holiday here. The room was cosy and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast omelette and coffee were great. I enjoyed breakfast every day and then walked a few minutes to the bus stop to Kitzsteinhorn to start a lovely day's skiing!

Really nice hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, perfectly located in the center of the town, near the train station and the lake. There is an excellent, traditional restaurant in the hotel, with friendly hosts and tasty meals. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful! I recommend it for both solo travellers and families!

Location wise it’s perfect for bars and restaurants. The walk to the nearest lift is slightly under 10 mins. Our group was fine with this. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of options. The omelette is worth the wait. We had a meal in the restaurant that’s attached to the hotel and it was some of the best food we had all week. All staff were friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned to a very good standard each day.

We have been travelling Europe for 3 weeks and this was the most comfortable bed we have had the whole time! My husband and I had a fantastic sleep and didn’t want to get up in the morning it was so lush and comfy. The room size was really decent and we could very easily access all our luggage with plenty of space. The shower was also massive which was lovely. The room was super clean and very well presented. The check in process and parking was incredibly easy and the staff were helpful. The staff also booked us a table at the Grüner Baum restaurant where we had the most delicious meal for the last night of our holiday.

The check-in was seemless, the staff could not have been more helpful and the room was large for with a verey large shower. The breakfast had made to order eggs and omelets along with an abundance of other items. The location was perfect, being just around the corner from the center of this charming city. There were countless restaurants within two blocks. Everything about this hotel was perfect.

This is the perfect location to stay in Kaprun. Right in the center near the Pavilion and the Intersport Store. Everything was perfect from arrival till departure. We have a double room on the first level with a balcony on the Pavilion side. So if you like the apres ski parties, you can be there without problems. This boutique hotel is authentic jewelry in terms of quality of services in all departments: reception, check-in, and breakfast ( with gourmet products and a beautiful view of the river). The room was very spacious, with a big balcony. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. In terms of cleanliness... SPOTLESS !!! The room has all the facilities you need. On the ground floor near the reception, there is a beautiful area to socialize with your friends and a bar if you like to drink something. On the 4th floor is a spotless sauna area with a beautiful view of the mountains. BONUS in the room price, there are included vouchers for Tauren Spa.

Beautiful, modern hotel, located in the very center of Kaprun. Its location is perfect for activities in and outside Kaprun, such as the Maisi Flitzer alpine coaster, Tauern Spa, Kaprun Dam, Kitzsteinhorn, Sigmund-Thun-Klamm and Klammsee. The hotel is easily accessible, parking is available, restaurants and coffee places around as well as sport and outdoor stores. The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful. We were offered the Zell Am See card for the entire stay as well as separate daily entrance card to the Tauern spa. Our room was equipped with all the necessaries, faced the river with a beautiful view. Room and the entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with much variety to choose from. A high standard hotel we'll definitely look forward returning to.

One of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. Almost everything you need is available. We got the 2-bedroom apartment and I found it great. The kitchen includes all the utensils and equipment you need. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, almost every wardrobe we opened we found something useful for our stay such as wearable towels. There are 2 bathrooms which was very convenient and not to mention they were very modern with great showers. The location was great next to a streaming river from one side and facing the mountains from another. You just want to sit in the spacious balcony and enjoy the scene. Mr. Andreas the owner and his wife were very helpful in addressing all our needs.

First of all this hotel definitely feels like more of a 4 star hotel than a 3 star! It is super clean and has all the amenities you need for a ski trip. The staff are excellent and so attentive constantly asking you about your day and if you needed anything as well as giving recommendations for ski routes and restaurants. Our room (104) was clean and cosy. They even provided a dressing gown and slippers. It had a balcony that overlooked the train line. Important to note the hotel is right next to the train track but this did not wake us in the night. The hotel is a short 3 min walk to the gondola, they have ski storage. It’s a slightly longer walk into town (just under 10 mins) but is in a very good location. Breakfast was extensive with a full continental spread as well as eggs freshly cooked to order. As well as this they have a small buffet and cake every day from 4pm-6pm which was a nice added touch. The honesty bar is also great and very reasonable. We used the sauna once and didn’t use the gym, as we were too tired from skiing however the gym has a few cardio machines. Thank you to Das Edelweiss for making our holiday so great, it’s worthy of the top spot on TripAdvisor!

We just completed a beautiful peaceful six day stay. Our proprietors were incredibly helpful as we planned each day, whether it was to be up the slopes, on a local hike, or by car on a short trip out of town. (We would have missed the exceptional Swarovski experience on our way to Innsbruck if not for them!) The property itself is meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated; it is inviting, comfortable, and soothing to the senses. The breakfast included meats, cheeses, yogurt, porridge, fresh fruit, a variety of breads, and - above all - eggs from a farm nearby which were deliciously prepared to order by our hosts. In the afternoon, we had our choice of coffee or tea and a different home baked cake each day- a welcome snack and respite after our outdoor activities. As a side note, everyone who took care of us was so effortlessly stylish in their attire! A truly lovely experience all around.

What a lovely place and hospitable family. Our room was very comfortable with stunning views of the mountain. Everything functioned well in the bathroom and lots of closet space with easy access to dining room. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with the family taking special attention to personal needs. The late day buffet sufficed as dinner for us. It was also varied and plentiful with a different delicious soup every night. The family that owns the hotel was very attentive to our needs. I especially appreciated the daughter's advice to visit the Albertina in Vienna which turned out to be very helpful. I would advice storing skis at ski lift for a very nominal fee.

The best 3-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Brilliant location for skiing or hiking 5 mins from the main gondola and the local train station. Very comfortable rooms, great facilities including a sauna and ski boot room. All rooms have a balcony with mountain views and the overall feel to the hotel is very charming. Breakfast is great and there is a free afternoon tea buffet, perfect when you return from a day’s skiing. The thing that really makes the hotel is that the owners and their staff are so friendly and helpful - it really made such a positive difference to our stay.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for our ski trip, and only located roughly 5 minutes away from the ski lift and another 2-3 minutes walk into town. Klaus and Veronika were such wonderful hosts, and took such great care of us our entire stay. Breakfast and afternoon buffet were delicious and Veronika makes the best scrambled eggs! We also appreciated the other amenities like the sauna and ski equipment room. Our room was charming and cosy and were surprised to have a balcony with the most amazing mountain views. Thank you Klaus, Veronika, and the rest of the staff for the warm hospitality!

Hotel is an absolute gem. Staff are lovely, location is great, rooms are fabulous and the attention to detail all throughout the hotel is very high standard. 5 night stay was excellent, restaurant has a great choice of fantastic food, and fab Austrian wines. Wirklich toll! Neues, modernes Apartmenthotel mit allem was man braucht. Wir hatten das Hotel ohne Verpflegung gebucht und uns selbst versorgt. Dafür war im Zimmer alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Das Hotel ist super gelegen, wir hatten einen tollen Ausgangspunkt, um mit den Liften in die Berge zu fahren. Durch die Jokercard in der Nebensaison sogar gratis. Dazu der erste Schnee in diesem Jahr dort. Traumhaft. Der beheizte Pool draußen und die Sauna im Zimmer sowie die kostenlose Tiefgarage haben es rund gemacht. Toll - wenn auch kein Schnapper.

I honestly believe that this is one of the most amazing places we’ve stayed at, and it took us completely by surprise. Pension Alpenrose is one of the few places where the hosts took care of every little detail, and this is why staying here is such a wonderful experience. The breakfast is very nice, the bathroom very clean, the balcony with a nice view of the mountains, and there is even a small river flowing very close to the property. All these come with the most friendly host we’ve ever stayed at (I mean it), and it’s a 200 m walk to the cityXpress that takes you to the Schmittenhöhe. The place even comes with its own sauna. I mean, if these things haven’t convinced you, I feel like nothing will.

Great location, very close to pedestrian Zell am See and the lift to the Schmittenhohe. The host, Anna was so friendly and welcoming and did her best for our holiday to be perfect. Good breakfast with a choice of different breads, hams and cheeses. Room spacious and very clean with view of the mountains from the window. Free parking is a plus.

Anna was a superb host! It was my first time traveling internationally, and she made it a very welcoming stay with her warm demeanor. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and a guest mobility card is provided (different from summer card). I booked a double room which is small (I expected as such) but still very clean. Close to all the main transportation areas and walkable to downtown and Lake Zell. The view from my window was picturesque. Highly recommend!

We had a three night stay after driving from Munich. Annie greeted us upon arrival with the biggest smile and was most insistent on letting her know if there was anything she could do for us. Remember this is a Pension not a Hotel and as such does not have all the amenities you might expect, like an elevator, so hauling a big suitcase up steep stairs can be a challenge. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony with a table and chairs. The bathroom as expected was small but had everything we needed. The breakfast room was very nice and had a good selection of juice cereal, fruit, meats and cheeses as well as yogurt and breads and a good multi type coffee machine. The internet worked well and parking was right at the door. As for the location it was very central with a five minute walk to The Grand Hotel on the lake.

Anna and her family are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away. My room and bed were excellent and even had a nice balcony. Breakfast again was superb, and Anna made sure I had everything I wanted. There is a nice honesty system in place where you can get beers or soft drinks from the fridge at anytime. Anna was also helpful with her knowledge of the area and places to visit. I travelled by motorcycle and my motorbike was nice and secure parked in their private parking area. The location is also very good and very close to the centre, an easy walk but not so close you hear any noise. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Anna and family, all the best.

The place is well maintained and the family is very kind and welcoming. The view of the front rooms are over the top especially at night at the balcony its very quiet and beautiful view of the moon and sound of the water flowing in the river next to the hotel its therapeutical. The location is on the higher part of zel am see hence You get very beautiful views. Next to the hotel there is station for the bus as well for cable cars and many other activities and you get the kaprun card so all these services and activities are free.

Our stay at Hotel Margarete was excellent. The accommodation and pleasant atmosphere were great – everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Our whole family really enjoyed the stay. The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel has a perfect location as a starting point for trips to the surrounding mountains. We also truly appreciated how peaceful and quiet the place is. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The atmosphere was very friendly and the room with the balcony was very cozy. We enjoyed simple yet very good breakfast. The staff were helpful and everything was exceptionally clean. The pension looked exactly as advertised.

The guesthouse is in a great location, close to the lifts, you can ski back almost in front of the entrance. The guesthouse is clean, cosy and quiet. The staff is very helpful, friendly and smiling. It is 2 km to the town centre and the lake. I definitely recommend the guesthouse.

We really really liked the hotel. Super nice and friendly staff! Very helpful in regards to what to do in Zell am See and the hiking trails. It was perfectly located next to the cable cars that took us to the most stunning views. Nice view from our balcony.

Fantastic location, 5/10 minute walk to the main village (so much quieter than staying right outside all the busy bars/restaurants) but with a ski bus stop right outside the hotel and a lifts close too. The hotel and the rooms are very nice decorated, everything was very clean. Free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is located only a few minutes walking from the walking street. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. They can help you with information about hiking in the mountains. The breakfast is a buffet with a lot of choices and taste very delicous. A big plus is the Jokerpass in summer that offers free use of all the cablecars. There is a little fridge in the room and the vieuw from the balcony is great.

The apartment was exceptionally clean! It’s the first time for years when we have stayed away in an apartment that my husband and I haven’t felt the need to wash everything in the kitchen before using it! Everything was spotless. The location was very near the ski lifts and the town centre. The host was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was warm and well kitted out. The ski locker room was perfect.

Natasha was very welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the double bunks in the kids room (we booked a triple room) were great. The breakfast buffet incuded some Lovely home made options and was more than enough for us. Beds were comfy, balconies from our 2 rooms were a nice bonus and the shower was good. The washing and drying service was a welcome option (10€ a load) and we appreciated how quickly the staff were able to have it done for us. The indoor swimming pool was fab.

We chose the hotel as we were looking for something close to Shuttdorf, where our kids were booked for ski lessons and Kindergarten. It was a 15-minute walk from the Areitbahn, or there was a bus stop directly outside with frequent busses to the ski areas in Zell and Kaprun. The hotel is located in the Bruckberg district, anyone looking for Zell's nightlife would probably be better off staying somewhere more central. However with a young family the quieter location suited us perfectly. The hotel was clean, and everyone that works there was friendly. Our room had 2 double beds and a single, all with firm mattresses. The bathroom was clean and the shower always had hot water. Our one gripe on the room was that there's a 1cm metal ledge between the hallway and the bedroom. This led to several stubbed toes before we got used to it. The food was generous and good quality. There was a soup and salad buffet, a main meal (3 options plus a child option to choose from) and dessert. A couple of the dishes were a little overly salty for our tastes, which we have found is common in Austria. The breakfast buffet had some great meats and cheeses, as well as bread, cereals, yoghurt, soft-boiled eggs, juice, coffee, etc. There was a box of toys in reception and in the dining area, to help keep our little one entertained. Overall it was a nice hotel and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Very nice traditional Austrian stay. Perfect for winter sport. Clean rooms, small but good and newly renovated sauna. Tasty dishes in the restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Overall very good price-quality.

We booked last minute for a ski break the hotel is located between Zell and Kaprun and the ski bus stops outside the hotel . Being on a main road there is some traffic noise but do not let this put you off just get ear plugs . The food is lovely traditional Austrian there’s a good spread at breakfast, cake and coffee around 4pm everyday and dinner is soup a salad bar fresh everyday, main course and dessert. The hotel location it in the center of the city and very close to the lake and to the bus station which takes you to the cable car. We got a room with a nice view of the lake and the pool. The room itself was comfortable, clean and quite modern. The breakfast was nice with varied options. The dinner is totally worth it, I was expecting the typical buffet, but it is actually a 4 course dinner with excellent quality. The wellness and pool area were very nice. The hotel staff were always very helpful and kind.

The location is excellent, the size of the apartment with the balcony and lake view was perfect for us and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection for all tastes and dietary requirements, it cannot be faulted. Dinner's options were also considerate with a meat, fish and vegetarian main to choose from, as well as a soup of the day, a salad buffet and multiple desserts. Spoilt for choice is an understatement when it comes to food at the Neue Post. The pool was a bonus as was the fitness room.

I don't often leave 10/10 ratings but I feel this hotel deserves it as the price/quality/package was amazing. Staff members - Helpful, friendly. Room - comfortable, great shower Breakfast - amazing, special mention to the smoked fish Spa - Finnish sauna great, other saunas and pools available as well. Just a great overall experience at price (in October) that seemed to compare favourably to other hotels in the area.

The staff really went above and beyond, they were all so helpful and friendly especially Florian, Monika and Laura. The accommodation was very clean and the rooms comfortable having just been refurbished. Breakfast was good and the outdoor pool and spa area were excellent. Location was perfect and the parking was great. My wife and I had a great time and will be back soon. The hotel is very well situated for the beautiful town of Zell am See and surrounding area.
