The property has a lot of character. The pool and poolside are fantastic after a day touring Gozo. Poolside service makes it feel like a five star hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the place exudes charm from the moment you walk through the blue doors. For the price, unbeatable. Highly recommend it.

a very warm welcome by the owners, very kind and helpful, very nice room, shower, an internal view from window ,a decent hair dryer, coffee/ tea making facilties a very inviting swimming pool, shaded seating nearby, drinks available by pool respecting hygiene protocol fabulous view from the cliffs, a 20 minute walk away, no sign posts just a small rough path to navigate good cliff location to view a sunset across the island a great breakfast but not enough time to take advantage of sadly a great location for peace and quiet and scenery

The staff was very friendly and ready to help anytime. The breakfast was ordinary but tasty. Tge rooms are clean, cozy and pretty. The pool area is clean and beautiful and the pool is very nice. It's a really quiet and wonderful place for relaxing and enjoying your vacation!

The name of the Villa says it all. The entire place exudes tranquility and peace. Stefano and Monica are incredibly helpful and always available. They’ve paid great attention to every detail in the room furnishings. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The pool area is spacious, and the pool itself was spotless. This was our second time staying at the villa, and it won’t be the last.

The room was very big and comfortable. The pool area is great, the pool is clean and deep. Breakfast is simple but you get everything you need. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

( Bus stop at the bottom of the hill) breakfast was fab with a choice of freshly made omelettes or boiled eggs fresh cheeses and hams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurts etc .2 pools on either side of the property with Plenty of seats by the pool . brilliant hosts very friendly and always happy to help. we would defiantly be back .

We stayed at this guesthouse for four nights. Its very centrally located about an 8 to 10minute walk uphill from the center bus stop. Once you reach the top, you’re rewarded with a beautiful view of the sea. There are even two pools, and the view from the pool area is stunning as well. The view during breakfast was also lovely. The couple who run the guesthouse, along with the staff, are all very friendly and helpful. If you're staying in Xlendi, I can definitely recommend staying here. The value for money is excellent.

The hosts George and Maria are extremely friendly and always try to help their guests and they really deliver best service. Breakfast is Standard and definitely enough. The 3 pools are really nice and the size is perfect. Also the pool area is really good, as you always find some shade. The rooms are clean and big, we slept very well. Restaurants are within walking distance, also the sea for swimming. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can definitely recommend it. Thanks a lot!!!!

Pool and poolside area are nice, terrace is nice for stargazing, eggs made fresh for breakfast. Maria and George and the rest of staff are very welcoming and kind. They gave a great suggestion for a local diving school as well .

The location is beautiful near to the town but in a quieter area. The views from our room overlooking the swimming pool and out to sea were lovely as were the surrounding gardens and pool area . The family make you feel very welcome. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a good choice for self service and cooked eggs with the hot drinks served to order at the table.

Everything was perfect. The decor was lovely; modern with a traditional Maltese/Gozitan twist; the bedroom was huge with a balcony overlooking the pool plus a great view. The bathroom was great and even had a skylight over the shower! The breakfast had a good variety with sweet and savoury options - all thanks to Massimo, the amazing host! The pool area is also a plus - we enjoyed relaxing and swimming before dinner every evening :)

Absolutely gorgeous little B&B in a very peaceful location, but within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Xaghra and Rama beach. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely terrace with sea views. The pool terrace is a great place to relax and sunbathe. Breakfasts were delicious with an extensive selection, and Massimo was an excellent host - very welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay and hope to go back one day.

Very welcoming, beautiful house and pool. The room was extremely clean and hygienic, we loved the clean white shiny tiles and beautiful sky light in the bathroom shower 😍😌 so relaxing. The great thing about it is you can quickly walk to Ramla Beach in 20 minutes (a bit of a steep downhill and uphill back but is absolutely fine with a backpack and some sneakers).

It was very clean, the location was also very good- nice views around. There’s an outdoor swimming pool which you can use (huge plus in summer). The breakfast was exceptional- all our dietary needs were met. Our room was big and comfortable. No issues and would definitely come back!

The breakfast had lots of choice with homemade pastries, cold meats, cheeses (really tasty local cheese too) yoghurts, cereals, cakes, fruit, tea, coffee, fresh juices. The outside space is lovely with the pool and the surrounding trees and flowers. The property was very clean. The room was a good size for solo traveller. Qala has a couple of good restaurants and the locals were welcoming and friendly. The property is located a short walk from the square and there is a good bus route from Qala to Victoria or Mgarr. The property is also close to stunning views out to Comino and Malta.

Marcello and Denise are fantastic hosts - lovely and friendly and offered suggestions for us to do during our stay, along with organising a car hire (Eagle Garage, excellent), booking a table at D-Bar (delicious food and good wine), and very much made us feel at home during our stay. Room is a good size, fantastic comfortable bed and benefits from air conditioning. Offer a tasty selection for breakfast and a beautiful pool with sun loungers. The b&b is a short walk into Qala for restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Absolutely fantastic.

We loved everything about this B&B! Our room, the pool and breakfast was all perfect. The place is tucked away in a lovely little town so it’s very peaceful and all you can hear is the birds chirping. Short walk to local restaurants/supermarket and to beaches. Thank you Jessica for the delicious breakfast, and for making our check-in and stay super easy and comfortable.

Breakfast was a big variety and lots of choice everday. The pool and out door facilities were amazing. The room was spacious and comfy, Air conditioning was a saviour and Denise and Marcello were amazing hosts. Friendly and helpful.

A perfect getaway at Ta’ Lucija! Our stay at Ta’ Lucija was absolutely fantastic! The farmhouse is stunning, offering the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Every room is spacious and has its own private bathroom, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The large open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing together, with plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The outdoor area is just as impressive, with beautiful surroundings and a serene atmosphere that made it hard to leave. A special mention goes to Andy, the host, who was truly exceptional! He was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations, making our experience even more enjoyable. If you’re planning a trip to Gozo, Ta’ Lucija is an amazing choice for a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic retreat, we spent a full week, everything is in perfect condition and the host was always available for assistance. Two bedrooms have a stunning view of the citadel while another one has a view toward the Santa lucija chapel. Flawless.

- Victoria (the property host) was very helpful on welcoming us to the villa, and on hand anytime we had any questions. - The views from the decking/outdoor area are as good, if not better than they look in the photos! - Peaceful location but within walking distance of amenities. - On the whole, a perfect villa and location for a family group or group of friends.

Great Villa for a family holiday with pre-teens/teenagers . We found the Villa to be very comfortable with fantastic views . The indoor wellness area was the selling point for us for this particular holiday .The kitchen was well equipped cutlery,crockery and glasses plentiful. The air conditioning worked in every room . The bathrooms were clean and functional.But, above all else the best thing about this property are the hosts : Victoria and Pierre . The care , attention and courtesy given by Victoria was simply outstanding.

Great location, the apartment was fantastic, Victoria the host was so helpful.

The hotel is modern and stylish with great decor. It is a relatively small boutique hotel, very clean with all the facilities you will need. It has a bar/restaurant and outdoor pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The area the hotel is situated is quiet and in a nice part of Gozo, well served by buses and Bolt cars. If you want raucous nightlife, look elsewhere. It is not near the beach. The staff are attentive to every need and very friendly. I couldn't fault the genuinely great hotel.

As soon as you enter, there's a great smell of cleanliness. Hotel was super clean, classic modern and in a very tranquil and peaceful setting surrounded by fields. Staff are very friendly, polite and accommodating. We had a great, very clean room and bed was super comfy. Great choice of breakfast and also made fresh to order. Pool very clean and good size too. Fantastic little gem!

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with all necessary amenities. The in-room jacuzzi was highly relaxing, as was the outdoor pool area. The daily breakfast was consistently of good quality, and the staff were all well educated and remarkably friendly. Due to a personal circumstance, we needed to reschedule our trip. The staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to assist us in finding a suitable solution. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful holiday in a serene environment

Everything was amazing! The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi is big and beautiful and we can enjoy. And I loved the breakfast :) If you want a good place and quiet I’m sure you’ll enjoy that Thank you!

The hotel was always clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool and the area around it was always clean and the food at the restaurant is top quality better than many of the restaurants around Gozo. Will book again for sure.

Great location as away from the city centre. Resort is well equipped with all necessary essential such as mini market and self laundry but note quite expensive. The various pools are great and also indoor pool available. They also have adult pools only. Gym is 24 hours altogether we didn’t get to use with all the other activities available. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our 2 bed suite was fantastic with 180 degrees sea view.

Excellent hotel, location, beach. Balcony sea view was amazing. Everything was so good we just stayed there the whole time and did not go anywhere else in Malta, which is very unusual for us. Great indoor pool and sauna with a view, which you can totally miss as there is a lot going out outdoors, with pools etc. Has a deli in a hotel if you wanna save a few quid on drinks too. Breakfast was awesome.

Great hotel. Lots of friendly and helpful staff like Henri at breakfast. Restaurants and bars are nice. Pools and beach are nice. If you need to escape families, the adults only pool is a wonderful haven.

The buffet food was excellent, with so much choice, I can’t think of anything that wasn’t available. The food in the separate restaurants was also of a very high standard and enjoyable. The facilities were again everything one would want, with a beautiful pool/pools, as well as access to their own beautiful beach. The hotel is twenty years old now and the style reflects that, but nevertheless classy and attractive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Food was excellent for breakfast, pool restaurant Mocca and Aguilogio. Pool area was good, no early start needed for loungers when we were there and views over the cliff are awesome. It has a deli for food and drink snacks which is useful. Room was very nice. Beds comfortable.

Lack of help with our luggage on arrival / departure was poor for this level of hotel. Overall, a good place to base yourself while exploring Gozo.

Spacious room, friendly staff, delicious food. Beautiful spakerling pool and water. All the food and beverages are lovely. Wonderful that the hotel has seperate main pool and family pool. Everyone with or without young children can enjoy.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. The view outside was at the pool. Breakfast was very delicious. The crew was nice and helpful. We had a wide range of facilities to choose from. Jacuzzi, 5 swimming pools, saunas, tennis court, bar and more.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, particularly Natalie at the pool bar and the servers at Il Baldakkin restaurant. We also had a great experience with the spa and in-room dining. The room was spacious with two large mirrors, a very comfortable bed, and an amazing view. The pools are large, with plenty of space to sunbathe.

Everything was great and to a 5 star standard. Rooms were spacious very clean and serviced twice a day without any disturbing. Food were delicious although buffet price a bit high compared to the area. However the quality is much higher. Pools are great, presentation of drinks from the pool bar could be improved. Used the gym a lot it is very spacious but could ahve a bit more equipment. Anyway these were all the minor comments and still the hotel was one of the best you could choose in Malta especially in Gozo!

We had a family room facing the garden pool so it was lovely. Breakfasts are good. Hotel is in a good location. It was busy but peak season and we always found a spot around the pool. The kids really liked the indoor pool too and it was nice to be able to switch between the two. Overall, would recommend it as it's good value, lovely rooms and comfy beds. The hotel restaurants are great by the way, highly recommend those too.

The hotel is modern, the rooftop pool is fabulous and the view is stunning. The garden pool is also lovely and there are some cute cats there in the evenings. Breakfast is very nice with a great selection of hot and cold food, fruit, pancakes etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. This hotel also has an Asian rooftop restaurant and a lovely Italian restaurant attached. We would highly recommend this hotel. It is close to shops, cafes and restaurants. We’d recommend Tutto Buono cafe for delicious snacks and coffee. This is an exceptional hotel and we look forward to returning.

Fabulous hotel with three pools (one indoor), a great restaurant and very nice bar area. It also has a spa - I only used this for a shower and changing facilities on my last day. There is also a gym but I never went there. The bus stop is just outside the door and the bus app "tallinja" is very useful. I preferred the garden pool, in spite of the children, because it was cooler in the late afternoon. The Les Jardins Restaurant serves a buffet breakfast and dinner, both with excellent choices. It was a pity that I didn't discover the fizzy wine until my last breakfast!

Location was brilliant, staff were really friendly and did their best to make our stay welcoming. They were professional and really thoughtful! We had an amazing view from our deluxe room. What made it so great was having 3 pools, the rooftop pool was my favourite! There was a great selection of food and drinks from their bars and restaurant. Worth a visit!

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, the infinity pool was our favourite. We had a garden view room and I found that I enjoyed the serenity of it over how busy the pool can get if you were to be front-facing. The breakfast/restaurant staff were lovely too. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotels new Infinity Pool was beautiful and the view was amazing. My room was lovely and very spacious with a great sea view. The staff were excellent in every manner. I will return next month again for a few more days. I would recommend this hotel anyone.

The property is set in a great location overlooking the harbour. We upgraded to a room on the 7th floor which I would recommend for the great views. Breakfast was great and the staff were excellent. The infinity pool is also gorgeous.

Even though we were much older than their regular clientele the staff were very friendly & helpful and looked after us, giving tips on where to visit & dine. Decor was smart and good seating area in both the bar/ restaurant area called the Front and in the rooftop pool, bar and lounge area called Above. We had one of the best full English breakfasts in a hotel there.

We had a room with the pool - room was amazing and very spacious. The ac was really really good and we had all the amenities we needed, fridge was empty so we could fill it with our stuff, a kettle and aome coffee and tea. Staff was really nice and welcoming as well! All in all, a really nice stay, we will come back for sure. Something that intrigued us is the stone pizza oven and we wished to know more about it.

Everything was amazing! We arrived in the middle of the night, and self check-in was very easy. We had the plunge pool in our room and it was amazing that we could use it anytime. Room was very big, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here!

It was the perfect week. Very relaxing. The hotel is superbly located with a lovely sea breeze all day by the pool area which has plenty of sun loungers for all. Food very good. Hotel rooms very comfortable and the staff clean it every day if you wish and supply free bottles of water daily. Couldn’t complain about anything and would definitely go back to this hotel!

Stayed here with family August 2025 , check in was easy fast and very efficient! Friendly staff , exceptionally clean rooms ! Pool downstairs slightly small but rooftop pool was amazing ! We was self catering and only had the breakfast on the last day which is buffet style ! Was well worth the money ! Very close to beach and also all transport links if you can’t make the walk up the hill like me 😂

The hotel apartment where we stayed was spacious and clean, the beds were quite comfortable, and there was a kitchen and a quite big bathroom. There is a pool on the ground floor that children can also use it and a pool on the top floor for guests over 17 years old. There was live music every night and the a atmopshere was pleasant. Breakfast is served and a variety of food you can choose. The coffee was good.

Just spend the last 7 days here, And had a lovely time. Nice and clean . Friendly staff . Used as a base as we were out every day so can't comment on the pool down stairs,However the sky pool on the roof, great views and adults only was a plus.We were breakfast only but there was a good choice and we enjoyed it.

Lovely hotel with lovely owner and staff, both very kind and helpful. It was perfect for a solo traveller. The room was clean and comfortable, just like the photos and with a nice sea view from the balcony. The location was excellent - next to the sea, close to cafes/ restaurants and a bus stop right outside. There was also a pilates class in the evening on the rooftop which was amazing under the stars!

The owners and staff of La Playa Hotel were wonderful hosts and made an effort to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We were completely spoilt with an amazing breakfast which includes cooked eggs, salumi, vegetables, fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereal, croissants, pain au chocolate, cappuccino, and gorgeous homemade cake. The rooms are very comfortable and it was a real treat to stay in a room with a sea view from the balcony and the Marsalforn Bay beach only 4 minutes walk away. There was a rack on the rooftop terrace to dry bathing clothes and towels. The owners were happy to advise us about different places to visit and sights to see. Thank you, we had a great stay and hope to see you again!

Great, uplifting getaway for the October Half Term! Sunny, warm weather! Nice hotel with everything you need to relax. Staff very helpful and accommodating of allergies. Swimming pools were very cold but you do adjust because of the weather still being lovely and warm. The kids absolutely loved the pools and lots of families were in the pools completely undeterred. Beach was lovely and the sea so much warmer. Felt like it was still the Summer Holidays even though it is late October. Highly recommend this resort to refresh and catch a bit of sun before the Winter approaches!

We had a room with a balcony with a view to the sea. It was a beautiful and comfortable room. The location was beautiful. The staff were very very friendly. The English breakfast in the morning and the dinner at the restaurant was tasty. The location is accessible by car and also by a public bus. There are locations for swimming and snorkeling nearby. You also get places to hike and go on a regular morning runs too nearby.

Everything!! Love the balcony above the restaurants and overlooking the water. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, great friendly service from the staff, and of course amazing location! Also cool common room upstairs opening onto rooftop terrace with views of the bay. Will stay here again!!

We had short stay of one night, with wonderful sea view balcony. The room was very clean and had all we need it. The breakfast was buffet and had enough food item to have full breakfast at the nice restaurant under the hotel with nice view of the Xlendi beach.

After reading some of the not so good responses we couldn’t fault Hotel Calypso, greeted warmly by reception staff told all we needed to know. Our room was lovely, comfortable and extremely clean, side view overlooking the beach and the full promenade. Beds were comfy bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was a delight lots to chose from. Pool area was clean although the pool was not!! Needed filtration and cleaning all around water level. Food and drinks from the bar were good. We would definitely stay here again the area is great restaurants are excellent and it’s so chilled 😎

Right by the beach and my balcony had a great sea view. There’s a convenience store very nearby where you can buy water. The pool is merely a kid’s paddling pool but you can sit there and enjoy the great view.

Three swimming pools in a good condition, inside pool with warm water. Location is close to really good beach and bus station. Every evening some entertainment programs, like life music or karaoke. A little playground for children and inside children room with some slot machines. We have had a really pleasant stay at this hotel.

Good food as always and accomodating since we needed a cot in the room. No wifi in rooms, only in reception area (not very strong). No staff presence in indoor pool area. Loads of jumping, diving and playing with balls. We were not comfortable with our baby. We could not stay in baby shallow area since it was full of kids splashing about. Pool and jacuzzi were not that warm.

Check in procedure is fast which is very good, the front office team is great, we just didn't get their names but they were helpful. Special mention to Mr. Alberto from Guest relations, he assisted me to prepare a surprise for my wife for our anniversary and it made our stay more special, thank you so much! 💯 The indoor pool is great with the sunbeds ready, our room has an amazing hill, pool and sea view. This hotel is highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast – the variety and quality of the food were outstanding. It truly set a positive tone for each day. The hotel's swimming pools area were also a standout. The arrangements for towels and other amenities were fantastic, making it easy to relax and enjoy the poolside.

Very good location with superb views. Excellent indoor spa pool and outdoor pool. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Rooftop restaurant with great views. Only open on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. We could not use it! Only downside is lots of traffic and pollution as located on the road one kilometre from Ferry terminal but can’t be helped by the hotel. We suggested green screening plants to the hotel on outside sitting area. Recommend.

Lovely hotel, large comfortable rooms, great facilities with the indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa and choice of restaurants. The hotel is old and a little tired in places, but the main areas were clean and welcoming. Location is perfect, right by the harbour.

Very hospitable staff - helpful and friendly. The hotel is unique with a wonderful view of the harbour. The room was large with beautiful furniture. The indoor swimming pool was great as the outdoor pool was not open for the summer season at the time of our visit.

Nice room looking out over the pool. Decent breakfast but grapes would be nice. Last time we visited (Mar 2025) The Grand scored 2/5 so big improvement to 4/5. Special praise to Colin a female housekeeper on the 4th floor Loose floor tiles in the toilet by the outdoor swimming pool could be a hazard.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the main centres of Malta. Excellent pool facilities and never had to fight for a sun-bed at either the main pool or quiet pool areas. Accommodation as described plus cleaned 4 times over 10 day stay with fresh towels etc. Good size fridge for stocking up on drinks and food whilst self catering. On site restaurant is of reasonable quality and pretty much standard like others in the area.

The Danish Village or Mellieha Holiday Centre was a great base for our family of 5. The on-site facilities were top notch, with a great pool, bar, restaurant and link to the beach. The houses varied in quality and we had an old, tired one so I can only base our stay on that; many new ones looked good but the old one we had was in need of some improvements to make it more comfortable. Very functional, good sized, but a bit pricey for what it was.

Bungalows are quite big and very well designed. Facilities are great, there is a supermarket with lots of products, a nice bar/restaurants and direct access to the sandy beach. The pools are nice, can be a little crowded though during peak time.

Compact, everything you need is there in the resort. Pool, beach, restaurant, supermarket, laundry, tennis, football and ping pong for the kids. Spa and jacuzzi for 15+

Overall great hotel with nice rooms, excellent italian restaurant. However the main restaurant, with the buffet and breakfast is subpart for a 4 star resort. Really poorly made breakfast dishes, not properly seasoned and watery coffee from an cheap automatic dispenser. Also the the pools are not really cozy, water is way to warm. Rather go to the seaside bathing spot behind the pool area. Also the resort is a little remote from all the rest, a trip to valletta takes about 40mins.

Stayed for 5 nights. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. A special thank you to Nisha who made sure that we were happy with our room. The panoramic suite was wonderful. The only problem for us was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Unfortunately for the last 2 nights we had neighbours who blared the TV constantly all day from 5am. The other slight let down was the children in the spa pool which is the only in door pool. However the hotel does seem to be geared towards families. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay with fabulous food.

Family holiday with a toddler and a baby. Ramla Bay Hotel is in an excellent location, with a wide variety of swimming pools, private sandy and rocky beach access. Although only a very small outside pool for babies and none inside. Room is quite a minimal style, definitely not 4-star standard (no carpet, bed comfort is average), poor bathroom amenities. Breakfast food quality is low, however, the other restaurants in the resort serve great food. Overall we have enjoyed it, I'd definitely recommend, just adjust your expectations to a 3-star hotel.

Very nice Resort with private beach and lots of outdoor pools plus one indoor pool. Very spoilt for eating options with an abundance of choices onsite.

Great getaway in Gozo. Walking distance from the Ta Cenc cliffs which are a must see and views of Comino and Malta. Beautiful walks from this hotel and even the amazing Mgarr ix-Xini. The hotel itself is a haven, great spa with indoor outdoor pool. 2 other outdoor pools. restaurants, bars cool rooms. I would recommend.

This is my favourite hotel in the whole world, and it is always lovely to return to. Blissfully quiet and relaxing ,with great swimming pools and a brilliant spa-pool which is surrounded by sandy-coloured rocks and lovely foliage. This time of year the bouganvilia, hibiscus and oleander flowers are in full bloom. Food is also great ,and breakfast underneath the giant old carob tree is simply the best!

From start to finish our stay was lovely. The breakfast had a huge choice and they were extremely accommodating to my gluten allergy. The three pools were all excellent- the adult only pool was a favourite of mine. Dinner was also brilliant, a huge range of choice on the set menu which was 4 courses for €30! Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very good and so quiet ! amazing for a relaxing stay. The apartment was very big and clean, yes the furniture was a bit dated, but it was clean and practical. The free parking was great and the pool area was lovely. Some comments on other posts about the cats are uncalled for, yes the place has a few cats - who live and keep unwanted other guest away, but they didn't bother us even when we were eating outside .

We were at the appartment as a group of two families and all of us was very satisfied with everything. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was a great coffee capsules as a surprise for us. The staff was also kind and helpful when we needed. Great advantages are the pool and the garage. The location was calm and we loved it. We would definitely come back here.

A beautiful small, but perfectly formed holiday village. We were the only people there the first few days, due to being off season, but were able to hear happy birdsong & see many friendly cats. Didn't use the attractive swimming pool as the weather was a bit too cool & breezy, but what a bonus in better weather! Clean well kept apartment & grounds. Helpful friendly staff

Perfect hotel for our stay in Xlendi for 6 nights. Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast! No fuss and the view from the roof is great! Plunge pool quiet so great for us to find space to chill out and have a dip! Lovely stay!

A unique and lovely old-fashioned but comfortable hotel right on the bay. Very good restaurant. Roof top plunge pool is tiny but this isn't an issue with the sea at the front door. What is exceptional is the service and attention to detail. Nothing seem too much trouble.Two of many examples include Dino in the bar providing rice to help try save a wet mobile and Bojara in Reception searching and reprinting a copy of a boarding pass.

I had another enjoyable stay bringing back good memories of previous visits. Just sad the pool was closed off for repair. Also they have still not put a holding rail to the wall for when in shower.

We had an amazing stay. Really pretty hotel inside. We had a sea view room which was really nice. Great location. The pool was really small which was the only negative however it didn't really bother us.

A lovely week in a wonderful hotel, Doreen and her staff are all amazing, making for a relaxed enjoyable stay. Lovely breakfast freshly made and served by the pool or in your room if you prefer. Room was great with the added bonus of a hot tub on the balcony. Food and drinks available to order by the pool or in the evening delivered to your room. Short 10 minute walk down to the sea front and maybe 15 minutes back up the hill. Bus stop opposite the hotel making travelling easy or we used bolt/Uber as well which were cheap and easy to get around. Recommend this gem of a hotel.

Doreen was the perfect hostess. Together with the rest of the team, we were given an excellent personalised service from the beginning till the end of our stay. The peaceful location, the attention to detail in the design of the rooms and the pool area as well as the amazing breakfast and the pool area service throughout the day made us feel like we were in a 5 star location. Will definitely return back!

Everything was great at Viewpoint Boutique Living. Doreen, the host, is lovely and welcoming. Other staff is also very nice and friendly. Hotel is nice and small, very tastefully decorated. Pool is the highlight of the hotel. The view from the pool area is amazing. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will surely be back.

Very relaxing and staff was very attentive of our needs. Perfect place to lounge by the pool in the sun. They have a great selection of food and drink to have while relaxing at the pool. Was very grateful to Doreen for making our room look more special for our honeymoon stay.

We stayed in many places in Gozo over the last two years, and this was by far the best. - the hosts are amazing and very helpful in all aspects; - the design of room and common spaces is very tasteful and beautiful; - everything is spotless, the pool is not very big but perfect to refresh and relax; - the view from our room was amazing and the terrace beautiful as well; - breakfast was delicious, it was not included in the tariff and we chose to pay the 10euros per person and did not regret at all.

It's a beautiful farmhouse in a very quiet location with a very relaxing and even romantic vibe. The hosts are amazingly welcoming and caring and you feel pamper straight away. They take care of every small details...starting from the very clean and well furnished rooms with private terrace to the nice garden with pool, very well maintained and with a nice atmosphere. If you are looking for a quite and relaxing break this is the perfect place.

I absolutely loved everything! Beautiful building, really nicely decorated, great pool, comfy bed, great size of the room, and it had an amazing and huge balcony. Plus, it was super clean! The hosts are the most friendly people, very helpful and attentive!! The breakfast was outstanding, no wish was unheard. We will be back and can absolutely recommend!! Our vacation Motto even was: Good life Gozo :)

Anna is an exceptional host that makes you feel like a treasured guest. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable with a powerful hot shower and a balcony with a view of the citadel. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Gemelli Boutique Guesthouse, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Anna's hospitality stood out – she is hands down one of the most welcoming and attentive hosts I have ever met. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The bathrooms and showers were delightful, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The lobby and dining area felt warm and inviting, creating a very homey environment. The rooms also have an unobstructed view of the Citadel, further adding to the experience. The included breakfast was a highlight of the experience – fresh, generous portions, and a fantastic way to start the day. The location of the guesthouse is ideal, situated conveniently on the main street. It's just a short walk to the bus terminal and only a 10-minute drive to the ferry terminal, making it an excellent base for exploring Gozo. I couldn’t recommend Casa Gemelli more highly and will absolutely return when I visit Gozo again. Thank you, Anna, for making my stay so memorable!

I loved the location; very central (near the main square, citadel, restaurants, busstop), but the rooms at the back are still very quiet. The view of the citadel is amazing from the balcony, especially by night. Travelled solo for the first time, and this felt like a comfortable and safe place. Breakfast was great as well and friendly owner.

This property is quite simply incredible. The host, Anna, is one of 2 sisters who operate 3 properties in Gozo. Casa Gemelli is centrally located a short stones throw from the Citadella in Victoria and close to restaurants. The property is spotless, the rooms are comfortable and there is a small but clean bathroom in the room. Anna is extraordinarily helpful with information and suggestions on ways to spend your day. She is clearly passionate about her work, if you speak to her you can sense the pride and satisfaction she gets from what she does. A large part of this has been instilled in her and her sister from their mother who clearly was an incredible influence on them. The guest house seems as much a passion project to honour her memory as much as anything else and I’m sure she would be proud. Breakfast is included, served in a pretty external courtyard, and it is remarkable. Fruit, yoghurt, cereal, breads and jams, cake, coffee, juice and a cooked breakfast. It is all delicious and will set you up for a great day exploring Gozo. I cannot thank Anna enough for her hospitality and highly recommend this property to anyone!

The boutique is very modern and had amazing finishes, with traditional modern tiles. it is situated very near to the Xaghra square - where you can find ample restaurants. A quiet, traditional, quaint square - we loved it. The walk to the square is lovely surpassing a belvedere view of the tas-salvatur hill. Amazing. Parking was no problem, lots of parking spaces outside the boutique. The beds were very comfortable, soft and bouncy. Everything was very clean. The owner and staff were very observant, and made sure to give us fresh towels when we asked for them. A hairdryer with both a diffuser and a normal attachment were available. a fleecy blanket too, together with a safe. A Complimentary 2L water bottle was in our room and coffee sachets to have some warm coffee. body lotions, shampoo and soaps were all of a lovely scent. Breakfast was lovely: eggs, sausages, bacon, baked beans, butter, bread, cereal, milk, juices, croissants, yoghurts, cake, fruit, and a coffee machine was also available.

The personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the atmosphere of the whole hotel - an amazingly well restored and very old townhouse, with modern amenities but a wonderful mix of modern and very old. The breakfast was well laid out and more than enough. The location is perfect. With a short walk towards the outer edge of town, you have a stunning view of a valley below the town and of the Citadella on the other side of the valley, and an amazing view of the sea to the north. Within just a few minutes, we were in the capital city of Victoria.

The decor of the room and the enire place is to very high standards. The room is big, clean and very nicely done, equipped with a mini kitchen with sink and spacious fridge. Bed is very comfortable. The shower has a very powerful rainfall shower head and all the amenities needed are provided as well. Lauren has been in touch minutes after the booking providing all the informations and instructions to access the property and the room itself. She came across like a very kind person, which you can't always give it for granted. I've chosen not to have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Located in a very small town, 10 min walking distance from the main square, where you can also find few restaurants. At night the town is very quiet, almost deserted which can make you a bit uncomfortable but felt really safe walking back and forth from the hotel. Overall very pleased with everything.

My stay at Georges couldnt have gone better. The service was excellent taking into account every detail possible. Really surprised with the amazing treat we recieved ther. The room was super confort, with an amazing shower and very big dimensions. The breakfast was very good, and since the place has only a few rooms it was very intimate which resulted in a nice private luxury breakfast. The location is very good, since the island is very small it was quite easy to move around no matter the destiny, besides you could walk to a beautifil plaza which was only a few minutes away and perfect for having lunch or dinner or even to grab a beer. I would definitly come back here, one of the best places i have ever been.

Everything! The room was big and beautiful and has a very spacious bathroom. It’s modern, chic, super clean and the whole hotel has a very welcoming ambience. The breakfast is the highlight for us. My wife is lactose intolerant and they provided her with lactose-free options and the breakfast area is big. Location is also good and the bus stop to Victoria is just right around the corner. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and tried their best to accommodate our requests since we were in a tight schedule. We are very grateful!

We had the presidential suite for 6 nights, what an amazing room. Everything was very clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. The pool on the patio was huge with amazing jets and was very warm, even in March when the weather was 14 degrees outside. Breakfast was well catered with a choice of eggs you could order separately, and all food was refilled within moments. The staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. It was convenient in the middle of town but quiet too, lots of restaurants within walking distance. We wouldn't hesitate to come back gain, a real gem.

We stayed in the presidential suite room 501. We had a private rooftop pool. Don’t let the approach to the hotel put you off as it’s accessed through a shopping mall but the hotel is on the 4th floor and rooms on the top floor. Wonderful and very attentive staff. The room was spotless and very clean and styled and decorated well. The only negative was the hotel restaurant we felt wasn’t styled as nice and didn’t offer us the luxury vibe. So the next day we chose to eat in our terrace which had that feel we wanted

Very professional, polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast was great, everything you could want, hot or cold. Fresh fruit and cakes. Eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Hot tub on the balcony was excellent. Balcony was more spacious than the photos with a lovely view. Excellent location, short walk into Victoria centre. Cafes nearby. Fantastic supermarket in shopping centre under the hotel, open until midnight. Easy to reach by taxi from ferry.

The rooms are clean and the tv has lots of good channels. They are breakfast is fabulous there is usually an omlette plus tasty homemade jams, fruit, yoghurt, cereals and absolutely delicious cakes. I’m still dreaming of lemon meringue pie. The location is perfect right by the bay steps away from fab restaurants and bars.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Maria Giovanna Guesthouse. Sonia and Maria are genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful. They both have a fantastic sense of humour. And the father <3 The room was spacious and spotless, with a local vibe. Everything was provided - from water to tea and coffee. The localization was perfect: very central. We had no problems with finding a free parking spot. It was also surprisingly quiet for its proximity to many attractions and the street. I need to mention the breakfasts - so delicious! Sonia's jams are exceptional and Maria's cakes could not be better. We definitely will be back :)

EVERYTHING 1. It is a small family-owned hotel and it gives you the feeling of staying in a family house. The father of the owner, Mr. Giuseppe was like a good spirit always there and smiling and ready to help, even with his little english :) it was so nice. 2. The owner is very welcoming, speaks very good English and ir ready to help you out with everything. It is impeccably clean and the rooms are furnished with great style and taste. 3. There is a lift so it is most convenient with luggage or after a longer hike. 4. The breakfast was plenty and fresh. The eggs or omelet’s were made on the spot with chosen ingredients. The cakes baked by the owner on the eve of each day were a crowning moments to your coffee. One could also ask for a good espresso or double from the machine. 5. It was everything essential in the room and bathroom. All the linen and towels were impeccably clean and good quality. 6. The city itself is cosy, with a very nice promenade and a variety of very good restaurants. It is not crowded, but also dos not feel deserted even at the end of the season. I would definitely choose Marsalforn over the rest of places at this time of year again. OVERALL - I WOULD DEFINITELY CHOOSE THE SAME PLACE TO STAY SECOND TIME HERE

I stayed at this hotel with my family and we had a very nice time. The staff was personal, attentive, and helpful. They always smiled and answered our questions. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Cleanliness is very important for us, and we were happy. Our rooms wasn't also spacious, but with enough space for the whole family. The location is peaceful, but still very convenient. It is conveniently located near the beach and promenade, so we could walk everywhere. There are many restaurants nearby with good food and reasonable prices. The breakfast was okay, but it could be a little richer. Still, we enjoyed it. This hotel is perfect for a family holiday. I would come back again!

Our stay in the bliss hotel was a gift for my girlfriend and we both really enjoyed it. The eggs we got for breakfast were amazing, the room was very beautiful and tidy. They also have a rooftop pool and a garden were you can relax, enjoy the nature and watch the ponys. They also let us use the pool after check out. We could really relax due to the quiet location here. All in all it was an amazing stay, we would definitely recommend it.

Spacious and clean room, with all amenities. The swimming pool area is also quite nice and it had a good view, we arrived very tired so it was a plus that we could enjoy the afternoon by the pool to relax. Staff is very friendly and always keen to help or give recommendations.

great roof top pool. we watched the fireworks over the citadel a couple of evenings. while we were there they got new sunshades which was good. the pool is great after a July day in Gozo. Breakfast is served to you and lovely. we used the local buses to travel around.

Lovely boutique hotel. It has a little garden with ponies on its side. The room with balcony was modern, clean and had a comfortable bed and pillows. Delicious and fresh food options for breakfast which is served. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but freely available all day in the dining room on 2nd floor. There's a pool on the roof with 360 degrees views and the hotel is very accessible. The staff is very nice and it was easy to communicate with the hotel manager. Very quite location.

Such a peaceful base for our family to begin our Gozo & Malta adventure! The B&B is run with love and care by Marco & Corinne and we felt very welcome. The breakfast was amazing, the pools were small but gorgeous (my boys preferred them to the big busy pool in our next hotel) and our family room with bunk beds was great. It was also really good value for money!

The pool is very good. My kids stayed there all day. We were lucky to pick a stay in a mid week, so we had the pool just for ourselves. Breakfasts are tastly and personalized, so you can easily find what's best for you, and it includes some home made surprizes, sweet pepper jam was.just amazing. Owners are really welcoming and nice folks. There are no extra fees for the AC There are no cctv cameras

Two small pools which meant on two of our 3 days we had a pool to ourselves. Breakfast was very good with a varied choice. The scrambled eggs were very good.

What to say; short but sweet stay at Corinne and Marco's place. Nice comfy room, tasty breakfast, pleasant hosts, great location if you want to visit a few places significant for Gozo Island. The pools were welcoming but not for hot water enthusiasts like me 😁. Marco was welcomed, invited to come and have a coffee before my actual check-in and after to go and enjoy the island and make a few clicks of the famous church 10 -15 minutes away by foot. Breakfast was ultra tasty; homemade cakes, jams, fresh coffee, eggs... everything local and yummy 😋. Definitely recommending and see you soon 🙂

Extremely clean, comfy and spacious room. Full bathtub. The inside has a very homey feel but with all of the comforts of a hotel room. With a chrome cast TV as well! The breakfast was included and much of it were made by the host and it was delicious. Access to a balcony and two pools. Beautiful quiet town close to lots of great Gozo sights. We felt we got a superb deal for the price we paid and were sad we couldn’t have stayed longer!

Really loved my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The location is also very good, in a quiet corner just far enough from the main road to not hear much noises at night if you close the windows. The bed was comfortable and large, I had extra pillows available, the AC worked great and the shower had hot water. The little restaurant you have to go too for breakfast is less than 2 minutes away, on the corner of the Main Street. The menu choices for the stay were great and with good variety. Really liked the pistachio croissant and the berry, Greek yogurt waffles. The coffee is fresh and they have a great selection of smoothies. You order as much as you want to eat and just go after giving the room name, it’s a great formula I really liked to have a fresh warm meal in the morning. Theres a lot of restaurants around and a supermarket open 24h just up the hill. Very nice spot, would definitely recommend.

Everything about this property was lovely! Spotless clean, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast served at cafe up the hill 7:30-11. Property is in a very quiet area, although I don’t believe the rooms were completely soundproof, everyone was very quiet and the rooms were full. I went back and forth on whether to book this location or down by the beach (we love the beach) but so glad we chose this location instead. 15min walk to the beach, but close to restaurants and stores. We would absolutely stay here again! The owners and all staff were extremely hospitable and contributed to a fantastic holiday.

Our room wasn't yet ready when we arrived, but we were given the code to access the property's lobby and were able to leave our bags. The location was great for our purposes: about a block and a half to a major bus stop, less than a five minute walk to many bars and restaurants, and less than ten minutes walk to the main square. (We were not there for the beach.) We were also able to leave our bags in a secure location after check-out, so that we could go to one last museum in the morning before leaving Mellieha. Our room (Paradise Bay) was spacious, with all the necessary amenities, robes, a fridge, and nice supplies to make coffee or tea. We took advantage of the jacuzzi tub, relaxing after walking on the hills of town all day. Breakfast was at a cute café/shop a block and a half away and included coffee, juice or a smoothie, a pastry, a hot savory sandwich or pie, and water. The staff there was great. The neighborhood is quiet, with mostly older people as neighbors, and we heard no noise in the night from the street (which is small and one way).

Centrally located but at the same time quiet place. We had the deluxe room with a jacuzzi on the terrace - very easy to use and very clean. Great view of the town and the church. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Comfortable, very clean rooms. The real highlight was Mohammed who runs the property - very helpful and always smiling and polite. He dealt with all questions professionally and made us feel very welcome.Thank you for everything!

The room (and all areas of the hotel) was very modern and comfortable and a great bathroom. It was lovely having an area to use as a dressing room. We stayed here at the same time last year and it's even better now! All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Excellent and varied breakfast buffet. Good location convenient for buses, bars and restaurants.

Fabulously comfortable hotel with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were given great advice about where to swim, where to eat and how best to access different sightseeing locations. The private pool was a delight and made our stay unforgettable. Watching the sunset from the pool was a highlight of our awesome trip to Malta.

I can honestly recommend Villa dei Venti. <3 It is super clean, elegant and beautifuly arranged. The stuff was communicative and helpful. The pool is amazing and you can really chill down on the terrace. Everything is just like presented on the pictures. There is a restaurant there with breakfasts which is also open from 18:00 for a dinner (food is truly delicious, one of the best we had both on Malta nad Gozo!!!). And that light - during sunset the room is full of ambient sun light! Coming to Gozo I will for sure choose that place again.

First the good: reception staff were pleasant and informative. The room was clean and contained everything we needed, including a fridge and hair dryer. the hotel is situated in a nice part of Gozo, about 2km from the centre Victoria. WiFi was ok. It is in a safe area and the church and courtyard are a pleasant view. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bad: the AC unit leaked down the wall and we could not get it as cool as we wanted, resulting in poor night’s sleep. The curtain support fell off the wall and hit me in the shoulder. The handle for the outside window fell off when I opened the window. The breakfast is VERY basic and I would advise giving it a miss. The breakfast staff were also not very pleasant. Even for a continental breakfast, the “orange juice” is from concentrate and not fresh. The food was cold. There are fantastic places to eat breakfast for a very little price in Victoria. There was a HUGE food and wine festival outside our window with literally hundreds of people one of the nights. This party continued until 2am. needless to say, we did not sleep. We were also not advised that this party was happening, and struggled to find a parking space as the entire island appeared to be at the festival under our window.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast at the cafe next door was great - the staff there were kind and helpful, set up a high chair for our baby and put on some kids music even when we were the only guests! The bathroom/shower was clean and worked well. the hotel is located right in the centre of Xewkija, and there are nice restaurants for dinner right on your doorstep.

The 2 rooms were spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and delicious with lots of options to choose from. The front desk lady was helpful and greeted us warmly. The lights went out during a thunderstorm just before we headed out for dinner and the staff immediately took action when we informed them. The beautiful piazza of xewkija is charming and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Recommend you familiarise yourself with the village to get the most benefit from your stay in Gozo: the professional, friendly staff will help you! There is a sensational view from the terrace towards Victoria at night. Also suggest foregoing breakfast one day to sample the local bakery’s local food. Our room was very comfortable & spacious. I would however check with the hotel to see if the piazza roadworks have finished if you intend to be in your room/ terrace during the daytime

Amazing spacious room with a spa. Our wifi was broken but the manager upgraded us to even a bigger room with a spa and a view of the church! Breakfast is next door and really good, a few options of hot breakfast.

Fantastic and very friendly. We walked, used public transport or Uber to move around the island which worked very well, giving us the chance to explore all areas easily. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance in Victoria.

Absolutely everything! It was so beautiful, like you entered some little fairytale. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and had a big balcony. Pool area is well thought through, it gives options to be in the sun or lay in the shade. We decided to take the breakfast also, and were glad we did. The selection was incredible and so tasty. And the hosts - so friendly and caring!

Lovely B&B about 10 minutes walk from Victoria. Didi and Fabrizio were fabulous hosts and very friendly. The room was spotless, large, comfortable and air conditioned! There is a lovely pool area which we made great use of. Special mention for the amazing home cooked breakfast buffet, a large selection of hot and cold food. It's a small extra charge but totally worth it.

The character of the accommodation is charming and has lots of plants to sit in or outside to feel relaxed. Room was spacious with your own bathroom. Bus stop to Rabat/ bus terminal was only a 2 min walk from the B/B. Or walk into Rabat; 10 mins. Breakfast offers a good choice to chose from and also has home-made sweets too. Best to have a good appetite as breakfast is plentiful! Has a small pool to cool off and beach towels to dry off. Strong Wifi Refrigerator for guests Lovely welcoming hosts

The room is stunning with a lovely terrace overlooking the pool area. Exactly the kind of accommodation we look for when on holiday! Breakfast was a highlight, delicious and the best we had in Malta. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming :)

The property was amazing and it’s the location in Nadur was central. It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities. We stay in the apartment with rooftop spa and it was spectacular. Great views over the town and sea views all round. At the bottom of the hotel was the breakfast diner, the staff and food was amazing. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious and the omelettes very tasty. If you don’t want to walk far for dinner you can’t go past the Fat Rabbit which is also located on the ground floor of the hotel, the meals are generous and delicious.

There were 6 of us in all and we stayed for 3 nights in a double room and a duplex room. Both were clean and comfortable and had all necessary amenities. AC could be adjusted and was very efficient. The staircase in the duplex room was circular and very small. Attention had to paid when taking it, especially when sleepy. Would not recommend for families with small kids or elderly. The breakfast was rather good but lacked low fat options. It was a set menu and did not have an option for bread and hams/cheese but only cooked breakfast, poached eggs or omelette or waffles. However, on the last day when we asked for a ham/cheese toast, our request was acceeded to.There were days when low fat yogurt was not available for all 4 adults or not available at all. On one occasion we were served an overripe banana as fruit. We were disappointed that we had to choose only 1 beverage, be it coffee/tea or water/ juice. We believe that, as happens in other places, at breakfast, juice should be available in addition to a hot drink. We have also seen that although rooms were very clean, at times cluster could be seen in common areas, most notably at the main entrance where the restaurant tables from the previous night had not yet been cleared by morning. Gas cylinders with cleaning cloths over them, also made the entrance look shabby. The young man at reception was always very friendly and helpful. Although there was some room for improvement, especially in breakfast, we had an enjoyable stay.

The customer service we received from the hotel was superb. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day, the breakfast was lovely and so was the lady who served it. Quiet hotewiin a great location. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were luxurious, and the jacuzzi bath was just lovely. A complimentary bottle of wine 🍷 was a lovely thought. The balcony overlooked the square, and we had a fantastic sea view. We spent late evenings watching the sunset and mornings watching the sunrise and the goings on in the square. Gozo is a quiet village which is what we wanted, Frank was very helpful in telling us areas that were good to visit, helpful with local transport etc and even walked me to the shop to purchase some bus tickets. We did use Uber a lot to get about as it was only 5 euros to go to the port and found them easier than hanging around waiting for a bus! Always do an uber and don't use the white taxis at the port. The uber was around 5 euros, and a white taxi for the same ride was 15 euros. We will defenatly come back.

We had a good stay at this modern, clean boutique hotel on a village square location. The bus stops were a short walk with hourly buses to Victoria & to the ferry. The welcome we received was very friendly & efficient & the room was excellent, clean, modern & comfortable with wide-ranging views over the island from the wrap-around balcony. Nadur was very quiet on our afternoon arrival with no shops open & nobody on the streets, but the shops did open later in the afternoon. There were several restaurant choices nearby, including The Fat Rabbit below the hotel, where we enjoyed a couple of meals. There was also a market on the square in front of the cathedral on one day.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Highly recommended :) We had a comfort room with jacuzzi bath which was very relaxing. Room was always clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had self service Continental Breakfast and than optional from English Breakfast/Pancakes/Omlette/Eggs & Bacon. We also tried 'The Fat Rabbit' Restaurant and 'Del Capo Pizzeria' which both are part of the Hotel Building. Food was delicious with very good price. The only drawback is that the parish church is next to this hotel and every hour the church bells ring, but we got used to this. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this Boutique Hotel and will surely visit again.

Beautiful spacious, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, we all slept like babies😊 The view from the balcony is amazing, the breakfast was delicious, you make your own order ( pancakes, eggs hollandaise, english breakfast etc), unlimited fresh juice and very good coffees! They also have a small pool in the roof which is perfect for kids along with a nice space to relax in.

Very nice room with two balconies, comfortable bed and pillows, good air conditioning (not too cold), easy room access by using the code, proximity of Victoria bus station, terrace with a tiny pool on the roof and fantastic view. In addition, the team working in the hotel restaurant and bistro is absolutely amazing! Open, cheerful and welcoming and in addition to this serving fantastic food. Everything we tried was delicious and also nicely served (breakfast, coffee - try the tumeric latte with coconut milk!, soup, italian sanwiches, salads, pizza...). I highly recommend the hotel.

Glad to be one of the first guests who stayed in this boutique. First of all, the host is super lovely and staff are amazing and nice. We loved our stay, it was clean, the location is in the central area of Victoria, the food in their restaurant was exceptional, the fact that there were sockets in every place there needs to be in our room, the ac was good, comfortable bed, good lighting, beautiful view from the rooftop and clean splash pool. Very convenient location to explore Gozo island. In front Victoria bus terminal, still very quiet. Big free car parking is very useful when you are renting a car. Rooms are very clean,comfortable and practical. Nice amenities and close attention to small details make all the difference. Superb breakfast in the ground floor restaurant and a surprising splash pool in the rooftop, with an amazing view to the citadel.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Provicario, right in the heart of Victoria. The highlight was the stunning rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the town and the Citadella. It was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning and a relaxing drink at sunset. Our room on the second floor was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely private terrace. The hotel also offers a convenient bar fridge on the main level, which is great if you need water or a beverage after local shops have closed. Since the property is located in the town square, it is surrounded by historic churches. The bells ring throughout the day and night, and you may also hear birds in the early hours, which seemed to be a source of frustration for other reviewers. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs or an eye mask. These were not issues for us, and they are easy to manage. They should not take away from the charm of staying in such a lovely spot. There is also no elevator/lift but this is made clear in the reviews already mentioned. Breakfast is provided daily without a menu, so it helps to share any dietary needs or preferences in advance. The food is fresh and often comes from local bakeries and shops. Patrice, the host, is friendly and welcoming. He is a pleasure to talk to at breakfast and is full of helpful suggestions for exploring the area. Provicario is a special place and a great base for discovering Gozo.

My wife and I spent three wonderful days at Provicario, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, Patrice and his wife Isabelle were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome, offering excellent recommendations for things to see and do around the island. The location was perfect—quiet, scenic, and well-situated for exploring Gozo. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, with a modern and comfortable bathroom to match. One of our favorite spots was the roof terrace, which provided a lovely place to relax and enjoy the views after a day of exploring. Each morning, we looked forward to the varied and delicious breakfast, which was a perfect start to the day. We highly recommend Provicario to anyone visiting Gozo—it’s a place where attention to detail and genuine hospitality come together to create a truly memorable stay.

Provicario is a gorgeous little boutique b&b hotel perfectly located in the centre of Victoria (Rabat) Gozo literally steps away from the main square / taxi drop-off point and close to everything the city (and island) has to offer. It was made by combining several buildings into one and it's solid construction and thoughtful renovation ensures it is cool and quiet. Patrice and Isabelle are charming and very helpful owner/managers and have thought of everything a visitor might need from a delicious breakfast served by them personally to free beach towels and umbrellas and first rate touring and dining recommendations. Our room (with balcony) was lovely and the view from the rooftop terrace superb.

This beautiful house, really more like a palazzo, nestles in the center of historical Rabat (Victoria), on the peaceful island of Gozo, Malta There are magnificent cathedrals and museums nearby, but also wonderful beaches and local restaurants. The hosts of Provicario, are gracious, generous, endlessly patient, and provide a beautiful and tasty breakfast each morning on the roof terrace. The rooms are stylishly appointed with every convenience—think mid-century modern furnishings in an exceedingly well updated 500-year-old house. We found it to be one of the most charming and comfortable places we’ve ever stayed and can’t wait to return! Thank you, Patrice and Isabelle, for four very memorable days!

Isabelle & Patrice were such welcoming hosts. The building is beautiful, clean and so idyllic. Our room had a view of the Citadel, which was an added bonus. Genuinely could not fault our room or our hosts, who will gladly recommend some sights. Breakfast was prepared by I&P themselves and served up on the roof terrace. Plentiful, tasty and great views of both the Citadel (one side) and Basilica (other side). A perfect stay. Thank you Isabelle & Patrice!

Everything - Gawhra in Maltese means Gem, Jewel and this name couldn't be more suitable for the lovely Gawhra B&B we stayed at for 4 nights. The house a typical Gozitan Limehouse Stone, is full of character, spacious, inviting and comfortable. The room is furnished with practical and beautiful wooden furniture. The bed was really comfortable and the room had a fantastic private balcony overlooking the peaceful garden. The B&B is very central and close to transportation, main attractions yet on a quiet street. Lorenzo, the owner is a native Gozitan perfectly fluent in English, Italian to name a few languages - really puts his heart and soul in this beautiful adventure. The breakfast is full of Home-made products ranging from cheese pasty which he is perfecting the dough and bake every morning. The Bruschettas full of local tomatoes and Home-prepared capers are so tasteful and refreshing not counting the Continental breakfast options. Lorenzo is really easy to talk to, friendly, always eager to help and share information on what to do. He truly cares about his guests and want their experience to be unforgettable. He also has so many projects to make this oasis even more enjoyable, peaceful and sustainable. From solar panel, water filter and double glazing windows everything is so well thought. for. We really enjoyed our chats and our stay. We cannot recommend Gawhra B&B enough and we really hope we will be back there very soon!

It is at a great, central location, near the main bus station, on a quiet side street. Lorenzo was a very helpful, proactive host. One of the best perks is that you can leave your luggage at the lobby of the B&B before check-in time and after check-out time. This way you don't have drag it around or search for a storage. Another helpful perk that he also had electric plug converters from the standard European plug to the local British (Maltese) plug. The building is large, with a huge staircase, spacious rooms. One side, with the smaller room faces the lovely back yard, while the other side with the larger rooms faces the quiet street. The room on the upper floor has an open balcony while the one below has the traditional Maltese closed balcony with windows. Perhaps one day the furniture can be upgraded to match the elegance or syle of the building. Currently it is also suitable, comfortable, practical. Breakfast is available in the dining area on the ground floor, in the back yard or on your terrace.

The best B&B we have ever stayed in. The location, the atmosphere and ambiance of this place was top notch. We had a small balcony overlooking the quiet street. Breakfast was very tasty and served on a sunny terrace. The whole house was exceptionally clean and bed was really comfortable. Two adjoining rooms were perfect for our family of four. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of useful information about the area. Thank you for our wonderful stay:)

Lorenzo our host was fantastic. He was very good at communicating with me, so helpful and very friendly without being overly intrusive. It was interesting learning about life on Gozo. The B and B was quiet and ideally located; close to the bus station and Victoria's sights, bars and restaurants. Our room was very spacious, cool and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. Breakfast included local specialities and set us up for the day.

Last minute booking and I couldn't believe my luck! Two exhausted girls, 8pm in Gozo scrolling through AirBnb’s but nothing is quite what we want. Then finally, I am looking at beautifully renovated historic house with spacious rooms, high ceilings and stone walls. I fell in love instantly! 😍 Merely 10 minutes after the booking was done, Lorenzo the owner reacted to my request for two single beds. He not only prepared what I needed but even upgraded us to two separate rooms! Despite being in the middle of Victoria town and house being surrounded with lots of churches, we had undisturbed sleep thanks to well insulated windows. The mattresses were soo comfortable worth 5* hotel quality⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The breakfast was served on the terrace by Lorenzo who was kind enough to make sure a night before that we get what we like. My husband and I recently treated ourselves to a one-night staycation at the lovely Quaint Boutique Hotel in the quiet village square of Sannat, Gozo. We were extremely impressed with all the facilities we enjoyed there, and all the staff were highly professional, efficient, and friendly. Our spacious and clean room had a very comfortable bed with luxurious memory foam pillows, modern furniture, a wardrobe, a desk and reading corner, an electric kettle, and a mini fridge. The bathroom was also very roomy, with a jacuzzi and shower and delicious-scented toiletries. We also had a wide balcony with chairs and small table overlooking the inner courtyard and surrounding area. The self check-in process was very simple and instructive, and we found the AC on in the room to welcome us in from the heat. The breakfast was very tasty, with hot and cold items on offer, as well as various pastries and condiments. All in all, we highly recommend a stay at Quaint. Thanks for having us!

The bathroom was well equipped, and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to everything I needed. It’s a small but really cozy boutique hotel. The room had even a small terrace and the room was modern and really clean. There’s a bus stop 5 min from the hotel or another bus stop 14 min walk that goes to Xlendi. The price is pretty good for the quality we got and of course the breakfast was delicious. Definitely would recommend for couples !

Easy to check in. Staff helpful & managed to accommodate our requests. Room was very clean & spacious including all necessities. Room temperature control was perfect on our arrival late in the afternoon on a typical hot day, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious offering a variety of warm and cold options. A very spacious apartment, clean throughout and well decorated. Also close to local amenities. If you are wanted to go somewhere that is quiet, relaxing with good restaurants then this is the place. Pool area is Beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely book to come to the Hillock - worth every penny.

It was airy and spacious, great views from the balcony. Had everything we needed. The location was great and the pool was a very welcome thing after a long hot day. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The host was fabulous and very accommodating. The room was very well thought out & equipped and the roof top pool and sunbathing terrace had beds and chairs and has fantastic views. There were pool towels provided in the room which was a big bonus. The breakfast menu was very good and all cooked fresh to order.

The interior was beautiful, gozitan charm with a nice twist . The whole guesthouse was very very clean. Pool area great size and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious prepared by the owner herself who was very kind and let us stay near the pool before check in time

We spent 3 nights at Ta' Dun Martin and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the bed was comfortable, and everything was spottlessly clean. The simming pool on the roof terrace was a nice bonus - small but perfect for cooling down in the late afternoon heat, and the views from the roof terrace were wonderful, taking in Comino and northern Malta. Lorie, our host, was really friendly and helpful, providing suggestions about where to go on the island. And there was plenty of choice for breakfast. We loved our time there and would stay again.

Breakfast was abundant, healthy, and delicious. There were loads of options available, and we felt spoilt for choice. The pool, garden area and view from our room were fantastic. We're planning on coming again in warmer weather to use the pool!

Communal kitchen with free tea/coffee and honesty bar. Lovely varied continental breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries, cheeses etc. Very friendly owners who obviously take pride in their business. Gave excellent tips for places to eat and walk. Nothing was too much trouble.

Spotlessly clean large room with a balcony and lovely rural view. Very friendly and helpful owners who make sure you have a great stay, helpful advice and nothing is a trouble. Only a short inexpensive Uber/Bolt ride from the Jetty or Victoria Town Centre or you could walk to the Town Centre in 10-15 minutes. Very quiet and safe area and there is a wonderful Continental Breakfast provided every morning. Plus a great swimming pool to relax by after a busy day. Highly recommend the Carob Tree for a great stay in Victoria.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Carob Tree. The place is modern, clean and exquisitely designed and is equipped with everything one might need. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and they made sure we felt right at home. We stayed in the suite "Bambinella" which overlooked the pool area and the lovely countryside views. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. All in all we had a very memorable stay and we would definitely recommend 😊❤️

Home away from home. Exceptional service from check in to check out. Totally loved the place, beautiful big room , exceptional tasty breakfast with so many different choices every morning, adored the views from terrace. It felt like you were staying in a huge villa , very quite and comfortable, decor and design beautiful. Totally enjoyed our daily swim in the large pool , plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Claudio and Federico our hosts were very friendly and down to earth , very attentive and offering good advice on what to do on your holiday. Very sad to leave. We will be back

Everything! The wonderful welcome from Claudia made us feel at home immediately. The house itself is decorated exquisitely. The bedroom was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was warm and strong pressure. The pool was not chlorinated so was lovely and soft to swim in. The massage from Sylvia was glorious and just the perfect touch to start the holiday. The breakfast was the best breakfast of anywhere ever. So much choice, freshness and delicious. We loved everything. Thank you Claudia and Federico. You are the best! We will be back.

Rooms are very cozy, the pool is amazing and breakfast is very delicious! Everything was sparkling clean. The owners and the staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were always helpful with suggestions what to do in the area. There is also a shared kitchen to prepare dinner if you don’t want to eat out every night.

Stayed at Maria's for 5 nights but didn't want to leave. It was like home from home. Friendly helpful staff and hosts Victor and Sonia. Great breakfast. Beautiful and very clean room, tastefully furnished. Lovely pool area and balcony for relaxing. Super kitchen facilities and thoroughly stocked supermarket 10 mins walk away. Close to bus stop and centrally located. We were able to walk most of the island from the accommodation. Would highly recommend 👌

This lodging is a gem throughout mostly for its beauty and the provided level of service. Jacob (as Victor was on leave) together with his assistants provided an excellent service with regards to breakfast and cleanliness. The breakfast is as minimum of a 3*** hotel, with an English Breakfast and home made deserts. Victor excels in human resources as he talks to each guest to verify the needs of his guests. The pool is very well maintained and the rooms on the old side are more spacious.

The place is beautiful, the pool was super nice, stuff very friendly and helpful and breakfasts were delicious. Room was very clean and comfortable.

This place was amazing!! Very highly recommended. An ancient house with a lot of history, it was fantastic to be living in such a mansion. The room was very clean, beautiful and comfortable, every detail was thought of by the host. Delicious breakfast was included and we could order it from the menu in advance. There's also a cute inner yard with vegetable garden where you can sit and chill. The host contacted us before we arrived and was very helpful and responsive so we had no issues at all with checking in, checking out, getting around, etc. In addition everyone were really friendly, they brought us a breakfast with a candle after having learnt that it was our birthday! Nadur was a really nice town to stay in, there are many buses to other places in Gozo, it's near the Ramla beach and very quiet. The B&B was close to some nice restaurants and the main city square. Our experience here was superb :)

We had such a very comfortable stay! 100% recommend this place. The host was so warm and welcoming, giving us a small historical overview of the house. The room was charming, comfortable, clean. The breakfast was delicious and prepared with care. We had a nice time drinking local wine in the yard after dark. 3 minor things to keep in mind: 1) The shower is small, so if you're very tall or very large it will be awkward. 2) Breakfast was delicious and just enough food but not a buffet. You have to choose your option by 6pm the evening before. 3) If you have a lot of luggage, there isn't a lot of space in the room to lay out your bags. None of these were an issue for us, just wanted to mention it in case you're very tall, extra hungry, or travel with many suitcases.

Everything in this B&B was amazing! The owner was very friendly and helpful, his prepared breakfast was an art piece, the house and the room was like from a movie! We had breakfast in the terrace and has such a pretty garden! The location is amazing, easy access from ferry and very beautiful little town.
