Everything was very clean and new. The breakfast was exceptional. It offered a variety of options. The pool area wasn’t just a pool. There are water slides, a lazy river, and infinity pool! The interior of our room was spacious and stylish. With many modern features.

AMAZING location. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, infinity pool, and lazy river with poolside food/drink service kept us and the kids more than busy on our resort days. The in-hotel bar and grill is solid — on par with what you would expect from casual sit-down (think Applebee's.) Walking distance from Gorilla Taco — excellent Tex-Mex/Fusion. Rooms are spacious and clean with balconies. Beach vibes without the beach!

Great hotel if you have kids that like to play in the pool also has hot tub for parents to unwind, and they have a side pool that is an infinity edge pool which was cool. If you are bothered by the kids that are going to be playing at the pool while you’re trying to relax this might not be for you but overall it was a fine stay and very affordable if you just want a place to sleep when you explore pidgeon forge. Also breakfast was 10/10, really great breakfast, enough to make me comeback for more.

This was the best Hotels I've stayed in in Pigeon Forge it had two other pools, not including the lazy river and infinity pool. Plus two water slides, A covered toddler area with slide open to the out door area, two fire pit areas, a game room, a kids grass area with blocks, games, corn hole. Complimentary lemon strawberry water with lemon bars , free breakfast buffet and a Bar and grill. It has everything you need for a fun family vacation without even having to leave the Hotel. Very clean and it is a brand new hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, the infinity pool was our favorite, we had a really good time, and liked the fact that we can walk to most places close by.

We attended a baseball game at Global Life Stadium, and the hotel was literally a 4 minute walk! The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was always ready to assist guests with any of their needs! The beds are beyond comfortable with feather down pillows/ comforter, and a pillow top mattress! The hotel has an amazing restaurant along with multiple bars plus you can order food out by the pool as well. Highly pleased! We will be back! E tea bonus we had a view of the Dallas Cowboy Stadium from our window!

We checked in a little after 1pm and our room was ready, the front desk was amazing! They were so friendly and SMILED, They truly went above and beyond, as well as the bell staff offered to help our luggage to our room, self park was easy! I did not like that there was water and snacks in the room for sale, might be convenient but not hospitable in my opinion. Pool staff was amazing. Our reason for booking here, was it was a very short walk away from the Globe Life Field for the Shakira concert! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing to the food, the service, the comfort, the room. The staff by the pool to get the towels were surly from time to time but we loved the free ice cream mochi that came by every afternoon. Additionally we wished there was an adults only pool or at least an adults only time period for the infinity pool, because there were many kids jumping from things they shouldn’t be jumping from into a shallow pool and splashing people that were trying to Sun bathe or relax by the pool.

Loved staying here. Unfortunately restaurant on property was closed during my stay. Only suggestion I have is for more regulations at the infinity pool area. Kids were running and jumping from slanted ledges. Parents should be watching however staff could be more present to stop that dangerous behavior.

Maui Coast Hotel was the perfect place to stay during our recent visit to Maui! We stayed in the renovated tower and loved it! The property is beautiful, impeccably clean, and ideally located—just across the street from a lovely beach and close to fantastic restaurants in Kihei. What truly sets this hotel apart are its amenities. They provide reusable water bottles with convenient filling stations throughout the property, and the pool area is exceptional, featuring an infinity pool, a regular pool, a hot tub, a poolside bar, tiki torches, and live music in the evenings. Guests can also take advantage of provided pool and beach towels, as well as reasonably priced rentals for beach chairs and umbrellas. The complimentary shuttle service was another great perk. One of the most thoughtful amenities was the hospitality suite. After checking out, we were able to store our bags in a secure room and, after a full day of activities, use the suite to freshen up before our late flight—an incredibly convenient option. Lastly, the on-site Kihei Café is a must-try for breakfast and lunch, serving delicious food that made our stay even better.

Overall the hotel is very nice. Updated features. Room size generous. Front desk staff very friendly. Pool side bar service not friendly. Biggest complaint is having to use credit card or cash at pool bar. They smartly give you a wrist band that is your room key. This is so helpful at pool And beach property so not have to carry a key or your wallet. Ahh but you do because pool bar will not let you room charge without a credit card ?!?! This defeats whole purpose!

We had a great time! Everyone was so kind and the accommodations were perfect. The beds were super comfy, the pool was super clean, easy parking, walked across the beach for morning swims, loved the added touch of OOLa sunblock for all to use at the pool and the passing out of Bubbies Mochi ice cream at the pool. We also enjoyed the live music at the pool every night. I’d recommend this hotel!

The pool area is beautiful. Didn’t care for the breakfast kiosk. Bar by pool only open on weekends. Restaurant ( Supper Club) only open Wednesday- Saturday.

Property is beautiful. Every room is a suite and spacious. Very clean, very quiet, smelled good, and staff was friendly. Check in was easy and quick. Upon check-in u get a token that can be redeemed for a free drink at the bar there. Close proximity/walking distance to casinos and restaurants. Free parking. Beautiful pool area. Only cons are no smart tv, which is diabolical in 2025, no free breakfast, no full length mirror and no microwave. Other than that the stay was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location in uptown Charlotte, close to the museums, theatre, bars and restaurant. Comfortable and well appointed room to a high standard. Great rooftop bar and pool area for relaxing afternoons.

The pool deck was nice! Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Club access was convenient. Location felt safe. I would stay here again and would recommend. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is in walking distance to so much Charlotte has to offer. Excellent dining options on site including a pool bar with food offerings. Rooms are quiet and clean with awesome views of the city. Spa services were great too

We had a great time - Milton at the valet stand helped make our stay amazing! We had walkable access to all the museums, caught a Knights baseball game, and watched a great firework show from our hotel bedroom windows! Rooftop pool is swanky and the Oyster bar gets a 10/10. We will be back!

I wanted to spend a few days at the beach for my birthday. The location was perfect since the beach is literally across the street from the hotel. There is also a great pool that has a fine beach view as well. The breakfast was good every day, and the property was always spotlessly clean, which is saying a lot for something that close to the beach. The people were friendly, especially the housekeeping staff. I will definitely be back.

This is the perfect property for a peaceful beach getaway, Beach access is directly across the street and the unobstructed poolside view from hotel property makes you feel like you are on the coast without the sand! The breakfast was delicious and Mary Ann is the best hostess; she loves her job and shares a great attitude and smile with everyone. We will be returning!

AMAZING Breakfast! Sausage everyday of our 3 day stay. One day was turkey sausage patties and bacon, other 2 days had pork links or turkey patties. Also had Eggs, potatoes, pancakes, biscuits and sausage gravy and all of the normal "Continental breakfast" stuff (Bagels, fruits, cereal, toast, oatmeal. Rooms were clean, soft beds and firm and soft pillows. Beachfront pool and gulf view from our room (302) .

The rooms were clean and maintained each day. The pool was open late too which the kids loved, because we got to do some night swimming! It was also a great location being right across from a very relaxed spot on the beach, not too many people around. But close to restaurants and things to do. I actually got engaged on the beach during our stay!

Booked for same day arrival and found exactly what I needed for a night in Salt Lake City before an early flight out. Fast check in in a gleaming lobby; modern, clean, and spacious room; and amazing views from the 25th floor. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool deck and 6th floor restaurant but it looked beautiful. Easy to stroll around downtown with many restaurants, sites, shopping, and trains just steps from the hotel.

Very impressed with this place. Everything was extremely clean, amenities in the room were as expected with some shower items provided, pool was very clean and enjoyable with towels provided. Our room was very very quiet, which was nice after a long couple of days. Staff was very very helpful, patient, and kind. Checkout process is super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful with breathtaking views of the mountains. The rooms have floor to cieling windows allowing for maximum views. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Although the shower has a curtain over doors - not a big deal. The pool on the 6th floor is beautiful and the restaurant Mar Mutanya is top notch!

The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was refreshing and the deck was beautiful. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the mall and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the location, the quiet environment, the infinity pool was amazing and the service was first class.

Lovely room with ample space. The pool area is also nice but can have limited seating during busy times. Great temperature pool and spa, with poolside drinks available to order.

The location was amazing, literally a 2 min walk to Waikiki Beach. The rooms were spacious, light, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The added bonuses including water bottles and jandals, wine and ice-cream happy hour were lovely. The swimming pool and spa pool with bar facilities were awesome. All staff from the front desk to room attendants were friendly and professional. We appreciated that daughter's room was next door to ours as we had requested. We hired a rental car for 3 days and the parking was easily sorted with the hotel. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great location, nearby to shops, food options. We had a comfortable bed and pillows. The Sunshine Perks we had were fun and delicious. The access to the beach and the pool were very good. Towels were available to take to the beach and again fresh towels for the pool. The vibe of the hotel was sophisticated and calm. I would love to have heard some Hawaiian music being played in the common areas rather than plain instrumental.

Room had a nice view; Location - was close to Ala Moana Shopping Centre; Bathroom was really nice; Coffee shop in lobby had great coffee; Pool area on level 5 was nice with infinity pool and jacuzzi.

Pretty & clean. But few amenities especially with the infinity pool being closed. The view from the room was the best part of our stay; but otherwise maybe would have preferred a place with larger pool area and beach access.

Great hotel. The view is the best part specially if you’re on the upper levels. Location is also great. Walkable distance to Waikiki Beach and other beach locations. Also shopping area very close by as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Staff is excellent. Infinity pool with a great view.

Prince Waikiki was the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The views were stunning, the rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We especially loved the infinity pool and peaceful location just outside the busy Waikiki strip. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a two bedroom suite in one of the towers. Lovely room, great view from out balconies, very comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the pool, and the pool bar. Everyone we encountered from reception, to pool bar, to Starbucks coffee guy and restaurant staff, to housekeeping and bellmen was friendly and helpful.

Excellent room with two bedrooms and huge beds, good bathrooms, a great kitchen, and the best view in my hotel experience. Amazing front desk service; especially Wendy (shoutout to her!) who gave us tons of information about what to do in Myrtle Beach when we checked in. Also the pools were very clean and had good temperatures, plus they had one jacuzzi in the inside pool and two outside. The fitness room had great amenities and equipment. Free water bottles since one of the elevators were broken.

Beautiful weather and grounds to walk around. Bar in the pool area was convenient. The balcony was wonderful! I would have liked a list of things the hotel had to offer and where to find them- my family walked around a bit before we located the pool. I thought I read somewhere that there was beach access but we didn’t see signs or anything (not sure if this was even an option).

Amenities, the pool and the pool bar, the room was nice, the view from the room of the garden and river was nice.

The room was larger than expected. The pool was amazing but the bar at the pool closed at 5pm. Location close to everything but far enough away from loud tourist area. Valet was fantastic.

Great family stay! Loved the breakfast options and the different daily options to choose from. Pool with Tiki Bar was fun. The complementary beach gear was a nice, added bonus. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only confusing thing when booking is understanding that Amenti and Magnolia Point are two separate properties that share the pool. I wish I had something negative to write and review so they would invite us back, haha.

I love the breakfast and you have access to fresh coffee from the kitchen all day. The room was very clean and comfortable. I personally didn’t use it but the pool have a bar with music and pool is open until 10pm wish is good if you want to hangout.

We have stayed 9 nigjts (between Christmas and New Year). We liked: the heated pool, the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast, the service provided by Tim (on the reception) - exceptional person. The hotel is only 5 years old and everything is still in good condition. They provide a complimentary coffee in the lobby (available all the time). Pool towels are available in the hotel. The exchange (for clean ones) is a little bit hard (not always available).

The property was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious, and the amenities (pool, breakfast, parking) made the stay very convenient. Everything felt well maintained and welcoming. The breakfast taste is Amazing!

Pool very pleasant but somewhat limited seating so get their early. Only gripe was housekeeping - they just never really came so we gave up and just grabbed clean towels from them.

The view of the hotel was Everything. The bed was heaven sent. The hotel has everything you think you need both inside room and outside of room (gym, amazing food, alcohol stocked bar in room, rooftop pool/bar, pool parties, lots of games, everything. WANTED TO GIVE SPECIAL KUDOS TO JONATHAN BELL. HE WAS GREAT AND SPEEDY. THANKS VIRGIN FOR MAKING MY BIRTHDAY AMAZING.

Great hotel. Located slightly away from Broadway and the strip which suited us and we could walk or uber. Room very clean and great facilities. Food and drinks good - happy hour was great and the truffle trips were delicious! Hotel pool is really nice - only downside was it was difficult to get a seat or sunbed. Towels were out to reserve from 8am and also lots formally reserved by hotel for parties etc. But we sat poolside and it was a great party atmosphere Also had a free upgrade and bottle of fizz to mark my big birthday! 😊

Disappointed with room servicing, lack of replenishing toilet rolls, coffee, sugar, tea and milk. Biggest disappointment it was our 40th wedding Anniversary and selected hotel for rooftop swimming pool. Made booking end of last year and upon arrival advised that pool closed from 21/09 for maintenance. We did not receive any communication prior to arrival advising us of this as we would definitely have looked to change our hotel option.

This hotel is in a prime location. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and a beautiful mall. The hotel staff were so friendly professional and accommodating. The breakfast was always on point. The pool area is beautiful. My only wish is that the temperature of the pool were a little more comfortable. The pool was too cold and the hot tub was too hot. So we spent 5 mins in one and moved to other and on and on. Other than that, all was perfect.

Very comfortable beds, super quiet rooms. We asked for no feather pillows and they upgraded us to an amazing room with hypoallergenic everything and an air filter. The staff was all very helpful and kind and friendly. Beautiful hotel and the pool/rooftop area was beautiful and relaxing for us parents while the kids got to swim. Great location next to Toyota Center (we were here for a basketball game). There’s also a park a short walk away that was perfect for getting some energy out.

Hotel was easy to find. Parking was easily accessible. Check in was fast and convenient. Room was nice, clean and had a great view of downtown. Pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing and also had great views of the city. The surrounding area was clean, easy to navigate with plenty of amenities to include food options, sports facilities and downtown bars/parks. Great stay for business, staycations or vacations. Loved it. I will book Hotel again.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in Houston. Staff are marvelous, pool and jacuzzi are great, rooms are comfortable, and location is convenient. Only drawbacks are that the $40/over night parking fee is steep for guests and the sky view bar closed an hour before closing hours, so we didn’t get to have a drink up here.

Impeccably clean, updated, and well maintained. The outdoor pool area is amazing. Lots of seating at the pool and the pool landscaping is beautiful, felt like we were in SC vs PA so it's definitely worthy of the Eden name. We stayed in an adults only room/floor. The back pool was nicely separated from the children's splash area and therefore we felt relaxed while people with kids were able to have their fun at a different pool. There are two pools and a splash pad outside. I would definitely return to this establishment. About 20 minutes drive from Amish shopping, restaurants, and activities.

Beautiful Resort! Especially the pool area except a group of teenagers running around jumping and diving into the pool. Nothing being was done about their behavior even though there are warning signs everywhere. They’re still acting like animals! At one point they were jumping over my friend and I while we were sitting on the edge of the pool. The part that bothers me was, where are the parents? And there are two pools, why can’t they have one pool that caters to adults only? That’s the only downfall to this Resort. The room was cleaned and the beds were comfortable.

Fun resort. Lots of fun activities for kids. Pools are very nice. The staff is amazing and very attentive to detail. I like that they monitor pool access and hand out towels. You don’t have to search for towels. The food trucks next to pool were nice. You can order food on phone and the bring to your umbrella

This was the best hyatt place. I think I ever stayed the pool. The pool was great delicious breakfast was delicious.

Friendly knowledgeable staff at the front desk. Valets are amazing. They treat you like a queen! The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. The hot breakfast is great as well. If I had to take off a star, it would be for the pool. Shaded roof with no hot tub... But we were there on a rare cold day. Not a lot of walkable shops next to the hotel. Plan to drive about ten minutes , but that's not bad at all and the valets bring your car super quick. I would definitely stay there again!

A great hotel, with cleaning staff that have attention to detail with the room! Amazing pool on the 5th floor! Breakfast can get very busy so recommend to go there early, or a big queue (if hotel is fully booked) our bar manager Hillary Rivers made our stay here legendary! Love this lady, so funny and she really gave true customer service! Her colleagues were amazing too! Will be coming back in the future for sure …. Only if Hillary and her team are there still!! Go to the bar and chat to them, they are amazing! Miss you!

My wife and kids stayed a full day while I did a work inspection. The room, pool, and fitness room was nice and clean. The free breakfast was great and so was the late night dinner order at the bar. The bartenders and front desk folks were super helpful and nice. Dino, our afternoon valet for both days, and his support staff Ethan, was super awesome giving me directions and helping my wife with loading and unloading. Next time for work, we will stay there again!

We had a king size room and the space was perfect. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. The room was very comfortable. The shower pressure was incredible. My only issue was there is no pool bar. We were on the go during our stay so it really wasn’t a factor. We would definitely stay at the Hyatt Place again.

This is the first 9 I've given a hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and it's always nice to get warn eggs and bacon. Just a lack of gluten free options let it down a little. But as always I came stocked with GF bread. Swimming pool is amazing. Gym is well equipped. Everywhere is clean. :) excellent views from the pool and city view bedroom.

Very friendly. Had a issue with the room (ants) moved us quickly no problem. Breakfast was delicious and a large selection. Had a shuttle running to the cruise terminals. We walked the short 15min distance instead of waiting for the shuttle but still nice that they had that service available. Pool on the roof was a beautiful view and nice tempature pool towels available before going out. Shops for last minute items or hotel food (microwaveable) right across the road publix and cvs. All in all 10/10 definitely staying here again.

Very nice comfortable rooms. Two blocks from Port of Tampa. With shuttle to ships. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Fabulous Rooftop pool with City views. We could have skipped the cruise and enjoyed the rooftop pool. It was that nice. Highly Recommended.

The location is PERFECT for concerts at the Keseya Center (Miami Heat arena) and Bayside visits. The hotel was extremely busy for the Labor Day weekend and the Lady Gaga concert, but the staff remained friendly and handed out Welcome drinks to everyone while they were waiting in line to check in and receive their hotel rooms. I did not get a chance to visit the pool or gym area, but other guests that I spoke to said they were both very nice. I also heard from other guests that the food around the pool area was very good!

We stayed her the night before our cruise on a friends recommendation. What a gem!!! The views from our balcony were amazing as we could see the cruise ships come in on one side and the city lights on the other. The staff was all wonderful. They have an awesome gym and rooftop pool and bar-some of the best fries I have ever had(no idea what made them so good!) It's a simple walk across the street to Bayside with shopping, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is in a great location close to Disney. Our room was very clean and spacious. They have a huge heated pool that my kids really enjoyed. They have bar to grab drinks if your at the pool and a breakfast dinner. We had a great time. I would stay here again despite any of the cons I noted.

The rooms were very spacious and they had the sleeper set out for us when we arrived. We had an issue with the TV one day glitching and they brought a brand new TV up and replaced it. The pool and the view was spectacular. We spent several hours at the pool each day. The office staff was wonderful every interaction we had together. Hotel was very clean and quiet. I loved they everything was with a punchpad instead of a key card. Felt very safe at the hotel.

This place is well located with very good restaurants and shops at walking distance. Still private and in a luxurious location. The apartment was perfect for me and my son. The rooftop pool was very convenient and just for us at several times during the day, at other times we just shared it with a few people -- no big deal. The rooftop is spacious, clean and comfortable.

Really well maintained and with everything you need waiting for you for a comfortable self catering stay. Great location, rooftop pool was excellent, stunning views. The resort staff are so good, really friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our sheets were changed everyday, it was quiet, clean, and had an amazing view over their pool. Loved the walking area near the water. Free internet as well for 7 days which was nice since a lot of hotels are charging for daily internet. They also had a nearby Publix so we can grab essentials for our room. Only recommendation is adding some kind of flavored creamer for the coffee’s.

The location was great with easy access to the airport and highways. yet was peaceful enough not to know you were close to either. The bar was very inviting and drinks were good. pool and jacuzzi were clean and nice with plenty of clean towels available.

Room was nice and clean. Pool was super old and gross. Also very small. There's a small Starbucks downstairs serving coffee from 6am-2pm which was convenient. Front desk staff was very friendly.

I liked my room view of the property from my balcony. I like the hospitality, how cleaned the pool and hot tub looked as well. My room was cleaned everyday of my stay and room service was friendly, quick, and efficient!

I though the beach restaurant is TOO expensive for tacos and chips and burgers and it’s not right for families and kids to do that. One restaurant at the pool should be cheaper and accessible for average price. Room sand service of the rooms were great. Sea food reastaurant amazing even if expensive.

The Breakers consistently provided our services for many years! The brunch is the best one can expect. The pool and beach area is nice, but some disturbance was caused by the construction of the water wall near the beach.

So amazing. The weather wasn’t great but it didn’t matter. We had a bungalow at the pool and it was beautiful, comfortable, and so helpful with getting family together. Would do it all again.

This is a beautiful hotel! They have a very nice pool area with a wave pool,family pool, and an adult pool. Also for kids they have a water slide,splash pad, and a little-kid friendly pool. Outdoors they have some activities such as ping pong and basketball. The rooms were clean. The food here is a little pricey however, but it is very good. Overall I think this is a great hotel to stay at if you are in Champions Gate and want to relax.

The Omni experience was all around amazing! Great comfy rooms - which are quite spacious (I had a King and it had a desk and chair and another chair with ottoman). The bathroom was very roomy with a walk in shower. They have great pools: a great lazy (peaceful) river, an adult pool and pool for kids. There are a few restaurants on property as well as tons off property. It's an ideal location.

The Omni is very nice and clean. Our room was very nice. We had two pillows each that was so fluffy. The restaurants are all very nice. I did really like the little café where I got my coffee and little desserts and Loviza who worked there was very nice very helpful and very patient with me. They’ve got the best food. I loved working out in the gym ,,watching the kids go down the slide. There’s the wave pool adult pool and family pool. The lazy river with your inner tubes. That was the first time ever being there so before I left I already booked my stay for July 20 25 and I cannot wait.

The Omni Resort complex is a great place to relax and chill by the pool or poolside bar. We used it as our base to explore the surrounding areas whilst attending a convention at the hotel. You do need a hire car though as local public transport is non-existent and taxis seem to be very busy. Service throughout the hotel was top-notch and the restaurant service was excellent. Jessy and her team in the bar and Donald in the restaurant provided excellent service and attention to detail.

Our stay was beautiful. Pools are amazing and all the service was great. Olyvya at the front desk was exceptionally helpful with getting us the right room and making sure we had everything we needed. Jose at the Crocs pool restaurant was very kind and a fun waiter. I’d definitely come back.

The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki sets the bar high for luxury in Honolulu. The views from the suites are unreal — ocean, city, and sunset all in one. Service is top-tier with staff who genuinely care about every detail. The infinity pool and cabanas are perfection, and the rooms feel like a peaceful retreat above the city. Steps from great shopping and dining. Truly five-star comfort with the warm spirit of aloha!

The attentive staff, warm pools and spas, suite amenities, decor, ocean view, etc. were all spectacular! Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by a host who introduced us to the property and guided us through the check-in process while providing fancy cocktails. The staff sets up towels on the pool chairs, hands out ice cream and treats at the pool, and presents a farewell gift at check-out. This location is great for walking, and the convenience store next door has a nice selection of wine, food, and gifts.

Amazing hotel , friendly staffs and always made me felt like going home each time . I liove the washer & dryer & full size fridge it made my packing lighter. Love the ocean view rooms & large balcony . Nice bathroom with large bath tub was my liking too . Totally love the pools & the poolside staffs were super nice & made our stay so much more relaxing . Nice quiet location 2 blocks off the very crowded beach. Room was spotless and spacious and comfortable with beautiful furnishings and a big patio overlooking beach. The pools were quiet and well maintained with attentive staff. It was our anniversary and the staff surprised us with a devious pineapple tray and a lovely swan made of folded towels. They also upgraded our rom which we really appreciated . Every staff was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean and comfy. We had the 23rd floor pool side. Beautiful views. We were there to attend a show and this was a great place to stay. We did not get to use the pool but it looked great and spacious. The one restaurant in the hotel which was decorated like a diner was great. We ate there for dinner and breakfast. Both meals were great, lovely staff. I will be back. The location was close to so much on International drive. Fun area

This was an excellent Universal partner hotel. We used the complimentary Universal shuttle at property. You do need to book a reservation for shuttle at desk by gift shop. Hotel was clean and hotel employees were all friendly. They have a nice big pool and slide. I appreciated the extended pool hours. I believe it’s 7am to 10pm. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again if visiting Orlando.

I had a very enjoyable experience at Hyatt. Staff was very helpful, only issue was the the secondary pool was under construction but there was plenty of room for the pool on the lower level.

Could not have asked for a better stay. The view, staff, pool, everything was top notch. The gradual decent into the pool was perfect for my little one.

Decent hotel, comfortable beds and the AC works great!!!! Close to the Gulch and walkable to Broadway. The upstairs bar was cool, but unfortunately was closed for a special event when we wanted to go. Pool area is SUPER small, don’t expect to spend much time in it unless you go to indoor one.

This hotel will not disappoint!! Beautiful hotel the room, location, spa, rooftop pool, and bar. Staff all were wonderful and helpful as well. You will enjoy this hotel!!

The rooms were nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool area, met a lot of really nice people and one night the manager had a friend that made food at the pool area passing plates out to everyone who wanted one.

Definitely clean and they let us enjoy the pool most hotels close pool at 11 they let swim till 2 in the morning definitely a big plus in our book.

I loved the 24/7 shuttle service that took us to restaurants within a 5 mile radius which saved an abundance in rental car fees. We stayed 3 nights with a great free breakfast, coffee and water throughout the day. The pool and hot tub was open from 10- midnight. The in house restaurant also served good food. Six Flags is across the street. It was just the perfect location and I couldnt have asked for more. The bed slept well and the room was clean. I rate it wonderful!!!

Room was clean, toiletries provided were name brand. It was quiet, bed was comfortable. We had a fun view. Pool was great my kids loved it. Breakfast was great loved my Texas shaped waffle.

The gym had nice equipment. The hotel was all around super nice. The only things I would change- 1) our ocean view room didn’t have a full length mirror, but our friends marina view did have one. It would have been better if our room had one too. 2) the pool bar was closed on a Saturday when we were finally able to use the pool area after a streak of colder weather.

Place was really nice, good food at the pool bar. Very walkable for the concert, 2 things I disliked, the Pool was green and the room smelled like horses. Could not figure out why the room smelled like that, maybe the carpets I don’t know.

Everything about Hotel Maren was perfect. The staff was lovely. The location was perfect. The hotel is directly across from the beach, and in walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and we had a beautiful marina view. The food and drinks we had at the restaurant down in the lobby and by the pool were very good! Overall this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and it worth every penny! When we go back to Fort Lauderdale, we will be booking at Hotel Maren.

Great stay at the betsy. We had a suite which was very convenient with our two kids. We love the cosy vibe of the hotel and the staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Special mention to tariq at the front desk but also fritz and evens. The hotel is very well located on Collins avenue and has great amenities from the piano bar at the lobby to the nice library, Fitness room and pools. The pool is a bit small and tends to be crowded very quickly on hot days but remains much appreciated by the kids. We will definitely be back at the betsy - excellent option for families

We had an excellent stay at the Betsy. The staff were superb: nothing was too much trouble for them. Special mentions to Jayemar at the desk, Josh at the pool deck, Pam at the lobby bar, and Aleks in the the LT restaurant - all of whom made such an effort on the personal touches. The Betsy is well located to walk down Ocean drive, over to the beach, or up Collins Ave; the rooms are clean and modern; the two pools are great; and it has great food and drink.

The manager is very energetic and super nice. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is family-friendly. They hide gold coins for kids to find and turn in for a prize. There is also a tub of beach toys available to borrow. This hotel was clean and modern. I like that there was complimentary flavored ice water and coffee in the lobby. The rooftop pool area was fun and had great live musicians. I love the location. It was easy to walk to the beach. There is a whole bunch of restaurants and bars nearby. The valet service was quick and easy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Cambria!

Amara is a first-class resort experience. It’s located along a creek with a wonderful view of the mountains over the infinity pool. The staff is courteous, engaging, and efficient. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. I would definitely book this hotel if I return to Sedona. My only complaint was the dinner experience. The menu is limited and I couldn’t find anything I wanted to order. The staff is poorly trained, and our waiter couldn’t answer basic questions about the dishes being served.

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at and I have stayed at a bunch. Staff=excellent, atmosphere = excellent, restaurant =excellent, room comfort= excellent, this hotel is very well run. It is clean, polished, and thoughtful. Even the pool, which at many other hotels, falls short on cleanliness is spotless. Bravo!

I was warmly greeted and assisted with my bags, and my room was absolutely breathtaking,clean, peaceful, and exactly as described on the website. I enjoyed delicious, French-inspired meals from Print Works Bistro, and the complimentary shuttle to their sister hotel, O.Henry, was a thoughtful touch. Started off really a few weeks in advance of my stay. I received a call from the hotel wanting to make sure that I was a senior citizen in order to get their special rate. Once I got to the hotel, easy check in. However, there is no airport shuttle, but they do offer a shuttle to their sister hotel and restaurants. If you are a foodie, the restaurants on site and at the O'Henry are outstanding. Nice pool and workout facility on site room was mostly clean. There is a pitcher in the room for filling up with water it was dirty and molded, and the hot tea kettle was dirty inside as well. The room was comfortable and quiet even though it was right next to the highway.

We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful hotel and had an amazing time. Every staff member was so welcoming and accommodating. The food at La Mar, as well as the pool bar was so delicious and fresh. Location is good. All staff is nice, especially the guys in the pool area. Pool is small but very well kept and enjoyable. Rooms very clean, fixed twice a day very nicely. Great sized balcony. We enjoyed sitting out in the evening overlooking the Miami skyline. Overall I recommend and in fact will be back soon.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. in addition, I had a beautiful view. The food at the conference I attended was wonderful. I also loved having the coffee station with free coffee in the morning. The pool was beautiful with a view of the water and there was a convenient walking path out the front door to take you around the entire peninsula.

My first time in Miami & stayed at this fantastic hotel with my girlfriend our room was large spacious & clean with a great view. We flew in from Montego Bay Jamaica after spending six days in Jamaica . I cannot fault any of the staff at this fabulous hotel , they were friendly , courteous & always willing to help . We used the pool facilities again the staff there were amazing . It’s a shame this hotel will be permanently closed as from 31/05/25 demolished then renovated for the next five years I’m %100 they will come back bigger , better, fabulous with the same high standards

Very nice and modern hotel, roof top swimming pool with great views. Other services like sauna and fit classes that we did not try but they were available. It is located in the design district with multiple restaurant options nearby. The lobby is large and inviting, there is a pool table to kill some time. Very nice facilities. When arriving by car, there is a valet service (around 50dlls/day) to leave the car, very convenient.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooftop pool and weekend parties were amazing — the vibes were up the entire time! I also appreciated having quiet time to enjoy the pool by myself early in the mornings; it was clean and the lounges and umbrellas were always tidy. We loved the area too — it’s close to so many great spots and attractions without being too noisy/busy. Room service was done everyday. Highly recommend!

Modern, clean and good location. Check in was easy and there was a room available when we arrived so was offered the room early. Daniela at the check in desk was so informative and great check in host who was welcoming, alongside the other staff who offered help putting bags into our taxi and opening the door and exit and entry, and always with a smile. The room and general areas of hotel was clean, good amenities and the tech in room was high standard with chromecast on the tv. Pool was nice to hang around, clean and maintained with a decent bar not too pricey and with good views.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We stopped in on our way home and took a chance to stay on the gulf. Tamalie checked us in and got us a fantastic gulf front room. SO CLEAN! SO NICE! The pool is heated. The shower is amazing with multiple settings. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. Beach/pool towels provided. The hotel was so great that we will definitely come back! Oh and the complimentary fresh cookies and coffee in the evenings was a homey touch! I hate to leave!

The Hampton Suites was a great experience. We were looking for a few relaxing days away and this hotel delivered. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Elizabeth at the front desk was a sweetheart. She was so helpful and always smiling. She was a pleasure to see. We loved the property so much we extended our stay. We had a king suite with balcony. Bed was very comfortable, full closet, and lots of drawers. Pool was nice and clean. We spent most of the time on the beach and location is perfection!

This is a very convenient and nice place to stay. We were in town for a Sharks game, and this hotel had easy access, easy parking, and is a very short walk to the arena. Heated pool was nice and the hours are very nice. The rooms and beds are spacious and comfortable.

The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The parking was easy to get to, really cheap and ample. The hotel was very nice looking and the pool was open for our use. The little shop was nice, had the necessities.

I attended a week long event at the SAP Center and the AC Downtown was the perfect home base. I received an excellent Long Stay rate for my seven nights. The hotel is a five minute walk from the arena and provided me with a wonderful experience. The rooms are quite clean and the services are superb. Great customer friendly front desk, housekeeping, breakfast room, and bar staffs. The bar serves a limited menu late at night. The food is good, not great, but the convenience when returning to the hotel at night can't be beat. The only negative was that of the approximately ten menu offerings, they were always out of two or three of them. The host in the breakfast room is extremely personable and accommodating. The morning offerings include a buffet, ordering a la carte off the menu, and even an array of take-away options which are fairly priced. There is also complimentary Starbuck's coffee in the morning and refreshing fruit-infused water in the afternoon and evening. All in. all, my week at the AC was excellent. I've stayed at several of the downtown San Jose hotels in recent years and have to say, the AC is far and away the best.

Nice hotel. No continental breakfast stinks though. It was quite pricey but still nice. Be aware you do have to pay a $15 a day parking fee unless you park at the visitor center & walk back & forth to your hotel. There is also no parking for trailers. Valet parking is free! I would suggest using it. Your pool is actually located in one of the adjoining hotels and you must show your Hilton room card to get entrance to it, but it’s worth it. Nice pool & big hot tub. All the electronic amenities can be a little complicated for older folks such as the electronic room key you can download on your phone. However they do still have the plastic credit card type room keys also . You also get a free cookie and bottled water upon check in which is a nice touch. Aside from wishing the price wasn’t so expensive, this is a good place to stay.

The room was nice and clean. Front desk was very responsive. The hotel itself has a very confusing setup. It’s one long building with 3 separate hotel brands within. The front desk does not align under the proper hotel, instead it’s flipped with a different one. You need to go into the casino to check in. The parking garage is shared but you need to go up to the casino get off then walk through the casino to the appropriate elevator. To use the indoor pool you need to go outside through the casino, walk to the end of the property and go back into the far north hotel. There you get a different card for the pool access. Just very unnecessary confusing setup!

This was our second girls getaway at the resort. Both experiences have been inviting and relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds are gorgeous and the property well maintained. Love the Catalina pool by day, the Sunset pool in the evening.

I love the pools- especially that there's a pool open 24 hours that is for adults only from 8am-6pm. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the grounds are amazing. I love the artwork and sculptures and fountains. They have cactus gardens in the courtyard. And there's an abundance of Palo Verde, creosote, ocotillo and other desert Flora all over the property. The buildings are definitely old, but there is this enchanting historic energy around the property.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The Mountain View room was stunning—clean, spacious, and full of charm. I loved both on-site restaurants (the poke bowl was a 10/10!), and enjoyed two of the pools plus their hot tubs. Every staff member I met was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a relaxing, scenic getaway!

Everything about our stay was extraordinary from check in to check out. The whole staff was wonderful. Our room was charming and spacious. Our family took a roadtrip out to the southwest. We stayed at many different hotels but this one was our favorite by far. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. I loved the spacious bathroom as well as the southwestern charm of our room. The view from our room was wonderful as well. The pool with the city and Mountain View at sunset was exquisite. I would love to go again.

Our room included a fridge, which is essential for us, and although there was no microwave, one was promptly provided upon our request. The multifunctional lobby was a highlight, allowing us to grab a bite from a nearby restaurant and enjoy it in a designated eating area. Afterward, we were able to relax on lobby sofas, choosing a comfortable spot to unwind and chat. We THOUROUGHLY enjoyed the lovely lake views, with benches and tables around the lake for relaxation while taking in the sights of the WATERFALL and the beautiful Greenery around us. There are cute restaurants within walking distance. Common bond and Island grill did not disappoint! Island Grill served the absolute best omelet I've ever had! It wasn't too cheesy or too fluffy. It was perfect! Anywho, the area seems to be a newly developing community. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing getaway that exceeded our expectations, and we eagerly look forward to our next visit.

The property was fantastic. The underground bar they have is awesome. We went to their Spa for a massage and facial and it was top notch. The staff was incredibly accommodating. We didn't have a car, so i have no idea about their parking charges. We walked to bars and restaurants and it was great. We sat at their nice pool and they had waiter service and bar at the pool. The service everywhere was great. We stayed in a Premier room with huge bathroom and jacuzzi. Room was clean and quiet. This hotel seemed to have everything.

I was in Dallas for a conference but needed to stay in the City the night prior... Spotted The Joule when getting bagels at Starship Bagel (Go, but, get there early!) and lucky me, they had availability... This property is special (so many details, the art, the pool), everyone I met loved working there (staff at the front desk, pool, room service) and I learned so much from the Tashen bookstore staff... About the hotel, central business district, owner and other properties! If I ever find myself in Dallas, I'll hope to stay here!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Joule. Aly and Holli went out of their way to make our stay a one of a kind experience! We are so so grateful to them both. We got upgraded to a penthouse and it was unbelievable! The spa was so relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was spectacular! The bed was so comfortable. The shower was decadent. The pool was so fun! We will definitely be making the Joule part of our annual girl trip.

From check in to check out the staff were all amazing and friendly! They treated us like VIPs all weekend. Pool servers went out of their way to take care of us. The room was huge and the bathroom and shower were awesome. Our morning at the spa was enjoyable also with massages, sauna, steam room etc. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at The Viv Hotel for one night, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel features two different pools: a rooftop pool for adults and a ground floor pool for kids, both of which were fantastic. There’s plenty of entertainment for kids and spas in both areas, adding to the overall relaxation. The Halloween and Disney-themed decorations throughout the hotel were a delightful touch. It’s one of the best hotels in Anaheim near Disneyland. The staff were awesome and very attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Hotel is funky and fun. Full size storm troopers, Lego min figs wall art, giant chocolate bar Swiss Army knife all make for fun decorations. Big pool and splash pad on ground level, adult only pool on rooftop was great for us. Room is a good size, mostly quiet, with a fun restart in the top floor with amazing views of Disneyland fireworks.

The Viv Hotel in Anaheim was exquisite! It is such a perfect mix of upscale dining, family fun, and just overall fun! All the amenities, from the pools, the rooftop restaurant, and all the trinkets in the lobby makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I love the Lego Artpieces in the hallway! Overall, the experience was beyond great. I highly recommend staying here, even it’s just for a day at the pool, finding a place to stay with your family while you’re visiting Disneyland, or want a warm, cozy homelike experience with a partner.

I absolutely loved this place! The staff was so polite and helpful. We checked in at 1am and someone was there to great us! We ended up with an upgraded room at no additional cost. Our room was huge! Everything was so clean and bright. Our room also had a view of the pool and fireworks each night. It made it feel extra magical. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the poolside service was fantastic too. I can’t say enough good about our stay here.

We love the discounted breakfast at the buffet. We also love the outdoor pool. We sat outside poolside for hours one of the days that we stayed and it was beautiful. I also like how private it is and how everyone is there to help but also do not bother you much. The room was clean and there were 2 robes in the closet for us which we also love that feature. Great job! Everyone is friendly and we visit very often. At least 4 times a year and it has become one of our favorite places for a long weekend away.

This hotel is so nice. The view to the racetrack is beautiful. You can watch the horses running their practice runs. Beds are super comfortable. Can’t wait for the hotel and casino to reopen. Love the pool and pool bar. Good food in restaurants.

Overall it’s a nice place for a short stay. However the indoor pool had green slime around the edges of the pool which needs to be cleaned better. They should also invest in better towels and bed linens.

The property was excellent for families. Multiple restaurants, grab and go pantries, mini golf, spaces for kids to play, multiple pools. Two area with water slides, lazy river, and a toddler pool. Very close to Epcot and a shuttle to Disney.

Loved the pools also free shuttle to Disney. The shuttle runs at specific times we did use Uber quite a bit. Pools were clean and nice. The staff were also very helpful and nice.

The pool view, the pools, River Falls, High Velocity, the beauty of the lobby and throughout the hotel and conference center. Great place to stay.

Excellent hotel with great pool area and easy access to the beach. Free use of chairs and umbrellas at the beach is a nice amenity. Clean rooms with large bathroom and nice terrace overlooking the pool. The Wave restaurant has wonderful food and we enjoyed the live music by the pool. Will stay here again!

This was probably my seventh or eighth visit to Costa D'Este. We live about two hours away and it is a wonderful get-away for a few days of rest and relaxation on the beach. The staff is always, without exception, so friendly and helpful. The pool is refreshing and the beach is literally steps away from the pool area. We love that they provide chaise lounges and umbrellas at the beach. The location is perfect. It is on a quiet street, with cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. We will continue to return over and over again!

The rooms are terrific, the beach/pool bar is great, the pool is nice and the beach is super. Breakfast was VERY GOOD (selection and quality) and the hotel is very nice! GREAT location, walking to dining and shops.

Beautiful property with VERY friendly and accommodating staff. Room was dated, but bed was comfy. Excellent onsite dining- yummy food and great service. Spa massage was Ok, not the best I’ve ever had, but the price was very reasonable. Pool was refreshing and clean- pool chairs have taken a beating from the sun. Plenty of umbrellas for everyone. Great place to stop for a night or two, maybe longer- just not in the middle of summer.

My wife and I stayed at 86 Cannon for an extended weekend to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It was absolutely spectacular, from the perfectly appointed rooms and amenities, to the beautifully serene courtyard infinity pool, to the amazing staff (shout out to Lizzie!). It is easily walkable to all the attractions on King Street but in a beautifully quaint neighborhood away from all the activjty. It was absolutely perfect! We cannot wait to come back.

86 Cannon is pure Charleston charm. Every detail is exquisite, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the homemade breakfasts of yogurt, berries, granola, and local quiche. The staff is gracious, attentive, and always ready with wonderful dining and shopping suggestions. Days begin with bike rides through the historic district and end with wine and cheese by the stunning infinity pool. This inn balances elegance with comfort, making every moment feel indulgent and unforgettable. A truly special escape—we can’t wait to return.

A true home away from home! 86 Cannon did not skip on the details, from the champagne on arrival, to the delicious coffee and breakfast, wine and cheese, chocolates, honor bar, umbrellas, and bikes. We loved slow mornings on the porch and relaxing by the stunning pool. The decor was so elegant and the landscaping was perfect. The staff were so welcoming, helpful, and readily reachable via text. It is easily walkable to many great locations, restaurants, shops, etc. Highly recommend it here, we will be back!

86 Cannon is like the Ritz of Charleston! Such a fun, cute, and safe Boutique Hotel on Cannon Street! From the arrival to the departure everything was 5⭐️! Some of the highlights were the wine/cheese hour, and the amazing breakfast. The little touches of champagne upon arrival and chocolates at night were so sweet and unexpected! Another amazing part of this hotel is the very quiet and beautiful hotel pool. Perfect for a relaxing morning or evening! I will rave about this hotel for years to come, we hope to be back soon!!

Definitely a luxury experience, we felt so bougie during our stay. The hotel is pricey but worth every penny. Food and drinks were excellent, service with a smile, lovely pool that was clean and the perfect temperature. Our room was spotless and well appointed, and we thoroughly enjoyed the live music at the pool and restaurant. Can’t wait to stay again!

The room and pool were great. The location is amazing with lots of night life and dining options. The on site bars were good and the courtyard was a beautiful place to have a night cap. The pool was not overly crowded and the wait staff were very attentive.

The location was great, near shoppers and dining and with the breeze from the habor. The pool had next to no shade and ran out of lounges and even towels. We sat at the bar to get some shade and a seat when we got out of the pool. The concierge and desk staff knew very little about the area, attracts or ,unchanged of any thing but they were nice.

The entire staff from outdoor check in to Pool area, restaurant, bar, housekeeping etc. were exceptionally helpful, polite, courteous and professional. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. Hotel is located in center of everything, great location. Would highly recommend.

The only ding was at one restaurant, the hostess told us they were booked and didn't offer us a spot at the bar. Once I requested that, we had a wonderful meal at the bar.

My husband and I always pick hotels around Austin to celebrate birthdays and our anniversary. We love having time at the pool and then going for delicious food. We mostly do central Austin hotels but this time I chose the Omni BC. I love that we didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. We arrived at 1PM, got an early checkin and went straight to one of the 3 pools. We had a delicious quinoa salad and some cocktails. We ate dinner at the Blind Salamander. The hotel has great views! We hiked and had a wonderful breakfast. We will be back.

Really nice upscale resort; however, if you aren't there to golf then this is not the resort for you. Everything from the rooms to the valet parking is overly expensive. At night, there is no entertainment for adults except for 1-man bands in the lobby lounge. During the day the adults only pool is crowded. Not sure why they have two pools for families and kids, and only one for adults. Everything you eat or drink is slapped with a resort fee. Great place if are rolling in the dough but next time I'll fly to Cabo and still save money.

My wife and I attended a wedding here, and that was amazing (the view, the service, the drinks, the food, the entire venue was awesome!). The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pools were clean, fun and the service was great, friendly and quick there. The fitness center is absolutely fantastic, tons of equipment, tons of space and even had a fitness class room and a room dedicated to CrossFit type equipment/workouts. I didn't get the chance to golf, but the courses look top-notch! I give this place a 10/10 and 5 STARS! Will definitely return for a stay in the future.

We had some awesome drinks from the pool bar. Only issue was the tiki bar was closed on Mondays and we missed out which was very disappointing because it looked like it would have been a lot of fun.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the central location of the hotel to be able to explore all of the keys. The breakfast was adequate with cereals, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, a waffle station, coffee and juices. There was also a bread and bagel toasting station and muffins and fruit. The bed was vey comfortable and the room was quiet. The pool area was nice with a view of the water and an area to dock. The pool was next to Sparky’s Restaurant. We had a delicious pizza and the best key lime pie there. We did not use the laundry services. I would stay there again.

The property is well kept. Rooms are spacious and very clean. There are two pools. The main pool has a bar. The bar attendant is amazing and very friendly. We loved our stay and will be back for sure.

Location was perfect restaurants within walking distance I loved the pools it was nice to have more than one pool. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast has lots of selections and I loved that you could also eat your breakfast outside on the patio where they had more seating. We loved it so much while we were there we extended our stay for a few more days we will definitely be back.

The hotel is very nice. Sparkeys restaurant on premises is so good! Fun happy hour. Pools are very nice and a super helpful, efficient bartender at the main pool’s Tiki Bar! A wealth of local knowledge and advice! Only complaint is the surprise fee of $17 per night for parking!

Very charming! What a view! There's another more private pool too in that's your thing. Location was great next to a bunch of other dining options that you could walk to. My only issue was that the speed of service at the restaurant/bar was not as fast as a lux environment would deserve. But overall I would definitely go back here, I had a very pleasant experience. The whole resort is very user friendly.

Stayed at the resort for a long weekend. Very clean grounds and pool area. Room was clean and stocked with plush towels and mini bar with frig. Worst bed we've ever slep in...and we travel around the world! Restaurant was beautiful by the pool with great view of harbour and light house! Food and service was excellent!

My family of six stayed here over a long weekend. The breakfast was delicious and individually made. We took advantage of both of the pools, which were clean. The one next to the marina has food and drink service pool side and good happy hour specials. We also used the washer and dryer located in the same building as the restaurant. The hotel is a good jumping off location for exploring Marathon and Bahai Honda.

I like the pools . The pools were so much fun. And the beds were so much comfy.

Check in was a breeze, they served us chocolate martinis and cookies upon check in. The room is well appointed with nice furnishings. The pool and courtyard is very pretty. We did not use the pools but they were heated. You do have privileges at the hotel next door as well that do nightly bon fires which was neat. They also have a nice gym with most of the regular exercise stuff. The spa looked nice as well. Parking is $20 a night. I would stay here again. It is a bit pricy even at low season but it was newer and clean which is a plus in my books

I spent two days over the weekend in a cabana at the pool of the Conrad. Lauren and Raven’s attentiveness and anticipation of needs was immaculate. From spotting a need for a towel to bringing a fresh cup of ice once mine had melter, they were quick as a bunny. The grilled cheese was one of the best I’ve had and the fries were like McDonald’s but better. 10/10 would go back again for the experience the pool gives and the service that was provided.

We liked the interior design of the hotel (both of the common areas like the reception, restaurants, terrace, and bar, but also of the room), the attention to detail and friendliness of staff, the food (both breakfast and dinner), the heating outdoor pool, the turndown service.

The hotel is located right at the entry gates of the Air Force Academy, so perfect, if you are visiting there. The entire facility is beautiful - clean, cool vibe with a mid-century modern aesthetic. Unfortunately, we were only there for a quick overnight stay, but our room was very comfortable. Very nice sheets, towels, robes, mattress, etc. Gleaming bathroom with Kohler fixtures and lovely toiletries. I wish we had had more time to explore the pool, gym, flight simulator, etc. Would stay there again!

This property is GORGEOUS! Easy access off I-25 and has so much we never had to leave! From yard games, areas for the kiddos to play, multiple restaurants, pool, and fitness center it far exceed our expectations. It was a perfect place for our little family to rest on our journey

Let’s just say we were never short of something to do.

My husband and I come from New Jersey yearly to spoil ourselves with a week at the Cavalier! Everything is top notch from the staff to the Beach Club…from the dining options to the fabulous indoor pool where - during a week when the weather was not cooperating you can sit and relax pool side with a good book in between swims💕Just perfection!

Great time at the Cavalier. Beautiful surrounds and happening spot at night. Great meal at Becca, but FREEZING, had to have a blanket that they keep on hand. Rooms were large and comfy. Shower was a dribble, why? Beach club was great, and a good lunch spot...got tired of Poolside Pandora music after a while. Loved the 40's jazz sound in the bar area in the afternoon. Valets were big fun and looked forward to chatting with them every time we went out.

Perfect for an Anniversary trip! The history fills the resort at every corner. The staff is beyond helpful from check out to departure. Lots of rich southern touches to include cookies with the nightly bed turn down, bourbon toasts at 7:27, live music, etc. Roger, who was working the door, even gave us a full out photo session when we asked if he could take a picture for us. The beach club was easy to use and had everything you need for a beach/pool day and we never had to wait. Will be going back for another anniversary here!

Wonderful lounge areas overlooking the ocean. The hotel was renovated nicely and updated but with good historic touches. The indoor pool was lovely. The Beach Club was excellent too. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Only strange experience was the gift store was never open. We stayed for 3 days and it was always closed.

Staff were amazing, prompt service, great customer service, and should get a raise!

Bedroom and bathroom were clean, beds were very comfortable, room was reasonably spacious for 3 people. Gym and pool were very good. Wi-Fi worked very well. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I don't know if it's worth the $25. The valet was very good. They sent me a link so every time I needed my car I could request it on line. The hotel is near a fancy mall and lots of good restaurants.

10 out of 10 Experience! Customer service was everything! From the moment we arrived, Anna, Noah, and Kayla went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was so much fun, and valet and parking were seamless. Every interaction with staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I came here for a staycation for my birthday and the staff and everyone was so amazing. You will definitely fall in love with this decor and I hate I forgot my bathing suit for the pool. But everyone was so exceptionally professional and kind. I was given the most delicious macarons as a welcome offering. I hate I forgot everyone's names because they were just so lovely to encounter.

I like the customer service I like the room I like the rooftop bar and the bar in the lobby. I love the restaurant in the hotel. I like the pool area. You have everything you need there. This hotel is a hidden gem.

Hotel is clean and not full of trouble makers. Staff are friendly and prompt and the pool is great for kids with a wading pool and some water toys for smaller children. Great hotel for families traveling.

Overall it's a nice hotel , but like all the other hotels with a quote heated pool that we stayed at over the course of our trip the pool wasn't really heated but bed was comfortable breakfast was very good

The only thing that disappointed my family is that they kept the pool closed too long. We stayed when Helene’s wind was very intense. But it was only intense for one day….the next it was like nothing ever happened, perfect weather, but the pool stayed closed all day. Not happy considering we chose to stay there because there was a pool for my kids.

Location felt safe,close to transportation, metro rail , people mover and trolly. Good view from 22 floor with 2 balconies.The suite was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a Keurig for coffee in a large kitchen space with a refrigerator and microwave. No other kitchen amenities. There was a restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner and a bar in the lobby. There were also many restaurants in walking distance . I didn’t use the pool but it was outdoors on the 6th floor and look nice.

Excellent accommodation in the best Miami district. 2 min walk to metromover and metro (direct transfer to the airport). Safe and clean neighbourhood, close to restaurants and shops, breathtaking views from the balcony. Swimming pool clean with great view. We will definitely come back.

The room was incredible. Great Day. That was super comfortable. The layout was great for a Group setting, and the view is incredible. Ward, breakfast was pretty blended. Coffee is horrible. And the pool areas. Not very relaxing. Overall, the room was definitely worse. The price.

I loved this hotel. I was able to sleep throughout the might without being woken up by slamming doors or talking. The washer and dryer were free to use, but they dont have detergent. The 711 was like a minute walk, and a publix was like a 3-minute walk, which is where i got detergent to wash. It was a close walk to the mall and the little strip of bars amd restaurants. The pool is open from 8 am to 8pm. Breakfast was privided amd its your average hotel Breakfast. We stayed here for our cruise and the terminal was close so we ubered there.

getting a room on the 6th floor provided an excellent view of the ocean. The sound proof is good. Gardens are well maintained. loved the walking pathway. Loved that there was a kiddy pool and an adult pool. However some parents brought kids at the adult pool, therefore staff should intervene when this happens.

Pool 🏊 s freezing. Great property, service, food. But pool freezing, everyone complaining. Very warm last time. Raise the temperature.

Absolutely a five star experience in our four days here. Every employee we interacted with was gracious and helpful. Stays are full of little touches like local chocolate with the turndown service and amazing blueberry coffee cake accompanying most of the breakfasts. The casual lobster shack restaurant even has locally made desserts and tasty smoked bbq. The landscaping is beautiful and we absolutely enjoyed the pools and lawn games as well as hikes and the complimentary trolley service to the town. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay! It was wonderful service from the moment we drove up. The valet service was polite, speedy, and exactly what you would hope for. The hotel itself was clean, beautiful, and safe. The restaurant and wine bar were so convenient and the pool/spa was so clean and relaxing. I would and will stay here over and over again!

Excellent service and accommodations every time we visit! Beds and pillows are comfortable, pool and hot tub are clean, and service is always top notch. We have stayed her many times and have never been disappointed. The room service and restaurant inside the hotel are fantastic also.

Everything was great! Staff was friendly and very helpful front desk, valet, housekeeping were all welcoming and made our stay a great experience. We look forward to coming back each year for our annual event. Kids especially liked the pool and room service!

Everything except there should be time limit for children in the pool maybe 8pm then adults could enjoy pool without children jumping over your head or spashing everyone.

Alyssa the valet person was extremely helpful. She helped us arrange for complimentary robes which we loved to use while using the pools & hot tub since it was a little chilly out; but not when we could wrap ourselves in those to keep warm! The Embers restaurant was very good, food & staff great. The breakfast restaurant in the food court was delicious & reasonably priced. Better coffee, too, than at the Chill shop. Room was very clean & spacious. The property itself was kept very clean & nicely decorated. Visiting the casino was fun.

The hotel its very nice so are the rooms. Spacious clean comfortable some have balcony and the view its nice. But although you pay a lot per night spa (pool) access its not included nor its breakfast for a genius 3 should be. The stuff its nice and helpy

Stayed at the Comfort Inn for one night. Accommodations were nice and the room was very clean, the rubber duck was a cute addition in the bathroom. Hotel was also very quiet, no slamming doors or hallway noise. Little difficult to find off of I-81 but eventually we got there. Breakfast was the usual fare you get at most hotels; waffles, eggs, cereal, bagels, etc but the coffee was good. I gave them a 4 star because the ice machines were out of order and the pool was closed. After a long drive from NY, would have enjoyed a swim.

No information was explained to me at check in. Fees were not explained for resort and parking. The TV's did not hook up to the internet, lounge chairs at the pool were way to low, and stained!!!! Beach towels were also stained. The pool need to be vacuumed, hair and sand in pool. The one front elevatored was broken. Overhead a gentleman state that it was broken last year when they were there. No need for it to be broken for over a year. The back elevator last inspection was in 2023. The food and service where very good The food was very good as well

Food at Restaurant good, average. Rooms missing recycling, and noticed in Miami there wasn't any recycling on beaches or street areas. Had to go to front desk to get ice which is inconvenient. One elevator was out of service all week. Overall the people at reception very helpful and, welcoming. Nice and clean hotel overall.

Great location, walking distance to lots of attractions. The pool, and outside bar was awesome. The beach was accessible right from the pool. Our room was very clean and well kept. We arrived a few hours early and they were very accommodating, allowing us to check in and take full advantage of all accommodations. Be sure to check out the rooftop restaurant, great food and views of Miami beach

The room was in need of updating and remodeling, but the location on the beach, pool, pool area restaurant and rooftop restaurant made up for what the room was lacking. The hotel offers early check-in and late check-out which is very convenient when you get off a cruise ship early in the morning and your flight leaves in the evening. Overall for the price it was worth for the location and amenities.

Had the best time at this resort. Our room was clean, easy to check in at desk and close to the pool!! Amazingly friendly staff, loved the location of the resort itself & the food was phenomenal, we had breakfast at the cove, lunch by the pool and dinner in the bar area. We enjoyed the pool all day on Sunday with delicious drinks and food, great people watching. Good prices and nice size portions. We plan to stay here next time we visit! Highly recommended.

This was my first time staying here and I want to come back already. There is plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly. Next time I want to stay in room that has its own patio with a fireplace because I saw a lot of families take their own games to play outside their rooms. I like how a gate from the pool area goes out to the lake. It’s very dog friendly too. They have a nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a jacuzzi! And I think a few fire pits outside and chairs and tables to have a snack. 10/10

I would highly recommend the resort for families. We went with a group of friends and their kids and had a blast at the pool, playing around the grass areas, making s’mores on the beach right in front of the resort, watching the Seaworld fireworks and walking to the brand new Tecolote North and South playgrounds. The Staff was amazing and our room facing the pool was remodeled and very spacious (in the 600 building).

This was our 4th time staying here. My wife and kids love this place. Rooms/bathrooms are always clean, pool area is amazing! We loved movie night at the pool! You can see the fireworks from Seaworld while you swim. Great communication with the front desk. The staff always seem happy and they’re very helpful!

Great place to park and relax a couple days. We enjoyed the pool and poolside food and drink service. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the trail running along the bay each morning. Private beach just a few steps away from our first floor room.

I like the destination type feel and all the activities. The pool and fire pits were clutch. The Restaurant’s were great, especially the hickory and pool restaurant.

This hotel feels like a Vegas or Caribbean style resort despite its sort of random location near the Denver airport. Our kids had the best time enjoying both the indoor and outdoor pools—I actually think the hotel should advertise their pools better because I really didn’t expect much, and then when we walked outside, I was so pleasantly surprised by the vibe and amenities. The food on site was great, and we never felt the need to leave the resort.

Wonderful stay. Wonderful property. Stayed here for one night. Front desk staff were on point. Manny is a star! I understand that a resort fee is charged for using the pool but we not use it at all and pool access needed wristbands so they know we did not. Hotel doesn't not have an airport shuttle. It came as a surprise since hotel is near the airport. Uber ride was $57 dollars since it was late.

We loved the pool area! We spent a lot of time at the pool. Food and drinks are pretty pricy.

Great stay in a beautiful, historic hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar was amazing which the whole family enjoyed. The Haunt lounge had delicious cocktails and nice live entertainment. Only downside was that they did only have one working elevator and sometimes bit of a wait for the elevator to stop on your floor. Otherwise it was a good place to stay in San Antonio and accesible to Riverwalk and Alamo.

The park across the street is a bit sketchy, but other than that it was a very nice experience. Lovely pool, excellent staff, One elevator was broken which was a bit inconvenient. Restaurants are very good, lovely lobby, concierge is wonderful. Our first stay in San Antonio and we enjoyed it. Also, great restaurants nearby, and the River Walk is an easy stroll. all in all, very very nice.

The hotel was very clean and luxury. The suite we booked was spacious, but the door near the toilet area was very inconvenient. The staff were outstanding! They also sent us a surprise anniversary cake and some chocolate covered strawberries. One of the little lamps was not working in the bedroom, staff was informed but it was not fixed and our stay ended. The pool area was great and kids enjoyed it. Overall a good experience and would also recommend if you are staying with kids.

The room was really clean and laid out well. Didn’t like the aroma in the room from the pool, strong choline smell. But the pool looked great. Front desk was helpful with recommendations on restaurants and trolley instructions too. Parking is too, but understandable.

Only have 1 complaint, my room was above the outdoor area with the fire pits and I could hear music all night long. The place is clean, rooms are nice, bed was comfy. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice. It’s unfortunate that parents don’t follow the rules and allowed their children under 10 to be in it especially without the parent. The food was great at the Mexican restaurant, good drinks in the bar. Breakfast had lots of options, eggs were good.

Would like to give 5 stars to the two front desk associates who checked us in, Doris and Tarynn who immediately welcome us when we walked in. They were super friendly and helpful in explaining parking, the casino/restaurants, pool/spa area, breakfast and things to do in Deadwood. The room was good size and had a comfortable bed/pillows. Plentiful parking. Location was close enough to downtown Deadwood that you can walk, or you can take the trolley that stops in front of hotel for $2.00 per person. Breakfast had several options.

An excellent choice in a charming town convenient to the big parks. Very comfortable, very clean, ample, well equipped room. Room spacious with a lot of details. Very good price. Warm swimming pool in a warm room. Very good breakfast.

We stay at this hotel primarily because the pool/hot tub is 24 hours. Our busy schedule usually doesn’t meet hotel pool hours, so this hotel is perfect! Room is nice and parking garage is appreciated.

We went up there for a family wedding. The lady at the front seat was very friendly and helpful she greeted us and was prompt. We checked in and she always had a smile. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I liked that they had snacks for us late snackers also we used the pool and it was nice and I liked the fact that it was indoors and the spa was nice and warm relaxing after a long day and drive. I will stay here again. And the parking garage was good

The second time I’m staying at this hotel it is amazing spot if you’re going to Jupiter Florida I love hanging out the pool and the pool bar. Even their food outside is good. if you stay there do not pass on the Riverwalk and go to the Dive bar. There are a lot of restaurants and things to do nearby. I would also suggest going on the Pontiki boat, which is right at the hotel.

Outstanding hotel and staff, self parking was easy and accessible. Breakfast service was slow as limited staff on. Pool/bar were amazing, good bed availability towels and pillows provided even had a couple of inflatables in the pool

The 3 bed 3 bath condo was clean and spacious. We did not have a balcony view but we just watched the sunset from the 5th floor pool deck. It has a small pool and bar great for adults and kids. The service was great. They have beach chairs and umbrellas and even some beach toys for kids at no charge. Walk to the beach was easy and took about two minutes. The beach is really clean and very big. Plenty of walk to cafes and restaurants. Check in took about 15 mins. This place is also away from the hustle and bustle but just a short walk away from if that’s what you want.

The rooms are spacious, newly refurbished and with very well equipped kitchen. Rooms and hotel grounds were clean and you could see staff working throughout the day in the halls and pool grounds to keep everything perfectly clean. Hotel is located just next to the beach with nice views from balconies and pool terrace over the beach. As we stayed during the quite/shoulder season the hotel was not very crowded and we could enjoy peaceful stay. Small gym was also a plus.

The hotel was clean and maintained and the staff was super helpful. Any question we had was promptly answered and they even communicated over text messages (which is easier for me). The pool is a bit small but the beach is so close that it's not a big deal. And they provide free beach chairs and an umbrella so it's actually better than the pool in almost every way. Highly recommended and we'll probably come back next year!

First time at Avalon Club & we love it. Karen, the asst manager, took care of checking us in early & was so pleasant & professional. Our room was perfect. We stayed in the 1-bedroom & it was amazing. Great views, a full kitchen, washer & dryer, 1.5 baths, and spotless. The best part is the parking (it’s $35 but so worth it). We walked directly out to the beach from the hotel. The pool is on the 5th floor & small so we were down on the beach the entire time. Hope to stay here again when visiting the area.

Great resort for families with kids. The pool area was great for families. You are able to order food and drinks from one of two poolside restaurants. There is a separate pool for adults as well. Easy access to the beach behind the resort. Room was comfortable, but a little dated in the Sunrise Wing where we stayed. Shuttle onsite takes you to restaurants and shops located on the property. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning next year!

A+ experience. This is a very nice resort, the service was great. We checked in early (10am) for free, we went strait to the pool and enjoyed the Oceanside restaurant by the pool. We expected good food but were surprised at the steakhouse quality burgers we got, and they served them to us right by the pool. We talked to Hannah Sheffield, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our kids had a great time on their last trip before school starts back. We will definitely visit here again. A+

My family of 4 had a great, long weekend at the Omni Amelia Island! The staff was courteous and friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The room was spacious and clean and had a beautiful view of the dunes and beach. We had lunch at the pool and the drinks and food were delicious and the pool staff was friendly and quick. Two of the restaurants were under construction and closed, which was disappointing. The other restaurants on property, I feel, had limited menus. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and will return to Amelia Island!

Stayed for one night. Sonesta is a typical USA holiday resort, excellent location. Valet parking was a no show, improvements needed. Check in was very good, room was comfortable, overlooking the pool. Shop on site sells sandwiches, drinks, merchandise. Pool is quite small for the number of guests, very noisy. They were doing up the pool area, we were not informed about this, lots of banging going on. You can walk to the beach which is separate from the hotel, need to rent chairs and umbrella. Dinner and breakfast were very good.

We loved the closeness to the beach. The breakfast was really good but expensive. We liked having the pool bar and they supplied fun noodles and toys at the pool for the kids. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Everyone was especially nice and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet time in the evening to sit outside and relax. They had a movie night and bingo.

Great spot on the beach. The pool was fun with a lot of palm trees for some shade. Activities around the pool and resort made it fun for the kids. My son who is a runner uses the treadmills and said they were good but also ran on the paved trails in the surrounding neighborhoods which was fun. Dog friendly. Overall a great place, clean, nice staff, would definitely return.

Amazing hotel to experience WDW, as it is located very close to the attractions and is much cheaper than staying in property. The complimentary breakfast is good (but nothing stellar), staff is very friendly and helpful, and rooms are fairly large and well equiped for a budget hotel. The pool is nice and clean, great for winding down when you're too tired to go the attractions.

Location, the beautiful pool, our lovely room in bed. I loved the amenities the restaurant naked taco downstairs was such a lovely little lobby setting and also provided such good food up at the pool. Sasha our server a couple times up at the pool was so excellent and personable. We had so much fun.

We were looking for the South Beach experience and the Dream checked all the boxes. It isn’t the Four Seasons, nor should it be. Much more fun experience. The location was perfect. The rooms were nice and clean. No issues with the air-conditioning. While the bathroom exhaust fan was a bit loud, it’s not like you leave the bathroom light/fan on 24/7. Staff is extremely nice and hospitable, including front desk, roof bartenders, and roof pool staff. Lot of fun playing pool blackjack on Saturday with Tony and Claudia. I appreciated the coffee in the lobby every morning.

Gorgeous hotel right in the middle of the Art Deco district with a fab roof top pool and pool area. Bedroom was super clean, very modern and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Beach was literally a few minutes walk away and everything was very accessible from the location.

We played a fun poker blackjack game in the pool. The host was a lot of fun and I would recommend this game to kill some time in the afternoon. It was a good side event from the the rest of the pool activities. Each participant was given free chips and could win a drink. Silly little game but a lot of fun

The pros: location/walkability, breakfast quality and options, pool temp was perfect, staff kindly changed our room request twice, microwave/ice water available in lobby, nice laundry facilities, fridge in room, fan in bathroom. The cons: extremely noisy elevator and ice machines that could be heard in rooms nearby, some pool chairs in need of replacement, heavy comforters with a limit on cooling room temp (I had trouble sleeping well due to temp control), no light filtering window coverings (only blackout shades).

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the pool was lovely (rooftop pools are a joy) And the ocean view was a plus! We could see it from our room windows

The breakfast was good, but the location was perfect! It was a short drive to any store, shop, or restaurant and public access to the beach was an easy walk. All the staff was nice and everything was clean . The pool is perfect for kids and adults and has bathrooms in the fenced in area around the pool .We are going back to the same spot soon.

The pool itself was the absolute gem of the property. It’s great for smaller kids and the deep end can be enjoyed by teens and adults. There is also a ledge built into the side of the pool you can sit on while in the water.

Overall, the hotel was good. The room was clean and spacious. It was convenient to many restaurants with some within walking distance. The beach was an easy walk, but public area was limited. The staff were friendly. The pool area was clean and usually quiet. The cons: lobby coffee was usually lukewarm. Breakfast choices never changed. The corridors were strewn with litter that stayed there the entire 5 days we were there. Check in wasn't very friendly

The overall stay was amazing! The room was very spacious and acommodated my family's needs. The room was also nice and super clean. My family and I also enjoyed the extra amenities such as the pool,, and the gym. Our favorite restaurants and stores were minutes away. Last, but not least, we enjoyed the easy/quick access going to and from the beach area.

Valentina at the Adult Pool of Acqualina Resort was amazing! The pool is beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. She was friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need. It’s a fantastic spot for adults to unwind in style. Saw many families having fun aswell- great spot for kids too!

This Hotel experience is amazing! We especially love our days lounging by the pool. Our cabana girl Gaby is the sweetest and so very accommodating. She is definitely a true asset to Acqualine and we always look forward to seeing her on our pool days!

Had an amazing stay at Acqualina Beach Resort — the service, scenery, and serenity were unmatched. A special shoutout to Alizé, who went above and beyond at the pool and beach, always attentive and friendly with a warm smile. Her hospitality made our beach days truly relaxing and memorable!

We enjoyed our stay however there were inconsistencies with the staff. The staff at the adult pool were hardly there. We had dinner at Il Mulino Restaurant, the food was fine but the service was not at the level it should be for a restaurant at that level. Where the breakfast and beach staff was extremely tentative.

Our recent visit to Acqualina Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the warm welcome by Mike, who provided us with wristbands, to the attentive staff arranging beachside couches and oceanfront chairs with umbrellas, the experience was exceptional. The food recommendations were consistently delicious, and the pool was fantastic—my son even learned to swim there! A special shoutout to Alize and Valeria for their outstanding care. In summary, Acqualina has become our top summer destination, and we eagerly anticipate returning next year

Appreciated the $30 credit per night toward food and drink. Upon request hotel provides tea kettle among other things. Parking at hotel is expensive. Valet gave good service.

As always the staff are attentive and friendly; on their game. Love the location (Cherry Creek) and rooftop pool, deck and bar are tough to beat. And I always enjoy the fitness center - spacious with the right balance of equipment, e.g. free weights, cable and pull-up system, Peloton bikes, treadmills, etc. My go-to destination when staying in Denver. And the Narrative restaurant is always enjoyable!

We always stay at your hotel whenever we are visiting in Cherry Creek. This time it was for parents weekend for our college student. You never disappoint! The rooms are always clean, beds are amazing but what makes the difference is your staff!!! Damien puts me in a great mood everyone I see him because he ALWAYS has a smile on his face. We only ate breakfast there once but it was very good. The staff was exceptionally friendly, from check-in to any and all service staff. Always smiling and always said hello. Everything was very clean. We didn't use the lower pool but the rooftop pool area was fabulous! We used it often. Bar staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping came by daily and took any trash, replaced towels and remade the beds. The beds were a bit soft, but I like to cozy-up, so that was fine with me. P.S. Use Ride Circuit when you need to get around Ft. Lauderdale-they're free!!

Checked in at 2 am. Very retro style rooms, which I loved. It had a little putt putt practice, a hammock, and a ping pong table. You could also use bicycles for free. The walk to the beach and restaurants is short. The pools were warm. The view from the roof pool was amazing. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel has a great outdoor dine area by the pool with very very friendly and caring staff , front desk employees are the best!!! Will always go back !! Also you can have your morning coffee by the pool , definitely recommend this place for the welcome and atmosphere

We absolutely loved staying here in Oahu for our honeymoon! We were greeted with leis and a drink. The room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. They had champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and cookies in the room for us when we arrived. During our stay, we used the beach back they provided for us, too, and they even wrapped up our charging cords, so they weren’t hanging. The adults’ only infinity pool and beach were both amazing! We do wish this had a complimentary breakfast included, as well as a self-park option. The valet was very quick, but we do like being able to just get our car when we want. Plus, the overnight park charge was expensive. It was pricey to stay here, but we wanted to splurge on our honeymoon. This was definitely worth the splurge!

We stayed at the Monte Carlo through Churchill suites and had an excellent experience. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I cannot emphasize enough how clean the room was, not a speck anywhere. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was great for an afternoon coffee. There are two pools, both heated, which was very nice considering it was the end of October. There is an easy access to the beach which was great too (not much seaweed this time of the year). We requested a late check out and had to reach out to Churchill for that which was also an easy process.

The view was amazing. We were right on the beach with a beautiful large balcony. Unfortunately, the weather played a cruel trick and I was only able to sit on the balcony the first day and the morning I left. The apartment was spacious and clean, the complex had great amenities including two pool. The complex was in easy walking distance to eateries and a couple of stores. I was in for a conference in south beach which was an easy inexpensive uber ride away. I definitely was to return when it's warmer!!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds and very spacious. The amenities were great - pool and beach were right on site and towels and umbrellas provided which was a HUGE bonus! staff was exceptionally nice and attentive for any and all needs/requests. overall, this hotel was a perfect choice for our girls’ getaway and we will come back for sure when the opportunity presents itself!

It is my favorite place to stay at the beach. We celebrated a birthday with family of all ages and we loved the room, pools, beach, restaurants & Publix near by, taking walks and the sunrise from our balcony. Plus the valet and front desk service was extremely great.

This is our second time here and it's perfect, walk to tons of food, daily exercise out front door on Atlantic Way, full kitchens and laundry, view from balcony, excellent pools and hot tub, and included beach service. Cannot go wrong here.

The location to restaurants and variety of food, even open late night, the shuttle was awesome back & forth to the World Center for Chosen Con, and the friendly, helpful staff was a plus. I enjoyed the comfortable bed with all the nice pillows. Even my view to the pool was beautiful. I will definitely be back soon. I didn't go to any of the amusement parks, but they are very close to this hotel. So that's also an extra plus if you're coming with family or children to go to disney world.

The location is amazing, close to the parks, stores and restaurants. The main pool is also very nice and well maintained. They have a Starbucks inside the hotel which is a good alternative if you don't want to pay for the hotel breakfast. In general, the hotel was clean and staff was nice.

We had an exceptional 10 days stay at the hotel. The personnel went above and beyond our expectations! The hotel is clean, has a lot of amenities. The pool is great, clean and has a nice sundeck. We also used the gym which has nice equipment, the free towels were a great plus! The shuttle buses to the WDW resort and to Universal are really convenient, easy to get food delivered as well. The room was cleaned every day, the cleaning staff was really nice too! Honestly, I would come back again if there's a chance!

I've stayed there three times and I always liked it there. It's close to everywhere I've been going, yet tucked away. There's a cool tiki bar by the pool, so it's easy and relaxing there. We had good food out there a few times. Then there's another bar and restaurant inside. The last time I stayed, we got the poolside king deluxe room and that was really nice, but the other ones were always nice and clean too. The poolside view was my favorite so far. I'd stay with them again when I'm back down there. It's got everything I like.

This renovated motel has a nice pool area with quiet live music. The hotel staff was kind and the room very clean. We were there off-season and only one night so it was very calm. The pool was heated and towels provided by poolside. The room does not have carpet which I appreciate as it makes the room and air so much cleaner.

The hotel was lovely. Very clean and welcoming. The staff were great - friendly and helpful! The pool was pretty and clean. The tiki bar and restaurant were very nice. Prices were a little high. Our family would have loved a hot tub by the pool. We appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby, however, would have loved tea and fruit water for those who do not like coffee.

The bartenders Kaylee and staff at the Tiki Bar were amazing. Pool was clean and great local voices and entertainment around the pool were great. The restaurant lacked in service. Food was good but took a long time at dinner and even breakfast. The attentive Managers were able to resolve issues quickly and the overall communication with management was far better than any 4 or 5 store resort we’ve stayed in.

My room was clean, with easy access to the pool, tiki bar and gym. It was also a short drive from the nearest beach. I had some of the best fish tacos here at the tiki bar. Breakfast was also very good. I also used the gym which was much better than most hotel gyms - nice view of the pool while you work out.

I had the Diamond Head ocean view room.. it was a fantastic view.. great spacious clean room. The hotel staff were amazing and attentive. I was traveling solo and this is a great hotel to stay for that. They had live music/concert going on every other day. The location of the hotel was super convenient- right across the beach. Looking at the sunset from the infinity pool can surely make you feel grateful for the privileged life we are living. There was some confusion in my bill at checkout- they took care of it right away and refunded me on the spot! Highly recommend!

Before we went, I read a lot of mixed reviews of this hotel, and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by my overall very positive and pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and kind, and the building is beautiful with special touches like the aquarium, the infinity pool, and comfortable, clean rooms. People had complained about the slowness and overcrowding with the elevators, and I experienced none of that. We were above the pool, and the only time it was loud was on a Sunday night. We were told that housekeeping came every other day, but they came every day for us. I loved the restaurants on site, the guest laundry facilities, and the coffee maker, tea kettle, and mini-fridge in the room. We had a partial view, and it was wonderful. Did I mention the hotel's fabulous location? The only complaint I have is that they promised but didn't deliver, sending up something special for my birthday. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was exceptional — polite, attentive, and always ready to assist. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the smooth check-in to the personalized care throughout our stay. Dining at Morimoto was a culinary delight. The menu, presentation, and ambiance were all top-tier — an experience we didn’t want to end. This hotel is the perfect choice for anyone seeking comfort, style, and genuine Hawaiian hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!

We just returned from a fantastic stay at the Alohilani Resort on Waikiki Beach and highly recommend it! The hotel has a modern, fresh vibe and the staff are friendly and welcoming—they really seem to go out of their way to make guests feel at home. Our room was spotless, had super comfortable beds, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The infinity pool overlooking Waikiki Beach is the highlight: a fantastic place to relax and watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. There are lots of great restaurants in the resort and nearby, and we particularly enjoyed the variety of international and Hawaiian cuisine. The location is unbeatable: right in front of the beach, with shops and restaurants all around. We really appreciated being able to walk everywhere. Overall, a wonderful experience with great service and a perfect mix of luxury and island charm. We would definitely choose the Alohilani again for a stay in Honolulu!

Only several staff members advised of the 20% gratuity added to the bill. The others accepted that 20% plus another 20%. Especially at the bar. Food is 2/10 if that. Pool is oversaturated and infinity pool was salty and overpopulated. If you a seat in the sun either get there at 7am or go the secret seating near the gym exit. One good thing was there were plenty of towels for pool and beath but no seating at beath. If you enjoy sargassum seaweed rhis is your place. Defintely overpriced for you expect. Rooms were clean but our floor was noisy until 2 am. Would not return or refer to others. Sorry for review but completely true.

My daughter and I truly enjoyed ourselves. We loved having two pools to choose from—it was such a nice option depending on the vibe we wanted. Being able to order food and drinks by the pool was a major plus! There is a daily resort fee, but I definitely recommend taking advantage of what’s included—like the bike rentals and kayaking, which made it totally worth it. The entire property was very clean, and every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with really nice amenities. You will not be disappointed staying here!

The staff were very accommodating and helpful to ensure the best experience possible. Arthur was especially great, as well as the front desk staff. Lots of great pool staff consistently checking on us and bring us whatever we needed. It was our first visit and it was definitely worth it. So happy we chose this hotel. Pools and beach were amazing.

There was construction going on all day everyday to the pool deck and surrounding areas. Overall, not much was shut down and there was still plenty of pool and beach seating! Outside bar was being constructed.

From the customer service to the facilities to the pool, everything was on point. My favorite part was the people. Kindred was the best part. Thanks man. Pool is beautiful, drinks are great, they even had Weller full proof at the bar! Great for a conference and for family time. Family Had a great time. Don’t expect it to be cheap tho.

Once again 4S Orlando made our time memorable. Everything was great. The only area of improvement is the pool service. We had to look for attendants and request towels for the chairs, and also had to stay alert to catch an attendant to order from the bar. This happened at the lazy river, main pool and adult-only pool during our stay. In the past, attendants were proactive and anticipated our needs. On the positive side, kudos to the SPA team, we had a remarkable time during our sessions and the team supporting the FS app chat and Whatsapp, their prompt responses made our stay very smooth.

This hotel never disappoints! At a time when employees are hard to find, you never felt anything lacking in service or quality at this Four Seasons. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The food was amazing! Whether it be at Lickity Split for a quick bite, ordering poolside, or sitting in Cavello, you were in for a great meal. The pools and lazy river continue to bring us back time and time again. A “must stay” if you have the opportunity!

We had the most wonderful stay at The Four Seasons Orlando. It is a beautiful property and the only true five-star resort in the greater Disney World area. The rooms live up to Four Seasons standards, are luxurious and comfortable, and the attention to detail is on point. We particularly loved the fantastic and expansive pool area (s). Poolside food was great as well. Probably the easiest transportation to and from the parks as well. Thank you Four Seasons for a memorable stay.

Everything about our stay was top notch. The staff is so friendly and attentive and every interaction with them was pleasant and added so much value to our stay. Our room was lovely, clean, and the bed was so comfortable, I miss it! The dining experience at Ravello was fantastic, if you have kids, the character breakfast is a must, better than any other at Disney and the food was well prepared and of excellent quality. The pools are amazing and you really don’t need to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. A luxurious treat, we will be back!

Gorgeous property! Extremely well maintained and clean. The staff is outstanding and goes above and beyond. Restaurant on site Capa is incredible with the best views. Really appreciated the quick response to our travel needs with their black cars- huge perk. So nice to see the same employees time after time! Favorite part of my stay was the lazy river, slides, and adult pool. Fun, then relaxing - best of both worlds at one resort.

Really cute hotel stayed in the bungalow. Definitely need to improve upon some basics. A woman got the electric blower and was blowing around the pool at 9:30 AM, which was totally annoying, the valet driver wouldn't give me my car until I formally checked out of the FRONT DESK and signed my bill sort of annoying as well, the cleaning ladies cleaning cart, sits outside the pool for most of the day which sort of ruins the pool vibe, room was really pretty staff was nice

This property exceeded our expectations. The check-in was welcoming and quick. There’s a 24 hour pool and jacuzzi and bar by the pool. The bungalows are clean, fresh and modernly updated with great shower pressure.

Luke & Gina greeted us at the front desk. Efficiently checked us in, gave us champagne and brief history of L'Horizon. Both are very personable. Matt took us/luggage to our "Martin" bungalow and showed us the grounds. He also doubles as valet. Morning breakfast was outside by the beautiful pool, starting with mimosas then tasty frittatas. Kelly took good care of us and he doubles as bar tender. We were blessed with 80 degree weather, so hung out by the 94 degree pool and had delicious lunch. Vivacious Andea checks us out and got out car. Thanks L'Horizon for making a memorable Christmas.

Staff was excellent .. pool area is amazing and relaxing. Our room 9 was quiet and a bit out of the way… make sure you request a pool view..
