- Natalie, Virginie, Benoit, Ash, and the rest of the team took such stunning care of us — I was completely blown away - They knew every single person staying by name and went beyond out of their way to make us feel right at home - Stunning grounds— especially the pool - DO NOT MISS dinner or lunch OR BOTH poolside at their restaurant — the food was better than I’ve had at some Michelin restaurants and the price was SO reasonable, and enjoy a bottle of wine at golden hour poolside - A really quick walk into SPDV - The only thing I regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!!!!

So relaxing… the pool and restaurant were a peaceful haven. The pool area is so beautiful and quiet - we found our new happy place. Everyone who we met who work at the hotel were accommodating and welcoming, including Virginie who was just so friendly. Thank you, we truly felt looked after

We loved our airy room with a large en suite. The hotel has a small number of rooms and is well appointed with a good breakfast and wonderful pool area. The location was amazing, just above St Paul de Vence, a beautiful town. The pool was clean, plenty of loungers available, no having to bagsie a bed! The towels were huge and there were lovely shady areas in the garden which was well looked after with beautiful planters and trees. A truly tranquil spot. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

It’s a little corner of paradise — pure tranquility and peace. We stayed in the apartment, which was equipped with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. The highlight was the restaurant by the pool, worthy of a Michelin-starred chef. The pool itself was stunning.

A mesmerising location with beautiful scenery and a romantic atmosphere. Reception staff, particularly Charlene and colleague, very welcoming and helpful. Infinity pool has amazing views. Lots of small areas to relax , well equipped. Main restaurant was fabulous and staff were exceptional.

Stunning location, dining experiences were memorable for the food and service. Staff were professional but remained friendly and good fun. Lots of places in the gardens to find peace and quiet, the view from the infinity pool is beautiful.

It was a lovely stay with amazing views. We had a very quiet room facing the mountains and sea, and we loved it. Staff was very attentive and everyone was super nice. Infinite pool was the biggest hit. We could relax in total silence away from reality.

The view is amazing. The room is great. Lots of gardens and 2 swimming pools/sauna/jacuzzi. Staff are very attentive.

Beautiful garden terrace with pool 🏊‍♂️ Loved our garden room - very convenient to walk to pool / breakfast. Professional team running the place - very helpful and attentive. Very safe, in a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast until late - so no need to set alarm.

Amazing breakfast with lots of choice. The fresh peaches, nectarines and melons were outstanding. Good bread and croissants and fresh cooked eggs to order. The swimming pool and surrounding area was lovely with mulberry and plane trees trained around the tables and pool. Our bedroom was small, bright and had a small pretty balcony.

Fabulous little hotel ! Very attentive staff and intimate feel. Only complaint was the advert said the pool was heated but it didn’t feel like it ! Other than that it was perfect . Excellent location , lovely little pool area , fabulous breakfast ..would highly recommend

Super friendly staff, super clean facilities, amazing decor everywhere, in the bedroom and around the property which makes you feel really welcome and comfortable. L’Occitane product in the bathroom and tea and coffee facilities in the room add quality to the stay. The property is in a quiet residential area which makes your stay really relaxing. The pool area in the garden is very well maintained and charming. The breakfast is delicious and plenty.

This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy so many walks around the coastline then return to the restful swimming pool. Rooms were clean and welcoming, sunny balcony on a quiet street yet minutes from the busy promenade. Breakfast was a real treat, loved the selection and leisurely pace in the delightful garden. All the staff were friendly and Matthieu was so helpful with restaurant recommendations, directions and marvellous eggs each morning. Already planning a return trip- thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Great value for money hotel in a nice location quiet but close enough to everything. The infinity pool and the roof top jacuzzi was excellent with great views. The massage at the spa was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but had everything you need, large balcony and bathroom and very clean. The courtyard where breakfast is served was very nice. Option to park in garage or out in the courtyard, the courtyard was free for motorbikes.

Hotel was in a great location with easy access to Cannes centre. Staff were friendly and helpful on our arrival. We were given a lovely room with balcony overlooking Cannes, room was both comfortable and of generous size. We enjoyed the beautiful infinity pool, gym area and the romantic roof top jaccuzi was a real treat. Can't say anything other than great hotel.

This is a very special place. Peaceful in lovely grounds with an infinity pool to laze by. Everyone there was so helpful and nice and nothing seemed to much trouble to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is up a quite steep hill, but walking down into Cannes is a pleasant walk of about fifteen minutes. Coming back was more difficult for two older people such as ourselves. The little bus was erratic, so we used taxis quite a lot, cost of which seemed to vary for no apparent reason! But this in no way detracts from the delights of this hotel. We hope to be back!

This is a lovely hotel, in fact I would call it is a calm oasis situated just far enough away from the busy downtown city area but still within easy walking distance from the main shopping streets and Cannes' famous seafront promenade and port area. This hotel has everything you could need for an enjoyable stay - there is secure on site parking (additional daily charge), an outdoor infinity pool and a roof top jacuzzi where you can take in the views, a small but well equipped gym and spa facilities (additional charge may apply for some services). There is a guest lounge with comfortable seating should you wish to use it and a quality breakfast is served in a brightly decorated dedicated dining area in doors or you can choose to enjoy your breakfast on an outdoor patio area which is wonderful on a warm sunny morning. We selected a superior room which came with a balcony with a lovely view over the swimming pool to the wooded hillside beyond. The room was very well appointed with a super comfortable bed with quality bedding, a quality wall mounted TV, fitted kitchenette with everything you might need for light cooking if you so choose and a Nespresso style coffee machine and kettle.. There was a luxury tiled bathroom with separate bath and shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water (which is always a good sign that the basics of a good say have been covered). I wish to congratulate the Management for a first class product and giving us an enjoyable stay. 5*

Quiet area, nice garden and lovely pool with view over the hills behind cannes . Not crowded and always room by the pool. Sometimes we even had the pool to ourselves. We also used the spa area with the rooftop pool (due to covid this was booked so we were there alone when we were there). Was a bit surprised that there was no restaurant in the Hotel in the eveneing ( offered only breakfast), so had oviously missed that information beforehand. One of the days we ordered takeaway as severeal restaurants offer that service, and that worked fine.

This was a blissful experience just returned today from four nights at this lovely hotel . Can’t praise it enough. The staff are lovely, so helpful and it is absolute paradise. The pool is beautiful and there is a lovely pool bar which has beautiful food. It is in a perfect location for exploring! The staff were so helpful to us and so kind. One of the unique parts of this hotel is that it is small and so the pool area is quiet and so relaxing . Can’t wait to come back for another holiday .

The area around the pool and the pool itself were very nice, we thought the pool was a real plus and saved us walking to the beach . The staff at the hotel were all helpful and friendly

Ambience, a true French experience, excellent housekeeping services, amazing pool and facilities at pool, good location walking distance everywhere. The grounds and the pool are exceptional and without doubt are the best in the area .

For the price this is a great place to stay. Although some of the decor is a bit out of date the hotel is comfortable and friendly. Rooms are spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. Pool and terrace area are also spotless and carefully maintained. Staff are friendly helpful and multilingual. It is a shame they don't offer any meals as breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra 10 euros to eat in comfort by the've pool or in your room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Property is beautiful. The staff are superb providing everything before you even know you want it. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and beach and dinner at poolside restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here in May. The views were spectacular from the hotel grounds. We ventured down to the private beach and enjoyed the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant by the pool was lovely with top food and excellent service. The only down side was our room looked out towards the hills and actually looked directly at a power sub-station which was next to the railway lines. But sitting by the pool in the early evening distracted us from that.

Elegant hotel in a beautiful spot by the sea. Relaxing atmosphere, lovely pool area, amazing views, great location, super friendly service, excellent breakfast, lovely details, kid friendly, romantic, peaceful and clean. Couldn’t ask for more.

Everything was great - room with balcony, infinity pool and lovely people. We were the only people for dinner and was like eating in a private dining room - really very good food. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic small resort set in a hilltop village above Cagnes-sur-Mer and Nice, just steps away from St-Paul-de-Vence. Self contained rooms, each with private entrances and terraces, gorgeous views of the valley and the sea. Lovely infinity pool and hot-tub, with dining area under the orange and clementine trees. Truly spectacular.

Excellent pool, gardens, service, room, shower, ambience, quiet, nice breakfast and snacks but pricey, attentive staff, location, security, excellent wifi everywhere. Not so good were the poolside mosquitos (but rooms had netted windows), absence of a room guide (gift shop and other opening closing times not clear), firm beds, pool overlooked by two tall tower cranes as part of nearby construction site - site was inactive so not noisy

We stayed a night with our kids while visiting St Paul, but we spent most of the time by the lovely pool overlooking the valley below going all the way to the ocean. We had a two room suite with a terrace next to the pool and it was perfect for a family of four and very affordable for all you get back, location, service and ambience. Would go back in a second.

Location within walking distance to St. Paul de Vence, beautiful Old World, charming and cozy décor, outdoor pool with beautiful views, attentive and friendly staff, nice breakfast served on the patio, comfortable bed, double doors that open to balcony with views, dining available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, parking available.

Beautiful small hotel, very clean and fresh, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt like we had our own little tropical oasis, spacious bedroom with lovely private terrace with wooden decking. Lovely bathroom with extra large bath, secluded pool area in garden with bar and informal dining. Only a 15 minute (downhill) walk into the centre of Cannes

ein sehr schönes, familiäres Hotel mit einer traumhaften kleinen Außenanlage. Der Pool liegt mitten in dem grünbepflanzten Außenbereich und ist nicht einsehbar durch anliegende Häuser. Das Hotel hat einen puristischen Wohnstil - wunderschön. Die Lage ist zwar nicht zentral aber mit Bus (direkt vor dem Hotel) oder Taxi alles schnell erreichbar. Zu fuß ca. 15-20 Minuten, auch kein Problem.

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Quiet and most days our 14 year old had the pool to herself. Had a deluxe suite pool view which was ample for 3 of us with kitchen facilities. Can walk into the village 20 minutes but not always a path so in places dangerous but there are 4 free car parks surrounding Valbonne village.

This is a lovely tranquil hotel with a beautiful pool. It is bright and modern. In fact so modern that our room was only completed 2 days before we arrived! So a few teething problems but the staff were delightful and couldn't do enough to help. They serve a great breakfast and salads at lunchtime but no dinner. Highly recommended.

This hotel is close to the village. Peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing break. Hotel facilities are good and the grounds and bedrooms are spotlessly clean. Would recommend this hotel. Excellent value. We stayed in one of the suites which was close to the pool.

Sehr schönes Hotel auf dem Land mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, auf das Zimmer begleitet und auch gefragt, ob das Zimmer unseren Ansprüchen entspreche. Die Zimmer sind modern und schön eingerichtet. Unseres war im Parterre zur Poolseite, was für uns ok war. Ein schönes italienisches Restaurant befindet sich gleich neben dem Hotel. Wir können das ruhig gelegene Hotel empfehlen und werden es auf der Durchreise wieder buchen, aber dann vielleicht eine Nacht länger.

A very relaxed quite hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel pool and grounds were very clean and well kept. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu and the food was excellent. Our room was also very clean and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The small local beach is only a short walk away.

The owner is amazing and so hospitable. It is so nice to stay at a beautiful small villa/hotel. We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely and relaxing stay. The room was so clean and had amazing closet space. The location was amazing. Right down the street from a beautiful beach. Easy walk to town, le sentier du littoral and many more beautiful spots. The pool is so nice to relax at. We would definitely stay there again and couldn’t recommend it more.

We loved our stay here. This is a small hotel, only 12 rooms, and it was so friendly. The team on reception were really helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was of an excellent standard. We went to beach clubs both days we were there, but on both evenings spent an hour by the lovely pool, cooling down. The rooms are nicely done. The beds are very comfortable. There aren't any restaurants really close by, but it is really easy to organise taxis...often the taxi was a golf cart which we loved!

Nice place close to a beach. For those looking for a more comfortable afternoon in the sun, there is also a pool area onsite. The facility is nice and there is parking in the lane outside. While the restaurant was not busy, it may have been the best meal we had in France. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if looking to stay in the area
