Well from its location in the heart of the city; the driveway and its lobby had a very unique design concept worth to take pics. It’s check-in counter located only at level 3 with its gym and pool, and various functions room to accommodate guests needs. There is however another infinity pool located on the top floor with a bistro, offering breathtaking views of Marina Bay Sands. Building itself is not that high but yet carefully designated each space for various reasons. The room was of acceptable size with its layout of facilities well deserved of every space and full of basic amenities. It does however provide the feeling of being in a rustic; nostalgic yet luxury ambience. Breakfast buffet located at level 1 restaurant and provides more pastries; continental type kind of breakfast. Managed to try out the ala carte dinner at the restaurant; deserved compliment for food flavours and presentation. Service from the F&B staff are commendable since very occupied table were well-observed. The hotel is well connected through public transportation such as public buses and metro lines.

Excellent location, close to transport and shopping. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was modern, clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. Buffet breakfast had great variety. Executive lounge had superb food and drinks, and great atmosphere. Pool was clean, quiet, and had plenty of seats. Rooftop pool had amazing views of MBS and the city.

We had a very comfortable stay at Pullman, Hill St Singapore. Staff were very helpful and friendly from the beginning until our departure. A very sustainable hotel not wasting water. We could freshen up at the pool area before our flight in the evening. Check out is at midday so having a shower before leaving was great. Location is also very central, bar on the top floor with pool and restaurant on vround floor. Breakfast was very delicious too. Our room was very comfortable. Will stay there again when travelling, a longer stay next time! Thank you Pullman!

Excellent hotel with clean spacious rooms in a perfect location for exploring Singapore. The facilities are great, including a rooftop pool with an amazing view and another pool on the third floor. We opted for the executive lounge access which we would highly recommend as the staff, food and drinks are lovely and breakfast is quieter.

This property is amazing. The quality of the amenities in the room is excellent. Best shower pressure I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. Linens on bed are soft and very high quality. Infinity pool is an excellent place to hang out. Close to everything in Singapore.

Stayed here during a three week visit to Singapore. The apartment style room (some of them) are nice with a kitchenette and washer/dryer in the room. Makes it possible to not eat out every night and the washer dryer make it easy to handle informal things. The bed is comfortable and the bathrooms are good The staff was very friendly. There is an infinity pool on the 19th floor and also a lounge if you felll to cramped in the room. Great place for a longer stay in the middle of things

The Outpost was super modern, clean and easy to get to by car and by Sentosa Express train from Vivo city shops. It even had a shuttle that does drop offs and pick ups. Short walk to train station, Universal studios was just next stop. Beautiful infinity pool with a view on Level 7 if you want peace and quiet, or the Village Sentosa Pool was also accessible for Outpost guests. I stayed for two nights with my 16 year son and we were very happy with the room, staff and location.

Room - Excellent, has all the facilities needed and a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of snacks on arrival. Location is also excellent with a short 5 min walk to the Imbiah station to get anywhere on Sentosa and a short ride to Vivo city to get to Harbour Front MRT, so much to do in the location and can get anywhere needed. Pools and lazy river are amazing, Bar staff are very helpful, happy to chat and answer any local questions you may have. The pool area also does movie nights in the pool and has pool games throughout the day.

I love the sky pool party and swimming pool. Very fun and relaxing. The hotel room is quite comfortable and we got upgraded to sea view room due to our birthday celebration.very happy with the service. They even prepare a cake 🎂. I think everything is good except one of the pool under upgrading but overall I’m very satisfied. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views right by the beach with many nearby attractions and facilities and eateries. Very accessible location with public transport. Beautiful pool to watch fireworks and sunsets from, while sipping a drink from the pool bar. Movie screenings by the pool were amazing as well, just soak and watch. Special thanks to staff Reezar, very friendly and helpful, such an asset to the team. Went out of his way to get a cake for our special occasion too. Highly recommended

Amazing, we always look for somewhere quiet as my wife hears Everything! But here there was silence, best hotel stay we’ve had in years. The pool was clean and quiet, the food area was a fully stocked kitchen and always clean! Bed was comfy, proper blackout blind, aircon was good, laundry area was great, good shower and toiletries. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms and amenities are all clean! I like the shower! I really love taking shower! 😆 The pool and the common kitchen is a great part of it most especially that I stayed there for 1 month. Free water too! The bed is comfortable!

Tiny but comfy room with everything you may need, plus all the shared spaces: kitchen, pool, gym, terrace, all designed in style and fun, too. The staff was also very friendly and helpful too: a TV set that didn't show the local channels was fixed within hours. The kitchen could have some additional utensils, but one could use those available in the room.

Very close to NUS Campus (proximity to campus was my preference and for that purpose, this Citadines location is very good). There is an MRT station that is walking distance to this Citadines, as well as the Kent Ridge MRT station which is also walking distance. A coffee shop is conveniently located in the lobby (opens at 9AM). There is Hawker center next to the lobby. The NUS Kent Ridge campus is an easy walk and if you don't want to sweat it, about SGD 8.50 by grab. Fantastic infinity pool which unfortunately I could not use due to time constraints. Self-service laundrette (contactless payment) which is much needed in the sultry climate. The hotel room conveniently had a wash basket in the bathroom. The room is clean, had a small kitchenette. Bathroom was clean and showerhead was good, albeit water pressure was a bit low. NUH is a massive hospital complex with food courts that stay open pretty late, and also has a FairPrice where my son and I shopped for dorm essentials. Plenty of restaurants nearby but sit down restaurants are comparable to US rates. Better to eat at hawker centers and food courts at the MRT station. Downtown Singapore is easily accessible by MRT or Grab, if you want to do a bit of the touristy thing. Get a travel card for SGD 5, and keep topping it up (all international credit cards accepted).

Nice pool and clean environment. The cafe and restaurant were open at the time of our stay but looking forward to their opening. The vending machine by the pool was also just starting to be installed not yet operational.

Brand new hotel, clean, quiet and with very attentive personell. Good pool with horizon view at the city.

Great location for exploring downtown. Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Largest shower I‘ve ever seen, with a great city view. Reception is on 32nd floor and the hotel is above that, so not for those with vertigo! Relaxing infinity pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

This is an extraordinary property in Singapore with iconic views. It was a superb option for our family - everything you could want was on the doorstep with an amazing breakfast buffet, gym and infinity pool. Great service and a memorable experience.

The hotel has amazing amenities for families. My daughters enjoyed the infinity pool along with the friendly staff. The location is key! It’s very close by the famous attractions of Singapore. Most importantly the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The club lounge and the infinity pool were so worth it. Nothing was too much to ask and staff were so helpful in suggesting what to do and where to go. We are definately coming back to the Westin.

Everything is nice at this place, location, breakfast, room, and the infinity pool with the view. All went well till my 4th day when I asked for a coffee in the lobby, they wanna charge me $6 for small cup of coffee, really!! After staying 4 nights and spending over $1000 you didn’t appreciate my business and you charge your clients for cup of coffee that can cost you less then 50 cents. Not a proper way to do business Marriott.

The infinity pool on the rooftop is not big, but not many people use it, so swimming or relaxing there is amazing! Chilling out there with friends or alone with such a view is wonderful! The room is clean and tidy and the city view from the room is lovely too! However, the design of sliding door of the bathroom in order to save space is not that functional.

This hotel is quite the gem. It has a very modern and clean design and an incredible infinity pool. Also it is located right on top of the Novena subway station which makes it very convenient to get around the city. This is quite possibly a perfectly situated hotel. Also the staff is very nice and professional.

Hotel is located in Novena, a bit removed from the busy city-center. It is located next to Novena square, where there are 2 malls nearby and direct connection to the city center by metro. Hotel looks and feels new, mostly because it is new. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel views are great, and depending on what side of the hotel you are on- you can properly see the Singapore skyline. Rooms are comfortable with enough space for the business traveler or the traveling couple. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped. The hotel's pool is also worth mentioning. The roof-top infinity pool is a nice as it looks in the pictures - and I would highly recommend this hotel almost exclusively because of the pool.

My staycation at the Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena was nothing but amazing, maybe just a small hiccup towards the end of the stay. 3 hours before I checked in, I had a last minute birthday request for my boyfriend. Even though it was super rush and they even ran out of cakes, they prepared 5 flavoured macarons for us in return! Very yummmy! Upon checking in, we requested for a higher floor so they gave us 2 floors higher and minutes after we checked into our room, the birthday surprise came! Their facebook responds was really prompt too. All my enquires and requests were efficiently answered to with a really good service! Also I couldn’t book for xmas dinner on chope because it was already fully booked. But they managed to help me secure 2 seats for that special night. Really appreciated their great help! Our room view at level 29 was totally unblocked and captivating even though the room was a little small, it comes with a ceiling to floor glass window. And what amazes us the most is the view at level 33, together with an infinity pool. It was totally an ig-worthy location! I would strongly recommend this place for a short getaway! However, on my last day of the staycation, before I go for a wedding I was about to iron a crumpled jumpsuit. And it happened that we did not check the temperature, it was at his highest point I guess and my brand new cloth was badly burnt :( The Sky22 festive dinner was not as good as expected but breakfast was awesome!!!

We stayed at this hotel during July. The staff were kind and helpful, with special compliments to the team in charge of breakfast. The breakfast was always fresh and varied. The pool was clean, never too crowded, and perfect for refreshing after exploring the city. The air conditioning in the room could be turned on and off, allowing guests to create a comfortable environment. The hotel’s location is excellent – just a 30-minute leisurely walk from the city center and close to many restaurants and cafés.

It was a pleasant stay. The infinity pool was amazing for an afternoon swim and the Sky Bar staff were very attentive. There a signs of wear and tear like any hotel but nothing that a bit of care and a lick of paint can’t fix. There first thing I noticed at reception was the black countertop is looking a little tired. The breakfast is great and all staff there are incredible. In particular Ivan, who is very welcoming, kind and considerate. He literally does not stop moving. In fact all the staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming! We would stay here again.

A stone throw away from the shopping area of Singapore - Orchard Road! A modern aesthetic, sleek and luxurious interior design makes for great photo taking 😜 what i loved: • amazing panoramic and unobstructed view of the Marina Bay Sands (of course we were lucky on a higher floor) • complimentary mini bar drinks & healthy snacks • location! easily walkable to mrt station & shopping malls • gorgeous infinity pool - thank you rose who worked at the pool who was super attentive, she brought us water and offered snacks without us asking! what could make it better? • the hotel provided a complimentary coffee made by a robot in the mornings but they did not have a milk alternative & I'm lactose so i couldn't enjoy it. • more welcoming/warm staff upon entry. didn't feel a proper guest experience during this stay.

Service, facilities are top-notch, location is perfect on a relatively quiet corner along Orchard Road, which is just 10 steps away from Paragon and the underground connect to ALL the major malls along Orchard Road. COMO represents a modern concept of luxury hotel, the room is spacious with sufficient natural brilliance, thanks to its modern design with simplicity that makes guests feel right at home. Service is warm, professional and very thoughtful The whole wellness concept embedded in COMO makes it truly one of a kind. While the highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool - as echoed already in other reviews - the other parts of COMO’s wellness programme available at COMO Shambhala just alleviates the level of enjoyment for visitors. During my short stay I’ve taken a pilates class at its cute and new studio, which is very refreshing. Being able to visit Cedric Grolet at the G/F of the hotel with priority booking service at front desk is definitely a sweet surprise for this stay at COMO - starting the day with the buttery smell from CG is an absolute bliss.

My stay at Momentus Hotel Alexandra from March 18 to March 21, 2025, was truly exceptional. The Veranda infinity pool offered breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond to provide top-notch service by assisting me get to my destination. The location was perfect—quiet and serene, which I like very much.

The room, bedding, and bathroom were all very clean, and the hotel’s infinity pool was a highlight — we had a wonderful time swimming and relaxing with the family. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Although the hotel is not right next to an MRT station, it’s definitely not far by adult walking standards, and there’s a bus stop nearby, which made it easy to get to major tourist attractions. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit in the future.

Housekeepers are polite and eager to serve, even when they are busy. Infinity pool is wonderful and clean, maintenance team attending to repairs very professional. Club manangers observant and attentative, respectful to all stayers. Laska wasnt good. Too much contrast in taste to local famous stalls. But Verandah staff bravely try to bring sambal and do what they could to salvage. Taste affected but hearts are warm. Thank you to beautiful team in Momentus!

It's like my second home everytime I came here for a business trip 2 to 3 time a year. All the staff was very accommodating specially Ms. Umairah. Either queen or deluxe room are fantastic and very clean. You may choose sunrise or sunset location. But I preferred sunset facing the pool to captured the amazing view of the clouds almost everyday. I like the pool, roof top bar and the gym very much. Price value is average in my opinion.

I booked a birthday treat for my partner after 2 weeks travelling around South East Asia & it was the best send off we could have had expected! From the warmest welcome, all the friendly, attentive staff, the lovely birthday surprise awaiting us in the room on arrival, to the dining/rooftop experience. The rooftop infinity pool with a stunning view of MBS was particularly a highlight of our stay. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay with you, thank you again!

Excellent all round. The room was beautiful with spectacular views. Rooftop pool was amazing with attentive staff providing water and iced fruit. Breakfast buffet was superb. All staff were attentive, friendly and professional. Particular mention goes to Diana who went above and beyond in providing the best customer service. We are especially grateful that she was able to arrange the delivery of a special surprise birthday treat to our room at short notice. We truly appreciated her personal attention. In our opinion the best hotel experience in Singapore.

The room was quite new and extra modern with city landmark views. Breakfast was delicious and with lots of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. The roof top bar and swimming pool are with wonderful views we would remember it forever. The hotel allowed us to check in early in the morning and check out 2pm due to our flight schedules without extra costs.

We had a great stay here. The staff are excellent and really go over and above to ensure a great stay. The room was a good size with nice views and surprisingly quiet. It was also immaculately clean. We had Sunday brunch in the restaurant which was great. Breakfast was also good. The pool was a great size with plenty of loungers so finding a spare one was never a problem. Lantern was also great with views across the marina. We’d have no hesitation in staying here again.

Room was exceptional and bed very comfortable. Room service, breakfast buffet, lantern bar and The Lobby high tea all wonderful. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Yoga is a must! Lovely pool.

We stayed for 2 nights to break our journey to Australia - I can honestly say it’s one of, if not the, best hotel we’ve stayed at. We had a club room with a balcony which was fabulous, Sarah, Justin and all the staff in Haus 65 were beyond superb, the food was amazing ( thank you to the chefs who we never saw) The atmosphere in Haus 65 created by the staff with their discrete but attentive service was fabulous. We also made use of the free limo, which was an electric Porsche superbly driven by Eric who we thoroughly enjoyed chatting to on the journey. We couldn’t fault Nizman or any of the front house team who were so friendly and efficient. We had a fabulous meal at Dolce Vita and a lovely cocktail in MoBar again being served by premier league staff. All in all a top class stay with top class staff ( in our opinion better than the staff at the hotel up the road with the iconic infinity pool ) Thank you to all the team at the Mandarin Oriental … you are outstanding

Outstanding service and beautiful room. We had a marina view room- you will not be disappointed. The Mandarin is perfectly placed to explore all that Singapore has to offer. Room service is as you would expect. The breakfast is magnificent but don’t arrive after 10 am as service starts to close. I believe that staff are happy here and always accommodating and so polite. The pool area has a lifeguard and the pool staff were so attentive. We could have stayed at other hotels, but I’m a Mandarin convert all the way.

Everything! Service was great! The staff even led us to the lift as it’s our first time staying at the property. They gave us free eye mask on the first night, and peppermint tea on the 2nd night. The pool was great too. If there’s more changing and shower room, it would be wonderful. They even served us drinks at the pool! Didn’t expect that.

Beautiful pool and immaculate service there and in the hotel generally. Loved the little touches like bringing juice and kombucha to you when you arrive at the pool. Good gym. Great location and we love the mall the hotel is connected to.

We stayed 3 nights in a Club Level room with an incredible view. This hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Great location. The pool area is beautiful. We had access to the lounge on the 21st floor and this was one of my favorite hotel lounges. Great food and cocktails with a great view. We ate dinner at their Italian restaurant and it was delicious. Everyone that works there is so very nice and helpful. Beautiful hotel!!!

The best hotel in Singapore. I think The Raffles(heritage & luxurious) and Sands(Wonderful & Infinity pool) are two top in this city.

The suite and hotel facilities (particularly the pool) were excellent. The staff were all extremely helpful, efficient and very friendly. We tried the Writers Bar, The Tiffin restaurant, the pool every day, the Long Bar and the complimentary history tour. The chocolates in the suite were delicious too!

Why settle for run of the mill 5 star rated hotels, when you can stay at The Raffles which is rich in history and maintaining the civilities of another era. The accommodation is more suites than rooms, with a sitting room for extra comfort off the main bedroom featuring comfortable twin queen beds, with richly appointed bedding. The bathroom was well apportioned and had all toiletries needed. The rooftop pool made for a relaxing time with a bar and staff on hand to assist with any requests. Breakfast was included, with many food options including Asian and Western breakfast.

This is without a doubt the best hotel I've ever stayed in. We stayed in the Lady Mountbatten suite for one night on our way to Bali on our honeymoon. The room was massive, the facilities fantastic and the staff incredible! We used the gym, the pool, drank at the long bar, and ate dinner in the Tiffin room. I wish I lived in this hotel.

Totally exceeded our expectations, beautiful hotel which felt a privilege to stay there. The suites are incredible, absolutely everything catered for and the staff wonderful, special mention to the gorgeous doormen who are more than happy to take photos with them and for you. Breakfast fabulous choice, loved the pool and we ate in the Tiffin, delicious Indian food.

The Four Seasons hotel in Singapore is located in a strategic position (very close to Orchard Road, the heart of shopping in Singapore) and has a very accurate service. It is family friendly with a family pool on the rooftop but also offers privacy to adults with the 12 years and above only pool with separate jacuzzi on level 3. The only inconvenience was at checkout when there was a misunderstanding with the restaurant One Ninety but this stuff happens. Overall, I'm very happy and will come back again when in Singapore

Very nice hotel, the rooms are exceptionally comfortable with a lot of small details that makes a difference. Great they have a hot tub and 2 different pools (a rooftop one and another one close to the spa area). The staff at the rooftop pool was exceptionally kind, supportive and we felt treated the four seasons way.

We had a great stay at The Four Seasons. Lovely, classic style hotel and we had an amazing room with breathtaking views. The service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early in the morning and were delighted that our room was ready to use straight away. There were some lovely touches throughout our stay: fruit in the room, iced water available on our return to the hotel each day, fresh fruit, sorbets and fruit juices offered at the rooftop pool. Staff were so friendly and helpful and our stay was relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. All day coffee and cold drinks and nightly happy hours with drinks and snacks for all guests are nice perks. Lap pool and gym are small, but nice. Good location - can walk along the river and there's a food center, a mall, and many restaurants and bars within a short walk.

Located close to two MRT stations and great World Mall for food. Right on the river with otters playing there, in front of our room. Walk out the front and stroll along the river for awesome dining options. Have a drinks and canapes before you set out or have them by the pool. Continental breakfast was more than enough with varied options. Coffee and soft drinks available all day. Staff are very helpful. Room was spotless and had everything you need. Quiet. Block out drapes. Great shower. We had the one bed apartment. Washing machine/ kitchen/ coffee machine. They have thought of everything.

We absolutely loved staying in this hotel. Our room was quiet and comfortable, we had our best sleeps in a long time in that bed. Curtains made the room so dark ;) This was our perfect oasis of tranquility after a long day exploring the city under the hot sun. We really liked the location by the river, it was a nice stroll at any time of the day, but especially at night. Appreciated the happy hour, the free drinks, pool and gym were amazing. Staff very helpful, our cleaning lady was a sweetheart. All in all, pretty close to a perfect stay... we were so sad to leave!

Very comfortable & centrally located accommodation with a focus on quality. Situated along the river Fraser Residences is set well back from the road and extremely quiet. Access directly to the river footpaths is a great asset. Rooms are well equipped and well furnished. Excellent pool and gym - simple but classy. Outstanding main communal working / dining area which serves coffee all day, along with simple (but good) breakfast and early evening snacks. Friendly atmosphere and staff.

Amazing room, very modern, and with all the amenities you could ever need: smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, small kitchenette with all utensils, washer/dryer machine, filtered water, fridge, Dyson hair dryer, wireless phone charger, rain head shower, and so on... Other facilities were also great, nice swimming pool and modern gym. Breakfast and evening snacks were good and plenty enough. It is also in walking distance to a metro station.

Fantastic experience at Fullerton Hotel in Singapore! Amazing hotel, right in the centre of everything. Such a lovely feeling just walking in! We were offered an upgrade for a nominal fee to a fabulous room with a balcony overlooking the river, quite possibly the best room we’ve ever had. The infinity pool overlooking the city and the river could have done with a few more loungers but space is at a premium. Straits Club had a gorgeous afternoon tea daily, delicious tiny scones with jam and cream alongside tea and cakes. The staff in there are excellent, particularly Ryan who attended to our every need. Would love to return one day.

Daniel was absolutely amazing with his service by the pool! Whenever I had my glass of water run out he would promptly refill it with fresh ice and cold water. Daniel also offered many refreshments and snacks by the pool, including a very tasty apple juice he made, and fresh fruit. Aswell as this, the hotel breakfast buffet is very nice! Offering many food options and all very tasty. Finally, all staff I encountered were very sincere and lovely.

The hotel was perfectly located in the Marina Bay Area. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the pool and service we received at the pool.

Pool area top class staff at the poolside brilliant, location is perfect for getting around the only slight downside we had a room with the window view of the courtyard/ Reception would have preferred a bayview or riverview but now nothing major just a preference. The staff at the hotel were 5 star on everything the did would visit again top hotel with a lot of class.

Fullerton is a well known, vintage hotel in Singapore. It is located right next to the river and close to Clarke Quay. It is not exactly next to MRT station but close enough. The room felt smaller than what we expected but the amenities and the facilities were above and beyond! We love the swimming pool and spent significant amount of time in the pool.

This is the second time that I've stayed at the Amoy and my recollection of the hotel and excellent service were unchanged, I really enjoyed staying here again. The hotel is quirky with the entrance being behind a Chinese temple- very atmospheric. A change to my last stay 5 years ago was that I had breakfast this time, which was at the Genius Central restaurant and was absolutely delicious- I shared an avocado toast and a berry smoothie bowl with a family member and both were great. When it came to checking out, I left by bag during the day (they leave them next to the check in desk, which is fine but would have been slightly happier if they locked them away). When I returned to pick them up, I was allowed to go and have a shower at their sister hotel (The Clan) round the corner which was an experience in itself- I peeked into the pool area which is an infinity pool on the 30th floor overlooking the city- amazing!

Amoy Hotel is a true jewel in the middle of Chinatown. It is a significant historical site that dates more than 200 years ago when the first Chinese settlers started coming to Singapore area. Aside from must see history, the hotel offers all what a modern traveler needs. A cup of tea as a warm welcome and the highest level of hospitality. Attentive and eager to help staff, clean rooms and common areas and let’s not forget hearty breakfast after you completed your morning exercise - gym or swimming in an infinity pool overseeing beautiful city panorama. I also happen to celebrate my B- day and here are the gifts - a chocolate cake and bags of custom made teas. Loved it all and if in Singapore again will be back. The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever had. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were lovely with really comfortable beds. The hotel was close to many cafés and a really convenient location. We also loved having access to the pool in the neighboring hotel as well as a workout room.

The place is beautiful, the staff are very attentive, and the area feels safe and lively — full of nice spots for breakfast, lunch, and evening drinks. A wonderful bonus is the access to the breathtaking pool at The Clan Hotel next door. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a good location near Marina Bay Sands. The pool has a pleasant temperature and the service is excellent, especially Louise at the Poolbar. The breakfast offers a wide variety. The rooms are modern and clean.

What a wonderful hotel, huge impressive internal foyer area with amazing staff and exceptional service, the breakfast buffet was incredible, bars and restaurants excellent, great pool and fitness offering- our room had a view of the imrpessive maina bay sands hotel. Easy access to the financial block, marina bay and restaurants and also for us the wonderful Raffles hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel with warm and friendly staff who welcomed us at every occasion. At breakfast you are again welcomed and escorted to a table. Breakfast itself is absolutely amazing-do not skip the breakfast when you book. Every facet of our stay was faultless. The hotel decor is modern and warm. The pool area is great and has a city skyline back drop. The gym was fantastic also, plenty of space and weight machines. The hotel is up there in price but not as expensive as others in the Marina Bay district. I will definitely stay here again. We stayed in the Marina Bay view twin.

A great location on Raffles Blvd, a short walk to shops, Marina Bay and Raffles. A beautiful, relaxing environment with plenty of indoor plants, a very pleasant lounge/bar area. We had a gorgeous suite with wonderful view of the harbour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool and gym.

We had a great stay. Staff were excellent and friendly, very professional. I like to single out Penny in the breakfast area, Shawn, Ghaz and Akbar at the pool area. Kay at the entrance, great welcoming. We will be back for sure!

We had an amazing stay! Capsules were super cosy and comfortable, staff were really friendly, location was perfect, terrace was beautiful where you can drink complimentary matcha lattes, shower and toilet facilities were modern and clean. We had a late bus and they let us store our bags at the property and even have a shower before we left.

I had a great stay at this hostel! The sleeping cube was incredibly well-designed, with a locker, a small table, and hooks for towels and jackets. There was good lighting, two power outlets, and a very comfortable bed with a cozy blanket. The large lockers for luggage were also a big plus. I liked that shoes had to be stored separately in lockable compartments, and the provided slippers made the space feel extra clean. The bathrooms were modern, spacious, and spotless, with fresh foot towels provided. The location at Boat Quay was excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay!

Perfect for first time solo traveller. Capsule was spacious. There was a locker for the suitcase. The extra toiletries and accessories were a nice touch- earplugs, toothpaste, eye mask etc. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The capsules were quiet- did not feel like there was others in the room (up to 24). The reception staff were very helpful. It is along a busy street but the room blocked out the noise. There is plenty of bars and restaurants along the street outside but they are mostly quiet during the day. The MRT to marina bay sands is a 11 minute walk and two stops away Total time 23 minutes. Similar walking distance from Merlin park. McDonald’s 3 minute walk away.

Location is central and allows to explore the main tourist attractions by walking. It is hotel’s priority to keep it safe, clean and comfortable, which they succeed . We had a Quinn size bed and it was super comfortable with great mattress and pillows. Free coffee and water at any time. Staff is welcoming and friendly. It was my first experience with a capsule hotel. All capsules’ neighborhoods were polite and considerate. Over all, I would stay here again and recommend others.

Had a pleasant stay here. Room is very comfortable. Breakfast is very yummy, tough it has not much variance between day-by-day, but eating breakfast there for 4 consecutuve days still doesn't make me bored. Food is delicious. Also they had a welcome tea ceremony. I met the Tea Master, Mr. Kris and he was so welcoming. He explained about the nearby activities very clearly. Also they had an authentic fragrance tea. Love the tea and pastry so much. They also have infinity pool with very good scenery. Thank you for the hospitality.

Lovely hotel, nice location with panoramic views of the city from bedroom windows and infinity pool on top floor. The room is spacious, clean, modern and beautiful shower. The location is a nice stroll to main area to visit marina bay sands, cloud forest (stunning) and unlimited places to eat and drink. The light show is incredible, eating at local food markets is a must and overall a stunning visit to Singapore.

Staff were absolutely fabulous, courteous and extremely helpful. The location was perfect close to many eateries, China town and little India. The atmosphere was luxurious. Great hotel in a great location, would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Singapore. We are family four two teens and had two rooms, interconnecting was delivered as requested. Rooms are modern, clean and whilst small they work. Enjoyed our Nespresso and drinks in the mini fridge that were included in our stay. Great shower. Breakfast is good and varied, buffet with some made to order items too. Really enjoyed a night time visit to the rooftop infinity pool for lit up city views, and also a relaxing couple of hours on the morning we left. You are right next door to an MRT station which is an easy short ride to bayfront, or to HarbourFront for sentosa. We sometimes walked 5mins to Chinatown mrt to be on a different line. We asked concierge about if/how you can see F1 track and after a little chat with fellow concierge and looking at something online he suggested getting S$35 taxi to the area and didn’t really know what you can see. We weren’t convinced and spent a few mins online ourselves to learn that the sky flyer, or area around it is all F1 and my son loved to walk some of the track and see the pits grandstand and podium, shame concierge didn’t just know this too, but maybe it’s not their thing! They did arrange a taxi to airport for us, told us it would be S$32-37 and therefore we were surprised to arrive and be charged S$49.

This hotel is a hidden gem! While the rooms may be on the smaller side, they are incredibly well laid out and make excellent use of the space. The loft is very nice, clean and comfy. The design of the loft is very good. The location is excellent, which is in the centre of Singapore and easy to go nearby shopping malls and tourists spots. The area around the loft is quiet at night, so can have a good night sleep and enjoy relaxing moments. The staff (John and Casta) are very helpful, friendly and professional. There was a false fire alarm activated in the middle of the night. John and Casta are helpful on helping this issue. Recommended for others to stay here for staycation or long term stay!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The property was spotless and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable experience. We received email about accessing room while we were travelling, so this was abit challenging when we arrived and did not know how to access our room once we gain entry into the building. After 12 hours of travelling, it was hard. However the staff was very helpful and came to help us in person. The loft room was ok for a overnight stay but would be abit small or comfortable for a longer stay. There was a view to residential highrise but we kept the window shut because of the air conditoning. Location was very central and good transport network. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out, thank you!. Thank you to helpful staff and their patience. The place was very clean. Recommendation: A few teabags / coffee would go down well.

We loved our apartment - spacious for family of four with two kids, good lounge and dining space, plus tidy and modern kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The pool and gym were great. The accommodation didn't state breakfast was provided for free from Mon to Friday - if they did, then we must have missed it. We were grateful for the lovely breakfast options to take back and eat in our apartment plus coffee. Wonderful place with mall and supermarket below. Fort Canning MRT is a 2 minute walk, super handy. We will definitely come back.

Very convenient location. Next door to grocery store, 711, restaurants, bus stop and Fort Canning MRT station is a short 2-3min walk. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious. It was great being able to chill out on the couch and swim in the uncrowded pool during the hot afternoon sun. Having a washing machine/dryer in the apartment was so helpful in this hot and humid weather. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for the week’s stay. Front reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would return again.

This is a GORGEOUS resort that is a not too far way oasis from the busier more urban neighborhoods of Orchard Street and Downtown Singapore. Beautiful lobby, great restaurants, and wonderful relaxing pool. I highly recommend the lush Garden Wing with Pool View rooms overlooking the pool. Wonderful hotel!!

The service, cleanliness, restaurant options and pool & pool bar are all fantastic. This is our fourth stay in three years. An ideal stopover between New Zealand and the UK. Special mention to Ravi and his team at the pool bar and the team at The Lobby Lounge.

A wonderful stay at the Shangri-la. All the staff are very welcoming. Ravi, at the pool bar, makes a fantastic Singapore Sling 🍹 The rooms in the garden wing are a very decent size, and we had a nice view overlooking the pool. Tried the Lobby Lounge, Waterfall and The Line restaurants and enjoyed them all. A short walk to Orchard Road, but nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the shops.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

Cleanliness was at its pick and well attended by room attendants. I enjoyed the gym on 3rd floor operating 24/7. Swimming pool, different cuisines cutting across the world. I would love to come back more and more for holiday. All these were made possible by the friendly staff working in the hotel. Kudos to them all.

Great place to accommodate a family trip, the staff is extremely polite and helpful. A special thanks to David for the true hospitality service. The breakfast was very good with plenty of varieties to select from. The pool was small yet very enjoyable for young kids. The location has easy access to public transportation and taxis. Couple of malls are within walking distance and the path is mostly is indoor/air-conditioned. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The stay was very enjoyable!

Great location to walk around Singapore. Room has very few amenities (no toiletries, etc.)…and front desk never answers to assist and forgot my wake up call. Room has a good bed and nice lavatory. Bar is good but staff basically ignore you. Sadly, front desk staff do not interact and explain the property (where to go inside, where is what, how to get to restaurant, that there is a place for afternoon tea, when to expect housekeeping, where is the pool, etc.). Overall, I would give this 7 out of 10. Not what you expect for the price.

A fabulous hotel in chinatown. The pool is wonderful and the rooms are well appointed and a decent size. The hotel luckily gave us adjacent rooms. The beds were super comfy and the showers in the rooms and in the pool/gym changing rooms had really nice quality toiletries. The staff were really helpful.

Aloft Singapore Novena is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was perfect - spacious and with a stunning view of the city. Aloft Novena is my "Go To" property for 2-3 night stays in Singapore as it is close to my primary logistical necessities, MRT stations and has easy walking access to essential supplies. The rooms are comfortable, WiFi excellent and the breakfast selection is terrific. It also has a very nice gym and pool layout. The reception and lobby staff are attentive to personal needs and are reliably friendly. The West Wing of the property is especially comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended if the location works for you

The staff were exceptional, very helpful and extremely friendly and welcoming. They remembered our family every morning at breakfast and made us feel so special. The kids loved the pool and there is also a launderette on site so we could do some washing at a reasonable cost, instead of the usually expensive hotel laundering services that are offered. The rooms are basic but extremely comfortable and the hotel is situated in a Mall so there were lots of very reasonable eating options and a big supermarket for supplies.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and refined, and was available from six o'clock in the morning. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool was not crowded and was open until ten in the evening. The shuttle bus was very helpful and punctual.

Great location. Room was perfect for an overnight stay, or even a longer stay. Very handy for train to the airport. I had a single window room overlooking street but no bother at all from traffic noise. Or other residents TV, snoring et al. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Aircon worked fine. Shower and toilet spotless, worked perfectly. The area around the hotel is alively old quarter with some nice restaurants, coffee shops and bars. I stopped by a live jazz bar. I enjoyed that a lot, even if im not a jazz fan fan at all. Would 100% check here first if I ever stay in Singapore again. Ideal stopover place if you have a long connection at changi. Great location! Very clean, modern and compact rooms with everything you need and more for a short stay. We stayed in the studio with no window- it was small (as expected) but comfortable. I was a bit unsure about the whole online check in, electronic key etc but once we were set up it was so easy. Loved having WhatsApp chat for any issues, staff were very efficient and attentive. Staff were helpful when we needed to use a vacuum cleaner for some vacuum packing bags to get holiday shopping back in the case! And also helpful with luggage storage. Thank you to Ryan, Anj and Divinia for excellent service. My only complaint was the studio room had a slight dusty smell- this was despite everything being spotless, excellent quality and spotless clean sheets etc, dehumidifier supplied in room and air con on. They did offer to put some lavender in the humidifier but we denied- this solution offered made me think it’s a complaint they’ve had before. It didn’t really bother us, the smell wasn’t bad as you soon got used to it and the room felt well ventilated. I think the rooms with windows would be excellent. Overall taking into account the price we paid, excellent location and the high quality of furnishing in the rooms (clearly very recently refurbished) I would recommend this as a great place to stay in Singapore!

The attic room was neither spacious nor equipped with windows, but it was clean and quiet, which I appreciated. I liked that the room came with a mini fridge, microwave, pot, and some basic cooking utensils—perfect for fixing up something simple and quick. The location was fantastic, with many eateries and souvenir shops nearby…even one store sells frozen food, fresh vege & fruits. The closest MRT station, Bugis, was just a 7-minute walk away, making it super convenient. From Bugis, it’s only a few stops to many famous attractions, and the Green Line even connects directly to the airport…so convenient! A big thanks to Shannen, Andrew, Divina, and Ryan for their incredible efforts to ensure I was comfortable and happy during my 8-day, 7-night stay. A special thanks to Andrew for lending me a red pen and pencil—I’m so glad I got to meet you in person. Will definitely stay with Heritage again if I return! 🥰

The room was clean and well appointed. Unbelievable what a good use of space. Kim and John and the whole Heritage Collection staff were uber helpful. Being older I was reticent about whether I would be axle to handle the self check in but it was easy. I loved the neighborhood with its vibrant life and location convenient to public transport. I walked lots of places but took buses and trains when my destination was too far or I was feeling lazy. Discovered a great coffee shop in the corner and ate in several local restaurants. Also had amazing cold drinks at Machi Machi. Not sure how to describe room but maybe the closest analogous place is a luxury room on a cruise ship but with microwave.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast with a lot of variety. We only stayed for 1 night but spend our time at the swimming pool on the second day because of a late flight. When we went out to have dinner our suitcases were taken care of till we got back. Our rooms were on the 40th floor and had a view on the city. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We also took a look on the skydeck which has a great overview on the city. A MRT is nearby so it is easy to get on the subway which we did a lot during a previous stay.

The location and view were absolutely fantastic! A very comfortable hotel with a good shopping centre right below. The pool area and gym were nice too. The top floor bar and restaurants were fantastic and offered stunning views. The staff lovely!

We had a fantastic stay at Swissôtel The Stamford. The staff were welcoming and took care of our luggage on arrival, making check-in smooth. The hotel is perfectly located above Raffles City shopping mall, just two minutes from the MRT (City Hall), and close to major attractions like Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. Our room on level 33 was modern, clean, and had a beautiful city view. There are two pools (adult and kids), plus a complimentary adults-only spa.

Room size and amenities, daily housekeeping, ease of check in and out, very helpful and accommodative front desk. Pool towel provided near the pool. Towel for gym use provided too. Borrow an umbrella from the front desk if you need, as the weather is erratic.

Convenient location, close to 2 metro stations and shopping mall. For us, it's right across our offices. Breakfast is semi-buffet and customers can order from a menu offering eggs any style, waffles, dim sums, noodles, etc. The personnel is very kind, helpful and smiling. Rooms are extremely clean, mattresses and pillows are firm. We unfortunately did not have time to experience the outdoor pool but will do next time we come :-)

Wonderful hotel! Very clean, bed was super comfy, staff friendly, lots of added extras which made the stay even more comfortable such as the 5 snack selection upon check in, toiletries, the dipping pool on the rooftop, laundry facilities etc. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re sightseeing in Singapore as it’s in a great location in Little India, with three MRT stations within 10 minutes walking distance. You’re easily in the main sites within 10/15 mins! Lots of places to grab dinner locally too.

Great location in Little India, not from from MRT with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Wifi seemed good, although we didn't use it much. The room was very quiet, especially considering the location. Nice amenities including a small pool and coffee and ice machines (but not on every floor).

Exceptional friendly, delightful service and employees. They took care of us and have always made sure that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The studio loft has a kitchen included which was very helpful. The cozy bed is on the first floor. Very smart room usage! It was super silent, we didn't hear any noises at all. We relaxed daily in the dipping pool - it was a great place to relax from the day.

This is a very clean, spacious property. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast on weekdays was more than adequate. Our son took a dip in the infinity pool but commented that the water was rather warm. Since the heat index was in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit daily the pool was still a welcome respite.

This hotel is amazing. It is located in a quiet street, on the same street with Shangri la, beautical view, close to city. about 15 minutes walk, and there are shuttle bus to and from city all day long. the room is vey specious, clean. Air conditioning so good sometimes it's even cold and we had to turn it off. the hotel also provides complementary breakfirst. There is also a large swimming pool, and a tennis court. La grove exceeded our expectations in every aspect. we are truely so happy to stay there. comfy and quiet too. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Excellent shower and kitchen facilities met all my needs. The gym was well equipped and clean, swimming pool was a decent size and depth and staff (including security staff) were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus dropped off at strategic locations in town and useful for onward journey on the MRT. Loved the quiet location. Would mention Joseph at the front desk for sorting out the booking error on arrival and housekeeping staff who made our stay extremely comfortable.

This Hotel was so lovely, the pool was clean and a perfect temperature. The Staff were all very professional and helpful, always with a smile. I would recommend this property to anyone. The free shuttle bus into the city was a real bonus. The breakfast was a great addition to our stay that we were not expecting, fresh fruit, yogurt and a smashing choice of pastries and toast to set us up for the day, the coffee was perfect.

I loved the large open balcony and calming view of the botanical gardens and river. Close to shops restaurants and river walks. The pool was small but well designed with a Balinese flair. Above all the staff and management were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. A three week business trip turned into 4 months but their friendliness helped keep homesickness at bay!!

Close to airport and very convenient for late arrival. Lovely room - very comfortable bed, climate control able, lovely bathroom etc. Staff were excellent - I forgot my tablet in the room and they contacted me promptly to arrange return (wonderful - thank you again!), we had a late flight after we checked out and were able to shower in the pool facilities for free before our flight (fantastic). The pool looked great.

The reception team allowed us to extend our stay till 2pm and used the pool till our departure. The service and the cleanliness of the lobby, room, pool... is the top.

We were supposed to be at Crown Plaza Jewel, she helped us join IHG group, upgraded us to a beautiful room overlooking the stunning pool. I had a really relaxing stay at Pan Pacific Singapore. The pool was one of my favourite spots — peaceful, clean, and surrounded by greenery. It felt like a little oasis in the city and was perfect for just unwinding or spending a lazy afternoon. I also tried the St. Gregory Spa, and it was such a treat. The staff were professional and attentive, and I left feeling refreshed and recharged. Overall, both the pool and spa made my stay extra special. I’d definitely come back just to enjoy them again.

Outstanding hotel. Staff in the Pacific Club lounge are absolutely awesome…very friendly and great service, and well worth paying the extra to get a Pacific Club room which comes with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails and canapés (especially worthwhile if you like champagne, including with your breakfast). Staff around the pool complex also great, as is the pool itself. The hotel is well located with many attractions in easy walking distance and the MRT close by for those further away. To sum up, we would not stay anywhere else when in Singapore.

The view from our room was amazing. At check-in, Han Kleng (I think this was his name) was friendly and efficient and got us into our room early. The pool and pool staff were excellent. On our last night we ate at Pacific Emporium and our waitress was very good and recommended some amazing dishes.

Fantastic service with excellent breakfast including Tattinger champagne, afternoon tea and evening cocktails with very generous and tasty food offered. A lovely warm, welcome from the guy on Reception on arrival. Super friendly and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped, spacious and modern. Really good sized fridge and a super comfy bed. An exceptionally spacious ensuite bathroom with a fab shower. Perfect location for shopping and eating nearby. We loved the quirky paintings and décor throughout the building. It was our second stay at this hotel because we loved it the first time. The location is great, right next to the marina, with bars and restaurants (an excellent cafe there), and the pool and bar in the pool with jacuzzi in it was great the first time. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped, but first time we had a balcony, with a view of the pool, which we prefer to the room we got this time with no opening windows.

Absolutely loved this place! We are a 23 year old couple and even though it was mainly families staying here we loved every minute. The pool, pool bar and slide was our favourite. We spent our days relaxing and swimming. We loved the pool music and find not many hotels have good music like that which is calming but upbeat at the same time. I would 100% stay here again as the food was tasty, gym was great and the staff were very helpful always and the plus was we got an early check in which i really rate! Wonderful hotel in our opinion.

Pool & gym were fantastic open 24hrs so within Singapore's humidity all day and evenings u get access to the pool whenever. Fantastic for Families as kids love the pool. Location was off Singapore's main city- where the expats and tourism attractions are located which can be access from a bus to Universal Studios, Casino walk, Aquarium. Nice yacht views

The pool was huge, clean and had plenty of sunbeds, chairs, daybeds and hammocks around it. Pool service was efficient. The pool towels were large and you could help yourself to them. The staff were very good and when our teenage daughter left her handbag in our room but only realised a few hours after check out, they quickly relocated and returned it to us.

Had a wonderful experience staying at W Hotel Sentosa. The rooms are perfectly comfortable and clean, breakfast is great served as a buffet with lots of choices. Pool area wonderful never too busy, excellent service by the stuff on the wet deck area and the kids pool slide. Located at Sentosa cove always close to local restaurants and coffee shops easy access to everywhere. Definitely recommended!!!

The room was nicely put together, spotless, and really comfy. It was a great base for exploring the city. I have to give a huge, well-deserved shout-out to Edmar and Mica from the staff. They were genuinely so helpful and friendly, making our check-in and check-out totally smooth and hassle-free, and they really went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.

I stayed at Heritage Collection on Boat Quay for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. While the property was initially a bit tricky to locate, Edgar, Daphne & Nica from the team was incredibly helpful and resolved the confusion quickly and efficiently. His assistance made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Though there’s no lift, it’s only a short climb up two flights of stairs, which wasn’t an issue for us. The washroom was spacious and the hot water worked perfectly. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a washer-dryer, a large refrigerator, microwave, and sink – ideal for longer stays or those who like a bit of independence during travel. Overall, a functional and cozy spot in a great location, with excellent service to match. Highly recommend!

The position is convClose to the subway station. Surrounding dining, shopping and scenic spots are very convenient. The room is a spacious duplex. The bedding is comfortable, with good lighting and ventilation, effective sound insulation, and clean and tidy environment. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV, hot water and WiFi. Since we arrived at noon, checking in was a bit troublesome, but we could store our luggage after checking in/out. The hotel is clean and tidy, and it feels very safe to stay here. The hotel does not provide breakfast. The manager's service attitude is very thoughtful.

We had another great stay at the Heritage on Boat Quay. The mobile check-in was super easy and convenient, especially given how proactive and helpful Edmar was. It was very convenient not having to worry about check-in or check-out times and the digital key was another aspect that we loved. The location was perfect for us, central, with numerous transport options and dozens of top restaurants to choose from. Being able to use the communal Washer and Dryer for free is also an added plus for us and something we appreciate a lot. Also, being able to leave our bags after checking out meant we could enjoy the day unencumbered. Another amazing visit to Singapore made all the better by Edmar, Daphne and Nica. Liked everything about this property!! The room, the view, the pool, the buffet breakfast, the staff, the desserts, the convenient location (about the train station, 7Eleven downstairs) and I have to say it again because it was so HUGE and so lovely to swim and relax at: the pool!!!

The hotel is situated extremely close to multiple MTR stations, making it very easy to go to and from & has a 24/7 711 attached to the hotel. The view at night was beautiful & the windows in the room were big enough to sit in and look out. The pool was perfect to go in every night as well as the spa & heated pool & staff were very friendly & helpful.

This hotel lived up to all our expectations. The rooms were beautiful with amazing view. Spotlessly clean and all animaties needed. Electric blackout curtains and blind towels, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner all provided and lovely quality, beds were really comfortable with quality bedding and pillows. The infinity pool was gorgeous and again spotless and really quiet with lovely changing facilities. Fantastic views. Rooftop bar was again fantastic with wonderful views of the city. Food was top quality and service could not be faulted. Nothing to complain about at all

Elegant room with a comfortable and spacious bathroom (though no bathtub). The highlight was the infinity pool, with amazing views of the bay. The rooftop bar, Mr Stork, was also a great spot to hang out with colleagues at the end of the day. The hotel is right next to the very cool art deco building and just steps from Haji street. The staff was very accommodating and breakfast had a very wide selection for many different tastes.

We spent 3 nights at the Andaz in Singapore on our way to Bali for a family vacation with our 11 & 13 year olds. We loved this hotel!! Beautiful infinity pool that was never that crowded. Awesome breakfast buffet that the kids enjoyed. The hotel is in a great location right above a mall and the central train stop. You don’t even need to come up out of the air conditioning to get across the city. I would highly recommend this hotel if you find yourself in Singapore.

Room was modern, clean and the views are nice because all rooms are high up. The staff were great to me because I didn’t like the first room facing Balestier road but they changed me to the back of the building which was quieter and the view was better. Bus stop outside but Grab was cheap so we only used the bus once but it was convenient. Pool area was lovely plus free pool towels. Supermarket at the lobby. We stayed 3 nights then moved to Pan Pacific Marina Bay because work started paying but I actually preferred the Citadines.

Rooms were excellent, very clean, awesome facilities and comfortable beds. The reception, gym and pool area were all very nice, and the pool was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. Location a bit far, but very accessible by public transport and the bus stop across the road. Also must try the cafe across the road.

Lovely clean and modern apartment. The pool was great and the garden setting attractive. The pool was never crowded in the week I was there. The bus into the main part of the city took 22 minutes and the stop was outside the door. There was a small supermarket on the ground floor. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Perfect hotel for your visit in Singapore. Our room had a very comfortable twin bed. Room very clean with a nice bathroom. There was a washing machine, fridge and freezer and small stove. Perfect for cooking simple meals to save up some money. There’s a cafe and convenience store downstairs. The pool area is great. There are even areas for your own BBQ’s! No regular breakfast restaurant, but you can supposedly charge your room at the cafe. Download the Grab app for taxi and home delivery of food. Super convenient❤️ Highly recommended

Fantastic first visit to Quincy, Singapore. My brother had recommended the hotel and I was not disappointed! Check-in was lovely with a welcoming Team who offered us some delicious ice cream cookie sandwich sandwiches whilst checking in - which was appreciated after our 14 hour flight from London! We had booked two rooms for four nights . They were lovely and clean and had great amenities. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets and pillows were lovely too. I enjoyed the infinity pool and on one of the nights I had it all to myself! My adult daughters loved the compact gym too and thought it was wonderful that it was Open 24 hours as they were jetlagged one of the nights and were in the gym at 4 am! It was noted on my booking that it was my daughter‘s birthday and it was a lovely surprise to see a birthday message and a cake for her. We really liked the complimentary snacks, fruit and drinks. Location was brilliant not far off Orchard Road and close to the action. MRT station was around a 15 minute walk. Would definitely return here and recommend to anyone considering this lovely hotel!

What wonderful staff! We arrived off an early flight and Arjun took us up to the pool area so we could use the shower and storing our bags until check in - thank you so much. And again on our departure, we were able to use the shower before leaving for a late flight. The bed was so comfortable, the view from our room at night with the buildings was cool, and the swimming pool open 24hours was excellent too. And of course have to mention the complimentary snacks in the lobby. A great stay, thank you.

Excellent location close to Orchard Road and MRT but on a quieter side street. The pool area is incredible and is more like a lagoon than a rooftop pool. There are very limited day beds however. We stayed in a pool access room that had a private cabana attached. Club services are excellent, very good breakfast and amenities. Service across the hotel is excellent.

We stayed in the Pool Access Loft Room and it was absolutely stunning — modern, spotless, and with the luxury of direct pool access. Amenities were excellent, though suitcase storage was a little limited. The Club Lounge was a perfect spot for a peaceful breakfast each morning and for enjoying evening cocktails and canapés. Check-in can be busy and took us over 30 minutes, but once settled, everything about our stay was exceptional. Friendly staff, beautiful facilities, and an unbeatable location on Orchard Road. A true five-star experience — we can’t wait to come back!

Walking distance to Lau Pa sat, Biang biang noodles, Chinatown & Boat Quay. 30m lap pool great with nice spacious views. Jacuzzi great after a day of 10,000 steps. Complimentary ice tea mix & cold coffee beside reception was a nice touch.

Very modern, clean and perfectly located apart-hotel, within a walking distance of Singapore city center. Amazing views from the rooftop and a fantastic pool amidst the skyscrapers. Also, very comfy beds, ideal after a long day touring the sites. The staff was very helpful and managed to make our stay more enjoyable.

We loved the building, spacious common areas, launderette, shared kitchen was handy for breakfast (very nice pastries in shop downstairs). The recent renovation has truly elevated the hotel — everything feels fresh, modern, and well-designed. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed, updated furnishings, and even an automatic electronic toilet, which was a luxurious touch. location is hard to beat — just a short walk to MRT station, close to Chinatown and surrounded by fantastic dining options. The pool, located on the ground floor, was a pleasant spot to relax, and the gym was clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

We got a newly renovated room – spacious, modern, and with a huge, comfy bed. The shower had great pressure, and we loved the filtered water tap in the room – so convenient and eco-friendly. The pool was perfect to relax after a warm day out. The location is ideal – close to the MRT, shops, food options, and Chinatown. Breakfast was ok had a good mix of Asian and Western choices.

I really loved this beautiful hotel and its location. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was my favorite—I loved it. We also enjoyed the pool. There are many restaurants within walking distance, as well as a 7/11 and a shopping center right behind the hotel. The area is very safe, even for walking alone at night. The nightlife is buzzing and just a five-minute walk away, but it’s not too busy. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We’ve just concluded our six-night stay in Singapore, and Amara Singapore left us with a wonderful impression. The room was spacious and well-maintained, while the housekeeping service was attentive and satisfactory. The pool area offered a relaxing retreat, and its prime location in the heart of Tanjong Pagar provided excellent connectivity, making it convenient to travel everywhere.

With amazing location and fantastic views Staff at Wyndham at Coleman Street gave us a memorable experience in Spore. The location was perfect for us; there are many funky bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly, and allowed us early checkin at 1pm. The pool and pool deck were great to relax and refresh after a hot day of sightseeing !

We arrived early, after an overseas flight from Canada, and the staff greeted us at the door and held on to our bags until our room was ready. They let us have earlier checkin with no charge. The room was spacious, with a nice view, and was clean and comfortable. I’d recommend it both for the property itself and the location near to many great restaurants, bars, shops, and easy access to the sights by the very efficient train system in Singapore . The lovely rooftop pool was a welcome refresher after a day of sightseeing, especially as it is so hot in Singapore.

I had a wonderful stay at Kinn Habitat! The location is absolutely perfect – right between Chinatown and the Singapore River. Most attractions like the museums, Downtown, and Chinatown are all within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The hostel is brand new with beautiful, modern architecture and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I especially loved the common lounge area and the outdoor terrace – both great places to relax after a day out. The complimentary muffins, pastries, cakes, tea, and coffee were a lovely touch and more than enough for a nice breakfast. A stylish, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in the heart of Singapore – highly recommended!

Super impressed how clean the property is! Before entering your room, you must remove your shoes and new slippers are provided. Great way to keep every thing so clean. Your bed comes with a fresh towel and dental kit. The room was quiet and AC felt great! The beds are comfy and have a nice comforter with them. There are bedside charging outlets in each pod and even a pullout mirror with great lighting! You’ll get a locker assigned that can fit a backpack or small roller bag. The locker code is provided so you won’t need to use your own lock. No food allowed in the rooms but you can eat/drink on the 5th floor. You can refill filtered water and hot water. They offer a complimentary light breakfast of coffee and a baked item starting at 8am. When the weather is nice you can sit on their rooftop. Free luggage storage and WiFi. The main doors close at 10pm but you can use the security code provided to enter anytime. For a 10 bed female dorm we had a shared bathroom with 2 sinks, 2 showers, and 2 toilets. Very clean! They even have complimentary body wash, shampoo, and access to a blow dryer. The main floor has a small coffee shop open in the morning. Overall, really nice new place! A 10-15 min walk to Raffles Place metro station.

The interior design is so cute! The building feels very new overall, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The capsule beds were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated how they incorporated mental health into the check-in brochure and even provided reflection worksheets — such a thoughtful touch. The free breakfast in the morning was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was also really convenient — close to Chinatown but tucked away on a quiet street. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Singapore!

So convenient location wise —stations, restaurants, attractions are easily accessible. Staff are very friendly, always with warm smiles. Facilities are good and well kept. I was very comfortable in my sleep because of the spacious and private capsule bed. I feel safe too as the doors have automated locks. There’s free light breakfast, and they’re yummy too. Worth the price. The hostel is really clean, has warm vibe, comfy.

I really enjoyed my stay at KINN Habitat. The interior design is cozy and well thought out, making everything feel practical and comfortable as well as intimate. The beds are spacious, and the lockers have plenty of space for your belongings. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any needs. They even let me store my luggage for free while I was away for a few days, which was a big plus. The bathrooms were very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. I appreciated being able to use the shower after checking out. The coworking space upstairs is great for getting work done, and the rooftop is a fantastic spot to relax or meet with people. I had some late-night meetings there, and it was really pleasant. Overall, I was very positively impressed with my stay and would definitely recommend KINN Habitat.

Fabulously accommodating staff. Clean and modern hotel with an excellent breakfast, nice pool and spa facilities and brilliantly positioned for shopping and restaurants.

The room was very good, spacious with quite comfortable beds, blackout curtains and a refreshing shower. The setup for the shower needs work, however-- water escapes every time, making the need to sop up puddles. The walls are somewhat thinner than you would expect-- neighbors coughing, etc. Beautiful lobby and pool. I would go back next time in Singapore-- proximity to Orchard Rd is fabulous yet without all the hustle and bustle.

The hotel is great- the front staff is friendly but many could not speak english and that caused confusion and miscomms. The spa and pool is great. The Dine is atrocious- hainanese chicken rice was just inedible and horrific. Pizza was passable- for a 5 star hotel- this speaks volumes about the dining experience. Breakfast buffet was good.

The breakfast was ok, they did change the variety of food everyday which is good when your there a week so it doesn't get boring. Bottles of Water was replaced everyday. We had a great stay :)

Upgraded to 3-bedroom, very clean n open, but had ants on table n cabinet n washer/dryer combo hard to use. Cold Storage grocery store & Starbucks across street. Small shopping mall 5 minute walk away. 90+F so very hot outside but pool for toddlers n pool for older very nice. Daily room cleaning very helpful with family. Worth it for price and location and small breakfast buffet included.

Great convenient location to Clarke Quay and to train stations to get around. Spacious accomodation whete kids have their own space . Loved the washer / dryer as we completed our washing before we left Singapore and didnt have to worry about washing when we got home. Breakfast was simple but yummy . The kids loved the sun warmed pool. All staff friendly and willing to provide advice on how to get to destinations etc. Was even able to use pool area after we checked out due to late flight. Would come back 2morrow if I could. Great place for families.

Travelling with a 10 Month old. We got an upgrade, which was unexpected and very welcome. The property itself is dated ,but it's historic and well looked after. The service from the staff is one of the best I've seen anywhere in the world. They had welcome snacks on arrival, and a plush toy for the baby. The baby cot was amazing. Baby slept through the night breakfast had good variety and the pool is large enough to do laps, and there is a kiddy pool and a children play area as well. Overall excellent stay and amazing value.

We have stayed here previously and will continue to stay here when we come to Singapore. Walking distance to great restaurants and quick taxi ride to shops and sights. Decent breakfast and the pool is chilled (important in Singapore as pools can feel like a warm bath).

Brilliant and welcoming staff, the free bike offer was excellent, we used the bikes to cycle down the river. Brilliant restaurant and very tasty teas. The pool was very refreshing. Hotel staff let us keep the bags during the day for our afternoon flight, which meant we got another half day to spend exploring :) The hotel fit out was incredible and very well thought out.

The room was so comfortable and clean, with great views of the river. The service at the hotel was excellent. The pool was great to cool off in at the end of the day. Overall a fabulous experience.

We have just had 7 nights at this hotel, the nicest hotel we have stayed at for a long time. Their level of friendliness and service was impeccable. Cleanliness was well above anything we have experienced in years (we are very fussy) We stayed on level 9 and were not disappointed, the room whilst on the smaller side is very well thought out on a compact scale. The king size bed has a very comfortable lounge chair with footstool, a table and a seat set into the wall which has a large tv mounted. A pull out drawer houses a mini fridge and plenty of points for technology. A slide across wall can separate bedroom from the bathroom end. Shower with all amenities in pump bottles, big vanity has hairdryer underneath. again amenities supplied. Toilet in a separate cubicle with slide across door. Hanging space and drawers with ironing board and iron also a slide out drawer has a mini safe if required. The pool is on na small sale about 2metres wide x about 20 m long. More a lap pool but still good enough to cool off in which we did every day, towels supplied at pool and several pool lounges as well as comfortable lounge chairs. Overall we loved this hotel and everything about it, The staff all over were exceptionally respectful, friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and comfortable Connected to Paragon Mall with a link bridge Central to all of attractions in Orchard. Also connected to the Mosque. Facilities within the apartment was all good. Very comfortable stay for our family The pool looked so inviting, but we couldn’t enjoy. We did not take breakfast option, so cannot comment on that. Made breakfast ourselves in the apartment with full kitchenette facilities.

Excellent location. Exceptionally clean apartment with superb amenities. Could not ask for more. So comfortable beds and bathroom is spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Housekeeping everyday. Gym and swimming pool is world class.

Room was perfect, bathroom was spacious and clean. check was fuss free and quick. Housekeeper provided us with sufficient waters and cleaning supplies as we chose not to clean up for our room. Swimming pool only have 4 people and we get to have a lot of room to swin around. Terrific staycation!

We had a lovely stay at Ascott orchard. Only one Night but wish we were there longer. Very centrally located to all the shops on orchard street. There is a bridge from a car park of the hotel to paragon shops. Lovely pool, jacuzzi and gym. The hotel also has a guest residence lounge with coffee/tea facilities for after you check out. Not a large area but a nice touch. We weren’t able to get a early check in or late check out as requested due to the Grand Prix but that would have made it absolutely perfect.

Loved my stay at the Goodwood. Stayed in the serviced apartments section of the hotel, which was very comfortable and private. All the staff were both friendly and professional. A pity the main pool was closed for maintenance but the smaller pool was still an option and they offered pool access at a nearby hotel.

The Goodwood Park is a beautiful hotel set in the heart of the city, yet it retains the character of its heritage roots. The hotel is professional and efficient in its delivery of services, and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are very well appointed and had everything I needed for my stay. Having a swimming pool is brilliant and it's worth bringing your swimming gear to spend a lazy afternoon just chilling by the pool.

Great Location. Clean and spacious for the service apartment. Prompt service. Prefer the Mayfair pool than the main pool which is under construction anyway.

This is a great property in the shopping district, yet very close to the business area of Singapore. The staff were exceptional and very attentive to my needs. I enjoyed the onsite breakfast as well as the swimming pool for my daily exercise.

Amazing hotel (refurbished nicely), connected to a decent mall with nice shops and various tasteful restaurants and cafes. The hotel is on the famous Orchard street. Gym and pool are amazing, more than 8 fast elevators.

Location, breakfast. Window view. Pool and gym. Desk setup near window. Double sink bathroom.

Club Room was great. We used it for breakfasts and occasional afternoon tea. We didn’t use the evening service but think the additional cost well worth while. Nice pool. Bedroom good - servicing was very professional.

Great place to stay within a low budget. HBO on TV. Nice pool but the downside is there is no service in the pool area until 5pm when the roof top restaurant opens. Good location with friendly staff. I would recommend it for a great hasslefree Stay in Singapore.

The location was superb, located very close to the MRT, and not far from tourist attractions like orchard street and Chinatown. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I was able to have a late check out and then leave my bags and use the shower when I returned as I had a late night flight. I liked the pool and fitness area. The room was spacious and modern, and the free mini bar a nice touch. The room was much better than I expected it to be. The facilities felt well maintained and modern. The breakfast was ok.

I had a late-night flight but checked out that morning, and they kindly allowed me to use the shower again in the evening before going to the airport - very much appreciated after a long day out in the hot weather! The breakfast has a few types of pastries, and there are a couple of good coffee shops across the street as well.

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — a special thanks to the manager, Dash, who made everything even better with his warm and professional attitude. The capsules are very comfortable and cozy, perfect for a good rest. The location is great, close to everything, and they also offer breakfast, which is a nice bonus. Without a doubt, this is the place to stay in Singapore. I’d definitely come back!

A very good, cheap option for solo budget travellers. Accommodation is so expensive in Singapore for one person alone. The location was great - close to so many attractions and the metro. I think it's the best area to stay in Singapore. There was a nice free breakfast of pastries, muffins, croissants, green tea and coffee and so on, offered every day, which was very welcome. The breakfast varied every day. The staff serving breakfast were very helpful. The capsules were nice and big. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were great. I'm glad I stayed there.

What a wonderful boutique hotel with a family vibe. The staff were all kind, thoughtful, friendly. They were test marketing a coffee shop in the hotel so we had the most delicious chai latte, coffee latte and fresh squeezed orange juice for free! The place has been completely renovated. The rooms are cozy and well-designed. A desk, tv that swivels, a double bed, coffee and tea in the room, four pillows (a bit too puffy for my personal comfort though), and still room for two bicycles. Keep in mind the bed is situated against a wall so only one side has a reading light. It was fine for us for a few nights, but a couple might find it tight for long-term. Downstairs is a kitchen area with a microwave, hot and cold water and a table and chairs. Great place to have a snack. Many restaurants and cocktail lounges close by, but our room at the back of hotel was very quiet. Just local roosters in the morning for a friendly wake up call. Loved this place and highly recommend it.

Efficient check-in, super friendly and helpful staff! The hotel was renovated pretty recent and everything is in good shape. Decent sized, nice and comfy room. Great central location, love the area. There's some nice kopitiams around if you don't want to stay at the hotel for breakfast. For evening time there's plenty of restaurants and bars around. More or less just opposite is 1939 (former Potato Head) which still has one of the coolest and cosy roof bars in town. 5 min walk to mrt, Chinatown markets etc.

Staff were very friendly, polite and welcoming and thank you to Andy, who was very helpful with advice about the local area. Location was great, 25 minute taxi ride to & from the airport, then 5-10 minute walk from underground stations (ie Chinatown or Maxwell), which take you direct to main tourist sites. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on same street, along with a 7-11 shop. Bed was very comfortable. Shower great. Coffee/tea making facilities available in room, with a communal kitchen on ground floor. I noticed on booking.com that room size is noted, please take note of this before booking, the size of our room was ok for us, when taken into consideration with other factors for us. We opted for room with a window, were on 3nd floor and whilst some street noise, it went quiet at 11.30pm.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay in a very vibrant and nice part, it's next to great bars and restaurants but inside it's quiet. Friendly folks. The room was well maintained and indeed not big but big enough. Comfy bed too. Details like filtered water (and glass bottles in the room so no extra waste) make the difference. Excellent pice quality ratio.

We stayed for 3 nights. Good location. Very comfortable and well appointed room. On tap filtered water is a nice touch. Breakfast is sumptuous. We also enjoyed a very special seafood buffet. The roof top deck with infinity pool was our favourite place. Great to enjoy sundowners and an outdoor supper. Super service levels from everyone. Would love to return.

I really enjoyed my stay at JEN Orchardgateway. All the staff I met were very pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent, being right above an MRT station and right on Orchard Rd., there were a ton of shops, cafes and restaurants just steps away. Because of this, I didn’t bother doing the breakfast buffet as there were so many other options close by! The rooftop infinity pool was also a highlight with spectacular views of the city! I love that the pool was open till 10PM, so I could enjoy a dip to cool off after dinner. Before I went a was little concerned about the “Modern Bathroom” style in the city view room because I was travelling with a friend and the shower and toilet were in separate spaces so I was worried privacy would be an issue. But thankfully our room had a divider that went across so I could exit the shower without being seen. Only downside is if someone is in the bedroom portion with the divider across, they cannot leave the room. But the divider was helpful! I’ve included a photo as a reference. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend!

Amazing staff and facilities. The staff helped me get my phone back that I lost in a taxi, they called the taxi firms and got it back! The club membership is absolutely worth the extra money, free drinks in the evening and free access to the infinity pool and beverages during the day!

Stayed here for 3 nights and liked the experience. Read a review that Club level was worth the extra and would agree - great infinity pool, drinks and breakfast. Free laundry service is a winner but only applies if you go direct to the hotel, not through other site. Recommend.

Great location, 5 minutes from metro station. Upgraded to use the premium floor where you could help yourself to food and drink through out most of the day included in price. Also gave you access to the fantastic infinity pool.

I am a regular guest of KeSa house, and the basics - hotel concept, location, cleanliness, bed comfort, friendliness of staff - do still work for me, despite the incident I´ve mentioned under "Dislikes". If you don´t book the standard room (no window - unless you´re good with that), and if you´re good with the small bathroom (which I am), and if you´re good with occasional street noise (which didn´t happen this time), and if you´re good with no pool (which I am), then this can be a good choice. Restaurant and bar choices around keep changing, so there´s always something to discover. And, there´s at least now 3 Yoga studios within 5min walking distance :-)

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The hotel is very clean, furnished beautifully, and is in a great location in Chinatown. There are a couple reasons why we didn't give this stay 5/5. First, we found the male staff who checked us in to be quite cold and unwelcoming. The female staff at the desk at other times during our stay was very welcoming and friendly. We paid extra for the 'Premier Studio' when booking because we understood it had a private terrace (as pictured). We realized it didn't when checking-in, we were informed that the fine print says the 'Premier Studio' either comes with a private terrace or extra space with a sofa. We wouldn't have booked this room if we knew it didn't have a private terrace. The room was spacious but the use of space was strange - a tiny bathroom and way too much storage for a hotel stay. We were told at check-in that our room had a coffee maker and it did not - there is a coffee machine in the public kitchen. We didn't have any issues with street noise during our stay. Overall a good experience, just be careful and check what your room includes in the fine print.

I wanted to stay somewhere with more character than the Orchard Road area, yet more central and walkable than Joo Chiat/East Coast Park. So this time we picked Chinatown. The Kesa Hotel is in a beautifully furnished heritage building and very walkable - to the Maxwell Hawker Centre, to lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and in 30 minutes to the Marina Bay Sands area the river (or I imagine Orchard Road too though I didn't try that this time). The room (we choose the category with a window, one level up from the windowless rooms) was comfortable and we didn't have an issue storing bags - there's space for two suitcases behind the door and another smaller space under the bed. There's a pull down desk and stool. Yes the bed only has one side (the other is to the window). The hotel has a lovely lounge area and a kitchen, even an outside terrace. So there's space other than your room. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

A hidden gem in the middle of Chinatown. The hotel is absolutely spotless, clean and nicely decorated. The room was just as advertised - small, but perfect for a few nights in the city. The air con was fantastic, we even had to turn it off a few times! Bed was really comfortable, shower was perfect. It's located in Chinatown (which was our favourite part of the city) with really cute older buildings, cafes and restaurants nearby - and in walking distance to most of the city. There were a few lively bars on the street, but in the window-less room you couldn't hear a thing. Would highly recommend as great value for money in Singapore.

I arrived after 830pm, check in was very quick & easy. The staff were all very helpful and spoke good English. Felt very safe. Public Kitchen & Lounge area always tidy & clean. I had a good view of the street. The surrounding restaurants were great, and didn't notice any noise affecting the location of my room. Shower was great. Good room size. I didn't have breakfast own choice. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk powder & sugar. Great Kitchen facilities even i didn't use. Own fridge cooler & jug in room. Good security going into & leaving facility. Thank you.

A very practical apartment with a nice kitchenette. The small walk-in closet in the bedroom felt luxurious. The roof top pool area is better than in the picture and the pool long enough for a good swim. Bencoolen is a nice modern area with art schools and galleries. Two MRT stations close to the hotel.

The rooms were perfect for a family - we had interconnecting double rooms both with balconies and kitchens and separate living spaces, which were ideal for travels with kids. The pool area was good too, 3 different pools and the main one was just one depth throughout, so safe for smaller kids.

Great location opposite an MTR station, easy walk to shops, supermarket etc. Very obliging staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. There were some maintenance issues with the room but these were fixed on request. Very nice pool area and good pool for lap swimming.

Location near MRT was great. Quiet street. Kids loved the pool. Great views from the rooftop pool. Staff was accommodating.

Hotel is in a excellent location near to lots of lovely restaurants, staff were amazing room lovely, clean, pool great Only criticism there"s building going on near the hotel and only when you are sat by the pool you can hear it all day,but wouldn't stop us choosing the hotel again or recommending it.

We had a good four night stay; the room was nice and the amenities were solid. The only issue was a kids soccer team was staying there the same time as us and the pool was overtaken by rowdy, loud kids all day so it wasn’t super relaxing sitting by the pool when we wanted some down time. The location is great; very walkable and close to transit and dining options

A very well located hotel to two MRT stations on the 'blue' Downtown line. The rooms are spacious by Singapore standards and the facilities are excellent. Pay-for-use washing machines and driers, a common kitchen and large fridge space - with water filter and ice making facilities. The pool is a great size and lovely to use, though the pool area is very short on seating. Check in was a breeze both times we stayed (this was a repeat visit).

The location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect. Very close to two metro stations, only a short walk away. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and had all the amenities you could possibly need. This included the pool, self service washing machine, kitchen, lounge type communal area, free water in reception area, and seating/loungers outside. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was a good size. It was also very quiet with no disruption from neighbouring rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed my two night stay and would definitely return if I visit Singapore again in the future.

My room was upgraded when I arrived. It was comfortable and it was great to have the swimming pool The air con worked well and the room was very quiet even though it was Diwali. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

Lovely space clean with a great view of the pool and golf green. Wonderful check in service from Irfan and a pleasant room upgrade for our special family staycation. Breakfast buffet was lovely in the greenhouse . The pool was spacious and clean. One highlight was the pillow menu :) Would definitely come again.

This hotel was a perfect transit stay—conveniently located near Changi Airport yet offering a peaceful retreat. The resort facilities were excellent, with a beautiful swimming pool and golf course. Spacious every where, the toilets were beautiful and spacious, the room is larger than most and the pool & golf course view was magnificent. The gym is well equipped, there’s a sauna in the changing room and the swimming pool water seems to be temperature-regulated so it doesn’t feel freezing when we got in so we got to spend more time in the water without getting all wrinkly. Staff were always smiling and helpful.

Loved our stay! Beds incredibly comfortable, pool great (although a lot of kids so we kept to the adult only end which was good), everywhere was very clean, and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a ground floor room with access directly to the pool and gardens. I’d highly recommend this if it’s in your price range otherwise there’s a lot of walking!

The buffet breakfast spread was great. There was a lot of variety. The service is good. The staff are warm and friendly. The kids love the pool, pool activities and beach. There are complimentary sea sports provided. Shuttle service to Vivocity is provided too. We enjoy our stay very much!

Our family room was clean and spacious with 2 bathrooms which is very helpful with 2 teenage girls! The pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day in the city. The pool is small but has good views over the cityscape.

Location was perfect for getting to nearby attractions (Raffles Long Bar, Haji Lane, Bugis St) and easy to get transport to other places to visit during a short stopover. Plenty of food-restaurants options within a 15min walk including Raffles City Mall. Hotel room was modern, clean, comfortable, and offered space to share for the 3 adults in our family group. Staff were always helpful and provided great customer service. The rooftop pool was very good along with seating to relax next to pool.

The location was an excellent platform for walking into the city around China Town and Marina Sands Bay. The hotel we think was undergoing some refurbishment which had little effect on our stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.The complimentary one off bottle of wine and the daily free restock of the mini bar was a very welcome feature of the hotel. The decor of the hotel was very bohemian and I guess a history lesson lies there somewhere 😊 One would never starve in Singapore as food availabilty was everywhere and perhaps this explains why there were no restaurant facilities in the hotel itself. Literally on your doorstep. If a swimming pool and all the modern trappings of bling is not on your list of must haves, then this little oasis is for you. And walking to Mount Faber is do able at 2.5 miles even in 31°c humidity !! Would definately stay here again. Thank you Scarlet ❤

I arrived late—past 1:30 AM—and was warmly welcomed with a fresh cold towel and a refreshing lychee-infused iced tea, which immediately made me feel at home. The hotel is boutique, swanky, and beautifully designed with thoughtful details throughout. My room was bright, spacious, and well-appointed with great lighting, plenty of plug-ins, a mini-bar (completely free and restocked daily!), a big comfortable bed with four fluffy pillows, and lots of closet space. The area is peaceful yet close to everything—just steps from Chinatown, the MRT, and a short walk to Marina Bay Sands. Around the corner, there’s a charming lounge bar with unique drinks and the friendliest little dog named Dodo. The hotel team was amazing—very friendly and helpful. Even though it was a holiday Monday in Singapore, they offered me use of their boardroom and coffee so I could work comfortably. Housekeeping went above and beyond—refreshing the room daily and even folding my clothes. The gym, while compact, had enough equipment to fit in a good workout. Overall, an incredible stay and one I would highly recommend. I can’t wait to come back!

The Scarlet welcomed us with cool air cushioned in soft lit luxury. An easy check in process, gracious staff and an unexpected upgrade to one of their flamboyant suites was a delight. Complimentary bar fridge and wine, huge comfy bed, big TV, beautiful shower and jet bath plus a comfy chase lounge surrounded by shuttered windows and tasseled velvet drapes was a haven perfect for relaxing in between the humid adventures of Singapore. Brilliant coffee and matcha served from a boutique window across the street and a scrumptious croissant patisserie two doors down took care of breakfast. A traditional Kaya breakfast cafe is at the end of the traditional Shop-house street and another street over are the famous Maxwell food markets with stalls from all over Asia that are open early to late. The MRT station at the end of Erskin street gives easy access to the rest of Singapore when you have had your fill of the Chinatown markets and temples just across Southbridge road.

Easily accessible from Airport/cruise port, (don’t use private hire taxi, use public taxi) and to city centre. MRT across the road or bus stop nearby. Cost was amazing compared to others on Orchard Road on the other side of town. Close to china town. Not far from the river and it’s cafes and bars. There is a great street food centre behind the MRT with about 100 outlets. The hotel has an oriental decor, not to everyone’s taste. Great staff and Kenneth was so welcoming. We had requested a room at the back, as we checked in early he showed us a front room to see if it was suitable. Very acceptable. If you don’t want to go to far there is a great restaurant serving food all day and it’s superb with a nice vibe - Pasta Brava! Staff there are also great - friendly and welcoming! There is also a roof top bar to relax after a day of seeing the sights of Singapore. Have recommended this place already to others and my travel agent! PS they have complimentary snacks/drinks in reception and the mini bar is complimentary!

We had the best stay! The concierge when we arrived was wonderful and welcoming. It was late at night, we had a long travel day and the front desk was fast and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The pool and gym we made full use off. All the staff greeted us, even the house cleaning. Having a warm welcome the minute we arrived was what we needed after hours on the plane and stuck in transit. It was only one night but we wished it was longer.

Fantastic location, comfortable and for Singapore, spacious room. Really clean and fantastic beds - my son loved the gym and the pool area is great to wait for a late flight. All the staff we encountered were also lovely, friendly, courteous and helpful. A definite five star hotel.

Excellent hotel and excellent location. Spacious room, lovely pool Couldn't fault it. Comfortable lounge in lobby to wait after checkout until the airport, and the offer of pool/gym facility during that time. Very impressed.

Quality Hotel in a perfect location. All the staff we encountered went out of their way. A huge shoutout to Shan in the cafe/restaurant whose service was exceptional. The rooms were spacious. Pool area was perfect with plenty of umbrella lounging. Directly next to Raffles and across from Raffles City Shopping Centre (CS supermarket for fresh fruit) and City Hall MRT. Negatives: Pillows were a bit hard for my liking (you could probably ask for softer) and the sandpaper feel brown toilet paper has to go. Would I stay again: absolutely.

Wonderful trip to Singapore and enjoyed staying at the Carlton. Breakfast was exceptional in choice and quality. Staffs were very accommodating especially Shan who extremely helpful, going out of his way to source gluten free food options in Mosaic Cafe. Our premier room was large and very quiet, well away from the lift, as requested, overlooked the pool and gym area. which was well maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend the Carlton for its location, close to Raffles City and City Hall MRT station and of course its value for money.

I booked a premier double room via the hotel website with 2 double beds which worked well for myself and 3 children. This room did not come up on booking.com

Very smart hotel, huge restaurant, breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious and had every thing we needed. We liked the pool as the days were very hot. Step out the front door and you are on funky Clarke Quay plenty to do and see. We also enjoyed China town and the night markets about a 3 minute walk from here. They will store your luggage and you can use pool facilities if you are waiting to travel after check out. Im impressed, you will be too, try this one

The Blue Potato poolside bar is the best! Peter, Carla, Priyankha and Edvin are top notch. They are very attentive and patient with all the comings and goings that happen at the pool. They are always friendly and even remembered my favorite order. They made a very long business stay enjoyable.

Great hotel in a really good location. We loved being by Clarke Quay & Boat Quay. There were lots of restaurants nearby offering happy hour deals. Price of cocktsils at the Paradox are far too high. We used the MRT a lot but loved that you could walk to Chinatown & along the waterfront to the Merlion Statue. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Ice machines would be good as water from taps wasn't cold enough. My only disappointment was with the pool. There weren't enough sun loungers for amount of guests. I used the pool but there was nowhere to sit.

I chose The Parodox because of the location and the pool. It was a great choice. I arrived on an early flight and was at the hotel by 08.30, nevertheless I was given a room before 11.00 a d it had been upgraded. The reception staff were also helpful and kind I stayed 8 nights and made good use of the pool, it was so refreshing.

The location is very central. The hotel room is very spacious for 1 person and would accommodate 2 people adequately. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom and shower very good. I love the style of the hotel, quirky and modern. The Funan Mall has been refurbished in the last few years and houses many excellent shops and eateries.

The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room, although small, was comfortable and spacious for me. Although I had to cut short my stay due to circumstances and ultimately having to skip breakfast and the other amenities (I was looking forward to it), I would recommend staying here again for a staycay or even a holiday.

I was looking for a hotel - not expensive, clean, in the center - and I found all 3 here. The room was quite compact but not small, everything I needed was there: fridge, table/chair, spacious bed (it was a double), clean and functional shower room, perfectly working air conditioning unit on the wall. It was quiet at night. I had a bit of a problem with registration in the hotel app and I had someone helping me all the way through via WhatsUp, I didn't find the key-box at first and again - I had help on WhatsUp. There was noone at the hotel when I arrived, but there was someone 24/7 in WhatsUp and they replied straight away. Nice and touristy area, friendly coffee place "Grids Coffee Bar" across the road (fruit smoothy like breakfast is cool), several cheap Chineese cafes, 15 minutes walk to National gallery of Singapore (the locals advise to go by bus, 10 cents per ride, don't forget to check-in and out) and about 20-25 minutes to Marina Bay, Giant Trees and posh shops. I also suggest a bus to Little India and Arabs street. I arrived late, so took a taxi from the airport. Bought a local sim card (cheapest one is enough, don't fall for 100G one), found signs for taxis and then QR codes of local taxis on the board next to taxi pick-up point. A taxi cost me about 20 local dollars. I took a train on the way back - quick and easy. Don't stay more than an hour in the heat, carry water with you, use shops to cool down :)

Absolutely amazing place! I ended up here last minute, since another hostel I had booked had bed bugs. And how lucky I was! The room I stayed in was more a small apartment, with an ironing board, washing machine and dryer, a desk, and a little kitchenette. They even had dish soap, and detergent for the washing machine in the room. Really thought through! My room was facing the street on the ground floor, but even as a female solo traveler I felt very safe at all times, and it was still really quiet. The location is also amazing: very close to all the busyness of Chinatown, yet in a quiet street, and close to really nice coffee places and a brewery for a nice evening drink. The staff was also super friendly, and helpful with the digital key (did not work for me, and they simply gave me a gold old hotel card to unlock the door). I stayed for a combination of a work trip and a short vacation--for both it's really amazing! I don't often give 10 star reviews, but this place really deserves it.

A cozy room equipped with everything a guest will ever need. The bathroom is quite spacious and squeaky clean. There's a pantry inside the room with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator & fridge, electric stove/pan, and any other standard kitchen necessities. The Apple TV works well, and the wifi is stable enough for Netflix/Youtube HD. There are washing machines and dryers outside to use freely, with iron & board provided inside the room. The hotel staffs (Rizza & Ken) are super helpful and friendly. They responded to my inquiries in less than 5 mins, and even personally showed up to solve the problems. The information regarding self-check-in, room facilities, etc is sent via Booking.com app, email, & WhatsApp, kinda hard to miss. The hotel is located near the Chinatown MRT station, it's only 400-500 m away from Exit A (Pagoda Street) or Exit E (Chinatown Point). Along Pagoda Street (and all the streets nearby) there are many shops and restaurants. Also, there's a grocery store nearby (Fairprice in Chinatown Point). It's really a comfortable place to stay, be it for a short or long period.

Had an excellent stay for 5 nights. Lily was fantastic! She helped me check in (initial downloading and navigating the app). After that, it was easy to use it for access to the front door and room. She was very kind and proactively helpful our whole stay, especially via WhatsApp. The room was very clean. The kitchen supplies worked well for our breakfast and snacks (other meals eaten outside). Big closets, comfy bed, big fridge, great washer and dryer (they even provide the soap!), excellent AC and WiFi. Well-located outlets for charging. We had a great street view and the new windows kept any street noise to a minimum (we slept with no problem!) The only thing missing was a second seat (desk had a chair or the bed). They are so helpful you could probably ask for a second chair for your stay. And, they hold your luggage from checkout until 6p. Location is GREAT. Very close to 3 MRT lines and walkable to so many neighborhoods, stall food places, shopping, etc.

We had a fantastic stay in Singapore's Chinatown! The location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to cultural sights, delicious street food, and vibrant markets. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and provided all the amenities we needed. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful staff. Mary, Maica, and Lily were exceptional in their service. They were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions or helping with our travel arrangements, they were always there with a smile. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Singapore. We’ll definitely be back!

The location to Universal studios and Adventure cove is fantastic. It's one monorail stop away. The monorail is free along with the Sentosa shuttle bus. We used the monorail a lot and this was very easy as we travel with a child with a disability so the accessibility to get around Sentosa was perfect for us. Only two monorail stops to Vivo city. We stayed in a deluxe family room which gave us two bathrooms The rooms are very clean, well laid out but not particularly spacious, but you expect that in Singapore. I really liked the filtered drinking water tap in the rooms, that was very handy. The pools are beautiful and there's a pool for everyone. Younger kids pool, a Lazy River and medium depth pool and the larger infinity pool with pool bar. Plenty of seating in the pool area and shade options. There is also a 7-Eleven right near the hotel where you can get snacks, alcohol and milk .We would definitely stay here again if revisiting Sentosa.

The pools are wonderful. Beautiful temperature and plenty of space for kids to play and adults to relax. There could do with more seating and chairs though. Also the pool bar hours aren't the best. Closing at 6ish when often people are returning from their daily outing and are looking for a relaxing drink by the pool. It should be open until 8ish. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful and house keeping staff were always friendly. Convenient location.... 5min walk to monorail or 15min to resort world. I would recommend this hotel if you have kids.

Had a great few nights at the Village Hotel. We were checked in and out by Diva, Diva was very helpful and gave some great local food recommendations in some not-so-touristy areas of SG. The room itself was on the smaller side but clean and served its purpose well. Great view of the pool, pool was excellent, altitude bar (and the rooftop pool) were luxe. This hotel is in the best spot on Sentosa. Close to everything!

Nice pool, good view. We stayed for 2 days to celebrate our kids birthday. We enjoyed watching the fireworks in the evening while hanging out in the pool. Assisted by Tenry during check in. He answered our queries well and assigned us a fantastic room. Shoutout to the Wini and houskeeping staff Athena as well. The kids loved the balloons and rubber duckies. All the staff (Hopefully we got all your names right) definitely made our stay memorable. Thank you! Rooms are on the smaller side, but the pool, service and view made up for it.

Checkin desk was manned and i was granted early checkin at 12pm. The room was very spacious and could accommodate 3 adults or a family with 2 kids easily. The facilities like pool (just big enough for serious swimming) , 24hr gym, child play-space, roof garden, the guest lounge and co-working space allow for a break from being in your room. All (plus a pool guest shower) are available after checkout which generously extended the time you could spend at the apartment. Housekeeping safe were very accommodating.

Shower had all very good product for bathing and washing your hair also a hairdryer. Small Laundry room next to the pool area . And It had a gym . Breakfast was self serve as much as you wished and the choices were unbelievable . Hotel had a bar in the lobby for lunch and evening meals. Late checkout was a plus 1 o'clock marvellous 👍 we Sat in the bar had some lovely lunch and coffee before our flight very chilled .

The hotel was perfectly located and the staff were helpful and attentive. We were allowed an early check in which was amazing following a 18 hour journey. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The pool area was fantastic and breakfast was a highlight. We were so impressed with the hotel and thank everyone for making our stay so memorable.

The rooms were spacious and modern, the bed was super comfortable, and I loved the swimming pool and gym room. It was also really quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. The breakfast was great, and I really appreciated the staff finding my wallet and keeping it safe at the front desk.

The Holiday Inn ticked all the boxes, great location to transport, local restaurants. Now for the staff, room and the fantastic breakfast. The welcome from the front desk was warm and pleasant. My room on the 15th floor was amazing with a slight view of the harbour. The bed was super comfy and the linen beautifully matched. Bathroom was a good size and the shower had plenty of pressure and space. Now for the icing on the cake, was the breakfast bar and the amazing staff, that worked tirelessly to clear tables top up food and had time to greet everyone with a warm and pleasant “good morning” one staff stood and her name was Merry. Her customer service was impeccable, greeting guests with smile and asking about their day. I’ve never stayed in this area before and it was a pleasant surprise.

My team of 12 stayed here for 12 days for meetings. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Quiet, cool rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly and helpful staff, close to public transportation and the breakfast buffet is AMAZING! So many delicious offerings!

Modern hotel with typical/expected amenities, with great breakfast and very friendly & helpful staff. Although the room was relatively small, it was set up in a way that made the stay efficient and comfortable. The room was very clean (it seems that it may have been renovated recently) and the bed was comfortable.

It serve my purpose of "in transit" at Singapore, as I prefer to stay outside the airport. The location is just nice, 10 minutes taxi drive from / to airport; there is a food court and supermarket in the shopping centre just next to it; many other restaurant around it at the main road. It is also 5 minutes walk to the train station. The reception is at the 7th floor, so have to take a lift up though taxi can stop just at the door entrance to the lift. Room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff is attentive and helpful. Breakfast started at 6:30am at the same floor of the reception with a wide sitting area inside and outside. If one does not need to go Orchard Rd or Chinatown or any other touristry shopping locations, this is one of the nice place to stay. I think the rate is also reasonable compared to other similar standard hotel in Singapore.

Lovely spacious room with comfy bed and good shower. We loved the pool area with a bar. Friendly courteous staff and a vast selection for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and upgraded me to check in early. Rooms were very clean, big comfortable beds and great WiFi. Decor was also great including the gym and rooftop pool. The location was great and I was able to explore by foot.

Also Little India is a nice area with a lot of restaurants. Excellent swimming pool area with large pool and a lot of space to sit around. Moreover bar access. Rooms are very nice. Also extensive breakfast.

Everything was very nice at the hotel ! From day 1 , the stuff at the reception was very friendly! Everyone was smiling and helpful ! They Provided us with many information about our stay and the city ! The room was very clean and quiet ! The pool was great , clean and spacious ! Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of things and many different options every day ! And also providing an amazing omelette ! Good job ! Also The location was good with the metro station right on the corner of the lobby .

Amazing room. The fact that the bed is on a mezzanine makes you see the view from above and it’s stunning! Great pool! Staff were friendly and helpful, got me a taxi very quickly. Gym with a beautiful view and yoga deck with mats available 24/7. Nice coffee machine, tea and camomile in the room. Very comfortable bed, with soft and firm pillows. Great location by the MRT station.

We had a fantastic stay. The spacious rooms were perfect for our family, and the kids loved the pool. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered great kid-friendly options. A wonderful place for a family getaway!

The pool area is superb backed by the late night guest services who helped us re heat our food . A supwbrly comfortable bed . Just that that breakfast area can be made bigger. My stay at Holiday Inn Express was excellent. The staff were very nice and friendly, always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with clean rooms and spotless common areas, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location in Orchard is perfect, making it easy to explore the city, shop, and dine right nearby. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of food to start the day off right. Overall, Holiday Inn Express Orchard is a convenient, clean, and friendly place to stay. Highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Orchard. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Orchard with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport. Wang, Yu, and the head Chef have been such a treat. While the rooms are very small; the service is exceptional. IHG prioritizes the guests. The breakfast is AMAZING. everyday something new. we have stayed a total of 12 days this far; and the morning staff is most friendly. They are kind; patient and attentive. Our housekeeper Yu; has been truly the best we have had. We hope that Holiday Inn express honors her hard work! Wang has been so helpful every single day of our day here; she is there in the morning at Breakfast guiding us to a table and making sure our needs were met. Each day the staff front desk called us a taxi cab; very fast and efficient. The security guard also helped with calling taxi; giving umbrella during the passing wind and rain; and letting us know where to go for great food. IHG is located conveniently near Lucky Plaza, Paragon and not far from FEP; far east plaza. Orchard road has very strict laws; so be mindful of smoking because they have citations. IHG Charges $2 for printing. They do not have a conference room for business work. They have an okay laundry room; clean. Again; Wang, Yu, and the head Chef and Security guard are the most special here. We thank you for your service. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Perfect location, walk distance from Orchard rd. Near MRT station (Somerset and Orchard). The reception is very friendly and explains everything we need to know about the hotel. The room is big enough for us three and the room is always clean everytime we came back to the hotel. The breakfast arrangement is effective and the lady in breakfast room is very friendly. The coffee is good and choices of juice is great.

The beds and bedding were exceptional throughout. Airconditioning was fantastic. Rooms were a good size and clean. Staff were amazing. The pool was really lovely and there's were plenty of opportunities for relaxing. There was an undercover outdoor area that you could read and relax downstairs and up at the pool. Location was good, it was about 800m to the nearest hop on hop off bus stop and about 500m to the Havelock MRT. It was quite central to everything in Sinapore, so we used cabs a lot via a local app and the most we paid for any trips was about $20SGD

Great apartment for cooking for my fussy children. I love the pool on the roof, because the pool was all one depth which made it safe for my young children.

Bed was comfy and the showers were good pool upstairs was great and the diners food and pool was awesome too!

So exceptionally clean and the staff were just wonderful, so friendly and helpful, couldn't fault them. Had the one bed apartment for 4 and it was ample for us. 2 bathrooms, great little kitchenette, iron, ironing board. Lovely toiletries. Beautiful linen, dressing gowns. Pool nice. Area safe. Coffee, tea and latrines supplied. Beds super comfy. So so good but the staff are just wonderful. Thank you.

Clean and spacious apartment. Loved that the pool is on the roof with amazing views. The property also has a gym and an indoor playground for kids. They also have pastries and coffee in the lobby which were free to help ourselves with in the morning. Overall a great stay and will definitely consider staying here again.
