We had a legends suite with its own corner terrace on the third floor and a private infinity pool, the room was massive with a lounge and dining room as well as a kitchen, bathroom with a bath and a shower, a dressing area and two seperate WCs.

Wonderful on every level.Stunning Infinity pool,beach,quality loungers,superb restaurants-and impeccable service. This compact , sophisticated ,boutique hotel is a pleasant contrast from the sprawling ,crowded all-inclusives elsewhere along the coast. There have been positive additions since I was last here a year ago.They now have a small outdoor cafe /terrace dramatically overlooking the sea. Restaurants in the hotel offer fine dining -in every sense of the word. And the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of healthy items,besides the usual offerings.

The hotel sparkles with style.Stunning infinity pool overlooks a lovely swimmable beach. Exquisite dining with water views.Every single meal (7 breakfasts,7 dinners) was a home run.Many healthy options too. EVERY SINGLE staff member was consistently cheerful and helpful.The concierge desk volunteered to arrange my daily taxis,and my trip to the Jema amphitheater .Interaction with Mohamed at breakfast was always a positive way to start the day.Omar at dinner was professional and gracious. Khouloud of guest relations made many helpful suggestions. The list is endless. Well equipped gym . Freshly baked warm bread at breakfast. Comfortable bed.Strong wifi signal. Huge bedroom .Fast elevators.Good security . I travel a lot -and this was a true 5-star experience.

Tremendous luxury hotel with friendly staff, right on the beach. Great for kids, hUGe infinity pool, lovely afternoon teas available. While the hotel's website states that there are no restaurants on the beach after September, they really should consider having food options down there when the weather is still so lovely. Terrible pillows. Lovely bathroom.

Stunning and authentic hotel. Room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Bathroom and bed were exceptional. Balcony was built up so not much a view unless you stand up. Food and service was 5*. Pool was relaxed and spacious. Our one criticism was the slow service by the pool, but other than that, decadent

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect if you want to relax. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The spa is also amazing, do not miss the chance to have a massage session! Moreover I have to say that the concierge organised all the tours for us and made our stay even better. The outdoor pool and the pool bar are also lovely.

This hotel is new and the decoration is beautiful look like Roman style. Have indoor heaters pool and also outdoor pool excellent view to the the Mediterranean Sea from my room. The restaurant have excellent food and wine. From desk staff, Bellman, housekeeper, lobby staff have excellent customer services. Staffs spoke very good English. Love this place.

Arrival at the hotel was excellent, a warm welcome from guest experience manager Manel. Check in was smooth, front desk staff friendly and professional. As it was our first time at the resort, Manel gave us a quick walkthrough and introduced us to the facilities, this was very much appreciated. The rooms are beautiful, also the rest of the facilities are well kept and spotless, both the indoor as well as the outdoor pool areas deserve a special mention. We had dinner at the creek and at blu seafood restaurant, both were excellent, as was the service during dinner.

We have recently returned from a 10 night stay at the Royal Azur and can say it is a very well presented hotel, with very good staff. Arrival was great checkin was swift as we arrived as the restaurant was about to close they rushed into the restaurant and where met by very efficient waiting staff who guided us the buffet which even at time of service was still very impressive. Our room was excellent very clean an tidy as it was kept through out our stay the housekeeping lady was excellent. There are 3 bars open through out the day Reception pool and Beach all manned by very helpful staff service around the 3 pools was great and if you wanted to you could go to the pool bar. The beach was clean and tidy with staff on hand. Both the Pool and Beach bars closed at 6pm. The Reception bar was very well run with table service or again you could wait to be served at the bar. We never had any issue's with service and you always got a smile and wave from all the bar staff. Food was served in the main buffet restaurant always plenty of choice and if you like pizza the guys did some nice pizza. The waiting staff are again friendly and very attentive I can say it is a really good hotel well run with allt he public area's kept immaculately clean the whole day. This not a criticism but may be a few more sunbeds around the middle and infinity pool it would probably alleviate some of the tension around these pools. Over it is a great place.

From start to finish this hotel delivered exceptional service. The customer service manager Zanab was friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond. Service staff Mohammed and Fetty were friendly, warm and attentive. This was our first time in Tunisia and we would definitely come back. First time all inclusive and the food was amazing. Plenty of choice and food had plenty of variation. Local wine was fab! The hotel was clean and the room was perfect, cleaning staff were also super kind and friendly. Plenty of pools to pick from. If you’re going as a couple I’d stick to the infinity pool as it tended to be quiet. Getting sun-beds was easy. No 6am get up. Wondering down at 8.30am was fine. Getting beach sunbeds was easy and again no need to rush. 8/8.30am was fine to grab a good one with shade. Towels provided by the lifeguard. I recommend wondering to the old Medina and taking in the sights on the 25minute walk.

We actually stayed at a sister hotel but used and paid for some of the facilities - ATM, money exchange, the pools and pool bar. This hotel has a real luxurious feel with a relaxed vibe. It’s high quality, very clean and everywhere you look is lovely. The pool bar service and lifeguards were very professional and friendly. Can’t comment on the food unfortunately as we didn’t eat here but the restaurant area we saw looked nice.

Great location. This is a 5-star hotel and you can see why. The service was exceptional. They have a pool, spa and restaurant. Room is very spacious. Great double bed. Breakfast is great as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The pool was very good, the restaurants were excelent and the staff was very friendly. In the hotel all is very clean. It is near some institutes from the university. Good restaurants in the neiborhood.

I visit this hotel Borj Dhiafa many times but this time I found many improvements happening now. First the check in was really good experience started with welcome drink until receiving the room. Room size is very good and clean equipped with all needed ( refrigerator & iron & tv & setting area & king size bed) bed are really good. Bathroom clean and all you may be need available. I try the hotel restaurant and food was very tasty, highly recommended to try seafood dishes. Swimming pool good but not heated. Prices compared with service are very good.

Nice spacious room with all required to enjoy long and lonely days. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food is great. Not boring at all. Absolute cosiness and feels like 1001 nights.The atmosphere is relaxing. The pool is healing.

Quiet. Good clean room enough big with good socket light switches placement. Perfect bed! Very good food and service. Decent air conditioning. Nice bars and restaurants, fantastic terrace where you can get a good coffee. Live music in the restaurant in the evening. Very clean pools. Normal coffee. Beautiful garden!

The room is spacious and provides all the necessary supplies, super comfortable bed, excellent shower. We went with our 9 months old baby, so they provided us a cot and we’re really nice to fullfil all our “different” requests (for example, an omelete for the baby’s dinner outside of the restaurant working hours). The Mini-Club is great, and Takwa (the lady who takes care of the children) is super nice and gentle. All the pools are amazing, as well as the beach in front of the hotel. All the staff was exceptional.

Excellent all the way The food is extraordinary. It's a buffet but looks like a la carte menu. Everything was tasteful with a great presentation. A big shout out to the pastery chef. I have never tasted such delicious pasteries We got offered an upgrade upon arrival to a luxury suite with a pool and sea view The suite was big with great appliances. The personnel at the bar were so nice and smiling all the time. I forgot the name of our server, but he was exceptional. The spa is cool

Food was great, garden is well maintained, beach is pretty and staff was friendly and inside pool was heated (we stayed in winter). Also I really liked the design, art and interior of the public spaces. Rooms were comfortable but less stylish than public areas.

Just back from our trip in Tunisia, where we had a lovely relaxing stay at Pearl Marriott. The staff are a credit to the hotel, very friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Room was clean and comfy, lovely pool and bar areas. Never had an issue getting a sunbed, the pool staff always found us one. We had great fun at the foam pool party, a fantastic trip to the spa and we received a cake for our anniversary. Food was lovely and authentic, great to try something new. Thanks to all the staff!

The pool was clean and beautiful, there was a underground pass access to the public beach! Is was good and secured, the indoor pool was big and clean too I used it because I don’t want to get much sunburned!! The spa was good, The room was good specially the restroom and bathroom were apart The breakfast was good 👍 There were a live music in restaurant at night

The hotel is right across from the beach, has an adult pool and a separate family pool - both lovely. The communal areas are very smartly designed and very spacious. We had king sea view rooms (only ever partial sea view due to the angle of the hotel) and they were very nice. Plentiful bottled water provided in the room every day. We were on b&b and there is a fabulous little French restaurant literally opposite the hotel entrance.

The restaurant in the hotel is very good, lots of seafood, friendly staff I recommend it for a holiday. Clean rooms, 2 minutes walk to the sea free towels for the pool and beach provided large hotel area, there are 2 swimming pools, one for children, the second 16+

Staff friendly, and a credit to hotel.when first got there, the restaurant was like a cattle market, and tables all dirty with plates and cutlery had found our own cutlery , food was cold or not cooked correctly. It seems to have a shake-up after a couple of days later .. Pool man MakRem was brilliant in serving us drinks .lifeguard saved a bed every day, so we didn't need to rush in the morning. Thanks.. also we had a very good pool party ... and aqua fit when it was on .... evenings not much to do ... have sport on no sound ,went out for a meal to farmers very good steak house ...

This resort has a large swimming pool and is right on the beach. It serves three excellent meals a day and there is entertainment at night. The staff in the dining room and at check in was incredibly friendly and helpful. Most people in the resort are there for the beach and pool. We stayed there to visit nearby archaeological sites and swam in the late afternoon. I recommend the museum in Sousse, El Jem (amphitheater and also the museum!), Kairouan, etc. In the hotel I did the hammam and massage; very nice and memorable! I recommend them both warmly!

I like the service especially reception Miss Mouna and all staff are excellent. Food is good not so varieted but deliciois, all facility clean. Very good animation team and activities. About the covered pool better if the access was from inside no need to walk out especially in cold weather for Covered pool.

My first ever experience of fully inclusive and indeed it was an enjoyable one. All the staff were amazing and make you feel like you're their most important client. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean and inviting, same with the private beach. Loved my Seaview room and relaxing on my balcony. Finally the food, wow, never imagined it would be as good as it was, and so nice to have freshly squeezed juice for breakfast. Should I return to Sousse I'd have no hesitation but to book here again.

Location, was right on the beach. Had private beach which was quiet and well kept. The indoor pool was very warm. Animation team were very friendly and lots of fun. Staff were friendly and helpful

This is our second time in this amazing hotel and hands down the best hotel in Tunisia I have been to many and this one on top..really friendly and helpful staff, food is amazing and it’s so quiet because it’s adult only The view and the infinity pool makes it worth every single penny A big thank you to the maitre D Hatem and everyone else from reception to the waiters We will be back next year for longer

This is a dream come true holiday weekend. The hotel is amazing and the food was excellent. The location was wonderful and the scenery is so beautiful . The atmosphere was great with a wonderful sea view and mountains . The staff was very friendly and polite and helpful. The swimming pool was great and the beach was nice. We are really pleased and very happy to stay in this beautiful hotel. We are looking forward to go back again soon.

Location view and services, the team looking after the swimming pool and the beach are all great, I have stayed in different hotels in Tunisia, however this is the only hotel I have found people are very friendly with amazing attitude and great hospitality.

Everything! We stayed there for three nights, with daily cleaning service and even had our clothes washed,no charge!Amazing service and staff, great location, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with our choice of eggs, pastries, fresh orange juice, fruits and more. The room was really nice and the pool area amazing!

Beautiful, clean, pleasant decor and facilities. Calm area. I enjoyed super comfy bed and balcony, spend all my days by the beautiful pool. My stays purpose was relaxation. Food was delicious. No direct access to the sea, but i personally didnt want it, i only went to the beach for sport and sunsets (10-15 min walk).

A clean well managed hotel with a full range of services. A nice pool, great breakfast, large room with all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Transportation available nearby. Grey value for the money. I will definitely be back.

This hotel was so nice, just a few steps away from the beach. First, the check-in process was good, lobby is clean next to the dining area. A nice boutique shop is available for unique items. The room was so nice next to the pool with jacuzzy tub, shower, dining table, large sofa and 2 TVs. The bed was comfortable, I loved the patio with sliding glass door that leads to the pool. The ambiance is party-family. The pool had nice party music for all to enjoy. Lots of dining options. The food at all 3 establishments were excellent. I will be visiting again next opportunity I get to be in tunisia.

I liked the pool! The sea was a bit far and not paved! Or there weren’t any facilities for it. But the pool was cool. The room was so big and clean and there was a great view of sunrise

This hotel is a fine choice for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach and the sights in Bizerte. It is directly on a wide, sandy beach north of the town and has a huge swimming pool. It is close enough to walk to the medina. The breakfast buffet offered many traditional Tunisian dishes.

There was a smaller pool just for the adults away from the larger kids/adults pool, there where waiters everywere taking drinks orders, the food was really good. very clean rooms

The staff was incredibly nice and doing their jobs in a great way, the all inclusive package contained more than I expected, the room was perfectly clean, the entertainment great both on the beach and the pool, the hotel smelled great! Also the spa I can say all the best things. All in all, I am more than satisfied and would come back gladly as I would warmly reccomend this hotel!

Clean and well maintained hotel. The main pool is big with many activities and games to play and music during the day. The other pool is located on the side of the hotel, ideal for people preferring more private and quiet spaces. Beach is around 3min walk from the hotel. There are sun beds available. Water activities are available at the beach at additional cost. Good variety of tasty food, however the dining room gets very crowded and sometimes there’s no clean table to sit at. For all inclusive, there is a possibility to book a dinner at two other restaurants (Moroccan and Mediterranean) located in hotel Solaris and Diar Lemdina, which is also amazing options for people wanting to explore ever larger variety of cuisines. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Most rooms have nice view of either main or side pool. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed every day. To sum up, the hotel is great and would definitely recommend the stay. Both people who are looking for quiet holidays or those who prefer more active holidays would enjoy their vacations.

Beautifully situated, large, slightly dated but well kept hotel. Welcome with a smile by the lovely Basma at reception. Huge room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, silent airco. Lovely little balcony, quiet. Huge and very clean pool, nice and fresh in the desert heat. Friendly staff.

I waited until I had stayed in 6 different hotels in Tunisia to review, so I had comparisons. I feel this was a good value. My room was large with a terrace, and a view of the desert. I wish there was a kettle in the room though! The pool was large, sparkling and very inviting. Overall a good experience and fair price.

The staff were great and very welcoming. The location was good. The availability of adult pool plus other pools. The beach was clean and staff outside very attentive. The food was typical Tunisian and varied but not international cuisine ( at least when I ate there). The room was spacious and comfortable

The property is well located not far from hammamet centre the beach is crystal clear rooms are clean restaurants by the sea and by the pool are amazing . Added to that there is a relax pool for adults only

A truly unforgettable stay at Oceana Hotel Hammamet. The room was spacious and elegant, with a stunning view over the sea and pool. My Second stay, got the ground family suite with easy access to the pool and beach, the hotel is indeed 5 stars. As Always, Mr Salah in the reception area with the kind attitude and smile , made our check in fast and easier, huge swimming pool and private beach access. I really recommend it.

The heated pool was so warm, we didn't even need to use the hot tubs! We also liked being able to swim from inside to outside to enjoy the sunshine. The fitness center had decent treadmills and good assortment of weight machines. Property was kept up excellent compared to a lot of other places we've seen in Tunis area. They were re-grouting one of the outdoor pools, and making a new cabana down by the beach. Seems that they are trying to maintain the hotel to best serve their guests. They had a lot of staff working, all were very friendly/helpful that we encountered.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating . They responded promptly to our many requests. The swimming pool is exceptional.

They were very kind and upgraded our stay. The walk-in shower was lovely, the gardens were so beautiful and well kept 😍 we didn't get to use the pool as it was too chilly this time of year.

I liked the welcoming and hospitality of the team working there, making me feel welcomed and cared for. I appreciated that when requested services the whole team will communicate the request at once. Invironment was couzy and fun, not far from interesting places to visit, and quite at the same time.

Nice leisure hotel well located close to the beach (5 minutes walk). Free sun beds and umbrellas available at the beach though not easy to find (the hotel has no direct exit to the beach). Very nice pools (2) and animation team Flexible with times: pool, checkout, …

This hotel is great value. The staff was kind and helpful, the room is very simple but spacious and clean with a balcony. The pool was great, just a short walk from the beach and 20 min walk from the Centre and the Medina. Really recommend it!

Great location near to the beach and old town medina. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants near by. Plenty of parking lots. Nice breakfast and swimming pool area. Very good value for money. Lovely tiny balcony.

It was an amazing vacation. The workers are very nice and helpful and the decorations and the pool and the food in general was acceptable, the room can be better but there is nothing to complain about and I advice everyone to visit this hotel

Before coming here I was expecting much less than what I saw because of other reviews. I can say I was very impressed by the standard of the pool & the pool staff. The area itself was kept clean & tidy everyday by the lifeguards. The lifeguards , one older one younger were both extremely friendly and made my experience at Hotel Byzance much more comforting as I was there alone. Overall I was extremely happy with the standard of the pool area and the pool staff couldn’t speak anymore highly of them as they were both so lovely and did their jobs so well. Everyone was kept entertained everyday and it was very refreshing. 🫶🏽🫶🏽
