The stockroom is an amazing add to the hotel the breakfast was spectacular and the stations of various food is exceptional. We liked the lobby and the outside area We liked that the hotel has mist things that you might need such as stain remover, pads, nail polish remover all free of charge! We actually stayed at Kimpton Maa-Lai twice in August because once just wasn’t enough. This place feels like home… if your home had an infinity pool, spotless rooms, and the friendliest staff on the planet. Special shoutout to Grape, the superstar guest manager, who made our girls feel like VIPs, and Mew, who runs the show with such warmth and class. Honestly, they’re half the reason we came back for round two. The pool is amazing, the hotel is super clean, and somehow it manages to feel both luxurious and cozy. Every little detail was handled with care, and we laughed, celebrated, and relaxed the whole way through. We’ll be back again, no question.

This Place is a piece of heaven. I have booked Tongsai Seaview Pool Villa. At our arrival the reception was so amazing with the welcoming smiles and drinks at a view of the trees and vast sea. When we entered our villa i was amazed with the set up and how spacious the space is, starting from the breathtaking view of the infinity pool, the set up of the jacuzzi and furniture around the outer area, and ending up with so amazing set up of the room inside. The pictures attached will explain more. We have enjoyed dinners at both restaurants of the hotel, their food and taste is really superb. The breakfast vibes and service is beyond description to me, the smiles and humbleness of the service crew is something to be commended. They also have free water activities like paddle board and Kayak. They also have wind sailing with instructor at a very fair price that comes with coconut drinks and fresh fruits, highly recommended. The location itself is really great for an isolation and long stay at the resort. In many ways just excellent. The staff was amazing and helpful. The breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip. The pool and pool area was great - plenty of sunbeds and large pool. The staff provides water to you all day while at the pool. Hotel is located at a secluded private beach/bay which was also lovely. We stayed at a Beach front suite, which was very convenient when traveling with an infant, as it was located just next to the Beach/pool area. The area is hilly, however there is a complimentary pick-up buggy service that can take you around the premises whenever needed.

They have two pools, The Half Moon Pool is just for adults. Both pools are huge and well maintained. The Staff was so welcoming and attentive and so quick to see to any request.

Gorgeous resort. The staff were so lovely every single time we saw them, and were very helpful. The resort itself was lovely and you were treated like royalty when at the pool and restaurant etc. Our room was lovely, and a gorgeous view. The private beach and the pool are fab. Hotel always organised taxis at a very fair price, not ripping us off like other hotels. Best part was the cold towels they give you when you go to the lobby, a very nice touch when it’s very hot!!!! Breakfast had a great selection and was very high quality. The BBQ buffet was AMAZING. Definitely recommend.

The property is stunning - very tucked away and on a private (beautiful) beach. Pool area was fantastic as was the onsite food we tried. Breakfast was exceptional - everything you could think of and more! Room was large with a great balcony looking out over the pool and sea. All staff we encountered were very professional, helpful and kind.

We are a couple who would like a peaceful vacation. We had a great time in centara, spending most of the time at the adult only infinity pool which was beautiful. Yes, hotel is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are great & luxury. Service is just great – everything you asked happened at once. Gym is maybe the best i saw in hotel: big and well equipped. but it's just not worth it as its way over priced.

Beautiful resort on a great part of Chaweng beach. The hotel has two great pools and beautiful grounds. The shower is just out of this world, so we used it more than once a day and named it’s the “Angel rain shower”. The staff were fantastic and super helpful. Loved their focus on sustainability, glass refilled water bottles, refillable soaps, free glasses of water by the pool, and pretty much no plastic in sight. As the hotel wasn’t running on full occupancy we didn’t have problem finding an empty sun lounger by the pool, as others reviewers have commented on.

Our stay at Centara reserve was the highlight of our honeymoon. We felt so loved and cared for, and the breakfast was incredible !!! So filling, quality food and we wished we could eat it all day long. Pools were immaculate, facilities so clean and the beach only a few steps away. We loved the drinks at the pool, and the little bar on the right, and I wish I could get one more Long Island iced teas, as they were so good! Big thank you to all the staff at Centara reserve, they were so lovely and welcoming. They even left us a cute surprise in our room! Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent hotel and perfect service. Really was 5 star in every way. Only let down is the pool does not really get the sun. But it is a lovely pool though.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a grand and impressive lobby. The staff provided excellent service, and check-in was quick. The room was elegantly decorated yet cozy, very spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and sofa, plus a balcony. The large bathtub filled up quickly, and the water temperature was easy to adjust. They thoughtfully prepared amenities for children, including a bathrobe, slippers, and a small step stool so kids could use the sink by themselves. The swimming pool is large with an amazing view, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food.

Beautiful elegant hotel. Check-in was seamless. 1 bedroom apartment is big, quiet, great views and overall very comfortable with all services thought through. Breakfast services was delicious, quick turnaround in room service time at any hour of the day, lovely attentive staff. Pool is well maintained, the delicatessen is refined, Flourish restaurant is great. Its a calm soothing experience in the middle of an always bustling city (with easy shuttle service provided by the hotel!). Will definitely return.

The pool and gym are incredible. The room was stylish, clean, large and had everything you need! Lovely touches like complimentary snacks and drinks and bedtime herbal tea delivered in the evening. Staff were lovely and helpful. Right next to Lumphini park. Would love to stay again! Beautiful building and amazing stay. Verg clean and quiet, away from main roads, very peaceful night's sleep. Shower was also great!

The infinity pool is fabulous overlooking the coconut trees and beautiful bay. Rooms are charming, minimal and rustic. Lovely bathroom with hot shower and gorgeous views. Freshly ground coffee and filters in the room were a nice touch! The breakfast is excellent - all you can eat! I’d recommend the banana pancakes! Restaurant food is super- we tried a variety of dishes which were exceptional. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the quiet location - We hired motorbikes to get in and out of town - necessary If you want to explore the island.

We had a wonderful stay, especially because of the enthusiastic and friendly team! Beds are comfortable, rooms are very big, breakfast was great. The setup within the jungle is unique, it created unforgettable moments. The infinity pool and seating possibilities were also a pleasure. Highly recommended! One of our best hotel stays!

Great Deisgn! A lot of wood and very Thilandish ( a word I made up for thiland looking things). Amazing staff! They were very nice and professional. ( They remembered what we liked, and they alawys asked us if we were comfortable). There was always at least one guy at the reception, giving advice on how to have fun on the island( I think they were part of the staff. shout out to you, Philip). The hotel had a lot of services with great value for money. (Massage, free taxi service in the morning to the city, food, drinks, yoga, etc) I had like 3 massages in my 5 day stay there, hahah. The restaurant was great! It has alllll the types of thai food you can order at a very reasonable price. Great cocktails. The view from our room was insane!!! I will add a picture to the review so you can be jealous as well. The pool was Instagram level fine!! Infinity pool overseeing allllll the island.

Lovely bungalow, with comfortable bed, very good shower, wonderful view. The pool area is beautiful, we had a great time enjoying the pool and drinking very good cocktails. The manager and all staff is amazingly nice. We loved our stay there!

Clean rooms in an incredible setting! We had the standard room with ocean view, which we highly recommend. The pool area is really the best place to relax on the island in our opinion. It’s so nice to have your breakfast there (great coffees!) or take a dip in the pool. The Thai man behind the bar was such a nice person, as was the manager.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pacific Club Spa Resort. The rooms are spacious, clean, decor is lovely. The king size beds is very comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. The staff are amazing and attend to your every request. We loved the infinity pool. Was never overcrowded, in fact often we were the only ones there. The view from the pool was breathtaking. Beautiful green mountains to the back and ocean view to the front. We loved ordering food and eating lunch or dinner all while sitting in the water tables. The water was clean, cool and relaxing. The spa facilities onsite was very convenient and prices were reasonable. Food from the restaurant I could not fault. We loved every meal we had bar 1. (And that was because we misread the information that it was spicy). The included breakfast buffet was exceptional. (You have to try their omelettes they are the best I've had). There was toast, Asian food selection as well as eggs every way, banana bread was so good. A selection of fresh fruits and canopies etc. There was definately something to suit everyone. We were very much impressed with this resort. We will definately come again. Our 2 favourite staff were Sun and Ron. They always made sure we were having a good stay and very welcoming.

Staying here was one of the best decisions I made coming to Thailand. Everything was perfect. Rooms are great. Large bathrooms. Kitchenette with a microwave/grill. Huge balcony. The rooftop infinity pool with the incredible view. Steam room and jacuzzi in a tranquil setting. Restaurant food was some of the best food I’ve had here. The staff are amazing especially Sun, the manager who makes you feel this is your home. Feels like you don’t even need to leave the hotel. Spa onsite. Same prices as in town. Laundry same. Easy to get to anywhere from here. Short walk to the action. Close to everything. Easy to take a bus if you prefer, to Kata, Patong or Old Town. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you Sun for making my stay so wonderful. I didn’t want to leave. As I write this I’m still in Thailand and it was by far the best place I’ve stayed on my journey

Netflix * pool was open 24/7 for those late night swims Cons * pool is on the smaller side. Only 3 tables inside pool * about 1km walk to get to other food/entertainment options.

This place makes u not want to leave. The pool was so good on the roof top with the bar. 🍹 Food was so tasty. Thai side was yummy. But other 2 things had not so. I ate there every night. Breakfast lots of options. Staff in restaurant, pool bar, reception all made my stay. And Mr Sun. Room was great. Nice linen. Bathroom shaped and set out was great. Bed so comfy. Close to beach and ammenties, other restaurants. Thanks for an amazing stay. 🥰🌸🩷🙆‍♀️ It was relaxing and one of best places stayed at so far of my trip of 3 weeks.in Thailand

Brilliant resort.Soooo friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with 4 people. Bedrooms very spacious both with ensuite. Small kitchen area and a separate living area with wrap round balcony. Rooftop pool with a small bar. Lovely breakfast with great coffee and separated egg station. Breakfast area doubles as a restaurant with a brilliant option, they will delivery food/drink to any area of hotel, room, pool, bar, at No extra charge👍

This hotel was exceptional, especially lounge access. Beautiful breakfast in lovely quite surroundings. Cocktails and canopies every evening. Laundry done daily. Staff were so kind and helpful . Infinity pool was clean, super surroundings. Direct access to Bts .

Really good, the restaurant in floor 14th is perfect, the infinity pool amazing, and the people working here really nice. The view is stunning, and the mood perfect! Our waitress Nayla was wonderful!

The beach, pool and beach restaurant were excellent. The location of the whole resort and villa's were breathtaking. Our host was very professional, friendly and always available. The spacious villa with private pool and jacuzzi were awesome and the view spectacular.

Wonderful & friendly staff met every request we had. Our pool villa (E03) had the most amazing views and we highly recommend it. The food was great too (no need to go elsewhere to eat). Very clean & comfortable room. We also enjoyed the SPA. The beach and hotel pool area is quite nice and peaceful.

Most wonderful, attentive staff. Gorgeous, perfect beach with bathwater temps. Breakfast buffet was unique and well done....not a normal hotel buffet. The grounds are gorgeous and the buggy service around the resort is super prompt and efficient. Spa was amazing. Room and private pool were perfect. Loved the rain shower and the large tub.

The Villas are large and super comfy. The views are just breathtaking, private pool is a nice touch. Private hotel beach is very clean with crystal clear water (not always, depends on the weather). Personnel is always smiling, very helpful and responsive. Food is decent, although Saffron is clearly 1-2 points above The Edge. You get to experience „being in a jungle” while staying at very luxurious and comfortable place.

Superb service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left from all the staff. The villa was the best we have ever stayed in with everything you could need with a pool with a view you would never get bored of looking at. Breakfast buffet was exceptional with so much choice from around the world. Peaceful and relaxing and in the middle of nature

The location and grounds around the giant rain trees. The size, style and cleanliness of the room, the breakfast and most of all the amazing staff. The lady that checked us in and took us to our room, the front desk and bell staff, the restaurant staff were all top notch. Although Marriott owns the hotel you get Asian style friendliness and service vs. the "service" you get from Marriott in the US. The the hotel was obviously designed and built before Marriott got involved. The front desk staff set us up with some great drivers/guides that drove all around the amazing region. Although it is a quiet river setting you are only minutes from town via TukTuk or private car. The fare to the airport about $2.50 and although the airport is close, flight noise was not an issue. Even at resort prices which probably double the in town prices food and drink were delicious and still much less than what you would pay for average food in the US. We stayed a few extra days and were upgraded from the normal mega room to the super mega room. The contemporary style is out of Architectural Digest and unlike some even 5 star room there were no rough edges or signs of wear in our room. The 3 level infinity pool with the infinity river lagoon pool and then the river with all the landscaping. You need to visit there to appreciate the design, attention to detail and superb maintenance. Even the maintenance stop there work to greet you. DON"T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE IN CHIANG RAE!

We had a pleasant stay, peaceful, quiet, all staff were very polite. Bfast choices were limited, could have had more variety. Housekeeping was good, but the balcony was not cleaned during our entire stay. The pool water was too murky, it should not be this way. A large fountain in front of the pool would be nice. Dinner at the Favola did not feel like Italian. Some big koi fish along the walking area around the lake would be nice. Overall, I would return.

Beautiful resort with large, attractive rooms, beautiful (unheated!) pool, generous varied breakfast. Staff were consistently attentive and helpful. Easy to explore Chiang Rai via Grab or similar. This is a very nice oasis to return to after busy days out touristing - or just a nice place to relax by the pool.

We were here for a couple of days with our 2 teenage sons and had a great time. The penthouse bar is really cool and we liked the infinity pool overlooking Bagkok. The service was very good as was the view from the bedrooms as well.

The room is so spacious and the bed and pillows are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The bed ia the best! Breakfast amazing. Pool and poolside lounges are so cool. I didn’t want to leave the pool area.

The location in downtown Bangkok is great for shopping, food and as a hub to start exploring the city. Our stay was in April, so it was to hot to do anything else but lie on pool and relax. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also large enough to work on laptops and quiet enough for conference calls. Gym and pool area were great, we used them on a daily basis and they were never overcrowded (we stayed for 6 days in April) Notworthy: the view from the rooms and hotel is amazing. Also: We loved the food, it was really good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The ambience was lovely esp at the breakfast dining and pool area. Landscape around the pool was beautiful, soothing to the eyes and we didnt feel that we were on the 10th floor with towering buildings surrounding us. A very important aspect. The staff serving us at breakfast were very attentive and one quickly informed me that the steamed crab Siew Mai dish was not halal cz it contains pork. Note: pls write down ingredients of the dishes prepared or have non-halal signs on it

This hotel is the definition of 5 star luxury. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with two amazing infinity pools and a large family pool, luxurious room and delicious food. Our room was large, with a large balcony and bath overlooking the largest infinity pool, but the landscaping makes everything private. We loved everything even down to signature scent. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the Black and Ginger restaurant is simply a magical experience offering exquisitely crafted tasting menus in a romantic venue fit for a Hollywood blockbuster. The staff are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The Spa treatments were wonderfully relaxing. The Slate was everything we wanted for relaxing holiday yet close enough to the beach and restaurants to walk in a few mins, although we didn't feel the need to venture too far. There aren't many places in the world that we would go back to, as we love exploring new places, but when the experience this good, we will definitely be returning as soon as we can.

Incredible rooms. Beautiful design throughout. My room was enormous! Laughably big! Very helpful friendly staff. The food was amazing in the breakfast buffet. Great facilities for kids (pool and kids club). The whole place smells amazing. Would come back, without a doubt. Local area has quite a lot there. Close to airport. Poolside service very friendly and easy.

There are 3 pools :- huge children/family, adult only with swim up bar and an adult only quiet pool which is perfect. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Despite being a big resort you don’t feel it’s crowded apart from breakfast time which can get busy. Guests are encouraged not to reserve loungers. Excellent local restaurants within a very easy walk from the hotel.

The service in the hotel was exceptional and the facilities were great! We loved the pool bars and pool staff. Also, the jazz singer at Rebar was great and a lot of fun. Rooms were amazing and always kept cleaned.

So nice to see a hotel that has interesting decor and isn’t just a cookie cutter hotel , back of hotel accesses beautiful beach with swaying trees, sun loungers, and the most incredible little restaurants - no shopping at all - just a couple of 7/11s, a Chemist, ATM, money changer . Note there is no water views but that’s not important - there are there good size pools and two of them are for adults only - constant supply of iced water to pool guests was much appreciated

Amazing across everything, the staff in every role were perfect and especially Baw by the poolside was a great host and then also Auto at concierge was so helpful We loved the lazy river as temperature of the water was perfect with a swim up bar. The breakfast was unbelievably good, one of the best quality ever experienced and so much choice The poolside rooms were nice, although we didn’t use the outside area other than to access pool, air con was great, bed comfortable, short walk to the main pool and beach Sad to leave such a wonderful place

Amazing breakfast, amazing rooms (get view of pools), beautiful gardens and pools that wind around the property as well as the main beach front pool. The photos on the website really do not do this place justice. The beach is wonderful, perfect size with perfect amount of choice of bars and restaurants without the big party vibe. Staff were just exceptional. Amazing place. Want to go back already!

Loved our direct pool access from the room. River shaped pool with cute pool bar! Beach was ok - great for kids as it was very shallow. Staff was super lovely and great! The level experience is fantastic :-).

Fantastic hotel and service. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool, it was out of this world. The figure of 8 pool was lovely to swim round with a bar pool, swing chairs and slides along the way. The VIP access that came with our room was a massive perk and made our stay, as did all the staff. We’ve never been treated so well at a hotel, thank you. Room was very comfortable and the extra activities were great, we tried yoga and kayaking. There was also paddle boarding and table tennis and much more. We’d love to come back. It looked like plenty of people go every year.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 night stay here in a corner suite. Amazing breakfasts, super cool infinity pool on the 19th floor and very comfortable beds. All staff were friendly & helpful. Special mention to Naphat! Thank you Sindhorn Midtown!

All of the staff were amazing. So polite and friendly. Front desk staff incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was included - catering for a vast array of tastes and cultures. Pool bar with infinity pool had a variety of seating - sofas, loungers, soft recliners etc. Prices reasonable for this type of hotel.Location was close to the sky train, only a few stops to the ferry at Sathorn. 7-Eleven right next door for SIM cards and anything else you've forgotten/need. Other restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, especially for the value. Stayed four nights. Rooms are clean and quiet, comfy beds, updated. Fantastic breakfast - so many options (egg/omelette bar, noodle bar, fruits, cheeses, stir fry, dumpling bar), high quality and excellent service. L-shaped infinity pool on the 16th floor offers amazing skyline views. Short walk to the above and below ground rail systems - less than a ten minute ride to the Chao Phrya River. 7-11 right next door. Highly recommended all around.

Very comfortable hotel, with good location. Nice rooftop bar and views. Very chill pool also with beautiful views. The studio rooms are in the separated building. This rooms are great for the families with kids. The breakfast is amazing, the staff was very helpful. Although there is many hungry guests in the morning, the hotel has great solution, you can drink morning coffee waiting for your table in comfy spaces. That was awesome. And the hotel offers many little things that made our stay perfect.

A truly luxurious resort in a stunning setting on beautiful long beach. Offers a bit of something for everyone, with a gorgeous pool, great bar, cool cafe and excellent restaurant. Theres a pool table and table tennis too. Rooms are huge, super comfy beds, lovely linen and towels and just loved the spa on the balcony. Super clean too! A bit more expensive than some of the other options on Long Beach but worth every cent!

Everything. Whole resort is stunning. Really great breakfast. Lovely beach with plenty of beanbag sun beds & double loungers. Plenty of loungers round the lovely main pool too. This time we stayed in a superior loft room which is more towards the road than the beach but we loved it. Our room was directly overlooking the smaller swimming pool & every time we stayed round it we had it all to ourselves. Lots of great restaurants a short stroll along the beach. We have stayed in many hotels on this beach (& more expensive ones!) but this is definitely our favourite & we will be back.

The resort is very nice we were pleased, the staff is very kind, the pool is nice, they have bean bags and sunbeds on the beach. The beach is very long so you can go for a walk. They have an open bungalow for massage and the massage was very good. The breakfast is so good and you have a lot of options. And the resort has pinkpong table and pool table. In the evening they have fire shows, every evening is different. And the rooms are very spacious.

Amazing beach location, with 2 pools. We stayed in the garden zone and appreciated the pool there. Big room and bathroom that felt very private. Staff were very accommodating and as it was my partners birthday they gave him a cake and sang to him, and they also did room decorations. Great location for beach chilling and for watching the sunset!

The place is magic, the staff is very helpful and friendly. We loved that you have from where to see the sunrise over Phang Nga Bay and you have the same view actually all the time. We stayed 2 nights to relax at the pool, view the sunrise and take a boat tour. The pool can get quickly crowded as the place is small, however it is amazing! Excellent food choices and breakfast. Very comfortable bed. To arrive there they offer transport and you pay at the reception cash or card, as well other tour activities. 1 free mocktail and ice cream.

Staff are the most amazing people ever! Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Rooms are comfy and a lot of thought has gone into the added extras….like mosquito repellent. Views….Wow, you will never find a better view! Drinks menu….devine cocktails! Pool…Pool lady lovely, fresh fruit served is the cherry on the pie.

Its a magical place. Superb view. super friendly staff. I what enjoyed the most is complementary Long boat ride. Nice pool and they provided us complementary fruits and juice for the pool too. The view from the room is magical and enjoyed every bit that i stayed there

Very very friendly & helpful staff! Excellent food!! The softest & most amazing bedsheets EVER! Super comfy bed, due to the location in the hills it was also very quiet & peaceful. And of course the views 5/5! From the room, from the restaurant, from the pool - amazing. The mini bar & fruits were included which was a nice add on & we got surprised with a desert for our honeymoon :) also it was an easy communication for pickup/transfer to & from the hotel. They even offer tour bookings directly at the reception for the nationalpark. Great service!

BEAUTIFUL room and property. Exceptional customer service. Luxuriously spacious room and balcony. Their infinity pool has an impeccable view and the food at the restaurant and for breakfast were delicious. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Lovely room and view, helpful staff, good food, great for a couple retreat. Enjoyed the complementary massage and infinity pool especially. Great breakfast with a great view of the sea. Slightly out of the way from the nearest town but taxi/walking is an option

STAY HERE! The Hotel is pure luxury. The setting, the rooms, THE VIEW! The staff are like family, efficient, helpful & proactive. The Restaurant food is delicious, from Thai to wood fired Pizza. Without doubt it has the best view of any restaurant i've eaten in, beats the Splendido in Portofino. The reception will hire you a scooter for 300 baht per day. Airport transfer is 600 baht. Worth it. The gym is larger than the website shows, it's very well equiped. Finally, the infinity pool, combined with the view & you can swim up to the bar. Perfect Hotel.

I had the best experience at this resort. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The property is clean and beautiful and the rooms are spacious and modern. The infinity edge pool has an incredible view. The gym has a variety of equipment, too. I loved this resort so much that I came back and stayed a few more nights. I have nothing negative at all to say and I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to relax and unwind. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Great facilities, beautiful views and amazing service. Hotel offers great breakfast, large rooms, fully equipped gym and a marvoules infinity pool. The only thing to take in considiation that it is on a top of a hill, therefore, getting in and out of the resort will always require a taxi (unless you have time and you are adventuress )
