The hotel is beautiful, clean and well located for exploring some vibrant neighborhoods and historic sites on foot. They are well-staffed with friendly and attentive people. There were always several of them in the lobby ensuring guests had what they needed, and one posted on the sidewalk at the door to help guests entering the hotel. That was a nice touch that provided a sense of security. There is a cozy library with comfy chairs next to the the lobby, and a wonderful rooftop restaurant/bar with terrific cocktails and nice views. The rooms are large, modern, well designed and clean. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Hotel manager Yranis Linares was particularly helpful - he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We had a challenging situation with a scam car ride from the airport to the hotel when we first arrived, and Mr. Linares and his staff did an amazing job handling everything for us and ensuring we felt safe.

The property is just stunning. The hotel itself is amazing…the decor throughout is really beautiful - modern and fresh but still with a classical feel. Our room was fantastic - very spacious and light and very well appointed throughout. The food in the hotel was excellent - the breakfast was fabulous and the food and drinks in the rooftop bar were also great. The rooftop bar has a great vibe - we spend a lot of time there enjoying the view and the great relaxing environment. The hotel is without a doubt spectacular - truly 5 star - but it’s their incredible people that really take it to the next level. Just to mention a few amazing team members - Agustin and Randi on the front desk, Matias, Edward, Fernando, Sebastian and Pedro in the restaurants, and Gabriel and Felipe on the door…but every staff member was friendly, personable, and incredibly helpful. Customer service overall at the hotel was exceptional.

Front desk staff was amazing. Randi, Paul, actually all of the staff were terrific. Very helpful, friendly, polite, and extending. Even the doormen were great. Hotel has a sophisticated, boutique vibe. Very striking architectural details were prevalent throughout the property. Room and bed were very comfortable. No view at all, but plenty of exterior light. Bathroom was spacious and well stocked with plenty of fresh towels. Rooftop restaurant and bar were inviting and food was excellent. There was a complementary open bar in lobby area that was nice for grabbing a cordial on the way up to our room. Complimentary breakfast was served in a very comfy well decorated room. Lots of fresh choices and eggs to order. The Eggs Benedict were excellent.

The hotel, rooms and roof terrace are very stylishly designed. From the roof terrace (open from midday until late evening), you have a beautiful view of the castle hill. The food in the rooftop restaurant is creative and delicious. The breakfast buffet is relatively varied and tasty. The breakfast room is on the ground floor and does not have floor-to-ceiling windows, but it is still cosy. The location is very central, yet the rooms are very quiet (very well insulated).

Hotel Magnolia is a gem of a hotel. The building has beautiful touches all around.The staff were helpful and friendly (answering our questions before we checked in). The rooms were the three Cs - cozy, comfortable and clean. At times, the lighting was moody / dark but it adds to the vibe of the place. The location is great as you can walk to museums, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was included and it was decent. However the on site restaurant dinner options were delicious. When we checked out we were gifted beautiful cookies to go. Would definitely recommend.

This is a fabulous fully serviced apartment / hotel. Rooms are huge and super stylish and comfortable. And very, very good value. Great that there is a cafe / Bar / restaurant attached to the hotel, so very convenient for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks. Lots of lovely work space, beautifully designed. Small pool on the roof, great after a long hot day.

The hotel is simply great, we stayed two nights in the apartment with a balcony and we loved it! The place is new and very nicely decorated, we even had a fully equipped kitchen (though didn’t use it). All common areas are so cozy and quiet, never saw it busy during the day. Although the rooftop pool is quite small, I always managed to find a bed, though spots in the shade are limited! Finally, we had breakfast included in the price and, we tried different options and all of them were delicious.

This was our favourite hotel on our 3 week mini-tour of South America. Great studio apartment, clean, bed comfortable and everything worked. Lovely staff everywhere. Nice pool area and great cafe/bar - Fish burger and salmon dish particularly recommendable. Very good Pisco sours. Within very safe feeling walking distance of other dining establishments and shopping centres. If ever in Santiago again would definitely be very very happy to stay here!

Just what I needed after having to make an unexpected stop over in Santiago after a stressful day. Reasonable price, secure parking underground, check in that is available until 11pm, lovely apartment with balcony, great restaurant with high quality food at a really reasonable price and a rooftop pool. There is a small shop just a 30 see second walk away to get supplies and a decently equipped kitchen including oven and freezer. I ended up extending my stay to 2 days to chill here. Staff were super friendly and helpful too.

Great location in that you get a peaceful area to stay in outside the city centre, we felt safe in the neighbourhood and there was a lot around, really comfortable and stylish room, felt right at home. We also loved the view from the rooftop pool.

Exceptional service! All staff were so friendly and super helpful. Good location, next to a tube station and nearca lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Costanera shopping centre. Lovely swimming pool, water was always warm and really nice to swim in. Jacuzzi was nice and warm too. There was sauna and steamer in the changing rooms, separate for men and women. Great views from the pool and also outside space. The hotel is a bit old but exceptionally clean and super well maintained. The hotel has really nice, homely feeling. I would happily stay there again.

Ideal location next to the train station so easy to get about Santiago.It has an outstanding buffet breakfast, great service, a fantastic pool/spa on the top floor with sublime sunset views on its terrace and luxurious rooms. The staff went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Jonathan on reception was brilliant and so friendly , really going above and beyond to help us. Christian on the door/concierge was a great welcome after a long flight and always helpful with advice on where to go out. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat

The RC is a fantastic hotel in a safe part of Santiago. The staff is very friendly and all speak English. Rooms at basic level are large and comfortable, the pool area could use a bit of a renovation but is comfortable and has a bar with snacks. I love the older mature feel of the RC and would recommend for a comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Santiago.

Consistent 5-star staff and service at this hotel! The concierge team is amazing. Christian is so friendly and knowledgeable. Super spacious room and comfy bed with fabulous sheets. Beautiful rooftop indoor pool, and outdoor deck area. Amazing place to watch the sunset. Nice gym area and bar. Not much around this location. Takes about 30 minutes by Uber to get downtown.

I stayed for two nights in early December 2017. I took the inexpensive Centroperto bus from the airport to Los Heroes (about US$5 round trip), from there it is only a 10 minute walk to the Matildas Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, full of character. My single room (13) was on the third floor and was clean and comfortable, and had enough space for one person plus luggage. The bed was comfortable, the room had a rear garden view, and the shower in the small bathroom had great water pressure. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was very good, including cooked-to-order eggs (or omelette). Although there is a metro stop as Los Heroes, the Republica stop is a 2-3 minute shorter walk. The hotel is in a neighbourhood rather than "downtown", but I felt fine walking out in the evenings. While many would choose a chain hotel in the modern downtown/business area, I loved being in a small, beautifully unusual hotel in a "real" neighbourhood. It was a joy to stay here, and I would definitely return if my travels take me back to Santiago.

Beautifully restored historic building; elegant and characterful/ Designed by an architect, and later restored by an architect. Garden full of mature trees, with evening lighting - a green oasis in the city. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Lovely relaxing library. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Set back from the road, and felt safe with security gate. Good breakfast. Convenient for nearby restaurants - we ate at Las Vacas Gordas and La Martina - both very good.

Really friendly staff who were happy to help with anything you needed. They booked taxis for us, organised a tour, gave us restaurant advice. Excellent! Beautiful old building. We sat in the peaceful garden in the evenings sipping wine from the honesty bar- perfect. Breakfast isn’t until 7.30 when all our tours began but they gave us a really good packed breakfast. Clean, comfort, interesting. Definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at Matilda's and found it to be a charming property just outside the city center, yet conveniently walkable. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast served was perfect. The highlight was the beautiful backyard, providing a serene escape for relaxation. During our stay, we explored Santiago extensively, walking from the hotel to the city center, visiting Christobelle, taking the funicular for panoramic views, descending on the gondola to Providencia for lunch, and strolling all the way back. It was a fantastic 30,000-step journey, all manageable for a day's outing from Matilda's. Returning to the hotel in the afternoon, we enjoyed a relaxing beer in the garden, surrounded by the tranquil atmosphere. The library with its wonderful collection of books on Chile added a delightful touch to our stay. Matilda's provided a perfect balance of exploration and relaxation, making our experience memorable.

We stayed twice in this hotel ( i.e. upon arrival and upon departure from Sth America) for a total of 3 nights.Most of the reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The hotel was tastefully decorated and furnished in an "Old World Style". Due to a lack of elevators, we found it a bit difficult getting our bags up the stairs, but the charm of the place made up for this minor inconvenience. We loved the tranquil courtyard full of trees and appreciated the security that the high front remote controlled gates offered. The breakfasts were tasty and offered considerable variety, but the lunches unfortunately took too long to be prepared, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The location, being walking distance from the centre of Santiago , and also to the Human Rights museum in the opposite direction was very convenient . The rooms were very comfortable, both ours and that assigned to our adolescent children, all with nice decor and modern attractive showers. The hotel taxi service to the airport was very convenient, albeit a bit expensive. We are very glad of our choice of hotel, having been recommended other options ( skyscraper hotel and appartment ) by friends, but preferring this option , as it was unique and quaint.

Beautiful property, amazing views and big spacious garden area with pool and waterfall. The service is excellent, the food options are great from poolside, breakfast buffet, and restaurants. I really was impressed by the bakery that turns amazing patisserie on a daily basis (in house). The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I really enjoyed my visit.

The people who works there, everyone cares about you, from cleaning crew to restaurants, , pool, 16th floor!!! concierge and front desk. There is not person in that hotel who doesn’t take care of you. Ask for Valeska and British guy ( forgot his name) at breakfast! They are the best! Juan at the pool and all the crew who is in charge in the 16th floor.

Central. Within walking distance to amazing restaurants, the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus, & a very large mall with all the famous international brands. Our room was exceptional - huge with sweeping views over the city & the surrounding mountains. The bed & bedding was blissfully comfortable. The pool & surrounding area was lush with greenery, exceptional bar service.

Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Santiago was fabulous from start to finish. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well appointed. The hotel amenities, pool, and restaurants were all fabulous as well. Our dinner at Senso on the night of our arrival was so delicious, we decided to return again once more before departing! Breakfast was also delicious and offered so many options to choose from. Would recommend without reservations!

The room was lovely and the view was spectacular, however they do not have a pool. The Costenera shopping centre is below the hotel and have excellent shopping and things to do. A wonderful and eclectic food court and a Jumbo where you can get a lot of things. Daily housekeeping and lovely housekeeping staff. Some of the reception staff are lovelier than others but most are ok.

This was a points stay and I was (presumably) upgraded to a corner room. Extremely luxurious and somewhat wasted on me, but I enjoyed the experience nonetheless. Staff were super friendly and helpful in both English and Spanish. Breakfast buffet was excellent and great value for the money. Location next to the mall is ideal if you want to shop, otherwise it's a short walk to either Tobalaba or Los Leones subway stations depending on which direction you need to go. The area is very busy in the evening and weekends which can be a pro or a con depending on your preference. There's no pool and I didn't check out the gym because I was walking 18,000 steps a day. Overall, based on this experience the hotel is very highly recommended.

We loved everything! The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and they are well appointed. The views of the Andes mountain range are outstanding, especially from their rooftop bar and restaurant, Luna. The hotel is new, very clean, and the staff is stellar! They went above and beyond every single moment to make our stay the best we've ever had. The breakfast is fresh and offers something for every palate. The price and location cannot be beat either. It is a nice walk to fabulous restaurants and is connected to the largest mall in South America. Talk about convenience. We stayed for 2 weeks and were thrilled we were there every single day.

This hotel is super luxurious and all around a great value for money. The beds and pillows are amazing and the service is great. The area is busy with people shopping and the hotel, especially the rooftop bar (which was amazing) is within walking distance to the El Golf neighborhood which is super safe and has great restaurants and parks. The hotel itself also has plenty of security and I felt comfortable leaving my stuff at the lounge for brief periods of time. If you can, ask for a room on floor 26 as these rooms have floor to ceiling windows and the noise from the bar below is less prevalent. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Santiago! Well done Marriott!

Location is perfect! Right above a big shopping center. Lots of food choices on the 5th floor, and there is a large grocery store in the mall as well. We did not have the breakfast in the hotel, as there are many cafe nearby. Room is clean, good size and nice view. Bathroom is modem, with a large shower. Metro station nearby even though we did not use it. Hotel front desk staffs were super friendly, easy to communicate in English, provided restaurant recommendations and helped arranging tours.

We stayed in 3 different Marriott properties in our time in STGO. This one was the sleeper hit. Cheapest of the 3 and the best quality. Indoor pool was perfect, and self service laundry really saved us on our 2+ week trip to Chile. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both were solid. Room was spacious and most importantly, the bed was comfortable. Proximity to the mall next store was great for buying snacks and souvenirs. (The pizza vending machine in the mall stole my money though, avoid!) This will definitely be our only Santiago Hotel going forward.

The hotel is located inside a large new mall. It’s new and the rooms offer nice views from high up. Especially good for watching the sunrise and sunsets from the “mirador” on the 18th floor. Pretty much everything you’d expect from a Marriott. The water in the pool is nice and warm. It’s about 10-11 meters long but decent for exercise. Breakfast is also pretty complete. The value is especially good if you use points as the cash price is not cheap. The night manager, Enrique’s extremely helpful as we arrived very early and he let us take an empty room. We had a Mountain View room on the 17th floor for two nights over the weekend. This is a nice area of Santiago. Hotel was very nice. It was quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the 18th floor terrace where there are beautiful views of Santiago. We had breakfast included in our rate. Breakfast on Saturday was kind of hectic (so many people checking out that day) and service was not the best plus the coffee machine kept malfunctioning. Breakfast on Sunday was wonderful and service was much better. Server offered to get us omelettes on Sunday which was really nice. Our flights were delayed and they allowed us on Sunday to keep our rooms until 2 and then store our luggage. We would stay here again.

We had a large comfortable, quiet room. The lights and air conditioning are controlled by a wall mounted device which we found difficult to use and couldn’t control the temperature so we found the room too warm. However, we didn’t ask for help so this could have been sorted out for us. The hotel is very close to a metro station so it made it very easy to get about and we felt safe in this area. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very good. There is a very good and plentiful choice for breakfast. The description of having a swimming pool is a bit misleading as it’s more like a large jacuzzi which was disappointing. We would certainly return if ever in Santiago again.

Good location, with metro station nearby and kind of simple shopping centre across the road. Also there is a curency exchange shop across if you just get from hotel and cross the road straight it is on the left side of the building in front of hotel. Good isolation and the room was pretty big. Bed was huge and comfy, pillows are good. Breakfast is good but a bit limited so keep in mind if you are staying for a several days. Check in was quick, we paid cash so the lady agreed do no take credit card details for security deposit, they just locked minibar as I was not keen to give credit card details. So recommend to pay cash USD rather than card. Check out was super quick we just gave keys back and got out. Breakfast started at 6.30 am. in weekdays and 7.30 on weekends. Coffee was good. In general great place to stay in Santiago. Hotel located in posh area, so pretty safe.

In the Las Condes business district so a little far from old town Santiago. But a lively area with shops, restaurants and nice residential neighborhoods. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious, and there was a good breakfast served every morning. First time in my experience that I could shower and freshen up in the gym facilities before I could even check in to my room! Nice touch.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. Alvaro in reception was particularly helpful. The hotel is great with good facilities. The rooftop pool is small but perfectly formed. The lovely lady who looks after guests at the pool is also great. The breakfast was very good although for me the coffee was too weak. The rooms are spacious and I'd recommend the junior suits. We had room 402 and it was great. The staff were all really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location is handy for sky costanera and everything around it and there are 2 metro stations in walking distance.

In a nice area. Warm welcome in Spanish & English. Suite double room was very good. Lounge area with two sofas. TV in bedroom not used. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom had a bath & shower with hair products. We didn’t use the mini bar. Had a meal in the bar area on our first night. Food was good & staff very friendly. Breakfast was okay & again great staff. Happy & smiley. Used the rooftop pool both days. Would definitely recommend.

An idyllic hotel with sublime staff and top location. Highly recommended place if you’re visiting the city. From reception, to service team, they were all just amazing. Very helpful and friendly people who have done their best in their hands to make us feel like at home. The breakfast was of a wide range, the pool was always quiet, and the rooms kept at high standards -although perhaps they need a bit of an update-.

The location is not ideal for sightseeing In Santiago. Nice room, good breakfast and friendly helpful staff. It has a nice rooftop pool. Close to the business district and a short walk to restaurants and the hop on hop off bus tour. The hotel can give you tokens for a discount. They were very accommodating and let is keep our room until six pm so we could shower and get ready for our late flight home to the USA. I highly recommend them.

The beds were very comfortable and the room clean. The location excellent, close to the funicular and the Costenara mall. But the most important was the staff, very friendly and accommodating. Special shoutout to Marcela from the pool/spa.She was so sweet and made sure we were comfortable.

Great place to stay in Santiago. Excellent service, the staff helped us pack lunches for our early morning flight at 4:30am. Its location is quiet and there is a pool ( though I didn’t make use of it during our stay). Convenient to Uber to the tourist sights and also to uber to/from the airport.

Location and facilities. It was nice to relax I. The pool and bar area after sight seeing.

Staff were super friendly and couldn't do more to help us. Our credit card declined when we tried to pay for our room (Halifax clarity card does not like Chile) and the guy at reception couldn't have been nicer about it. The room was lovely, they have an outside area with a pool which is nice. You get a welcome drink on the first day which was a nice touch. There is also free coffee, tea and water all day. The gym was basic but did the job. Great location, area felt safe, super close to Sky Costanero, which is in a massive shopping mall with a huge supermarket (if you are traveling on a budget and need to buy food like us!) Also fyi we have been travelling around south America for a while and have been struggling a bit with the food. There is an indian restaurant (Rishtedar) just two minutes down the road which did amazing curries with great veggie options- we would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this boutique Hilton hotel in Providencia. We arrived early from our flight and were so happy that they let us check in early because of our Hilton Honors status. They even let us have breakfast, which was so great since we were tired and hungry. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and they have a bar, a small outdoor space, a coffee shop and restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful and had lots of variety, though I wished the coffee was just a little bit stronger. I loved that they had water bottle fillers in the hotel and on our floor so we could keep hydrated. The neighborhood was very comfortable and there were a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. We were about a 10 to 15 min walk from the MUT and the Costanera Center as well as lots of other smaller places to eat. If we wanted to go farther afield it was easy to get an Uber, it was also pretty close to a couple of metro stations. The hotel was hosting teams from the track cycling championships and it was fun to share the breakfast with so many teams from around the world. We'd definitely recommend the Ola to anyone wanting to visit Santiago.

The receptionist (Sofia) was amazing, as was Amanda. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, it was just an amazing stay. We will absolutely come back here on our next trip to Santiago. Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and provided great information about the surrounding area which is very walkable.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. Rooftop bar and swimming pool terrace fabulous particularly at sunset. Great air conditioned gym with fab views of the Andes. Great breakfast and all staff very welcoming. Couldn’t fault it. Great location.

Quiet and safe location, spacious room, large bed. In room coffee maker with free Nescafe capsules, free Lavazza coffee maker in lobby. Rooftop pool with beautiful view and reasonable prices. Metro station round the corner, excellent restaurants within 10 min walk. Would choose again.

The facility was spotless and modern, and the rooftop pool and views were amazing. The bed was comfortable,e and the breakfast spread was delicious. We walked downtown to the mall for great shopping.

Elegant hotel with spacious room, helpful people at the reception, nice quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants nearby. The air conditioning is a bit old, but it keeps the room cool. For the center you need a taxi, but no problem for us.

The apartment hotel was very clean and nicely renovated. It had a balcony with a great city view. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There was also a 24 hour concierge which was very helpful as well as housekeeping daily. The metro station was only a couple of blocks away and there were convenient stores all around to get water or other supplies. The area was also very safe to walk in. All in all, it was a great place and I would highly recommend it!

Room was fine. Swimming pool on top floor was a great bonus. Water fountains freely available. Efficient organisation of a day trip into the Andes. It felt like a really safe area and there were several quite good restaurants nearby. Not far from the Costanera skyscraper and shopping centre. Close to metro and easy to get into the centre of Santiago.

Clean facilities, excellent breakfast, super comfy bed and great shower. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing! Across the street from trendy MUT, walking distance to Costanera Shopping centre and train station.

When I pre-pay our stayed it said with breakfast but when I receive the confirmation the breakfast was not there, I called Expedia and they say it wasn't there so I have to cancel and rent again, but that would be much more expensive. I took a screen shot that proved I had breakfast and tried to speak with Expedia buy there said NO. when we arrive the hotel first they told us we didn't had breakfast and they double check it and they said we did have breakfast, but next morning starting to eat they came and told us we didn't have breakfast ... so I went to the front desk to check and there was the lady from the check in and I told them she said we did have breakfast included. So they let us have it that day but not the rest of the stay.ç So I don't know if it was Expedia's or the hotel's fault but I never got what I booked for.

The location close to the airport and the free shuttle service they offer made it a great stop between flights. The fact that the swimming pool and jacuzzi were open until 10pm was appreciated. The breakfast was very good.

Wyndham Santiago Airport has a chic, modern vibe that makes it feel more upscale than your typical airport hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with more than enough options to suit every taste. This time, we had a spacious room with a large sofa—very comfortable and perfect for relaxing before or after a flight. I booked this place for a 3 days in Santiago. The communication from staff post booking was great including on WhatsApp which answered many of my questions and queries promptly. I arranged airport pickup with hotel prior to arriving which was helpful. The staff member when i arrived spoke great English and was most helpful with tourist suggestions and maps. Some of the other staff were friendly but didn't speak English so well. I used google translator and tried some Spanish and we got by. One staff let me borrow their transport card for Metro system which was nice. The location in Providencia is very safe. It is easy to walk everywhere and restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, station, pubs are all very close. The facility has some seats and tables outside to sit and relax, the dining area is very spacious with many tables and even a couch and tv to sit and relax. Breakfast was good. The rooms are quite good except there is no lift only a stairs. Inside the room all facilities are provided, mini fridge, A/C, TV etc. No water is given. Overall a very good stay and happy to recommend this place.

Breakfast was buffet style. There was plenty of variety available including cereals, toast & spreads, juice, coffee/tea and European style (slices of cheese, salami, ham and seasoned slices of tomato). This morning, I was offered a serve of scrambled eggs as well. My double room was very generous in size. Well appointed with a desk, hanging space etc. The bathroom was generous in proportion as well. The staff were always welcoming & helpful. This accommodation had feeling of a home away from home. The accommodation is only about 5 mins walk from the Manuel Montt subway station and numerous buses travel along the nearby main road as well. Cafes, restaurants, an excellent bakery, small supermarket can all be easily found on Providencia street, where the subway is also situated. There is a communal lounge area beside the Dining area. There was a delightful garden space in front of the boutique Hotel.

Central and easy to get in and out.Secure, coosy old building, lovely simple breakfast, staff polite, clean and safe quiet surroundings. Good English spoken by staff. Nice small restaurants close to hotel. Very close to metro. We took luggage in metro and it was confortable and cheap. Would visit again and recommend.

Really comfortable bed, peaceful and quiet. Delightful staff; good breakfast and a breakfast box if you were off early. Would highly recommend. A perfect location in Santiago.

The location is also excellent, with a great convenience store next door and some of the best restaurants just steps away. We returned to one three times as the ceviche was excellent. The Novotel pool is small but lovely and the gym is great. The view is good from the gym.

Comfortable room with excellent shower! Mini fridge coffee machine and complimentary water bottles in the room as well as a fountain available in each floor to refill your bottle. The hotel is pretty aesthetic, modern and with special touches. It has cosy lounges where you can hang out and relax. The swiming pool is not very large but it really helps to cool down and enjoy the view from the roof top. Good french restaurant and amazing breakfast.

What a wonderful experience staying here. The staffs are very accommodating and super nice. The breakfast is amazing, and so are the room service, pool, shower, and so many things. They were very understanding about check in and check out. The best part about this place is the amenities, everything is nice and new, and they are doing more renovations, which was very surprising considering how everything feels new! Also, great location in terms of being close to a lot of food and shopping centers. I look forward to coming back to what I now see as my second home in Santiago, Chile!

I had a wonderful three night stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood with some other hotels close by. There is a wonderful mall a short walk away with shopping and many restaurants. The hop on hop off. sightseeing bus starting point is also near the mall.

The outdoor pool was small and cold, but it was springtime, not summer. Las Condes neighborhood felt upscale and safe, a bit business like, but we enjoyed walking toward Providencia where we found more restaurants, and neighborhoods to explore along the way.

Loved the location, pool & staff - would recommend!

Located in a safe and pleasant part of Santiago this Novotel has fairly spacious rooms with good beds with firm mattresses. Friendly and efficient front desk staff (Steven). Nice gestures towards Accor gold members: wine and cheese platter upon arrival, invitation to a wine + snack a few days later. On the downside, it is a 15-20 min walk to a street with a selection of fine restaurants (as the hotel’s own Nuna restaurant is unexciting). Moreover most chairs in the restaurant, where breakfast is also served, are badly stained! Breakfast as such is not quite to the level you might expect in a Novotel: missing items can be plain yogurt on one day, crema de membrillo on the next. Regarding the room, the air-con is annoyingly loud, even if placed at the lowest fan speed.

The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet is huge, with lots of variety, and the fruit was fresh and delicious. The receptionist who welcomed us as early arrivals was very helpful in locating a more quiet location to rest until our room was ready. Thank you.

The roof top pool is refreshing on a hot day and has wonderful views. However; you must use two flights of stairs to access it. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of items including fresh omelets.

Rooms are clean a bit small. But good for 1 or 2 people. The gym was very small and the main workout machine was out of commission. The pool is again small and outdoors. The jacuzzi was out of commission. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was safe, quiet, and centrally located, making it easy to explore the nearby restaurants and shops. The location was perfect for both convenience and comfort. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, the shower was great and there were plenty of options for breakfast. The staff at reception were very helpful and kind although those in the dining room were not particularly friendly. There was a large supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away, which was useful.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Panamericano. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with massive beds that made it hard to get up in the morning. The breakfast buffet was generous, varied, and reliably delicious. The real standout, though, was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Back-of-house staff in particular went out of their way to assist us, and the team was happy to accommodate our very late departure time without fuss. The location was excellent, close to major sights, great restaurants, and the metro. We’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very well located and in an area that is right in the midst of good shopping and places to eat. Large variety of coffee shops also located nearby. The was most helpful and they were able to help us with any questions that we had. Room was large and very clean. Breakfast is a lovely buffet with something for everyone. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was superb and extremely well priced! We were very pleased with everything during our stay. The hotel also got our taxi to the airport when we were leaving and all went well!

I booked this hotel so I had easy access to Terminal Sur to catch a bus in the morning. The hotel certainly fulfilled this objective. The hotel itself was clean and modern, and had one of the most comfortable beds I slept in. The wifi also worked well and I never had a problem. Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options to choose from, ranging from eggs, to pastries, to fruits. I was only at the hotel for the evening and the morning, so I couldn't comment about the area of the hotel during the day, but during the night, the area is a bit sketchy. It is close to the Universidad de Chile metro station, so the hotel offers good transportation to elsewhere in Santiago if that's part of your plans. Lastly, restaurants and other stores close by 10, which makes finding food a bit challenging if you're checking in at or after that time. Otherwise, it was a solid hotel for the location, and the good breakfast and wifi really makes this property a good option.

This hotel is a great location. I took the bus from the airport to Estación central and walked to the hotel. The hotel is also walkable to terminal San Borja, which is the bus terminal to Valparaiso. I visited from the USA, and the front desk attendant spoke very good English which was a great surprise. The breakfast was incredible with tons of options. The room was small, but everything was clean and worked great. I arrived early and left my bags with the front desk and he kept them safe. The building is safe and secure. The price was excellent. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant is good and I ate several meals there. Fresh salmon cooked perfectly is hard for me to turn down. Overall, one of the best boutique hotel stays I have had in a long while.

I thought that the staff were exceptional, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast and meals were good, you could get coffee downstairs if you wanted it. I liked the location in an older and quiet neighbourhood. It's a nice and not too long a walk to Constitution Square and the Plaza de Armas and its not too far from Republica metro or a major bus terminal. The hotel is modern and fresh.

The minute I checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, and warm. He showed me the room and made sure I'm comfortable with the room switches, bathroom water temperature control etc. The breakfast was great. I had a tour the following morning and early pickup but they made the time to serve breakfast before pickup time. who would do that. They even had my laundry done which I'm pretty sure they just made it happen. there was a young lady on my final breakfast who again made sure my breakfast was a nice experience. thanks young lady! I shall be back! :)

Lovely little boutique hotel. The location feels odd at first but after walking around realising that it’s bang in the middle of a wonderful bohemian, arty and lovely area of Santiago. Lots of nice little restaurants and bars and ideally located for the airport bus and metro. Room was cosy (a bit on the small side - but had everything needed and a great bathroom), bed very comfortable and facilities great (not to mention the free ‘wine hour’ and excellent breakfast!

Very welcoming hotel, which this is small and feels more personal. It is a cute building with nicely proportioned rooms. However it could do with some re-decoration in places to restore it to what one can still see would be its former glory. But even so, it was quiet, good breakfast. It had a relaxed atmosphere. I ate a meal on the terrace on one night which was tasty and good sized portion with a beer which was lovely and cold. The pool is small and more of a feature - a plunge pool maybe, for those who want to sunbath and need to cool off.

Great stay in Santiago. Location perfect. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Rooftop bar and pool (although we didn’t use the pool) massive and very nice. Minor issues were the room was a little small and it felt quite dark.

The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring Barrio Italia, Bella Vista, Providencía, and Lastarria. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and capable. Breakfast had a variety of options, and all fruits and juices were fresh. The outdoor roof space had a good vibe, the afternoon/evening bar enjoyable, and restaurant food tasty. The pool is simply a dip in and cool off space, waist high, approx. 5x12, no swimming. Nice views of Cerro San Cristobal and the park.

The property was in a good location with a 5 minute walk to the plaza for restaurants and bars. The hotel was very clean and safe went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The rooftop bar was awesome! Plenty of tables, pool, bar, and super clean. Absolutely would stay here again.

I spent 2 very comfortable nights at this hotel. I picked it for the convenient location, just a few minutes walk from 2 metro stops and surrounded by stores, restaurants, ATMs, etc. and reasonable price. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, from storing my luggage after I arrived on a morning flight to directing me to a nearby store to get the correct power adapter (and offering to lend one if needed). The room and bathroom were on the smaller side but very clean and had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, great water pressure, and I felt safe walking around the area.

Location was good, near the metro and bus stops. Plenty of restaurants nearby, easy to order a Uber Taxi. The area is pleasant and feels safe, there’s a decent supermarket nearby where you can buy drinks etc to put in the fridge in your room. The staff are friendly and helpful with maps and recommendations where to go. The excursion companies all pick up at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the shower/bathroom were great!

Located in a really good area of Santiago, close walking distance to many restaurants and stores you’ll need (convenience stores, pharmacies, etc). Always felt safe when I went out walking. Our experience at this hotel was amazing! We were very pleased that Leandra was able to honor an early check-in. After such a long flight, it was nice to finally get some rest. The breakfast buffet at this hotel has a lot of options and the service is really good. We also liked that there were two other restaurants available for lunch or dinner. Sky Costanera and the Cenco Mall are both within walking distance. Many restaurants and bar options are nearby. This is a higher end area of the city and we felt safe. We would stay here again!

This is a decent hotel and a nice area of the business district Vitacura. The room was nice and clean in the bed was comfortable. But the most memorable part was the affiliated restaurant downstairs, the QB. The price is a reasonable and the menu selections are outstanding. I had two different entrées there and they were both fantastic, especially considering the price I made. They have bar drink specials five or six nights a week, I think the best ones are on Friday and Saturday night as it’s two for one for many selections. The service in the restaurant was also very good. There’s an outdoor table-seating area where you can smoke cigarettes or cigars if that’s your thing. The hotel also has very good security, and a nice shuttle service driver with a like new van. I paid as much for him to take me to the hotel as I paid for the much less enjoyable Uber vehicle to bring me to the hotel when I arrived in Santiago. But I was solo, so I do not know if they charge by the ride or if they charge per person.

We stayed at this hotel three times in two weeks, when we arrived in Santiago, in between Atacma desert and Torres del Paine, and just before flying out. This is a superb hotel, well maintained, centrally located with walking distance of a large shopping center and Sky Costanera. The rooms were spacious, the service was impeccable, breakfast was very good, and underground parking was free. Great staff across the board, and very helpful - even on Christmas Eve and Christmas day! The front desk staff were amazing and need to be commended. A special thanks to Ms. Yessenia at the front desk - she was exceptionally helpful, and really helped make the stay truly enjoyable. As well as all other staff. Highly recommended.

Stylish, clean, and airy, the property is excellent in every way. The staff were attentive, especially the fellows who helped us with our luggage and the lad named Rodrigo at the front desk. The maid service was exceptional—the room was spotless. Our roomed faced busy Vitacura Ave. but we couldn’t hear a thing. The location is quite good, with access to shopping and many restaurants on Isadora Goyenechea. I can’t vouch for the breakfast because US$20 per person per day didn’t seem worthwhile, especially with multiple coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. I’ll certainly return to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel — its charm lies in the era it was built, giving it a spacious atmosphere you don’t often find in modern accommodations. The architectural details, especially the beautiful art deco staircase leading up from the entrance, add to its character. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating with quite a few requests. They even moved a table and chairs to our balcony upon request, which made our stay feel that much more personalized and special. We really enjoyed our stay at Altiplantico. The location is very central and walkable to many of the sites and restaurants. Plaza de Armas is only a 10 minute walk. The restaurants in LaStarria are about 5 minutes or so. Cerra San Cristobal is only about 20 minutes. We had a Superior Double room. The bed was comfortable. The TV had tons of stations. The shower had lots of hot water and plenty of pressure. It is a walk in shower and not a tub. I prefer the walk in shower. The breakfast is really good with lot's to choose from. It's pretty standard far and tasty. I love the coffee/espresso machine in the lobby. I could get a good cup of Cappuccino any time of day. I think that the best asset for this hotel is the staff. Gabriel, Claudia, and Jonnette were the front desk people that we spoke to the most. They were so helpful with recommendations, tour reservations, directions, and a funny joke. They always greeted us with a "hello" and a smile. All are bi-lingual and maybe even tri-lingual. The cleaning staff is very good too. I don't know their names. The ladies in the morning kept the breakfast area stocked with food. Our rooms were spotless when we came back in the afternoon. This is a wonderful small hotel in a nice central location.

This hotel has a great central location. Just a short distance to the central plaza and 5 mins to lots of bars and restaurants. Our room had a great view over a park and the Museo de Bellas Artes. Both the road and the hotel were very quiet. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a good attached bathroom with a powerful shower. The room had a safe. The breakfast was ok. The staff were very welcoming helpful and friendly.

We stayed her for two nights . The hotel offered a taxi service which we accepted and we were met ion time after our arrival . Although we got to the hotel around 9am , we were offered a room immediately and even told we could have a complimentary breakfast . Extremely kind and thoughtful and much appreciated . Everyone at the front desk was courteous, kind and helpful . The kitchen staff at breakfast time too kept dishes full and cleaned up the tables promptly . The location is very central and an easy walk to restaurants and the attractions in the main part of Santiago . Our room was comfortable but we did not like the design of the bathroom . The sink is in the bedroom and then there are two doors , one for the toilet and the other for the shower. It is not a good arrangement for privacy . But the rooms are clean with a mini bar , safe and plenty of storage space . The bed was very comfortable . We had an unfortunate experience when we did the walking tour . We had stopped for a break at an ice cream shop which was crowded . When I reached to take the ice cream , someone stole my phone from my jacket pocket . Quick as a flash . I should have put it in an inside pocket or deep into my purse. Anyway nothing could be done and we finished the tour and went back to the hotel. Claudia was very sympathetic and as we wanted to file a police report she wrote down the incident in Spanish and allowed use to f the phone to contact our server . This is my second stay (last time was two or three years ago). The hotel was already good but I think the service has improved. Staff were previously helpful and engaging - they just had a good attitude, and I think this has improved further. Breakfast has also improved a lot; there was a range of fresh fruit, cheeses, cold meats, omelette, fresh juices, teas, coffees etc... but everything seemed pretty high quality. In many parts of Latin America it is hard to get a good breakfast even at a reasonably expensive hotel. We stayed on a top floor room; the views over the city are not amazing but pleasant, the balcony area is a lovely touch. There was a useful office / dressing area, separate from the main sleeping area. The local area has a lot of great restaurant and bar choices, all very walkable.

Altiplanico in Bellas Artes is a beautiful space with very friendly and helpful staff. My room was very comfortable and the cleaning team was flexible and on top of things. Their keycard system went down for a couple of days and so the reception desk workers dutifully escorted me to my room to personally let me in, I really appreciated their attention. Breakfast was good and the lobby was very nice to hang out in; the automated coffee/espresso maker is free all day for guests and is perfect for a spot of coffee before hitting town. One more thing, the area is incredible. Very artsy and hip, lots of shops and the great Lastarria restaurant row a 5 min walk from the hotel. The Metro is right around the corner.

Our family had a good time at Wyndham Santiago Pettra. First off, the location was perfect to our needs as it was super close to restaurants, shopping mall and on the way to the mountains for skiing. The facilities are beautiful and fairly quiet at night. The room was really comfortable — clean, cozy, and the bed was amazing after a long day out exploring. We slept so well! The breakfast buffet was very good. Plenty of tasty options, fresh coffee, and a relaxed vibe. Great way to start the day. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. It just made the whole experience feel welcoming. Also, having parking right on site was a huge plus - no big stress trying to find a spot or worry about the car. Just parked and relaxed. Not sure about the public transportation options in the area, though. All in all, we’d stay here again. It just made our trip that much better.

The staff were fantastic, they were very friendly and amenable and were incredibly helpful when we were making our plans for our onward journey. They really went the extra mile to assist us and we were really overwhelmed by their kindness. The hotel is in a good position and the pool is lovely and clean and the rooms are comfortable. We had a very satisfying stay in Santiago.

In general a very nice place to stay. The only two things that could be better is the air conditioner in the room we stayed in was very weak and we spent much of the night not being able to sleep because of the heat, and the pool was not well maintained and had cloudy water with leaves and bugs in it.

1 night @ Pullman hotel and Ofelia restaurant for valentines dinner and a breakfast This was a short stay- after being on the plane and at airports and all the days travels, I just wanted to rest! This hotel was wonderful. Friendly staff, great location, and great rooms. It was Valentine’s Day! The hotel decorated their restaurant and bar “Ofelia” accordingly. Of corse I had no reservations but they were very accommodating and allowed us to join their wonderful evening. The ambiance was romantic, the music was provided by a live singer, The staff were very precise and knowledgeable. It was beautiful. The next day the hotel and bar turn into a lively breakfast that included an omelette bar, yogurt bar, variety of fresh fruits and breads, many finger cakes and a wonderful display of natural honey. Fresh juices and mimosas were also available! My lovely girlfriend and I will be coming back regularly during my stays in Chile. It helped make our vacation start off perfectly.

The hotel is great! The staff overall are very good. We booked the king suite with a view and the views are incredible and the king suite was large and very comfortable. The beds were great. The hotel is in a nice safe location. The breakfast was very good and the pool is pretty nice.

This is a trully amazing hotel. Brand new and impeccable conditions. Great rooms, gym and pool area. Location cannot be better. Breakfast is very good.

Everything worked as expected. The only thing I need to mention is that if you travel during their winter you may have to request that they turn on the AC in the room. Is kind of similar to Europe which is vexing. At least here they could turn it on. Same applies to Argentina and Uruguay. The breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. Water pressure was ok. Bed and pillows were find. English and Spanish channels. There is a small refrigerator. You have to go up to the bar to get ice. View from the terrace was espectacular if there is no fog or smog. Pool is small. All in all no complains.

The Vegas is an older, historical property that has been made into a hotel. It is in a quiet, cobblestoned area of the city just a block away from a main boulevard and subway stop. It is not luxurious but it is comfortable. The beds and bathroom are nice, you have individual control of your room temperature, and the included buffet breakfast will fill you up nicely. And the staff members are extremely nice and helpful. You will have to climb one or two flights of stairs to get to your room. So the Vegas is affordable, comfortable but not luxurious, and a friendly and safe place to stay.

We stayed in the Hotel Vegas for two nights in August 2013 on our way back from Easter Island to the UK. The hotel is a converted older house very near to the church of San Fransisco. It's situated within walking distance of central Santiago and is very convenient for the tourist sites. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly although their English is limited. They can arrange fixed price taxis to the major tourist spots and stored our luggage for us. The room we had it was clean and comfortable however there was no window looking out externally the window looked out onto an inner landing area. There was decent free wi-fi provided. There is a continental buffet type breakfast which was perfect to set us up for the day. All in all we were very pleased to have found this hotel, particular given the price of the rooms which was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The hotel is surrounded by old buildings and cobbled pavements which is quite nice. There are a few open air restaurants just beside the hotel. The room was big and clean, although the amenities are not great. There is no lift, so moving up and down the three floors could be a problem for some. It is very close to the University de Chile metro station so moving around is easy. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Overall it is a good stay for the price you pay.

We had our last great view of the Andes from our suite which was tastefully appointed and cozy. Staff service was impeccable and breakfasts were generous and well presented. We chose this hotel for the heated pool as we are lap swimmers and its length was a compromise but it was compensated with great views. It is conveniently located to the Metro (Tobalaba Station) and a famous shopping complex (Costanera) with its famous view of the city and beyond. Wished we had stayed here in our initial stay in Santiago!

I loved the rooftop indoor pool- great view and received the sun from outside, also it was empty. The room was also spacious and the bed and shower super comfortable.

The Hotel was very conveniently located and the main lobby area was really great. The food and drink were not expensive. However the rooms and else where in the hotel were very tired and in need of modernisation And the railings in the lifts were smeared I felt I couldn’t hold onto them. Our room was clean but there were chips out of the table and the area around the sink in the bathroom was chipped also. The swimming pool however was great and we really enjoyed swimming after a days sight seeing. The shower rooms were a bit old and worn . All said though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santiago and very much looking forward to coming back to the hotel . It was unfortunate that there was a country wide power cut in the middle of our stay although the hotel had there own generator so we weren’t out of power for too long well done

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NH Collection Plaza Santiago. From the moment we checked in until we checked out the staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location within a vibrant area of Santiago with many restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel is also located only one block from tallest building in South America, with great views of the city and surrounding Andes mountains! Hotel also has a great breakfast buffet. Our last stop on our South American journey and the NH did not disappoint. Large, comfortable room, great bathroom/shower and a killer view of 'Sanhatten'. Hotel is right next to the Costenera tower and metro stop if you need it. Many options for shopping, dining are right there. There's also an Hop On/Off tour bus stop directly across the street. There restaurant and bar were nice and the service was very good. Great access to many of the sights and if you plan to go out of town it's a good base. We hope to come back one day.

Really amazing property. It's in a very safe area, it's super clean, and the food at the restaurant was decently priced/very flavourful. Everyone in our group of 4 were pleased with out stay. The only downside was the pool water being very murky for the first few days of our stay. After we informed the front desk that there was an issue with the water, the quickly fixed it and provided us with complimentary breakfast the next day. If it wasn't for the pool water, I'd give it a 10/10. Shout out to Elias and Katarina for being amazing staff!

Reception staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave bags until we could check in later. Location is good, whilst being away from the the city centre there are metro stations within walking distance and we used the local stop of the hop on - hop off bus to tour the city and learn a little of it's history. The top floor restaurant and terrace is fantastic with good food and drinks and wonderful views over the local area. Breakfast was not included but the fixed price allowed access to a wide variety of breakfast options. My wife was very happy with the pool and sunbeds.

My favorite was the Starbucks on the first floor and the staff FOR sure. From the lobby you can tell the experience is going to be great in every aspect. Well located, nearby so many shopping opportunities, clubs and restaurants. The facilities are top of the line: amazing jacuzzi (that you have to book in advance), big refreshing pool with service staff ready to meet all your needs. I required a special wine and cheese for my husband and I to share apon arrival and it was the best wine of 2024, an exquisite bottle of chardonay. I really recommend and will definitely be back.

Second time stay, last time was in Feb. 2019. In safe and quiet Providecia area, this hotel is very reasonable low price for a suite room. Mini bar has enough space to keep own water PET bottles and beers. Breakfast buffet is almost same during my stay (5 days), but enough variety. The Express Lider supermarket is 10 min. walking distance. Two METRO stations (L1) are nearby. Front is friendly, and the bar at lobby is good.

It was nice clean, and spacious. The breakfast was nice. The beds were comfortable. The shower head was weird and water sprayed outside tub. Would rather have just a walk in shower and one that does spray water all over. Only a 1/4 size glass shower wall.

We loved the modern style bathroom, it was perfect. The bed was amazing and we loved our view of the city and mountains from the 9th floor of this building. The location was great for visit both the historic part of town and the modern area around los leones. We also loved going for late night drinks and food in the local bar in italian neighbourhood.

This hotel is one of our favorites in Santiago. It is absolutely perfect in all senses. It is in a mall so, if you visit Santiago for shopping, it is a good place to stay. The mall is not very big, but it is very nice and safe. The hotel room was big, comfortable, clean... I recommend having breakfast at the same hotel because it has an excellent price-quality ratio. A very nice stay, we will come back and I definitely recommend it.

The swimming pool has a spectacular view of just the Sky Costanera and other skyscrapers. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the hotel could use some upgrading to get 10. The pool would be good to clean and paint and so would the bathrooms, I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and you can see it has become a bit run down.

This hotel was nice, but nothing to write home about. It’s very clean and in a decent location, the lobby is lovely and the staff was nice. The outdoor patio is nice, but filled with smokers. The pool was closed for maintenance while I was here, but looked like a nice corner to hang out in the sun.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Director in Santiago Vitacura during my recent business trip. Extremely convenient for national and international airport terminals, for overnight stop between flights. No added stress of getting to the airport in the morning! Inevitably limited opportunity to use the facilities within the hotel! But a quick dip in the pool was nice! Good restaurant for both evening menu and breakfast

The location made everything easy. I was worried the rooms would be awful, but they were solid. Comfortable beds. Found it all relaxing. Husband and one kid enjoyed the pool and sauna. Would do again if I needed to be close to the airport.

This hotel was very well located in a safe neighborhood (IMO). Walking distance to restaurants and the Costanera Center. The hotel itself was very well priced and we got a huge suite for our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We would have happily stayed longer and would definitely consider this hotel when returning to Santiago in the future. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. We only had the included breakfast for one of the days as we left at around 3.30am on the final day. The breakfast was pretty standard (similar to the offer of most Santiago hotels) but it was tasty and freshly prepared. We sat on the outdoor terrace (breakfast is on floor 17) and had a spectacular view over the surrounding area. The pool is on this floor as well - we didn't get to use this facility but looked through the doors to it and it looked great! Lots of positives for this hotel including cost, location, cleanliness, friendly staff and quiet. We would definitely return.

I loved the location of this hotel, the breakfast buffet and the room I booked. I totally recommend the King suite. It's big, classy and quiet. Overall, everything is very clean. Omg, the breakfast is wonderful with very nice views of the city. Several relatives came to have dinner or lunch with me during my stay. The restaurant offers a really good menu at reasonable prices. We all had a great time. But no place is perfect. The gym gets too warm. It needs better air circulation. I didn't take a swim in the pool, but looked fantastic with, again, nice views of Las Condes. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

We loved the amenities. The rooftop pool is small, but was not usually in use when we went in the evenings and it was kept incredibly warm. I am not sure this was normal, but it was close to hot tub temps and felt great considering the chilly fall air outside. It was very peaceful and relaxing. There is a small area to suntan outside as well. The basement has the game room with billiards, chess and dominos available. The tables are more american style and the cue sticks as well... and to my surprise the cue sticks were not horrible (although not great). The location is also amazing with numerous restaurants nearby and Costanera Center close by as well. We felt very safe walking around and experienced no issues. I also liked that you could open the windows slightly to get some fresh air. It was cool at night so we didn't need the AC at all.

1. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Such variety. The fruit was so tasty. 2. Front Desk Staff: I had questions about the bill and the front desk staff were very helpful and explained what to expect (credit card refund). 3. Location/safety: We felt safe walking around the area. Many restaurants and bars close by (walking distance).

Hotel Diego De Almagro ~ Providencia offers good services to their passengers at fair prices. Their rooms are comfortable and quiet as compared to other hotels closer to Providencia or Nueva Providencia , main arteries which represent the newer hupcup of Santiago's business, commercial and entertainment centers.Thus, its location is in the Commune of Providencia that happens to be a safe and well protected area of the city. Breakfast services are provided for an extra charge which is cheaper than what nearby cafes or restaurants charge. Breakfast food is great and plentiful, by the way. The hotel staff is very professional and English is spoken at the main counter. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I enjoyed staying at this particular hotel because it was within ten (10) minutes from Providencia' s centrum by foot.

Very nice hotel. The pool was down for maintenance. The staff made arrangements for me to visit a neighboring hotel with a roof top pool. Very good hotel.

Initial room was a bit dated with shower in bath which we had trouble getting out of being over 70 years, but they immediately upgraded us to a walk in shower room, with a better view. Hotel is close to shopping malls and plenty of restaurants to choose from with various cuisines. Hotel staff were excellent - very friendly especially at check-in, and breakfasts were great - we had a breakfast box on two days as we had an early pick-up, and they were more than adequate. They can also book day tours and make recommendations which we found very useful. The hotel restaurant was quite expensive for what we had, and we only ate there for one evening, but all restaurants in the malls were also fairly expensive, so be prepared to pay - Santiago is an expensive place.

Stayed one week, great service and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The buffet is the best in all Santiago in terms of variety and quality ! For the family there everything, a lot of proteins with a cook to serve you your choice of eggs and omelettes, lots of vegetarian options hot, great cold bar and fruit bar and sweets to satisfy any taste. The best thing for long stays is that its never the same in the hot options but they are always amazing, can’t get bored of the buffet breakfast ! Thumbs up to the team !

What a great location, it was easy to find great restaurants, shopping, and day tours. Our room was terrific, we got an upgrade to a corner room, what a view. The staff was very helpful, be sure an visit the concierge, he was great. Breakfast was a buffet with an omelette station. You are lone long block from a huge shopping mall, you could spend a day there and not visit half the complex. We are titanium members and we stayed in nearly one hundred hotels, this was in the top ten!

In town for a special convention, and the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating. Customer service was excellent. The location is perfect, next to 2 malls, with several options for food, as well as a grocery store. Ate at the hotel’s restaurants more than once, because the food was good. Breakfast was excellent as well with several options to satisfy all. Rooms were a nice size and clean. Excellent stay at the Marriott.

The pool was small but nicely appointed and the poolside bar was excellent. The front desk and security staff were all excellent.

The location was excellent with a lovely view of the library out our window, & easy to walk to many places. The room was clean, comfortable & wth the most amazing ‘rain’ shower! We especially enjoyed the pool, & relaxing rooftop area, open anytime. The breakfast in the dining room was excellent & good value. The staff were helpful, friendly, & accommodating. It was a bonus that most could speak English. Another ‘extra’ we appreciated was the water bottle refill station in the lobby.

The hotel is modern with friendly, english speaking staff at reception. Nice breakfast buffet. Pool and bar on the 5th floor terrace. Well siruated to explore on foot. You can coordinate an airport transfer for 29 000.

Across the street from Cerro Santa Lucia and two blocks walk from a trendy and lovely urban cafe area. Short walk to parks, museum and the river area. Metro and buses at the front door. Lovely staff and a very pleasant pool terrace area with bar and great city views.

This accommodation met my needs perfectly - distance from the meeting venue, quiet spacious room, clean, nice view - St. Francis church and some mountains (not Cordileras des Andes) and despite the facing the main street (avenida de libertador..O'Higgins), it was fairly quiet. Staff was very helpful despite my language barrier of my non-existant Spanish and breakfast was quite good. It is very centrally located, 1 minute from the metro station and if staying only nearby, then many things can be reached by walking only. Wifi was stable.

So clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing, I was poorly whilst there and they were very understanding and helpful and went out of their way to make it easier. Breakfast was really great too.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the Old Town area of Santiago, close to Lastarria and Bellavista which are both wonderful for many restaurants and bars. The swimming pool area of the hotel is small and quiet but perfect to get away from the city feeling for a moment. However, there was a national power outage in Chile on our first night and although this only lasted a few hours the hotel did not have any power for over 12 hours which wasn't ideal. The staff did deal with this the best they could but it still caused us inconvenience like being unable to have food in the restaurant etc.

We had an emergency at the airport and luckily we found a room at this hotel. Everyone was so nice to us. From the concierge to the receptionist. They explained the food and locations. The hotel is beautiful in its own way. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and we heard nothing through the night. Very well located. And the pool was perfect. It is really like the pictures they show.

The hotel is located in an upscale residential neighborhood directly across the street from a large modern indoor/outdoor shopping mall with numerous restaurants / movies and bowling ! This was extremely convenient - The area is safe and quiet - HOWEVER - please note that the road directly in front of the hotel is a very busy 4 lane freeway - you get to the mall on an overpass which is easy but the rooms that face that road are noisy - we had to switch from the 9th floor facing the road to a room that faced the back of the hotel which was still spectacular as it looked into the Andes - always request a room that faces the back side off the main road The buffet is excellent and the beds comfortable - the hotel staff was extremely attentive - the outdoor pool is very quiet and serene - Good value - amazing views of the Andes and only 15 minutes from downtown Santiago

The Metro is a bit of a walk but easy to find. Uber is simple, quick and not expensive so the location worked well for us. We stayed here for our final days of our tour with GAdventures, and it was miles better than the reviews suggest. We had slummed it a tiny bit over our 2 months in South America so maybe that's clouded my opinion a bit, but still...we found a tiny room with a toilet that I had to reverse into like a delivery van in a tight cul-de-sac, but the room itself it was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. All through South America we'd experienced various levels of quality during breakfast, so I was delighted to find a coffee machine that provided more than brown grit and they had some Euro-style pastries. They weren't the best in the world but they were a welcome surprise. The staff were all friendly, well-presented and spoke good English (I'm afraid our Spanish skills are typically British...) and the hotel looked quite nice generally. Unlike other places we'd stayed, the shower was reliably warm - it's amazing what simple things you crave after a few weeks. The hotel is also located in a safe area with various restaurants and bars and just a short walk to the nearest Metro station (Manuel Montt). We extended our stay by a couple of days to give us a chance to explore the city before moving on, and even though we booked it through the tour company the price (~£50 per night) wasn't unreasonable at all, especially given how expensive Santiago (and Chile generally) is compared to Bolivia. We also got slightly lucky and witnessed a couple of lovely sunsets from our window!

I needed a safe hotel near the metro. Quick access to all Santiago attractions. Comfortable bed, quiet environment. No safe in the room. But the elevators are only with a room card and there is security at the entrance. The area is safe. There are several restaurants and bars. You can't eat in the hotels after 10:00 PM.

The room is comfortable and the location is amazing, very safe and close to a lot of different restaurants. The hotel is Eco friendly which is definitely a plus!

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Plenty of stores, restaurants and attractions nearby. The material condition of the building inside and outside was good and clean.

The location was great, very safe and had lots of places around for eating, shopping and quite close to almost everywhere, it was even possible to walk to the city center, and for the other places it was very easy to reach anywhere by metro since the metro station was very close 🙃 It was pretty clean and i had a nice view of Andes Mountains from my window. The staff was very helpful even though some can’t speak English that well, i can’t thank them enough for their hospitality 🙏🏻

Nice hotel in a perfect location in central Santiago. Walking distance to all tourist attractions. Yes, it's a bit tired and needs some work, but the staff are wonderfully kind and welcoming. Great value for money, a spacious suite with separate living area & even small kitchenette. Staff were lovely, even carrying my luggage down the road to the taxi (see below). Breakfast very good - a buffet with all the usuals plus lots of pastries, biscuits and cakes which were delicious.

Dinner is available, but was not used by us. Clean, (not luxery) well appointed rooms, with minibar and A/C. The hotel has an elevator, so no dragging of suitcases up and down the stairs, which sometimes is the case in smaller hotels.

A little oasis, helpful owner and staff, beautiful swimming pool, even helped me clean my hire car. The security lady was especially helpful and shared her love of the Beatles. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and wandering in their garden with lots of surprises including a train! We had a lovely balcony

This is a typical Novotel. Modern, efficient and clean with a no-nonsense approach to lodging. It is, as they all are, not luxurious but comfortable and with a helpful and courteous staff. The hotel is ideal for a business traveler or vacationer who is not planning on spending a lot of time in a hotel. The provided breakfast was very ample and with a good variety although the hot dishes were not particularly hot. The internet connection was good and comes with the room. It would be hard to find a better deal for the money.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Turn the corner and you are walking cobbled streets with a few great restaurants and bars. Room was dated but comfortable and a really good size. The staff were friendly and helpful , really nice people. Breakfast was also good.we went to the karaoke bar around the corner and had so much fun! They played Kylie Minogue for us and we danced into the wee small hours. Such lovely locals !

After a horrible initial apartment experience, we decided to immediately check out and booked Intercontinental on the spot. And what a difference that made! Nice spacious rooms, nice breakfast, and usually quiet pool upstairs. One downfall: the wireless only works in a newer tower which we moved to after a nice stay in the older one. The concierge offered us a free breakfast for our efforts. I suggest the stroll in the El Golf as well. Great restaurants in the vicinity.

My mother stayed at this hotel, and the experience was excellent. The location is very good, with a beautiful view of the Andes mountains. The facilities are comfortable and welcoming. They offer a punctual transfer service, which made it very convenient for her to get to and from the airport. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. The room was spotless: very clean, tidy, and equipped with everything listed in the booking. The staff’s service was exceptional, 10/10. Our room had AC, so we could heat up our room. Shower was hot and the room was big enough. Staff was friendly and helpful, they even allowed us to check in before provided time. Location was good, near the park and restaurants, but it didn't seem safe.

A great stay with a room that was spacious, clean, and you can get room service to your room! Breakfast could be served from 06:30-09:00 to help tourists with their tours but otherwise a pleasant stay. Receptionists were very accommodating and helpful considering my limited Spanish

Location Location. We changed our booking to this hotel based on a recommendation from a friend from Santiago. This is a great area. There are so many cafes and restaurants and art galleries all around. Ice crem too. We went to the Sunday market and bought some great presents. There are two Metro stations nearby, so travelling around Santiago is easy. Right opposite the hotel there is the Cerro Santa Lucia which is a hill and park, it is steep to climb, but it has great views of all of Santiago. The hotel is very good, we had a very big room, and it was very clean. Santiago is a really interesting city, worth visiting again, and we would definitely stay here

Hotel Brasilia is centrally located to a very interesting and vibrant part of an otherwise sprawling and intimidating Santiago. I was within walking distance to O’Higgins Parque, Museos Nationales, Virgen y Cupula, and several colorful districts with unique cafes and eateries; from Chilean, to Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) . . . and a Viking Bar!

The property is close to the metro and bus stops. Staff were very polite and professional. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was a nice treat. The hotel itself is a beautiful building.

We stop there for the second time and it's a great place for travellers by car. There is good underground parking, so recommend for everyone who wants to stay in the city center and travel by car or bike. Location is great, there are two super markets, Starbucks, bank. Also there is big improvement in breakfasts (last year breakfast wasn't as good). So good place for its value.

I had a pretty nice stay but there were a few issues - the card key reader on the door was broken, there were no hangers, and the safe was stuck locked. The staff did their best to help me. Luckily there was someone at the reception 24 hours to let me into my room. There were a few issues with cleanliness, but just in certain hard-to-get-to ares like under the bed and dresser. Also there was some sort of rave on the 8th floor in the dining area on Saturday night, which I was not counting on, because I was on the 7th floor, and I was flying out early on Sunday (I was out late myself Friday night, so I didn't notice one way or the other then). Also, though there was room service 24/7, supposedly, coffee wasn't available before 8 am on Sunday (not even in the dining area or lobby). Aside from this, I had very enjoyable stay and had everything I needed. I could not eat any of the breakfast options, because there was nothing gluten free, but they had some things like mango juice, which I enjoyed. The area around the hotel is walkable and filled with tons of restaurants, and there is a big street fair with lots of arts & crafts. It is not too long of a walk to the city center either. I would stay again (but maybe not on the top floor).

The staff was so so sweet & we were lucky enough to be there while they had availability to let us check in early. Super accommodating, easily walkable to restaurants and bars, etc. Everything you would need! Great water pressure as well.

This is a nice hotel in a safe neighborhood that is close to the bus line and Metro. We got the 2 bedroom which was enough space for 5 of us and the hotel staff was very helpful. We were able to check-in a few hours earlybafter our long flight from USA. The only downside is that breakfast isn't available until 8:00 am and they bring it to your room once you call the front desk. We had a tour of Valparaiso and our guide picked us up at 7:30 am so we missed out on the breakfast one of the days. Plenty of restaurants near by, but you can also hear everything from outside in your room. If you are bothered by noise when you sleep be sure to bring some earplugs because there is a lot going on 24 hours a days around this hotel. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

My room was not available on arrival despite having pre-arranged and confirmed my arrival time. This was the only negative as I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, my room extremely comfortable and the location could not be better for what I was looking. I very much enjoyed my stay.

The location for business in the Sanhattan Area is great as only a few blocks walking; also, public transportation is at the door, subway, buses, taxi, scooters, etc. Many places to eat in the area and a 10 min metrobus ride (every 5 min) to one of the top shopping and restaurant malls in Chile.

Great staff, nice. helpful. breakfast ok but coffee was bad. room was super comfy. i would recommend it . they let me leave my luggage after checking out so i could come back and pick it up when my transportation arrive.

The room was clean. It was a good size. Everything worked. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator in the room I had, good shower. There was an elevator and stairs. Breakfast was included in the price I chose. Comfortable bed. Wonderful staff.
